There was a time I didn’t believe unconditional love exist. Then I became a mother and thought the love between mother and child was the ONLY TRUE definition of unconditional love. Researched it and everything. But it wasn’t until @willsmith appeared on the Red Table Talk when I realized, that’s what it meant in a marriage. But, what about loving self unconditionally? For me, that not only means living in your truth, but also in your vulnerabilities, accepting your physical self as is, healing your inner hurts and not only accepting that there is pain or hurt there but acknowledging the need for healing, fixing and living in peace. Peace at heart and in the mind. Unconditional love is bigger than loving yourself or another unconditionally. It’s about accepting ALL of yourself (internally and externally) and still loving yourself beyond your wildest dreams. Normal Insanity

It seems strange that certain things that go on in our society more and more everyday has just become so normal. Like how things should work, operate, and just the way of thinking that “this is just the way it is”. Everyday it seems that people have just found this way of life of going to work, watching tv, having a phone, stimulating the economy, corrupt politics, etc. is just so normal. This all just seems so insane.

Everyday the news media is driven to negative topics of hate, fear, terror, war, and crime. It is like perhaps they want to normalize these ideas. They never seem to highlight any positive news. Like they are part of agendas, and base things off matter of opinion. They do not speak about too many true and logical topics, except for whatever is part of their agenda and opinion.

Politicians these days are the exact same way. They only focus on these negative topics to evoke the emotions of the people of the nation. Governments have their agendas and plans for the way they run their country. Making the people believe that this is all normal. It all just is so fake.

This day to day life of going to work to make money, playing the part of the role in the society, shopping, and whatever else is just so fake in itself. It is insanity not normal. There is more work that could be done that makes a positive impact, life is not about this normalcy. Things always change and that is how the world works. It is how we adapt to change is what matters.

I still believe the younger generation is becoming more aware of this reality and are working toward a more positive and brighter future. One that is focused on truth, logic, and understanding. Steering away from this normal insanity of negativity and how the society works. To bring a better society to live in that connects with the rest of the world instead of fearing it.

Being who we are can be scary! Saying that thing to your self is sometimes hard! Then come into relation with another then like a deer in the headlights we freeze! Where do we go ? what do we do?
