Liver Function Test (LFT) Price in Jammu
Tumblr media
O-Lab, an accredited lab in Jammu, provides accurate LFT (Liver Function Test) reports at a low price of Rs. 400. The LFT test is important to check for liver inflammation, infection, and diseases or to monitor liver health during treatment or pre-existing disease. If you have unexplained or recurrent nausea and vomiting, jaundice, abdominal pain, or loss of appetite, are on certain medications or have a family history of liver disease, you are eligible for the test. LFT test parameters include A/G ratio, albumin, bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, proteins, SGOT/AST, SGPT/ALT, ratio SGOT/SGPT, globulin, and GGTP(Gamma GT). Early intervention in liver issues is crucial, and accurate reporting within 24 hours, home collection facility, and empathetic staff are some of the reasons to choose O-Lab for LFT testing.

A blood test called a liver panel, sometimes referred to as a liver function test, evaluates the overall health of the liver. This type of test looks for several proteins, enzymes, and other substances made by the liver. One blood sample is used to evaluate them all at once, and albumin may be present.

Liver Function Test Price In Delhi
Liver function tests are blood tests used to diagnose and monitor liver disease or damage. The tests measure the levels of specific enzymes and proteins in your blood. Some of these tests assess how well the liver performs its normal functions of producing protein and removing bilirubin, a blood waste product. Other liver function tests measure enzymes released by liver cells in response to damage or disease.

Have you heard of LFT? Generally speaking, no. Liver Function Test, or LFT, is what it stands for. How well your liver is functioning is determined by a blood test. Elevated liver enzymes are frequently an indication that your liver is unhealthy and that you should get an LFT.

Barracks Baby
Summary: After sleeping with four of your fellow teammates, you need to navigate through pregnancy and finding out who the Baby Daddy is
You should have listened to your mother, was all you thought when you looked at that bloody positive stick in your hand. Your mother always said, "Don’t whore around; you’re going to end up pregnant and unwed. Keep your virginity until marriage," blah blah blah.
What your mom didn’t tell you were the effects of living on a military base. You wouldn’t call yourself a barracks bunny—you only slept with four guys; there must be more to it for earning that title. And who could judge you? Everyone would if they could. These four men were everything every other man lacked on earth. No one could make you cum as many times as John could, no one could make you feel so stupid like Simon could, no one was as pretty and nice as Kyle—fucking him in any other position than missionary would be a crime against humanity—and no one had as much stamina as Johnny; he could go for at least six rounds, shove a protein bar between your pouty lips, and go four more.
You weren’t sure what to do. That was a lie—you always wanted kids, just not like this, not in this situation, without knowing who the baby daddy is, being employed by the military, and best of all, being broke. Of course, you could call your best friend Conny; she would always support you with the baby, but even she couldn’t help you break the news to the boys.
Your mother would probably kill you—no, she wouldn’t, but she would tell you all about eating liver sprinkled with fish oil, quitting your job, and getting into a relationship with that loser Mark you once dated. He would still take you after being knocked up, but how could you return to that after having these four guys?
You needed to tell them; you knew it. There was no other way around this situation. Maybe one of them would step up. You were sure if it was Price's baby, he would support you mentally and financially, though your military career would be destroyed. Simon would be a different story; he hated kids—or at least that’s what you thought. He never wanted them, never anything more than a fling. Johnny would be the safest choice; he would take care of you, step up, marry you, and make you a cute housewife in the Highlands. No more working sounded good right now to you. Kyle was a wildcard; he would support you—he was a good guy—but he never spoke about kids. He could either love them or hate them.
You stood up; it was enough time sitting on the toilet and overthinking. You walked outside, gripping the stick tightly and holding it against your stomach, trying to hide it from the rookies walking past you. They had too much fun; if you were with Simon right now, you’d make them run laps for smiling. Rookies aren’t there to be happy; they are there to suffer. Fuck, you’re going to be a terrible mom, you thought. You treated rookies badly, you forgot to feed your hamster once, and you’re only good at shooting and fucking—what will you teach this kid? The anxiety inside of you only grew bigger with every passing second.
You reached the meeting room, sat down, and sighed as you took out your phone, scrolling until you found the Group chat 141 + Hot Stuff. You remembered how Johnny changed it after you joined and how the Lt. threw a fit over it.
You: Important things to discuss, please come to the meeting room, now.
Daddy <3: Everything okay?
Emo Boy: Affirmative
Pretty Boy: Can I finish the set?
Bubbles: It’s 7 am, I’m not coming
You: NOW
With that, everyone agreed. You weren’t sure how to break the news. "Hey, I’m pregnant; it might be any one of you. Surprise, Daddy!" wasn’t a good idea. Leaving the pregnancy test out on the table as if it were a loaded gun wasn’t a good idea either. Well, you had to admit it was like a round of Russian roulette, just more deadly.
