Dru was woken up by an excited yet worried Thais, just as she predicted. Her friend was shaking her by her shoulders, and she stared into Thais' eyes. "What on earth are you doing here Dru?" She asked, and Dru shook her head stubbornly. "Nope, I need to wake up for a bit, and you going over your date with Tomas would be a good idea for my brain to start up." Dru sat up straight, and looked her friend in her eyes. She took a good look at Thais, who's face was still radiating a happy glow, her outfit for the date still flawless which only meant Tomas had been a good boy all throughout the evening. Not that this surprised Dru, but it was good to see Thais had been treated properly on her first date. Thais gave a dramatic sigh, before her eyes lit up like two bright spotlights. "Well, Tomas first decided to pick me up and he gave me this adorable keychain!" She jumped off the bed, and proceeded to run to her purse. She pulled out a small object; it was a little turtle figurine, with big sparkling eyes. Dru grinned, knowing how much Thais loved turtles. "That's a very thoughtful cute gift he gave you. " "I know! He wanted to give me something and considering I'm allergic to flowers he thought of making the keychain." Thais was shining, clearly touched he'd gone and put in effort for their first date. "He made it?" "Yeah, he asked Tavi to teach him." Tomas had two childhood friends, Tavi and Zeynep, and the three had been dubbed as The Three Musketeers. They refused to pair up as parabatai because they didn't wanted to leave a person behind as the awkward third wheel. "I thought the material looked familiar. He really is smitten with you girl!" Thais grinned moony. "I think I'm too, Dru! It was magical. He had planned an evening picnic in a secure, private place in Central Park. He mentioned bribing a few Faeries to guard the set-up he created for us. Like, the cloth we were sitting on? He had framed it with fake roses all around the edges! I could go on about the countless of little details. He's really so romantic." Thais allowed herself to dramatically fall on Dru's bed, as she stared dreamily at the ceiling. "And did Laura throw a tantrum?" "Nope, she sulked a bit during lunch but furtermore she was good." Thais said relieved. "Now, are you going to tell me why you're here? Did your brother and Kit Herondale have an angsty BL moment?" "Thais!" Dru hit her with the pillow. She should have kept the gossip about Kit and Ty to herself, but she was tired of keeping secrets all the time. "What? Can't a girl ask?" "Not when one of the boys is my brother, that's just gross. No, we got attacked by Faeries." Thais bolted upright, and immediately scanned Dru for any injuries. "I'm fine. Emma got hurt, but Catarina and Tessa are working their magic and nursing skills on her. She'll be back on her feet in no time." Dru explained. "Why did they attack you?" Thais said, her voice immediately stern. When she was concerned, she bit down on the subject with the tenacity of a pittbull. Something Dru both appreciated and loathed. "Remember when I said the Herondales kept in hiding because they feared more then the Clave?" Thais nodded. "Have you ever heard of the First Heir?" "Wasn't that something Faerie related?" "Yeah, she was the daughter of the Seelie Queen and Kieran's dad. Everyone believes she disappeared, but in actuality, the King was a misogynist who wanted her dead because he didn't wanted a female heir" "No way! He staged her dissapearance?" "Not exactly, but she got away from her assasination. She then hooked up with the son of Tobias Herondale." Thais' mouth dropped wide open. "No freaking way, Kit Herondale is a descendant of the Faerie royalty?!" "Yes, and he actually has claim to the entire lands of Faerie! Now, it seems whoever wants Kit not to get the throne this time around, has finally found him. We're betting it's the Seelie Queen but we have no evidence to confront her with." Dru grumbled, and Thais just looked at her with her mouth gaping open for a minute. "This doesn't means another war, does it?" "Let's hope not."

se, tempos atrás, dissessem a jieli que ela se sentiria confortável dividindo uma banheira com feng lixue, ela teria de rir. que a convidaria, poderia até aceitar, mas apenas porque teria algum interesse por trás. agora, fazer aquilo de sua própria vontade e volição? jamais!

mas hoje em dia seus banhos compartilhados pareciam ter se tornado uma constante. jieli havia criado o hábito de ativamente esperá-la para se banhar, e suas servas passaram a esperar ordens para acompanhá-la em vez de para dar-lhe privacidade.

de começo, seus convites eram deliberados: que forma melhor existiria de conhecer sua esposa? de criar tempo para se aproximar dela e estudá-la? quando lixue poderia estar mais vulnerável do que desnuda na mesma água do que ela? nada entre elas. um momento que podia criar a ilusão de que estavam em pé de igualdade. de que havia algo recíproco ali.

