It's said you need to have at least two of the following symptoms ; delusions , hallucinations , disorganized speech and thinking , abnormal motor behaviour , negative symptoms .

Hallucination - there is visual and auditory , you can choose whichever you desire . For visual , imagining shadows in the corner of your eye is a good place to start - convincing yourself that it disappears or hides as soon as you try to look at it . As time goes on , believing that there are things everywhere , always at the corner of your eyes , can cause Sleep Paralysis ( paired with sleep deprivation ofc ) , Sleep Paralysis can actually help with hallucinations ! While for auditory , I suggest listening to asmr or any sort of whispering sound when trying to go to sleep . We generally expect sounds to happen after we notice a cycle , so you will start to think that you heard a whisper anytime you are getting ready for bed .

Letting yourself have ' nonsensical ' beliefs . ( example from my schizo friend lmao ; He once believed that Jesus was 2.5 of a person and that he was the 0.5 - why ? because someone mistook him for Jesus once , so now he believed he was living just to find the body he was supposed to be in and in order to be one again they would need to cannibalize each other at the highest point on earth ... ) YEAH SO JUST LET YOUR IMAGINATION RUN WILD LMAO .

Hello! I hope you're doing good today! Thank you so much for your ask! :00000c I think all of the characters and designs go SO hard honestly. Like I haven't been disappointed in anyone's knights at all, which is so rare for me, haha, as usually whenever one character falls flat for me personally in the design department, usually I'll find some saving grace for them elsewhere, whether it be their voice, their personality, etc. etc. But all of the Fragamen cast is just really appealing and interesting to me so far, and it's got me feeling a particular softness I haven't quite felt since I was like. Gee. A wee middleschool demon back in nineteen-aught-seven who just got a deviantart account scrambling around causing mischief LMAO

I know the character reveals aren't finished yet, but so far, I'm really in love with everyone from the Noir Bouquet!!! As much as I'll scream my love for Rimicha to the high heavens, every design and character from there has been able to make my brain go topsy turvy whwrhwrhhrhrw washing machine asmr for a good minute, and I'm positive that, considering all the talent they've recruited so far, the rest of the cast will be just as cool. :> Red bouquet is definitely my second, and while I definitely do like the blue bouquet on its own, I feel like the other two just are more appealing to me personally, especially in terms of aesthetics. But, I'm sure these thoughts will change once more material comes out involving everyone from the cast! \3v3/ Y'know, in terms of what I'd like to see from Fragamem, I'd honestly love to see a visual novel or cd drama made with the cast! i actually write mostly in silence 😭 i can plot and write notes etc with the tv on or with music on but honestly i usually find it too distracting!!! i'm a big singer alonger and i really need to like. concentrate for the most part when i'm writing for real. nooooo clue what would be a good soundtrack for reading bc i would want vibes to be similar to like medieval period piece stuff so maybe something sort of instrumental???? or like a softly crooning female singer songwriter type of vibe. something a lil folksy perhaps???

actually wait i lied sometimes i listen to asmr videos on youtube!!! not that i recommend that per se lmao. but just a lil something to provide a bit of sensory stimulation so that i don't get like. bored.

14. is there anything you wanted readers to learn from reading this fic?

hmmmm. i don't think i went into this fic with the intention of like "this is what i want readers to learn" so much as i was like wouldn't if be interesting if... and then if their places were switched....

but i will say that something i didn't expect while writing was how many people would be upset with jon in the beginning for not making sansa his priority number one. which i GET like it's a soulmate fic that's sort of the expectation and it's an uneven expectation because he knows something here that sansa doesn't. but i always kind of felt like.... sure sansa is something different to him here than in canon but at least in the beginning the love is very much the same and exists and always existed???? and i could have done a better job writing TO that if i wanted it to be clear but i think it never occurred to me that it wouldn't be. it's so clear to me in canon how much jon loves his family, including sansa, even though we never actually see them interact for ourselves. but the way he thinks about her is so sweet. and the memories he has of her are very tender.

i think probably for the most part anyone who stuck around found a way to move past that if it felt wrong/unfair to them but i guess if i had one thing i wanted people to learn it would be sometimes that your ability to help someone or be there for them is not always a reflection of the love that you have for them. sometimes circumstances are just complicated. sometimes there's nothing you can do. but that doesn't mean you don't love someone and have love for them and hurt for them and think about them etcetcetc.

i am very much a problem solver in my own life/relationships which i think frustrates people sometimes and also sometimes leaves me feeling useless if someone is upset about something and there's nothing i can do but sometimes just loving someone and making sure they know that is enough !!! not that jon does that either in the beginning i guess lol woops but he's very much a sad boy ok maybe cut him some slack 😭

9. were there any alternate versions of this fic?

