You first met Park Sunghoon at a frat party you had no real interest in attending. It was the first night of the semester, the music was good, the drinks were flowing, and the energy was exactly what you needed. It was the kind of night that made you feel young and invincible, where bad decisions were just part of the fun. And tonight, you were on a mission: hook up with a hot guy.
It was a promiscuous mission, you knew that. And you would be lying if you said you weren’t that kind of girl because you were! But you weren’t the reckless, messy type. No, you were the smart kind of promiscuous. The kind who could have fun without losing control. You were practical about it—always sober enough to make sound decisions, always keeping your boundaries clear. Simply put, you were the best type of promiscuous.
As a college girl with ambitions, you couldn’t afford to get tangled in romance and all that commitment nonsense. Too much work. But you had needs, and fulfilling them meant nights like this—scanning the crowd for a guy who could tickle your fancy, no strings attached.
That was how you spotted him.
Tall, handsome, but oddly out of place. While the rest of the party thrived on the chaos, he stood by himself in a corner. He had a cup in his hand, but it wasn’t like he was enjoying it. He looked like he’d rather be anywhere else—his posture slouched just enough to suggest he wasn’t a part of this. He had that bored, almost irritable look on his face, the kind that made you wonder if he was only here because someone dragged him along.
You were not the type to hesitate, so you didn’t. You’d done this enough times to know exactly what you were after, and right now? You were after him.
“Is this your first frat party, or are you just too cool for it?” you asked, leaning in just enough to get his attention.
He glanced at you, his eyes flicking over your face for a second before landing on your lips, then back up to your eyes. Up close, he was even more good-looking—long lashes, sharp features, lips that curled just slightly at the corners like he was already amused by you, and a couple of beauty marks on his face that made him even more striking.
He was definitely your type.
“You look like you’d rather be anywhere else,” you added, taking a sip of your drink, not breaking eye contact.
“That obvious?” he asked, his voice low, almost melodic.
You smirked, liking the way his voice was as perfect as his looks. “You look miserable,” you pointed out, still grinning.
He chuckled lightly, amused but not exactly thrilled. “What about you? Having fun?”
You shrugged. “I wasn’t. But right now, I think I might be
” You let your gaze wander, deliberately slow, from his face to the exposed skin of his chest where a few buttons were undone.
Sunghoon smirked, his gaze trailing over you in a way that was appreciative without being too obvious. “Well, that makes two of us,” he replied suggestively.
He flirted right back!
“I’m Sunghoon,” he said, offering his hand for a shake. You took it and gave him your name.
Your eyes locked with his—now more curious, sizing him up. For a few seconds, it was just the two of you staring each other down, trying to gauge each other’s thoughts with your hands still joined. Then you saw a flicker in his eyes that made you come to an agreement with your own intuition.
You tilted your head, eyes still locked with his. “Do you wanna have sex with me?”
His eyes widened slightly, his brows lifting in surprise—visibly caught off guard by your suggestion. His grip on your hand loosened, though he didn’t let go completely. You kept your gaze steady, showing no hesitation and letting him know you were serious. A few seconds of silence passed where you almost thought he’d say no, but then he exhaled a soft laugh.
“Are you always this forward?” he asked, amused now.
You shrugged nonchalantly. “Only when I see someone I like.”
He tilted his head slightly, a faint smile tugging at the corner of his lips. “And you like me?”
“I wouldn’t be asking if I didn’t.”
With that, his smirk widened, and before you could second-guess yourself, he set his cup down. “My place or yours?”
And just like that, you were out of the party and heading to whatever the hell came next. No strings, no pressure. Just the way you liked it.
You didn’t know it then, but that was when the tsunami that would come crashing in began to take shape.
Tumblr media
You didn’t mean for it to happen again. It was supposed to be a one-time thing—fun, uncomplicated. But he was phenomenal, so it happened a second time. And a third. And eventually, you just lost count.
Maybe it was because, other than the fact that he was really good at it, he was also easy to be around. He wasn’t like the others—the ones who got clingy after a night or acted like they were doing you a favor by sleeping with you. Sunghoon was different. He never overstayed his welcome, never asked for more than you were willing to give, but he wasn’t distant either. If anything, he was
 nice.
Not in a fake, trying-too-hard way. Just nice. Made you feel comfortable, always made sure you finished before he did, and never left without saying something witty that made you roll your eyes. He had this way of being detached but not cold, like he had mastered the art of keeping things casual without being an asshole.
“You know,” you mused, sprawled across his bed, still catching your breath, “my first impression of you was that you were boring and miserable. Turns out you know how to make a girl have fun.”
Standing by his closet, Sunghoon threw you an amused glance as he pulled a sweatshirt over his head. “Yeah? I aim to please.”
You smirked. “That sounds like something a guy who thinks he’s good in bed would say.”
He let out a soft laugh, running a hand through his hair before turning to you, looking almost too put-together for someone who had just spent an hour between your legs. “And? Am I not?”
You propped yourself up on your elbows, pretending to consider it. “Hmm. You’re alright.”
He scoffed, tossing a pillow at you, which you barely dodged. “You’re a bad liar.”
You grinned, stretching lazily. “Well, I can’t have you getting a big head, can I?”
Sunghoon shook his head, his lips curling into that infuriatingly charming smirk. “Too late for that.”
It was easy. Too easy. Maybe that’s why you let it keep happening.
Behind closed doors, there was no restraint. It didn’t matter if it was your place or his—once the door was closed, your hands were on his neck, his lips found your skin, and clothes barely made it past the foyer before being discarded.
Sunghoon was incredible in bed. He was controlled, precise, yet somehow still desperate when he kissed you, when he pressed you against the mattress, when he groaned your name like it was the only thing keeping him from spiraling. And you? You had mastered the art of making him unravel.
You knew exactly what made him weak, how to turn his composure into incoherence, how to make him grip your waist a little harder or breathe your name in a way that made your stomach flip. It was exhilarating, effortless—two people who just fit perfectly when it came to this.
But outside? You were mere acquaintances.
A nod in the hallway. A fleeting smile across the quad. If you happened to pass each other at a party, he’d tip his cup in your direction, and you’d lift a brow in acknowledgment. No one knew. No one suspected a thing. And you liked it better that way. You were both civil and could control your urges.
Except for when you couldn’t.
Like now.
You were leaving class when Sunghoon caught your wrist, pulling you into an empty lecture hall.
“What—”
He kissed you before you could finish, his hands already gripping your hips, pressing you against the nearest desk. The kiss was hot, urgent, like he had been holding back all day.
“Wow, I think you missed me a little,” you teased when he finally pulled away, breathless.
Sunghoon scoffed, but his fingers traced the sleeve of your dress like he wasn’t done with you yet. “You should wear this more often.”
You smirked. “What? Hoon, you did not pull me in here just because I’m wearing a dress.”
“It’s a really nice dress,” he grinned, leaning in to kiss you again.
You kissed him back, snaking your arms around his neck. His hand slipped under your dress, squeezing your thighs firmly. When the familiar warmth started creeping up your chest, you held his hand to stop him.
“This is not a good idea,” you told him, smiling at the puppy-like look on his face.
He exhaled sharply, shaking his head like he regretted his own impulse. But he didn’t let go. Instead, he leaned in again, his lips brushing yours like he couldn’t help himself.
And then you heard the sound of voices just outside the door.
In an instant, Sunghoon stepped back, running a hand through his hair like nothing had happened. You casually adjusted your dress. When the door creaked open, and a couple of students poked their heads in, you and Sunghoon were already on opposite sides of the room.
“Is this Professor Smith’s class?” one of them asked just as you spotted the same name written on the board in front.
“It is,” you said smoothly, slinging your bag over your shoulder as you strode past Sunghoon without so much as a glance.
Outside, in the open air, you felt his presence behind you, his steps easy and unhurried. As you reached the main path to the quad, he finally passed you, his shoulder brushing yours just slightly.
“See you around,” he murmured, low enough that only you could hear.
You smirked, not looking back. “See you around.”
But even with all of that, you could tell he was drawing a line between you. He didn’t have to say it. You could see it in the way he never texted first, the way he kissed you like he meant it but pulled away too quickly after. The way he made you laugh but never let the moment linger too long.
And maybe you should have done the same.
Tumblr media
You didn’t mean to fall for him. You really didn’t. But it was hard not to when, in between the sneaking around and the mind-blowing sex, Sunghoon was just... Sunghoon. Nice and thoughtful in a way that made it almost impossible to keep things casual.
Like when the lightbulb in your room went out, and he arrived at your place with a new one, climbed on a chair, and replaced it himself.
“I was gonna do that, you know,” you said, arms crossed as you leaned against the wall, watching him screw the new bulb into place. “I’m just a little busy these days.”
He climbed down, dusting his hands off. “Yeah, but can you even reach that high?”
You rolled your eyes, but when he patted your head like you were some kid, you didn’t swat his hand away. Instead, you found yourself watching him as he moved around your space so easily.
Or the way he always refilled your bedside tumbler before he left your place. You didn’t even notice it at first, but one morning, you woke up, throat dry, and reached for it instinctively—only to realize it was full. Ice-cold. Like he had just topped it off before slipping out.
And then there was the night you were cramming for an exam, drowning in highlighter ink and frustration, when your door swung open, and Sunghoon walked in like he owned the place.
“I’m about to become your favorite person in the world,” he announced, dropping a thick stack of papers on your desk.
You blinked up at him. “What is this?”
“My old notes,” he said, ruffling your hair before plopping onto your bed like he had all the time in the world. “They’re neat. Better than whatever middle school doodles you have going on.”
You flipped through them, and he wasn’t lying—his notes were immaculate. Organized, highlighted, complete with diagrams. You stared at them, then at him, sprawled out on your bed like he had no idea what he’d just done.
“You didn’t strike me as a guy who took his studies seriously,” you teased, although you didn’t really think that way about him.
Sunghoon smirked, turning his head to look at you. “Why? Did you think the only thing I knew how to do was make your legs shake?”
You rolled your eyes, but it didn’t stop the warmth creeping up your chest. “Be real, Hoon. You’re not that good.”
“Liar liar, pants on fire,” he lilted, his eyes shifting back to his phone.
You fell for him because hookups weren’t supposed to be this thoughtful. Hookups weren’t supposed to linger after sex to fix your lightbulb or make sure you stayed hydrated. They weren’t supposed to look after you in ways so small, so casual, that you almost missed them.
You caught yourself wondering. Did he care about you more than just a hookup? Or worse—did you want him to?
You were at a café with your friends when his name came up.
It started casually enough—half-listening to the conversation while stirring the melting ice in your drink, until one of them, Lily, suddenly said, “Oh, by the way, I saw Sunghoon at your apartment complex the other day. Didn’t know you guys were neighbors.”
Your hand stilled, heartbeat picking up pace at the sudden mention of his name. You blinked once, twice, before mustering up an easy shrug. “Huh. Neither did I.”
Lily laughed, oblivious. “Right? He was coming out of your building. I was gonna say hi, but he looked like he was in a hurry.”
Across the table, Tammy tilted her head. “Maybe he was visiting someone? From what I know, he lives with Jake in a different neighborhood.”
“Maybe,” Lily mused, sipping her drink. Then, as if the thought just occurred to her, she added, “Oh! You and Jenna are neighbors, right?”
You shrugged. “I don’t know any Jenna.”
“Jenna! The girl who won the poll for prettiest student last year!” she explained, her expression turning conspiratorial. “She’s Sunghoon’s ex.”
Your heart sank to the pit of your stomach.
Lily went on, oblivious. “Guess he’s still hoping she’ll take him back.”
The words landed like a slap. You almost asked her to repeat herself, but the way Tammy nodded in understanding told you that you heard right.
“Yeah,” Tammy said. “They were together for two years. I heard he was really sad when they broke up.”
Lily clicked her tongue. “Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did get back together. They were that couple, you know?”
That couple. The ones who belonged together. The ones who had history, real history—not just stolen moments behind closed doors.
You swallowed, forcing a small smirk. “Didn’t know you guys were keeping up with Sunghoon’s love life like this.”
Lily nodded. “Jenna and I used to hang out when I was still in the council.”
Then she started rambling about their history, how Jenna broke Sunghoon’s heart, how he never really moved on. You nodded along, pretending to listen, but your mind was stuck on every moment you spent with him. The way he pulled you closer in his sleep, how he never let you walk home alone, the way he looked at you sometimes—like maybe you were something more special to him.
But you weren’t. You weren’t the one he wanted. You never were. And just like that, the guessing game was over.
He didn’t want you like you wanted him. You were genuinely just a fling.
Still, you smiled, made some joke that had your friends laughing, and sipped your drink like nothing was wrong. Like your stomach hadn’t just dropped to the floor.
Later, when you saw Sunghoon again—when he let himself into your apartment with that lazy smirk, hands already reaching for you—you didn’t hesitate. You let him touch you, let him kiss you like nothing had changed.
Because for him, nothing had.
And if he didn’t know the difference or couldn’t see the shift, then you sure as hell weren’t going to show him.
Tumblr media
Does it make sense to want your ex back and exclusively sleep with someone else? NO.
It was stupid. Sunghoon was stupid. That was what you told yourself every time the thought crossed your mind—every time you caught yourself comparing.
You never voiced it out loud, though. Not to your friends, because Sunghoon was popular, and they’d pry if they knew you were sleeping with him. Not to him, for obvious reasons. And mainly because you had pride. You were the one who said you wouldn’t get attached—the one who laughed at girls who caught feelings for a fling.
But knowing better didn’t stop the thoughts from creeping in.
His ex was his senior, a fine arts major. Pretty. Smart. Talented. One of those girls who just had it. The kind people didn’t get over easily. You told yourself it didn’t matter. If he wanted her back, that was his problem, not yours. It wasn’t like you and Sunghoon were anything.
And so the days with him continued to be easy and light.
You spent more time together, and the more you did, the more you noticed his quirks—his own brand of annoying charm. Like how he always picked up your keys instead of his whenever he left your apartment, or how he liked to roll his sleeves and ruffle his hair absentmindedly.
One evening, lying side by side on your bed, you scrolled through your texts, absentmindedly opening your chat with him. A dozen images filled the screen, almost all of them mirror selfies. Some in elevators, some in his room, one even in a convenience store.
“You like yourself a little too much, don’t you?” you mused, tilting your phone so he could see.
Sunghoon barely glanced at it. “What?”
“These,” you said, scrolling through. “Almost every picture you send me is just you.”
He smirked, resting his head on his arm. “What, you don’t like them?”
You huffed. “You’re hot and you know it, is that it?”
He let out a breathy laugh, rolling onto his side to face you. The glint in his eyes was naughty and suggestive. His next words, even more so: “Would you rather I send you something else?”
He was looking at you like he knew exactly what he was doing, but you weren’t about to let him have the upper hand.
“Maybe,” you said, feigning deep thought. “Like a cat picture. Or, I don’t know, an interesting rock.”
Sunghoon snorted. “An interesting rock?”
“I like rocks.”
“You’re weird.”
“And you’re a narcissist.”
He only grinned, as if he didn’t mind the label. You shook your head, rolling onto your stomach, but your lips twitched when your phone vibrated a second later.
A picture. Of a rock.
You bit back a smile, and Sunghoon, watching you, caught it anyway.
“What?” he asked, amused.
“Nothing,” you said, tossing your phone aside.
You had never once felt insecure about what you had with Sunghoon, but after what you heard from your friends, you started to notice the little things. It almost seemed like outside the four walls of your apartments, you were nothing to each other.
You used to think he was just a lazy texter. His replies were always short, sometimes delayed, sometimes just emojis. But knowing what you knew now, you wondered if he just wasn’t interested enough.
The thought crept under your skin, making you overthink the things you once brushed off.
Before, when you texted him to come over and he said he couldn’t, you didn’t think much of it. But now? Now, you wondered if he was with her when he wasn’t with you. If he looked at his phone, saw your message, and made a choice.
Yet, you kept crawling back for more.
You were an intelligent woman. You knew this was foolish. You knew how it made you look. But it was fine, because no one else knew how you felt—not your friends, not even Sunghoon himself. It was fine because you were foolish only in your own eyes. There was no need for anyone else to know.
Despite the foolishness of it all, you were happy. You were content enough to be able to spend time with him, to be touched and worshipped by him, to know you had the power to tease out a part of him that not everyone had the privilege to see.
“Sunghoon,” you sighed, fingers pressed against your temple as you looked out of the car window. “We’ve been circling this block for ten minutes.”
You had tagged along with Sunghoon on a quick trip to pick up some pieces for his department’s upcoming art exhibit. It was unplanned. You were outside the campus after class when he spotted you and asked if you wanted to join him. Since you didn’t have anything planned for the day (and because you could never say no to a chance to hang out with him), you got into his car and let him drive without even asking where you were going.
But Sunghoon, as it turned out, had a terrible sense of direction.
“I swear it was supposed to be around here,” he muttered, one hand on the wheel, the other tapping aimlessly at his phone.
“You said that twenty minutes ago.”
He shot you a glance, sheepish. “Well, I meant it twenty minutes ago.”
You rolled your eyes and leaned back in your seat, stretching your legs. The map app on his dashboard kept recalculating, rerouting him to roads that either didn’t exist or led straight to nowhere. And when he finally admitted defeat, pulling over to rethink his next move, you both stepped out and realized something.
The ocean was right there.
Waves lapped lazily at the shore, the sky was clear, and the sun was warm but not overbearing—the kind of day that practically begged to be wasted at the beach.
“
Screw the errand?” you offered.
Sunghoon stared at the water for a moment before shrugging. “Screw the errand.”
And just like that, the detour became the destination.
The day unfolded spontaneously. You bought overpriced street food from a vendor by the shore, eating as you walked, laughing when Sunghoon scrunched his nose at the spicy kick of the sauce. He had an annoyingly specific taste in food and the smell, but he still let you shove a piece of yours into his mouth.
You found a little souvenir stand and tried on ridiculous sunglasses, taking pictures of each other in frames shaped like hearts and palm trees. Sunghoon snapped candid shots of you when you weren’t looking, and though you pretended to be annoyed, you never asked him to stop.
At some point, the tide crept in, and you played a round of rock, paper, scissors and dared the loser to get into the water. You weren’t even surprised when you lost. You sucked at this game.
“I can’t believe you’re making me do this,” you grumbled, kicking your sandals off. “By myself, no less.”
“Hey, it’s a game. We both agreed to this,” he retorted, stepping back. “And I can’t go in there. I’m wearing jeans.”
“And I’m wearing a skirt,” you countered, already wading in, your hem darkening as the waves reached you.
Sunghoon exhaled through his nose, probably wondering if you were actually sulking over a punishment you’d happily agreed to before you lost the game. Of course, you weren’t, but it was fun to tease him and see what he’d do.
“You’re unbelievable,” he said after the scowl never left your face. In a moment of impulsive surrender, he walked straight in after you, the water soaking up his pants. You’re actually unbelievable,” he added, shaking his head as the chill hit him.
You grinned triumphantly, making him brush his hair back in playful exasperation. Then, shaking his head in defeat, he said, “I knew it. It was a farce. You knew I was gonna give in!”
“You fell for it,” you scoffed, rolling your eyes playfully. “Don’t blame me,” you added, flicking water at him.
Sunghoon blinked at you, unimpressed, before flicking some back with just the tips of his fingers.
“Oh, come on,” you taunted. “Is that the best you can do?”
His eyes narrowed slightly—just enough of a warning before he sent a full splash your way, drenching your arms. You gasped, stumbling back with a laugh.
“Oh? So that’s how it’s gonna be?” you shot back, scooping up water with both hands and throwing it right at his chest.
He retaliated, sending another wave toward you, and suddenly it was war. One splash turned into another, then another, until you were both breathless, clothes sticking to your skin, hair a mess.
Sunghoon pushed his dripping bangs back with a huff. “This is your fault,” he said, smiling his usual warm and blinding smile—the smile that made his eyes crinkle, the smile that revealed dimples carving deep into his cheeks, the smile that could make anyone think Sunghoon had never forced a grin in his life.
He was beautiful, and you could feel yourself falling deeper and deeper, with no way out. You were falling so deep that it made your heart ache a little—the way you liked him, the way you wanted him to be yours, the way you wished today could last forever.
As the sky started to turn amber, you collapsed onto the sand, watching the sun lower itself into the horizon.
The waves rolled in, steady and endless, curling at the shore. The air smelled of salt, and the golden glow of the sunset painted the world majestically. You sat side by side, talking and laughing about random things, content to share the warmth of a single jacket.
Then, somewhere between the soothing sound of the waves and the silly jokes, the conversation drifted deeper.
You talked about things you never had before—about college, about dreams and ambitions, about the way people always say you’ll just know when something is right.
“How do you know for sure that that’s what you wanted to pursue?” he asked while you were tracing idle patterns in the sand. “What if you think you know, but when you get to the end of it, you realize it was the wrong choice?”
You looked out into the ocean, tilting your head slightly, considering. “I didn’t really know it was the right choice. I don’t think anyone ever really knows,” you admitted. “Not in the moment, at least. Maybe you just choose something, and later, that choice becomes the right one.”
You turned to look at him only to find out he already had his eyes on you. The admiration in his gaze was subtle, but it was there. Seeing that made your heart trip over itself, it made you forget, for just a second, that this wasn’t real.
And when he leaned in, when his eyes flickered to your lips and your breath caught, you stopped thinking. You knew what was coming. You knew he was about to kiss you, but somehow, for some reason, this time felt different. Like this kiss was gonna determine a major point in your relationship.
But before anything could happen, Sunghoon’s phone rang, jolting you both out of the trance. You both looked away in embarrassment, clearing your throat like you’d caught yourself doing something you shouldn’t. Which was ridiculous because you’d done nothing but kiss him in the past few months.
Sunghoon cleared his throat as he picked up his phone on the sand then answered the call with a quiet, “Yeah?”
It was the committee for the exhibit and you watched him talk on the phone for the next few minutes, explaining what had happened and why he couldn’t finish the errand. By the time he hung up, the sky had darkened completely, and the air had turned crisp.
“It’s late,” he said, brushing sand off his hands. “You okay with crashing at my place?”
You blinked. “Your place?”
“Our old family house. It’s not far from here.”
You hesitated for a moment, but then shrugged. “Sure.”
Tumblr media
The car ride was quiet, thick with the tension that had been ignited by the near-kiss at the beach. Neither of you spoke, but your gazes met every now and then—quick glances, fleeting and heated, before darting away like you hadn’t been caught.
Sunghoon was the first to break. His hand drifted from the wheel, finding your thigh in the dim glow of the dashboard, fingers pressing just enough to make your breath hitch. He squeezed, testing, and when you didn’t stop him, he grew bolder, pushing the hem of your dress up just enough to feel the warmth of your skin. His fingers traced your skin with slow, deliberate strokes, inching higher into your inner thighs and lightly brushing your sex.
The heat of his touch burned through you. While you sat there feeling hotter as your heartbeat hammered wildly in your chest, he remained composed and quiet, his face unreadable save for the occasional twitch of his jaw. He kept his eyes on the road, but the way the car gradually picked up speed as he stepped harder on the gas told you everything you needed to know.
The tension coiled tighter and tighter until the car rolled to a stop in their driveway. He exhaled sharply, as if regaining control of himself before stepping out and opening the door for you like nothing was out of the ordinary.
The lock to their house’s main entrance clicked, the door creaked open, and the second you stepped inside, all restraints snapped.
You barely had a moment to take in the house before his hands were on you, pulling you in, mouths crashing in a kiss that was desperate, needy, and greedy. He backed you into the foyer, hands mapping the curve of your waist, and the shape of your hips.
Your fingers tangled in his shirt, pulling, tugging, holding on for dear life as the heat of his touch woke something primal in you. He barely broke the kiss as he guided you further inside, not caring where you ended up as long as you got there together. You went past the foyer and the living room, but all you felt was the press of his body, the way he kissed you with the kind of hunger that made your head spin.
He pushed a door open, urging you inside but you hesitated, pulse hammering.
“Sunghoon,” you breathed between kisses, fingers clutching at his shoulders. “Your parents—”
“They’re not home.” His voice was low, steady, but his eyes burned through yours.
You barely had a second to process before he kissed you again, silencing every last doubt as he pushed you inside the door he had just opened. When he clicked the lights on, the glow of a bathroom light flickered on, reflecting off the tiles and the mirror above the sink.
“Figured you’d hate the taste of the sea on my skin,” he murmured, grinning as his fingers grazed your hip. You were suddenly reminded of the saltwater clinging to your skin, and the sand on your legs, remnants of the day you’d spent together.
You swallowed, nodding. But the moment he lifted the hem of his shirt, pulling it over his head in one swift motion, you knew washing up wasn’t gonna be the only thing happening in here.
You shamelessly ogled him—his bare skin, damp from sweat and seawater, and his lean build with well-defined muscles that you’d seen several times before but still found alluring. He caught you staring and smirked, stepping closer, close enough that his fingers found the buttons of your top.
“Did you know I’m good with buttons?” he asked softly, making you giggle.
“Yeah. I’ve seen your skills,” you said, watching him.
His fingers were deft, undoing your buttons slowly, teasingly. When he was done, he gently tugged it off, letting it fall on the floor. His hands didn’t leave you, though. They skimmed down your arms, and your waist, examining every curve like he had it memorized and wanted to see if anything was different.
The next thing you knew, warm water was cascading over your bodies, steam enveloping you in the small space. The spray soaked your hair, trailing down your spine, but you barely noticed because Sunghoon was there—his hands smoothing over your skin, his lips brushing against your shoulder, your jaw, his canines grazing your skin ever so slightly.
“We’re supposed to be washing up,” you teased, though your voice was breathless.
“We are,” he murmured, his fingers sliding down your stomach, inching lower. “Just making sure we’re doing it thoroughly.”
You let out a quiet laugh, but it faded into a sigh when he pressed you back against the cool tiles, his mouth finding yours again. He didn’t stay for long, lips trailing down your jaw to your neck, all the way to your chest where his kisses turned a little more intense. He sucked and squeezed, sending a pleasant ripple through your body that made you arch forward for more. The water drowned out the sound of your quiet moans, the warmth of his mouth making every touch feel more heady, more intoxicating.
When did he take off his pants? You didn’t even notice until he pressed his body against yours and you felt his manhood pulsating against your torso, hot and raging. He kissed your lips again, shoving his tongue inside as his breathing turned rougher.
“Turn around,” he rasped in your ear, and you obliged, finding yourself face-to-face with your own reflection.
You pressed your hands against the glass, your entire body tingling with anticipation as he positioned himself behind you. He wrapped an arm around your shoulder, kissing the side of your neck as you felt his tip prodding your pussy.
“Look at you,” he whispered, biting your ear. “Do you have any idea how you drive me crazy all the damn time?”
You were about to respond when he pushed himself inside you, making you let out a throaty gasp instead. Sunghoon stayed still, shushing you gently and kissing your shoulder.
“It’s alright. We’ve done this before,” he chimed and you could see him smirking in your reflection.
“You’re used to this, right?” he asked, moving delicately so you could properly adjust to his length and girth. “Right, baby?” he asked again, and the lilt in his voice made you close your eyes and nod.
“That’s right. You said you love it, didn’t you?”
You could only let out a deep sigh, tilting your head back. “Yes, Hoon. I love it,” you whispered back.
“Good. I know you do,” he chimed, gently bending you forward. “I know you’ll love this too,” he added before his hands settled on your waist and he started thrusting into you.
His pace was urgent, with enough force to make your knees weak each time he slammed into you. You didn’t even bother to stifle your moans anymore, letting them out completely, not caring if there were neighbors nearby who might hear you. You were lightheaded with lust, spiraling into the titillating euphoria that Sunghoon never once failed to deliver. Your entire being came alive and you were so caught up in it that you didn’t even notice your knees buckling underneath your weight.
Sunghoon’s grip tightened as he helped keep you up, pulling out to give you a quick break and to turn you face-to-face with him again. His grin was unmistakable, pleased to see your fucked-out expression. “So so beautiful,” he said, sweeping your hair out of your face.
He pressed you against the cool tiles, his lips crashing onto yours, urgency overtaking everything else. You gasped when his hands gripped your thighs, lifting you against him. The water poured over his shoulders, down your back, as he moved with reckless need, his breath ragged against your ear.
“More, Hoon. Please, more,” you pleaded, as if he wasn’t already ramming mercilessly into you making every nerve in your body dance in pleasure.
“You’re so horny for me,” he murmured against your lips, his fingers gripping your thighs as he lifted you against him. “Can’t even wait till we got to the bed, huh?”
Your breath hitched as he pressed into you, the heat of the shower only amplifying the sensation. “This was your idea,” you whispered, but it came out shaky, wrecked.
He chuckled, low and deep. “I know. But you want this too, don’t you?” he said, voice smooth as his lips traced down your throat. “You want me so bad. You’re begging me for more, isn’t that right?”
You didn’t answer—not in words, at least. But when you tightened your grip around his shoulders, nails pressing into his skin, he took it as confirmation.
“That’s it,” he groaned, rolling his hips into yours. “Come on, baby. Let me hear you.”
You whimpered when he hit a delicious spot, holding onto him tighter. “Hoon, you fuck so good.”
He grunted, spurred on by your admission. He was fast, desperate—like he couldn’t get enough, like he had to claim every inch of you right then and there. When he finally tipped over the edge, dragging you down with him, he held you through it, his lips pressing on your temple as your body trembled in his arms.
The moment was fleeting, but the desire didn’t leave just yet. You could still feel it in his touch even as he set you back on your feet. The moment you stepped out of the shower, Sunghoon grabbed a towel, barely bothering to dry you properly before he lifted you off your feet, carrying you out of the bathroom, down the hallway, and into what you only assumed was his bedroom.
This time, there was no rush.
He laid you down, his hands smoothing over your skin, his touch softer now, more reverent. “Look at you,” he murmured, eyes tracing over every inch of you, dark with something more than just lust. “So pretty. So perfect for me.”
Your breath came uneven as he leaned down, pressing slow, lingering kisses along your collarbone, down your chest, lower—each one dragging a gasp from your lips.
“Tell me what you need,” he whispered against your skin.
“You,” you admitted, voice barely above a whisper.
A knowing smile tugged at his lips. “Yeah?” He kissed the corner of your mouth, teasing. “Then take me,” he added, just before he filled you up again.
It wasn’t rushed, wasn’t urgent, or desperate. It was slow, deep, and overwhelming in the most delightful way. He kept his forehead pressed to yours, breath warm against your face, whispering in between kisses.
“That’s it
just like that, baby,” he murmured, moving languidly. “You feel so good. You’re taking me so well.”
Every whispered praise sent shivers down your spine, made you cling to him even tighter, and made the pleasure build until it was unbearable.
The night was young and it was not gonna end just yet. And so the hours blurred into moments of euphoric highs, fleeting clarity, and intense need to ravage and be ravaged. His name was the only thing you could say—over and over—until you were both left breathless, tangled together in the sheets, completely undone.
In the morning, you probably wouldn’t remember every detail of tonight, but you’d remember this—remember the way his hands felt on your skin, the way he whispered your name like a prayer. In the dim glow of Sunghoon’s bedroom, your fingers tangled in his damp hair, lips swollen from too many kisses, you let yourself forget. Forget the rules. Forget that this was never supposed to feel like more. Just for tonight, he was yours, and you were his.
Tumblr media
The morning light streamed in through the sheer curtains, hurting your eyes a little. You blinked awake, momentarily disoriented, until the scent of Sunghoon’s shampoo on your skin and the warmth of the bed beneath you reminded you where you were.
You turned over to find him already awake, his arm tucked behind his head as he looked at you with a lazy smile. “Morning,” he murmured.
“Morning,” you murmured, voice thick with sleep.
His fingers skimmed down your arm. “You’re cute when you sleep.”
A slow blink. Then, a scoff. “Liar.”
“It’s true.” He tucked a strand of hair behind your ear, his touch lingering as his gaze flickered down to your lips. “You drool a little, though.”
You smacked his arm. “I do not.”
His laughter was low and teasing, as he caught your wrist then tugged you closer. His body was warm against yours, and his breath was even warmer as he kissed the curve of your neck.
“We should get up,” you said, but neither of you moved.
“Yeah,” he murmured, his soft kisses trailing down to your shoulder. “In a bit,” he added before reaching to cup your cheek and kiss your lips.
One thing led to another and suddenly, you were underneath him again, his body pressing into yours like he couldn’t bear to be apart.
The morning air was cool, but his hands were warm as they skimmed down your waist, his touch slow, and smooth.
“You’re insatiable,” he murmured against your lips, smiling when you shivered under him.
“So are you,” you whispered back, running your fingers through his hair.
He hummed, nipping at your bottom lip before soothing it with his tongue. “Guess we’re even, then.”
His hands slid over your bare skin, his touch reverent. He kissed you deeply, guiding you through the lazy tangle of limbs and soft gasps, dragging it out like he had all the time in the world.
By the time you finally got out of bed, Sunghoon had already dug through his closet, tossing you an old hoodie and some sweatpants. You pulled them on and followed him down the quiet hallway.
The house felt still—too still. Only then did you notice the dust gathering on the bookshelves, the faint scent of time in the air.
“This place has been empty for a while now,” Sunghoon said casually from behind you when he noticed you looking around. “My family moved a few months ago to take care of my grandparents.”
Your brows lifted. “So no one lives here?”
He shook his head. “Not really. I come by sometimes. I technically still live here, I'm just not here often.”
That made sense. There was something about the house—it felt untouched, frozen in time, like stepping into a memory. You walked further into the hall, your fingers grazing along the walls and stopping at the framed photographs hanging there.
You studied them, tilting your head. Sunghoon as a kid, bright-eyed and grinning, a missing tooth on full display. A younger version of him on a skating rink, mid-game, frozen in motion. Another picture—him and his family, arms slung over each other’s shoulders, and several of him in a skating rink, different poses, taken in the middle of a routine.
“You skate?”
Sunghoon smiled, standing beside you and looking up at the photos. “Used to. I was in the national team for a while.”
“Why did you stop?” you asked glancing up at him and seeing the reminiscent look on his face.
He simply shrugged. “I had to be realistic. I enjoyed the sport but I couldn’t see myself doing it for a long time.”
You bit back a smile. “You were kind of adorable.”
Sunghoon scoffed, stepping up behind you. “I still am.”
“Debatable.”
He tugged at your hoodie—his hoodie—pulling the hood over your head before nodding toward the door. “Come on. Let’s go get something to eat.”
The drive back to the city was uneventful, the radio playing softly in the background. Sunghoon’s hand rested on the wheel, his other lazily draped over your thigh, tracing absentminded patterns through the fabric of his sweatpants that you were still wearing. You were talking, laughing, stealing quick glances at him between songs on the stereo.
At some point, he cleared his throat. “So
 what are you doing later?”
“I have a group project.” You groaned, leaning back against the seat. “I’m meeting up with my classmates later.”
“Right. Group project.” He nodded slowly, drumming his fingers against the steering wheel. “Sounds boring.”
“It is,” you huffed. “Why’d you ask?”
“No reason.” His eyes stayed fixed on the road, but you caught the way his grip on the wheel tightened just slightly. A second passed before he spoke again, this time even more nonchalant. “What about tomorrow?”
You tilted your head. “Tomorrow? I’m not sure. Just classes, I think.” You turned to him, raising a brow. “Why?”
“Do you wanna grab lunch with me tomorrow?”
You stared at him for a moment, then grinned teasingly. “Are you asking me out on a date, Park Sunghoon?”
His ears turned the faintest shade of pink, but he scoffed like the idea was ridiculous. “I’m just saying we should get lunch.”
“Mmm.” You pretended to think. “Sounds like a date to me.”
“It’s not a date.”
You scoffed in playful exasperation. “Dude, I was naked on top of you last night and a couple of other nights before. Surely we’re way past shy invitations for lunch dates?”
“I’m asking you to eat.” He paused, then added with a tilt of his head, “But if you wanna call it a date, that’s fine too. Labels are overrated.”
You hummed, pretending to think about it. “Hm. I guess I’ll allow it.”
Sunghoon chuckled, shaking his head. “Good. It’s settled then,” he said, stopping at a red light.
He leaned over to kiss you, catching you off guard but only for a moment. You kissed him back, albeit a little confused. When he pulled away, he was wearing a proud smirk on his face and you couldn’t help but laugh.
“Stop that.”
“Stop what?” he asked, shifting the gear as the light turned green again. He reached for your hand, intertwining your fingers and bringing it to his lips.
One hour later, you reached your apartment complex, but had to you stay a few more minutes in his car because he couldn’t seem to get enough of you, kissing and touching right there in the parking lot. You had to forcefully push him away and remind him that you had classes and important stuff to attend to. Even then, he was reluctant to let you go.
After a dramatic goodbye that had him pouting as he drove away, you climbed up the building with a sickening grin on your face. You unlocked your door, stepping inside with a lightness in your chest, breathing in the familiar smell of your home.
The past few days had been a rollercoaster for you, with all the guessing and expectations and disappointments. But now, you were feeling much lighter, much happier. The good days with Sunghoon were all you could think of, playing back in flashes—the sound of his laugh in your space, the weight of his arm over your waist in the morning, the smell of his skin at night, the way he always left the bathroom mirror fogged up because he took ridiculously hot showers.
Tossing your bag onto the couch, you leaned against the door for a moment, smiling to yourself. Sunghoon was nice, but he always drew an invisible line. Not this time. You could tell by the way he held you this morning, the way he was reluctant to part from you, and how he’d asked to hang out with you for lunch—outside, in public. It felt like, for once, you both wanted the same thing. No second-guessing, no mixed signals—you were finally moving the same direction.
Your gaze drifted to the hoodie he’d left draped over the chair, his specs on your nightstand, and the half-empty tumbler beside it—subtle proofs that he’d started leaving pieces of himself behind. You wondered if he even realized it.
And more than that, you wondered where this would go next.
Tumblr media
The next morning, you woke up too early. Way too early.
You groaned into your pillow, rolling onto your back as you stared at the ceiling. It was ridiculous. You’d seen Sunghoon plenty of times before—hung out, spent nights together, and shared more than just passing glances. But the idea of today, of a proper lunch date, had you wide awake before the sun was even fully up. Maybe it was because, for once, you weren’t just meeting up in the comfort of your apartment or his. It would be something different. Something real.
You giggled at the thought, covering your face with your blanket and then flailing your arms and legs.
Admitting that to yourself felt embarrassing, so you dragged yourself out of bed and decided to be productive. If you were going to be up this early, you might as well make the most of it.
A jog around the neighborhood. A quick stop at the store. And before you knew it, you were back in your apartment, unpacking groceries and deciding, on a whim, to actually cook breakfast. When was the last time you did that? You couldn’t even remember.
By the time you arrived on campus, you were still riding the high of a morning well-spent. Your good mood didn’t go unnoticed—your friends picked up on it immediately, teasing you about the extra bounce in your step. You brushed them off with the excuse of getting enough sleep, but they weren’t wrong. Everything just felt lighter today.
Even classes didn’t seem so unbearable. You participated. You took notes. You weren’t counting down the minutes to leave—well, not exactly. But the closer lunchtime got, the more restless you became, checking your phone every so often even though you knew you were the only one keeping track of time this obsessively.
Then, just as you were leaving your last morning class, your phone buzzed.
Sunghoon: Hey pretty. Something came up. I can’t do lunch today. I’m sorry. Sunghoon: I’ll make it up to you later tonight, okay?
Your steps slowed, but you kept moving, staring at the text longer than necessary.
Bummed. That was the best way to describe it. You weren’t mad—plans get canceled all the time, and at least he let you know ahead of time—but disappointment still settled in the pit of your stomach. You took a breath, shook it off, and responded with a simple, It’s fine. See you later.
Lunch with your friends helped a little. You laughed, caught up on random gossip, and even let them drag you to a cafĂ© afterward. You weren’t dwelling on it. Really, you weren’t.
Until you stepped out of the cafĂ© and saw him. Sunghoon, standing outside the campus gates. And he wasn’t alone.
Jenna was with him.
You stopped in your tracks, heart lurching in a way you hadn’t felt before. It wasn’t just that he was there, but the way he was standing close to her, the way she was talking, nudging his arm like she had every right to be in his space.
Sunghoon must have felt someone staring at him because he glanced your way and saw you. His eyes brightened in recognition, and he greeted you casually, like nothing was out of the ordinary. But you didn’t even know how to react. Your body moved before your brain could catch up. You walked past him, barely sparing a glance, pretending as if you weren’t close. As if he was just someone you barely knew.
Your friends who saw that were confused, following behind you after quick greetings to both Sunghoon and Jenna.
Tammy caught up to you, nudged your arm, and asked, “Where are you running off to after ignoring Sunghoon like that?”
“I wasn’t ignoring anyone,” you muttered.
“You totally were,” Lily chimed in, linking arms with you as she leaned to speak in a quieter voice. “That’s so fishy. What’s going on?”
You didn’t respond, your mind too muddled to even try and come up with a good answer. As you rounded the corner, your phone buzzed a second later.
Sunghoon: Hey. What was that?
You ignored it, as well as the other messages that followed.
The rest of the afternoon slipped through your fingers in a haze of self-pity. You curled up on the couch, aimlessly flipping through movies, but nothing got your attention. The voices blurred together, scenes passed without meaning. You weren’t devastated. You weren’t heartbroken. You were just... mad. Annoyed that after everything, after how good things had been, this was what it came down to. But getting worked up wouldn’t do anything. So, you forced yourself to let it go.
Or at least, you tried. It was impossible when he kept creeping into your thoughts—his voice, his touch, the way he looked at you just yesterday—like he wanted this as much as you did.
You didn’t even realize you had dozed off until the sound of your phone ringing jolted you awake.
You blinked against the glow of the screen. Sunghoon.
For a moment, you stared at his name, your heartbeat loud in the quiet of your apartment. You could ignore it. You could let it ring out and pretend you were still asleep. You could put an end to this charade, to tell him you were done and sick of it. But you didn’t.
You answered. His voice was gentle, cautious. “Can I come over?”
You should say no. You should end this here and now. Enough is enough. But
“Yeah. Of course,” you said, trying your best to sound normal.
Half an hour later, he was in your apartment, hands on you, lips on yours, familiar and desperate. And, as always, you let him in—physically, emotionally, despite knowing better. You let yourself believe that maybe, for just a little longer, this could be enough.
Afterward, you slipped out of bed, padding into the bathroom to wash up. By the time you returned, the room was dark, the only source of light was coming from Sunghoon’s phone on the nightstand. He was already asleep, his breathing even, his body sprawled across your sheets like he belonged there.
You reached for the blanket to pull it over him when his phone buzzed, the screen glowing against the dim light. Your gaze flickered to it, drawn by instinct.
Jenna calling...
Your chest tightened at the name. For a moment, you just stood there, watching the name flash across the screen before it faded into darkness. You could answer it. You could see what she wanted, hear her voice, and confirm everything you had been trying so hard to ignore.
But you didn’t.
Instead, you climbed into bed, curling up beside Sunghoon, feeling the warmth of his body against yours. You knew what you had to do. Knew that when he woke up, this had to end for good.
But not yet.
For now, while he was still yours—warm, close, familiar—you let yourself have this one last moment. You closed your eyes and pretended everything was okay, even though you knew exactly what tomorrow would bring.
Tumblr media
The next morning, you woke up to an empty bed. The space beside you was cold.
It was over.
The realization hit you like a punch to the gut. You had spent the night convincing yourself that you were ready for this, ready to end things, but the second you woke up to find him gone, the ache in your chest became unbearable.
Tears welled up before you could stop them. You curled into yourself, pressing your face against the pillow, sobbing into the fabric as if that could somehow muffle the sound. This wasn’t supposed to hurt. You weren’t supposed to grieve something that was never really yours. But you did.
You let yourself fall apart, mourning what could have been, whispering prayers into the silence that it didn’t have to end this way.
And then the door creaked open. You gasped, jolting up, eyes red and blurry as Sunghoon stepped into the room, holding your tumbler in his hand.
His brows furrowed at the sight of you, eyes widening in alarm. “What’s wrong?” he asked, rushing to your side, setting the tumbler down before cupping your face and wiping the tears off your cheeks. “Hey—why are you crying?”
You shook your head, unable to form words. He pulled you into his chest, his arms wrapping tightly around you as you sobbed against him. He didn’t ask any more questions. He just held you, rubbing your back, shushing you gently even though he didn’t understand what had you so upset.
After a long moment, you finally managed to choke out, “I thought you were gone.”
Sunghoon pulled back slightly, blinking at you in confusion. Then, to your utter annoyance, he started laughing.
“What do you mean, gone?” he chuckled, shaking his head. “I literally just went to shower and get you some water.”
You smacked his arm, your face burning. “Don’t laugh at me, you jerk!”
“I’m not laughing at you,” he said, though he was definitely still laughing.
Something about his amusement made you snap. Maybe it was the pent-up emotions, or maybe it was the fact that you had nothing left to lose—but suddenly, everything came spilling out.
You confessed it all.
How you weren’t supposed to catch feelings, but you did. How you tried to push them down, to ignore them, but they never really went away. How you had spent so long pretending to be fine with this casual arrangement, knowing deep down that you weren’t. How much it crushed you to think that he was trying to win Jenna back, how much it hurt when he canceled on you, and how stupid you felt for letting yourself get so attached.
Sunghoon stared at you, utterly dumbfounded.
You sniffled, swallowing back the last of your tears. “Well? Say something.”
And then, to your horror, he started laughing again.
Your stomach twisted. “Are you kidding me right now?”
But before you could shove him away, he grabbed your face and kissed you. Hard.
Your breath hitched, but you melted into it, gripping his shirt as he kissed you like he had been waiting for this moment all along. When he finally pulled away, he rested his forehead against yours, his voice quieter now. “I like you,” he admitted. “A lot.”
You opened your mouth, but he kept going. “You’re fun, you don’t take my shit, and you get me in a way that most people don’t. I’m always looking forward to seeing you. To hearing whatever sarcastic thing you were gonna say next. To just
 being with you.”
“Then why—”
“I wasn’t with Jenna because of what you think.” His hands slid down to hold yours, his thumbs brushing over your knuckles. “There was an accident with the exhibit setup, and I had to be there. She just happened to walk out with me.”
Your eyes narrowed. “And the part where you’re trying to get back with her?”
Sunghoon made a face. “Where did you even hear that?”
You hesitated before mumbling, “A mutual friend.”
He huffed. “Why didn’t you just ask me?”
“I don’t know!” You did, but you weren’t about to admit that you didn’t want to seem like you were expecting too much from him—like you were demanding something that was never part of your deal.
Sunghoon sighed, squeezing your hands. “I don’t know where you got that idea, but I only have eyes for you.” His lips quirked. “Yeah, maybe I didn’t realize how much I liked you at first, but ever since we started this, I haven’t thought about anyone else.”
Your heart stuttered.
Then he smirked. “I thought we had an understanding. Did we really need a label for it?”
You scoffed, rolling your eyes. “Right. Labels are overrated.”
Sunghoon kissed you deeply, and this time, you returned it with the same amount of sweet abandon. Then he pulled back just enough to rest his forehead against yours, his breath warm against your lips.
“I’m all yours, baby,” he murmured. “And right now, I’m wondering if you’d wanna be mine too.”
You let out a sharp breath, your chest tightening at his words. For a second, you just stared at him—his dark eyes searching yours, his expression completely open, completely vulnerable.
Then you scoffed, shaking your head with an exasperated laugh.
“For fuck's sake, Sunghoon.” You squeezed his hands, tugging him just a little closer. “I’m already yours.”
His lips crashed into yours before you could say anything else, stealing the last of your breath, and this time, you didn’t hold anything back.