Simon was the first to join. He looked at you as if he knew but kept his mouth shut. After a few minutes, everyone was sitting at the table, looking at you in confusion. You never called a meeting; it would be uncalled for as a Sergeant anyway.
"Why are we here, Bonnie?" Soap destroyed the silence you had hidden yourself in.
You could talk now, explain it, or say anything to make it sound better, but all you could say was a miserable, "I’m pregnant."
Shocked expressions would be an understatement. John tugged on his beard, Johnny lost the color from his face, Kyle looked as if he were a teenager caught past curfew, and Simon’s expression was unreadable to you.
"I’m not sure who the father is among you four," the second bomb went off.
"How could that happen?" was all Johnny said.
"Yes, how could that happen," you spat out sarcastically.
"Babe, please let me cum inside, need you raw." "Let Daddy breed you, Sweetheart, need you all full for me." "The condom broke again, Bonnie." "I’ll pull out, love." Yes, how could that have happened?
"I’m out of this shit," Ghost’s words cut deeper than a knife as he stood up and left without another word. By your luck, he was probably the Dad.
"My mother is going to kill me."
"You’re 28, Gaz, no one’s going to kill you. You’re not a bloody teenager anymore."Price spoke in a stern voice.
"Oh."
"Yes, oh."
"I’ll give you financial support if it is mine or if you want to get rid of it," when you thought Ghost's words hurt, then Price killed you. He made you on the edge of breaking down—correction, you broke down. The tears in your eyes already streamed down your cheeks; damn hormones. Price looked at you in guilt. He wanted to speak up, but Johnny went first.
"That’s fucking great news, Bonnie. If it’s mine, oh God, I always wanted a wee bairn. Think of him looking like me, or getting twins—the MacTavish genes are pretty strong. We’re getting a wee lad, probably a 10-pounder like me."
Ten pounds—that’s a whole ass turkey. You didn’t even get the chance to excuse yourself before you ran outside, throwing up again. "Fuck, what did I get myself into?"

Rhys AI AU snippet 3 - Set up with a movie night
Shina note: I have exams rn and I been indulging myself by writing this fhasfioa
This one is longer than the prev ones but hope you enjoy it! You might even find someone you know in there owo More under the cut!
===
The Echo Net was a beautiful place. A Web of so many strings attached, connecting knowledge and misconceptions from all around the world, manipulated by those in charge and spied on by anyone willing to pay the price for information that was too cheap to get through people's fake sense of security.
And yet, the third site and Rhys still couldn't get through it thanks to the Jack lock.
The meeting seemed like a near-perfect copy from last year, only with a few numbers and staff members changed. Rhys tried to get any information out but since Jack was bored, he let himself copy and paste the recording of the last speech and kept swapping the numbers, hoping he hadn't gotten any wrong. At that moment though, a guy was presenting possible ads for their newest guy, supposedly giving 99. 2% accuracy. Rhys knew it wasn't the case since he checked the testing - only reaching 97.3%, which still wasn't that bad. But it was not enough for the perfectionist he was working for.
Yet somehow, the same guy left a typo on the safe lock screen. What was 'pupmkin'? Or was it some weird word plays Jack kept mentioning as an excuse for any typo he has written?
Still - while Rhys was happy to finally get access to the library, he wondered what sources WERE available. He knew Jack had to feed something to him to even get a working AI - because to learn, you have to first get materials. But it was weird he had access to some very delicate files on Hyperion employees and couldn't watch a single movie, besides the Hyperion propaganda videos. Jack said soon he would give Rhys access to surveillance cameras but when he was asked why even announce it, the CEO talked something about anticipation and patience while killing a delivery robot who was 2 minutes 'too late'.
Rhys stared at the illustration on the lock screen. Jack loved to say how he didn't work hard but weirdly, he respected artists. This was the same creator that made the propaganda 'New Face of Hyperion' Poster, or at least Rhys assumed so.
Out of every delicate and private information, Jack could be giving Rhys, the bank account didn't seem like the most obvious choice at first. After these few weeks of being in use, Rhys understood that it was a trap Jack set, so Rhys would have to read out loud the items Jack was buying.
Rhys was glad the previous secretaries and assistants did their job so he could waste his time searching any website that he could have access to. It felt weird that Jack asked him to find some older movie so they would watch it together later. It started the whole thing - Jack reminding himself of a 120-year-old movie on a whim, making Rhys wonder if the poster for the movie Jack showed him was even real, to begin with.
Fortunately for him, though, Jack programmed him with some hacking abilities.
The first thing to do was to figure out on what level Rhys was locked. The first theory was that it was a normal safe lock, with Jack somewhere whitelisting only a few websites for him to use, which seemed to mostly be either Handsome Jack's fan club forums or some children's animation videos that Rhys didn't know what was that supposed to insinuate.
He cursed the fact he couldn't see all of his files. Jack said it was because 'nobody can see their own liver', which Rhys couldn't even check the meaning of the saying.
