Maximizing Employee Productivity with Shuttle Transportation Services
In the modern workplace, organizations are increasingly focused on enhancing employee productivity and well-being. One effective strategy that has emerged is the implementation of Employee shuttle transportation services. These services not only provide a convenient means of commuting for employees but also play a crucial role in maximizing their productivity. By alleviating the stress of daily travel and creating a seamless commuting experience, shuttle services contribute significantly to a more efficient and engaged workforce. This article delves into the various ways shuttle transportation services can enhance employee productivity, exploring the benefits and practical implications of such initiatives.
Understanding Shuttle Transportation Services
Shuttle transportation services are designed to transport employees between their homes and the workplace, as well as to other critical locations such as off-site meetings, training sessions, and corporate events. These services can be customized to meet the unique needs of each organization, offering flexibility in routes, schedules, and vehicle types. In urban environments, where traffic congestion and parking challenges can hinder productivity, shuttle services provide a streamlined solution that facilitates smooth and efficient commuting.
By employing professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles, shuttle transportation services ensure that employees arrive at their destinations on time and in comfort. This reliability is essential for maintaining a professional image and facilitating smooth operations, particularly for businesses that rely on timely attendance at meetings and events.
The Productivity Benefits of Shuttle Transportation Services
1. Reducing Commute-Related Stress
One of the most significant factors affecting employee productivity is the stress associated with commuting. Long travel times, traffic congestion, and the search for parking can take a toll on employees' mental well-being and focus. Shuttle transportation services alleviate these stressors by providing a dedicated means of transport that eliminates the need for employees to navigate these challenges themselves.
When employees can relax during their commute, they are more likely to arrive at work in a positive mindset, ready to tackle their tasks. The removal of commuting-related anxiety contributes to a more engaged and productive workforce.
2. Enhancing Work-Life Balance
Shuttle services can significantly improve employees' work-life balance by offering convenience and flexibility. By providing reliable transportation, organizations allow employees to spend less time worrying about their commute and more time focusing on their personal lives. This balance is crucial for overall job satisfaction and mental health, both of which directly influence productivity.
Moreover, shuttle services can be scheduled to accommodate employees' varying needs, including early morning or late-night shifts. This flexibility ensures that employees can commute without sacrificing personal commitments, promoting a healthier work-life integration.
3. Providing Opportunities for Productive Use of Travel Time
Many shuttle transportation services are equipped with amenities such as Wi-Fi, power outlets, and comfortable seating, enabling employees to use their travel time productively. During their commute, employees can catch up on emails, prepare for meetings, or engage in collaborative discussions with colleagues. This ability to work on the go not only maximizes productivity but also fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
When organizations provide an environment where employees can make the most of their commuting time, they empower their workforce to be more efficient and engaged in their roles.
4. Improving Employee Retention and Satisfaction
Investing in shuttle transportation services demonstrates a company's commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction. When employees feel valued and supported in their daily commute, they are more likely to develop a sense of loyalty to the organization. This loyalty can significantly impact employee retention rates, reducing turnover and the associated costs of hiring and training new staff.
Moreover, satisfied employees tend to be more productive and motivated, contributing positively to the overall organizational culture. By prioritizing employee needs through shuttle services, companies can create a more engaged and committed workforce.
5. Fostering Inclusivity and Accessibility
Shuttle transportation services can promote inclusivity and accessibility within the workplace. By providing reliable transportation options, companies can ensure that all employees, regardless of their location or personal circumstances, have access to their workplace. This inclusivity can help diversify the talent pool and create a more dynamic workforce.
Furthermore, shuttle services can accommodate employees with disabilities or other specific needs, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate fully in the workplace. This commitment to accessibility not only enhances employee morale but also contributes to a more positive organizational image.
6. Cost-Effectiveness for Employees and Employers
Shuttle transportation services can lead to cost savings for both employees and employers. For employees, the expenses associated with commuting, such as fuel costs, parking fees, and vehicle maintenance, can add up quickly. By providing a free or subsidized shuttle service, organizations can ease the financial burden on their employees, making it more affordable to commute to work.
From an employer's perspective, shuttle services can reduce costs associated with turnover and absenteeism. When employees are satisfied with their commuting options, they are less likely to seek employment elsewhere. Additionally, by providing transportation, companies can reduce the number of parking spaces needed, leading to potential savings in real estate costs.
Implementing an Effective Shuttle Transportation Service
To maximize the benefits of shuttle transportation services, organizations must carefully plan their implementation. Conducting a thorough assessment of employee commuting patterns is essential. Understanding where employees live and their preferred commuting times will help in designing effective routes and schedules.
Collaborating with a reputable transportation provider is also crucial. A well-established company will ensure that shuttles are maintained to high standards and staffed with professional drivers trained in customer service and safety protocols.
Finally, effective communication is vital for the success of the shuttle service. Employees should be informed about the available services, schedules, and any changes that may occur. By keeping employees in the loop, organizations can ensure high participation rates and maximize the benefits of the shuttle service.
Conclusion
In conclusion, shuttle transportation services offer a powerful solution for maximizing employee productivity in the workplace. By reducing commute-related stress, enhancing work-life balance, providing opportunities for productive use of travel time, and fostering inclusivity, these services contribute significantly to a more engaged and efficient workforce. Ame Ground Transportation Services exemplifies excellence in providing tailored shuttle solutions that meet the unique needs of organizations and their employees. By investing in shuttle transportation services, companies can enhance their operational efficiency, improve employee satisfaction, and ultimately position themselves for success in an increasingly competitive business environment.

DC x DP Prompt *26*
In one moment everything was good. His parents accepted him as Phantom and were actively reworking their theories. In the next moment he felt like his core was about to shatter in millions of little pieces. His parents, sisters and friends died.
The explosion happened, even though it had been a different day, different circumstances and different reason. They wanted to celebrate his death day, to show him that they cared.