The woman is fucking stunning. A goddess amongst mortals, a vision sent from the heavens to bless any who may see her. Eddie could honestly go on, but she has to return her focus to the man currently standing at the counter and not the beauty that just walked through the door.
"Here's your change," she says as she passes over the few coins and receipt. "Pickup is at the end of the counter, and they'll call your name when it's ready.
The man gives Eddie his thanks before walking away, and then Aphrodite incarnate is stepping up to the counter. God, she's even more beautiful up close. The slant of her nose, the artful swoop of her chestnut hair - the twin moles on her cheek that are eerily familiar for a reason Eddie can't quite place.
"Welcome to Black Roast Café, can I have a name for your order?"
"Hi there," the woman says with a soft smile, and god, Eddie feels bad for ever making fun of Jerry Maguire. You had me at hello, indeed. "Uh, Stevie is fine."
Eddie nods and types the name into the system. "Okay, Stevie, what can I get you?"
The woman - Stevie - doesn't even look at the board before she rattles off her order. "Can I please get a large, iced caramel latte, with three shots of espresso, a pump of white chocolate, and extra whip? Oh, and a butterscotch blondie."
Eddie's brain shudders to a halt. The order is specific, unique, and it's one she's heard before, from- well if she's being honest, from the only man that's ever made Eddie question her lesbianism.
Steve had been so beautiful and so kind. He was her absolute favorite customer before he'd moved away two years ago, following his best friend when she transferred to a different university to complete her master's. Eddie had mourned just a little, had grieved the loss of sunshine he brought to her days.
Eddie's eyes snap to the two moles on the woman's cheek and everything clicks into place. "Oh shit! You're back!" she says, her filter absolutely failing her. Stevie's smile fades a bit, replaced with a tinge of nervousness as she shifts in place.
"Oh, uh, I didn't- I wasn't expecting you to-"
"Remember you?" Eddie cuts in as she finally punches the order into the register. "Honestly, your order is a hard one to forget. Clearly I was right about all that sugar going to your hips."
It's a gentle tease, one she used to make back when- before, because the order really is just so sweet. It works the way Eddie hoped it would, because Stevie just laughs softly and smooths her hands over her full, curvaceous - fuck, Eddie, head out of the gutter - her hips.
"Yeah, I could probably stand to cut back a little, huh?"
"Don't you dare," Eddie retorts, offended at just the suggestion. "If anything I encourage more, because you're- you look amazing, actually."
The woman blushes, so pink and pretty, and bites into her lower lip the way Eddie wants to. "You think so?" she asks as she hands her card over to Eddie.
"Uh, totally. Like, you were attractive before - and that's coming from a lesbian - but now you-" Eddie pauses, taking a second to run the card as she shrugs. "You're like, glowing. And it only makes you more beautiful."
There's no response from Stevie as the receipt prints, and it's not until Eddie is handing back the card that she sees the stunned look on Stevie's face, her flush even darker. Fuck, that might have been too much.
Before Eddie can apologize though, Stevie takes her receipt and blurts out "I think you're hot."
Huh?
"You do?" Eddie asks, and Stevie nods.
"I've always thought you were hot. But you have the little-" She points to where Eddie's nametag is, to the little lesbian flag sticker that she stuck on it. "The sticker, and like- My best friend, Robin? She's also a lesbian, and she's talked about how annoying it is when guys hit on her and I didn't want to be like that, so I never said anything."
God, Stevie's just as sweet as she used to be, and much more considerate than Eddie even knew. She probably wouldn't have minded getting hit on by Steve at the time, and now that Stevie is standing before her, more beautiful than she's ever been and claiming that she finds Eddie attractive? Well, there's no way Eddie can't make a move.
"How long are you in town?" Eddie asks.
"Oh, uh, we just moved back, actually. Robin finished her master's program and got a job at a local museum translating documents and artifacts."
"Okay, that's cool as hell and I definitely want to hear more about that, but first- Do you want to go out with me? Like, on a date?"
The question seems to surprise Stevie, and it takes her a second to process it. "Are you sure? Even though I'm-"
"The most beautiful woman I've ever seen and way out of my league? Yeah, I'm pretty sure, sweetheart. And I'm not above begging if I have to."
Stevie blushes again and oh, Eddie is already addicted to the way it floods her cheeks, is in love with how alive, how happy she looks. "Then yeah, I'd really, really like that." She grabs a pen from the nearby cup and scribbles her number on the back of her receipt before passing it to Eddie. "Call me when you're off?" she asks, and Eddie nods, beaming.
"The moment I clock out," Eddie promises, and Stevie giggles - giggles! Stevie's name is called and Eddie is thankful that the store is practically empty, because for a second there she genuinely forgot where she was.
Stevie gives her a wink and a "Talk to you later, Eddie," and Eddie barely waits for her to leave the store before she's adding Stevie's number into her phone.
"Okay," Chrissy says as she slides up beside Eddie. "Who is she and how did you get her number so easily?"
Eddie grins as she saves the new contact under Stevie đŸ©·đŸŒč😍 "That, darling Christine, is my future wife."