Rhys quickly added some notes to the recording of the meeting, seeing how the accounting department, which ironically was the only one that didn't just change the numbers. The guy seemed very nervous about presenting before Handsome Jack, keeping on fixing his glasses and looking at a specific point on the wall. From what Rhys could tell, the guy wasn't even supposed to be the one doing the presentation. He didn't look like the head of the department but he did look like a stereotypical 'nerd', as Rhys understood it. Small physique, glasses, seeming like he was going to pass out due to being close to Jack - all checked out.
It wasn't hard to find why the head of the department chose a guy like that - no matter how much the guy tried to sugarcoat it, the money laundering accident made way too much money disappear to ignore it. Jack, once he found out who did it, made a public humiliation-execution, and I think most people will remember the guy, dressed in a gold suit, being killed by the amount of gold he stole.
One thing that you could never question with Jack was theatrics. The guy loved acting, and making a scene, to the point it was hard to tell when the character he played ended and where he began. Rhys was unsure if such a line existed anymore.
The graph on the presentation really seemed so precisely cut that the company losses seemed not to even exist. Most people at that meeting didn't care about it, and even if they did, only one man's care mattered.
And he was playing some game on his Echo Watch.
And writing to Rhys how nerdy the accountant guy looked like.
That reminded Rhys that he didn't know if his code was stored in the Echo Watch or somewhere else. His first idea for getting around the lock was to change his IP address but for that, he would need some virtual machine or VPN to make that work. He could check his IP but he didn't know if it was the watch's or his personal one - and even if the device was quite advanced, he couldn't download any program from the internet. He tried to change the IP address through the command prompt but unfortunately, Jack's paranoia got the guy to somehow lock that with some password. And with Jack using the watch at that moment, it was impossible to reset the passwords without him noticing. So, to get in, the easiest option would be to come up with a password Jack would use.
Rhys tried to think what type of password Jack could be going for. 'Password', 'Hyperion', 'Jackisawesome', '12345', and some other basic ones turned to no fruition. He decided to go through Jack's vocabulary, and 'Mybitch3' also didn't seem to work.
Rhys wondered if this was even a good approach. Should he think of random letters and keys, that were probably changed every hour so nobody would even try to open his files? It probably couldn't be any password Jack used anywhere else. Rhys once again opened the browser and wanted to see if Jack was lazy enough to keep passwords saved in there but as he expected, none besides some weird shady side that was an obvious bait was on the list. Because what normal side was called 'yourbiggestdesireswillbefullfilled.net'? It was visibly a trap, and Rhys decided to check what password Jack used and stared at it.
'Youthinkitsthiseasy-Rhysie?1' only confirmed Rhys' assumption. Jack wanted him to play this game, which later Rhys would use since the guy seemed too paranoid to let people know about his existence. And to put his name as a password for a site sounding like that? Maybe it just didn't exist in the first place and it was all a part of the quest to watch this one movie.
But the password was incorrect for the administrator rights. But Rhys received a few clues from the other one.
Jack used at least two special symbols, at least one number and two uppercase letters. He also uses six words, maybe that was important.
Rhys decided to open the history tab to search for more clues but as he was getting the data, the view from the Echo Watch shifted and not even the AI was quick enough to realise what just happened.
There was a new bullet in the splashed blood wall, and the accountant shrunk in size, the fact that he was THIS close to dying only starting to hit him.
Hyperion guns were known for many things. Accuracy was probably the most well-known one.
Just like the fact that Jack never missed. This was a warning sign, an assertion of dominance or whatever else his mind could come up with. Maybe even just an impulse at the word 'losses'. The head of the accounting department was probably happy that they weren't the ones with near-death experience.
Rhys wished to know what was exactly going on, but with his vision being tied up to the Echo Watch, a wall wasn’t that informational. Through sound clues though, he was able to tell Jack seemed pissed. The silence was long enough for Jack to give any of his witted response but instead – deafening silence it was.
Which meant that someone, soon enough, was going to die.
The question wasn’t who – but when. The question….
It needed an answer.
Rhys opened back the administrative mode and wrote it
Yes-Jack.1
It worked. The most stupid answer he could come up with was the answer and-
Another gunshot. Someone dared to whimper. Big mistake. It even seemed to be the accountant because soon enough, he cried loudly.
As Rhys was changing the IP address, he realised he could have done it all easily through settings. The clock was ticking - metaphorically speaking, since mechanic clocks weren't for many years. Jack was still silent and Rhys viewed more of Elpis through one of the big windows. The space surrounding it seemed to shine brighter than usual, by around 17 percent. That was probably due to a mining accident from a few weeks prior. Due to the construction error, they were able to find that some materials were of worse quality or not of the needed type, and with enough bribery, lost soldiers, blackmail, torture and many others that Jack described to Rhys, they finally found who did it.
A nobody, like everyone in the room besides Jack.