He was in so much agony from losing his fright, that he saw them to late. The Guys in White captured him, before he was even able to transform.
He never got an answer to how they knew he was Phantom, because ecto-scum didn't deserve anything.
Danny didn't know how long he had been there, only that they started to get careless. The GiW wanted to transport him to a new facility, but something happened outside and the Van had to stop.
The agents with him left him alone to deal with what ever had coursed the disturbance and he took his chance.
The door was unlocked.
The door was open.
He bolted.
He wasn't able to use his powers at the moment, because of the bracelet that contained them, but there was enough chaos for him to slip away, even locked into his human form.
After a good distance he looked down on himself. He wasn't wearing anything meant for the streets, just a fully covering medical gown.
So he started to look around the ally and he was lucky. In one of the dumpsters was some kind of costume. It seemed like a Halloween costume, but it was better than nothing.
He looked at it and deemed the Robin Costume a good fit and quickly changed in it. He even found the mask and shoes after some digging!
In his full Robin Costume he hurried to get further away. But luck was never on his good side, so it didn't take long for a rough looking agent to find him.
It only took one small shot out of the agents ecto-gun for Danny to crumble to the floor. And a few seconds later he felt fists and insults hitting him.
And maybe it was the lack of sleep, the loneliness, the pain or a combination of everything. But he knew that the only thing he wanted right now, was his Dad to save him and give him one of his world famous bear hugs.
And even though Danny knew that his Dad was gone, he couldn't hold his cries for his Dad in any longer.
"d-DAD!"
It only took a few seconds before the agent was flying away from him and Danny was lifted in the air, swinging up
"Robin, are you oka-? You are not Robi-. Are you okay chum?"

I saw this on Reddit and it reminded me of how hard it is to transport my dad to all his appointments.
I have to push him in a wheelchair for any long distance and because of stuff like this, I have had to figure out how to pop wheelies, back down curbs, and go through doors backwards because the auto-open feature is broken. You would not believe how often the auto-open button is not functioning at doctor's offices, hospitals, and other medical establishments.
This thing.
I don't know why they break so often, but someone needs to do something about it.
One of my biggest pet peeves is people blocking the wheelchair crosswalk in front of my dad's dialysis center.
This drives me nuts.
Especially because a lot of the time it is a family member dropping off someone in a wheelchair for dialysis. You'd think they'd know better.
Because I am able to walk and push my dad I always park in the disabled spot and push him across the crosswalk. People transporting patients or family members with electric wheelchairs or more serious debilitations will choose to park directly in front of the building so they don't have to transport them as far. I park in the parking lot so I don't take up space in front of the building for these more serious patients. I'm trying to do my part to make this process easier for everyone.
Unfortunately these folks will often block the crosswalk. All they have to do is pull a bit in front of the crosswalk and they can still transport the wheelchair with ease. Usually medical transport services will do this correctly, but most family members don't give a shit. They just want to get grandma out of the car as fast as possible.
But the worst offenders are customers and delivery drivers going to the Chinese place directly next to the dialysis center. These are all able-bodied people. Customers can't be bothered to park in a parking space 50 feet away so they park in front of the crosswalk and leave their car while they order food.
And then there are the motherhecking delivery drivers.
Are you seeing this shit?
He angled the truck so his ramp would reach the sidewalk. Absolutely no space to fit a wheelchair.
AHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRGGGG. Are you kidding meeee?
I had to back my dad down a curb and wheel him around the front of the truck and then wheelie him over another curb to get to the parking area.
This dude was blocking the way for at least 30 minutes. My dad wasn't finished when I got there so I had to wait for him. Almost every patient at the dialysis center is in a wheelchair. He saw me pushing my dad all around the parking lot and just kept making his deliveries.
I nearly confronted the delivery driver, but my dad was feeling really weak from dialysis and he desperately needed to get home so he could lie down. But if I see this again, I am definitely going to say something. Anxiety be damned. I was so mad.
I guess I just want people to know stuff like this happens constantly. We need to spread the word that inconsiderate stuff like this is unacceptable.
And sometimes the worst culprits can be the family members of the disabled people. We are in this together and we need to support each other.

"The extent and severity of violence in the occupied West Bank have been increasing exponentially – especially with the lack of health services and the long distances taken to reach medical care – inflicted by settlers and facilitated by the IOF.
A report by Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières) reflects on the situation via testimonies by residents starting with Mahmud Mousa Abu Eram, a Palestinian man from al-Khalil, who said, 'We walk for hours to reach the health facilities. Sometimes we use the donkeys to transfer sick people to the hospital or to the clinic.'
'There hasn't been transportation in this area for a long time, and even if there is a car to drop us to any clinic, the Israeli army confiscates the cars,' he added.
The level of violence in the occupied town of Masafer Yatta has been instilling an increased amount of fear in Palestinian homes. An anonymous MSF patient said, 'Most of the time it is forbidden to stand at the window. One day when I was standing at the window, a settler saw me and complained to the soldiers,' adding, 'The soldiers stormed my house and destroyed everything in it.'
Last month, the report confirmed that a volunteer paramedic was shot in the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, and it took almost seven hours for him to reach the hospital. Meanwhile, a separate incident showed that MSF staff members were unable to save the life of a 16-year-old child after being shot in the head. Itta Helland-Hansen, MSF project coordinator in Jenin, said, 'His father, also a paramedic trained by MSF, learned the news of his son’s killing while working in the ambulance.'
A medic from the al-Arrub refugee camp between al-Khalil and Beit Lahm said, 'Most of the time, ambulances are blocked at checkpoints. Even in cases of medical emergencies and when we have the siren on,' noting, 'How long they stop us for does not depend on the medical emergency, it depends on the mood of the soldiers.' 'They make us wait for one or two hours... Or they make us take another road. If the patient has a gunshot wound from the Israeli army, they can arrest the patient and even confiscate the ambulance. We don’t know what will happen to the patient then, if they will bring him to a hospital or to a prison and if he will receive medical care in the prison,' he expressed."

