Natasha discovers the unconditional love you have for stuffed animals

You were 8 years old when Natasha gifted you your first ever stuffed animal, you were confused when the redhead had placed the fluffy bunny into your arms, unsure of what you were supposed to do with it. It hadn’t been long that you’d been staying with Natasha, a few months to be exact. The spy had instantly taken you under her wing after she and her sister finally took down the red room, you were the youngest widow in training and Natasha wasn’t going to let you be thrown out onto the street. You felt an instant warmth from the furry layer of your new friend, finally moving from your stunned position to hug the bear close to your chest. Natasha’s face lit up at your appreciation, she had always wanted a teddy bear but in the red room they were strictly forbidden.

What the redhead failed to realise, was that she had unlocked a new obsession for you. You went everywhere with sir hops, you never let him out of your sight. Your bunny was your new best friend, much to Natasha’s disappointment, you told him all of your secrets and snuck him sweets whenever you could. The older widow couldn’t help but notice how much you had grown since she’d given you the stuffed animal, you where speaking much more freely and seemed to be more comfortable around the other avengers. You cried when your bunny got his first rip but Natasha was there by your side while Wanda stitched him back together again. Sir hops was your prized possession, until the redhead took you to the local carnival.

It seemed just like a fun game at first but as soon as you set eyes on the green dotted frog hanging from the rails, winning the hook and duck was the most important task in the world. Natasha and Yelena spent almost all of their money in order to win the stuffed animal but it was entirely worth it when you finally had the teddy in your arms. Froggy seemed to be your new best friend, Natasha thought you had completely forgotten about sir hops as she ended up holding him for the rest of the night. You had planned to stay at Yelena’s house tonight as both you and Natasha needed a break from the tower, usually you would take your bunny along with you on your nighttime routine but today it was Froggy by your side.

Natasha was tucking you in when you suddenly shot up in bed realising you didn’t have sir hops. Tears filled your eyes as you demanded Natasha go and search the house, alongside Yelena. The three of you spent hours looking for your bunny until you finally remembered the last time you had seen him, in the car. Natasha retrieved your beloved stuffed animal and placed him safely in your arms next to Froggy. You soon dozed off with both of your best friends by your side, even when she tried to move sir hops away your face you pulled him back even tighter. There was no separating you from them.

The widow checked up on you before she went to bed herself, she found you still curled up with your frog and your bunny. Natasha smiled at the sight before her, she could tell you had found your new favourite thing in the world and she couldn’t wait to get you every stuffed animal in the world.

☀️ IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!! 🌙

This is my gift to myself :) I drew my favorite guys ever.

For a while I've been itching to draw the wedding outfits from this post again. I made them up on the fly as I was drawing, but I actually really like how they ended up turning out. They're super cute!! (though, yet again, you can't see almost any part of Dedede's outfit... 💔)

But then I couldn't get it out of my head to make a companion piece for it, with their mirror versions. And so. I did. What they have going on is a little bit messy, though...

Adopting

A Little Doe SideStory

Natasha loved being an aunt to yours Wanda’s three kids. She loved being Pietro’s mate, his sense of humor only masked how much he truly cared for any and everyone, especially her.

She also loved the little wolfling America Chavez. The little hybrid was less than five now. Natasha taught her everything a wolf hybrid should know. Sure America loved hanging out with Billy and Tommy but she also loved being able to hang out with Natasha and Pietro in their den. In fact, the little wolf often slept in Natasha’s den. It was comfy, a little earthy and it felt like home.

One night, America heard a couple dogs off in the distance. She couldn’t help herself really. She howled trying to communicate with the dogs.

Natasha gently chided her, “inside howls, America”

“Sorry momma” the pup immediately frozen. Natasha heard it. Pietro heard it too, he actually turned away from the paperwork he was doing just to be sure he heard her correctly.

America, ever the shy little pup, began to shrink away, “I-I mean Natasha. I..umm…”

Natasha’s eyes welled up with tears. She got down on her knees and embraced little Chavez. “It’s okay, pup.” She smiled, “you can call me momma if you want”

America’s wolf like eyes lit up and she hugged Natasha as tight as she could.