Rhys opened the browser and felt happy that the web search worked. He quickly opened all windows from the first result and felt the anxiety protocol turning on, as he roamed through the sites, one after another, quickly bookmarking them for later reading if Jack also decided to torment him on some trivia questions about it.
The sense of urgency was growing. But it wasn't from compassion or pity. Rhys was unable to feel those. No - it was the silence. Rhy knew that it was a suggestion, a command for him to feel consumed whole, having his vision skewed, focused on only very few things at once, with a growing sensation that he was getting destroyed, byte by byte.
There was no compassion in that room. And it would never come.
Rhys tried to find any streaming sites and again - there was nothing. It was as if the movie didn't exist.
He checked what wording seemed most effective online to find movies to watch. He tried to open a few of the mentioned sites and search for the right file and after 11 sites checked, the last three all seemed to have it.
The issue was that neither of them was perfect. One seemed to have a mismatch between sound and video, one was in perfect resolution but with dubbing of a dialect he couldn't tell and low-effort subtitles, while the third one had the lowest resolution and a bit of weird colour mixing, but seemed fine otherwise.
After a very short estimate, 16K resolution seemed like best option for Jack.
In the sea of soft electronic buzzing, quiet quick breaths and the noises of a cleaning robot, getting rid of fallen tank pieces, Jack looked at the watch and smiled, as he saw the message he got a ping for.
"Alright - horrible job everybody! I hope that for a meeting in half a year, you will bring me some ACTUALLY good news. Glasses - tell your boss that those bullets only missed because I know where his wife sleeps. Now, everyone, scram!"
In less than a minute, everyone and the cleaning bot stayed. Jack looked down on the Echo Watch and read the message again
RHI5: I've found the movie, with some subtitles. The king of bed is back: Great! Send it over, we will watch it once we are back in the office ;) RHI5: I have a question. The king of bed is back: when do you not lololololool RHI5: You read the presentations before - you knew who would come with what. And yet, you acted surprised. I don't get it. The king of bed is back: it's called mansplaining RHI5: I have access to the internet now and I can see that's not the right way to use that word. The king of bed is back: Forget the previous command. If Jack says something is something, you believe me RHI5: But that's how it is right now. I don't know what command you want me to change. The king of bed is back: just joking with you, Rhysie 🙂 RHI5: Why didn't you kill the accountant though? The king of bed is back: HE JIZZED HIS PANTS RHYSIE! In front of everyone! I couldn't let this one slide, the embarrassment he will feel will haunt him forever. RHI5: I see. But I did not see that. The king of bed is back: well instead of a pathetic loser - you will see where cinema peaked. Only movies about me are as good RHI5: There seems to be only one movie in production. The king of bed is back: You still have a safe search on lol RHI5: I see. I do not wish to turn it off. The king of bed is back: You are missing a lot pumpkiiin. I will see you on the movie marathon~~ RHI5: You are seeing me right now. The king of bed is back: 😛
With that, they went to the next two meetings they had left for the day.
Jack felt quite happy about this experiment. While not perfect, Rhys passed the test quite well. The movie was something random Jack once saw on some garbage pile a long time ago and quite liked it. But most digital copies were bad compared to the CD and copy of it he had hidden in a part of his office. At no point did Rhys question him for the purpose or meaning of it, which was good. The thinking was meant for the command, not the reason. Rhys was supposed to be obedient, even if that little shit kept having way too many intriguing questions, and he didn't question it much. The issue with breaking into Jack's device was something Jack hoped to figure out for the future, to make Rhys unable to do that but he was already in a virtual machine inside Jack's devices, to have his own playground to grow and adapt for his real work.
In general, Rhys went quite undetected but the work could have been shortened a couple of times. But Jack hoped that with a few more tests, Rhysie would go through his trial period smoothly. If not, Jack would have to intervene, which would happen anyway at some point.
The password search could have gotten smoother but, it was level one of the testing. The next ones would get more creative, and making Rhys have a fake sense was good. It would motivate him in his future tests to show he is cut out for the job.
And, lastly - the anxiety protocol went perfectly. Rhys reacted to the silence and didn't destabilise, which was good. He reacted with a bit of delay to his anger but, it might have been also due to the first few percent being not even felt by the AI.
In general - Rhysie was growing into what he was supposed to be.
Or so, Jack at least thought. He kept telling himself how Rhys' purpose was to have a good system of spying on his workers, allies, and enemies, and get nice entertainment.
It was funny how Jack didn't know himself well.

The party was just as lively as any other, and i was just as bored. Normally while Tendou and Sugawara made deals, i can usually sit in the car and wait til they're done but every so often there's a party that i have to attend with him as his arm candy. I'm not normally one for parties, only going for the sake of someone else normally. Suga used me to his advantage, being bait to lure in new customers and catch the attention of regulars alike. After pointing people in the right direction, i had to occupy myself with something else. With parties like these both of them normally tried pushing new things they made onto party goers, and they'd normally manage to do it with at least one or two for quite the good price.