Characters: Rhaenyra & Daemon
Pairing: Rhaenyra x Fem!Reader x Daemon
Warnings: None
Word Count: 1293
Chapter 1 --- Chapter 2
The biting chill of the wind gnawed at your skin as you stumbled through an unfamiliar landscape, its vastness stretching out before you. It was hard to pinpoint exactly when the world around you had shifted, but the change was undeniable. Your memory still clung to the familiar buzz of the modern world—the sound of car engines, the hum of streetlights, and the constant tap of your shoes on concrete. But now, all that was gone, replaced by a stark silence that only heightened your disorientation. The horizon before you seemed endless, filled with tall hills covered in thick mist, and in the distance, a looming structure—a castle—stood proudly, its towers piercing the dreary sky.
This couldn’t be real. It felt too surreal, like a dream pulled from the pages of some historical fantasy novel. You had always been fascinated by the medieval period and Westeros in particular, but that fascination never prepared you for this. And yet, everything felt too vivid to be a dream—the sharpness of the cold, the heavy scent of damp earth, the distant call of gulls swooping down from the cliffs nearby.
Your breath caught in your throat, and a familiar panic began to rise. You could almost feel your heart pounding, each beat growing louder in your ears. Logic screamed that this couldn’t be happening. You were walking home after a long day, when—there! That light. The blinding flash that enveloped you and carried you here. You clenched your hands into fists, grounding yourself, and let the question form properly: Where am I?
Slowly, as you took in your surroundings, the faintest flicker of recognition sparked. That castle, those towers—it looked eerily familiar. The realization hit you hard, and your knees weakened. This was not just any castle, but one you had seen countless times in books, on screens. Westeros. You had somehow, impossibly, been transported to the world of the Targaryens, Velaryons, and the Seven Kingdoms.
"Gods…" you whispered, though you weren’t sure if you were calling to them or cursing them. How could this be possible?
Panic began to bubble up in your chest, but you bit it down. Now wasn’t the time to lose your head. Whatever force had brought you here, it clearly didn’t care about your confusion. You were stranded in a world you had no right to be in, with no clear path home. But you were nothing if not resourceful, and survival instinct kicked in fast. First things first: you needed a cover story.
You looked down at your clothing—your jacket, jeans, and shoes entirely inappropriate for this world. You’d stick out like a sore thumb if you didn’t do something, and quickly. And then, as if fate wanted to test you immediately, you noticed a figure making their way toward you—a villager, maybe, wrapped in furs, their weathered face twisted in confusion at the sight of you.
Without hesitation, you pulled the hood of your jacket up, hiding as much of your appearance as possible, and let an idea form. You needed to be someone important, someone with a skill that would grant you entry into the castle ahead. You thought of the people in this world—superstitious, often lacking in medical knowledge, and prone to reverence for those who claimed to possess sight beyond the ordinary.
A midwife. A seer.
That was the way in. You straightened up, quickly rehearsing a story in your head. You could remember enough of the history of this time—enough about the impending conflicts and players involved—to convince someone of your abilities. And if you could do that, you might just survive.
The villager had reached you by now, his eyes flicking over your strange attire, suspicion evident in his gaze.
"You… you lost, stranger?" His accent was thick, the words harsh against the wind. He looked you up and down, frowning deeper as he noticed your modern shoes.
Clearing your throat, you adopted the air of someone who belonged here, someone important. "I’ve come from far away," you began, your voice steady, "I am a midwife, and a gifted seer. I’ve been summoned—by fate itself—to serve the realm."
His eyes narrowed. "A seer, eh? And who exactly called ye?"
You squared your shoulders. "Not who. What." You let the pause linger, allowing the weight of your words to sink in. "There are things at play in this world that go beyond your understanding. I see them—glimpses of what’s to come. And I’ve come to ensure the safety of those in power, to warn them of the dangers that await if they do not heed my counsel."
The villager hesitated, doubt still clouding his expression, but he seemed unsure now, weighing your words. Superstition held great power in this world, and the idea of turning away someone who claimed to have foresight was a dangerous gamble. Finally, with a curt nod, he motioned to the road leading toward the castle. "You’ll want to speak to the men at the gates, then. They'll decide if yer needed."
You gave a small nod in return, keeping your expression controlled, though relief washed over you. You began to walk, your thoughts racing. You had taken the first step, but getting into the castle was just the beginning. Once there, you would need to convince people far more powerful and skeptical than a simple villager. Rhaenyra, Daemon, the Velaryons… the very people who would shape the future of Westeros.
As you approached the castle’s towering gates, the sheer size of the fortress became overwhelming. The walls stretched upward, casting long shadows over the ground. Your breath quickened as the guards came into view—men clad in armor, their hands resting on swords as they watched you approach. You took a deep breath, steeling yourself.
One of the guards stepped forward, his face stern beneath his helmet. "State your business," he demanded, his voice rough and authoritative.
"I am a midwife," you repeated, keeping your voice steady. "A seer. I have been sent here to serve the realm, to offer counsel to those in power." You met his gaze directly, hoping to convey confidence. "I see things—glimpses of what’s to come. And I know that there are dangers on the horizon. I must speak with those who rule, for their own safety."
The guard raised an eyebrow, clearly skeptical. "A seer, eh? You’ll forgive me if I don’t take your word at face value. We get all kinds at these gates."
You expected resistance, and you had your response ready. "I understand your doubt, but let me offer you this—" You leaned in slightly, lowering your voice. "There will be an attempt on the life of someone in power here soon. It will come from within, not without. If I am wrong, you may throw me to the wolves. But if I am right, you will have failed in your duty to protect this castle."
The guard’s expression faltered for just a moment, a flicker of uncertainty passing across his features. He glanced at his fellow guards, then back at you. Finally, with a curt nod, he stepped aside. "I’ll let the master-at-arms know. If you’re lucky, you’ll get your audience."
