Since we’re getting a live adaptation of How to Train your Dragon, they should give Rise of the Guardians the comeback it deserves. My choices for Jack Frost, let’s remember he’s stuck at the age of 16-17 so yes, I chose young actors
Please don’t start attacking me, these are just opinions, people need to start respecting that. I think they could all play Jacks character so well

McDonalds HappyMeal Toys
In this post I will be refering to the toys based on their packaging and distribution centers. The International packaging is the clear plastic bag with printing in multiple languages, when a region has a specific packaging design I will refer to this based on that region.
I have a UK kid's meal box that I keep my unopened International set in, this box has several fun kids activities on it and you can punch out each section to collect the Guardians. This box also has a coupon for the Movie Novelization. the McDonalds logo on the cover is not a sticker but part of the printing, making this a variant cover.
There will be several aditions to this including packaging and box designs from different regions but for now I'm just covering the toys.
The most complex one first, Bunnymund has 2 different versions of his toy. Regional version and the International version. Although I call this the regional version the design was primaily localized in the U.S packaging, Canada (Le Reveil Gardiens) Packaging and the Latin American ( El Origen de los Guardianes) Packaging, it is not to imply that all regional packaging recieved this version, but I have seen it outside of packaging on French second hand stores and calling it simply North American would be excluding the Latin American region that also destributed this model.
If you have a Bunnymund toy shout out your region and which model you have, I'd love to see which version had which distribution range!
The Regional version has a larger bandolier with a slot cut out to hold his boomerang.
He can then reach back and grasp it to toss when you press the button.
The international design has a smaller boomerang permanently fused to his hand, he cannot toss it and pressing the button only creates a karate chop action.
However the International Bunnymund toy comes with the character card and the regional Bunnymund does not.
Because of these changes the arm designs on each figure are slightly different, the Regional one being thicker and bent at a tighter angle. The International version also has a softer airbrush look to the face where the Regional has very clean lines.
Their lot numbers are also placed in different locations, Regional being on the side of the bandolier while the International is on the bottom of the bandolier. Copyright stamp is on the bottom of the foot for both versions.
Bunnymund usually sells for under $10, depending on the region and the model you want you should expect to pay more if you factor in shipping, the International Bunnymund toy with the character card is worth more to U.S. collectors.
Next we have the two keepsake boxes released internationally after the initial 4 toys. These are mostly found in the International packaging but are pictured on regional boxes so if you see them in a regional packaging let me know!
The crowning jewel of a ROTG toy collection is the Jack Frost keepsake box, sold internationally you can expect $30 from this new in the bag, it would sell for more but most buyers have to factor in shipping costs, so selling it with the other toys helps a buyer make the purchase. (this is where the elf and globe toys carry their weight)
The Keepsake box is a blue octogon with Jack Frost on the front holding his staff. His number is on the bottom just above the screws.
To unlock the box remove the staff from Jack's hands and turn it in the snowflake on the side.
Inside the box is a small puzzle of all the Guardians on North's sleigh with the workshop dome in the background.
if you live i the UK this box is easy to find for very low prices, but as it was not released in all regions, particularly the US, it becomes the most valuable peice of the set.
Tooth's keepsake box is similairly as hard to find in the global collectors community, but has less demand.
Her box is shapped like the Toothboxes from the movie and includes three fliptops shapped like the fairies in purple, blue, and teal.
It comes with a paper insert with Jamie's face on it, which slides into the front slot. Directly under where his portrait goes in the number for this toy.
Tooth's keepsake box can go for $15-20 new in the bag.

Heya, Written by the victors is back for chapter 2.
Crossover between httyd and rotg.
Pairings: Hijack, Hiccstrid (past)
Alternate History for httyd where the dragons did not go into hiding and that dragons coexist with humans in modern society. The guardians of childhood need to seek out a group of elusive autumn spirits to gain information on Pitch and his allies.
Chapter 2 summary:
Jack and the other guardians try to make sense of Man in Moon's message.
While a certain someone reads a news article about themselves.
1,000 years of history: Emperor Hiksti Hræðilegt Haddock III under the lens of modern pop culture
Roughly 1000 after his death, Emperor HIksti Hræðilegt Haddock III remains one of the most relevant and influential figures of history. From being the social pariah of his tribe to becoming an emperor, his story had captured the hearts and imagination of countless people.
With Nowflix announcement of creating a live-action series about the emperor and his dragon riders. The Daily NIghtfury recount how pop culture portrayed the emperor Hiksti Haddock III in the last 300 years.
How to train your dragon series (1704) by Cressida Howell
300 years later, Cressida Howell’s ‘How to train your dragon’ is still influential in how pop culture view the emperor. As one of the more popular children’s books in the North and South America, it ignited an interest about the life of the late Hiksti Haddock III.
Charming, dutiful, sarcastic and slightly awkward. The Hiskti Haddock III from ‘How to train your dragon’ (1704) by Cressida Howell is an adventurer and an engineer who wanted to explore the world and just happened to be a very endearing character. Originally released in America as a children’s book, it was a breath of fresh air compared to the gritty portrayals of the emperor in a serious and dramatic historical novel of Europe in the late 1600’s and early 1700s. It was released in Europe 5 years after its American release with mixed reviews from European critics. Though a century later, Europe have warmed up to the slightly whimsical portrayal of the emperor.
Where no one goes (1806) by Richard Broom
Introduced in 1856 to a polarising audience, it goes against the common depiction of Emperor Hiksti as a charismatic military commander in a dramatic historical novel full of glory of the war. ‘Where no one goes’ simply portrays King Hiksti III as a man in his 30s and so full of melancholy, unlike the popular novels which focused more during his youth and great battles he fought and less about his older self during the time of peace. Battle hardened and weary, ‘where no one goes’ depicts the brutally of war as the now adult King Hiksti recounts his youth. Of sleepless days where he dreams of enemy soldiers who burned to death by dragon fire, his question of morality as he builds another weapon of destruction and in the end of the novel ends with the emperor longing for the simpler times of his youth.
Highland seas series (1989) by Rachel Brook
Derided by the critics as a shallow bodice ripper novel, nonetheless it managed to have a dedicated readers to become a series. Set in an alternate universe where Hiksti Haddock III did not become a king and instead became a runaway before the final test against the monstrous nightmare, he finally become an adventurer he was meant to be. Readers have bemoaned the lost potential of the novel, setting aside the wonderful worldbuilding from the first chapters to focus on romance and softcore porn.
