I had SO much fun with this one! I hope you like it!
You’ve always wanted to see the ball drop in Times Square for New Year’s Eve, Ashton tried to deter you because you hate crowds (but you insisted) and he finally gave in. Calum was excited because he loves New York. sadly, you had to leave Daisy behind with Luke and Sierra.
“I don’t want her to be stressed on the plane,” Ashton had said while you coddled her on your bed. She licked your nose.
So, the day after Christmas you all boarded a flight to New York. Ash and Cal took you to all of the tourist destinations (spoiling you rotten with a new necklace and bracelet set from Tiffany’s). Later at dinner, Calum sprung a pair of matching earrings as the dessert came.
“From Daisy,” he grinned and you couldn’t believe how much they spent on you. Considering the luggage bundle from Coach they gave you for Christmas and some more books you’ve been wanting.
On New Year’s Eve you went to a fancy dinner before changing into warm clothes in the luxurious hotel suite before heading to the Square.
“Will you be my New Year’s kiss?” Calum asks you as he makes sure your hat is secure on your head.
“Duh,” you giggle. “We’ll have to take turns with Ash.”
“I think we could do a three-way kiss,” Cal winks glancing at Ashton behind you.
“I think not,” Ashton snorts. “We’ll take turns, don’t want to get all of Times Square hot and bothered.” He moves in front of you, hazel eyes checking that you’re warm and bundled up. “Are you sure you want to go in the crowd? It’s going to be packed.”
“Yes. I want to try,” you nod.
“Okay,” he sighs. “Let’s go.”
Times Square 10:30 p.m
“How’re you doing baby?” Ashton asks, his breath puffing in a cloud.
“F-fine,” you chatter then press into Calum’s chest as another partygoer elbows their way past you.
“We can go back to the hotel and watch the ball drop from the balcony,” Calum suggests, “or in the jacuzzi with the flat screen. We can have champagne. Bubbles. And chocolate covered strawberries sent up.”
He kisses your frozen cheek and you bite your lip at the temptation of hot water with a naked Calum and Ashton.
“But I want to see it drop in person,” you put.
Cal and Ash share a look.
“Okay, but you say the word and we’ll go back,” Ashton says.
10:45 p.m
“Is it almost midnight?” you ask crushed against Ashton’s chest now.
The crowd has turned into an irritating buzz with random shouts of drunken people. You’re hot from all the bodies surrounding you and the collar of your coat feels like it’s choking you.
“No, it’s only quarter to eleven,” Ashton smiles into your hat.
“We can go back to the hotel, baby. I hate seeing you tough this out,” Calum says.
“I can do it,” you mutter but burrow your face in Ashton’s chest.
10:53 p.m
There was a commotion in the crowd as a singer was about to perform onstage and you couldn’t take it anymore. The shivering, the loudness, the constant bumping and shoving. Your feet hurt and you were so thirsty. You yank at Ashton’s jacket so his head is bent down to yours.
“Can we go?” you ask quietly.
He nods then pinches Calum’s coat to get his attention. When Calum turns, Ashton jerks his head towards the back of the street indicating it’s time to go.
“Good, these people are fuckin’ crazy,” Calum says.
They keep you between them as you all maneuver through the crowd. Once you’re on a clear sidewalk you groan and take a deep breath.
“My feet hurt so bad.”
“I’ll rub them once we’re back in the room,” Ashton says. “We’ve only got a few more blocks.”
You mumble and grumble the whole time, Calum and Ashton hold in their giggles at your theatrics. When you’re back at the hotel and in the elevator, you yank off your hat, scarf, and gloves tossing them to the floor.
“It’s so dumb how you sweat when it’s cold,” you grunt.
“It’s your body keeping you warm,” Ashton picks up your discarded belongings. “Don’t make a mess baby.”
“Please, keep taking off your clothes.”
“Cal!”
“What?”
11:55 p.m
The jacuzzi is filling up and Calum just thanked the maid for the room service. You peer at the yummy foods when Ashton exclaims, “it’s snowing!”
As you and Calum meet him on the balcony, Cal makes sure to plop his beanie on top of your head so you don’t get sick. You can still hear the party in Times Square and you’re glad you aren’t down there anymore. The three of you bundle up under the blanket Ashton brought out as you wait for midnight and the new year to arrive.
“Will the bath overflow?” Ashton asks.
“Nah, we’re good,” Calum shakes his head. “Thirty more seconds.”
You rest your head against Ashton’s shoulder, Calum rests his chin on top of your head as you see the ball begin to lower. Through the snowflakes and the glimmering lights of the ball, it truly is a once in a lifetime sight.
“Eight!...Seven!...Six!...Five!..Four!...Three!...Two!...One! HAPPY NEW YEAR!”
Ashton tilts your head up so he can kiss you. The tip of his nose is cold but his lips are warm.
“Happy New Year, baby,” he murmurs.
“Happy New Year. You have snow on your eyelashes,” you smile, “it looks cute.”
“Yeah?”
“My turn,” Calum says tilting your face towards him. His kiss is slow and sure. “Happy New Year, love.”
“Happy New Year, honey.”
“My turn,” Ashton says.
Since they’re so tall, they can kiss right above your head. You can’t help but smile as you hear their words of love exchanged and the beginning of Auld Lang Syne echoes through the buildings.
You continued the New Year celebration in the jacuzzi, sipping on champagne, eating the chocolate covered strawberries and reminiscing the past year.
“My favorite part was getting Daisy,” Cal sighs massaging the back of your neck with his fingers.
“I loved when you visited us on tour,” Ash murmurs kissing your shoulders.
“I loved all of it, the good, the bad…because I have you two,” you say.
You finish watching Meet Me in St. Louis in the large bed with your two loves beside you, the perfect start of a new year.

Lunch was usually the only time of day you had the chance to hang out with your friends without the distraction of class, teachers, and homework. Your class was right next to the lunchroom, meaning you were luckily one of the first students to buy food and save a table. You always enjoyed the few minutes you had to yourself, you loved your friends but sometimes a breather between class and friends is needed. But today, someone decided to interrupt your alone time.
Reggie Peters, your best friend since second grade took the seat across from you, making you tug the earbud out of your ear to talk to him. “What’s up, Reggie?”
“We’re friends, right?”
His question threw you as you furrowed your brows. “Uh, I guess you can call us that.” You answered, slightly mocking him.
“Good! Then I need you to go on a date with me.”
You blinked at him, seeing the happy smile on his face before you let your mouth open. “Um, yeah. I’m gonna need a little more of an explanation here.”
Reggie’s face faltered as he glanced around nervously before leaning closer to you, beckoning you to do the same. You sighed but did so. “You’re good friends with Carrie.” You hummed his correctness. “I like Carrie.”
“You like Carrie?”
Reggie’s cheeks started to darken at your surprised question. “I like Carrie.”
You were shocked to hear Reggie liked Carrie. You’ve known everything about him for years, but this was not something you noticed. “Wait, if you like Carrie, then why are you asking me on a date?”
“Well, I figured if we pretend to date around Carrie, then maybe she’ll see what a great boyfriend I am.” You had to admit that Reggie’s thinking made just the tiniest bit of sense, but this whole ordeal was unexpected.
“Why don’t you just ask Carrie out on a date?”
“Well, I assume it’s the same reason you won’t out Luke.” Reggie’s comment made you choke on the water you were drinking, and your throat burned as you tried to breathe again. Reggie’s eyes widened as he scrambled to your side and started rubbing your back, helping you as best he could as you finally stopped choking and turned to face him.
“How the hell do you know about that?” you whispered harshly. How Reggie knew about your crush on his bandmate was beyond you and you slightly feared that Luke knew as well.
“Y/N, I’m going to be honest with you because you’re my best friend.” He put his hand on top of yours resting on the table as he suddenly became serious. “You’re not that good at hiding the fact you’re undressing him with your eyes.”
You snatched your head back from him as your mouth fell open and Reggie let out an uncontrollable laugh at your reaction. “I- I don’t undress him with my eyes!” you squeaked out and buried your face in your hands, feeling your cheeks heat as you leaned into Reggie’s open embrace.
“You do, but it’s okay! I think I’m the only one who’s noticed.” He tried to console you and you only whined as he wrapped his arms around you, smiling at your reaction before you pulled out of his arms.
“That only makes me feel a little better.” Reggie smiled at you as you nudged his shoulder with his.
“So, what do you say? Help a guy out? We can even use this to your advantage with Luke!”
Before you had the chance to answer him, your friends started pouring in the table around you and your eyes widened along with Reggie’s. “What are you doing here, Reggie? Don’t you usually eat with your band?” Carrie asked him as she took the spot Reggie first sat in. Reggie and you exchanged looks, trying to figure out what to say.
You took the lead. “We’re… dating now.”
Your friends fell silent and you had to keep from shrinking under their gazes. “OMG that’s great!” Carrie smiled at you and you relaxed. “I’m so happy for you two.”
“Thanks Care.” You knew she was being real with you. Although Carrie can be harsh when she wants, she’s never been anything but nice to you.
“Wait…” Kayla mumbled, moving her head out to look at the two of you. “I thought you two were already dating.”
“No! Nope!” you blurted out along with a nervous batch of giggles, seeing Reggie looked amusedly at you. “I just mean- we weren’t dating yet. Right, Reg?”
He nodded before meeting your eyes and smiling. “That’s right, babe.”
Babe.
Yeah, that was going to take some getting used to.
“Well, Reggie, you’re welcome to eat lunch with us if you want.” Nick extended an olive branch and Reggie happily took it, pulling your food closer to him and stealing some of your chips.
“Uh, excuse me!” you grabbed your chip back from him before he could eat it and popped it in his mouth. “I think Nick meant eat your own food.” Reggie just smirked and reached for your water, but as you were grabbing it and trying to stop him, he snuck another chip and ate it with satisfaction.
“Ha! I win.” Reggie chuckled and you shook your head at him.
“You guys are so cute.” Carrie put her hand on her heart.
“Well, it’s easy to be cute when you’ve got a boyfriend as great as Reggie.” You glanced between him and Carrie, seeing her nod briefly before her attention was diverted to Nick next to her.
Reggie’s arm slipped with yours as he pulled you close enough to whisper. “I think this might be working.”
“I have to pretend to be your girlfriend, it better work.” You mumbled back with a smirk, knowing Reggie would know you’re joking. The whispers between you two were dropped as you and Reggie joined with your friends and to keep up the act, Reggie’s arm stayed laid across your shoulder.
When the bell rang to tell lunch was over, you said bye to all your friend’s and threw your bag over your shoulder to head to your next class. Before you could, Reggie grabbed your hand to keep you from leaving him.
“You comin’ over to the studio after school today?” Reggie asked and you stared in thought for a second, something that made him sigh dramatically. “Oh, just say yes! We can get started on the Luke part of the plan.”
“Reg, you don’t-“
“Nope! It’s a deal. You help with my crush and I help with yours.” He seemed determined to help you and while you didn’t want your best friend to insert himself in your love life as your actual boyfriend, you weren’t getting far doing what you were now.
“I can’t! I have Dirty Candy rehearsals today.”
“Just for a few minutes?”
You pressed your lips together in thought before shaking your head with a smile. “Fine, I’ll be there at 5.”
Reggie pumped his fist as you chuckled and when you reached the end of the hallway, where Reggie and you were supposed to go separate ways, he turned toward you.
“So, what now?” He asked before donning a goofy grin. “Are we supposed to kiss?”
“Yeah.” You laughed sweetly and stepped closer to him, placing a hand on his shoulder that caused Reggie to widen his eyes slightly. “Try it and we’ll see what happens, babe.” You tapped his cheek with your hand before dropping it and walking pass him to your class. Reggie watched you walk away before shaking his head fondly and turning the other way.