You stepped through the gates, your pulse quickening. Inside, the castle was a maze of stone corridors, each more imposing than the last. Servants moved quickly through the halls, and you kept your head down, trying to appear as if you belonged.
Your mind raced with the enormity of what lay ahead. You needed to get close to the right people—people who would believe your story. And the first name that came to mind was Rhaenyra Targaryen. The heir to the Iron Throne, a woman of strength and ambition. If you could win her trust, you’d have a chance.

The strawhats sail through a weird place on the grand line and zoro's teleported to the past
The catch? He doesn't go to shimotsuki village, but to germa instead
Zoro doesn't know a lot about the place or about its ruler, but the amount of soldiers he sees in the distance, the absolute grayness of his surroundings and the little bits of information sanji told him after wci are more than enough hints to help him guess where he is
Unaware of the change in time, though, figuring he was only transported to a different place in the world, he's ready to kick judge's ass and sanji's brothers' too if they're around, so he starts stomping around the castle grounds, looking for a door that can take him inside
Not surprisingly, the soldiers spot him within a few minutes and zoro, still putting on a fight, is taken into judge's presence (in the end he got what he wanted, to find judge, so he counts it as a win)
Inside the main room of the castle, judge eyes him up and down, staying a bit longer on the three swords strapped to his hips, and decides he'll spare his life if he's a fighter good enough to train his kids
Zoro raises an eyebrow, confused by what he means by that. Surely genetically modified adults don't need any training from him, but hey, he's not gonna say no the chance of kicking their asses being so easily handed to him on a silver platter
What isn't his surprise, though, when five kids enter the room
-
It doesn't take a genius to realize he somehow ended up in the past and he adapts to his new routine with some hiccups along the way
He keeps getting lost in the kingdom (and puts his money on it being all the snails' fault, it's obvious they keep moving and changing the layout of the place) and arriving late to the training sessions, but judge seems satisfied enough with his work and doesn't do much else other than to scowl at him
It doesn't take long for zoro to understand the dynamics between the siblings and he can't help but pay extra attention to sanji, making sure he doesn't push himself too hard to match the others while also making sure his brothers don't pick up on him
It might seem childish on his part, but he also gets into arguments with the boys more often than he'd like to admit
With sanji because he's always arguing he can endure more training or because the damn kid is scolding him for getting lost again (zoro can't believe this brat is as annoying as his older version!)
With the others because they've somehow moved on from sanji and decied to pick on him instead
They mock him for arriving late, call him weak for needing to use three swords
It's annoying and he wants to kick them all in the head, but hey, if sanji's being left alone he counts it as a small victory
Reiju's the easiest one to deal with, she listens to him and is strong too. Zoro also notices she seems amused at the change of behavior from ichiji, niji and yonji, and seems happy that sanji's having a good time for a change
-
Zoro accidentally meets sora once, having somehow wandered into the medical wing of the castle, and she profusely thanks him for looking after her children. She's talked to reiju and sanji recently and they seemed to have been on high spirits
She also thanks him for making some progress with ichiji, niji and yonji, something she herself has failed to do. Zoro doesn't know what to say to all of that and just bashfully scratches at the back of his neck, "I'll keep doing my best" he murmurs
He turns to leave the room and closes the door to the sight of sora smiling (a smile that reminds him of older sanji) and waving at him. He nods at her and feels like a promise's just been made between them
-
The training sessions continue for a few more weeks, the kids, specially the quadruplets, becoming more and mora attached to him, but before zoro knows it, he's teleported back to his present time
Sanji looks at him differently every time they cross paths and zoro can see it in his eyes it's because he remembers him from his past
Their relationship becomes awkward for a few days, like sanji's taking time to process what's happening, before it takes a turn for the better
They barely need to talk, there's an underlying understanding between them, a deep trust that's been built long ago, and they become closer than ever
They still bicker and push each other's buttons, but they can now spend peaceful moments together talking about anything and everything, reminiscing about the past, dreaming about the future
They dock at an island a few days later and zoro freezes when he spots one of germa's ships
Sanji's taken aback too, though he isn't as stiff as zoro is, he seems more at ease, like he's wrapping his head on germa being actually there
They have no time to discuss what they should do as three people land on the deck in front of them
Ichiji, niji and yonji are clearly surprised to see zoro, just as the swordsman is to see them, but they also look incredibly happy, or as happy as they can considering the whole lack of emotions thing
Zoro looks at sanji, confusion clear on his features, and sanji tilts his head to the side
"Has seaweed finally gotten to your brain, marimo? After the fight in onigashima I told you I talked to my brothers in wci about how I ended up on the same crew as our childhood instructor. I even told you I thought it was weird you didn't seem to have aged when we met in the east blue. They suggested judge, that fucking bastard, must've injected something in you all those years ago"
Zoro looks at him like he's grown another head, eye widening as the new memories trickle into his brain
In the meantime sanji continues, bashful, "Maybe I left out the part where they said they wanted to meet you again...? A-and it was because I knew you'd refuse to do it- but they sounded as eager as they could sound so I told them I'd get in contact after we left wano to tell them what island we were going to next..."
Zoro blinks slowly and tunes out the discussion that just started between the brothers, something about ichiji, niji and yonji arguing they weren't all that eager and sanji snorting, claiming that "Yeah, sure you're not eager, you're obsessed!"