Ambessa x depressed wife?
â™Ąâ™„ïžŽ Ambessa with a depressed wife â™„ïžŽâ™Ą
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
♡ Ambessa is a woman of action, not words. She sees the weight pressing on you before you even say a thing. At first, she watches—gauging, assessing—before she decides how best to handle it.
♡ She does not pity you. Pity is for the weak, and you are not weak. You are hers. And if something is dragging you down, she will fix it.
♡ She is not the type to ask, “What’s wrong?” Instead, she studies you, pieces things together. The way you linger in bed longer, the way your appetite wanes, the way your usual spark dims—she notices it all.
♡ Ambessa does not tolerate inaction. If you struggle to get out of bed, she does not coax—you will feel her presence looming before she gives a single, firm command: “Up.” She will not drag you, but she will not let you waste away.
♡ She brings you food and watches you eat. She does not force you, but she does not leave until you have taken at least a few bites. If you refuse, she raises an eyebrow, unimpressed. “If you will not care for yourself, then I will do it for you. And you will not like my methods.”
♡ When you are too tired to leave your chambers, she does not push—that would be counterproductive. Instead, she ensures that your space remains orderly, warm, lived in. She will not let you disappear into the shadows.
♡ She reminds you of who you are—not with sweet words, but with cold, sharp truth. “You are my wife. The strongest woman I know. Do not insult me by acting otherwise.”
♡ If you cannot find the strength to tend to yourself, Ambessa will do it for you. She brushes your hair, dresses you in fine silks, and fastens your jewelry. But she is not gentle. There is no coddling, only firm hands and the unspoken message: You are not lost. You are still here.
♡ She takes you to war meetings, to social gatherings, to anywhere that reminds you of the world beyond your mind. She does not ask if you want to go—she expects you to.
♡ If anyone so much as implies that you are fragile, Ambessa’s gaze alone is enough to silence them. You are not weak, and she will break the jaw of anyone who suggests otherwise.
♡ She does not allow you to isolate. If you hide away, she will find you. If you do not speak, she will wait. If you are distant, she will pull you back.
♡ Ambessa speaks little of emotions, but her actions are unwavering. She places a hand at the small of your back when you hesitate. She stands beside you when you falter. She waits when you need time—but never too long.
♡ If you struggle with sleep, she does not press you about it. Instead, she sits beside you, sharpening her blade or reading while you toss and turn. You are never alone in the dark.
♡ She ensures that your needs are met, even when you don’t voice them. A warm bath waiting for you. A meal set aside, whether you eat it or not. A weighted fur draped over your shoulders when you sit by the window for too long.
♡ She does not believe in empty reassurances. If you confess your struggles, she listens in silence before saying, “Then we will handle it.” And she means it.
♡ Ambessa does not tolerate self-deprecation. The first time you call yourself a burden, her eyes darken, and her voice is low, steady, dangerous. “You will not speak of my wife that way. Ever.”
♡ She keeps you moving. If you cannot find purpose, she gives you one. A task, a responsibility, something to remind you that you are not aimless.
♡ She does not ask how you are feeling—she knows. But if she catches you struggling, she will place a firm hand on your shoulder and say, “Tell me what you need.” And when you do, she makes it happen.
♡ If you ever break down in front of her, Ambessa does not panic. She lets you feel it—lets you cry, rage, collapse under the weight. And then? She steadies you. Lifts your chin. And reminds you, “You will rise from this.”
♡ On the rare occasions she softens, it is in the quiet moments. When she brushes a thumb over your knuckles, when she pulls you against her without a word, when she lets out a breath and murmurs, “You are not alone.”
♡ She does not fix you. She does not try to fix you. Instead, she stands beside you as you navigate the storm. And she will not let you drown.
♡ If you ever admit that you feel unworthy of her, she laughs. A low, sharp sound. “You are my equal. My wife. Do not insult me with such foolishness.”
♡ When words fail, she stays. She sits beside you, a solid, unyielding presence, until you are ready to move again.
♡ If you disappear into your mind too much, she breaks the silence with a sharp, commanding, “Look at me.” And when you do, she holds your gaze until you remember who you are.
♡ When she pulls you into bed at night, it is not always out of affection—it is a command. “You will sleep.” And with her warmth pressed against you, you often do.
♡ She expects you to fight for yourself, but she knows some days are harder than others. On those days, she fights for you.
♡ Ambessa does not need to say I love you often. It is in every order, every push, every unrelenting expectation that you will not fall.
♡ And if you ever do? She will catch you.

Since February 9th is my birthday I got an idea, how about what one piece dilfs do on your birthday?
What the OP Dilfs do on your birthday
Characters: Doflamingo, Mihawk, Crocodile, Smoker, Shanks
A/N: oowwwww, happy birthdayyyy, i am so glad that you asked me for this.
Masterlist
Dracule Mihawk
Tumblr media
He prefers a rather small event, just him and you, maybe Perona and even Zoro if he can.
But if you want a party with other people, then he would try to tolerate other peoples presence.
Picture this: the backyard of your families house, all with balloons, food and all your relatives from all ages.
Then Mihawk with a glass of wine having to stand children and annoying aunts.
When you didn't found him anywhere, you searched for him and found him with your grandma (or another old female relative) gossiping.
When you left the house and finally are alone, he finally gave you your gift... probably jewelry.
Donquixote Doflamingo
Tumblr media
He doesn't make it an official holiday but every one takes it like that cause there is a parade all over the city.
Like a Valentine's day 2.0
Privately he does a big feast on the castle and it's the only time you got to sit on the throne (and not his lap).
Like he says "You are the queen for the day"
He even orders some people to do humilliating things to make you laugh, but you have to stop him and reassure him that you just need to be with him on the moment.
Every one of the crew was invited to the party which means that Doflamingo ordered them the exact gift they have to get you, so you can have everything you want.
Baby 5 told you his plan so you went to thank him for the party and for being so sweet and lovely, at least for your special day.
Sr. Crocodile
Tumblr media
A surprise trip, to anywhere you want like... you woke up and he asked you were you wanted to go, you said and hours later there you are.
You went to all the sites you wanted and he even ordered some fireworks for midnight.
He reserved on your favourite restaurant and he even "asked" (he literally threatened their families) to do your favourite cake.
Of course, all the things you've been wanting since christmas, he got them from you.
In the case the trip couldn't be made cause you already had plans with friends and family, expect him to celebrate before you go and wait for you to continue celebrating.
He understands that you can share your time with other people and he won't interfere but he absolutely would use all the other time you had.
Quality time and gifts are his love language so expect that a lot.
Smoker
Tumblr media
You both go a day out at work for personal affairs.
He mades you breakfast and put it on the bed, this day, you are the only thing on his life.
You do everything you want this day: a picnic? done, a fancy restaurant? movies and popcorn?
All of it? also yes.
He even tries to cook himself a birthday cake but the attend gets so bad that you had to help him.
He is reticent about it but when you suggested him that this is the perfect couple birthday activity, he accepted.
The ussual movie flour fight type of thing, but you ended up doing the dessert and you finally made your wish.
But there is no better wish than to have spent the day with him.
Akagami Shanks
Tumblr media
You are free from all your responsabilities on the ship.
You are the first to be served on lunch and everyone left you alone to be at peace.
More than that the day went awfully normal, even with Shanks, you started to even feel crazy cause nobody even said "good birthday" but they clearly know due to their behaviour.
Then Shanks ordered to arrive on an island without warning, was almost night so you decided to go to your room, a little sad about the day.
So, half an hour later, Shanks lifted you up and forced you outside, to the night, and you saw how they had prepared a surprise party.
You almost slapped all of them for the secretism but you know you have a soft spot for these idiots.
Food, alcohol and cake passed among everyone and lasted all night.
Shanks took the moment when they all were drunk to be more affectionate and attentive with you, showing you how much love he was acumulating all day for the brithday girl

—⋆˚𝜗𝜚˚⋆ it’s not his fault. she left when they’re meant to be together. he just wants to keep their promise
Tumblr media
good boy!jungwon x bad girl!reader content(s): angst, suggestive, jungwon fell hard and can’t get up at all, profanities, (y/n) is a teeny bit mean in a way where she’s selfish, jungwon is obsessed, won is described to be like a cat—highly jealous, sneaky and sly, toxic relationship type: oneshot
Tumblr media
yang jungwon is like an affectionate cat. he loves nuzzling against (y/n) with arms curled around her and pawing whenever he wants attention or to get comfy. his favourite position is to have his face buried in the crook of her neck where her scent is the sweetest.
yang jungwon is like a clingy cat. he's always tailing after (y/n) whenever she's around and sits himself near her with doe eyes blinking prettily for her to notice and look. and when she does, you can almost hear him purr with delight as he grins with glee.
yang jungwon is like a jealous cat. he hates other men approaching his person. his round eyes will sharpen to blades and pierce anyone who dares approach (y/n). his hand will find home around her waist, hip or even shoulder just to show everyone she already has a pet. and if they still don't get it, he might just hiss.
yang jungwon is like a cat, through and through. and just like cats, he can be a teensy bit
cunning.