The Great King (2007) by Hiksti Blackwood
‘The Great King’ by Hiksti Blackwood took Emperor Hiksti’s steady image and shook it to its core. It’s a historical novel about Emperor Hiksti Haddock III but also works as a study on childhood and coming of age in medieval society, child marriages and traumas of war.

RotG Wild West Au
Cool Handed Jack
It was another typical day at the North Pole ....if you can call an argument Between Santa Claus,The Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy about the Northern lights typical…
“How many times I got to tell you it's not problem that we can deal with just like that!”North argued
“I didn't ask you for your opinion!”Bunnymund Retorted back
“I didn't get sleep last night because I had to fix Guardian Lights.”North counterted his remark,he and all the team were worried sick about it because without the lights working there was no quick way of calling them to the North Pole, something terrible could happen and they would be too late, this fear of helplessness made them worry.
“We've been talking about this for 3 hours and we still don't know where to start!”Toothiana said, trying to calm the two guardians down.
“Look Tooth you flying here does not fix problem.”North said in return
But I just think tha
“I know urgency it's probably more important to me than it to you!And I invented it!So just stop pushing me.”
“Stop Pushing?!”Bunnymund said
“We've had this broken down for a week now! What if an emergency happened most of us could do nothing about it”He added in
“Okay so we're all tired and we all want to get it done as soon as possible so why don't we just try a different approach.”
Meanwhile Jack was watching some westerns on an portable TV he found them so fun even though they took place in the Dry and Hot Desert most of the time.He had always had a bit of fondness for them after all he grew up as a cattle boy and with his memories back these films had a feeling of familiarity to him now more than ever.
And the toys of the workshop helped them feel what with the cowboy action figures, horses, stage coaches and toy town and model train set running around it just worked out!Several elves joined in on the fun too and put on cowboy outfits and tied up Dingle dressed as a Bandit to a small christmas tree.
He didn't want to be bothered with the problem but he couldn't help but sad to see his friends arguing, and he wanted to help so he came up with an idea…
He walked up to the globe room passing several Yetis rushed about with tools trying to help fix the broken mechanism.
“Hi Phil!”He said as he saw him pass by,Phil however was in a hurry and had no time to respond.
“Hey?Uh North?”He began
Look Jack I already told you keep out of this”North said in reply
“Well , I just thought…”
Well just don't there's nothing you can do to help,It's enough dealing the breakdown here without you make it more difficult with mischievous plans.North said
“Yeah go back and leave us alone!”Bunymund thought he had enough problems without dealing with Jack
“That right and we make decisions!”North said
“Jack?Tooth asked
“Yes?”He replied
“Could you please turn that Television down?”She asked him and with a sigh he complied
“Well…all I wanted to do was just give a suggestion”,Jack silently muttered to himself as he went back.
Meanwhile the argument got even more heated
“WELL THERE ARE SOMETHINGS we can live without and this is not one of them”Bunnymund said
”Oh,and what did do before we have Northern Lights?”North argued back
“Holy Mackerel…just listen to this guy!”Bunnymund said back
“Look, guys you should stop arguing amongst yourselves so we can finally get somewhere?”Toothiana asked she didn't like the way their chat was going
”But…”
”But nothing just leave me alone so I get back to work.”North said to bunnymund
”Look North we don't want to tell you what to do it's just that this is very important to all of us to have the lights functional.”Tooth said in a gentle tone
Jack went back he felt as if he was invisible and unwanted yet again, the words of the others were still lingering in Jacks mind as he was getting tired and started to drop off to sleep Sandy who was awoken by the argument noticed as his eyes closed and so he gave him some Dreamsand. As Jack was falling asleep the words of the fellow Guardians ”Keep out of this Jack!” and the TVs gunfire echoed through his mind
-------------------------------------------------------------
Gunfire was heard in J.Shorters Bank in Sandy Springs, the Bankteller was held at gunpoint by one of the bandits.
“Oh my,Oh my,you can't do that!Mr.Shorty will be very mad”:He said in disarray as the bandits handed each other the bags of gold one by one.
While at Gunpoint the teller remembered a small alarm by the counter of the desk…slowly he inched his way towards it,unbeknownst to the thieves.
“Cmon,Cmon thats it”One of them said as he took the bags of riches one by one
“Just one more..”The other one said
“Yeah Just one more” the another one replied
“Trouble with you two is that you just plain greedy”Said the lead bandit to the other two.
“Hurry it up,Hurry it up!”Another one said
Suddenly a shot rang out and ink flew across the teller
“I wouldn't do that if I were you ... .next time I'm aiming for you”Said one of the bandits sending shivers down the spine of the teller
“Okay you, time to go!”Said the lead bandit and the other two walked out the door
He then turned back to the teller:”I hope you have nice warm fireplace.”
After which he shot down a lamp and set it ablaze
Before Leaving he stopped to say:”We the Guardian gang,so see you round partner.”
The Bankteller rushed to the phone.
“Operator!Operator!Fire!Help!Robbery!Oh my!”He said overwhelmed with worry
Outside the gang in their six horse oven stagecoach were riding high.
“YIPPEE YI YAY!YAHOO!YAHHA!WOOHOO!YAHEY!”
They cried as they drove over a garden with the owner shaking his fist at the bandits who knocked down his fence.
“How we doing?”Maverick Nick the bandleader asked his team
“If you try to ride this this coach and not fly it we'll do a whole lot better”Deadshot Aster replied
“Yeah try not to make us lose any teeth before we spend the money”Dragontooth said in agreement
“What the matter Aster?I thought you like little bit of dangerous riding!”Nick said to his fellow bandit
,he didn't just like it….he loved it
“Yeah I know but I'd like to stay in one piece too! What's next chief?”Aster said not sharing Nicks sentiment
“Little Gold consignment in Kansas City and the nearest town from here to there is..Jackville”Maverick Nick said
“Seem it time to visit”Nick continued
“Wait!Did you just say….Jacksville?”Aster asked in astonishment at Nick's statement
“Yes so what?”He said
Well the Sheriff there has a reputation for Law and Fun!And I had a brush with him several times, none good.”Aster said reflecting upon his long-time rivalry with the wild lawmaker
“And they say he's the coolest draw in the west.”Dragontooth added in ,also vary of his skill.
”Don't tell that you scared!I say next stop Jackville”Nick said brushing off the worries of his team as the stagecoach rushed over the lone prairie.
Jackville Law Abiding folks welcome:The sign by the entrance of the town read.
Sheriff Jack was resting in his office he felt a cool breeze as he reflected back, just yesterday he shot off an apple of the Bartender's head while saying that he would do it"without knocking down a single hair".Then again the Bartender was bald. But what was just law and order without some fun and excitement, this town needed enough of both.