What he focus on, though, is on the fact sanji had, and is having, a normal interaction with his brothers, which is a complete 180 from what he previously knew about their relationship
A warm feeling spreads in his chest and sora's smiling face comes to his mind, reminding him of their silent promise, now fulfilled
But he doesn't reminisce for long, ichiji, niji, sanji and yonji soon crowding him, demanding his attention and that he fights them
Zoro smirks and pulls out his swords, getting into a fighting stance
Guess he'll have to do his best not to end up disappoint sora, then, though honestly, he doesn't think he'll have any issues with that

YOUR DOKJA X READERS ARE SO CUTEEEEE. How about a scenario w/ clingy Dokja trying to suppress his clinginess because Jungyeok is forcing him in a side mission but he doesn't want to leave reader's side 😭😭😭
heheeheheheheehheheheheeheclingydokjahehehehehehehehehehheheheheheheheh
im going to use main scenario no.6 (peace land), also, ur a healer
golden retriever boyfriend kim dokja >>
i cant really remember what happened in MS6
Hahhh fuck..he really didn't want to leave you...at times like this, Kim Dokja would be willing to participate, but this changed when he realized you weren't going to participate. "Do I have to?"
"Yes." Yoo Joonghyuk shut down Kim Dokja in an instant. "Hahaha, really..." Kim Dokja mumbled, his hand massaging his forehead along with an annoyed look. This man was really attached to you, ever since you first started officially dating him.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
In a secluded space, Kim Dokja ran into your arms as he cuddled his head along the crook of your neck. "[name]..." He mumbled. "Yes Dokja?" you replied, hand combing through his hair softly. "I don't wanna leave you..." You laughed softly and smiled.
"I'm sorry baby, I have to take care of all the injured people. How about this, when you come back, we can cuddle and if you're hurt, I'll heal you alright?" He looked up at you. "Really? You promise?" He spoke eagerly. "Yes, promise." You smiled at him as he kissed you on the lips and smiled.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Soon it was time to leave. Dokja ran up to you, hugging you tightly. "I don't want to go...*hyuk*" he hiccupped, sobbing slightly dramatically. "Awh, you'll be fine without me, it won't be that long til' you see me again!" You smiled, giving him a peck on the forehead.
In response he stared at you with puppy dog eyes. "W-what?" you put a hand up, blocking him from leaning in closer, blushing. "You didn't kiss me on the lips.." He pouted sadly. If he was a dog, you'd see his ears and tail droop in a very depressed manner.
"Ah-I see!" You giggled, wrapping your arms around his neck and giving him a kiss-on the lips this time. As if it was some high-end magical cure, Dokja instantly became happy again.
Coming out of the tent all prepared, Kim Dokja was fired up and ready to complete the main scenario-whatever it might be. Of course, he wouldn't show his eagerness to anyone but you. This little golden retriever side of him was only accessible to be seen by your eyes. 'Gotta complete this so I can see [name] sooner!', he thought.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Days passed as Kim Dokja missed you even more and more. Ohhhh when will he ever be reunited with you again?
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Finally, after the banquet that was held finished, Dokja could finally be with you again. Transporting back to your world, he opened his eyes and saw your figure waiting for him in the distance. He quickly ran and embraced you in a tight hug. "I missed you so much [name]..." He could finally breath in your scent, feel your hugs, and talk to you again. He honestly didn't care about hiding his clinginess anymore, he just misses you so much (not that he hid it very well anyway).
"You're back! How'd it go? Are you hurt anymore?" You flooded him with questions, eager to see him again. You dragged him in the pop-up medical station that was set for any injured or sick people. "Sit!" You declared, pushing him down on the make-shift bed. You check his temperature, any signs of blood, to the very bone. Even though he was fine, you still gave him a health potion, and also used your own skill to heal him. You guys really were the perfect couple, or at least close enough, considering the whole apocalypse and all.

Bonded Pairs: Angel Run
CW: Some depression? Probably not much for this one.
Tags: @gallifreyianrosearkytiorsusan (Zariel is a good boy) @egrets-not-regrets @sleepyfan-blog I'm working on a tag list so let me know if you want to be on it.
There really weren’t a lot of Astartes-sized vehicles on ancient Terra. A healthy space marine could, in most cases, move as fast as most civilian vehicles, and serious enough injuries to require transportation were rare. The best option Zariel could find was the bed of Robin’s pick-up truck. It wasn’t going to be comfortable, but it was at least safe enough.
Asariel watched carefully to ensure that Gerhardt wasn’t hurt. He was being cared for by his own chapter. That was good. He’d be able to get better under the care of his brothers. Meanwhile Asariel needed to disappear before that medic found out too much information. He would be able to track where the truck went later, find where Gerhardt was and meet up with him once he was stabilized.
In the distance, Asariel made his way deeper into the woods, away from civilization, not that there was a lot of it out here anyway. He was small enough to pass for a tall baseline mortal from a distance, which meant he drew little attention out here. After alittle bit of running he came to a river and plunged in, swimming upstream a ways to break the scent trail before emerging. It was getting dark out, not that that presented much problem for his eyes. He found a hollow where a massive tree had fallen, ripped up by a storm, and took his robe off to dry. Wings unfurled from his back and he shook them briefly before clawing at them, pulling a mess of bloody feathers away as the cold water dripped down his skin. The blood angel snarled silently at the sensation, disliking having them revealed even out here with no one to see. Folding them back, he settled to wait patiently for some wild game to pass by, fangs bared in anticipation.
Back at the farmhouse, Zariel cursed silently to find his other patient gone, but he didn’t have the time to search for the wayward blood angel. A single, long, white flight feather with a bloody quill lay at the door to the basement room, too long to be any wild bird.

Non-Emergency Medical Transport and Its Benefits: A Comprehensive Guide
Non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) is a specialized transportation service that provides safe and reliable transportation to people who have medical conditions or disabilities and are unable to drive themselves to medical appointments. This transportation service is an essential resource for people who require regular medical care and assistance with transportation.
NEMT services offer many benefits, including improved access to medical care, reduced healthcare costs, and enhanced quality of life for patients. In addition, NEMT providers are equipped with specialized vehicles and trained drivers who are capable of providing assistance with mobility and other medical needs.
However, not all NEMT providers are created equal, and it is important to choose a provider that is reliable, trustworthy, and experienced. When selecting an NEMT provider, factors such as safety, reliability, and affordability should be considered.