Normally Natasha was the stone cold wolf with a little smirking side. But now her mind was racing.

Normally, you or Wanda would be the ones coming to her for advice. Now for once, Natasha was the one facing a dilemma. She ran off to the only two people who she knew could help her.

The next day she sought out you and Wanda. The twin bucks were out playing with America in the newly assembled jungle gym. Wanda was in your office, feeding little Natalie.

Natasha ran in as quickly and as quietly as a wolf hybrid could.

“I need your help,” she looked at you nervously.

“What’s up, wolf buddy?” You asked with a little smile.

“I want to adopt America,” she stated firmly. “She’s a pup in need of a mother and I-I always wanted one of my own.”

Wanda rose up from the couch, smiling, “oh Natasha! That’s wonderful!”

Natasha felt a lift off her shoulders as her best friend embraced her.

“You’re already a wonderful mother figure to the boys and little Natalie. America would be lucky to have you as her momma.”

“Thank you,” Natasha hugged her friend tightly.

“Does Pietro know of your intention?” You asked with a little chuckle.

“Well I was going to talk with him about-“

Instantly Pietro came thru the door with a stack of applications in hand.

“Sestra,” he said frantically, “I need your help finding the adoption papers for…hey Nattie…I guess we had the same idea”

Natasha giggles as she walks over and kisses her own mate softly.

Later that night, Natasha and Pietro treated America to her favorite home cooked dinner: pizza balls.

The little wolf giggles as Pietro tries juggling frozen ones and failing.

“You’re funny Poppa,” she says with a laugh. Pietro’s heart just about melted.

“America” Natasha said softly, “we have something we want to discuss with you, honey”

“What is it, Momma?” The mere question made tears start to develop in Natasha’s eyes.

“We want to adopt you, baby,” Natasha said thru her tears.

“What’s adopt?” The little pup asked.

“You would become part of our pack. Our family” Pietro explained.

America looked at the two hybrids before her, their looks were only of love and adoration for her. This was all she ever wanted in her whole life.

“I thought I already was,” the little wolf pup said with a shrug.

Natasha and Pietro giggled before picking America up and holding her in their arms.

You and your doe-human mate, Wanda were there at the courthouse the day Natasha and Pietro made it official. The judge was quick to grant custody of America to the buck and wolf couple. Billy and Tommy were so happy they could call their best friend -cousin.

Natasha, Pietro and little America. The three of them were officially a family. Of course, they were already a family thru and thru. A pack that found each other, and that’s the strongest kind there is.

- it broke her heart to see her baby in so much pain

- stole Tony’s black card so she could buy whatever toys and other essentials you need

- Tony wasn’t even mad because it hurt his heart (that he somewhat has-)

- Nat bought you all sorts of soothing toys and things for you to help with the pain

- the oral gel she got for you helps with the pain

- she’ll put some of the gel on the toys that you love to chew on and it seems to be the best way to help you

- since you are teething, you love to chew and bite on everything you see

- you are like a puppy that wants to get into everything which amuses everyone

- four sharp teeth starts to come out of your pink gums which shocks everyone on how fast they came and how sharp they are

- auntie yelena and Kate love to see what you can bite and what you can’t

- of course they will never give you something that will hurt you but they like to have a little fun with you

- if Natasha catches them, they will get a head smack and a nice talk on how to not to use her baby as an experiment

- yelena and Kate love handing you to the avengers and tell them to put their finger in your mouth (of course they wash their hands) and see what happens

- they will think you’ll nibble on it but they cry out in pain as you chomp onto their finger, making yelena and Kate laugh loudly

- Natasha loves to breastfeed you, it’s a beautiful bond between the mom and the baby but since you have four sharp teeth now, it’s been kinda difficult since you love to bite everything

- all in all, even though it was a painful experience for you and for your family, it was a beautiful cycle of life and everyone who cares about you got to see it in front of their eyes and to comfort you in anyway they can