The band was hanging out in the studio after having taken a break from rehearsal. Reggie glanced at the clock behind him, tapping his foot as the clock showed a few minutes passed 5.
“Dude, what’s wrong with you?” Luke asked as he tossed his friend a water, hitting him in the chest before Reggie took a sip.
“Wrong? Nothing’s wrong, why?”
“Maybe because you keep glancing at the clock like it insulted you?” Alex pointed his drumstick at him getting Luke and Julie to laugh. Reggie sighed, falling into the chair next to him.
“Y/N said she’d be here at 5 and she’s late.” He said with a shrug.
The boy’s heads perked up. “Y/N’s coming?” Luke asked and Reggie felt a sense of pride that Luke was the one to ask, apparently happy by your future arrival.
“Yup.” Reggie answered shortly. “We’ve got some news.”
“Oh yeah? What’s up?” Julie asked, wiggling her brows at him.
Reggie’s mouth opened but before he could say anything, the door to the studio opened and you walked in. “Where’s the music! I was promised music!” You faked anger as you walked over to where they were all hanging around and you leaned on the chair Reggie was perched on.
“You’re late.” Reggie smiled up at you and you pouted playfully, bopping his nose.
“Aw, did you miss me already?” Reggie rolled his eyes as you laughed at his reaction.
“No, I just wanted to make sure I had enough time to see you before your practice started.” Your amused face melted into a soft smile and Reggie’s own smile sprung to life at the same time.
“What’s this news that’s Reggie’s talking about?” Luke called out, making your eyes narrow at the fact Reggie had started to tell them already.
You pulled your eyes off Reggie and looked to your friends, seeing their states of confusion as you motioned for Reggie to talk. He stood up and moved in front of them all, pulling you to stand next to him. His hand slipped into yours and you both looked down at your intertwined hands before meeting eyes. Despite Reggie being your best friend, you’ve never really held his hands like this and stood so close. It was… well, it wasn’t unwanted.
Reggie was the first to pull his eyes away, making you take a deep breath as he cleared his throat. “Y/N and I are dating.”
“No way!” Julie shouted as she sat up in her seat, her jaw dropping and you smiled at her before nodding.
“Hey, that’s cool, guys. Congrats, We’re happy for you.” Alex got up, coming to give you and Reggie hugs much like Julie and Luke did.
“Thanks guys.” Reggie told them, getting a pat on the back from Luke.
You sucked in a breath as Luke moved to you, pulling you in for a short but tight hug. You tried not to hug him too much, but as you got closer to him, it was hard. He stayed next to you as the four of you stood talking, placing himself right between you and Julie.
“Why did it take so long for you guys to get together?” Alex furrowed his brows and you and Reggie both looked at each other with slacked jaws, unsure how to answer that question because technically you weren’t together.
“Come on, Alex.” Luke spoke up. “Who cares if it took them years, at least they finally figured it out.” You didn’t want to ask Luke what that meant as you and Reggie laughed softly in agreement, thankful for the avoidance of answering.
Your phone dinged in your pocket and you and Reggie exchanged a glance, both of you knowing that was Carrie asking where you were. “That’s my cue.” You joked and patted Reggie’s back.
“Did you drive?” Julie asked, looking for your keys only to come up empty.
You shook your head. “No, I left my keys in my dance bag and I left my dance bag at Carrie’s when Kayla drove me home last night. I was just going to take the bus.” You told her and her eyes bugged out of her head.
“Why on earth would you do that?”
You shrugged. “Cause it’s too far to walk?”
Julie looked at Reggie, followed by Alex’s gaze, then Luke’s and Reggie stood there like a deer in headlights before he caught on to what his friends were trying to get him to do. “Oh, I’ll drive you!” he blurted out, receiving nods from his friends and a chuckle from you.
“It’s alright, Reg. I don’t mind taking the bus and I’m not going to pull you from practice just to drive me.”
“I’m driving you!” Reggie smirked.
You looked to your friends. “You’re cool if I steal him for a bit?”
“Of course.” Luke smiled at you, glancing from you to Reggie then back. “He’s your boyfriend.”
You forced a smile and started toward the door with Reggie on your heels. When you were out of the others hearing range, you turned to Reggie, making him run into you slightly before he stopped himself, putting his hands on your shoulders for balance as you both stumbled. “Does this feel weird to you? The whole fake dating? Cause it doesn’t feel right to me.”
Reggie frowned slightly as he shrugged. “I mean, kinda? I guess, seeing how happy everyone was felt a little weird.”
“And Kayla’s comment!”
“Exactly!” you and Reggie both chuckled under your breaths, remembering how awkward you had been after that moment. Reggie’s face softened when he saw you tug your lip between your teeth, letting your eyes fall to the ground. “For what it’s worth, I wouldn’t fake date anyone else.”
You picked your head up, seeing the small blush on his face. “For what it’s worth, I don’t think anyone else is dumb enough to fake date you.” Reggie’s laugh bubbled out of him, making yours do the same but before you could say more, the door to the studio opened.
Both of your heads snapped to the side, only to see Luke looking between you two embarrassed. You only became aware of Reggie’s hands that were still on your shoulders when he pulled them off and took a step back. If you weren’t aware of what Reggie and you were really talking about in that position, you would’ve assumed Reggie and you just kissed, which is exactly what Luke assumed.
“Hey, uh, you left your keys.” You quirked your brow at Reggie who proceeded to pat his pockets before Luke held up the keys and you rolled your eyes, holding your hand out to take them.
Luke tossed you the keys before heading back inside and you put your hands on your hips. Reggie looked embarrassed. “Look, we were going to find out I left them when we got to the car, he saved us from having to come back.”
“Um, I pretty sure he saved you from having to come back.” You nudged your shoulder against his as the two of you set off. “Besides, I’m pretty sure he thought we were kissing.”
“So?” Reggie guffawed. “That’s what we wanted right? Now I can go back and say what a good kisser you are.”
You rolled your eyes, feeling your cheeks heat up. “You don’t know, I could be an awful kisser and you’re setting me up for failure.” You joked but Reggie just sighed dramatically.
“You’re not a bad kisser, Y/N.”
“You don’t know that!”
You finally reached his car, hoping into the front seat as he jumped in the driver’s seat. “You’re a good kisser.”
“But how do you-“
“Because it’s impossible for someone like you to be awful at kissing of all things.” Your arguments stopped as Reggie looked at you, raising his brows and silently daring you to challenge him.
You didn’t challenge him, only leaning back in your seat and glancing out the window, bringing a hand to hold in front of your mouth to hide the smile that involuntarily came up. Reggie kept glancing at you as he drove down Julie’s street, wondering if he made things awkward. His worries were put to rest when you reached over to the music player, turning it on and turning up the volume as you bobbed your head to the music.
“Be honest, Reg. Did you offer to drive me because you’d get to see Carrie?” Reggie tried to the hide the look on his face as you accused him. There were a lot of reasons Reggie offered to drive you: He didn’t want you to take the bus, the looks his friends were giving him, knowing your boyfriend driving you to practice would surely sell the act, not wanting you to have to take the public bus; Knowing he’d get to see Carrie was just a bonus.
Your laugh pulled Reggie out of his thoughts as he looked between you and the road. “Oh yeah? Well, you just came to rehearsal to see Luke!”
The sounds of your laughs only doubled. “That was the point, Reginald!” He couldn’t help but laugh with you, knowing his counter wasn’t good at all. You pulled into Carrie’s place faster than you thought you would as Reggie put the car in park, his hand hovering overing over the gear shift before you rolled your eyes and turned off the car. “You’re allowed inside.”
You climbed out, hearing Reggie do the same. “Oh wait, come here.” Reggie told you and you listened, coming to the front of the car to meet Reggie who was offering out his flannel to you. You took it slowly, looking up at him curiously. “I just want Carrie to know that I’m the type of guy who lets his girl wear his clothes.” You nodded, understanding completely as you slipped the jacket over your shirt, fixing yourself before presenting yourself to Reggie.
“How do I look? Like your girlfriend?”
Reggie froze at the addition to your question because, if he was being honest with himself, he always wanted his girlfriend to wear his flannel or jacket. And on you-
“You look really good.” Reggie straightened his head, ignoring the weird look you were giving him as he faced the house. “You ready for rehearsal?”
You nodded, locking your arm with his as you headed inside. “You’re late again!” Carrie smirked at you when you opened the door, seeing her in the kitchen filling her water bottle.
“Can I plead loss of time?” you asked, glancing to Reggie and watching him give Carrie a little wave. Carrie looked between the two of you for a moment, her eyes drifting down to the flannel before she let out a small hum.
Carrie started past you, a small smirk on her lips. “I’ll give you 1 minute.”
When she was gone, your eyes widened. “You really like her like that?” you questioned, scratching your head.
Reggie’s mouth fell open as he looked between you and where Carrie departed several times. “I mean, yeah, I just-“
“Reg, it’s cool. I was just kidding; you don’t have to explain yourself.” You put a hand on his shoulder to comfort him. “Thank you for driving me, I appreciate it.”
“Yeah, uh, if you need a ride back, let me know.”
“I’ll probably catch one with Kayla.” You shrugged before Reggie caught the mysterious glint in your eye. “Or I can ask Carrie if I could spend the night and I’ll talk you up!”
“You don’t have to do that.” Reggie said but he wasn’t sure why. The whole point was to talk each other up to their respective crushes.
“Why not? Maybe I’ll tell her what a good kisser you are.” You smirked as you started walking backwards, not hearing if Reggie disagreed before you were gone.