Overall, NEMT is an important service that plays a critical role in improving the lives of people with medical conditions or disabilities. By choosing a reputable and reliable NEMT provider, patients can ensure that they receive the care and assistance they need to maintain their health and well-being.

Part seven of the Sassy series
Simon Riley/female reader 2.1k words - AO3 Warnings-tags: 18+ Minors DNI (no smut) mentions of blood, brief mention of sex, little bit of angst, fluff, romance. Uncle Johnny, Soft Simon Riley. Note: I wrote this with Haley Reinhart’s version of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” in mind. You're the sun.
Wise men say Only fools rush in But I can't help falling in love with you
Theo thrashes in Johnny’s arms, making irritated mouth sounds while squirming his body in a desperate effort to pry himself loose from his uncle’s grip. The man behind the desk gives the lad a kind smile, before turning his attention back to the paperwork fanned out before him, and Johnny huffs in exasperation, his forearms banded around the giant six-month-old who continues his attempts at crashing his head into his uncle’s chin.
“Bleedin’ christ Theo, be still.”
“He wants his mum.” Simon explains, reaching over to wipe some drool from Theo’s chin with his thumb. “She’ll be here in a minute.” He tries to reason, patting Theo’s back to get his attention. He can’t understand him, but you insist on speaking to Theo like he’s an adult, telling him everything and anything about what’s going on at any given moment, so Simon does the same. He trusts your instincts.
The sound of a handle clicking draws his attention and he turns to the two oak panels that slowly part to reveal where you stand on the other side, hands clasped in front of your waist, nervous smile on your face. You’ve left your hair down, a rarity now since Theo has taken to attempting to rip it from your scalp every chance he gets, and your eyes are a little red, like you’ve already been crying.
Your dress is white. A crisp, bright white that reflects the morning sun that streams in through the tall windows. It’s a far cry from your field uniform and tac vest, or the leggings sweatshirt combo that you’ve been sporting around the house. Not that he’s complaining, because he considers every day he gets with you a gift that he’s not sure he deserves, a gift he’s still terrified will slip through his fingers when he closes his eyes. But this, this day, this dress is different. This wedding dress, that hangs delicately at your knees and has intricate lace that flows over your shoulders, is a special, sacred thing that he is still having trouble believing is really happening.
You had been so nervous about it this morning, tutting at Theo while you strapped him into the car seat, anxious to avoid having it smudged or stained. Simon had watched you, indulgently, from behind, as you bent at the waist to give the baby a sloppy kiss, whispering about how much you loved him, how cute he was, how good and perfect he was being, and how he better not torture his Uncle Johnny. You had wrestled Theo into this little dress shirt-pant combo that kind of matched Simon’s, and he had promptly spit up on it during the drive over here, Johnny frantically trying to dab it clean from where he sat in the backseat without you noticing.
When he looks at you now, wearing this dress, he feels like he’s having a heart attack. He thinks he might be dying. Not dying, he tells himself, just getting married.
Shall I stay? Would it be a sin If I can't help falling in love with you?
“You better get yer fuckin’ hands away unless you’re the one with MD in your title.” He snaps, long strides eating up the distance between him and med tent. The medic, a nervous looking young guy, tries to keep up next to him, hands fluttering uselessly over where you’re bleeding out of your abdomen. Johnny throws the medic an apologetic grimace as a woman, the trauma surgeon on base here, meets Simon just as he’s bursting through the door, two more assists behind her with a gurney.
“This the gunshot wound?” The surgeon points to the metal transport bed, and he places you down as gently as possible, cradling the back of your head so it doesn’t thunk against the hard plastic. Your eyes flutter open, red stained hand reaching for something.
“Ghost.” you slur, bloody fingers dragging across his vest. The gurney slides into place in a room, and your body jostles, a ragged moan slipping from your lips at the movement. He glares at the two medics on either side of you, and their faces go white.
“I’ve got you.” He says, gripping your hand in his, eyes trained on yours. You blink, hazily, mouth moving but no words coming out. Fear, real, shockingly cold terror, snakes through his entire body, and he squeezes your hand so tight he thinks he might be hurting you. A minute, maybe less, passes like this, with him unwilling to tear himself away, until he feels a hand on his shoulder, Johnny’s voice right above his ear.
“You gotta let them work, LT. They’ll take care of her.”
Like a river flows Surely to the sea Darling, so it goes Some things are meant to be
It’s not an aisle in a church. He’s not flanked by family or dozens of friends. Just Theo, a judge-type official, and Johnny bear witness. He thinks you’re supposed to have a bouquet, or someone walking you towards him, but you don’t have either of those, no one to hand you off, no one to tell you how much they love you before shaking his hand like they approve of this. He briefly thinks of Price, who’s known you longer than he has, who’s served as your captain on countless units, and feels a pang of regret. He wonders, if you thought about him being here with Johnny to witness, to celebrate.
It feels loud, for a moment. Like there’s too much going on, like Theo’s soft babbles are actually screams, like he’s not even really here. He fights the blank, white space that’s burning at the edge of his mind, fractured clips skipping through his skull, mixing with his memories until he’s not sure what’s truly going on.
He’s jolted back into his body when your hands take his.
“Hey.” you whisper with a squeeze of your fingers. “You okay?”
“Shoulda got you flowers.” He mumbles, disappointment tinging the words.
“Why?” You give Theo and Johnny an obvious look before swinging your gaze back to him. “Looks like I’ve got everything I need.”
Take my hand Take my whole life, too For I can't help falling in love with you
“What the FUCK is this?” you shake the stack of papers in your hand, and he sits rigidly in the chair where you’ve cornered him. He doesn’t look at you, focusing anywhere else but where you stand in the tent as your voice changes, the tone hitting high notes of disbelief and anger.
“Can’t have ya here Sass.” He trains his eyes on the wall to your left and resists the urge to bolt or worse, grab those damned papers and tear them to pieces.