WELL the first howl i banged out in literally a 72 hour period cribbing heavily from an old scream script i found online that wasn't quiiteeee screen accurate and there was only ever one version of that. BUT in the larger grand scheme sense of this i do have notes for a howl 3 and howl 4 so like. not alt versions but additional installments in theory!!

i think there in the initial like "casting" phase if you will i had different notions for what howl 2 would be. bc joffrey was an obvious billy but i was like then who is stu.... and then finagling howl 1 meant some changes for howl 2 but honestly those felt really right to me when i settled on them!!!!!

as for howl 3 that casting has also taken a LOT of finagling that probably still needs some ironing out so that has probably gone through a couple different mental makeovers about how exactly to handle the roman/john milton of it all but rest assured i have lots of thoughts!!!!!!

15. what did you learn from writing this fic?

WELL!!!! actually!!!!! one thing that always bugged me about scream 2 was sidney being an actress and doing theater when it felt so like antithetical to her character to put herself in the spotlight in any capacity. but it's so like baked into the movie that doing howl 2 i was like ok how do i keep it??? and in thinking about that for sansa i considered a lot about the interiority of the character and how like. sure it's putting yourself in the spotlight. but it's also an opportunity to step out of yourself and be somebody different which i think both sidney and sansa are really craving, especially when stab/knifed is putting them on a national stage in a lot of ways. so that was something i hadn't really thought about before!!

i also think there are lots of times watching a horror movie where you see a character doing something and you're like "NO WHY ARE YOU DOING THAT WHY AREN'T YOU DOING XYZ INSTEAD" and then when you're making it like prose narrative as opposed to a script and you're in their head you really have to make it make sense to yourself a lot more (like not just running away after the police car crash scene in scream 2/howl 2) and so that was something i felt like i learned more about too like. yes sometimes you are making a decision because it serves the plot. but also how can you reconcile that action with your character's needs/wants/turmoils/experience etc.

10. How would you describe your writing process?

a total mess lmao

uhhh... generally i come up with the concept first, or at least a scene that i think would be cool, write that first, and then build the rest of it as i go. a HUGE proportion of my writing is inspired by music or songs as well, so i'll loop that as i'm writing - i find it difficult to write without music playing at this point!

generally i make the plot up as i go, based on what i think would be fun and/or realistic! for instance, the initial concept of thy fair imperfect shade was literally just "elliott has a sexy dream about sunshine and doesn't know what to do about it" - his whole morality crisis, plus the twist with sunshine at the end, were all invented during the process rather than mapped out beforehand. storyboarding or similar never works for me, seeing as i just end up going off the rails and writing something totally different depending on whatever flavour of brainrot i have that day :)

take one small paradox - i tried to plan that one and it went wrong almost immediately! fun fact: there was never meant to be a statue at all, and it certainly wasn't meant to feature so prominently. the original concept was a conversation between academy president lasko and locked-up vindemiator, where lasko would basically pull a bond villain and monologue about how lovely freelancer is, gloating about how he's going to basically indoctrinate them and there's nothing that poor vindemiator can do.......

unfortunately for supervillain-lasko, i got distracted while i wrote the opening scene, so he didn't actually get to say anything at all! the final line is a nod to that first idea, with vindemiator trapped underneath the academy, mourning a life that could have been but not knowing why.