“Check it out, yeah, we make ‘em say, “Wow””
You were out of breath as the song finished, you and the rest of your group striking your poses for a moment before Carrie stepped forward and broke formation, meaning the rest of you could. “5-minute break, then we run again.” She said and you nodded before heading over to your bag and water and collapsing on the floor. You closed your eyes, focusing on taking deep breaths as you drank your water.
“You seem distracted today.” Carrie took the spot next to you, drinking from her own bottle.
You furrowed your brows, swishing your water in your mouth as you thought. “Do I?”
She hummed, glancing around to the other girls before scooting closer to you. “You and Reggie?”
Your brows quirked up from their previous position as you let out a soft laugh. “What about me and Reggie?”
She shrugged. “I didn’t know you liked him like that.”
“What’s not to like?” You questioned before getting an idea in your head, one that could paint Reggie out perfectly to Carrie. “I mean, He’s literally the kindest person I know, he’s always there for me and always knows how to cheer me up. He’s my best friend, he knows everything about me and I know everything about him-“
“Okay, Okay!” Carrie laughed, throwing an arm over your shoulder. “You don’t have to convince me you’re in love with him.”
“I-I’m not in love with him.” You defended instantly. Despite needing to put up this act, you didn’t need Carrie to think she doesn’t have a shot. She gave you a look though, one that told you she didn’t believe you. “Carrie, I’m not in love with him.”
“Got it.”
There was a silence that unnerved you. “That’s all you’re going to say?”
She patted your shoulder. “No, I believe you. You’re not in love with your boyfriend.” Well, when you put it like that…
“I mean, it’s not like I-I won’t be?” you winced when you heard how dumb you sounded. If Reggie could hear you right now, he’d hate you for most likely ruining this plan.
“Whatever you say Y/N, just know that everyone can see the way you look at each other.”
Much to your fortune, Carrie’s phone rang. It was something regarding a possible gig for the group, but you were thankful it pulled her away from the conversation. You let your head rest against your knees as you relaxed, occasionally bringing it up to drink but you couldn’t help but think about what Carrie said.

As Reggie got back to his house that night after a few more hours of rehearsal, he was exhausted. All he wanted to do was fall asleep forever, but before he could, he had to make a call.
“Hello?” you sounded like you were just asleep when you answered, making Reggie chuckle.
“It’s only 10, Y/N. Are you already asleep?”
There was a quiet shuffle on from your side as Reggie assumed you struggled to sit up and cleared your throat. “Um… no?”
“Oh, that’s believable.” Reggie made you chuckle. “How was rehearsal?”
“Exhausting.” You sighed, noting how your limbs ached when they moved. “I might’ve overdone it a little.”
“You always overdo it.” Reggie reminded you, making you hum in agreement at all the times you’ve definitely worked harder in rehearsal than onstage.
“Well, it’s worth it. Carrie said we have a gig this Friday.”
“Ooh, can I come?”
You scrunched your face. “You want to? Don’t you have rehearsal that day?”
“I can skip it. I’m sure the others will understand when I tell them I want to go and support my girlfriend.” Reggie rolled his eyes and you could swear you heard it, or at least you knew Reggie enough to know for a fact he did so.
You thought for a second, playing with your blanket as you laid back in your bed. “I guess… it would be nice if I had someone there for me.”
“I’m always there for you!”
“Oh yeah, and as soon as Carrie’s free, you’re right by her side.”
Reggie paused. He entirely forgot that Carrie would even be there, it was her group but he was planning on going just for you. “Y/N, you know you’re still my best friend, right? I’m not going to just ditch you just because Carrie’s there.”
The sound of your chuckle made Reggie feel slightly better, the knowledge that you weren’t upset with him by any means. “I’ll hold you too that, Reginald.”
You yawned and Reggie held back a smile. “Do you want to go back to sleep?”
“Nah. I wanna talk to you for a little longer.” Reggie didn’t now what the small feeling in his stomach was at your words, but whatever it was, he enjoyed the feeling. “Besides, we have to talk about the specifics of this relationship.”
“Oh, right.” Reggie said nervously. “The specifics?”
“Uh-huh. I mean, both of us froze up today when Alex asked why we got together.”
“Yeah, that wasn’t our finer moments.” Reggie mumbled before raising his brow. “At least Luke came to your rescue.”
Your cheeks heated up instantly as you draped a hand over your face. “He came to OUR rescue.”
Reggie and you fell into a fit of laughs and before long, you were both silent and donning smiles of your own. The sound of you yawning again caused Reggie’s smile to fall slightly. “Go to sleep.”
“What if I don’t wanna?”
Thinking for a second, Reggie’s smile returned. “Do you remember last time you stayed at my house and I couldn’t sleep so you sang to me?” After hearing your hum of acknowledgment, Reggie took a deep breath before quietly singing your favorite song to you. He could hear you chuckle, but you listened nonetheless and eventually, Reggie heard your breathing fall even. “Y/N?” He whispered, wanting to make sure you were asleep and when you didn’t reply, he got his answer. “Goodnight, Y/N.” He said softly before hanging up, letting you get your rest and eventually finding his own.

