Why do we have to keep—
The best Disney Animated Movie is Beauty and the Beast, closely followed by The Lion King, before anything else even comes close. Neither of those would ever be one-tenth as important as they are without The Little Mermaid, and she wouldn't have come along if Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Cinderella had not come first with all the power of the wheel being invented.
THAT is the correct ranking. Whether I want Lilo & Stitch (my favorite) to be at the top of the list or not.

Everyone is talking about Pleakley, but I’m looking at Cobra Bubbles.
This man does not look like an autistic five year old would look him dead on and ask him “Did you ever kill anyone?” and honestly that is a damn shame.

A romantic collage of my Peter Pan crossover ships.
✨Ships✨
Lampwick (Pinocchio 1940) x Tiger Lily (Peter Pan 1953). I love these two a lot! I have a thing for malewife x girlboss dynamics, and they fit the bill. Ship belongs to @bellalampwickrossi
Alice (Alice in Wonderland 1951) x Peter Pan (Peter Pan 1953). They are a ship that sails itself.
Briar Rose/Aurora (Sleeping Beauty 1959) x Captain Hook (Peter Pan 1953). Yes, I ship Hook and Aurora. You can thank Once Upon a Time for inspiring me. Plus, this AMV that I watched ages ago! I'll leave the link - here.
Stitch (Lilo and Stitch 2002) x Tinker Bell (Peter Pan 1953). I know this ship is the oddball of the bunch, but trust me when I say that they match each other's chaotic energy. I'm not going to lie; back when I was a kid playing Disney Infinity, I kinda shipped them because they were released together. But it was this adorable Phantom Manor pin that sealed the deal for me. Plus, I headcanon that Stitch calls her Tinkieboo—cute, right? Anyway, here is the link to the post on why I ship them - here.

The shots I could get from a Christmas Disney bowling game. All the characters on the box can be assumed to be somewhere on the pins I couldn't spin around to see all sides for.

Lilo & Stitch is my favorite Disney movie. I love it for all it accomplishes and the story and music and characters are in my blood.
But the best Animated Feature Film Disney ever made, objectively, was Beauty & the Beast. Lion King comes close. The Little Mermaid is right up there next to them.
But for a movie with all of the Disneyness—faith, magic, princesses, small stories in an epic lens, music, beauty, relatability, iconic legacy, characters voiced by actors who act instead of star-power names, airtight story structure, a message that's just true no matter who's watching—it's Beauty & the Beast.
And I accept challenges because it'll make us appreciate it more.

I think people forget that Lilo and Stitch are such a perfect duo because Lilo is just as much of a menace as Stitch.
I need live action Lilo to tell the social worker Nani disciplines her multiple times a day with bricks while Nani is out of focus in the back screaming and losing her goddamn mind or WHAT’S THE POINT?

Crossover Crackships I ship based solely on obscure merch!
Tumblr media
Anna x Mayor Lionheart
So, I reblogged this serendipitous gift of a crackship a while ago and promised myself to make a moodboard or a collage out of it, but I totally forgot. I recently rediscovered this when I was going through the “Anna” tag on my blog and decided to actually go retweet this hilarious post on my Twitter.
Tumblr media
When I retweeted the post, I saw that someone actually drew fan art of it in the comments and called it their OTP. And in that moment, I knew that I was prepared to ship them harder than ever before. lol

A tale as old as time~
LINK TO TWEET - I got a Beauty and the Beast gift from my mom that she put together herself!

Tinker Bell x Stitch
So, I found this random Tumblr post of someone sharing their Phantom Manor pins, and I found something particularly interesting about them. The pins have cast Tinker Bell as Melanie Ravenswood, the bride of Phantom Manor at Disneyland Paris, and Stitch as Jake the Foreman, Melanie's ill-fated fiancé. And yes, the pins also have Stitch cast as the Phantom, aka Henry Ravenswood Melanie's cruel father (but we're going to ignore that part).
The thing that got me hooked was the pin where Tinker Bell and Stitch are sitting together, arms linked, on a picnic date. I know, call me “weird” or whatever you'd like, but I thought it was really cute and wholesome for some reason, despite knowing what actually happens to Melanie and Jake on that picnic date.

Here are the best photos I could find of the Phantom Manor stretching portraits for more clarity and context.

I would like to end this by saying that Stitch seems to have a thing for Disney ladies, so could you blame me? Don't believe me? Check out this video in the link above, clearly showing Stitch wolf-whistling at Belle and flirting with Jasmine.

Found the ducks packaged as pairs.Roughly every duo makes some amount of sense since they are either from the same source or extended franchise but then we have Stitch and Sulley.