17. Do you think readers perceive your work - or you - differently to you? What do you think would surprise your readers about your writing or your motivations?

to tell you the truth, i don't know if i hope they do or i hope they don't!! i don't go out very much at all irl, and i find it really difficult to talk to new people, so a lot of my writing comes out of feelings of loneliness or isolation that i don't know are always obvious if you're not looking for them.

that being said, i think i put a lot of myself into my writing, especially the ways i see the world and think about love and friendships and connections between people, so i like to think that we're all on the same page, so to speak.

um, if you wanted something unexpected.... virtually everything i write is about being in love and all those sorts of feelings, so maybe you might be surprised that i've never been in a relationship before...? like seriously, i've never even kissed anyone before (don't you just love being socially anxious and also queer?), so literally every time i write about that, i'm totally making it up lmao

21. What other medium do you think your story would work well as? (film, webcomic, animated series?)

i would LOVE to turn some of my fics into short films, particularly the ones where i have a really strong attachment to the aesthetic or i think the image is really clear and would be fun to see unfold on screen. plus, i'm much funnier irl than i am when i'm writing, so being able to add all of those extra visual bits and pieces, as well as dialogue that doesn't translate well to writing, would be really fun! wonderland, rebel flesh, take a sip, thy fair imperfect shade, body contact, knock knock!, can't help but see, hold on tight...

this might be totally wrong, but i'd love to turn something like knock knock! into a script, at least the bits with gavin and guy and fl in - if anyone's taken drama gcse, it would be the sort of thing that you'd do for the live performance bit of the exam! god, as i was writing it i just wanted to BE there in the scene, and i had such a clear picture of the whole thing. tbh, i write the scenes i want to see - clearly the inner drama student in me is still going strong!

I like that the noises (mostly) stop when Ryan and Shane are talking. That’s a sweet little contrast. ^-^

A calm little piano?? I should know what a piano sounds like, Jesus. I played keyboard for years, I would probably be able to play some simple things on piano if I had sheet music for it. I am an embarressment to anyone who has ever glanced at an instrument lmao. Why am I suddenly not sure anymore what a piano sounds like???

It’s less calm now. It’s threatening and ominous. Hell yeah.

As much as I like the sound of rain in an ASMR way - I am scared of thunderstorms so this is a little bit scary now. ^-^

Something that sounds a little bit like static (I think). Which is neat because Aunt Sarah later in the episode stares at a television that only shows static.

Oooooh that cracking when the woman turns her head!! Big fan of that.

That one breath (at least it sounds like the woman was breathing out). :D

The more agitated music and the people screaming. Ooh the people screaming! I like how it sounds, reminds me a bit of the screams in the Are You Scared of What Lives in the Woods episode. Makes it so much more ~spooky~.

The little clicking (???) noises when the woman chases after the protagonist. It’s just really good stuff, love it.

The ominous little music while Ryan does the sponsorship part. Heyyyy.

Locking the door and the woman slamming into the door. ^-^ And then the windows smashing, followed by no background noises because Ryan and Shane are talking. Really good.

More shattering glas and the wind sounds. Little crunching noises, and the protagonist running up the stairs. Idk I just really like the background noises while she is running.

Static on the television!

All those sounds (static, screams, slamming against the door) coming together while the protagonist is trapped. <3

I find the bell almost more creepy than the screams.

Oh God I really don’t like the bell. It’s uncomfortable.

Floorboards and door creaking. I really like all those little ambient (if that’s the right word) sounds.

I. do. not. like. the. bell. :( (Not a real complaint btw. If it is making me feel things, it is doing its job.)

More piano (calm, sad) while the three characters exist together in the room. One of my favorite moments tbh. Even though it is somehow really sad. :(

... I thought I heard a goose honking and was confused for a second because I did not hear any geese when I watched the first time (and it did not fit the episode). ... Well. My window is open and the geese were outside lmao.

And there is the End of the Episode music that is also so very familiar and comfortable and soothing by now. ^-^

And Ryan’s creepy little giggle to make the episode complete. Huzzah! :D

wanted to make a little blog post documenting some real life going ons and things i've been playing/watching! :o

Truthfully not much going on IRL for me as it is too cold to do anything 🥴 I keep saying the moment it gets hot here I'll be up early and take advantage of good weather like I'm not going to run back inside to an AC-chilled room the moment I start sweating too much LOL Also took a brief hiatus from the gym just to focus on some life/hobby stuff after work, still been going good with my dieting so it's not a big issue. So besides that, really not much going on. Been slacking on making art lately but trying to work on something atm. In regards to stuff I've been indulging in lately: Games:

FFXIV: 6.1 dropped so I've been having fun with the game again after a brief break. I've been enjoying the PVP revamp to an extent, sadly not enough to grind for the Garo mounts sorry LOL Sailers also did some Endsinger EX and that was a lot of fun! Current goal is to get a clear from that and go back to leveling crafters.