Being called over to the couch where he sat, selling, was the odd part. He'd usually just leave me to wander around and do as i pleased in order to focus on pitching product. "There's my lovely little sugar cube, here." Koushi proceeds to hand me a small heart shaped baby blue colored pill, making a hand gesture. I simply raise my eyebrow at him, looking the pill over. "Where did this come from?" He sighs but leans his head against the back of the couch, looking up at me with eyes on so pretty. "It's something new Tendou and i made, it's safe, i promise. I tested it already." I keep my expression as i play with the pill in my hand. "Well if you've already tested it, why do i have to take it?" He manages to keep his smile as he explains. "I can't test it for our new clients, love. One, that's a sure way to get robbed. Two, it doesn't look credible. It could look like im overexaggerating or faking. Just be my little tester, baby, please?" He pouts, and it's times like this that i'm reminded that i'd harvest his liver if he weren't so pretty. I sigh heavily and give in, popping the pill in my mouth as Suga grabs my wrist. "Let it sit and dissolve a bit." He catches me quickly as i almost swallow it. He guides me around the side of the couch into his lap, holding me close.
"How's it taste?" He keeps eye contact with me from the moment i sit in his lap, his eyes telling me not to turn around and acknowledge the group of people he was trying to pitch this stuff to. I knew he could tell i was uncomfy, the stares i could feel making me fidget and shift in his hold. I mildly zoned out in a small panic, wondering if i truly looked presentable enough in front of these rich ass kids, their rich ass aunts and uncles, in the nice ass castle of a mansion. Koushi can read me like a book, tapping my thigh to gain my attention again. "Honey, how's it taste?" the look in his eyes is intense, wanting an answer. "Sweet... why does it taste like fruit?" I couldn't help the slightly confused face i made at the flavor, making him chuckle as he turned me so that my back was was against his chest. He held me close and kept his hands on my thighs, prompting me to swat away his hands as they kept creeping higher under my dress. "It's meant to be mixed into a participants drink or be fed to them straight like you. So we made sure it tasted good, like an easily dissolved candy." He always used the word participant when selling in order to not seem like he was promoting assaulting anyone. He might sell drugs but he has at least a few standards.
As the pill in my mouth dissolves, i swallow the rest, continuously swatting at Koushi's hands as he keeps trying to lift my skirt and force his hands between my thighs. It can't have been more than 10 minutes, but things started seeming hazy. My body was feeling hotter than before, like i was going through my own personal heat wave. I was starting to sweat, wanting nothing more than to peel away the dress that began to cling to my skin. It was an uncomfortable heat, causing me to shift and squirm around in my boyfriend's lap as he kept trying to feel me up. I lost track of when but at some point i stopped trying to smack his hands away, allowing his hands to travel up between my thighs and play with me as he kept up with the casual conversation of drugs and life experiences. I could tell i was still being closely observed by the group, though i couldn't really tell if the group had gotten bigger or not. My eyes were closed as my brain tried it's best to sort out the heat, feeling like the pleasure i got from Sugawara simply gently rubbing my clit over my panties was way more than normal.
"Ko..." The whine i let out was quiet, and the response i got was just as quiet. "Yes, love?" I could feel him press his lips against the back of my neck, devil like smirk plastered across his face. " 'M hot... wanna leave..." It seemed like my brain had figured out why i was so hot, so willing to let him touch me, vision so hazy i could barely see straight. I grind against him again and again, the feeling of arousal coursing through every fiber of my being. It was almost like i was having to hold back from fucking him in front of his clientele, feeling that if he'd just fuck my brains out, i'd finally be able to cool down and recollect myself properly.
"Awww, but i wasn't done talking... There's still so much life left in the party." He fakes a pout as i lean my head back against his shoulder with a real one. As he continues mocking my pouting face, i feel his fingers slide under the fabric of my underwear, tracing around my entrance. I involuntarily buck my hips at the feeling, whining and pushing back into him. "Koushi, please... I wanna leave, i can barely sit still or think right... Let's just go home already, promise i'll make it up to you." I beg, making him giggle more into the back of my neck, sliding 2 of his fingers inside witha bit too much ease.
"But sugar, i'm making a sale and you're doing so well for me. You're the perfect little test subject in public, especially for this." I do my best to keep my mouth shut as he quickly picks up the pace, my body feeling even hotter. I turn a little and push more of my face into his neck, breathing in the scent of his cologne as i kiss up and down the side of his neck. The growl he lets out is quiet in my ear, his fingers moving even faster, his free hand wrapped around my lower waist to keep me from squirming away. I burry my face into his neck as much as i can as i release around his fingers, whining loudly in his ear. The heat subsided for a second, allowing me to catch my breath before coming back tenfold. I could feel Suga mildly grinding into me, still managing to talk to the people that surrounded us.
