Ginny, this one was hard, I was sitting on it for days!! I couldn't decide who would be what. I realized I just really wanted to entertain "what if they were both necromancers?" first, so I will jump on those thoughts and if I have more about either or both of them as cavaliers I will make a follow-up (I also haven't landed on a Dulcinea design yet but I will keep u posted.) I think his interest in transmutation could translate to adeptness in living bone tissue, which is considerably more flexible and spongey than dead bone. Defensive capabilities include rapid bone growth and hardened cartilage. Offensive capabilities include severing nerves and fibrous tissue, inhibiting calcification, and malformed blood production. He'd be well-studied in mineralization and organic matrices (making fancy bone structures.) He has a bone hat, a hat with bones. Some of them are just decorations but you never know which :) He keeps several in stasis because he needs them to be fresh.

Lup | Flesh Magic (Blood) | Specialty: Circulatory Flow

I think her interest in evocation could translate to adeptness in cardiac conduction and thermoregulation. Defensive capabilities include conducting electricity to restart a failing heart and decreasing oxygen demand in low-oxygen environments. Offensive capabilities include restricting blood flow, forcing blood to pool in specific areas, or inducing hypothermia. She would also be well-studied in metabolic processes and hormone distribution (important!!) She has a cool cardiovascular tattoo on her back and arms (I was too sleepy to draw most of the lines don’t @ me.) And she carries vials of different blood types on a belt because you never know when you need blood :) :) :)

Discord Server: House of Vampire Milfs (1977)

It’s October and I think we’re due for another promo post! Very chill, 18+ horror themed Discord server.

We frequently stream movies and TV shows, and do occasional book clubs. I also run TTRPG one shots for server regulars. As Halloween is approaching we will be doing more horror movie streams, particularly.

We have dedicated channels for: the Vampire Chronicles/Interview With the Vampire, the Locked Tomb, Dracula, Hellsing, Succession, and Game of Thrones. Generally we talk a lot about most horror media and some anime as well.

my absolute tin hat Alecto the ninth theory is that gideon the first isn’t dead for good. Hes dormant or submerged in the river but he still could come back and regain control over his body. In harrow the ninth, gideon gets to pilot harrows body after harrow is ‘killed’ but harrows soul does eventually return to her body. Who’s to say gideon the first couldn’t do the same?

Just remembered that when I was at the MoPOP 2 weeks ago, in the gift shop they had a table obviously set up specifically to capitalize on their fantasy movie exhibit, with dragon necklaces and stuff like that, but they were also selling copies of Gideon the Ninth. Set up directly under the necklaces with carved dragons, which was. Incredible funny

I STILL think about Paper Girls honestly. That series rocked. Believable teenage girls who were also INCREDIBLY fucked up and time shenanigans. It’s been too long since I read it for me to really analyze it but I SHOULD reread it.
