Every year I make these ridiculous Valentine’s Day illustrations for my DnD party. This year I made parody romance novel covers. I never actually fully paint or render anything so it’s a fun change. They’re not anything more saucy and explicit than you’d see in the average romance section of a bookstore, but maybe it’s more than what you’d want to open at work so I’ll try to add a cut. 😌

Two of the Tarot Major Arcana cards, The Magician (01) and The Empress (03).

The Magician depicts Duzi Star-Watcher, a lizardfolk protection cleric and street doctor. They worship the goddess of mortal-kind, and believe in the power of community. Anything can be done if we all work together!

The Empress depicts Grandmother Val and some of her little ones, enjoying the bounty of Waverider Island on a clear day.