NEO: The World Ends With You: I started this one about... a month ago now, I wanna say? I've absolutely been loving everything about this game so far and am always listening to the OST on my way to work everyday LOL Probably about more than halfway done with the game and if postgame stuff isn't too annoying to go through maybe I'll do it right after... or just save it for an NG+ run in the future. But I'm having a blast for sure right now.

Twisted Wonderland: I'm only mentioning this because lately I fall off of gachas really quickly. The moment leveling units starts to feel like work the uninstall is inevitable. However, since the game is really more a card collector visual novel where stats don't matter, I don't feel nearly as stressed to do shit. It's nice. My plans after NTWEWY are to either pick up Kirby or start DQXI which has been on the backburner for a while but it'll most likely be Kirby. I need a bit of a JRPG break after this lol Shows/Channels I've been watching:

The Ultimatum: What can I fucking say about this honestly?? You are not immune to watching straight people be messy as shit on one of these trash tv shows. I fucking love it.

Rilakkuma and Kaoru: Already seen this one when it came out, but gave it a light re-watch as background noise while doing some drawing last night. I'm still mad they'll never make more of this, it still warms my heart as much as the first time I watched it.

I Will Always Travel For Food: If you are familiar with TabiEats (foodie vlog channel run by two Japanese dudes named Shinichi and Satoshi), you'll also probably know this one? It's a side channel run by Shinichi where he doesn't talk and just quietly shows stuff and adds commentary through subtitles. I watch his other two channels where he tends to talk (not that I have an issue with that LMAO) it's just that I tend to prefer the ASMR on it and reading the subs. If you like Japanese food and restaurants (and are also possibly trying to fill the niche of not being able to go to Japan rn), I recommend this! The Ultimatum is giving me a 90 day Fiance itch again so that feels like something that I'll be watching sometime soon LOL And that's pretty much what I've been into as of late 😤

What better way to tell you about us than with some visual aid, right?

So, back home (in our "exomemories" if you want to be clinical) we all were on the same starship, the Icarus. There were, by the time of the rest of us "leaving", 5 others along with us. Piston actually came after Gasket was spaced, but that's details we don't need.

I'll give specific details about each of us under the cut for length reasons. -🍅(Reed)

Cam (Camera) was a technician on board. They were... So insanely suspicious, I'm still surprised they're a human, pfff. They were (are?) romantically involved with Hatch, one of the imposters and Tether's sibling. In the system, they only front if we need help falling asleep (they're obsessed with ASMR videos...? I don't know why)

Gasket was also a technician. They kept mostly under the radar and was very efficient with... Everything they did? Honestly I didn't notice them much, lol. They're an honorary part of the "Killed by Tether" club :P In-system, they don't do well when fronting unless distracted or with our partner, so they mostly just help around the innerworld.

Piston, as I mentioned, came aboard after Gasket was spaced because of Tether. They worked the medbay, but wasn't around for long. They caught Hatch doing something sketch and got them spaced, which got Cam spaced. Because Hatch got spaced, Tether went kinda... Y'know. And got Piston a rank on the "Killed by Tether" club too. In the system, Piston helps the body remain calm in times where medical attention is needed or if we witness something medical/hospital related. It's nice to have, but also literally any time we see even anything remotely medical, they're inches away from the front. -_-

Uh, Reed, that's me. I was the ship's navigator, but I really didn't have to do all that much. Throttle, our pilot, knew where we were going. I mostly just did errands for our captain, Pike, which got me ohhhhh so lovingly referred to as "their lapdog". Which... Honestly was fair. I was kind of a dick back home, but now that I'm not answering to them, I like to think I mellowed out a bit. I'm also a part of the "Killed by Tether" club but we're cool now. I'm not really sure what I do for the system? I've been told I act a lot like the body's "default" so... I guess I have that going for me?

And, Tether. Our "Engineer" and "Part-time 'Chef'". All of those words are things that mean nothing lmao. Tether was (is) an imposter, as I mentioned. They just did what they needed to do. They were (are????) romantically involved with our actual 'chef' Case, who they had confided in about their identity. Tether serves kinda a similar function to me in the system, but they also handle high-anxiety situations. Their anxiety is actually a lot worse than the body's baseline, but we're all viewing it as... If Tether can learn to manage their anxiety while fronting, it'll help the body? I dunno, it makes more sense when it's not written down.
