I was lying on my side and they just stayed glued on top lmao They're so sweet and absurd. I had to draw that moment.

I decided to redraw a character I made for an image about three years ago, and admittedly - three years ago I designed the first image to look cool without a lot of thoughts as to the how's and why's of the drawing. But my art style has come a long way in three years - and I thought it would be interesting to see what changes I would make to the unnamed character (I just called the picture Stardust) and how she carried herself. This picture is the result of that.

The character gave off sci-fi bounty hunter vibes, so I leaned into that - making her look very confident, as well as almost aggressive, and giving her clothing more fitting to that line of work. I tried to keep the original feeling of the first image, though - keeping the weird liquid hair and the bright colors. I know when I first did the picture I tried making her hair look like nebulas, but I liked the weird liquid/jello hair and decided to keep it!

More of my Fantasy au for Sunlight and Ashes. I wasn’t sure what to do with Anna and Arin for a very long time, but finally decided on doing sort of nymphs/forest peoples.

(I also tried some new art stylistic choices with more curly and somewhat incomplete line art and coloring in and outside it. For all the pieces here)

But because I finally decided on a thing for them, I needed to design Andi, because. Y’a know. Half siblings.

Then finally some important alternative forms for some characters