When suddenly a small man broke in and started gesturing in sign language.
“The Guardian Gang is in town?Ok let's play it cool then….”He said as he headed along with this small deputy to the Saloon
At the Saloon the atmosphere was most dissatisfactory with the three new guests.
”Another drink and be quick about it mate!”Aster said
“Yeah I could do with another strong drink.”Nick added in
“I hope you aren't planning no trouble after all this is a Law abiding town and this is a respectable Bar!”Katherine the bar owner said
“Why don't you get lost sweetheart?”Aster replied
“What's hurry I hope you not trying to pull out just when lifes getting sweet?”Nick said
“Err..Well no chief but..”Aster began
“Good.”North replied cutting him off
“Nick?Could we discuss the plan now?”Dragontooth said, she was interested in the loot.
“Sure at Six today the express mail train will pick up largest load of Gold and Diamond ever shipped in the west and right now it safe and sound but 5 minutes before the train leave station that gold will be wheeled out on platform and that's when our dream will come true!”He said as the team listened intently, each member pictured the prized valuables which would soon rest in the palm of their hands.
Just then Sheriff Jack entered the Bar and shot a cold gaze at all present
Silence fell
He slowly walked up to the ringer as everyone attention was redirected to him
“What'll it be, sheriff?”Said the Bartender
“Want to try some of mine,Sheriff?”Nick offered
”No,just milk.”Jack said calmly
Silence fell again and all eyes were on him.
The Gang all looked at him intently
All was silent
Jack slowly reached for his milk.
His hand slowly made his way to it and……
BANG!A shot rang out!And hit the drink
And then another and another!
Everyone ducked to the side
Deadshot Aster missed and Jack shot his gun out of his hand.
“Alright don't move, hold it right there!”He said once again defeating his long time opponent
Dragontooth was about to get him when Deputy “Sandy” hit her with a chair, knocking her out and sending her to dreamland.
Nick was about to get Jack but as he aimed Katherine hit him with a pie she had on the coaster
“Let that be a lesson to you, never be rude to a lady.”She said
“Great job gang!”Jack said congratulating the loyal friend. After which he looked at the gang
“Alright all of you put your hands up!”Jack said smiling smugly at his opponents
“Stravinsky.”Nick muttered as he and his team was taken away
“Well get even with you Sheriff…..”Dragontooth said
Jack ignored it
“Okay Sandy put them in”He said pointing to the cell
“You can just cool off in there, okay?He said with a mischievous grin,it's the cooler after all.”He said, this was gonna be fun.
Not long later however the phone ranged
“Yes?”Jack said taking it up to his ear
“Trouble down at the Eastwood rodeo Sheriff!Could you come down?”:said the voice from the phone.
“Sure Jamie!”He said in reply
The small mute deputy gestured.
“Yes I'm leaving to help Jamie, you stay here Sandy and guard them till I return.”He said
“And remember to keep an eye on them.”He added before he shut the door and left.
One Hour later the deputy was growing sleepy and subsequently fell asleep whilst he lay there the gang plotted…
They had connected a hook to a piece of wire and were trying to get the keys which lay on the desk.Whispering amongst each other.
“Just a little more”Dragontooth said
“Easy”Aster said nervously
“Tchaikovsky!”Nick said as he once again missed
“Try again.”Dragontooth said hopefully
“Thats it,Thats it,Thats it”Aster added in as the hook neared the desk
Lady Luck must have smiled on them for they got the keys hooked up and slowly dragged them across the floor to the cell.
Sandy would move every now and again, stirring as if his dream was turning into a nightmare. However the gang got out quietly without waking the sleeping little deputy.
“Tooth you take care of him i'll get the weapons.”Nick said
Sandy awoke by the noise the gang was making and found himself bound and not gagged. He was tied to his seat and could only helplessly look on as the gang made their getaway.
Nick came from the door and said:
“I hope you have nice warm fireplace.”
And promptly shot the oil lamp down from the ceiling and set it ablaze with the second shot
The fire spread rapidly, whilst the gang went to their stagecoach and fled.
Sandy was struggling and trying to unbound himself while the fire came closer and closer.
He knew he wouldn't make it out through the exit as he was bound and would never make it so he knocked over the phone.
While he couldn't talk he still could alert Jack.
He did his form of emergency communication one tap yes two taps no.
“Who is this?”Tap Tap Tap Tap! “Sandy is that you?” “Tap” “Is there some sort of trouble?”
“Tap.”
“Don't worry, I'm on my way!”Jack said as he rushed off
The Stagecoach was going wildly through the lone prairie at dangerous speeds.
Suddenly it stopped at the crossroad which read:Santa Fe and Border.
Aster was surprised”Why have we stopped mate?”
”Look, we make plan and we do it!”Nick replied
“I don't know the mountain road is hard and this large stagecoach won't make it!”Aster said,he was not usually worried about such things but Nicks wild driving was a bit too much for him
“And I'm not risking my neck in Kansas after “The Fall of 78”.And that gold shipment will surely have guards.”He continued
“Look I glad we out of Jail but we still have hope to ride off into sunset as richest and most famous bandits ever.”He was so close for his dreams to come true and didn't want to give up
“I say we go to the border where we'll be safe.”Dragontooth said in worry of being caught, yet her heart yearned for the beutiful gems which were so close to being hers.
“We can make for Santa Fe you don't know this Stagecoach as much as I , why I….”Nick began
“Built it?”Aster asked
“Of Course not!I stole it!”Nick replied laughing heartily
“We should just scram. I don't want to be on this crazy thing one minute longer than I need to!And I'm feeling sick.”Aster continued
“Listen you two !We can still make it!And have all the gold and gems we want!”Dragontooth said her desire for gemstones won over her fear.
“I'm not risking my neck just to satisfy your greed! We've got plenty from the other places we hit and when we double-crossed the Midget Terrors of Tiny Town.”Aster
“But this will make us legends”Nick said
“Can you two just make up your minds?”Dragontooth retorted
In the meantime the fire rained hot in the Sheriff's office…Jack saw his past melt before his eyes his valued memories gone in the light of the blaze the Guardians made.Fortunately He made it in time to save Sandy and carried him over the flames. While Sandy was not a good talker he was a great listener and knew exactly what the bandits planned to do!
He wrote down the Border and Santa Fe and information he heard.
“Hmm the border but their heart was on the gold and gems too ...and they'll make it there before the express and then they would get the gold and make a clean getaway…unless they're desperate people and determined…I'm going to put my career on them going for the gold and and i'll stop them even or bust!”