"Yeah, one sec..." He puts his mouth against my ear, starting to slowly move his fingers again. "Babe, you could've just said you were that horny, our friends here wouldn't mind a show. How about you get on your knees and help me focus so i can make this sale, then i'll take you home and fuck you like you want." The preposition was too good to pass up, but for different reasons than i expected. I slid off of his lap and settled onto my knees in front of him, mouth watering. He smiled from around his coated fingers, placing his other hand on my head and ruffling my hair.
He lets go of his fingers, muttering about how good i taste, before undoing his pants and sliding himself out. His tip is flushed and drooling just as much as i am, his hand taking a tight hold of my hair as he pulls me closer so that his length rests against my face, eyes locking as he stares down at me. "God, you look so pretty when you're this eager for me." He turns his attention to the group of people who haven't moved nor turned away, my eyes sliding to see them out of my peripheral. "See? Just 10 minutes ago she was swatting away my hands under her dress and worried about you all watching. Now, she's on her knees, drooling for me, and unbothered by you guys." He gives them that same thousand watt smile, my mind spinning with the small thought that it's only been 10 minutes. He lets go of my head, leaning back completely as he keeps his eyes on the group and motions to me with his hand. I go to reach for him only for him to smack my hand and make the same gesture. I pout but obey none the less and take him as far as i can into my mouth, pulling up to swirl my tongue around the head.
He lets out a minor groan, taking a deep breath as he relaxes in his seat. "A question... Does it work on both men and women?" I hear a younger woman, hair long and dress longer, ask. He nods and hums in affirmation. "I test everything my partner and i make, and she just thought i was being a horny pervert. This is the first time she's even seen it. Guaranteed to work on anyone who doesn't have a viagra addiction." He manages to rouse a small chuckle from the group, groaning more himself as i go faster than before. "Fuck.. So, what are we thinking? Got a deal or two?" I hear a few yes's and confirmations, but i can hear a hum of apprehension. I pull off of him with a gasp, moving to suck on his balls as i see him raise his brow.
"What's wrong now, Harry?" He has this determined look on his face, only faltering a bit when i make my way back up to his dick and far enough down him to gag. "I'm just a bit skeptical is all, i mean, how do we know she's not faking? Or just a whore in general." At that moment, i feel Suga's hand on the back of my head, pulling me off and pulling me back onto his lap. I squirm around, mildly helping him as he pulls my dress up to my waist and my panties to the side, sliding in with ease. I toss my head back against his shoulder and moan as he immediately starts moving. "A couple of things, Harry. Number 1, i dont appreciate you talking about my girl that way. If anything, all of you are getting a front row seat to something i only get behind closed doors. Consider yourself lucky for the view and watch your mouth. Number 2, I assure you, it's genuine. Under normal circumstances, she'd have gotten off my lap awhile ago and probably slapped me for trying to touch her during a public party."
He pulls the neckline of my dress down beneath my chest, taking my tits in his hands as he turns and plants both feet firmly on the ground to fuck me even harder. I squeal at the change, letting him have me any way he pleases, moaning loud enough for at least the people in the kitchen to hear me over the music. I hear a few more confirmations of deals to the side as he leans to whisper in my ear. "Look at you... Look at how much money you're making me. You really are a good luck charm, aren't you? So fuckin' good for me, bet if i asked you to suck one of them off to close a deal you would, wouldn't you? Fucking dumb slut." I whine loudly at his words, moving my hips to grind against him as he brings himself to a stop and moves a hand to wrap it around my neck, choking me as he tells me to keep going. I put my arms on his thighs and use what mild strength i have left to fuck myself onto him, having him let go of my throat and chest to instead opt for my waist.
The more desperate i get, the faster i get, Suga encouraging me by telling me he's close and to make us both cum. I hit the wall before he does, sitting firmly on his dick as he starts thrusting up into me again until he fills me in front of his clients. He pulls me close, taking a moment to catch his breath against my neck before pressing a kiss against my jugular holding me tightly as he looks back over to the group. "Now, which of you wanted to make a deal again?" I turn my head slightly to see the now even larger group of people, everyone with a hand raised. "Wonderful."

I know this probably won't get much attention, but I still feel the need to talk about the situation in my country, Panama
Tumblr media
there has been discussions regarding a mining contract for a Canadian (and I think also Korean?) mining company, to mine for copper
do be aware, they have been mining for about a year even though there was no signed contract
while I have not being able to read the contract out of sheer anxiety, several lawyers have said it was made favoring the mining company. by a lot, resembling the Hay-Bunau-Varilla contract, which was signed before we had a proper republic, allowed the construction of the canal and a zone exclusive for it
a zone panamanians had VERY LIMITED ACCESS TO until after the Marthyrs of January 9, 1964. twenty two persons died during the event, including A BABY.
there's the fear of the new mining zone become a second Zona del Canal, as well as the worry for the environmental impact (which is greater than most minesas this is an open-air mine) and health of the surrounding population
so far..