It’s been a few days since you and Reggie started this relationship and you had to admit, you were crossing a lot of boundaries with him that you hadn’t expected before. Pet names between the two of you seemed to be the funniest part. It seemed the moment one of you called the other a name like babe, baby, sweetie, or even love– which had to be the hardest to wrap your head around– the other did the same, making a game of it. You also hung out with each other’s friends more often.
You were about to meet Reggie at Julie’s so he could drive you to your rehearsal, something he’s done the past few days in hopes to see Carrie. He wasn’t supposed to have rehearsal today, but he told you he was most likely going to spend the afternoon at there. You adjusted your grip on your dance bag as you pulled the studio door open without knocking.
That was a huge mistake.
Instead of what you expected to be the four members of Julie and the Phantoms laying around and talking, you found just Julie and Luke and instead of talking, they were kissing. They pulled apart at the sound of your dance bag dropping from your grab and when they turned to you, your eyes widened and you quickly picked it back up. “I’m so, so sorry!” you told them. “I’ll just- I’ll just leave you to it.”
You didn’t let them get a word in before you were out the door and walking as fast as you could out of Julie’s residence. You had no clue where Reggie was but at that moment you didn’t want to think about anything relating to the fake dating or the plan to get Luke to like you. It was a stupid plan to begin with.
You didn’t bring your car because you thought Reggie would drive you, so with no plan, you ended at a bus station and hopped on the next bus to take you downtown. Dirty Candy’s performance was tomorrow and you knew rehearsal was mandatory, but the thought of having to go and rehearse made your sick fall.
You pulled out your phone, pulling up Carrie’s contact and listening to the ring. “Where are you?” Carrie asked immediately when she answered.
“I’m not going to be able to make it today. Something came up.” You mumbled, keeping your voice low to not disturb anyone else riding.
“Are you okay?!” Carrie’s worried tone made you shift awkwardly, hating that you were making her concerned.
“Uh, yeah. It’s- It’s nothing bad.”
“Good. We’ve got a performance tomorrow. You can’t just miss rehearsal the day before a performance, Y/N. You know the rules.”
You groaned, glancing out the window as the bus started to pull to a stop around a bunch of shops, including a smoothie place that you and Reggie found yourselves at frequently as you trudged off the bus. “Alright. I’ll be there.”
“Thank you.”
“I’m just going to be a little late.” You said quickly and hung-up hearing Carrie calling your name. She hated you being late. The smoothie place was barely packed as you bought yourself a smoothie and sat down in a booth in the back, letting yourself collapse in the seat.
Julie and Luke kissed. You watched them kiss and it wasn’t something that could be misconstrued. That wasn’t the hardest part to wrap your head around. What was troubling you was the fact that watching them kiss made you feel nothing. You weren’t mad or upset or jealous that Julie and Luke were possibly dating now. It was like you didn’t really care.
Your phone sounded, getting your attention as you looked down to see Reggie’s contact filling the screen. The other day, you were hanging out after school and decided to update your contacts to sell the fake dating. His picture on your phone was him smiling and you pressing a kiss to his cheek. Similarly, your picture on his phone was of him pressing a kiss to your cheek.
The call ended and you realized you’ve zoned out thinking about that day. It was only a second before Reggie called back and you were quick to answer. “Hey.” You said awkwardly, taking a sip of your smoothie.
“Hey, where are you? Alex and I came back into the studio and Julie and Luke said you just ran off. I thought I was supposed to drive you to practice.”
You sighed heavily, leaning back in your chair. “Yeah, after I walked in on Julie and Luke kissing, I kinda just ran out.”
Reggie froze at your words paired with such a carefree attitude. “Wait what?” He stumbled out, he glanced around the studio, seeing his other free friends busy in a conversation as he slipped outside. “Julie and Luke kissed?”
“Yup.”
“And you saw them?”
“With my own two eyes.”
“Wow.”
“My thoughts exactly.” You chuckled under your breath and Reggie’s heart sunk for you.
“Are you okay?”
There was a silence on your part as Reggie waited, unsure whether you were going to be honest with him but the sigh that released before you spoke told him you meant what you said. “Yeah. Yeah, I think I’m fine.”
Reggie’s brows scrunched together. “You’re fine?” You hummed and Reggie’s concern started to settle. “Well, where are you?”
“At our smoothie place.”
Reggie scoffed playfully. “Without me? Wow. Wait, don’t you have rehearsal?”
“Yeah, but I told Carrie I’d be late.”
��Oh, I’m sure she took that well.”
“I wouldn’t know. I hung up before she could yell at me.”
Reggie’s laugh made you grin widely. “Buy me a smoothie, I’ll pick you up.” He said before hanging up and you rolled your eyes before doing what he said. It barely took Reggie 5 minutes to get there, perfectly lining the time up with when his smoothie landed at your table. He didn’t say anything as he climb into the booth across from you.
“I don’t like this silence.” You admitted and narrowed your eyes at him. He just sighed, reaching out to take the smoothie you bought him and taking a long sip. You waited, your leg shaking as you groaned. “Will you say something? Please?”
“I’m just waiting for you to tell me how you’re really feeling.”
“Oh.” You rubbed your hands together, your eyes falling to the table. “I’m really fine. I guess, it makes sense Luke and Julie together. They’re much more suited to each other than Luke and I could ever be.” You finished off your statement with a sip and a smile.
“You’re really fine?” Reggie clarified and your demeanor softened as you nodded.
“I’m really fine, Reg. Thank you for making sure.”
“Of course. I’m always here for you.” You tried to bite back your smile as you looked out the window next to you before finally meeting Reggie’s eyes. You reached forward, grabbing his hand and giving it a squeeze and Reggie and you were caught off guard by the skips in your hearts at the touch and seeing each other smile so dearly.

Reggie’s felt weird all night after you grabbed his hand at the smoothie place. It wasn’t like you haven’t held his hand before, you’ve done it a lot this week, but something about that moment right then where no one was watching felt so intimate. He drove you to rehearsal, receiving a weird look from you when he decided to stay in the car instead of walking in to see Carrie and later that night when the two of you did your nightly phone calls, he stayed quiet most of the time, choosing to listen to you ramble on about how Carrie worked you harder than hard for being late.
Now, he was on his way to pick you up for your gig, something he promised that night that he would do. He pulled up in front of your house and honked, waiting a minute before the door opened and Reggie could see your blue wig from the street. He grinned at the sight, looking down at the sparkly shirt and pants you wore that matched the color. The only thing that didn’t matched was Reggie’s flannel hanging off your shoulders as you rushed to his car and threw your dance bag in the bag.
“Thanks for the ride!” you told him as you slid in next to him, seeing his eyes dart from you to the steering wheel as he cleared his throat.
“I told you before, it’s no problem.” Reggie and you started singing along to the music until he pulled into the venue. You were bouncing on the seat as Reggie hesitated before reaching for your hand, making you surprised by the action. “Don’t be nervous. You’re going to be great.” You should’ve known he picked up on your nerves, he always does.
You nodded and started out of the car, keeping Reggie’s hand in yours until you were inside and whisked away from him by your friends. You threw a look back as they pulled you to what was deemed ‘backstage’ and Reggie was watching you leave, a small smile on his face as he waved.
Reggie glanced around, trying to figure out what to do before he found an empty table and slid into a seat. The band that was onstage kept his boredom from surfacing, but he was just waiting for you to walk on stage.
The moment your group was announced, Reggie’s head perked up and he clapped and cheered with the audience. When he saw you look around the crowd, he waved again to catch your attention and gave you a thumbs up. Your smile lit up your face as you took your position and Reggie couldn’t help but match your expression. His eyes never left you as you preformed, occasionally catching your eye and sending a wink your way that made your cheeks heat up more as you sung and danced along. He was so caught up in you, he never even looked to Carrie.
The moment you were offstage, he was by your side, tapping your shoulder to get you to turn around. “You were amazing!” He told you and you giggled and threw your arms around his neck in a hug, one that Reggie was happy to return.
“Aw, you guys really are so cute.” Kayla awed as she watched and Reggie and you pulled apart, each sporting your own embarrassment.
“Thanks, Kay.” You told her, feeling Reggie’s hand grab yours. You turned back to face him, feeling the adrenaline of the performance start to wear off. “I’m exhausted.”
Reggie snorted a laugh at you. “Yeah, I bet. That looked intense, I don’t know how-“
“You came!” Reggie’s words were cut off by the sound of Carrie across the room and you and Reggie turned right in time to watch her jump into Nick’s arms. Your stomach dropped. They weren’t getting back together, were they? When Nick pressed a kiss to Carrie’s cheek, you turned back to Reggie, seeing him looking at you.
“Are you alright?” you questioned, slightly confused by the reaction you weren’t getting from him.
Reggie looked back to Carrie and Nick, seeing them holding each other as he let a smile creep on his face, one that double when his eyes flickered back to you. “Yeah. I’ll be fine.” He assured you, just like you had assured him yesterday.
You chuckled. “We really know how to pick good people to crush on, don’t we?”
“Yeah, we’re great at it.” He joked with a chuckle as well before glancing down to your hands. “I guess, we don’t have to pretend to date anymore.”
You gulped, your smile faltering. “I guess not.” Slowly, you let your hands drift apart and you were already missing the warmth his hand brought you. Reggie was missing it too and a part of him, a big part of him, hoped you were feeling the same he has these past few days.
“Hey, Y/N?” Your eyes met, making your heart skip when he smiled at you. “We’re friends, right?”
You quirked a brow, your head tilting before you realized what Reggie was doing. “I guess, you could call us that.”
“Good. Then I need you to go on a date with me.”
You knew what Reggie was doing, but you didn’t know where he was going with your repeated conversation. “I’m gonna need a little more of an explanation here.”
Reggie’s breath was shaky as he reconnected your hands. You held your breath, refusing to look away from him as he hyped himself up to speak. “I like you.”
“You like me?”
“I like you.” Reggie repeated, hearing the uncertainty in your voice but the way you tightened your hold on his made him hopeful. “So, um…”
“I like you too.” You assured him and felt Reggie relax as his eyes closed before he opened them back up to look into yours. “So, what now?” you joked, stepped closer to him. “Are we supposed to kiss?”
Reggie’s eyes flickered down to your lips and yours did the same before Reggie nodded. “Yeah.” Not a second later, Reggie’s lips were on yours, and you were melting into his hold as he held you close by your waist. You brought a hand up to his neck to deepen the kiss. When you separated, your hand moved to rest on his chest as you were fully pressed against him. “Why couldn’t that have part of the fake dating?” Reggie mumbled, chasing your lips for another kiss that you granted him before giggling.
“And we thought we were just friends.”
“Yeah, we were stupid. Another kiss please?” Reggie pleaded and you rolled your eyes fondly before doing just that.