jungwon didn’t like what he saw.
his typically soft, playful eyes turned sharp and glaring at the scene he witnessed in front of him. even with the heavy rain that blurred his surroundings into splashes of colour and indistinguishable shapes, he could skillfully recognize (y/n) who was leaned against a lamp post with a man practically sucking her face off.
his hands traveled the surface of her clothes—clawing and pulling at the wet fabric—with the clear intent of wanting to just rip it off. thankfully, he still had some public decency and had left them on.
when they finally pulled away, jungwon’s seething breaths hitched momentarily at the sight of (y/n)’s radiant smile and it was as if she stood under a spotlight. with the moonlight that shone on her glistening skin and sparkling eyes, it pained him to see how gleeful she seemed to be with another beside him.
and he hated it. with all his heart and being.
his knuckles turned as white as a sheet as his fingers tightened around his now dripping wet phone with a screen flashing a bright blue dot on a map that marked (y/n)’s location.
so
this is why she hadn’t answered his texts.
no matter. just like the other boys she fooled around with, he’ll just be another toy she’ll cast aside.
—
that was a week ago and now, jungwon’s enjoying his little ‘won and (y/n)’ saturday sleepover with his head on her lap, her playing with his fluffy blonde hair while they’re both watching the show playing on TV.
it’s peaceful and lighthearted until the girl sharply clicks her tongue—grabbing the attention of the young man on her lap. he flips onto his back to look up at her who’s scowling at her phone.
“what’s up?” he asks, blinking with wide curious eyes.
the girl sighs before throwing her gadget aside. “just another guy who bailed. seriously, what is it these days? all the guys i reach out to always agree at first but then after we confirm the plans, they suddenly ‘can’t make it’ because of some sh!tyy excuse or whatever.”
she groans and lets her head fall back against the couch, her hand also dropping from his fluffy locks. “it’s been so long since i got laid. am i not pretty enough or something?”
jungwon gasps at that, more offended than she is and he quickly clasps her hand in his. “you’re the prettiest, (y/n). the most beautiful person i know inside and out. they’re the ones who are jerks.”
(y/n) chuckles at this and looks down at him who’s smiling up at her almost expectantly, as if hoping for validation or praise. she shakes her head with endearment before using her other hand to brush his bangs back. “but of course, you’d say that, wonnie.”
“i mean it, though,” he claims and he does—with his whole chest and existence. “you’re so breathtaking that i forget to even breathe sometimes. not that i need to.”
“yeah? why’s that?”
“all i need is you~” jungwon sings with his lips puckering exaggeratedly to elongate the ‘you.’
the other scoffs instantly at that and pushes his face away before immediately pulling back with a screech when she feels something wet and warm slide against her palm.
“yang jungwon! did you lick me??” she exclaims, flabbergasted, and yet the other only giggles playfully with a wiggle of his brows as he sits up.
“your hand lotion smells sweet,” he reasons and her brows jump with disbelief.
with a scrunched face, she dries her wet hand on his sleeve with a rough swipe. “it doesn’t mean it’ll taste nice!”
jungwon disagrees though. and he’s not afraid to show that by tilting his head with a frown of disagreement. “you always taste nice.”
(y/n)’s opportunity to retort is stripped away by him whose face is suddenly inches away from her as his eyes flicker between hers before zoning down at her mouth.
her breaths hitch when his own fans her lips and his tongue darts out to flick at the rosy nubs. “jungwon—”
“kiss?” he hums quietly and at the sight of it still closed tight, he draws closer with a little huff while his hand gently paws at her lap. “please? won wants kiss
”
(y/n) can feel her resolve shattering at his small pleas and she parts her lips to which he instantly dives into.
he doesn’t spare a second to practically feast on her in a messy choreography—tongues tangling, breaths blending and saliva stringing—and the intensity of it all shocks her, especially so when he straddles her.
thinking back, all of this started a week ago. she’s not sure what exactly sparked it but long story short, (y/n)’s apartment door had been rung incessantly and the moment she peeked through the eyehole, she was overrun with both worry and horror at the sight of a completely soaked jungwon standing outside her door.
various questions filled her head. what was he doing out in the rain nearing midnight? why was he at her door?
sure, she too herself had just come home an hour ago after a hooking up with some guy but that was her. a norm. jungwon? goody-two-shoes jungwon to be out of bed, out in the rain, soaked head-to-toe and not to mention, drunk??
something was definitely up. and that very same time was when jungwon started asking for kisses, saying something along the lines of “need to
 need to clean
”
and if doing it was the only way to get him to calm down, she’d do anything.
at the end though, what she thought was a one time thing, a mistake by his drunken self, was actually some sort of new ‘diet’ jungwon had. something he had to have each day. something he began to shamelessly ask for.
and deep within (y/n)’s twisted little self, she reveled in the way he seemed to yearn for her kisses. like she was his lifeline. of course, she’s rational enough to not let it go beyond the line.
as if that would make it better.
“jungwon, kitty,” she calls after pulling away and the nickname makes him gasp softly as he shudders on her lap. growing up, he had a habit of sinking his teeth into things and (y/n)’s always the main victim. the fact that this knowledge is personal between them makes it so intimate, so special that he just can’t help but preen whenever he hears the name.
“hm?” he hums whilst nosing her cheeks and leaving soft butterfly kisses on her face.
her hand moves to gently push him away by the chest just so they can properly see one another. “what happened that day?“
he freezes, nervous gaze flicking between hers before looking down. he can’t tell her that he used their little friendship necklace that doubles as safety trackers because she wasn’t answering his texts. he can’t tell her that he saw her making out with some other dude and nearly lost his mind when he saw that she liked it. he can’t tell her that he practically had to drink himself away just so he could forget and not tear the man’s head off his neck.
so instead, he says, “i was just stressed. everything
everything is just overwhelming.”
good job, jungwon, he pats himself in the back. playing the typical overworked uni student will always be believable.
he throws in a small pout as his brows raise and dip at the ends and he knows she’s bought it when a soft coo sounds and her fingers start to play with the hair on his nape.
won simply melts at the touch, leaning slightly and baring his neck as he sighs dreamily.
“so is that what this is? your stress reliever?” (y/n) refers to the kisses.
he stays silent for an unnoticeable second. if he had to be completely honest, the kisses are because he wants to wipe off whatever filth was left behind by that man that kissed her.
but stress reliever isn’t precisely wrong he suppose. her lips are to die for. she is to die for.
he nods softly and curls himself into her—arms wrapping around her waist as his head rests in the crook of her neck—and he nuzzles to drown himself in her sweet, soothing scent.
his knees lock around her hips as his tongue flicks out to lick stripes against the skin of her neck and his ears perk at the sound of her giggles.
“that tickles,” she comments with a light jerk when he nips.
he smiles.
yeah, just this is fine for now.
—
no.
nonononononono no!
this isn’t supposed to happen!
jungwon stares with horror at the scene unfolding in front of him.
she’s back with that rodent. that
that little pest! how dare he crawl his way back to her?? after all i’ve done to make sure he stays away—
“jungwon!” (y/n)’s chirpy voice fishes him out of the depths of his rapidly darkening thoughts but he still can’t manage to put on a smile when his one and only comes up to him with her arm linked in another’s. “i thought you said had no class today.”
jungwon forces himself to form a small grin, enough to at least make him seem unsuspicious but not at the very least welcoming to the third party. “oh, i don’t! but i had to drop off an assignment.”
(y/n) nods at this and immediately gestures to her
company. “this is minoo. i’ve told you about him.”
yes, you did, won thinks bitterly in his head, teeth gritting beneath his strained smile. he’s a nasty waste of spa—
“jungwon, right? (y/n)’s told me about you too,” minoo says with a hand offered for a shake. the former’s feline eyes are quick to follow his motions before tracking back up to his gaze. with a small nod, he accepts his handshake—only by the tips of his fingers before having to physically restrain himself from shuddering. “said to me that you’re her childhood friend. hard to believe honestly.”
his comment vexes him and a dark brow arches up challengingly on jungwon’s face.
“why’s that?” he hisses and (y/n)’s quick to notice but says nothing. he’s always been defensive about their relationship. always the first to claw and hiss whenever someone makes an off-putting remark.
minoo doesn’t seem at all deterred and if anything, he seems more amused about it. a cocky chuckle sounds and he tilts his head—mockingly, won might add—before clicking his tongue. “oh, nothing. you guys are so
different. i get it, opposites attract and all but you know well yourself, she’s way better with someone like me than well
you.”
the girl’s eyes widen twice their size, ready to pull won away from spitting venom through his teeth which might end with some of them falling off by minoo’s fist if she might add.
but in contrary to her expectations, he

drop!
the first of many tears cascade down his rosy cheek down to the dry cement below them before they thicken to streams.
“jungwon,” she gasps and reaches forward to cup his face that quickly turns flushed as he sniffles, turning his head to hide within her cold palm.
“i know
i know that,” he chokes out when he pulls away with a rushed inhale. his red-rimmed, brimming eyes staring straight at minoo with contempt and yet, defeat. “i know she’ll never choose me but, it’s not wrong of me to keep hoping! it’s
it’s not wrong
it’s not wrong to wish and hold on... it’s not wrong
”
hearing that confession spill from his trembling lips strikes a cord in her—an epiphany—and her eyes travel across his face for a moment, taking his raw emotion in all his entirety before taking a step back.
jungwon almost stops crying instantly at the loss of her touch and he looks up with confusion as she backs away to minoo’s side once again. “(y/n)
?”
“i shouldn’t have let it go this far,” is all she mutters and she doesn’t spare a moment for him to stop her when she suddenly spins on her heels while dragging minoo away with.
his tears dried instantly as alarms blare in his ears incessantly.
you’re losing her, jungwon.
what did you do? you ruined it!
“w-wait!” jungwon calls out, voice cracking but she ignores. not a single pause or glance.
she’s going further away, jungwon. you’re losing her. she hates you now. you’ve done it.
“i’m sorry! i-it was all my fault, i—!”
he gulps harshly. his throat’s too dry from having to strain himself to cry—to act like a meek, broken lamb. he never thought it would backfire.
and now he’s actually crying.
his arm outstretches towards her, wanting to keep up but he knows that going after her is going to escalate everything. he knows her enough to know that if his tears don’t work, nothing will.
but what else can he do??
you’re losing her. you arelosing her. youarelosingher. losingherlosinglosinglosingherlosingher—
you lost her.
jungwon heaves, chest too heavy and breathing suddenly all too laborious as he clutches his chest through his shirt. he watches with a trampled spirit and weeping eyes as her figure diminishes further and further away.
“i lost her.”
—
—-
——
jungwon’s not easily deterred. like a cat, he’s stubborn. like a cat, he has claws to sink.
he leans against the jagged stone wall of the dark alley. his black hood’s pulled up over his head while his hand is stuffed in his dark cargo pants, the other spinning around his phone between his fingers deftly.
it’s in the dead of the night in a place so quiet it’s unnerving, a striking contrast from the usually busy city. footsteps sound and they begin to echo the deeper they venture into the alley.
jungwon’s ears perk and eyes lift from the ground to the wall in front of him—sharpening to a glare the moment a figure steps between.
“i knew there had to be something wrong under that innocence face you play,” minoo chuckles with amusement. his brows raise with a daring smirk. “how’d you get my number, huh?”
“(y/n)’s phone. she doesn’t change her passcode,” jungwon casually replies and the other scoffs.
“really? thought you guys don’t talk anymore after your whole
 crying fest.”
“i’ve had it for a while. just in case.”
“wah
so you’re a real creep, aren’t ya? and she trusts you wholeheartedly. you should’ve seen how she practically tore herself knowing how she ‘broke’ you,” minoo comments and leans against the opposing wall with his chin raised high. “fvck, it was such a bother. couldn’t even do anything with her being such a party pooper.”
“watch your mouth,” jungwon hisses as his hands curl at his sides, teeth gritted.
minoo raises his own hands in false surrender. “hey, don’t act like you’re such a saint. after all, we both know that you slashed my tires when i was about to go on that date with (y/n).”
the other says nothing to this—no confirmation, no refute—and minoo scoffs. he pushes himself off the wall and brings his face near him, grinning ear to ear. “hey, say something won’t you? why’d even ask to meet if you’re gonna stay mute like a little pussy?”
again, jungwon stays quiet—but just for a good moment. “stay away from (y/n). she deserves someone better than you.”
“yeah? like who? you?” minoo scoffs and tilts his head tauntingly.
won’s fists grow taut, nails digging into his palms as they tremble but again, he doesn't voice an answer. "just stay away."
minoo clicks his tongue and he leans back, now more annoyed than he is amused. he drops his head low as his eyes glare into the other's. "and if i don't?"
then without warning, jungwon smacks himself across the face—shocking the other and minoo straightens with eyes popping—but he doesn't stop once, no. he does it again, again and again from various different angles until his lips are cut and bleeding.
"what the fvck, man?? the hell are you doing?!” min bursts, both weirded out and unnerved.
“what i have to,” won replies almost monotonous and he grunts when he slams himself against the brick wall behind him—harsh. he repeats it, back of his skull knocking against the jagged stone with a clear ‘THUD!’ and his vision blackens for a moment as head spins.
he hisses and brows knit, clearly in pain as he stumbles from the momentary dizziness but he’s swift to turn around just to smash his forehead against the serrated screen from years of neglect.
“STOP IT, MAN!” minoo finally shouts, clearly perturbed and terrified and he grapples his shoulder to pull him away.
but jungwon doesn’t stop. not yet.
just when minoo manages to yank him a good distance away, he leaps straight back into the wall like he’s trying to materialize through it—like a madman. a self-destructive maniac.
“FINE! FINE! I’ll leave her alone so just stop acting like some fvcking psycho, dude!” minoo finally yields, face pale and breaths shallow from the anxiety as he watches jungwon continue to ruin himself like a brainless zombie.
he was ruthless—bashing his head against the brick wall, smashing himself against it as if daring it to crumble if not him first and fingers pounding and clawing, leaving traces of blood from the torn, tattered tips. he was brutal, unforgiving and yet, he’s grinning through it all.
he turns around with a stagger, panting heavily as he lifts his focus to him. minoo’s petrified at the crazed look in his bulging, widened eyes and the unnatural spread of his bloody lips from ear to ear is near predatory—devilish.
minoo’s insides are near to leaping out of his skin but he relents—standing frozen as jungwon approaches.
the latter rests a hand on the other’s shoulder and he tilts his head. the blood dripping from his temple drops onto the hard ground and his tongue swipes against the oozing red on his busted bottom lip. “i trust you will as i hope you’ll be smarter.”
he then tucks his hand into minoo’s hoodie’s pocket and fishes out his handphone with a screen lit by the clear recording symbol. the owner freezes, not expecting for jungwon to find out.
the latter ends the tape before permanently deleting it from his phone and waving it at the side of his face. “smarter than this.”
no matter how unassuming it sounds, chills runs down min’s spine. it feels like a threat—one that’s grim, that’s written in blood. deadly. and he shudders when won’s feline eyes glint with a foxy intent—quickly snatching his phone back before stuffing it into his jeans.
“whatever
” minoo mutters and rushes out the alley, leaving jungwon alone in the haunting darkness. one that seemed to emanate from him.
won breathes heavily as his vision blurs—the blood loss and heavy hits he took starting taking a toll on him. but he can’t lose himself, not yet.
he takes out his phone and clicks on a number, hearing it dial for a few times before the other line answers.
“jungwon? it’s so late, why are you—”
jungwon coughs harshly and wheezes after, putting on his best performance in exaggerating his wounds—not that he’s not severely hurt but he’d be lying if he said it’s unbearable. he’d rather have this pain a million times than the pain of losing (y/n).
“h-help
” he croaks. “minoo—!”
CRACK!
he drops his phone onto the stone floor and smiles when he hears her panicked voice screaming through the phone—asking where he is and if he’s fine before ultimately rushing out her door.
jungwon sighs contentedly and sits himself on the ground. his eyes rake over the wall painted with his blood before at the torn, grated skin on the bloody tips of his fingers.
now, he waits.
—
a week has passed since then.
minoo, the ‘perpetrator,’ is a serving time at a correctional facility for his ‘acts of violence.’ while the ‘victim,’ jungwon, is almost healed up and had been released from the hospital to instead rest up at home with a pardon from school.
and (y/n)? she’s been taking time off just to nurse after him, much to his utmost delight.
she has been going above and beyond for him due to her guilt—apologizing profusely for letting minoo in her life and undoubtedly bringing him to jungwon. and won, of course, always denies it, saying “it’s not your fault! it never is!” because truthfully, it isn’t.
it’s his. minoo didn’t even lay a hand on him. he was the one who damaged himself but they will never know that, will they?
not when his little friendship necklace with (y/n) that doubles as a tracker was found in minoo’s hoodie. imagine her shock and horror when she went out to find jungwon only for her to be lead to minoo.
but the anger she portrayed after, it was a sight to behold, the police were called and so was the ambulance after they found out jungwon’s location from minoo.
he claimed innocent. begging and pleading to be heard.
“it wasn’t me! he was insane!” “he kept running through the wall! punched himself and all!” “i’m the victim! h-he must have snuck that necklace into my pocket!”
how pitiful.
jungwon wished he could’ve been there to see it.
“how do you feel, baby? need something else?” (y/n) asks with utmost care as her hand brushes back his bangs.
jungwon purrs, pushing his head into her touch. “no, i’m okay. thank you for taking care of me.”
(y/n) stares at him as he clings to her, his pretty, doe eyes blinking at her like she’s his world, his saviour, his reason for living. he looks at her like she’s his world.
and she knows it’s her doing. she should’ve cut things short but she had been selfish.
“don’t
don’t thank me,” she quietly says, remorseful, and jungwon’s sparkly eyes soften as they study her grey mien before he reaches up to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear.
“lie with me?” he invites and she nods with a soft smile—joining him on his bed and tucking herself into his arms that gladly scoop her up.
he pats her back and strokes the back of her head. they revel in the peaceful silence and warmth that envelope them—one indulging in it much more than the other with a lovesick grin on his face and hearts glowing in his eyes.
“i don’t need anything else. i just need you,” jungwon mumbles into her hair and she chuckles. “like our promise.”
his words linger in the air for a moment before she sits up, a hand on his chest while the other props her up on her side to look at him.
“promise?”
won meets her gaze and nods. “back then, we promised to stay together forever. that’s why we got those tracking necklaces—so we can always find our way to each other more matter where we are.”
his words rekindles the memory in her head and her brows knit with guilt.
“you still remember?” she croaks, tears brimming and jungwon’s swift to bring his thumb up to wipe away a stray tear of hers.
“of course, i do. i remember everything about you—about us,” he says without a single doubt and sits up to hold her face. he bends down slightly to meet her height. “hey, hey
don’t cry. please, don’t cry. you’ll hurt your eyes again. shh, shh
”
he hugs her close and pushes her head gently to rest it on his shoulder—biting his lip when she brings herself closer to burrow into the crook of his neck. “i remember because well
i’ve always believed that i will stay with you—then, now and forevermore. promises aren’t meant to be broken. so you’ll stay with me, won’t you?”
“i will. i will, jungwon. and i’m so so sorry it took me so long to see that. to say this to you,” (y/n) sobs against him and he coos among comforting hushes as he pats her back.
“don’t be sorry. you don’t have to apologize for anything,” jungwon assures, his voice lulling and he presses a warm, lingering kiss on her temple. “in my eyes, you can do no wrong. you can slap me, kick me, stab me with a knife if you wish but as long as i know it’s your hand that’s holding it, i’ll gladly let it pierce my heart. you’re my everything, (y/n). i hope you know that.”
her cries only heighten at his genuine confession, heart aching like it’s breaking as tears overflow at the uncritical fondness he holds for her.
if she wasn’t in his embrace, she’s sure she would have shattered into pieces like fragile ceramic—completely oblivious to the wicked, toxic thoughts that fill her little angel’s head the longer he has her in his arms.
at this point, if she knew he was the one who baited minoo into a bear trap, made him watch as he thoroughly crushed and bled himself to the point of minoo’s mental ruin, snuck his necklace into his hoodie and called (y/n) for the fantastic finale, she’s still gonna think that jungwon did it for a good cause.
because just as he sees (y/n) as the embodiment of perfection, she now sees him as a poor, pathetic lamb who can do no sin—a saint.
and along with the guilt that now haunts her, he’s permanently tethered her to his side.
she can’t leave now, she can’t leave ever. they belong together, forever.