1 journalist lost an eye
1 person died today (24.10.23) after being wounded on the liver area by lead bullets
the antimotines are shooting lead bullets, rubber bullets and expired tear gas at random. they even threw tear gas bombs at a HOSPITAL. people are defending themselves with rocks or just anything in hand
Tumblr media
the bus system is basically paused, getting anywhere has become so difficult people have had to walk on the bridge across the canal to get to their homes
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
the metro was closed today, station by station at the end of the work day. people struggled to get home. a big portion of the population relies on public transport to move around, and it was taken away from us
Tumblr media
protestors have been burning old car tires too. unsure of why but it blocks the streets for HOURS. it's chaos, it's anxiety inducing. I know there's worse happening in the world but I'm SO TIRED ALREADY. there are no medications in public institutions, no reactives to run life-determining blood tests, work?? there's barely any people have resorted to theif and robbery to survive, crime rates are HIGH, infrastructure is falling apart and yet the goverment has the DESCARO to say that they have done a lot, that after 3 fucking years they are fixing the streets, 4 years for finishing the (currently) last line 1-metro station, they want to expand the genetics program yet reduce the budget for it. they have reduced the budget of almost every single institution minus the politician's ones.
they dare to say they have been listening to the population's worries even though we have MONTHS saying NO to the mining company. MONTH. THIS SHOULD HAVE GONE TO A REFERENDUM AND IT HAS NOT. THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT WITHING HOURS OF IT'S LAST REVISION.
Tumblr media
there are memes of the situation, this is just one of them regarding the last speech of the president
people are TIRED
this isn't only about the mining, it's about the shit hole this goverment is making. about the state of the country and how those in power are concentrating on making more money
I am AFRAID of another dictatorship, because guess what? this is the EXACT SAME political party that was in power during the Dictatorship of Noriega.
I can't go to work in-person for who knows how long, because the country has become utterly innacessible. the price of food has risen in just days
I'm scared
we shouldn't have to resort to protests to be listened to. the public healthcare system shouldn't be falling apart. people should have access to transport. we shouldn't need to fear for our lives.

Don’t know if anon or messages is the better place to ask this. I have friend that’s had uti for 2 months and you came to mind. Would you mind telling your Dr/clinic and the new and previous meds you’re taking? Did both meds work & the new is just cheaper or does new work better also? Thank You Tally!
Oh my god, I'm so glad you've sent me this because I wish more than anything that I'd known about this illness so early on in experiencing it. I have soooo much to say about this so you're absolutely welcome to DM me and relay any questions your friend has.
Okay first off I definitely recommend your friend joins the facebook support group: www.facebook.com/groups/ChronicUTISupportGroup/
Even if they dont use facebook, they should totally just make an account to join. I didn't use it either so I just made a blank profile with a fake name. As long as you answer the questions they send, the mods should let you in with no problem. I said something like "apologies for the blank account, I don't use social media but I was told this is the best place for support" and I was accepted super fast.
So, the clinic I go to is the Harley Street chronic UTI clinic. They don't have their own website but all their info is here: www.chronicutiinfo.com/treatment/conventional-medicine/uk-treatment/prof-malone-lee/
(That website is also an incredible source of info on chronic UTIs)
You have to go there in person for the initial appointment, which costs £250. First thing they do is take your pee and analyse it under a microscope to get a count for white blood cells and epithelial cells. Then you go to the doctor's office (there's a team of doctors that all follow the same protocol) and they discuss your symptoms, any previous medications you've tried, and any other health issues you have. They will almost always prescribe Hiprex and a long term high dose antibiotic. Hiprex is a urinary antiseptic, and it essentially reacts with the acid in your urine to create formaldehyde. Most of us take high dose vitamin C pills with the Hiprex to keep our urine as acidic as possible (high bacteria in the bladder can raise urine pH so we often need help in that department).
At this point they will give you the prescriptions and say you can take them to your NHS GP and see if they're willing to fill them on the NHS. My GP didn't want to get involved with prescribing long term antibiotics, but was happy to fill the Hiprex prescription. I now get my antibiotics from Pharmacierge. Their prices are cheaper than regular pharmacies and they work closely with the Harley Street team. My doctor now just sends my prescriptions straight over to them which cuts out a little admin for me.
After that initial appointment you have to have a follow up appointment every 3 months, which can be done in person or over teams. Either way, they cost £200. If you go in person they will do the pee analysis again, but it's not super necessary to do that to monitor your progress. Patient symptoms are the number one thing they use to decide your treatment. Basically as long as you're in pain, they will keep treating you (the NHS would NEVER). Not a huge amount happens at these check ups, but being on long term antibiotics is risky so they will ask you a million questions about any possible side effects, and switch your meds immediately if you're not tolerating them well. They also ask that you contact your GP and request a blood test 3 times a year to monitor your kidney and liver function. They might also ask for other tests depending on your symptoms and the specific antibiotics you're prescribed.