THE SOWER
Mathew 13:3-23, Mark 4:2-20, Luke 8:4-15
"And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;
And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty."
Easy English Commentary
Verse 3 A farmer scattered the seeds by hand.
Verse 4 People walked on the paths and this made them very hard. So the seeds would lie on top and the birds could quickly eat these seeds.
Verses 5-6 In many places, there was only a very thin amount of earth on top of the rocks in that country. The seeds would begin to grow quickly. But their roots could not grow properly because of the rock. So the plant would soon die in the hot sun.
Verse 7 There were already weeds in this ground. Weeds grow quicker and use up all the space. The good seeds began to grow, but the light could not get to the young plants. So the plants could not last.
Verse 8 The good ground had plenty of earth. So the seeds could grow deep roots and find water. There were no weeds and the plants could continue to grow strongly. So there was a good harvest.
Verse 9 Jesus meant that people should think about this story. They should try to understand the extra meaning that he teaches.
Jesus explains the story about the man who sowed some seeds 13:18-23
These verses show the different ways in which people believe the Christian message. God’s word is like seed and people are like soil in the field.
Verse 19 Some people hear the message, but they forget it immediately. A person may be very proud of his own opinions. He will not listen carefully. He has refused to obey God for a long time. He is like a hard path. God’s word cannot even begin to make a change in his life.
Verses 20-21 People may be eager to believe God’s message at first. But they have not thought seriously about the results. So they do not believe very strongly. They are like the thin soil on top of the rock that does not let the plants’ roots grow. These people do not understand that they may suffer. They will have the same problems as people who do not believe the message. Family difficulties, illness or other troubles may affect them. Also, people may insult and attack them because they have believed the message. But because they only believe a little, they do not last. Their belief dies like the plant in the hot sun.
Verse 22 Some people desire to possess money or goods. They think about them very often. They work very hard to earn a lot of money. Some people have many responsibilities and interests, which take much time. Then these things push out the Christian life. So those people become too busy to pray. There is no time for them to study the Bible. God is no longer first in their lives. They do not realise what they are doing.
Verse 23. There are people like the good ground that produces a crop. They are never too proud or too busy to listen to God’s message. They believe it, even when they expect trouble. They realise what might happen to them as a result. They believe the message. So they change the way that they live. Also, they tell the message about God’s rule to many other people. Isaiah said long ago that God’s word would be successful (Isaiah 55:10-11). Disciples should ‘sow’ God’s message. There will certainly be a ‘harvest’ of people who believe it. They will understand and believe the message about Jesus.

Luke can’t imagine his body feeling anymore sensitive then it currently is. Initially he didn’t think he liked the spanking part of his session, but as he rubbed lotion onto the used skin all he could think was wanting someone to barge into the bathroom, hold him down and use their hands to mark him some more.
Each session had brought something new, it started with different apparatuses - paddles, whips, floggers. There were clamps and ropes and chains, even a rough pinwheel that rolled along his chest, giving him the most intense whole body experience. Ruby had told him to let go and he listened, letting years of taking on more and more and having to put on a smile even when he didn’t want to, wash away from his head, down his body and onto the floor, leaving him feeling light and elated. He had cried that session, letting everything he had been holding back in a glass cage be smashed to pieces, the shards falling around him like snow, his hands finally unclenching.
He’s brought back to the present time with a sudden tug on his neck, the collar he’s wearing being pulled against his skin.
“Luke, what do you want me to do?” Ruby’s voice echoes over him, making him shiver with anticipation and delight.
“Choke me mistress.”
“What do you say Luke?”
Luke’s eyes close as he feels another soft tug at his collar, “Thank you mistress.”
“Good boy.”
After the choking session was completed and Luke letting himself get lost in the feeling, Ruby had decided to tie him up, completely held together by red ropes, hands bound together, legs and feet bound together, it almost felt like every inch of his skin was encased by those tantalising red ropes. It was another one of those feelings that made his skin prickle and nipples harden, he was bound, no escaping, no control. He was completely allowing his body and mind to be handed over to another person, he let himself sink into that feeling, wondering how long he had let himself feel wound up inside, now though finally that coil in his stomach was coming undone.
His bandmates noticed a difference in him, he exuded a different energy than he used to. He would always put on the mask when he had to, a permanent smile plastered over his face, though his eyes would always catch him out, the sparkle not shining anymore. Now though he felt a calm wash over him, a serenity bleed into his skin and it showed, he no longer felt the heaviness of the responsibility of being in this band weigh him down, he now knew that he had an outlet to let someone else take responsibility, even if it was for only an hour every week.
Luke slips both feet into his jeans, redressing himself in the corner of the room, where he had left his clothes neatly folded. He exits the room and smiles when he sees Ruby waiting for him outside.
“I’ll see you this time next week Luke, be good.”
Luke nods, “I will, thank you Ruby.”
Luke retreats back up the stairs to the front door, letting himself out with ease. As he walks back to his car, keys swinging in hand, he allows himself a moment of reflection, sighing in contentment. He’s very glad indeed that he met Ruby and that she’s allowed him to find a part of himself he forgot he had.
As Luke starts the engine, checking his mirrors before driving off, he takes a look back at the house, even more excitement bubbling within him as he thinks about his next session and every session after that.

Excerpt from Chapter 17:
Ben’s next glare for Master Luke was enough to freeze a man’s heart. “I know your excuses. I’ve heard them time and time again. You may have my mother fooled about your actions that day; you may have softened my wife’s regards, even regained much of her sympathy and played successfully on her unfailing love for you; but you will not have my trust so easily.”
“Ben,” Master Luke beseeched, reaching out to him, “how can you say—?”
“You’ve abandoned me time and time again, uncle.” Master Luke recoiled, much like a wounded animal. “From me you have no right to expect anything more than tolerance, just as I expect nothing but the same from you.”
Master Luke’s mouth hung open, stuttering and mumbling as he tried to find his voice again. “I… I’m sorry that you see my actions as so…ill-reputable, Ben.” It was obvious that he was struggling to speak, each word causing him a great deal of anguish to utter. Steel blue eyes fluttered, turning to and from Ben, as he made to convey in a choked whisper, “I’m sorry. Truly sorry, Ben. I wish you knew…just how much… I would like to have your trust again; your love and your confidence in me. I… I will continue to hope that, one day, your faith in me will be wholly and deservedly restored.”
Ben didn’t reply but his glare softened marginally, as he, too, took a step back and lowered his hands from his hips.
“I must go. I…need time to meditate.” Master Luke shifted his weight from side to side. He paused to present Amidala with one last warm regard—she was still standing at a distance but closely monitoring their body language—and then bowed curtly to Ben before disappearing into his house.
Ben wasn’t aware of staring on at the empty spot where his uncle had been moments before until Amidala gave a sudden light tug on his arm. Startled, he peered down into her honest face and found her frowning in a manner that, again, seemed too wise for such a tender youngling.
“Should we go, Daddy?” she asked, timid and unsure of what was happening.
“Yes, my little star,” he concurred, wishing to sound reassuring. He smiled for her but it didn’t quite reach his eyes and, alas, she knew. He wrapped an arm around her small shoulders and hugged her to his side. “Let’s go home and see your mother, shall we?”
“Okay…” It was only once they had walked a short distance around the perimeter of Master Luke’s house that Amidala chanced speaking again. “Will I be back tomorrow, Daddy?”
Ben turned to her, gripped somewhat by the concern she openly displayed. “We shall see, Ami. Your mother and I need to talk first.”
Amidala pouted and lowered her eyes to the ground. “Why do you dislike each other so much?”
Ben started at that. “We don’t dislike each other, little star.” He caressed her by the chin. “We just…see things quite differently.”
Amidala’s eyes rose, peculiar. “And that’s bad?”
“Not…necessarily, no.”
“Then why can’t I come back tomorrow?”
“Ami—”
“I don’t know what Uncle Luke’s done to displease you, Daddy,” she pleaded, with earnestness, craning to look up at her father as they reached his ship that would transport them home, “but please give him one more chance. Please? For me?”
Ben stared down at his daughter, wrestling with the desire to oblige his daughter’s every whim or continue to harbour what he considered to be deserved resentment over the past. Her innocent, heartfelt plea reminded him all too sorely of what he had urged of his uncle only earlier, however: ‘It’s Ami who will suffer.’
Ben swallowed his enmity but for his little girl alone. “I have to converse with your mother, Ami, but I’ll consider your wish to continue training with him, all right?”
Amidala sprung into Ben’s arms to squeeze him with all her miniature might. An enlivened smile crossed her face and then she scurried onto the ship ahead of him, leaving Ben to curse himself under his breath before following after.
For Ami, he reminded himself, determined to keep his reservations under wraps for the reminder of their trip home—at least, until he saw Rey. Don’t force her to suffer for your own personal discontentment with your uncle.
And if he, too, disappoints her in the end? his conscience counselled.
Ben strapped himself into the cockpit, turned on the engine, and waited for Amidala to lock herself into her seat safely. She’ll finally understand her mother’s pain and mine…
That wouldn’t do for the eldest child of Ben and Rey Solo. Their ship soared to the skies, Ben’s mind refusing to think on how, perhaps, it was as the stars had supposedly preordained, if one believed in such divine interventions: if a Skywalker was made to suffer, so, too, would a Solo.

