Started Portal Revolution yesterday and it's actually super enjoyable so far
I don't trust Mr Pound Stirling after what happened with Wheatley though
#I overcomplicated the first few chambers so hard lmao#like coming from the end of portal 2 difficulty to this is a shock but it's getting harder defo lmao#took stupidly long on some of the first nine chambers because of stupid overcomplication in my lizard brain#ALSO IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO FIGURE OUT WHERE TO GO IN THOSE OFFICES LMAO#anyway I'm enjoying it so far defo#it runs super well it's genuinely like an official installation of the portal series#it makes me so very happy#it's sending me down my portal obsession again I can feel it#anyway defo play it if youve played the first two I'd recommend it#portal#portal 2#portal revolution#valve#portal mod#stirling portal

also maybe the workday was not so bad like a) one of my coworkers gave me a tarot deck??? 😭😭 and it's so beautiful??? and b) there were two clients who I actually tangibly helped like me myself not the "scheduling an appt" or "waiving a fee" help (tho I did those too) but actually gave helpful advice to...like maybe I am good at my job sometimes
#i have only a few things in my advice arsenal but i am ALWAYS down for 'clean it with a chlorhexidine solution' and 'here's how to use#a feline inhaler chamber' like that's my wheelhouse lol#other top tracks include 'basic bearded dragon or leopard gecko husbandry' and 'tips for discouraging egg laying in parrots'#but the last two didnt come up today. thankfully. those convos usually only happen when something is wrong lol#the things that were wrong in today's topic was just 'skin tag opened up' and 'cat diagnosed with asthma' and those are much preferable to#'why dont my lizard's legs work' or 'my cockatiel just laid 10 eggs' <- Bad Situations

also im finally taking a genuine shot at gourmand and decided to explore pipeyard since i hadn't done so yet, its cool but i Wish someone told me that it was supposed to be a one-way exit to shoreline cus i spent a Long time hunting for enough spears to build a fucking ladder up there
#listen i heard slugpups were back in the game and was just a LIIIIITTLE too excited to actually. invest time in gourmand...#so i cheated to get the ending bc i didnt wanna risk seeing spoilers#ended up having to take it one food item at a time each cycle but i got a lot done down there!#got salamanders cyan lizard eggbug and gooieduck checked off my list (and some other stuff im pretty sure)#also got red centipede even tho i already got an aquapede in shoreline#pipeyard was fun tho! forgot how it felt to explore a new place....#thankfully got into pebbles GSB from his chamber without any problem and squared away the food quest completely#now i just need to get home!#ik crafting isnt necessary but ive been utilizing it a lot honestly. kept filling myself up#and had to spit something up when i got to food quest food#wish the crafting table on the wiki was organized better tho :/#rain world#mossball.txt#nebi gaming moment