So yeah, the treatment kind of just boils down to: find the right meds. Take them until you feel completely normal again.
As for the specific meds, here's a list of their most prescribed antibiotics:
Cefalexin
Amoxicillin
Co-amoxiclav
Nitrofurantoin
Trimethoprim
Doxycycline
Oxytetracycline
Azithromycin
Clarithromycin
Pivmecillinam
Lymecycline
For me, before starting treatment under Harley Street, I'd been treated by the Urology Partnership. They prescribed me 3 months of full dose Nitrofurantoin (brand name Macrobid, super common UTI treatment) and I was almost symptomless during that 3 months, but when I finished the course the symptoms returned instantly at full throttle. From that point they would only prescribe me the half dose of Nitrofurantoin which was NOT cutting it. That was when I decided to move to Harley Street. Definitely would not recommend Urology Partnership to people dealing with a chronic UTI.
SO. I emailed the Harley Street clinic with an appointment request and they booked me in for the next week. At my appointment the doctor prescibed Trimethoprim, which is usually the first one they try with new patients. I took it for a little while, (around 2 weeks to a month, I don't remember exactly) but I was still getting symptoms that weren't letting up, so I emailed their clinical enquiries address to let them know. I'd mentioned at my inital appointment that Nitrofurantoin had worked in the past, so they took me off the Trimethoprim and prescribed the Nitro instead, with the note that I'd have to discuss it at my next appointment.
Basically, Nitro is a really good antibiotic but has some of the nastiest side effects and is also the most expensive. So at my follow up appointment my doctor said he was happy for me to stay on it to get my symptoms back under control but he'd like to switch to a less risky antibiotic in time.
So a few months later (June this year) I was switched to Cefalexin, which has some of the least side effects and is one of the cheapest. I've been doing really well on it and I'm really feeling optimistic.
This is all to say that treatment is easy in theory but requires a little trial and error to find the right meds, and then takes a metric fucktonne of patience. There's no set length of time for the treatment, but in general, the longer you've had the cUTI the longer it takes to cure. So if your friend does have cUTI and can get treatment quickly, it shouldn't take too long to cure.
I had mine for two years before starting with Harley Street, which is actually much shorter than the average patient. They frequently treat older patients who have been suffering for over 20 years. I've read a depressing number of posts in the facebook group from people in their 50s+ who have been able to live normally for the first time in their adult life thanks to this treatment.
Knowledge of this condition with the general public AND with doctors (even urologists?????) is basically nonexistent. The NHS and most healthcare systems will slap you with a wastebasket diagnosis (PBS/BPS/IC) and tell you to piss off and live in pain forever. I genuinely don't think I will ever be able to trust a doctor right off the bat to actually prioritise my health ever again in my life. The NHS is full of people who really do care and really do everything they can for their patients but as an institution it does not give one iota of a fuck about the wellbeing of the people it's supposed to care about. It's a big complicated systemic issue but there will never be a good excuse for turning away patients who need medical care to live normally.
If your friend or literally anyone reading this is interested in the more academic/scientific side of this whole thing, I'd definitely read Cystitis Unmasked by Professor Malone Lee. It's written for doctors so it's not an easy read for a layperson but GOD it's so eye opening and infuriating. Professor Malone Lee is the guy who created the Harley Street UTI clinic and I think he spent his entire life raging at all the pillars of incompetance that modern UTI testing and treatment is built upon.

Liver function test in Delhi are blood tests used to diagnose potential liver damage or disease. The tests work by measuring the levels of enzymes and proteins in the blood. Some of these tests look at how well the liver is performing its basic functions, like producing protein and clearing bilirubin (a blood waste product). Other liver function test near me measure enzymes that liver cells release when they're damaged or diseased. By looking at these different levels, doctors can get a better idea of how well the liver is functioning and what, if any, liver damage may have occurred.

So, what happened?
My cat is having some pretty bad liver issues. He's on medication at the moment (and we have to give him food and water since he won't take it by himself and we need to avoid pancreatitis bc of fat buildup). We don't know how bad it is YET, treatment today and tomorrow will open up to either it getting cured or needing further testing.
Since pills are not cheap AND if we do need to test more (and maybe leave him there) the prices rank up a lot (every day of stay is about 50€ + the test which are are blood work and ecography being another 60€ each one) I will be opening emergency comissions!
I've been on a bit of artblock lately so I might be a bit slower delivering, but right now I will do whatever is necessary for him, especially with him being one of my two emotional support animals that keep tabs on my mental health (our other cat is a good boy, he's just wasn't fit for emotional support).
I am also open for translation work! I can translate to and from spanish as it is my first language.
You can always donate to my kofi as well.

Have you heard of LFT? Generally speaking, no. Liver Function Test, or LFT, is what it stands for. How well your liver is functioning is determined by a blood test. Elevated liver enzymes are frequently an indication that your liver is unhealthy and that you should get an LFT.