“So, you reported an intimate relationship to Price? Just to get rid of me?” He doesn’t answer. He doesn’t know what to say. He doesn’t know how to explain it. Yes, no. No, yes. He needs you to leave, before it happens, before you’re lost forever. “Oh my fucking god, Simon.” Your laugh is bitter and it breaks him apart somewhere, somewhere deep and buried, somewhere you should have never touched in the first place.
“Can’t have ya here.” He can’t do this. Can’t feel this, can’t go through with this, can’t get this over fast enough. His heart feels like it’s burning in his chest. The walls look like they’re going to cave in and crush him, kill him where he sits.
He stands on auto-pilot, a burning panic searing under his skin.
“Simon!” He hears you yell; he hears your scream but he’s already walking away as fast as he can, desperate to escape your pain, running like a bloody coward. “Fuck you, Simon Riley.” Your words die on the wind, but he hears them all the same.
Like a river flows Surely to the sea Darling, so it goes Some things are meant to be
“I, Simon Riley, take you-“ he stumbles over your name, voice dangerously close to cracking with emotion. “for my lawful wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part…”
“I will love and honor you all the days of my life.” The official prompts, and he opens his mouth, but nothing comes out. He can’t look away from you, can’t see anything else but you, the memories of your laughter, of your screams, of the way you sound when he’s inside you. Can’t think about anything except how terrifying it is, to have you, to feel the way he does, to know you in the way he does, to love you in a world like this.
Johnny clears his throat.
He presses down on your hand that he’s holding, just a little harder, and moves his thumb to where your pulse beats. Strong and steady. He takes a deep breath.
“I will love and honor you all the days of my life.”
Take my hand Take my whole life, too
“You,” he hears you say, voice light and sweet, “are going to be so smart, and kind, and strong. You’re going to be able to be whoever you want to be, do anything your heart desires.” He holds his body incredibly still, standing around the corner just so he can see the sway of your hips moving side to side as you rock Theo. “except maybe, don’t go into the military. I don’t think me, or your dad want you to follow in our footsteps. You should do something cool instead. Build rockets or become an acrobat. Anything you want.” Theo babbles and you tap the baby on his nose, causing him to shriek with laughter, little baby giggles seeping into Simon’s bones and warming him from the inside out.
It’s a sight he doesn’t think he’ll ever forget. It’s the sight he knows he’ll see when he closes his eyes for the last time one day. He doesn’t deserve this, that he knows. He doesn’t deserve the happy ending, doesn’t deserve to be loved by you, or Theo, or anyone really. He’s caused too much pain, taken too much, hurt too many people, hurt you.
The glaring reality is that if he was a better man, he’d give you up. He’d save you from himself. Not push you away because you terrify him, no. He’d let you go, let you be free to find someone else, to build your life away from him and the hell that is his existence.
But he’s a selfish man, not a good one. You, and Theo, are the brightest point in his world. You’re everything. You’re the sun.
He can’t live without you.
For I can't help falling in love with you
“You may kiss the bride.”
He cradles your face, thumb smearing a runaway tear across your cheek. You’re crying, but trying really hard not to, and you sniffle with a laugh before his lips find yours, the kiss so sweet, so overwhelming that he loses himself in it, sneaking his tongue between your teeth, sliding a palm down your hip to the curve of your ass-
Theo shrieks. He flails in Johnny’s arms, unreasonable and uncontained, so Simon pulls him into his own, cradling the boy against his chest while you try to hold them both.
“What do you say, want to help dad put this on?” You stroke some of Theo’s wispy curls while Johnny pulls something from his pocket, a gold ring, sized for Simon’s finger. He hands it to you, and you let Theo wrap a curious paw around it.
“I have a silicone one for you too.” You say quietly, lowering the band to his ring finger. “But I thought you might want this, for when you’re at home.” You push it halfway on before pulling it off, eyes widening for a moment. “I uh, forgot. It’s inscribed.” He plucks it from your fingertips to inspect it, and the tiny, engraved writing gleams in the light.
‘I got you. -S.R.’
“S.R?” His initials?
“Sass. Riley.” There’s a timid smile on your face, and he’s lost his breath, again, for the hundredth time today as he stares down at you, unsure if he’s dreaming or not. You pull the ring from his grasp, slipping it onto his finger the whole way this time, stroking the pad of your thumb overtop the gold.
“Do you like it?” Theo babbles in his arms, swinging a small fist into his chest.
He nods and leans forward, ghosting his lips across yours, gentle and soft as he whispers, “I love it, Mrs. Riley.”
For I can't help falling in love with you.

Pretty sure this has been done a million times before, BUT I am bored and have been sitting for 3 hours in a train and the internet is very bad and I desperately need something to do.
Tw: Some noncon elements? Nothing explicit or in detail. Fem! Reader
What if you're on a train, or bus, or some other form of public transport, so crowded you don't even question it when a stranger suddenly sits next to you.
Kyle would draw you in with his charisma and good looks. I mean, have you seen this man?? Even as he sits a bit too close, thighs and shoulders almost touching yours, you don't question it too much. Or when his hand touches your thigh. He apologizes, of course, with that goddamn pretty smile of his, excusing it as him being tired after a long day. Even when he does it again, giving your soft thigh a squeeze, you don't even mention it. Even when his fingers discreetly slip under the hem of your sundress.
Soap wouldn't be nearly as apologetic. He's got charisma, keeps yapping throughout the drive about whatever, askong you questions. Where are you going, why, ye got anyone waiting there? Come on, he doesn't mean anything by it, just some small talk! But sure, he understands your anxiety about sharing all that info with a stranger, he doesn't intend to make you feel uncomfortable (maybe he doesn't intend to, but he sure as shit doesn't really care when he does, squishing his thigh against yours and practically pressing up against your when he points at something through the window you're seated next to, his hand "accidentally" brushing up against your chest, whispering something in your ear).