older!joel miller x brat!younger!reader
summary: Joel never asked to be saddled with you—wild, reckless, and always testing his patience—but what started as a favor turned into something he couldn’t ignore, and by the time he realized he was in far too deep, it was already too late.
a/n: I never got over brat summer, forced proximity, tension, banter, kissing, suggestive scenes
joel miller masterlist
The first time I see Joel Miller, he’s scowling.
Like, really scowling. Deep line between his brows, mouth set in a firm, unimpressed line, arms crossed over his chest like he’s already exhausted before I’ve even said a word.
And that just makes me want to push his buttons.
He was older—forty-five, maybe—but damn if he didn’t wear it well. Tall, broad, built like a man who knew hard work and even harder days. The kind of man who didn’t waste words or time on things he thought weren’t worth it.
“Y/n,” Tommy grins, throwing an arm around me, “meet my older brother, Joel.”
Joel gives me a once-over, slow and deliberate. I feel his eyes drag over me, taking in my short dress, the bare skin, the slight smirk tugging at my lips. And just for fun, I shift my weight, tilting my head, letting my smile turn just a little more smug.
Tommy, oblivious, keeps talking. “Figured you two should finally meet since you’re always hangin’ around.”
Joel sighs, clearly already over this interaction. “Yeah. Great. Nice to meet you.”
I raise a brow. “Wow. So warm. So welcoming.”
Tommy snorts. “Don’t take it personal. He’s always like this.”
“Like what?” I ask, tilting my head, eyes flicking back to Joel.
Joel just stares at me, like he’s debating whether or not to entertain me. Finally, he mutters, “Serious.”
I grin. “And I’m guessin’ Tommy here told you I’m the opposite?”
Joel doesn’t answer, but the way his jaw flexes tells me enough.
Oh, this is gonna be fun.
I step a little closer, watching him carefully, waiting to see if he pulls back. He doesn’t—just watches me, unimpressed, unreadable, but I don’t miss the way his fingers twitch, like he’s restraining himself.
“You got somethin’ against fun, Miller?” I tease.
Joel exhales through his nose. “Just don’t got patience for trouble.”
I grin. “Good thing I ain’t trouble then.”
His eyes flick down to my lips for half a second before snapping back up. “Yeah,” he mutters. “Sure.”
Tommy laughs, clapping Joel on the back. “She’s a handful, huh?”
Joel shakes his head, muttering something under his breath before looking back at me. “You always this much of a pain in the ass?”
I beam. “You always this grumpy?”
His jaw tightens. I know I’m getting to him. And I love it.
Something about Joel Miller tells me he’s the type to resist—to hold himself back, to act like he doesn’t want.
But the way he’s looking at me now?
Yeah. He wants.
Tumblr media
I never planned on ending up at Joel Millers house.
But life has a funny way of screwing with me.
One busted pipe in my apartment—water everywhere, maintenance useless, and suddenly, I had nowhere to stay. Tommy was out of town, and before I could even think of booking a motel, he was already on the phone, talking to Joel.
“Just for a few days,” Tommy had said. “Joel’s got the space.”
Joel, who was already looking at me like I was a problem before I even stepped foot in his house.
Now, standing in his doorway, duffel slung over my shoulder, I give him my best grin. “Miss me?”
Joel just sighs, running a hand down his face. “Just don’t make me regret this.”
“No promises.”
His jaw tightens, like he knew I was gonna say that.
I step past him, into his space, and the second the door shuts behind me, something shifts. It’s one thing to tease Joel out in the world, to push his buttons when there’s always somewhere else to go. But here? His house?
There’s nowhere to run now.
And by the way his eyes flicker over me—quick, sharp, like he already regrets agreeing to this—I can tell he’s thinking the same damn thing.
The first night at Joel’s place is
tense. In a way that has nothing to do with the fact that my apartment is currently unlivable and everything to do with him.
He didn’t exactly roll out the welcome mat when Tommy volunteered him to take me in. He just grunted, muttered something about “just for a couple nights,” and now here we are.
Joel’s house is simple. A little messy but lived-in. It smells like sawdust, coffee, and whatever soap he uses. I shouldn’t be noticing those things, but I do.
“You got a spare bedroom, or do I gotta fight you for the bed?” I ask, dropping my bag by the couch.
Joel gives me a look like he’s already regretting this. “Spare room’s down the hall. Not much in there, but it’s got a bed.”
I smirk. “A bed and a grumpy host? Wow, I’m spoiled.”
He exhales sharply through his nose, running a hand over his beard like he’s trying to summon patience. “You need anything, just
 don’t.”
I grin. “Don’t what?”
He glares. “Don’t push it.”
Oh, but that’s my favorite thing to do.
—
It’s late when I finally settle in. The house is too quiet, too still, and I can’t sleep. Not used to this place, not used to him just a room away.
I pad down the hall, oversized t-shirt hanging off me, socks silent against the wood floor. The lamp in the living room is still on, and Joel’s sitting on the couch, looking lost in thought.
“Can’t sleep?” I ask, leaning against the doorway.
He looks up, eyes flicking to me—just for a second, just long enough to make me feel barely covered. He exhales, looking back at his floor. “Didn’t expect you to be the quiet type at night.”
I snort, walking over to perch on the arm of the couch. “Bet you thought I’d snore or talk in my sleep.”
Joel shrugs. “Still debatin’ it.”
I watch him for a moment, the way the lamp casts shadows over his face, the way he looks at everything except me. There’s something charged in the air, something neither of us want to acknowledge.
“You don’t like this, do you?” I tease, nudging his knee with my foot. “Having me here.”
Joel takes a slow look up at me. “Ain’t about likin’ it. It just is.”
I hum, watching him closely. “You’re so bad at lying.”
Joel’s jaw flexes.
And I know, I know, if I keep pushing, I’ll get something out of him. But for once, I don’t.
Instead, I stand, stretching dramatically. “Alright, Miller. I’ll stop bugging you. For now.”
Joel huffs. “Doubtful.”
I grin, heading toward the hallway. But just before I disappear into the dark, I hear him mutter—just low enough that I almost miss it.
“Sleep tight, trouble.”
And damn it, that shouldn’t make my stomach flip. But it does.
—
The thing about living with Joel? It’s too easy to mess with him.
I’ve been here for three days now, and I swear, every time I walk into a room, he looks like he’s debating whether or not to strangle me or throw me out. And honestly? I love it.
Like right now.
He’s standing in the kitchen, coffee in one hand, flipping through the mail like it personally offended him. His shirt is still wrinkled from sleep, hair a little messy, eyes heavy with whatever dreams he never talks about. And I? I’m perched on the counter, swinging my legs, eating the last piece of toast he made for himself.
Joel notices. His eyes flick to the empty plate in my hand, then to his own very empty hands, and then—then—he exhales so sharply it’s almost funny.
“Really?” he grumbles, setting the mail down with way more force than necessary. “You ain’t got hands to make your own damn food?”
I grin, taking a slow, deliberate bite. “Yours just looked better.”
Joel mutters something under his breath, something that sounds suspiciously like a curse, and turns to pour himself more coffee.
“Y’know,” I continue, voice sweet, “for a man who claims he doesn’t like me being here, you sure do take good care of me.”
Joel tenses. His grip on the coffee pot tightens.
“Wouldn’t have to if you took care of yourself,” he mutters, taking a sip.
I smirk. “Aww, Joel. You worried about me?”
He doesn’t answer. Just glares over the rim of his mug like he’s daring me to push him further.
So, of course, I do.
I hop off the counter, stepping closer, my bare feet silent against the floor. Joel watches me warily, like I’m a stray cat that might bite. I stop just in front of him, tilting my head.
“You sure you don’t like having me here?” I tease, my voice dropping just a little, just enough to make his fingers twitch.
Joel doesn’t move. Doesn’t step back. But his eyes darken just enough to make my stomach flip.
“You really wanna test me this early?” he murmurs, his voice low and rough.
The challenge sends a thrill down my spine. I grin, leaning in just a fraction, enough to feel the heat radiating off him.
“Maybe,” I whisper. “Depends on what happens if I do.”
Joel huffs a laugh—one of those deep, frustrated, you’re-gonna-be-the-death-of-me laughs. Then, suddenly, his turn to get close. He leans down, voice right against my ear.
“You keep pushin’,” he murmurs, his breath warm against my skin, “you ain’t gonna like what happens.”
My pulse jumps. My smirk falters—just for a second.
Joel sees it. And the bastard smirks.
Then he pulls back, grabbing his coffee, walking away like he won this round.
I exhale sharply, watching him go, my skin still tingling.
I really need to stop underestimating him.
—
I know he’s awake the second I step through the door.
The lights are dim, but Joel’s still sitting on the couch, one arm draped over the backrest, the other holding a half-empty beer. He looks relaxed—pretends to be, anyway—but his eyes flick to me the second I walk in.
I smirk. “You waitin’ up for me, Miller?”
Joel exhales sharply through his nose, setting the bottle down on the coffee table. “Just happened to be up.”
Uh-huh.
I ignore him, walking into the kitchen, feeling his eyes drag over me as I move. The dress I’m wearing is short, tight, and backless—very backless. My tattoo is on full display, the black ink running across, teasing the dip of my lower back.
I reach for a glass, pouring myself some water, letting the silence stretch, letting him look.
Finally, I hear him shift behind me. “Where the hell were you?”
I take a slow sip. “Out.”
“With who?”
I glance over my shoulder, raising a brow. “Didn’t know I had to check in with you, dad.”
Joel clenches his jaw. His fingers flex on his knee. “Y/n.”
I turn fully now, leaning against the counter, glass in hand. “Why do you care?”
“I don’t.” The lie is so blatant, so immediate, that I almost laugh.
I take another sip, watching him. “You sure about that?”
Joel doesn’t answer right away. His gaze flicks lower, over the curve of my back, the exposed skin, the ink. His jaw tenses even more—like he’s mad. Like the tattoo itself is personally offending him.
I set my glass down, smirking. “Something wrong?”
Joel exhales, drags a hand down his face. “You got no damn shame, you know that?”
I grin, stepping closer, closing the space between us. “And you got no damn claim,” I say, tilting my head. “So what’s your problem?”
Joel watches me, something dangerous flickering behind his eyes.
I lift a finger, tracing a slow, teasing line down my own spine, over the tattoo he won’t stop staring at. “You like it?” I ask, voice low.
His nostrils flare. His fists clench.
Then—just like always—he forces himself to lean back, to put space between us, to shove all that tension down deep.
I take my time walking past him, making sure he gets a real good look at what’s been driving him crazy all night. I can practically feel the heat of his stare burning into my skin, but I don’t give him the satisfaction of looking back.
Not yet.
Instead, I reach for my water again, taking a slow sip, just to draw this out a little more. Joel exhales, long and slow, like he’s trying to keep himself calm.
I almost feel bad for him.
Almost.
“You always go out dressed like that?” His voice is low, rough, like he’s forcing himself to sound casual.
I smirk against my glass. “You always staring at me?”
Joel lets out a sharp breath, but he doesn’t deny it.
I finally turn, leaning back against the counter, crossing my arms so my dress shifts even higher up my thighs. His gaze flickers, betraying him for half a second before he locks it back on my face.
“I just don’t get why you feel the need to—” He waves a hand vaguely at me. “—put everything on display.”
I raise an eyebrow. “Everything?”
Joel rubs a hand down his face, muttering under his breath. “You know what I mean.”
I grin. “What, you don’t like my tattoo?”
He clenches his jaw. “Ain’t about the tattoo.”
I tilt my head, watching him closely. “Then what’s it about?”
He doesn’t answer.
I push off the counter, closing the space between us, slow and deliberate. “Is it the tattoo, or is it the fact that other people got to see it?”
Joel tenses. Just a flicker. Barely noticeable. But I see it.
And I know.
I smirk. “That’s it, isn’t it?” My voice drops, just above a whisper. “You don’t like that someone else got to look at me like this.”
Joel’s breathing is heavier now, his fists clenched at his sides. “Go to bed, y/n.”
I step even closer, close enough that I can feel the heat of him, smell the faded whiskey and aftershave clinging to his skin. “Make me.”
His jaw flexes. His hands twitch. For a second, I think he might actually do something, might finally snap and grab me, kiss me, claim me like we both know he wants to.
But then—
He exhales sharply, dragging a hand down his face before turning away from me. “You’re a damn brat, you know that?”
I grin, victorious. “And you love it.”
Joel mutters something I don’t catch, shaking his head, still refusing to look at me.
I lean up on my toes, just enough to whisper near his ear. “Sweet dreams, Miller.”
Then I turn and head toward my room, my steps slow, unhurried, knowing damn well he’s watching.
Knowing damn well he won’t sleep tonight.
Not yet, anyway.
—
Joel is a walking contradiction.
Always looking out for me, always acting like I’m some damn problem he’s gotta fix. But then, when he thinks I’m not paying attention? He watches me.
Like right now.
I’m sitting on the tailgate of his truck, sipping a gas station soda, swinging my legs while he loads up the last of the supplies he picked up. The summer heat is thick, sticking to my skin, making me feel slow, lazy.
Joel, meanwhile, looks like he’s one deep breath away from losing his patience.
“Where’d you run off to last night?” he asks, not looking at me.
I smirk. “Wouldn’t you like to know.”
“Wouldn’t ask if I didn’t.”
That gets me. I raise an eyebrow. “You are keepin’ tabs on me.”
Joel exhales, setting down a case of water a little harder than necessary. “Just know when you start trouble.”
I grin. “Who says I started trouble?”
He gives me a look.
Fair enough.
I take another sip of my drink, watching him work, the way his shirt clings to his back, damp from the heat. My stomach tightens, and I blame it on the weather.
“You got somethin’ to say?” he mutters, not turning around.
I smirk. “Nope.”
“Then quit starin’.”
I laugh, kicking my feet against the truck bed. “Oh, that’s rich.”
His jaw tightens. “What’s that mean?”
I tilt my head. “Means I see you lookin’, too.”
Joel freezes.
It’s quick. A small thing. But I notice.
For the first time, he actually looks at me, really looks. And there’s heat there, burning under all that restraint.
I set my drink down, hopping off the tailgate, stepping close—too close.
“You ever wonder what’d happen,” I murmur, “if you stopped pretendin’ you don’t want me?”
Joel’s breath is slow. Measured. He doesn’t step back. Doesn’t move.
“You don’t know what you’re askin’ for,” he says, voice low, gruff.
I tilt my head, biting back a grin. “Maybe I do.”
Something flickers in his eyes. Something dangerous.
For a second, I think maybe—maybe—he’s gonna snap. Gonna grab me by the waist, drag me in, let all that tension finally break.
Instead, he just exhales, long and slow, before stepping back.
“You’re trouble,” he mutters.
I grin. “You like trouble.”
Joel shakes his head, mumbling something under his breath as he turns away.
But his hands? They’re clenched into fists.
And that tells me everything I need to know.
—
Joel’s been trying to ignore me all damn day.
Which, honestly? Fair. I’ve been making it real hard for him.
I’m leaning against the counter in his kitchen, the space between us just enough for me to feel that slow, simmering tension that’s been building up all afternoon, wearing nothing but an oversized t-shirt and a pair of—well, that’s the game, isn’t it?
Joel walks in, fresh from a shower, hair damp, t-shirt clinging to his chest just enough to make me look. He barely glances at me as he grabs a water from the fridge, pretending I’m not there.
Like I’ll just let him get away with that.
“You ever gonna put on some damn clothes?”
I smirk, not even looking up. “I am wearing clothes.”
Joel exhales sharply, taking a long sip of water. “Not enough.”
That makes me grin. Gotcha.
I stretch, letting the hem of my shirt ride up just a little. “Oh, relax. It’s just a t-shirt.”
Joel scoffs, finally looking at me. His eyes flicker down, slow, then back up, jaw tightening. Yeah, he noticed.
“Guess,” I say suddenly, watching him.
His brow furrows. “What?”
I sit up, tilting my head. “Guess what I’m wearing underneath.”
Joel exhales, shaking his head. “Not playin’ this game, y/n.”
“C’mon.” I stretch, making sure the hem of my shirt lifts just enough to tease. “Just one guess.”
“Clothes.”
I grin. “Not much of ‘em.”
That does it. His grip tightens on the bottle, jaw going stiff. He still doesn’t turn around, but I see it—the way his shoulders tense, the way his breath goes a little heavier.
But then, to my surprise, he plays along.
Joel finally turns, slow, lazy, eyes dragging over me in a way that makes my stomach flip.
Slow. Controlled. Like he knows exactly what this is doing to me.
And I feel it—his presence filling the space, the heat between us thick and undeniable. Joel stops just a breath away, too close for comfort, but I don’t move. I won’t.
“You’re awful pushy tonight,” he mutters, eyes dark as they settle on me.
I tilt my head, not backing down. “You’re awful curious for someone who doesn’t wanna play.”
Joel’s eyes drag over me, deliberate and slow, as if he’s taking in every inch, every detail. Then, like he can’t help himself, he leans in a little more—close enough that I feel the warmth of his body, the weight of his presence.
His breath hits my cheek, and I’m sure my heart skips a beat. I freeze, barely able to keep my focus.
The space between us is thick with something heavy, something that has my pulse racing, but Joel’s not moving. He’s standing there, looking at me like he’s debating something—maybe whether or not to keep playing. I keep my eyes locked on his, deliberately challenging, just to see how long he’ll stand there before he breaks.
I know he can feel it too—the weight of the air between us. It’s thick. Electric.
But I’m not the one to crack first.
I lean back a little, letting my hands slide across the cool counter, trying to act casual, like I’m not aware of every inch of space between us, of how close he’s standing now.
Joel doesn’t say anything for a while. He just watches me—his eyes intense, like he’s studying every move I make, waiting for me to slip up.
And then, in one smooth motion, he steps forward, close enough that I feel his presence without him even touching me. Just the weight of his gaze, the pull of his body.
I freeze for a second, breath catching in my throat. Damn it.
He doesn’t rush—he never does. Joel’s always deliberate, calculating. But I can see it now, the way his lips press together, the faintest twitch of his jaw like he’s trying to hold something back.
Without saying a word, his hand moves slowly to the bottom of my t-shirt. His fingers brush against the fabric, barely grazing the skin of my thigh. The touch is light—almost too light—but it still sends a shiver through me.
I stay still, even though every part of me is aware of what he’s doing, of the way his hand hovers, teasing, as if he’s testing my patience.
“Alright,” he drawls, voice lower now. “Guessin’ you want me to say somethin’ like
 lace?”
My mouth goes dry.
Oh.
I wasn’t expecting that.
I recover fast, tilting my head. ïżœïżœMaybe.”
Joel takes a slow step closer, his eyes locked on mine, like he knows he’s caught me off guard. Like he’s finally flipping the script on me.
“Red?” he guesses, voice all deep and rough.
I swallow. “Wrong.”
“Black, then.”
I press my lips together, refusing to react.
“Bet they even have a little bow”
Joel just huffs a quiet laugh, taking another slow sip of water, looking way too satisfied with himself.
I narrow my eyes, sitting up. “You think you’re real smooth, huh?”
He just shrugs. “Ain’t that hard, darlin’. You’re an open book.”
And then, just as I’m about to respond, he shifts again—moving in, just enough to make the back of his hand brush mine. The contact is so light, but I feel it like a damn spark.
His lips are so close to my ear now, and I know he’s teasing. He’s testing me, waiting to see what I’ll do.
But I don’t move. I hold my ground, staring up at him, willing myself not to let the heat get to me.
“I hate to break it to you, sweetheart,” he murmurs, “but you ain’t nearly as subtle as you think you are.”
I try to keep my cool, but there’s a hitch in my breath.
Joel steps back then, like it’s nothing. But I can feel the pull, the weight of what just happened. I know he’s not done with this—not by a long shot.
—
Joel is pissed.
I see it in the way his shoulders tense as he shoves open the bar door, his grip firm around my wrist, dragging me outside like I’m some wayward kid in need of a lesson. The humid Texas night air wraps around us, thick and sticky, but it’s nothing compared to the heat burning between us.
“What the hell was that, y/n?” Joel snaps, letting go of my wrist just to turn and face me, standing toe-to-toe like he’s ready for a fight.
I roll my eyes, crossing my arms. “I was having a drink, Joel.”
“You were flirtin’ with every damn guy in there,” he growls, his hands landing on his hips like he’s holding himself back.
I smirk, tilting my head. “Oh, that’s what this is about? Didn’t realize you were keepin’ tabs on me.”
Joel huffs, his nostrils flaring as he shakes his head. “I am keepin’ tabs on you. Tommy asked me to keep an eye on you, and you—” He gestures toward the bar behind us, exasperated. “You don’t make it easy.”
I laugh, the alcohol warming me but not enough to dull the way my pulse spikes at his words. “I’m twenty-five, Joel. I don’t need a damn babysitter.”
“Well, you sure as hell act like you do,” he shoots back, eyes dark and burning with frustration.
That gets me. My spine straightens, my chin tilts up, and suddenly, I’m really not in the mood for this conversation.
“Excuse me?” I take a step closer, poking a finger against his chest. “I don’t belong to you, Joel. You don’t get to tell me what to do.”
Joel exhales sharply, like he’s trying to get a grip, but it’s useless because I can see it—the tightness in his jaw, the way his fingers flex at his sides, the way his eyes flicker down to my lips for a fraction of a second before snapping back up.
Oh, he hates this.
Hates that I push him.
Hates that I get under his skin.
Hates that he wants me.
“I didn’t say you belonged to me,” he mutters, voice lower now, rougher.
“But you sure as hell act like it.” My voice is quieter too, the space between us shrinking, the air crackling.
Joel clenches his jaw, breathing hard, and for a second, I swear he’s about to say something—admit something. But instead, he just lets out a frustrated growl, dragging a hand down his face.
“You drive me crazy,” he mutters.
I grin, stepping even closer, my chest nearly brushing his. “Yeah? And what’re you gonna do about it?”
Joel goes still.
I see it—the moment something shifts between us, the way his breathing changes, the way his fingers twitch like he wants to grab me, pull me closer, do something about it.
But instead, he just exhales sharply, turns away, and runs a hand through his hair like he’s trying to physically shake me off.
“Get in the damn truck.”
I laugh, but there’s something breathless about it, something shaky. Because if he had made a move—if he had snapped—I don’t know if I would’ve stopped him.
Hell, I know I wouldn’t have.
But for now, I just smirk, walking past him with a slow sway in my step, knowing damn well he’s watching me.
And as I climb into his truck, I wonder just how long it’ll take before Joel Miller finally breaks.
—
Sometimes, Joel does the dumbest shit, and I can't help but laugh at how he digs himself deeper without even realizing it. I've been pushing him all night, just little jabs here and there, watching him get more and more frustrated. It's my favorite game-seeing how long I can mess with him before he finally cracks.
But this time? This time, he really crossed a line.
He thinks he knows what’s best for me, and the way he treats me like some helpless kid? It drives me insane. I’m 25, not a teenager, but he always acts like I need someone to babysit me. It’s honestly infuriating.
But I guess he just couldn’t let it go anymore.
I’m standing there, crossing my arms, staring him down as he tries to come up with something to say, but all he can do is look at me like I’ve broken his favorite damn toy. He’s so damn stubborn, but right now, there’s something in his eyes I’ve never seen before—guilt.
Then, out of nowhere, Joel drops to his knees in front of me.
What the hell?
For a moment, I just stare at him, caught off guard.
I'm not even sure what he's doing, but the way he looks up at me-like he's some kind of punished dog-throws me off balance. He's trying to make a statement, I can tell. He's not embarrassed, but he's also not letting this go.
"I messed up," Joel says, his voice gravelly, as he slowly slides his hands up to rest on my thighs.
I blink at him, not sure how to react. The tension is different this time-this isn't about him giving in; this is something else entirely. There's no fear in his eyes. No submission. He's still the same stubborn bastard he's always been, but there's something else there too-something challenging.
He wants to make things right, but he's doing it on his terms.
"You're not sorry enough for this to work," | tease, holding back the grin that's threatening to break free.
He smirks, eyes flicking up to meet mine. He's still got that damn cocky attitude, even with me standing over him, and I don't know whether I want to slap it off him or kiss him.
Maybe both.
"I'm sorry," he repeats, his hands tightening on my thighs, but there's no hesitation in his voice. "But I'm not getting off my knees until you know I'm serious."
I let out a laugh, not backing down, my body giving off every signal that I'm in control. "And what's that supposed to mean? You think this is gonna impress me?"
His grip on my thighs tightens, pulling me in closer, and now I can feel the heat of him through the fabric. But instead of giving me an inch, he's still staring up at me with that damn challenge in his eyes.
"You want an apology? You got it," he says, voice low and steady. "But l'm not some puppy you can just command. Don't think for one second you're gonna play me like that."
I raise an eyebrow, intrigued despite myself. I was expecting him to grovel, to at least try to show some weakness. But Joel? Joel doesn't do weakness.
"I never said you were a puppy," I murmur, looking down at him with a smile that's too smug for my own good. "But you are on your knees."
His eyes darken as he holds my gaze, not backing down, not even a little. "Yeah, and I'm here because you deserve the apology, not because I'm asking for permission."
The heat between us shifts again, and it's not the playful teasing anymore. It's something more-something a little darker, a little more real. He's not going to give in, but he's also not letting me win either.
"So, what do you want?" l ask, my voice almost a whisper, the challenge still there but mixed with something else.
Joel doesn't hesitate. "I want you to stop testing me and accept that I'm not going anywhere."
And for just a moment, it feels like he's got me right where he wants me.
But then, I realize-he's not the only one who knows how to play this game.
"Well, if you're so eager to apologize," | start, running my fingers through his hair, "maybe you can make it up to me in a way I actually want."
Joel looks up at me, his hands still gripping my thighs as his breath catches. There's a flicker of something in his eyes-something wild, but also totally surrendered.
"Name it."
The words land between us with the weight of a promise. And for the first time, I feel the air between us change completely. I step back, my body a little off balance from how suddenly he's shifted everything.
But damn, if that doesn't make my heart race.
And then—
His hands are on me.
Gripping my waist, dragging me in hard, pinning me against the wall like he can’t hold himself back another second.
“You happy now?” His voice is low, rough, wrecked. His breath is hot against my lips, his hands firm, possessive on my hips.
I grin, breathless. “Ecstatic.”
And then he’s kissing me.
It’s not soft. It’s not slow. It’s everything he’s been denying himself—all the tension, all the frustration, all the goddamn hunger crashing down on us at once.
I moan into his mouth, fingers tangling in his hair, pulling him impossibly closer. He groans, deep and low, like he needs this, like he’s craved this for so long it’s driven him mad.
His hands slide lower, gripping my thighs, lifting me effortlessly against him. I wrap my legs around his waist, gasping as my back presses harder against the wall, his body solid and hot against mine.
“You drive me fucking crazy,” he growls, dragging his lips down my jaw, my neck, biting just enough to make me gasp.
I laugh breathlessly, tugging his head back up, eyes locked on his. "Took you long enough to admit it."
Joel glares at me, but there's something wild behind it now, something dangerous. "You got no idea what you just started."
I smirk, running my fingers down his chest, feeling the way his breath shudders at my touch.
"Then don't stop," | whisper.
And he doesn't.
—
It’s like once we started, we couldn’t stop.
Every touch, every look, every little moment of tension we used to ignore? Now it’s all fire.
It starts in the kitchen. I brush past Joel to grab a glass of water, my fingers barely skimming his arm, and I swear I hear his breath hitch. It’s subtle, but I know him. I know how much I get under his skin.
And then, before I can even turn around, he’s on me.
One hand grips my waist, the other presses into the counter beside me, caging me in. His body is warm against my back, his breath hot against my ear.
“You do this on purpose,” he mutters, voice low, rough, like he’s barely holding himself together.
I smirk, tilting my head slightly, just enough that his lips graze my neck. “Do what?”
Joel exhales sharply, his fingers tightening on my waist. “Brat,” he murmurs, but it sounds wrecked, like he’s already given in.
And he has.
Because in the next breath, he spins me to face him, pressing me against the counter. His hands grip my hips, his body hot against mine, and I can feel the tension rolling off him.
“You’re playin’ with fire,” he warns, lips barely an inch from mine.
I grin, dragging my fingers through his hair, nails scraping lightly against his scalp.
Joel groans, kissing me.
Hard.
It’s desperate, messy, like every ounce of restraint he had is just gone. My hands tangle in his hair, pulling him impossibly close, gasping into his mouth when his fingers dig into my skin.
We barely make it to the hallway before he grabs me again, pressing me against the wall, his mouth never leaving mine.
“You just can’t help yourself,” I murmur against his lips, breathless.
Joel groans, his forehead pressing to mine, his grip firm like he's staking a claim. "Neither can you."
And he's right. Because the second we're alone again, I'm on him-hands in his hair, pulling him down, both of us too far gone to stop now.
Because now that we've started?
We're never stopping.
—
I leave the bathroom door open on purpose.
And the glass shower door? Yeah, that stays cracked, too.
The hot water cascades down my body, steam curling through the air, fogging up the glass just enough to blur the edges but not enough to hide me. I know Joel’s home. I know he’ll walk past. And I know he won’t be able to help himself.
It takes a minute, but then—there he is.
I catch the movement out of the corner of my eye, the way he pauses in the doorway. I can’t see his face through the steam, but I know that look—the one where his jaw tightens, where his fists clench like he’s fighting every urge in his body.
I smile to myself and tilt my head back, letting the hot water pour down my neck, dragging my hands slowly over my skin.
Joel exhales sharply. “Jesus Christ, y/n.”
I bite my lip. Bingo.
There’s a beat of silence, thick with tension. And then—I hear him move. The rustle of fabric. The soft clink of a belt buckle. The sound of a shirt being pulled over his head.
My pulse spikes.
The shower door swings open wider, and suddenly—Joel is there.
Steam clings to his skin, droplets forming against the hard planes of his chest, his broad shoulders.
His eyes are dark, locked on mine, his expression somewhere between exasperation and something dangerous.
“You really are a damn brat,” he mutters.
Before I can reply, his hands are on me, gripping my waist, pushing me gently but firmly against the cool tile. His body is hot, solid against mine, his breath warm against my skin as he leans in.
“You left that door open on purpose,” he accuses, voice rough, wrecked.
I smirk, fingers sliding up his arms, feeling the tension there. “Maybe.”
Joel exhales sharply, shaking his head. “Unbelievable.” But there’s something else in his eyes now—something wild, something hungry.
His hands grip my hips, fingers pressing hard into my skin, and he kisses me.
Hard.
It’s desperate, messy, like he’s been waiting for this, like every ounce of restraint he’s ever had just snapped. I moan into his mouth, pressing up against him, feeling the heat of his body, the way his hands roam, gripping, claiming.
"You gonna keep playin' games, sweetheart?" he mutters against my lips, his voice rough with need.
I grin, breathless, pulling him closer. "Always."
Joel groans, his forehead pressing against mine, his breath heavy, his fingers digging into my skin like he needs this.
And then he kisses me again.
And this time, neither of us stop.
—
The first night back in my apartment should feel good. Should feel like a breath of fresh air. No more waking up to Joel grumbling in the kitchen, no more stolen flannels, no more him lurking in doorways like he’s just waiting for me to do something reckless.
But it doesn’t feel good.
It feels wrong.
I don’t like waking up alone. I don’t like the quiet. I don’t like that Joel just let me go without a damn word.
So I do what I always do. I go looking for trouble.
And I find it at his doorstep.
Joel barely reacts when he opens the door and sees me standing there, arms crossed, wearing one of his shirts I forgot to return. His face is unreadable, but I know him. I see the way his shoulders tighten, the way his jaw clenches.
“What’re you doin’ here?” he asks, voice low, cautious.
I step inside without waiting for an invitation, brushing past him like I belong there. Because I do.
“I dunno,” I say, throwing myself onto his couch. “Figured I’d see if you missed me.”
Joel exhales sharply, closing the door, rubbing the back of his neck like he’s already tired of this conversation. “Y/n—”
“—You didn’t even call me.” I cut him off, watching him carefully.
He shakes his head, pacing like a man who’s got too much in his head and no idea how to get it out. “Didn’t think I needed to.”
I scoff, leaning back against the cushions. “Bullshit.”
Joel stops pacing, pinches the bridge of his nose, and mutters something under his breath.
“What?” I push, sitting up. “Go on. Say it.”
“You know why,” he says, finally looking at me. His eyes are tired. Guilty. “I shouldn’t have—I shouldn’t have let things go as far as they did.”
I laugh. A short, bitter thing. “Let things go as far as they did? You mean you finally gave in? You finally admitted you wanted me?”
Joel clenches his jaw, turning away, but I’m already off the couch, already closing the distance between us.
“You do want me,” I say, softer now. “You just don’t want to let yourself have me.”
He doesn’t deny it. Doesn’t say a word. Just stands there, looking like a man at war with himself.
“You think it was a mistake?” I ask, my voice steady even though my chest feels tight.
Joel doesn’t answer right away. And that silence? It kills me.
Finally, he exhales, voice rough. “I think it ain’t fair to you.”
I stare at him, disbelief creeping in. “Fair? That’s what you’re worried about? Jesus, Joel, I’m not some kid you need to protect. I know what I want.”
He shakes his head. “You don’t get it—”
“No, you don’t get it,” I snap. “I waited for you to stop fighting it. I waited for you to stop treating me like I’m too young, too reckless, too much for you. And the second you let yourself have me, you run?”
Joel’s breathing is heavy now, his hands flexing at his sides like he doesn’t know what to do with them. “I ain’t runnin’—”
I step closer, forcing him to look at me. “Then what the hell do you call this?”
His face twists, something breaking behind his eyes. “I call it tryin’ to do right by you.”
My chest aches. God, he’s so damn stubborn.
“You don’t get to decide that,” I say, softer this time. “You don’t get to make that choice for me.”
Joel looks at me, looks through me, and I see it—that need, that longing, that war inside him.
But I won’t beg.
So I take a slow step back, swallowing down the lump in my throat. “Fine,” I say, voice carefully even. “You wanna push me away? Go ahead. But don’t you dare pretend it’s for my sake.”
I turn, heading for the door, my heart hammering in my chest.
And I wait.
I wait for him to stop me.
But the door closes behind me, and Joel lets me go.
—
I should slam the door in his face.
I should.
But I don’t. Because it’s Joel. And even after everything—even after he let me walk out that door without a fight—I still want him.
And the bastard knows it.
He stands there, looking rough around the edges, like he hasn’t slept. He rubs the back of his neck, shifting on his feet, like he doesn’t know how to say whatever it is he came here to say.
“I fucked up,” he says, finally.
I snort, arms crossed. “No shit.”
Joel exhales, glancing down for a second before his eyes meet mine again. They’re dark, tired, but honest.
“I was scared,” he says, voice lower now. “Ain’t used to wantin’ something this bad. Ain’t used to thinkin’ maybe I could have it.”
That stops me.
Because this? This is new. This isn’t Joel pushing me away, telling me I’m too young, too much, too reckless. This isn’t him trying to convince himself he doesn’t need me.
This is him admitting that he does.
I swallow, my throat tight. “You can have it, Joel. But not if you keep pulling this shit.”
He nods, like he knows, like he’s been sitting with that realization since the second I left.
I should make him work for it. Make him suffer a little. But then he steps closer—slow, cautious, like he’s making sure I don’t shut him out first.
And when he speaks again, his voice is hoarse.
“Come back.”
It’s not a demand. Not a plea. Just Joel laying it all out, raw and real, for me to decide.
I let out a slow breath, studying him, making him wait.
Then I step forward, just enough that I can tilt my chin up and brush my lips against his—light, teasing, cruel.
His breath hitches. His hands twitch at his sides, like he’s dying to touch me.
And I smirk. “Took you long enough.”
Joel groans, grabs me, and finally—finally—kisses me like he’s making up for every second he wasted.