também pela ilusão de que era uma boa esposa jieli a chamava. era parte de seus deveres — ser agradável, afável e servi-la bem. entregar-lhe alguma oportunidade de intimidade. podia simular tudo, de carinho e cuidado a luxúria, quando se voluntariava para banhá-la. e jieli duvidava que lixue era do tipo que se deixava encantar por alguma beldade, do tipo que podia ser cegada e manipulada pela paixão, mas não custava tentar.

a essa altura, porém, jieli começava a ter certeza que aqueles truques não funcionariam com lixue. e que lixue tampouco comprava sua atuação de esposa perfeita. àquela altura, jieli sabia que havia arruinado sua máscara com suas próprias mãos — ou melhor, seu próprio temperamento. sua incapacidade de engolir certas opiniões.

em vez disso, no fundo, podia admitir que queria dividir a banheira com sua esposa porque queria. algo naquela rotina era agradável. a constância. até mesmo a companhia. o fato de que, ali, podiam descansar com a ilusão de paz — entre elas, entre o meio que viviam, entre seus reinos. tinham alguns shi de normalidade.

e, tinha de admitir, lixue era sempre uma visão e tanto. jieli fizera as pazes com o fato de que gostava de vê-la sem roupa, mas havia algo especial no jeito que seu cabelo molhado grudava em sua pele da mesma forma que gotas de água aromatizada o faziam. da mesma forma que uma pétala de flor mais esperta fazia.

os crisântemos nem sempre eram utilizados, mas, hoje, jieli fizera questão de preparar a melhor banheira que podia. o aroma se misturava ao incenso que pairava no ar. não tão longe, a princesa também deixara uma jarra de huangjiu e duas taças, que já estavam esquecidas. a verdade é que jieli só queria fazer alguma forma de agrado, criar algum tipo de atmosfera. mas, em realidade, não conseguia tirar os olhos de sua esposa. não conseguia parar de pensar em percorrer com sua boca o caminho de cada gotícula de água que aderia a sua pele.

a verdade era que jieli a desejava — ardentemente, de uma forma que, antes, acreditava não passar de uma metáfora ou hipérbole dos livros e histórias. a sensação no meio de suas pernas lhe dizia o contrário. o jeito que ela lhe acompanhara, com mais ou menos força, praticamente o dia inteiro lhe dizia o contrário. se pudesse, ela sequer teria deixado lixue deixar sua cama de manhã. detestava admitir que se sentia necessitada.

mas se sentia. havia certas coisas que só o toque de sua esposa conseguia suprir.

pelo menos jieli tinha uma única vantagem, e era saber que lixue gostava igualmente de vê-la. por isso, fez questão de se erguer devagar, quase casualmente, até que sua cintura estivesse descoberta. mas não se levantou por completo; daquela mesma forma, fez seu caminho até o lado de lixue. "laopo...," alçou uma perna sobre seu colo enquanto apoiava as mãos na pedra atrás dela. deixou os lábios formarem um biquinho, tão teatral e pueril que não se surpreenderia se lixue risse. "the water is getting cold, is it not?" e estava mesmo, mas jieli não podia se importar mesmo. aproximou o rosto do da outra mulher, e murmurou: "won't you keep your wife warm?"

6. Does your character have recurring themes in their dreams?

I have not spoken much about her here, but Liqin does have recurring themes in her dreams. It is family and separation. She yearns to see the family she had lost, but that is impossible for her to achieve as she is hence being separated from them.

Huian commonly has being left behind as the main theme in her dreams. She feels like everyone is going to end up abandoning her in the future, which some already have done.

28. How quick or slow is your character to resort to physical violence in a confrontation?

Huian does not tend to resort to physical violence. She prefers to avoid it.

Liqin, however, will resort to physical violence. If talking doesn't work, it is time for the claws and teeth.

