Obviously I can't post about my Two Aces fic exchange project (which I finally started) so enjoy an excerpt from my aroace Bumbercatch fic that will eventually get a title, I swear
Richmond’s captain drops into the vacated seat and steeples his fingers on the table, which is just complete theft of Moe’s signature move. To establish dominance, Moe mirrors him.
“I won’t beat around the bush. We think you might be bisexual. You familiar with it?”
“‘Course, I don’t live under a rock.”
“Dani wasn’t. Trent and Colin had to explain it to him last night. Then Jamie, ‘cause he thought it was only for lasses. Blew their minds. They’re probably dating now.”
Moe grins. “Right on. I think that means you owe me, what was it, fifty quid?”
“Expiration date on that was up years ago,” says Isaac dismissively. “Anyway. O’Brian texted me while I was listening to Colin explainin’ what bi means. Some things clicked, see?”
He does see. Moe unsteeples his fingers to drum them on the table. “Interesting.”

you dont have the right to be comfortable during countless active genocides.
if you're knowledgeable, you're powerful, and our current state doesnt fucking want that.

Columbo and the Knight (1984)
put me in the universe where Columbo ran through the 1980s and had a crossover episode with Knight Rider. I think they deserved it, and I am not just saying that because they're my two favorite Old Shows. @telebeast wrote a little fanfic blurb about it and I HAD to visualize it into a comic (which is also the longest comic I have finished thus far at five pages...), so writing credit goes to them.

yk when you see someone share a finished handmade item that they clearly spent a lot of time and money on and it's just. The absolute tackiest thing you have seen in your life. And then you ask yourself why someone would waste all those resources on such an eyesore.

Leftovers. Barely anything, all things considered, which is very satisfying.
This thing took me well over 3 years to make, on and off. And now I'm done.