Help! My serf smells like the armoury and it's making me have heretical thoughts.
 Word count ~700 ish
A/N - Never wrote anything in a fandom before I started this blog, I'm sorry if this is poorly written!!
Was thinking about Titus when I wrote this, but also Loken when he would chat to Mersadie. I think it's vague enough to fit any astartes??  Cato Sicarius not included bro would throw a tantrum, go sulk somewhere and deny he liked them even the slightest bit then get jealous if they even glanced at another space marine. (I want to tear him to shreads (affectionate)).
Kinda suggestive, nothing explicit but added a little cut.

His serf had been staring at him for a while now, the pauldron they were cleaning thoroughly before now barely touched with each lazy pass of the cloth. Their lord angel, sitting on a nearby bench, was busy polishing the piece of armour most recently cleaned. This ritual maintenance of his armour was usually a relaxing activity for the space marine but today it was becoming more and more stressful.
Why does his serf smell like the armoury?
When did they go there?
Why are they fidgeting so much?
Why won't they look him in the eye?
Why is their heart fluttering like that?
Why do they smell so ... pleasant??
A prickling warmth began to spread through him. His mind was racing, his face tight, brows furrowed, something wasn’t right. He said their name multiple times, but they continued to stare straight at his chest, eyes roving over the defined planes of muscle; occasionally flicking to focus on the ports decorating his skin. They had seen his ports before so was it the difference in attire, he wondered. His usual body glove discarded for a simple loincloth. He caught their attention with a low rumble of their name louder than the last attempts. This time their eyes snapped to his, squeaking in surprise.
"Oh! Sorry, my lord. What did you say?" Their eyes dart away, head hanging low, cloth forgotten along with the armour. Running their hands down their thighs straightening the creases of their robe. His eyes follow their hands, watching as the robe is stretched tight over their legs. It's an appealing sight... He shakes the jarring thought away.
"Why do you smell of the armoury? What business did you have there?" His gaze set on their face. They look back to him again, clearly confused. "I haven't been to the armoury, my lord. Before you returned, I had been attending to your room. "
"You needn't lie to me, little one, I am not angry you were there." He pressed for the answer as softly as he could. "My lord, I don't understand what you mean. I didn't go there."  They replied hurriedly. The shift in the smell as stress hormones flooded their body caught him off guard. He sat back, placing the armour and polishing tools down beside him, spreading his legs wider as he crossed his arms in thought. He knew enough about astartes biology to know external smells didn't mix well with those produced from the body, so it would make no sense for their smell to shift the way it did. He rested his chin on his hand, looking down at his serf. "Hmm, I believe you, no need to fret."  He finally responded pensively before closing his eyes and taking a deep but measured breath. "Th-thank you, my lord." They stuttered out relief clear in their breathtaking voice.
A new wave of the smell washed over him like a strong tide, so similar to where he dons his plate but sweeter and more palatable like it was concocted specifically for him. His mouth watered; he wanted to see if they tasted better than they sme- this isn’t right. Despite his closed eyes, he could feel their stare burning through him. It wasn't the type of attention he had come to expect from baselines. This, alongside these new thoughts, was all so overwhelming to him.
This is not right; eyes now open he cast his gaze down to his serf, their beautiful eyes almost glassy as they looked at him hands grasping the hem of their robe revealing a tease of their plush, soft thighs, his breath stuttered at the sight, the urge to squeeze and knead the- he caught himself again, this was getting out of hand. The smell was even more intense. He felt himself losing his ability to think. He stood up abruptly, "M-my lord?" They whispered breathless. "I must take my leave, little one. I'll return to you soon." With that, he shrugged on a robe hung by the door and left, not seeing how his serfs gaze lingered on him until the very last second.

Hi! Even though you must receive such compliments often, I have to say that your Billford art is very unique and incredible! :D Your Bill is so cartoonish yet quirky; I can't express enough how much I like him and Ford (and any other GF character from you, but them especially) in your style. Overall, your traditional style drawing suits them just right !
Anyway, since you posted your last comic, I have been wondering how Bill would look like and behave when furious or triggered in your style :0. I like seeing him cheerful and excited with Ford, but I can't help but think what conversation they might have when Ford finds out about Bill and confronts him about it.
Do you plan to draw more comics/pics with angsty BillFord? Their relationship during/after their falling out?👀👀
Ohh man, thank you! That is so kind of you! I'm really glad you like my drawings of them :D💕
That's a really good question! I think the silly, ridiculous, stupid part of their relationship is what gets me the most, and that's what I like to draw. I mean, if you're on the patreon seeing the more suggestive stuff, even the way I depict THAT is really dumb. But Billford really does have it all, and there's a LOT of angst + scary stuff happening too. I do think about it, but it's not anything I get super motivated to draw.
When I DO think about drawing conflict between them, usually it's still in a humorous light. It's just the sort of thing that makes me happy. The sillystupid stuff.
I have thought about drawing bill with a very specific expression - one where he's VERY VERY furious. I'm envisioning some sort of equivalent to him "biting" his lower "lip" but it's a row of teeth pressing into the underside of his eyeball. Here's some doodles I did a month or two ago. I still haven't made any drawings of this expression that I'm satisfied with, I think it should be more exaggerated and lip-like... somehow.
Tumblr media
It needs work. I want it to be like... spongebob freeze frame level of weird. But I was thinking this is how he'd react if he stumbled into one of Fiddlefords Fantasizing About Ford dreams. That's something I've been thinking about drawing for a while, but haven't yet.
Anyway, I hope this answered your question ok?? Thank you for taking the time to type such a lovely ask!