The round little Deputy wrote:You'd better be careful there, they're dangerous and tough. With the Price of 200,000 thousand dollars on their head and their legendary feats they are not to be taken lightly”
Jack nodded as he climbed on his horse and rode to the station
Meanwhile the gang finally made up their minds
“Ok Im going…but if this thing breaks to splinters it was your choice!”Aster said reluctantly agreeing with Nick
“So as I say, let's go!”He said as he pulled the reins causing the coach to accelerate rapidly, much to Aster's discomfort.
Jack got aboard the locomotive. It was beautifully decorated and modern. She was the Engineer's love. With diamond leaf lettering proudly presenting her name”Iron Belle“... .the chase of the horse and the iron horse was on!
Jack:”Well, well have to race with the wind to get their”The white haired sheriff said
”Don't worry I think we can!C'mon you can do it,show them what you're made of!”Casey the engineer said as he looked at his locomotive
The Guardian Gang had quite a lead by intercepting the train in the mountains but the horses struggled up the steep grades and Nick's urging didn't help much.
"What's wrong with them? Are you sure you don't have any brakes?Because they seem to be on."Aster sarcastically remarked.
The Iron Belle was gaining but the road went downhill so the gang was speeding up. It was a rough, wild and hazardous ride as they passed through a Railroad Crossing barely outpassing the locomotive
“Hot Diggity, that's it, looks like they're licked. Were gaining quick.”Casey said in joy
They started closing in…
The Iron Horse sped through the tunnel with its whistles wailing in a cry of victory! It surpassed the stagecoach as it came to a stop to avoid a collision and then Dragontooth keen eyes noticed something.
“The Sheriffs aboard!”Dragontooth sayed in surprise
”Are you sure?”Aster asked in worry that his old nemesis was back.
”Absolutely” She replied “I could tell by how the sun glinted off his sparkling white teeth.”
The horses got a second wind after the brief break and started to catch up.
Soon the train and the coach were nearly side by side!
”Keep 'em going neck and neck!”Aster said as he took aim
The race was on!
”Onward Jailbird, Laws nightmare and Spirit.”Nick said to his loyal steeds
“Woah!Careful mate!We want this sled to last”Aster said as the coach maneuvered haphazardly on the yellow mountain road and despite it all managed to dodge all the obstacles in its path.
“This is gonna be fun”:said The sheriff as he readied his gun
”He's got gun!”Nick said in surprise
“Whaddya expect mate?A shovel?”Aster retorted
Deadshot climbed aside and took aim and started shooting at the cab and Jack fired back they were practically next to each other.Jack hit the railing on which Aster was holding which disbalanced him and knocked him over while falling off he clumsily got his foot stuck in the ropes so he was dragged on.
“Direct hit”He said
“Don't stop, we can do it!”Dragontooth said as they kept up with the locomotive
Maverick Nick successfully navigated it through shortcuts through the mountain road so they could make up for the Trains' faster speeds.
As they rounded the next crossing they just barely passed the Trains; it wasn't over yet.
Meanwhile Aster was still dragging along through the dust and sand.
“Now that's what I call a Dust Bunny” Jack thought to himself grinning at the bandits mishap.
The Express kept on going full speed but soon enough they were yet again neck and neck with Jack firing back at Dragontooth.
The Steam pressure was building and Belle was straining under the speed it was going at!
“C'mon you can do it!”Kasey said as the train started straining
But she was losing steam rapidly, the bullet holes from Dragontooth and Aster on the boiler did their work and it was starting to look like the chase was over!
Aster was right! The Coach was put under too much pressure and lost a wheel just as it was going over a railroad crossing and got stuck.
“Raskolnikov!”Nick Called out as he saw the train approach
“Oh No!”The Brave Engineer cried out and put on the brakes
Sparks went flying as the wheels scraped the tracks.
But the train was still going too fast and collided with the coach as the horses ran loose as the reins broke and the coach got caught on the cowcatcher…
The gang was hanging on for dear life when suddenly..
-------------------------------------------------------------
"Jack?Jack?"Jack heard a familiar voice call out
"We must stop the Guardians gang"He mumbled
Jack woke up to see North and the guardians around him
”Jack? You been dreaming, are you right?”North said looking concerned
”Yeah…”Jack muttered as he came to realize it all was just a dream
”Sorry we were a bit tough on you,but we were all nervous about the breakdown.”Bunnymund said in an apologetic tones
”But we found solution! And to celebrate we have visit to Oklahoma as you wanted!North said triumphantly
”And well Jack,I just want to remind you that it won't be exactly like in all those westerns,so I hope you won't mind if there won't be any gunfights and robberies.”Tooth reminded Jack, she knew how much he loved the wild exploits in all the films, there we just so fun.
“You know,I guess I won't” he said reflecting on his dream
”What were you dreaming about?”North asked curiously
Jack thought about his dream and started“Well…”
“I was the Sheriff of Jacksville, and you were part of the guardian gang.”
The Guardians listened with interest, except Sandy who couldn't help but smile….
This happens circa a few months after the events of the movie,by this point in time Jack has gotten used to his life as a Guardian and coming often to North's Workshop to as he put it:Chill out.
Also I tried to make this all work to be canon so it had to be a dream that Sandy made for Jack.(Also the Terrors of Tiny town is an actual movie name for a western in this there somewhat like (all midget western)elfs with which the gang worked together for 3 years straight.......dont ask about the fourth year......it isn't pretty....

10 Characters, 10 Fandoms
RULES: List your ten favourite characters from ten separate fandoms then tag ten people!
Tagged by @boatswainscall
Thanks, I love being a part of these! Also, I'm not nessicarily involved in these fandoms, but I'm in a character appreciating mood, so...
Roz the Robot (The Wild Robot) (I am not going to shut up about it once this movie comes out, I swear on my library) She's friend shaped. She works to make her home. I can't stop trying to draw her and realizing how much more practice I should have with drawing circles before I try.
2. Brea (The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance) choosing one from this show is hard! But she's the one who gets put in the most mental animatics, so she's here.
3. Yfling (A Choir of Lies) (No last name given) (I probably shouldn't have even stated his first name, but he uses it.) Sad wet cat of a man. The most white man to ever realize how badly he broke a failing system in the wrong direction. He's the narrator. He's unreliable. He still works as a storyteller while writing, a cultural taboo. The book is certainly worthy of praise and criticism. This guy also needs a hug. Badly. That doesn't make any part of his actions OK.