Masterpost It's Time

Dru didn't knew how to explain why she wasn't absent, but thankfully Thais seemed geared up with a thousand excuses for her. The two swarmed to their usual table for breakfast, Laura already sitting there. She was looking a bit down, but seeing Dru had already arrived back, all of her moping about Thais seemed forgotten. "What are you doing here? Something went wrong in England?" Before Dru could reply, Thais looked at Laura and lied, "Some of the fixes they made last minute weren't super stable. The sink went wild! They thought it was better for Dru to come when they were actually properly finished with the renovations." Dru nodded eagerly, not wanting to be loose lipped in a cafeteria, "There are things floating in the kitchen," she tried to sound as solemn as possible. Luckily, Laura couldn't continue on asking questions as three figures approached their table. The entire student body almost seemed to freeze and look as the Three Musketeers stood still in front of the three girls. The trio of students were considered quite the oddity. From their refusal to be split up into parabatai to their political views, they were the students who arguably had adapted the best to living in exile. Which was one of the primary reasons why they had something intimidating, in the same way the Cohort and the Circle were; that fiery unity in what they believed and stood for in a world that seemed so less certain then themselves. Tomas smiled dreamily at Thais, "Can we sit with you?" Tavi made a face and gestured with her hands as if she could pinch Tomas' cheeks which made Zeynep giggle. Dru admit, he did look pretty adorable with the way he seemed to melt at the sight of Thais. Thais and Laura exchanged an uncomfortable look, before Thais nodded and gestured at the empty seat beside her. Tomas sat down next to her, and Zeynep decided to sit next to Laura. Tavi, after the tiniest moment of hesitance decided to sit next to Dru as they began chattering about breakfast and their plans for the day. Hopefully this day was more peaceful then the last.

Still recovering from said day, Emma was bedbound and annoyed by Catarina and Tessa's endless fussing. Jules sat next to her, reading one of Tessa's books aloud to keep Emma occupied. Emma couldn't focus on his voice though, no matter how lovely she found it. "Jules?" He stopped in the middle of his sentence to look at her, "yes?" "I can't believe Ty has been keeping Livvy as a secret to himself. After everything with Malcolm, I just don't see how he could have done something like this. Or how he has kept it a secret for so long." "I know, I feel the same way. I'm trying my best not to get angry with him, but it was just so stupid to do." Emma placed her hand on Julian's shoulder. It was with less strength then she liked but Julian smiled at her all the same. "Well, at least now we know why he and Kit had a fall-out." "Yeah, I just hope Ty didn't overreacted too much. Grief makes people go to extreme lengths not to feel it. I hope he didn't hurt Kit's feelings too much." Julian balled his fists, remembering what he had done, how he had spelled his feelings away. It was why it was hard to be mad at Ty, when he had done all of that. Emma understood, and that is why he trusted her with his soul and secrets. "We absolutely made some very stupid decisions ourselves," Emma agreed. "With Kit's secret being out of the bag, do you think it's their time?" "What do you mean with, their time?" "Well, Tessa and Jem had that robot-thing going on right? Tessa's kids had the war against Belial, Clary and Jace went through two wars together at the forefront and it was us last time at the end of the Cold Peace. I just have this feeling, I feel like its theirs now. Kit, Ty, Livvy and Dru." Jules gritted his teeth, but he agreed. As a matter of fact, he had the suspicious feeling Kit, Ty and Livvy were about to plan something he very much wouldn't like. But what choice did anyone have?

I honestly didn't even know that was happening... so I can't say what exactly it's about 😬 But then again, I guess I should expect this cuz it happens every time, doesn't it? Zhan-ge and LiQin have had cp fans since 2017. Heck, Zhan-ge and DiliReba have cp fans although they've literally never interacted. And Yibo even got shipped with his married co-star. I'm sure ggdd expect this sort of thing to a certain extent. If the XZ and RenMin ship gets to be too much (as in people spreading harmful and untrue rumors) then I can guarantee that XZ Studio will take action by making a statement and also shutting their cp topic down if necessary (like in 2019).

It's funny, I actually got the impression that the lady might have gotten a little crush on Zhan-ge cuz imo, she looks at him in a sus way and not the other way around (we mainly see his face in this video but there's plenty of others lol). Not trying to speculate that she's in love with him but if she were, it would be impossible for Zhan-ge to return those feelings. I don't actually know what's being said in this video but even without knowing that, I watched this and admired gg's dedication to deliver the best performance they can. And him, wiping her tears off is just sweet. Or at least it looks sweet but we can't see how uncomfortable this really makes him cuz gg is too good of an actor. It's actually kinda sad how simple-mindedly and shallowly a lot of his own fans "read" him so to say. They believe exactly what he presents even though gg actually touched upon his different selves in a recent interview. Regardless, we know better than to speculate about him and any lady cuz even though he painstakingly has to hide who he actually loves and is wholly committed to; we know.