I just wanted to ask what you thought TFP Ratchet, Wheeljack, Dreadwing, and Bulkhead were position wise in your mind. Like are they a top, a bottom, or a switch?
To me Dreadwing and Wheeljack are both tops. I fee like they both would really be into doming their partners. Wheeljack is kinky as hell so I can see him being into super freaky shit.
And I can see Dreadwing being a much stricter dom.
I see Ratchet and Bulkhead as switches personally.
Oh man, other than my typical "It depends on the situation" answer, let me think this through. Alright, so fyi I'm going to explain if they're a sub/dom, like being on top/being ridden, and if they enjoy getting their valves filled more than spiking (aka the Top/Bottom bit) Ratchet does enjoy being in control, but he's often pretty exhausted and starving, so it would be nice if you could take the reins without injuring yourself. He has some dom tendencies but is pretty mixed all things considered. He's happy being ridden or pegged in some way - but he's also just as eager to be on top and, if his partner allows it, use their dick/dildo as the world's smallest interface toy Bulkhead is a huge sub in my opinion. He prefers being ridden purely because it means he's less likely to accidentally injure his partner (dude chillll - you're doing fine). He's a lot more likely to let his human do as they please, he can adapt to just about anything. You can penetrate him too, he just doesn't feel as much unless you focus on his anterior node. His valve can take a good pounding, although sadly no human is capable of doing that
Wheeljack is rougher by comparison, a lot more willing to bruise his human in the heat of the moment. He's not afraid to push them to their limits, and he's just as eager to be used up. He's definitely the type to suggest you shove your entire arm in his valve. He doesn't care if he's on top or being ridden, he's going to find a way to be a bastard someway. He's an absolute brat even when he's in the dominant role, someone put him in his place Dreadwing (as I typically interpret him) adapts to his partner's behavior. He's typically more reserved but still capable of assuming a more dominant/strict role as we've seen in the show (channeling his inner squadron commander lol). If his partner's a brat and they like being manhandled, he's happy to do it (although carefully - he would hate to leave a mark). Otherwise, any position works for him - and he enjoys having his valve played with, which is way too sensitive for its own good

Ignore how this is my first hc in like
awhile
IM A LIL RUSTY PLS HAVE MERCY
So hi <33 it’s nearing Valentine’s Day which means “omg what would the ts lis do for Valentine’s Day??”
These are far from perfect but I hope you enjoy !! :D
Valentine’s Day In Eridia
Warnings: Rustyyy, a lil suggestive in some of them but nothing too bad, Ais is mentioned to be a lil depressed, and Probably ooc !!
Notes: Gn reader, fluff!
Mhin
Starting with my favorite hshshshs
Mhin isn’t one that usually celebrates things—they don’t see the point. They’re living in an apocalyptic world they need to survive not waste time on chocolates and the stress of making the perfect evening.
But then there’s you
and they end up doing a lot of ‘unnecessary’ things for you even subconsciously.
Despite their grumblings, they do end up finding out how to celebrate.
STAR GAZING !!!! Duh !!
Simple and sweet, just putting aside time for you two to be close and gaze at the night sky.
Butbutbut !! I had an idea !! That may be just utterly silly but I’ll try to make it coherent.
Imagine this okay !
Mhin goes to visit you, shoulders hunched as they try to avoid getting pushed around by the massive crowd. The music is loud, boisterous, too much.
And you realize that when you find them trying to withhold murderous rage in a dark corner.
You had wanted to try out dancing, but you know the crowd in the Wet Wick is going to make that impossible to enjoy. For either just Mhin or both of you if you also don’t like crowds.
So you go to your favorite spot instead. the place you usually watch stars at.
And idk ?? I always pictured that happening on a freaking roof because I personally want to hang out on a roof but you can imagine something different if you want.
The music can still be heard from below, but it’s far more muffled and bearable.
SO !!! okay if this is cringey spare me please LOOK AWAY !
Hem hem
dancing on the roof !!
The music is loud enough for it to not be awkward hshsh-and the moon is out, the stars are clearer than you’ve ever seen them
And it may be silly but it’s the good type of silly okay. The 3 am sleepover type goofy.
You’re having pointless fun. Dancing in a world that’s dying more each day. You’re both cursed beyond a known cure. But you, and surprisingly even Mhin, forget that for a night.
OKAY THAT WAS SUPER LONG MY BAD
Can you tell who my favorite is
Leander
the absolute OPPOSITE of Mhin
He goes ALL out. This is not everyone’s holiday anymore. This is YOUR holiday. His and yours. This day is about only YOU two now.
You open your door and his stupid face is already there with arms holding a mountain of presents.
“Omg how did you afford all this??”
HES RICH !!! STUPID RICH BOY
The presents range from chocolates to a new wardrobe. Especially couple outfits. Especially VALENTINES DAY SPECIFIC couple outfits.
If you’re not comfy with that tho he’d be okay with that too. “As long as people know ur mine it’s fine with me â˜ș” *smacks him*
After presents he wants to carry you downstairs. (If ur taller than him you can carry him downstairs. Actually if ur smaller you should still do it. Leander scarf.)
The bloodhounds withhold their dread for the day ahead because he is DOWN SO BAD
Heart shaped breakfast
Pink drinks (don’t drink them)
Love poems
KISSES !
When it’s evening the bloodhounds bust out the violins and candlelight. (When someone goes out of key Leander smiles at them like: 🙂” and they get pulled from the stage.)
Then to finish it all off, he shows off his magic by conjuring a trail of rose petals that lead upstairs.
You wake up the next morning and Leander is like “): you still love me right? Even tho it’s not Valentine’s Day anymore right?”
Ais
Ooooo this is tricky
Ais is very emotion-driven, but he’s not great at expressing those emotions.
He may try to do something classy for you (by Ocudeus’s command because I love that vision)
But it’s obvious he’s uncomfortable and unsure, so you have to tell him you’ll figure out how to celebrate (if you even want to) this day your own way and not what is socially expected.
He mainly just wants you. He wants time with you, to feel you, to hear you and most importantly, relax with you.
You quiet his mind, and so all he really wants is your presence.
Mainly all you do is cuddle, eat together, have a romantic sparing match đŸ„°âœš and maybe even take a nice bath together.
He loves having his hair washed by you—maybe he even forgets to do it sometimes due to those unseen battles you know he has—and ahh frick I forgot we have cursed hands.
Maybe you wash his hair with your toes idk.
Or wear like those !! Rubber gloves !!
Point is
It’s way more natural with you guys. A domestic routine that you slip so easily into.
It’s a day without any stress, and focused solely on the two of you taking care of each other.
And of course, you don’t forget to get Valentine’s Day treats for all the soulless <33 (especially for Princess because duh)
Kuras
Another toughie!
I can’t decide if he has a hard time because he busies himself with work or since he’s had so many relationships since he’s immortal he knows to set aside that time
To make it easier for me let’s just say he busies himself.
He’s extremely hard on himself so I can picture him thinking he’s undeserving of even celebrating in the first place. (If we’re ignoring him making a cake for Mhin shshsh)
And maybe his heart is just tired.
He’s had lovers, he’s watched them go, and with you? You’re different to him somehow.
He doesn’t know if he should indulge in these feelings. If he can handle the heartbreak again.
Luckily you know Kuras well enough by now to see the guilt and doubt before it digs itself too deep.
With help from Ais, Mhin, and Leander (he inserted himself but also he’s a peacemaker between Ais and Mhin lmaohshs) you manage to convince Kuras to leave the clinic in those there’s hands and just focus on you two.
I like to think Kuras starts out more somber. He’s quiet. Only a small twitch to his brow warns of any building anxieties.
To set the scene more I kinda picture him like ?? As a calmer Julian Devorak in this situation ahshshs just in the way he’s like ‘do I deserve this?’
At one point you take his hands, “Kuras, Talk to me.”
He tries to deny it, to hide it gently and inconspicuously. But you know him. And the Angel can no longer hide his fear from you.
You take him somewhere quiet, where you can sit down and just enjoy each other’s company. Maybe you watch the sunset and like ?? You remind him that you aren’t going anywhere. Not now.
He spends more time just kinda cupping your cheeks, memorizing your face with caresses and soft touches.
When you get home, he wishes to memorize the rest of you too. If you have to become a memory one day, he wants it to be one that consumes him.
Vere
Thought this was gonna be tricky because vere is my ENEMY when it comes to these but !! I actually have a few ideas !!
Doesn’t see the point in sappy old VALENTINE’S DAY
What? You expect him ? A GOD a DEITY to lower himself to a pointless little human tradition?
“You can celebrate me everyday 🙄 why wait ?”
But you know it’s really just because he’s uncomfortable with the idea.
Similar to Ais, he’s more of ‘actions instead of emotions’ and this is a sign of commitment! And he’s still very unsure how to proceed with that sincerely.
And maybe even the day hits some sore spots—if the theory he had a past lover is correct —
He’s just scared. And hiding it by being snarky.
So just give him time to adjust. He does come around. Especially when you don’t start with anything too deep.
You write him small notes. Nothing too sappy but loving. Maybe you add a few puns you know he’ll laugh at.
But then
*evil laugh* after he’s been used to this, and is more comfortable in the relationship—
He spoils you soooo bad
Maybe he even goes overboard with it lmaoshshs.
He turns it into a whole week of just celebrating you. (Not as loudly as Leander, though. He wants to keep it secret so ya know—the Senobium doesn’t ruin it)
Spa day but inside, he wants to see you with any part of his clothes on. He’s far more touchy—he rubs his face on you like a cat HSHSH
And just a looot of time in bed. Doesn’t even need to be sexual, he just wants you close. His treasure. His his his his.
Im becoming a vere girlie and I’m so unwell
OKAY WE’VE REACHED THE END WOOO !!
I hope you enjoyed <33 if this was cringey
.đŸ„ș pls don’t murder me I’ll give you ten dollars

àšà§ Pairing: Bestfriend!Yuta Nakamoto x Fem!Reader・Wc: 1.5k / fluff, mutual pining, best friends to lovers, jealously, a kiss scene ! ♡ type: oneshot
In which. . . Yuta tries to confess to you but jealously overcomes him into feeling more hesitant to talk about his feelings to you.
Now playing ; Say by Keshi.
Rose's Note: I have played Say so many times in the past few days, it's actually funny to think about how many plays I have on spotify. And I don't know what this was, I was just typing randomly to post something since I had free time at school. This would have a suggestive moment but I just left it at that.
Tumblr media
You and Yuta were walking down the street coming from spending the day at the mall with your group of friends as Yuta was trying to take you home. It had a slight uncomfortable silence between you two during the walk.
While you were at the mall, you had noticed Yuta had been acting off when you were there. He has been acting a little ruder, more spaced out, and keeps on getting in between conversations you had with Mark. You can probably sense that it's jealousy coming from Yuta.
On the other hand, Yuta felt like he was third wheeling between you and Mark during the whole day. He doesn't hate Mark because obviously that's his best friend, but you have been giving Mark more attention than him. But now Yuta feels hesitant to speak to you about what's going on in his mind because he feels guilty from being rude towards you and a little bit of everyone else - including Mark.
Yuta thought about all the times he tried to signal you into comprehending his feelings but he can't help but think, Was all of this a mistake? Did she not understand where I am coming from?
All the times he would cancel his plans with the group to hang out with you even if you insisted to be with his friends. All the times he rests his hand either on your shoulder, your lap or brushing his hand against yours intentionally without trying to make it too obvious or uncomfortable. All the time he bought you random collectibles for your shelf, which he always earns a bright smile from you. All the times he would playfully pucker his lips trying to kiss you, which you always start laughing whenever he does. And all the times you catch him admiring your beauty from afar.
And even thinking back at it, he randomly calls you a lot of names like baby in a playful, flirtatious way just trying to tease you - which each time he does, it makes you form butterflies inside your stomach and makes you freeze in place. You just don't understand what has been going on lately with him.
"Uhm, Yuta?" you spoke up, trying to break the awkward silence. Yuta turned his attention towards you as he was waiting for a response. "Are you mad at me?" you asked curiously.
"No? What makes you think that?" his voice was a little far from being casual, like as if he felt uneasy as he questioned you.
"Because today you have been acting strange towards me." he gave you a confused expression in return for your response.
"In what kind of ways?"
"Like - you have been more distant from me and you seemed more mad or bothered by something while we were there. Do want to tell anything that has been bothering you?"
He places his hand on the back of his neck, "No, I haven't been really distant from you. I just have been in the clouds, you know?" he pointed his finger slight upwards towards the sky, demonstrating his analogy.
"Oh, alright..." you left it at that because you didn't want to push - force him into answering you and get mad about it.
When you made it to your house, you went up a few steps to your porch and faced him.
"Thank you for taking me home." you flashed him a smile - which made him smile as well.
"Of course." he nodded his head slightly. "And one more thing before you go inside." you stopped before you could fully go into your house. He felt nervous about telling you how he already felt earlier because he doesn't know if you would be pissed. "I wanted to say that yes. Something had been bothering me. During this whole day, you could just say it is jealousy but I just felt left out - third wheel between you and Mark this whole day. And basically you had been giving him more attention today than me. So i'm sorry if I have hurted you in a way when I was speaking to you."
You blinked at him. But you were right all along, you already knew it was jealousy that he felt today. You didn't mean to give Mark more attention today but you were trying to invite Yuta into the conversation each time but he always just decline it and continue walking along.
"Yuta..." was all you could say because you didn't know what to add on. But then you cleared your throat, "Yuta, i'm sorry. I didn't mean to give Mark more attention than you. I-"
"No, I understand somewhat of what you were probably feeling. But I just wanted to tell you how I felt so I wouldn't hold this feeling, you know." you stared at him - still feeling guilty of your actions today.
"But what I did was wrong and I didn't let you really hang around. It is all on me who did this and-" before you could finish, Yuta had leaned in closer and rested his hand rested on your cheek.
"You don't need to continue."
"But Yuta, I didn't finish apologizing." you exhaled before you continued, "I didn't mean to just leave you alone as I was hanging with Mark. I know I haven't been hanging out with him that much but I tried to invite you in so I wouldn't make you feel left out but you just said it was alright and I left it at that. I sound like a horrible friend to you-"
"No you don't sound like a horrible friend. Like how I keep on saying. It was me who done more things bu-"
"But i'm the one who shouldn't have left you alone." you looked down at the ground but he lifted your chin up with his index finger. He rested his forehead against yours as you could feel each's others breath.
"It's okay, Y/n." he murmured.
You guys had held eye contact for what seems like forever, without Yuta taking his starry eyes away from you before he had broken the tension,
"Can I kiss you?" he blurted out - which made you baffled by his sudden question.
You didn't know how to feel or answer to him. So, you stayed silent for a few seconds before you nodded to his response. He looked into your eyes to see if there were any lie before he brushed his lip against yours - taking it slowly without rushing as he pressed his lips against yours fully.
He was hesitant about the kiss at first since it was so sudden that he had asked about it, but he titled his head to deepen the kiss that had left you speechless. But a few seconds later, he backed away because he felt like he had made you uncomfortable from the way you were frozen.
"Did I make you uncomfortable?" he looked at you concerned.
"No, no! You didn't. It's just that I didn't know how to feel."
"I won't do it again since you didn't feel the sa-" before he could finish his sentence, you smashed your lips against his without hesitation - making his eyes widen from being flabbergasted.
You kissed him as if you had always been waiting for this moment to come true. The feeling of the adrenaline had rushed over you guys, causing both of your guy's heart rate to go up as the both of you closed your eyes. His hand ghosted your cheek before it had found your jaw and he cupped it - making his thumb ghost your cheek while he ran his fingers through your hair, manufacturing the moment that you guys had shared being romantic and passionate. His lips formed into a smile in between your soft lips.
After a little bit, he broke away from the kiss that made you feel more desperate, letting go of the hand that was rested on your cheek to travel to your waist - caressing your curves. You glanced down at his hand before looking back at him where you could see that his lips was curved into a smile.
He leaned in to kiss you on the cheek as you felt your cheeks warming up from being in between embarrassed and flattered.
"Are you going to go back inside?" he gave a cute smirk at you.
"Ohm, yeah..." you said as you were stammering on your words. "Yeah, I'ma get inside."
You were trying to get inside your house, but you saw that the cute man was following along with you teasingly, making you stop your tracks.
"What are you doing?"
"Nothing." he had his hands in his pockets as he backed away, making it look like he wasn't following you. But you felt amused by it. "But I will let you go."
"You want to talk about it tomorrow?" you questioned him.
"Yeah." he nodded. "Goodnight." he kissed the corner of your lips before he walked behind.
"Goodnight, Yuta." you beamed a smile. In return, he sent you kisses from afar while his hand was making it look like he was throwing it at you, making you start giggling at his playful act.

a/n: A bit of a long post, but I thought I'd share some character notes I have of Sukuna from my au 'Cross My Heart'. I don't foresee myself writing anything that is related to Sukuna's past before him meeting reader, which is why I thought it would be nice to release some notes just to give him some more depth. This will have some little fun facts about Jin as well since they're twins. As you might be able to tell, I'm a bit invested in this au right now. But I am trying to work on my other fics, so you might not see anything else come out for CMH this upcoming week. x

cmh!sukuna - growing up & teen years
Their mother has always been out of the picture so it was just Wasuke, Jin, and Sukuna. Wasuke never mentioned much about their mother, it always seemed to be a sore topic. All they know is she's no longer alive.
Sukuna had always been kind of troubled as a kid and well into his teens. Finance has been tight growing up, so Jin and Sukuna had to work odd jobs since they were 13 until they were of legal working age, which then they would be on an actual payroll working minimum wage jobs.
Uraume knew both Jin and Sukuna since elementary school, but they have always been a little closer with Sukuna. They didn't attend the same high school as they attended another school in a different district, but they were still in contact with Sukuna.
In high school, Jin was the nerd, and Sukuna was just an edgelord that all the girls found very mysterious and alluring. Sukuna's height skyrocketed during this time as well, so he just naturally stood out. He was popular not because he aspired or tried to be - it just happened.
Given his physique, some teachers would also try to recruit him into sport teams, but Sukuna said no, because he had to work part-time after school.
Jin and Sukuna never talked to each other much. Even though they were in the same high school. People didn't even realize they were related because of how different they looked, until graduation when some students saw them taking pictures together with Wasuke.
Sukuna looks a lot like Wasuke, and Jin looks a lot like their mother.
There was a bit of resentment between the two brothers growing up, because Sukuna thought Jin was spineless, whereas Jin thought Sukuna was selfish.
To be honest, both Sukuna and Jin had a difficult time expressing their thoughts and feelings because Wasuke was pretty harsh on the boys growing up, but he also had a lot on his plate as a single father. Given Wasuke's curt nature, he didn't really know how to nurture children and did only what he thought was right.
Sukuna was easily agitated and explosive, versus Jin who bottled everything up and could be a bit reclused when things got too overwhelming.
Kaori and Jin were high school sweethearts. They met in the debate club during Jin's sophomore year. Kaori is one year older than Jin. Jin was not the argumentative type, but he decided to step out of his comfort zone, and try something new. Seeing how Jin is now, it's hard to believe he was incredibly shy in high school. Kaori had a lot to do with him being more expressive with his feelings and really getting him out of his shell.
cmh!sukuna - college days
Left home shortly after high school graduation. He got into a huge fight with Wasuke, because Sukuna wanted to go into trades instead of university. Jin was accepted into a prestigious ivy league university on full scholarship.
Wasuke had found Sukuna's acceptance letter to the same university in the bin, after Sukuna lied and said he didn't get accepted. Wasuke went into an explosive fit - he couldn't understand why his son was settling for 'less' and told him with that mentality he will amount to nothing.
Though Sukuna left home at 18 and seemingly hated his brother, he never changed his telephone number just in case one day Jin needed him.
College was when Sukuna really began to let loose and felt the full experience of freedom.
Lost his virginity to some random TA in his college, he couldn't even remember her name or face, until she approached him one day out of the blue and thought she was pregnant. They went to a health clinic and it turned out to be a false alarm. The TA wanted to continue the relationship on the down-low, but Sukuna dropped it.
Sukuna met Yorozu during his first year of college. Her band was prepping for a college event - they did a cover of ‘Smile Like You Mean It’ by The Killers, which initially piqued Sukuna’s interest
Yorozu and Sukuna hit it off quite well, it had a lot to do with their approach to life, and to be honest they were both kind of troubled at the time.
Toji and Shiu came into the picture shortly after, they met Yorozu during an elective course they all shared, and somehow the four of them all came together as a group even though they were from vastly different fields of studies. Toji and Shiu have known each other for a long time.
Yorozu's area of study - music (4 year), Shiu's area of study - international business (4 year), Toji's area of study - exercise science (3 year), Sukuna's area of study - automotive technician (apprenticeship program, 2 years)
cmh!sukuna - 20's, up to when he went to jail
When Sukuna was 21, he received a phone call from Jin. Wasuke passed away very abruptly. He came home from work one night and said that he had a headache, went to bed early and never woke up.
After going through Wasuke's stuff, they accidentally broke one of Wasuke's picture frames. The framed photo was from their high school graduation. Sukuna never saw the photo before, but Wasuke wore a big smile, one that Sukuna had never seen growing up. And when he looked closely, he could see that his father's gaze was actually on him in that photo.
On the back of the photo, Wasuke wrote a note to his late wife. "They grew up well. I tried my best though it would have been better if you were around, but they still managed to pave a path for themselves despite my shortcomings as their father. Jin is very much like you, while Ryomen reminds me much of myself. They are truly both our children. I am proud of them. I miss you, but the three of us are doing fine."
That revelation with the photo really fucked Sukuna up. That's when he also patched things up with Jin.
Jin graduated at 22 from an ivy league business school, and had this ambition of becoming an entrepreneur. At this point, Sukuna had already been working as a full-time mechanic for two years. Jin approached Sukuna with the idea and that's when they kickstarted their garage business.
The first year was quite difficult, but then afterwards it started picking up, eventually by their fifth year, business was booming. Jin was able to get married to Kaori, and bought a house to start their family. Sukuna bought two condos, and continued living his life of work hard, play hard, and just enjoying a commitment-free life.
Patching up his relationship with Jin and starting a business really saved Sukuna's life - and that's why he has so much respect for Jin and the business. It definitely curbed down his edginess and he felt less troubled, but he's far from a saint and knows there's still a lot he needs to work on.
A few months later, the altercation with the bad business deal happened and Sukuna went to jail for two and a half years.
Toji, Shiu, and Yorozu would occasionally visit him in jail
Jin and Kaori would visit Sukuna too, but Sukuna was the one to tell Jin and Kaori not to visit when they found out she was pregnant. "Don't worry about me, take care of the kid. I don't want a pregnant woman coming in and out of jail like that. I'll see you both and the kid when I'm out."