Hey guys! I’ve been wanting to do a broadway!sos series. This one focuses on Calum, and if it goes well I may make more centering around the rest of the boys. This is based around The Phantom of the Opera. Y/N gets the role of her dreams, Christine Daaé, and Calum isn’t happy with Y/N not having any broadway experience while being the female lead. You collapsed onto the cheap IKEA futon in your tiny, cramped studio apartment and let out a long sigh. Working at a restaurant for minimum wage in New York City was definitely not where you thought you’d be at this time in your life. You joined several local theatre groups, did Shakespeare in the Park and more, but you still hadn’t had your big break quite yet. But tomorrow, however, you were auditioning for a huge on broadway show: The Phantom of the Opera. This musical in particular is one of the most known ones, it’s one of the longest running musicals of all time, and you signed up to audition as soon as you heard it was having another run.
Being on broadway is your biggest dream; ever since you played Dorothy in your middle schools production of The Wizard of Oz, it’s all you’ve ever wanted. The exhilaration of being on stage is your favorite feeling in the world, and you couldn’t imagine not having that feeling for the rest of your life. And if that meant being a starving artist until you made it, so be it. You were determined to make your dream come true.
You then went to sleep, eager for your audition tomorrow afternoon.

You sprung out of bed as if it was your last day on earth. Today is the day. You dressed to impress and went over your monologue and song more than a dozen times on the subway to be sure that it was perfect.
You felt butterflies in your stomach as you walked into the building where auditions were taking place. You took a seat on one of the fold out plastic chairs and took a deep breath, this was your moment. You scanned your surroundings and examined the people at the audition. Everyone was dead silent, so you decided against uttering a word.
“Y/F/N Y/L/N!” Your name is called by someone with a clipboard. It was time.
You got up from your seat and walked through the door onto the stage. A young man with dark blonde hair and hazel eyes like daggers, who you assumed was the director, gave you a warm smile. Suddenly his eyes weren’t daggers anymore and you settled down a bit.
“Alright Y/N, show us what you’ve got young lady.” His tone was gentle and friendly. The weight on your shoulders was lifted, and you read off your monologue flawlessly. You put in every ounce of feeling imaginable, and you sang until your lungs gave out. You hit every note, treating it like it was the last time you’d ever sing. That was the most you had ever put into any audition, and you hoped it would pay off.
A week passed and you got a phone call from an unknown phone number. You looked at your coworker worriedly, this could be the call of a lifetime. She took the drink tray from your hands and watched you answer the phone.
“Hello, is this Y/N?” You hear a familiar voice, the director.
You swallowed nervously, “this is she.” You choked out.
“It’s Ashton Irwin, the director of The Phantom of the Opera. I’d like to see you for a callback Friday at 9 am, would you be interested?”
You felt that same butterfly in the stomach feeling and let out a breath, almost laughing, “Yes I would love to, thank you so much.”
He ended the conversation and you cried of happiness, you got a callback for the show of your dreams. Everything was getting so real. One part of you was terrified, but the other part of you was determined to get that role.
The rest of your day at the restaurant you worked at, you were the happiest waitress anyone had ever seen. You were attentive and cheery to even the grouchy customers. You were on top of the world and no one could ruin your good mood.

Two days have passed since your callback. You anxiously kept checking your phone. You took the day off so you wouldn’t miss the call. With every notification on your phone you jumped to check it. You had never been so anxious, this was more nerve wracking than any opening night she’s performed on. Then finally, he called.
“Hey, this is Y/N right?” Ashton questioned, your heartbeat picked up faster than ever.
“It sure is.” Your voice was shaking, this was the moment. This was the call that would determine everything.
“I would love to have you apart of my production of The Phantom of the Opera as Christine Daaé, do you accept?”
You almost cried on the phone. You regained your composure and took a deep breath, accepting his offer and taking down the date of the first rehearsal and everything you needed to know.

You walked into the room where rehearsal took place, taking in your surroundings. It being the first day, everyone was on book. You saw everyone talking together casually, and you found yourself nervous to also make conversation. Thankfully, a guy with blonde hair and icy blue eyes walked up to you with a kind energy.
“You must be the one playing Christine! It’s nice to meet you, I’m Luke. Or, while we’re rehearsing, Viscount Raoul de Chagny.” He smiled and shook your hand, it was nice to meet someone so kind already.
“It’s nice to meet you! I’m Y/N.” You smiles and shook his hand.
“The Phantom is running late, as usual,” he rolled his eyes, “I’ve been in three shows with him and he’s always late because he thinks he’s entitled.” Luke was obviously very annoyed with whoever was playing the Phantom. That made you nervous, the phantom is supposed to be someone you would be around almost constantly, yet he’s apparently an asshole. In the distance, you start to hear yelling from a male voice.
“Why should I even be on time? I can’t believe my costar has no experience being in an actual broadway show and she’s the lead! Shakespeare in the Park doesn’t count as real experience.” Whoever this was, they did not agree with you being the lead. He walked into the room with a coffee in his hand, his script in his arms, and a scowl on his face. What a ray of sunshine. He had tan skin and midnight black hair. His brown eyes were like daggers, he stares at you and turns around with an eye roll. This must be who Luke was talking about.
“Good luck with him,” Luke looked at me sympathetically, “don’t listen to what he has to say. You deserve to be here.” You smiled, it was nice to know there was at least one person who believed in you.
“Thanks, Luke.” You gave him a hug and went up onto the stage where everyone else was.
Ashton walked in front of everyone onto the stage and everyone settled down, “Alright everyone, it’s the first rehearsal and we will be on book. We’ll be on book for three weeks, but I would prefer you to be off book before that; If you need three weeks, then you’ve got three weeks.
Calum scoffed, looking at Ashton, “I think some people can’t even get off with that much time, Mr. Irwin. Some people don’t even know what it’s like to have this opportunity, performing in front of thousands of people every night and not being able to mess up one line. Not everyone can handle the pressure.”
You hated him already. He was on the highest horse imaginable, and there hasn’t even been one rehearsal yet. You could see his head growing as every second would pass. This show was going to be a living hell.
The egotistical actor walked over to you with a look of disinterest that you wanted to just smack off of his face, “So you’re the newbie playing the female lead, huh?” He looked you up and down with disapproval, obviously unimpressed.
“That’d be me, yes.” You try to be polite but God, it’s nearly impossible. You already have a burning hatred for him. He was judging your skill without ever seeing you act before. That’s when you decided you were going to prove to him you were cut out for the role. You weren’t going to let some arrogant actor you just met talk bad on you; you weren’t one to let people walk all over you. It’s on.
“Break a leg, take that metaphorically or literally, it doesn’t matter to me.” You were appalled at his remark, you turned around and walked away, your heart filling with anger.
“Just you wait.” You mutter, walking back to Luke to discuss your first scene together.

Rehearsal finally began and you were on top of everything. The first song you’re going to rehearse is Think of Me, and you’re performing it with Luke. It’s sung very high, and you’re prepared to prove you could handle it.
All eyes turned to you and Luke; the piano played the familiar tune of the song.
You took a deep breath, “Think of me, think of me fondly when we've said goodbye
, remember me, once in a while
please, promise me you'll try.” You sang every note with all you had in you, Ashton had never seen someone with such passion as you for a role. He’s pleased he casted you. As you did your last note, it was silent for a moment. But then, everyone clapped, they were smiling and giving you genuine compliments and suggestions.
Calum, on the other hand, said nothing. He did not clap or compliment you. He stayed silent with a look of disapproval on his face. You tried ignoring it, but it was hard. After running through every song, rehearsal ended. You left without a word.

Next rehearsal, Calum’s attitude towards you didn’t change one bit. With every line you said he criticized you and said you could do better. You’d never please him, and it made you want to scream.
“You know, Y/N, you could put way more feeling into this” he’d say, or “this is Broadway, not Shakespeare in the park.” Never anything helpful. All he would ever do is criticize every little thing you’d do. You finally snapped, you were tired of it.
“Why can’t you give me anything helpful Calum!? All you do is criticize my experience. Acting is acting, Broadway or not. I deserve to be here, so fuck off and start treating me like your costar, not your toy to fuck with.” He stared at you, shocked at your fiery remark.
“Well then, Christine Daaé, I’ll give you another chance to prove to me that you’re fit for the role. I’ve been in Cats, Newsies, and Wicked. All on Broadway in front of thousand of people every night. I’m experienced, and I expect you to be perfect. Are you up for trying to impress me?”
You stared at him, scoffing, “I don’t need to impress you. Just Mr. Irwin and the audience. You don’t mean shit.” And with that you left, leaving him appalled and surprised that you were one to fight back.

