I got steamed bao for the first time and they are AMAZING!!!! They are sooo fluffy and soft; it is like eating clouds. I got the vegetarian bao and they are filled with what I think may be seaweed? Some kind of unidentifiable finely chopped green. And it came with pickled daikon (I think) cubes and several sauces. It is all very tasty!
