Lonely

No one ever tells you the kind of loneliless you experience in your transition. Its like someone is constantly whispering in your ear that you are all alone, that no one truly understands you.

Even i, with supporting friends and family surrounding me feel the earth shuttering feeling dragging me down. Anytime i spend time with them and have a fun time, i secretly feel that i wont ever fit in anywhere. I tell them about my life, about updates like finally having the appointment i waited on for months and they smile and are happy with me, hold me when im sad. But even then i have no one that truly understands. And that is a different kind of loneliness.

Random thoughts on loneliness

Do you know yourself? 

Do you like yourself? Do you like spending time with yourself?

I often find people (including myself) fantasizing about their “perfect match”. You know, the soulmate, the one. Like, this perfect being will come around, out of nowhere, materializing from thin air, and make things okay. When they come we will no longer feel alone, because they will know just the right words to say. 

Right?

No. 

People (again, me included) fantasize about ( -design- ) this perfect being and try to paste this imaginary soul on someone, like a label. Then we call this someone (who actually does not exist) our crush. Aww, he likes the same kind of music with her. She completes him, just like a puzzle piece. 

Except that, humans are not puzzle pieces. We are already a whole as we are. A normal human being, an adult, does not need someone to complete them. 

If you feel that you’re missing something, why search it in another person? Why not look inside of you? 

Do you know yourself?

Do you like yourself?

Noone will complete you. Because they can’t. Only you can truly know yourself. If you feel alone, you first need to be friends with you. And you can’t be friends with someone unless you spend time with them.  

Appreciate your alone time, and use it to reflect. Use it to get to know yourself. Because before throwing your precious love out there, first you need to make sure that you love yourself properly.

Going strait into AU stuff. Here's the main quartet of the story !

Long ago, the univers was created by three entities, each of them was then send into a closed dimmension, as guardians, without even knowing each other. Time has passed. But when the fourth gem decided to "play" the three guardians, now reunited, need to travel throught their own creation to stop a coming disaster. But the fight won't just be about "heroes versus evil". What can you do when memories are still harassing, when you don't know what emotions are, and when your own power and loneliless are the things that scare you the most ? The Last Illusion is a story about trust, redemption, discovering, respect, religion and mythologie, psychologie but most imortantly : family.

Yeah it sounds childish but the story will go way more serious I promise. So now you know what I am working on and know that I put all my heart in it. I already have one or two sketches about some events of the story but you can be sure a lot will come, like comics. So I hope you'll be interested !

And this year I'll make all my Inktober drawings about the AU ! With this I'll portait more about the characters.