You sat at the coffee shop with Luke, a black coffee at his fingertips and a tea in yours.
“He thinks he’s so fucking entitled. The only leg I plan on breaking at this point is his! I hate him and I have to see him 6 days a week! And I have to kiss that asshole too, this is such a shit show.” You buried your face in your hands, stressed out of your mind.
“Hey it’s completely valid to be upset. He’s just pissed because you’re better than him and he’s trying to mess you up.” He smiled at you reassuringly, but it wasn’t working for you. You just wanted him to think you were capable, but all he would do is bring you down.
“Maybe I should just quit-“
“Fuck no. You’re gonna prove him wrong and show him you’re the most talented one there. I’m gonna help you, too.”
“You’re gonna help me?” You were surprised, but also so grateful.
He nodded, raising his coffee cup. You raised your mug to his and you clinked them together, Calum will learn to never say anything negative to you again.
“First you need a new look. Minimum wage and tips at the diner aren’t helping you at all, I’m paying to get you new clothes.” He got up and put on his jacket, quickly drinking the remainder of his coffee.
You follow him out the door, a bit flustered, “What is this, Luke, pretty woman?”
“Sure we can call it that.” He takes you to his car and drives like no tomorrow. This would be a wild ride.

You arrived to an area of New York with an array of stores at every corner. You went into a store that you’d never even think of entering, and god damn everything was expensive. You looked at a shirt you thought was mildly cute, and it was 70 dollars.
“Luke this store is too expensive! I’m trying to be a bad bitch not a broke bitch!”
He laughed and shook his head, “I’m trying to be Edward from pretty woman and like... grant all your wishes. I’m like a fairy godmother but instead I’m on broadway and not magical, just well off with money. Also, when the show kicks off, you can leave the diner and live your dream so calm down.”
“What does changing my wardrobe have to do with any of this? I’m trying to prove to him I’m talented…” you were genuinely confused with this whole situation. Did Luke misunderstand your frustration?
“Well first off, he’s a privileged prick so if you don’t dress well he’s gonna assume you’re less than him. You’d know if you’ve known him as long as I have,” He sighed, handing you clothes, “but we’re gonna prove him wrong.”
You went through what felt like hundreds of clothes; it was as if you were in a rom com outfit change montage and Luke was your super cool best friend. It was a magical experience honestly, although you hated that this was a thing you had to do.
“Alright, pretty woman, lets pay and get out of here.”

Rehearsal the next day started early: 7 in the morning. You were wearing some of your new clothes, and you even did your makeup for once. When you walked in, you saw Luke talking to Calum. You usually weren’t one to eavesdrop, but in that moment you couldn’t help it. You got close enough to hear, but far enough so it just looked like you were casually sitting in one of the chairs minding your own business.
“I don’t hate her Luke, I really don’t. I think she’s talented and she can sing but I just don’t know if she can handle being on Broadway in front of thousands 5-6 nights a week for 3 months. In all honesty, she interests me. I can’t help but think about her. I think about what her dream role may be, and I wonder when she started acting. I want to know more about her but I feel like I have to be hard on her to prepare her. I hate being a dick, I really do. Yes, I admit, first rehearsal I was not happy about co-starring with someone with no broadway experience but now that I’ve seen her act God, she’s so passionate and witty, but I think it’s too late to go back and not be an asshole.” Calum sighed, he was frustrated. He hated how he acted; there were so many other ways to help you be better but he chose the route of being an asshole.
“I know Calum, I know. Stop worrying, you can fix your actions. I’ve been talking to her and we’ve gotten quite close, and she’s trying to prove herself to you. She’s kinda pissed at you at the moment, but I’m sure you can fix everything.” Luke pat Calum’s shoulder, giving him reassurance. Now you understood everything.
Part of you thought what Calum was trying to do was sweet; the other part of you was still upset about how he executed it. You felt conflicted and you weren’t sure what to do. Your thoughts were interrupted with Ashton telling everyone to get ready to rehearse scenes four, five and six of act one: The Labyrinth Underground, The Phantom’s Lair, and The Phantom’s Lair the next morning. These scenes were a few of the ones with only Calum, and no one else.
You both sang The Phantom of the Opera, The Music of the Night, and I Remember/Stranger Than You Dreamt It together in these particular scenes, and you were prepared to hear criticism after they ended. You both got up and stood in front of the rest of the cast. You took a deep breath and listened to the organ play the beginning notes of your first song. You both sang the song together, and as always, you put in your all. The song ended with the highest note you’ve ever sang in your life, and although it wasn’t perfect, it was better than you ever thought you’d do on that type of note.
Calum turned to you, and you prepared for the worst.
“That was really really nice… you’ve improved a lot.” He smiled at you, and you were surprised.
“Thank you… thank you Calum I really appreciate it,” you smile at him, and then give him your signature smirk, “you should be less of an arrogant jerk more often, it’s pretty attractive when you’re nice.” A blush crept to his cheeks and the notes of the next song played, and you sang together like there was no tomorrow.
The scene where you tear the Phantom’s mask off began, and you now saw just how dedicated Calum was to this role. He wanted this just as much as you. He put so much emotion into his singing and the moves he made, and you caught yourself warming up to him. When he looked into your eyes as you handed his mask back to him as instructed in the scene, you noticed the color of them. They were just brown, but a special kind of brown. They were a warm brown, and they shined like constellations in the night sky. Ashton told everyone to take 5, and you turned back to Calum.
“You were really amazing just then…” you were growing fond of him. You wanted to know more about him. The show was in 3 weeks, so you decided against it so you could focus on the show.
You heard the lighting engineer talking to Ashton, “This is the most sexual tension I’ve ever seen in my life.”
“Michael, just because it’s true, it doesn’t mean you should say it. But you’re right and I hate saying you’re right, so cherish this moment.”
You also agreed, but you didn’t want to agree.

Three weeks of non stop rehearsal went by and it was finally opening night. You were sitting in your chair in the dressing room wearing your first costume, and Calum walked in.
“Break a leg tonight, Christine Daaé.” He smiled at you, wearing the mask that covered half his face.
You laughed, “You too, Phantom.”
“I wanted to apologize for being arrogant when I first met you… when I heard you sing for the first time, I wanted to take it all back. I could tell right then that you have what it takes. I’m ecstatic that you’re my co-star, Y/N. I mean it.”
Without hesitation, you got up from your seat and hugged him tightly. You didn’t care if he thought that was weird; you just felt the need to tell him you appreciate him.
“We’re on in 5! Get in your places!” Michael’s voice rang through the dressing rooms.
“Michael I can do my job! Just do yours!” Ashton was stressed out of his mind, and you laughed at Michaels attempt of destressing Ashton by helping him out. It’s the thought that counts.

The lights went dark and the curtain closed. The lights slowly went back up and the curtain call began. The cast filed out in order of how big their role was. You and Calum walk together to the middle of the stage last, bowing in sync. Everyone then holds hands and bows together, and that’s when you knew you wanted this feeling forever. Everyone files out and goes back into the dressing room, and you find a bouquet of flowers on your vanity. There’s a note with your name on it, and you open it.
Y/N, or should I say Christine,
I know in the play I end up falling in love with you and you go for Raoul instead, but that doesn’t have to happen in real life. Let’s get dinner sometime. I want to know more about you.