4. Alinua (Aurora) One of my favorite uses of "Life Magic" as a character element without it being her entire character. Also, hair floofy. (all of the aurora characters with hair have floofy hair. Go read Aurora the webcomic, if you so choose. It's fun)
5. Mrs. Frisby (Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIHM) Only ever read the first book, but I've read it at least 8 times. One of my favorite examples of an almost flat character arc in a protagonist. Different in the film. Still good, but a different that I've learned to live with.
6. Martin Blackwood (The Magnus Archives) the themeeeees.
7. Amelia (Infinity Train) Hooooooo boy. Talk about backstory not justifying current actions but. She's trying. She's working towards a different ending to the self destruction she promised herself. She accidentally adopted someone who's technically her daughter. She needs to work on her personal issues SO much more than she already has. It was between her and The Cat, for I T, by the way.
8. Sophie Hatter (Howl's Moving Castle) Yes, you are in a story ma'am, but I am so glad by book 2 you've also learned that there are Consequences to your Actions and that causes you to change absolutely none of them. Yeah they got you turned into an old lady, but only the once!
9. The Pooka (Hilda) "I would like to borrow an egg cup" has become a familial in-joke. Shape changer that can only look like himself?
10. Jack Frost (RotG) This man took up Residence in my brain in 2012 and Has Not Left Since, and I have given up on trying to make him, and that whole world in general, for that matter, go away! Fanfiction of my own it is! (of the "Put this man in more situations" variety. I want to see how I think fantasy rules for TMA and ROTG interact. Also, separately, Danny Phantom)
I'm sorry, I don't know 10 people to tag, but I do have 5.
@kiwipigment , @hardcore-solangelo-19, @smolbonbon, @geektrashfan , @i-want-cheese , Care to take a swing at it?

TWST X ROTG
Pitch's opinions to the First Year Squad
Grim
First impression: A cat who tries to achieve the impossible. Sees him as nothing more than an animal at first.
Treats Grim like he did one of his Night-Mares. A companion and a friend. Will make sure the student that insults Grim have insomnia for the rest of their lives.
Scares Grim on a daily basis. Either on accident or not.
Ace
First impression: Mischievous, reminded him of Jack Frost due to his confidence. Although, Pitch can't help but like the sense of familiarity.
Warmed up to him over time, especially when he stood up to Riddle. Although, Pitch makes sure Ace doesn't get in troubles much.
Likes to scare him.
Deuce
First impression: Goody two shoes who tries too hard. Him trying to do good despite his actions in the past bugs him.
Like Ace, Pitch warms up to Deuce over time. Held him back whenever he goes Bad Boy Mode.
Won't scare him unless he thinks it will be fun.
Jack
First impression: Very... Conflicted, to say, mostly because he shares some key features with the Guardian of Fun; white hair and the same given name.
Jack trying his best not to be scared of Pitch amuses him (it was actually the feeling of dread that scares non-humans).
Won't scare Jack. On accident, maybe, but on purpose? Never. (Unless it's during Halloween or an event where scares are a must)
Epel
First impression: Tries to become something impossible. His efforts to reach his goal causes Pitch to feel an ache in his chest. He knows how it feels to fail. But much more worse.
Likes his guts. Especially when he scares and Epel punches him square in the face.
Doesn't even need to put effort in scaring Epel. He'll get startled even by a simple "Boo,"
Ortho
First impression: Pain, pain, pain. He doesn't understand why he felt such a thing.
Treats Ortho like the child he never had... He never had a child, did he?
Won't scare Ortho, unless it's on an event.
Sebek
First impression: An admirable sense of loyalty although a bit loud. Pitch can't help but fear for Sebek's future, especially since the half-fae's loyalty reminded him of himself.
Tries to make Sebek understand that his life doesn't revolves around the Draconia family. Surprisingly spends lots of time around Sebek, despite hating his loud voice.
Will do anything in his power not to scare Sebek. When he first scare him his eardrums almost burst. Suffice to say that that is the first AND last time Pitch will scare him.

Riku/Sora (Kingdom Hearts) - KH is the game that got me into video games, and inspired me all the way to getting my current job in game dev, and Riku is at the heart of why I love the games so much. But I had to put Sora too, because one without the other just doesn't work. Without Riku, Sora couldn't have his arc of "I want to be better than Riku" to "I want to be better with Riku". And for Riku, his transition from dark & edgy to chosen keyblade weilder all ties back to how he looked down on Sora, then tried to make up for his mistakes, and finally trusted and loved Sora completely. They complete each other and challenge each other to grow and become better at every turn. Also their reunion in 2 absolutely ruins me every time. Sora crying on his knees will be burned in my brain forever.
Zack Fair (FFVII) - Crisis Core was at one point the only game that would work on my PSP lol. But I didn't need any other games because Zack the puppy was everything to me. Watching him struggle with the morality of being a SOLDIER, all while desperately trying to protect his friends and failing at every turn...that shit hurts, and yet he keeps his smile and honor right up til the end. He is THE sunshine boy of sunshine boys and I could gush about him all day long. His scenes in Advent Children destroy me.
Oikawa Tooru (Haikyuu) - the real blorbo of my heart, the bitch I latched onto and will love to the end of my days. His ability to take even a team of strangers and lead them flawlessly within just a few minutes is so admirable. He knows exactly how to bring out the best in everyone on the court. It hurts me to this day that he never got to wreck Shiratorizawa before he graduated (also that moment where he falls and slips in season 2 uggghhhhh) but jokes on them because he's the one who got an honorable position on an irl team!! I get some people call him an insufferable asshole but thats exactly why I like him! Let characters be insufferable!!!!! Its fun!!!!! And besides, when it comes down to it, he's genuinely a good person who wants everyone on his team to be involved and be their best. Love of my life. No Oikawa haters allowed on my blog.
Pitch Black/Kozmotis Pitchiner (RoTG) - basically since the movie came out I have been ready with a "Pitch did nothing wrong" speech at all times. I feel like I don't even really have to explain this one, I mean....yall get it. You know why we're all still here, loving him and the Guardians to the end of our days. I will say, though - idc if it's book version or movie version, my love for this asshole remains the same.
Nico di Angelo (Percy Jackson) - ah, the original blorbo. The queer awakening for so many people even before he was out in the books. This is another "I love him because he's kinda rude" character. His hatred towards other characters is always warranted tbh, because they ostracize him for?? No good reason at all???? No one wants to or tries to be his friend in heros of olympus for the first four books (except Hazel, who practically has to force others to talk to him) and it pisses me off to no end. Percy spent battle of the labyrinth hunting him down, but would he have been so dedicated if he wasn't getting the iris messages??? Doubt it. Anyway. I adore Nico, he deserved better, and I'm so glad he's got a wonderful bf and his own book now. I will never get tired of him and I really hope the tv series goes well so he can finally come to life in live action ♡
Honorable Mentions: Ronan Lynch, Cloud Strife, Roxas, Hiccup Haddock, Sasuke Uchiha, Portgas D. Ace, Killua Zoldyck, Allen Walker, Vlad Masters
I don't rlly talk to many people on here so...if one of my picks was also yours, consider yourself tagged!