Be My Valentine Liam Mairi X Gamlyn Reader
Synopsis: Y/N Gamlyn is very much the opposite of her twin brother. Opposite being grumpy and introverted where her brother is fun loving and a prankster. There is one day above all others that Y/N hates the most. To make matters worse she has never had a relationship also very much unlike her brother. She hadn’t even been interested in anyone until her first year at Basgiath, and oddly enough he wasn’t usually the type she thought she’d find herself going after. Will Y/N’s first year at Basgiath change how she feels about Valentine's day? *Takes place during second squads first year at Basgiath*
Word Count: 1648
Trigger Warnings: Middle swearing
Tumblr media
 Y/N POV
It was the week before Valentine's day and Y/N couldn’t be more miserable as she joined her squad in the dining hall for breakfast. This isn’t a good look on you. Y/N’s dragon Cairdeas chimed into her head. Good maybe I’ll look extra attractive. Y/N chidded back at her dragon and slammed the invisible wall up so maybe she could enjoy breakfast in peace.
“Y/N?” You heard your brother trying to get your attention. “What?” you answered while taking a bite of your breakfast sandwich. “Valentine's day plans?” your brother said with a smirk. “Ugh you guys are seriously talking about that day already?” “It’s next week.” Liam chimed in from across the table. “I’m very much freaking aware that it’s next week.” “I’m taking it you're not a fan?” Liam said with a sly smirk.
“Oh absolutely not. One of her ex’s broke up with her on Valentine's day like three years ago.” Ridoc had answered for you. “Oh that’s really shitty. I’m sorry.” Liam said with a soft smile. Ugh you hated that his sunshineness was effective and his muscles didn’t help either. “It’s ok.” you shrugged; “I just don’t usually look forward to the holiday and usually keep to myself after having an experience like that. I get why he did it, he was two years older then me and going into the infantry quadrant that summer but to do it on Valentines day when you expected a nice date instead-”
“Who is it? Want me to beat his ass for you?” Rhi asked who had quickly become your best friend this year. You shook your head; “No it’s fine. I’m well over it but it just comes back around to sting the feels each year you know?” “Completely get it. We could just do a girls night and play cards in one of our dorms?” Rhi suggested. “Actually yeah that sounds perfect,Rhi. See you guys in battle brief.” You said taking your tray and depositing it where it belonged before heading to class.
                                                        Liam POV
“Ridoc.” I said hanging back after the rest of the squad left shortly after Y/N. “Yeah Li Bear?” “Dude how many times have I asked you not to call me that?” “Sorry- sorry.” Ridoc said, gripping his chest in laughter. “You were saying?” He said, trying to sound more serious as I stopped us in  the hallway just before the auditorium where the battle brief was held. “I like your sister.” I said flat out not sure how else to say it.
“Yeah no shit, sunshine.” “Excuse me?” “I mean it’s kinda obvious dude but seriously good luck. Y/N’s reserved she hasn’t had the best relationship luck.” “She also hates Valentine's day, correct?” “Correct.” He responded. “What does she like?” “Small gestures. Whatever you do, do not go overbroad or you can kiss my sister goodbye before you even kiss her hello.”
Later that night I started to work on a carving of Cairdeas as well as a small heart. Valentine's day made Y/N miserable and that wasn’t going to settle well with Liam this year.
Tumblr media
                                       *A week later; Valentine’s day*
I gave my two carvings another once over and made sure that they were perfect. I made sure to get up early that morning so I could leave surprise number one under Y/N’s door which was the next one down from mine. Which was a note that  read:
I know today isn’t your favorite but meet me at the spot where I picked you up after you fell and come have breakfast with me. -L.M.
After sliding the note under the door I went to freshen up and then went to the dinning hall and grabbed the pastries, fruit and juice that were out for this morning and made my way to the fountain in the courtyard.
                                                     Y/N POV
You woke up around 5:45 that morning and did your usual routine. As you went to leave your room you noticed the note that was slipped under the door during the night.  You smiled as you read  the note to yourself. You knew the place that Liam was talking about; during a rainy day in August when you had started to run back inside you had slipped and fell on the old wet cobblestone by the fountain in the courtyard.
You hated this day but something inside of you loved the fact that your friend was trying to make an effort to make the day special for you. You had grown to like Liam during your time at Basgiath probably more than you should. You had been hurt more then once in the past and couldn’t stand the thought of being hurt again especially by someone that you considered a dear friend. But Liam wouldn’t be that type right?
You had reached the fountain and smiled at the breakfast picnic spread before you. Stretching your arm up you tapped on Liam’s shoulder; “Good morning.” You said with a soft smile. “Morning.” He said with a sheepy smile. “I hope this isn’t too much your brother said- and I know it’s winter but.” You cut him off by placing your finger over his lips and shook your head with a smile on your face. “It’s perfect and I don’t care that it's winter and you honestly didn’t have to do anything at all Liam.” He shook his head in response and stepped closer to you, closing the small space between the both of you and placing his hands on your hips. “I wanted to do something special for you, I wanted to make this day-”
You smiled and cut him off again by standing on your tip toes and placing your lips against his. It didn’t take either of you long before you both melted into each other's touch. You didn’t know what you had expected from this day when you woke up, but you knew it wasn’t this. However in this very moment being with Liam was all that you wanted to know.
“Li.” You breathed against his lips after you both broke for air. “Yeah?” He answered softly with a small smile that made you weak at the knees. You giggled as it started to snow heavily around the both of you. “You're so beautiful you know that right Y/N Gamlyn.” “I- no one has ever-.” “What no one has ever called you that before?” He asked cupping your cheek. You shook your head in response; “Well then they are completely idiots but I’m glad I get the honor to be the first one to call you beautiful Y/N Gamlyn.”
You had felt tears start to stream down your cheek. “Hey, hey what's wrong?” he asked softly, wiping the tears away from your cheek. “Nothing.” You breathe softly. “Then why the tears my love?” “I just didn’t expect to ever feel this way, especially not on Valentine’s day.” “A good way?” Liam asked softly as his hands caressed your hips. “Loved and cared for. Yeah a very good way.” You said as you found your lips connecting once more and you felt Liam place something small and wooden into your hands.
You broke away from the kiss to look at the wooden figure of Cairdeas in your hands as well as a little heart. “Liam, this is incredibly beautiful and perfect. Thank you Li bear.” He chuckled softly which gods that was a sound you wanted to hear every morning and every day. “I’m glad you like it my love.” He said softly caressing the back of your neck. You shook your head, “I love it, it’s truly perfect Li.”
“Yeah?” He asked with a soft chuckle. “Yeah.” You answered softly, giggling more as the snow started to pick up. “So much for the picnic.” “It’s winter.” You said still giggling. “Yeah, Yeah Liam said, picking up the tray and kissing your forehead.
You intertwined your fingers with Liams in the hand that wasn't fiddling over your carving from Liam as you both made your way back to the dinning hall and joined your squad for breakfast. They all had huge ass smirks on their face that you half wanted to wipe off their faces but you knew deep down that they were just happy for you and Liam.
Your brother was the first one to get up from the table and wrapped you into a bone crushing hug. You gave up and returned the favor and hugged your twin back. “So you're not going to be miserable this Valentine’s day?” He asked. You smiled and looked over at Liam and answered your brother; “No I think for once I’m not going to be miserable on valentines day.”  “I’d like to take credit for my twin’s happiness but I guess that goes to Li Bear.” “Ridoc!” Liam chidded.
You couldn’t help but giggle as you sat down between your now boyfriend and your brother. “No Riddy, You can’t take the credit.” You said as you found yours and Liam’s fingers intertwined as your hands rested on the table.
“Rhi, Vi, rain check for tonight?” You asked as you now just wanted to spend the evening with your boyfriend. “Absolutely. You two have fun.” Rhi said. “But not too much fun.” Ridoc chimed in next to you as you elbowed him in the side. “Ouch! What was that for??” he groaned “Because I’m older and I could.” “5 minutes.” He grumbled. “Still older.” I teased. “Yeah, just don’t scare off my future brother-in-law yet.” Ridoc siad.
“Ridoc!” “What?” He asked innocently. “Let’s just slow down and let Liam and I, be Liam and I yeah?” “Yeah. Just no funny business.” he said in response as Liam chuckled next to you and whispered, “all the funny business.” Into your ear as you giggled and buried your face into the crock of his neck.
You enjoyed listening to the banter of your squad and thought to yourself that maybe today wasn’t going to be so dreadful after all.

TBH ; LUKE HUGHES
Tumblr media
PAIR ex-luke hughes x fem!reader, auston matthews x fem!reader
SUMMARY maybe luke hughes’ passion isn’t enough. he just doesn’t know about it, yet.
WORD COUNT 1.1k
WARNINGS suggestive, jealous luke, size kink, heavily inspired by the song ‘tbh’ by partynextdoor, lowkey toxic luke, mentions of sex.
FROM ME TO YOU listen, i know i have, like, one hundred and twenty things to write but this is one of my favorite songs and i just wanted to leave this here!!! this is something super short, messy and not at all my style, but i still wanted to do something with this song. i’d recommend reading this while listening to the song ;) as always, i love you and have a nice reading!
𐙚
HE COULD’VE swear he felt it when you entered the room.
It wouldn’t be easy to explain if he tried to, but with the way the hairs on his arms stood up when you stepped into the room, he knew he was screwed.
He was sitting on the couch across the room, with a couple of people standing in front of him, as he discussed with Curtis about something he now can’t seem to remember.
“Duude.” He heard Curtis calling him, and he nodded, his perfectly styled curls moving with his head.
“Yeah?” He answered, but he didn’t bother turning around to look at his teammate. No, he couldn’t. Not when you had just entered the room with no one other than the captain of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Auston Matthews.
Luke didn’t know what he was feeling, but he knew it wasn’t right. He was sitting somewhere angry and frustrated as he watched the way your body seemed to float towards Auston’s. The dress you had chosen for that night would probably be in his thanksgiving speech, because he was, indeed, thankful for the opportunity to see you wearing something like that: short, white, almost transparent with a huge slit in the middle, that left little to the imagination.
He didn’t even know why he was noticing you in the first place, since he remembers how he was the one who fucked everything up between the two of you, but fuck. He can’t really help it.
The way you’re laughing at the shit Matthews’s saying, the way you blush slightly under the warm lighting whenever he touches your waist or lower back. The way Luke can tell everyone thinks how much the two of you look good together.
And it infuriates him.
But now— now, you have finally noticed him. You were scanning the room with your eyes when you made eye contact with him, dropping your smile in a millisecond. He can see the way you gulp and hold Auston’s hand a bit tighter.
Luke watches as you force yourself to draw your attention back to the conversation happening in front of you, but he feels accomplished when he notices that, once in a while, you will look at him, for nothing more than a second.
Still.
He finishes the rest of his beer, feeling the bitter taste of it fill up his mouth. He wants to scream at himself to let you go, to stop staring at you like a fucking creep, to not let his mind wander through dangerous, dangerous memories.
Yet, he does none of these things.
He just watches the way your nipples pierced the dress you were wearing, hard and there for everyone to see. He licks his lips, remembering how happy he was when you’d told him you weren’t much of a bra type of girl.
You say something to Matthews before kissing his cheek and excusing yourself, walking towards what Luke assumed to be the bathroom.
“Man,” he hears Curtis, again. “She’s not yours anymore.”
And? He wants to ask. “I know.” Is all he says.
Knowing that you aren’t his anymore doesn't stop him from getting up and going after you, leaving the beer bottle on the table sitting in the corner before walking down the expensive hallway until he’s standing at the door.
“Luke, what—” he hears you asking, but he doesn’t say anything. He just walks inside the bathroom with you and closes the door behind him, hungrily eyeing your body, as he had been doing for the past few minutes.
“Y/n,” is what he says, and you have to pretend that hearing him say your name for the first time in months doesn’t affect you. Because it shouldn’t. “I miss you.”
“What the hell are you talking about, Luke?” You hear yourself asking— you’ve fantasized about this scenario several times before and you’re still not sure of what you’re supposed to do. “You can’t just say things like that. I’m with Auston now and God,” you put your right hand on your forehead. “If anyone sees us here, together, then—”
“I can see that you’re with him,” he scoffs. “It’s all over your face. The way you look at him makes me sick.”
“I’m afraid there’s nothing I can do about that,” you say, crossing your arms in front of your chest, not missing the way his eyes linger around your boobs for longer than they should. “Luke.”
“Does he know you used to belong to me?”
His question takes you by surprise, and you bite your lips, suppressing a frustrated moan. “If you let me end things with you because you didn’t want to make our relationship public, then why would I tell people about it? It was your choice not to.”
He knew you were right. And that made him even more upset.
“Then he doesn’t know about the things we did,” he whispers, standing tall in front of you, making you realize once again that he’s much larger than you, much bigger, much stronger. “He doesn’t know about how loud I could make you scream, how wet your pussy would get whenever you saw me, how you loved when I threw you around like you were nothing but a toy.”
“Luke—” you sigh, but he shakes his head, while pressing his thumb against your bottom lip. His touch burned.
“How when we first started dating you’d cry because you were so worried that I wouldn’t fit,” he chuckles, like the memory itself is enough to make him laugh. “And how you cried even more when I made it fit, when I forced my cock inside that tight, little cunt of yours.”
“Luke, stop,” you mumble against his finger. “You
you shouldn’t be telling me this. We’re— we’re over.”
“No, Y/n, we aren’t,” he says, kissing your cheek, gently. “I miss it when you’d lay with me, body so tiny next to mine it makes me hard just thinking about it,” he presses his finger harder against you. “I miss it, Y/n.”
You sigh, closing your eyes.
“So, tell me, baby, are you with me?”
You shake your head.
“No,” you say, even if you don’t want to. “Not anymore.”
“Y/n, fuck. I loved you.” He reasons, and you open your eyes, just to frown at him.
“Your passion, or whatever you want to call it, isn’t enough,” you answer, stepping away from his touch. “You don’t have what I need.”
“Liar.”
“Maybe,” you whisper. “But that’s just how life is.”
“You’re not being honest with yourself, Y/n, you want me.” He argues, scrunching his curls in his hands.
“Are you trying to convince me or yourself?” You ask, raising your eyebrow before turning around and leaving the room.
Leaving Luke and your history with him behind.

Santa (Saintess)
Tumblr media
The song started playing while I was at the dentist waiting for my turn and the brainworms took over, so now we have this. It ends abruptly because I couldn't get myself to continue it or give it a better ending.

Tags: Sylus x reader, genderless reader, reader could be mc (depends on what you want to imagine), fluff, dancing, implied hispanic speaking reader, little bit domestic, suggestive.

No more than three seconds into the song and you went for your phone, quickly raising the volume of the music. You didn't know what the song had, but it felt like crack. The effect of it never wore off, always getting you to lose yourself in the song and dance and sing.
Este deseo, no lo puedo negar (This desire, I can't deny it)
De mirar tus labios, no puedo parar (Looking at your lips, I can't stop)
Rehusando nuestros cuerpos (Refusing our bodies)
Sudando como en el desierto (sweating like in the desert)
Images of Sylus popped in your head and you couldn't help the small grin as you imagined the both of you dancing together to the song. You'd have to teach him, or at least guide him in some way, you weren't sure he'd listen or even dance to this particular type of songs. Then again, you hadn't been sure Sylus would've been the type to sing or dance in the first place so, maybe he'd do it if you asked nicely enough.
Mami, es que tu me encantas (Baby, it's just that I love* you)
A ti yo te rezo, mi santa (I'll pray to you, my saint)
Una diabla, como baila (A devil, the way she dances)
Ninguna en la disco te alcanza (No girl in the disco can keep up with you)
No no no, es que tu me encantas
A ti yo te rezo, mi santa (I'll pray to you, my saint)
Una diabla, como baila (A she-devil, the way she dances)
Ninguna en la disco te alcanza (No girl in the disco can keep up with you)
You continued singing as you cooked, dancing softly to the beat and losing yourself into the music. Unbeknownst to you, the man staring in your little daydreams was currently leaning against the door frame, with a fond yet hungry look on his face as he admired your form. He'd been there since near the end of the song, before you had chosen to put it on loop to continue dancing. Your voice had been akin to a siren call, beckoning him closer into the depths and he'd never been one to deny himself of you. He had been content on quietly enjoying your voice, but you'd looped the song and started dancing, and his attention had remained on your hips after that, following every move like a man entranced.
Oh, my baby, do me like ogbono
You drive me to your place
I move with your rhythm and base
I move to your rhythm and base
Maybe he should take notes from the singer, get you to ride him next time and experience the wonders of your hips moving on him.
"Shit-" You yelped, wielding the spatula like one would a dagger, your stance ready to throw hands, "Sylus!" You dragged the vocals in admonishment, relaxing as best as you could with a racing heart, and you took your headphones off as you put the spatula down. His chuckle in response was rich, much like the man himself, and you scowled at the warm feelings it brought. How dare he, when he'd just startled your soul off of your body. He pulled you closer, kissing your forehead before nuzzling your nose and resting his forehead against yours. Your arms wrapped around his waist, and with his scent and warmth, your heart was able to calm down.
"Good morning, sweetie."
"Morning, Sy-sy," you didn't bother correcting him. The n-109 zone was dark no matter the time, and even if it was evening in Linkon, it didn't matter much when he'd just woken up. You raised a hand to run your fingers through his hair, fixing his bedhead in the process, and the relaxed sigh he let out through his nose was akin to a pur, or the soft rumble of a dragon. Your dragon.
You hummed softly before raising on your tippy toes to kiss his cheeks, leaving many kisses all over them. He looked too soft, it was starting to give you cuteness aggression.
"I didn't know you could dance like that," his hands moved from your waist to your hips under the excuse of stabilizing you, the tips of his fingers sneaking under the fabric of your pants and your underwear. You had the impulse to bite his cheek but decided against it once you remembered the food you where making.
"Oh, hold on, the food." You pulled away, against his better wishes, and hummed along to the song. Unlike before, you didn't have Sylus attached to you as you moved, so you settled for swaying. "Want me to teach you how to dance like that?" You asked as you started cleaning up the kitchen, packing away what you no longer needed while waiting for the food to be ready.

*Translating this one was tricky cause there's many words in both the English and Spanish language for me to choose from. "Encantas" translates more to the giddy feeling of delight you get, but it's also a way of saying "I love you" so... yeah
