she was somewhat animated which felt like the opposite of what charlie was. it probably explained how she’d gotten his attention so quickly. she reminded him of someone else in that way but he wasn’t doing that to himself anymore. he wasn’t thinking of the past like that. “i got something down me or somethin’?” glancing down at his police uniform, one he felt far more comfortable in than out of. technically he was off duty but when that did mean he caught a break? uh, never. “ma’m, why don’t you step away from there and come with me? im sure we can get you whatever we need?” the last thing he wanted was a complaint being filed, not when he could see that no harm had been done. @demongemz

Edit since a lot of people seem confused - your "real" name is the name that you want to be referred to in real life. It doesn't have to be your legal name. So if you're trans and you have a different name to whats on your birth certificate, even if not many people call you by the name, it still counts as your real name.

May I present, my attempt at illustrating the last four pages of Tevinter Nights. 😁 (Also, the first time I'm posting art on here!)

As the whole thing was quite literally too long to post on tumblr, I uploaded the full version on a customized site made for reading webcomics (via ComicFury). On a personal note though, I can't believe I actually finished it... As it had been a *very* long time since I drew (and finished) anything, let alone a 31 page comic and reading Tevinter Nights again finally sparked my motivation (and the courage to post it lol). So I want to thank Patrick Weekes for helping me overcome this massive art block and over two decades of Case Closed mangas for inspiring me how to draw an overly dramatic "exposing the imposter" moment. 😂 I tried my best to be as faithful to the book as possible and it took me forever, so... hope you like it! :D