#i could write full essays on all of these characters#including the honorable mentions#thnx again for tagging me!!!!

Any intended and or unintended messages from rotg that you do not like (I personally am not a big fan of believing whatever the fuck the moon tells you, to me that's essentially going along blindly with authority, and that you need to have a singular definitive purpose for validating your existence)?
Hi anon!
I mean, you hit the nail on the head with that one. :| One should never be afraid to question authority, or allow authority to dictate your worth. It’s rather uncomfy that a children’s movie is perpetuating such a message.
Also the idea that fear is ‘bad’ or ‘evil’ when it’s a very necessary part of our lives to co-exist with. I wish THAT had been the main message of the movie: Co-existence. Would have been a much more powerful movie imo.
Additionally just. The Guardians are NOT portrayed as great friends. I know Jack was lonely, and he needed to be aligned with the Guardians for the narrative, but the Guardians come off as very self-centered, unable to offer help without bartering an exchange, and those are really NOT the type of friends you want. (Bunny especially sets off so many red flags.) I’d like to think Jack is smarter than to let himself be taken advantage of by them (the same way he was smart enough not to be taken advantage of by Pitch), but it’s disguised by the idea that these are the ‘good guys’ who clearly have the children’s best interests at heart despite being so obviously clueless with them. To me, that’s not a great message—that just because someone is a ‘good guy’ means their motives and actions don’t need to be questioned. :/ We need more messages that encourage critical thinking.
Thanks for the ask anon! 😁
#ask#rise of the guardians#rotg#jack frost#So I just happen to be reading Fever in the Heartland right now#it's about the rise of the KKK#And let me tell you#'They're good guys how could what they're doing be bad?'#IS A REALLY REALLY BAD MESSAGE

[ROTG] It’s Not A Costume
Finally finished this. Based on the @rotg-halloween prompt “It’s NOT a costume”.
Set in my Rise of the Guardians fiction A CITIZEN OF THE UNIVERSE AND A GENTLEMAN TO BOOT. May be considered a postscript chapter or an outtake.
Characters: Emily James Bennett [Jamie and Sophie’s mom], Pitch Black, Professor Harold Hazelton
Synopsis: Two friends share a ghost story on a Halloween night.
A warning about mild body horror towards the end, otherwise pretty much gen.
---------------------------------------------
“So why aren’t you out spooking children? Isn’t Halloween your holiday, after all?” Emily Bennett raised her voice so that it would carry into the kitchen from the living room. “Not that I’m not happy to have you drop in.”
Pitch came back bearing two cups of tea. He handed one to her and set his own on the end table with a coaster under it, of course. “Always thinking like a human, I see. “ He then sank luxuriously into the plush tweed-upholstered recliner and gave her a grin that showed fewer teeth than usual. “I am *FEAR* itself, Emily James. I’m not limited to a time of year or a circumscribed set of events. Besides which, the current aura of Halloween is far more slanted towards fun than fear. More up Jack Frost’s alley than mine.”
Emily conceded the point. “Thank you as always for the tea, Mister Fear Itself. I suppose I should be grateful you learned to make tea ‘properly’, oh, millennia ago, since poor humans like me will never catch up to your immortal tea-making skills.”
She was startled when Pitch said. “No, actually, I’ve only been a tea drinker since the 1950s.” “What?”
“Harold taught me to make tea after World War II, when rationing was lifted in England.”
“But World War II ended in 1945!” she protested in confusion.
“Ah, but goods and foodstuffs didn’t magically start reappearing on people’s tables just because of a ceasefire, my dear lady. Rationing went on for a good long while.”
“Hmmmmmm.”
They both sipped their tea in companionable silence. Emily wrapped her hands around her cup after it was empty, while Pitch put his own cup neatly back on the coaster when he’d finished.
“You want me to tell you more about Harold,” he said. It was not a question.
“Well, yes. I’m always curious about your believers, and you bring him up fairly often.”
Those gold-and-silver eyes of Pitch’s actually twinkled at her in the lamplight. Such a change from last winter. He leaned forward and rubbed his hands together. “Why not? Halloween is an appropriate time for ghost stories, is it not?”
Ghost story?
Oh.
Oh.
Emily had to firmly suppress her urge to give Pitch a hug at the thought of just how many of Pitch’s believers were no longer among the living.
She leaned forward herself and said, “Yes. Yes, it is.”
---------------------------
1937
“I like your dressing gown,” said the solemn little boy in the bed.
Pitch groaned silently to himself. He thought he’d been cautious enough, following the Sandman’s streams to this room and hoping to steal sand from a deep sleeper. On the other hand, a child that could see him was a bonus in these lean times.
Too nonplussed to launch the truly hideous nightmare he’d been planning to twist Sanderson’s saccharine dream into, Pitch decided politeness was the best course of action. “Thank you,” he replied. “I made it myself.”
“Oh, you’re a tailor? That’s a new one.” The little boy scrambled up from under the covers and sat up. He scratched his head. “Usually they drive lorries, or put things on the shelves at Woolies.”
“I beg your pardon? ‘They?’”
“You know. Mum’s boyfriends. She has an awful lot of them.”
“She does, does she?”
“Uh-huh.” Deep brown eyes regarded Pitch with great seriousness… far too serious for a child of, what? Six, maybe seven years old. The boy had dark rings under his eyes and a long nose that was likely to become as beaky as Pitch’s own as he got older. “You are here because of Mum, right? Because she said the Boogeyman would get me if I wasn’t nice to her boyfriends.”
“Oh, did she now?” Pitch found himself clenching his hands into fists. “And do those boyfriends often wander through your room in their dressing gowns?”
“Sometimes. Most times they just stay out in the hall and laugh.”
“Hmmmm.”
Pitch could feel the fear of the boy shifting from the fear of “the Boogeyman” that the child’s mother had warned of, into the fear that he may have said too much to this stranger and that he’d be beaten in consequence.
Pitch did not like that fear-change, even if he felt it far too often in those children who truly, deeply believed in him. The ones who’d been terrorized through no effort of his.
