Kyalin Headcanons:

- Kya called her babe-fong once. Lin still grumbles about it.

- Kya calls her grumpy-pants. Lin tried switching to skirts for a week and then realized the pants part was metaphorical. She hates skirts.

- Lin loves riding motorcycles, she and Asami have bonded over it. Kya loves the leather jacket look.

- Lin struggled with PDA at first but has come a long way. Kya was supportive.

- Lin came out at work to no one's surprise. Mako was the only one who didn't realize.

- Kya smokes weed and Lin partakes sometimes. Lin gets sleepy. Kya gets cuddly.

- Kya was once arrested after a bar fight. Her three opponents ended up in a hospital. Lin told her next time don't get caught.

Don’t ask me why but for some reason when ever I imagine Lin and Kya in a coffee shop AU I can’t help but think there dynamic would be exactly like Luke and Lorelai from “Gilmore Girls”. Lin would be the grumpy, stubborn cafe owner that secretly has a heart of gold that wouldn’t hesitate to drop everything if it meant helping Kya out; Kya being funny, fast talking, witty coffee addict that comes in everyday to flirt and annoy Lin.