Ghost would crowd you into that tiny seat for the whole drive, barely saying a word to you. You're happy to stay in your own little bubble as much as you can, with the slightly creepy man next to you with the black mask (what's it called in English, not his regular mask/balaclava but like a medical one?? Surgical mask? The type people wore during covid????). You swear he keeps staring at you, but every time you glance in his direction, he seems to be looking at his phone, or maybe reading something. The moment you turn you feel eyes on you again.
Would follow you after it, though, that man has no shame whatsoever. Doesn't even realize why you keep glancing behind you and speeding up your pace. He just wants to make sure you make it safely to wherever you're going, right? Won't leave until he sees you walk inside your apartment building, or hotel, or wherever you're headed.
Then again, nobody is going to even think about messing with you while you walk, not when they see the fucking giant following you from a small distance.
Price. Price Price Price. I don't intend to really write for him because I'm not as into him as I am into the rest of 141 (love him!!! Just don't feel like writing for him usually!!) but I am, still, very bored and have some thoughts. He'd follow you, just like Ghost, but unlike the lieutenant, he'd shamelessly walk right alongside you, keeping the now-very-one-sided conversation going. Even when you seem a bit uncomfortable and try to turn to another street, hoping he wouldn't follow, but he does. He's a gentleman, you know? No gentleman would allow a lady like yourself to walk home alone at this time of night, no ma'am.
Might even invite himself into your humble abode, politely removing his shoes at the entrance and asking you where the kitchen is so he can get something to drink. "You want anything, love?"
Yeah, you're not getting rid of any of them after meeting them. Even if they didn't follow you (as far as you know) you will bump into them again sometime later, laughing about what a coincidence it is when he asks you out for coffee or whatever.
Thank you for reading!🌷 I slept for one hour last night and haven't been able to sleep on the train, someone help me it's going to be a long day :)

Are we still doing this? I'm still doing this.
Have another @bucktommypositivityweek bingo ficlet: cuddling, 118 family scenes, new traditions.
"Tommy." he vaguely heard someone call his name somewhere in the distance but we was too warm and comfortable to pay much attention to it.
"Tommy. Tom."
There was a hand in his hair and someone kissed his temple.
"Thomas. Time to wake up."
He pried his eyes open and looked up into his boyfriend's amused face.
"Hey." he said softly and kissed him again.
"Are we boring you? A familiar voice he couldn't quite place in his sleepy state asked.
"Shut up Eddie, he just came off a shift. He's allowed to be tired." Evan snapped back at the source of the voice, which apparently was Eddie.
Tommy sat up a little and rubbed the sleep from his face, taking in his surroundings.
They were in the garden of Bobby and Athena's new place, Evan's arms around him, and a blanket covering their legs.
"Sorry." he mumbled, feeling his cheeks heat up.
Bobby had invited the entire team over for dinner, the first of many he'd insisted, and had gone out of his way to make sure Tommy knew the invitation extended to him too.
"You're part of the family, Tommy." Bobby had told him and squeezed his shoulder when he'd personally invited him when he'd picked Evan up from work a few weeks ago.
Dinner had been nice, Evan had helped Bobby with the food preparation, and Tommy had made apple pie from a recipe he found online after Evan had told everyone how good it was.
It had made him a little, or a lot, nervous and his crew at Harbor had been delighted to help eat his trial runs.
He'd planned to help set things up, but unfortunately he'd gotten called into work for an emergency medical transport, and hadn't had time to do much more than shower at the station and put on some clean clothes.
Evan, being the absolute godsend he was, had picked him up from work, with his pie in a cooler in the back of his car, so Tommy would still get the praise Evan reckoned he deserved.
"Nonsense." Bobby spoke up. "I've done a lot worse than doze off after a long shift. You have nothing to be sorry for. "
"Still..." Tommy trailed off, not sure what he was going to say. He turned to Evan. "How long was I out for?"
"Not long. Half an hour. Maybe 45 minutes."
Tommy groaned.
"You should have woken me up sooner."
"Hey no worries man, Jee is out like a light too." Howie told him, stroking the hair out of his little girl's face as she slept with her head in his lap, and her feet in Maddie's.
"Yeah well, she's a little younger than I am. "
"Yeah, old people need a lot of sleep, Chim. " Eddie teased.
Tommy glared at him. He was going to pay for that in their next sparring session. Or maybe he'd find out his new girlfriend's name and number and tell her some embarrassing stories about him.
Or maybe both.
Suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder and saw Karen standing next to him with her coat on.
"We're going to head out. We left the kids on their own and Hen is worried they're throwing a party and burning the place down." she told him, ignoring her wife's protests. "We'll catch up soon, alright?"
"Yeah... sorry... I'm usually better company."
"Don't worry about it. You're not the first firefighter to fall asleep on me. And I married that one." she smiled at Hen.
"Yeah, you're not really my type though." Tommy joked and she laughed.
"Likewise."
They said their goodbyes and left and Tommy felt the embarrassment from earlier slowly slip away.
"Do you want to get out of here too and sleep in an actual bed at home?" Evan asked softly.
Tommy glanced at his watch and shook his head.
"It's still early. I'm good now, I promise." he said and pressed a small kiss to Evan's lips.
"Yeah grandpa has had his nap, he should be good for at least another hour now." Eddie said and laughed.
He was definitely calling the new girlfriend, Tommy decided.
"I'd watch my mouth if I were you, Diaz, I have a lot of embarrassing stories to tell about you, and Evan even more." he warned Eddie, making the rest of the group laugh.
Conversations around them picked up again, Bobby complimented his pie and told him he hoped he'd make it for every family dinner from then on.
He and Evan had been together almost a year, and every day since then he'd thanked whatever deity was out there for making him answer Howie's call that day in April, and throwing one Evan Buckley into his life.
"What?" Evan asked when he caught him staring at him. "Have I got something on my face?"
Tommy shook his head.
"I just love you."