He was NOT evil. He fed on fear, not pain. He would never stop feeling weary - oh, so weary - of being used as an excuse for adults to behave badly towards children.
It took Pitch a few more minutes to realize that he had not actually answered the boy’s question, so he remedied that quickly. “I wasn’t planning to visit your mother, young…?”
“Harold. Harold Hazelton.”
“... young Harold. My name is Pitch Black, and I am very pleased to meet you.”
He let that information sink in, and continued, “But I may just have to make a point of reminding your mother that the Boogeyman has no interest in ‘getting’ you.”
“Oh?” The boy nervously twisted one hand inside the other. “Why?”
“Why? Well, because the Boogeyman only punishes naughty people, and you’ve been quite an exemplary gentleman in conversing with me.”
The shadows at Pitch’s feet had been roiling and thickening this whole time, but Harold seemed to just have noticed them. His eyes seemed to grow even larger as he put two and two together. “Is that because… because YOU’RE the Boogeyman? And that’s not fancy dress?”
Pitch bowed from the waist. “Spot on. Yes to the first, I am indeed the Boogeyman,” hiding his shudder at his least favourite appellation, “and no to the second, this is NOT a costume. And now I think that someone who’s been slandering me might need an extra nightmare or two.” He hastened to reassure the boy, “Not you, Harold. I’ll say good night now.”
His shadows moved away from the bed where Harold now crouched, all agog. They flowed under the door to the hallway and into the room where the boy’s mother and her newest swain were snoring.
__________________________
1959
“So, Harold. Or should I call you Doctor Hazelton?” Pitch had materialized in the darkest corner of the dingy little office.
“It’s Professor, actually. I need a few more letters after my name before I can call myself Doctor.” The tall young man turned from the bookcase, where he was lovingly shelving his reference books in preparation for his first lecture next week, and held out his thin hand to Pitch. The spirit took a moment before extending his own for a handshake, and Harold raised an eyebrow at the expression on Pitch’s face. “What? Is it the moustache? I need to find some way of not looking like one of the undergraduates.”
“No! The moustache makes you look quite distinguished. But what in the world are you wearing? Why do you feel the need for this ridiculous… costume?”
Over a perfectly ordinary brown pinstripe three-piece suit, Harold wore his sleeveless academic gown from university. He retorted defiantly, “It’s not a costume. It’s a tool to help me inspire terror in the little buggers. I got the idea for the look from you, and imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so they say.”
Pitch steepled his fingers together. “Hmmmmm. Perhaps you have the right of it. But you’re not in Bristol anymore…”
“You mean, what’s left of Bristol,” Harold said, a trifle caustically. “They’re still rebuilding most of the old neighbourhood.”
Pitch had revelled in the nightmares spawned by the Luftwaffe, but had tried to shield Harold from most of the worst of the psychic damage by giving him prescient and lucid dreams. He continued despite the interruption, ”You’re not in Bristol anymore, and you might not want to wear that when you’re travelling up to The Bronx. Different things to fear.”
“Noted. Do you have time for a cup of tea? I brought over my Hobbs kettle.”
“Of course.”

1980
Forty students had their gazes trained on the lanky, loose-limbed professor with the beaky nose, drooping moustache, and deep-set eyes who paced before them without a single glance their way.
“Welcome to Ancient History. You will find this course different than many you have taken before. Your success depends entirely on you and the quality of your note taking. I do not take a roll call; I do not teach from note cards; I do not host question-and-answer sessions in class. The lectures I give are from memory alone, refined over decades. My office hours are from 4pm to 6pm to discuss classwork. If you absolutely cannot learn under a professor who does not make eye contact and who does not engage in unnecessary sidetracking, the drop-add period is still open and there will be no hard feelings should we run into one another elsewhere on campus.”
Harold paused for a few minutes, and then resumed pacing as he laid out the concept of protohistory and written history. Fingers laced behind his back, head down and eyes on his shoes, taking the precise number of steps from one corner of the classroom to the other and back again, his black academic robe flowing behind him with each step, he was a figure that should have prompted ridicule but instead inspired fright and awe.
From his own unseen vantage point, Pitch grinned in delight at the fearful expressions of the freshmen who were experiencing the dreaded Professor Hazelton for the first time and had their own heads bent to feverishly copy down every word Harold said.
The fright and awe of the sophomore, junior, and senior class students was not noticeably lessened in the other courses Harold taught - Medieval History, Stuart England, and World War I - but it was leavened with respect, since most of them had passed through Professor Hazelton’s classes before and knew what to expect.
Pitch envied that respect, wanting it for his own efforts, but resigned himself to feeding on the students’ fear.
Although there were always a few students each year who were very slightly less afraid of Professor Hazelton, if Professor Hazelton thought them worthy to offer them tea during office hours. Harold was no less stern during those meetings, but the students were less likely to stammer in terror with a cup of tea in their hands.
And Harold did make an excellent cup of tea, so Pitch was willing to let a few morsels of fear escape from him every once in a while.
______________________________
1989
Two figures stood together in the gallery, looking down on the autopsy theatre, where the body of a gaunt middle-aged man lay. The lecturer gave her students, also standing in the gallery, a warning of what to expect once she started opening… the bursting of polyps, the darkness and thickness of clotted internal fluids, and above all, the smell of what cancer had done.
The expression on the face of the corpse was one of extreme agony. Unseen by those below and beside them, the shade of Harold Hazelton turned to Pitch Black and said, “That would make a marvelous fright mask, wouldn’t it?”
The dark spirit chuckled at his believer’s gallows humour and replied, “Sadly, that is NOT a costume. But I may just have to ‘borrow’ it for inspiration in crafting nightmares.”
“Glad to be of service, Pitch, even if I had to die to do it.”
They solemnly shook hands, spirit to spirit. Then Harold faded out.
_________________________
Emily was silent for a long time after Pitch completed his tale. She didn’t doubt that she was supposed to feel disturbed by how gruesome Harold’s death had apparently been, but she also had to think that there was something comforting about Pitch interacting with his believers all through their lives.
Like a Guardian.
Of course, she would NEVER say that to him. Never. Not to Mister Fear himself.
Instead, she smiled brightly, exclaiming. “Bravo! But now it’s my turn to tell a ghost story!”
And she recounted all the times that her father had such a magnetic presence that he interfered with electronics, making radios and televisions devolve into static when he crossed a room, and she postulated he was still doing it in the afterlife.
Pitch raised a hairless eyebrow at Emily, but admitted it was quite possible.

Fourteen year old toon who will yak your ear off. Eldest brother of three siblings (who of which he is very protective of). He's quite the flirt. Master of puns. Singer of educational songs. Child actor for WB and loving it.
☆Wakko Warner
Toon Star Verse
Eleven year old toon with a love for food. Seriously. He can, has, and will eat everything in your fridge (doesn't care if it's edible or not). He's not as much of a talker as his other siblings, he prefers to let his actions speak for him. Bringer of cartoon violence, lover of a quick pat of the head or scratch of his chin. Child actor for WB and loving it.
☆Dot Warner
Toon Star Verse
Nine year old toon with a cute face and an attitude. She's very persuasive. Very vocal about her opinions and things that irritate her (for better or for worse). She's the youngest, but the toughest of her siblings. Enjoyer of all things cute. Child actor for WB and loving it.
|| Looney Tunes ||
☆Bugs Bunny
Toon Star Verse
This twenty-five year old toon star can't seem to get rid of the spotlight! He doesn't star chaos, but doesn't hesitate to make things worse. A being filled with pure wit and sarcasm. In his 'Looney Tunes Show Verse', he lives with Daffy Duck and Speedy Gonzales in a home they share together, sitcom style.
Toon World
In his 'Toon World' verse, he lives in his rabbit burrow, in the woods. He loves playing pranks on those unfortunate enough to stumble upon him.

☆Raggedy Andy
Main Verse
Raggedy Andy is an absolute sweetheart, though it may not always be easily apparent. He's very sensitive about being called a 'girls toy', so much so that he actively seeks out boyish things to prove the other toys wrong. The truth is: he doesn't hate girls games. The occasional tea party or dancing lesson can be fun, but he doesn't like it when people tell him who he is or what he should do. He's very stubborn. He loves his sister Ann to pieces, and will do anything to protect her (even if he's scared).
|| ꜰɪᴠᴇ ɴɪɢʜᴛꜱ ᴀᴛ ꜰʀᴇᴅᴅʏ'ꜱ: ꜱᴇᴄᴜʀɪᴛʏ ʙʀᴇᴀᴄʜ ||
☆Glamrock Freddy
Main Verse
Are you ready to rock?! Glamrock Freddy is the lead singer of his band, and mascot of Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex. He is the kindest of his crew, always ready to help someone in need. While he adores the love from his fans, he performs to make others happy.
☆Montgomery Gator
Main Verse
Glamrock Montgomery 'Monty' Gator is the band's bassist. With his large build and gruff Cajun accent, he's the also the band's self-proclaimed 'ladies man'. Rough around the edges, but he doesn't bite! Or does he? I'm only kidding, the guy can come off as a bit of a jerk, but has a heart of gold. He does wanna give out a word of warning, however, to anyone coming to the Pizzaplex with intention to harm (or those caught between the crossfire of his after-hours "moods"): Those teeth aren't just for show!
☆Roxanne Wolf
Main Verse
Roxanne 'Roxy' Wolf is the keytarist of this animatronic band. She's the face of Roxanne Raceway, a place for kids to experience high-thrills fun in a safe, controlled environment. She encourages kids to put their best foot forward by exclaiming 'Be a winner! Nobody likes a loser.' Amongst her friends and fans, she's a arrogant beacon of self-confidence. She wouldn't dare let people know just how anxious she about her image.
☆Sun
Main Verse
Sun is the Daycare Attendant to Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex. He's a big fan of fun, games, and making new friends! He loves to play most any game, and is up to learning new ones. He's big on arts and crafts, and doesn't mind making a mess (as long as he can clean up immediately afterward). He looks out for children, and keeps them safe. He only has one rule: DON'T TURN OFF THE LIGHTS.

☆Funtime Freddy
Main Verse
Funtime Freddy is a manic, wise-cracking entertainer at Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental. A part of his personality chip has always been damaged, to say the least, making him a general displeasure to be around for most adults. He's made to take care of the children, and teaches them to play nice. You would think this caretaker wouldn't be so high-maintenance. The only one who can calm him down is his pal, Bon Bon. Much to the parents' convenience , his little rabbit pal can always be found on his right hand.
Freddy sings, dances, plays games, puts on puppet shows, gives warm hugs that practically squeeze the air out of you -- what's not to love?

☆The Scarecrow
Main Verse
Pre-movie. Lives in the cornfields, trying his hardest to scare away the crows... sadly, nothing he does ever works! Thankfully, he has a positive and optimistic attitude, and enough chatter in his system to keep himself company for ages!
King Scarecrow Verse
King of the Emerald City, as stated by the Wonderful Wizard of Oz. With his pals Tin Man and Lion to help him out, ruling should be a breeze!
Between you an me, he hates being king. You can take a boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy. Still, he tries his hardest for his subjects, taking his work very seriously.

Hey! I saw the original ask post today so I had to jump in on it. :) 6, 20, 26, 27 for the salty asks?
6. Has fandom ever made you enjoy a pairing you previously hated?
I can’t think of a pairing I HATE in the ROTBTFD fandom, only a few I don’t care for. There’s only one canon ship (not related to Frozen or ROTG) I truly dislike but I don’t see my opinion being changed. The others I either love, like, or just feel neutral about.
20. What is the purest ship in the fandom?
Who are we kidding? It’s Pitchanna. 🖤 🌻
But actually, I think Hiccanna comes pretty dang close and quite possibly beats it. It was not a ship I even thought about much until some fans converted me last year. I think they’re both so pure and wholesome, as individuals and as a couple. They’re both dorks, feel alone and unappreciated, love animals (albeit in very different ways), don’t have a mean bone in their bodies, and I can see them truly loving each other.
26. Most shippable character?
You all knew who I was gonna say.
Am I wrong though? Anna has chemistry with everyone! She’s sweet and gorgeous and bubbly and fits so many popular tropes in pairings with all those qualities (beast and beauty, villain and hero, savvy guy and energetic girl, etc). I have her in at least 5 different ships and I’m never stopping. She brings sooo much potential to ships.
27. Least shippable character?
The Guardians themselves are hard to ship with, because of their ages, or appearances (I do like SweetTooth though). They have no real romance in their stories and are less developed than Jack or Pitch, which can make it a bit difficult. For Frozen I would say Elsa (lol I swear I’m not trying to pick on her or anything in these asks! She’s just a divisive character with me). I have always had a really hard time finding anyone to ship her with. I did eventually start loving Hiccelsa, and I still do like it (they remind me a lot of Mia and Michael in the live-action Princess Diaries movies, and a little of the couple from Jurrasic World) but the Hiccanna shippers converted me to their side, so, I started preferring that as well. Sorry, Els!
Thanks for the asks!