It still bothers me that Kylo Ren never used the Force against Finn. I mean, we’re talking about the guy who's been shown doing this
and this
and this
also this
and so much more to his enemies and even people who just kind of annoyed him in the moment. The dude has oodles of Force power and is not at all shy about throwing it around. Other Force users are not immune, as shown with Rey who is even more powerful than he is.
So why, in his fight against Finn at the end of TFA, did Ren never even try to use the Force? Finn went running to an unconscious Rey after Ren knocked her out. Finn had even thrown his blaster aside, not that blasters work against Ren as Poe found out at the start of the movie. Why didn’t Ren throw Finn against a tree, too, or lift him into the air and choke him? That’s more like the guy’s usual MO.
Instead Ren not only dueled Finn but even resorted to punching him after disarming him, which had viewers commenting that his animosity against Finn seemed very raw and personal. It is true that Ren seems to have a personal beef against Finn (link), but again, the new Supreme Leader of the First Order has never been hesitant to use Force power against people regardless of how well he knew them or how strongly he felt about them. He revels in making people, from total strangers to hated rivals, helpless with his power. So why not Finn?
My hypothesis is that there’s another layer to Ren’s animosity against Finn beyond the usually-discussed ones of Finn defecting and making the opposite choices he did, and Ren’s hatred being the manifestation of his regrets. That’s a valid point and I have argued it myself (link), but what if there’s something more immediate and visceral going on?
Let’s go back to that moment in the village near the beginning of TFA, when Ren stared for a long moment at Finn before he turned away. He then unfreezes Poe’s blaster beam to strike a pole Finn was standing near, startling him and showering him with sparks.
What exactly prompted the staring and the intimidation here? There have been many speculations, from his realizing that Finn had not fired at the villagers to sensing Finn’s Force sensitivity. These are sound possibilities, but what if there’s something else? What if this scene is key to their interactions throughout the movie, and ties into the abovementioned duel scene at the end?
Let me propose an alternate scenario: Kylo Ren, having ordered the slaughter of unarmed prisoners, senses a disturbance in the Force--or rather, a lack of disturbance where there should be one. Remember what Chirrut said in Rogue One: “The Force moves darkly around a creature that is about to kill.” Given that the Force is the connection between living beings, I can imagine that this dark movement of the Force would persist for at least a little while afterward.
So let’s say Kylo Ren senses that there is no dark movement of the Force around Finn that indicates he had killed or intended to kill someone. He turns and stares directly at that point of light amid the darkened swirls in the Force.
Now, this alone could be enough to annoy him and he might find it reason enough to bully Finn. But what if his stare was about more than sensing the Force around Finn and realizing this Trooper had not obeyed his orders? Wouldn’t you be at least a little curious at such an anomaly, maybe try and see if the Trooper had simply lost his nerve or if something more was going on?
What if the intensity of Kylo Ren’s stare indicated that he was trying to skim the surface of Finn’s mind, something the target might not even feel unlike a full mind probe? Just enough to tell what thoughts and emotions were going through the Trooper’s mind?
What if it didn’t work?
Imagine the turmoil, even embarrassment Kylo Ren would have felt in this scenario. His entire life was defined for better and for worse by being a powerful Force user. It was the source of his self-worth, the reason for his perceived superiority, the means by which he dominated others. Then to have something so simple as a mind scan fail to work on a lowly Stormtrooper, as though he had been walled off? Imagine his astonishment, then fury.
At this point it is entirely in character for Ren to unfreeze the blaster beam in a pique, intimidating Finn and reasserting control over the situation in his own mind. It was a reassurance to himself that his Force powers were still as potent as ever--the blaster beam hovering obediently in the air was proof enough!--and still worked on even the aberrant Stormtrooper, if not directly. Ren would have soothed himself with the thought that he could have killed the Trooper if he had wanted. He was still in control. Still powerful. Still Kylo Ren.
He could tell no one. He couldn’t even kill the Trooper, at least not outright, because it would raise too many questions. He had to figure out what had happened, who that Trooper was, and fix this situation before Snoke or Hux had any clue of what had happened.
A lot of Ren’s fixations with Finn start to make sense under this scenario. When Hux said they were searching the registers for the Stormtrooper that had sprung the Resistance pilot and escaped, Ren’s mind immediately went to Finn. Why? Because he had been reading that particular Trooper’s file himself, combing it for clues. He thought this Trooper could very well have run away to preserve whatever his secret was.
Even Ren’s mention of the clone program to Hux takes on a new meaning in this light. He may have realized in a panic that it might not be just Finn--the entire Stormtrooper program might be a danger. All those multitudes of humans taken in and trained with no idea of their Force potential. How many others like that escaped Trooper were out there, right in the Order’s ranks? How could he prevent it from ever happening again?
To him, the clones would have seemed a promise of full control. With a single, known template he would know exactly what he was getting. Obviously there’s no saying that whatever made Finn special was genetic in nature, but to someone like Kylo Ren, who believes so strongly in the supremacy of his heritage, that would have seemed the paramount factor.
As the movie progresses Ren certainly gains more and more reasons to hate Finn. But the hatred he has for Finn seems different from what he feels for the many others who oppose him, as though Finn touched on his rawest nerves and his very existence is an insult. Again, there are other perfectly valid explanations for this hatred. But then we return to the first question: why not use the Force on Finn? Not during combat, and not even when he finally has Finn helpless and under his power?
This may have been another reason for Ren’s interest in Rey. His cover was that the scavenger could give him the map to Luke Skywalker just like the droid could, but another key point about her was that she had traveled with Finn and might be able to provide information about him that a droid could not. Ren must have had a wealth of information from mechanical scans of Finn, which likely revealed nothing, but what he didn’t have was the impression of an organic being who had cared enough to interact on a personal level with him and so provide vital clues.
Besides, it wasn’t like he could conduct in-depth interviews of First Order personnel without drawing suspicion, not that he trusted any of them in the first place. The scavenger on the other hand was a prisoner from whom he could, as he put it, take whatever he wanted. It would also explain why he would take her as his personal prisoner and interrogated her himself from the start rather than leave her to Stormtroopers and droids. The information about Luke Skywalker he might share with the First Order, but he could not afford to let anyone else know about Finn’s mysterious qualities should the prisoner give up any salient details. The discovery of Rey’s Force abilities and her ability to push him out of her mind would have thrown a wrench in the works, obviously.
The next time Kylo Ren sees Finn it’s at the oscillator on Starkiller Base after Han’s death, and he is enraged for so many different reasons at this point. Is there also some fear behind that anger, though? Is there a reason he’s focused so specifically on Finn over Rey, whose Force powers have proven even greater than Ren’s? If Finn represents a vulnerability for Ren that not even Rey does, the idea that Ren’s power itself might have holes and might not work, that would go a long way toward explaining the intensity of his reaction.
When Finn and Rey escape, Ren tracks them down personally despite his injury and is waiting for them. “We’re not done yet.” Of course he’s not done with Rey, he wants her on his side and is under orders to take her to Snoke, but what if he’s also addressing Finn? Finn is still a riddle he has to solve, and if that is not possible a threat to eliminate.
Now let’s go into the leadup to Finn and Ren’s duel. One point I found interesting is that Finn and Rey were standing very close together, within what looks like 4-5 inches apart, when Ren knocked Rey into a tree. They were standing close together in the first place, having instinctively closed ranks on seeing Ren.
See how Finn’s left shoulder and Rey’s right actually overlap while she calls Ren a monster:
So my question is: Why was only Rey pushed, and not Finn? We know it’s possible to Force push several opponents at once if they’re close to each other, it happened frequently in The Clone Wars for instance. See, for instance, Asajj Vetress pushing two mooks at once (all Clone Wars gifs are from a Force push compilation on YouTube, and have been very slightly slowed down):

Jedi get this treatment, too.
So do droids.
Compare the above to Finn and Rey in the woods when Ren used the Force push:
Does this seem incongruent to you as well? Finn and Rey were standing as close to each other as any of the Force pushees in The Clone Wars examples, likely closer together than any of them in fact, yet only Rey is blown back and Finn is not affected at all.
Sure, maybe Ren was immediately focused on Rey because she was the more immediate threat with the blaster, and maybe he wanted to concentrate the push to send her particularly far. If these other examples are any indication, though, it seems at the very least unusual for someone who was standing so close to the intended target to be so entirely unaffected by even a byblow.
And speaking of focusing on Rey, there’s another thing about the Force push that always bothered me. Anti reylos have pointed out, correctly, that throwing Rey that high against a tree could have killed her. Yet, to me, that doesn’t fit what Ren was trying to achieve. He was intrigued by this girl’s powers and was thinking about recruiting her, why would he try to kill her? Throw off her blaster beam, sure. Gain an advantage in the fight with the aim of capturing her, yes. But throw her so high and hard he ran the risk of killing her? That doesn’t make sense, not because he’s any less evil but because it’s not in his self-interest.
Unless... what if he didn’t mean to push her that high? What if he had been aiming at both Finn and Rey and had meant to achieve something much like the Clone Wars examples above, pushing them both to distract them and throw them off? Except the Force push, having met an immovable object in Finn, channeled around to hit Rey and Rey alone, hitting her with far more power than Ren intended?
If it’s true that Ren was aiming at both Finn and Rey, or at least pushed in a way that would normally have affected both, he would have gained yet more confirmation that Finn was, as Phasma put it in a different context, a “bug in the system.” Beyond being his opposite in every way Finn was something that shouldn’t exist, that reminded Ren that he could not control everyone and everything.
Finn is far from invulnerable, of course, as Ren himself took great lengths to prove. Yet he did so entirely by physical means, in contrast to his usual style of throwing his Force powers around especially on people who can’t defend themselves. Viewers interpret this as a choice on Ren’s part, a physical expression of his grudge against Finn. What if he had no choice because physical means were the only ones that worked?
And what does Ren do once he has wounded and incapacitated Finn? Instead of finishing off his enemy he reaches immediately for Anakin’s lightsaber, calling to it through the Force. It’s like he has something to prove, especially after the sight of Finn holding it and using it against him.
In sum, I think there’s a case for saying that Ren never used the Force against Finn because it doesn’t work against him, and that this discovery early in TFA was the driver behind his and Finn’s tension throughout the movie. This means that Finn has a unique Force power, something Ren finds more threatening than even a powerful Force user like Rey. Such a reveal would have tremendous implications for the ongoing story and the nature of the Force itself.
Of course, it’s also possible the whole thing was simply an oversight on the filmmakers’ part, but if so I find it an interesting speculation to fill the gap.

The Parable of the Sower
Luke 8:5-15 “A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it. And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it. And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be? And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.”
I was always taught that the ones that were in rocky soil and thorny soil got saved, but just backslid. After much study I no longer believe that. 1. The ones in rocky and thorny soil fall away and never produce fruit. Jesus Himself said that any branch in Him that does not produce fruit is cast into the fire.
John 15:1-10 “I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.”
2. The ones in rocky and thorny soil do not receive the Word in an honest and good heart.
Jesus said in Matthew 5:8 “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.”
If only the pure in heart will see God, then only the pure in heart will go to heaven. In addition, a person’s heart cannot be pure if it is not good and honest.
Therefore, the ones in the rocky and thorny soil are not saved and will not go to heaven.
3. The Bible says in Romans 10:9-10 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Acts 16:31 “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.”
A person gets saved by believing on Jesus Christ which includes an intellectual accepting of the biblical truths that Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for our sins and that He arose physically from the dead 3 days later, but this intellectual belief is not enough to save a person.
James 2:19-26 “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.”
The Bible also says in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.”
It is true that we are saved by faith not by works (Ephesians 2:8-9). However, this passage in James shows us that if our faith does not cause us to work, then our faith is dead. Dead faith will not get a person to heaven.
Now it is also true that a Christian can struggle with sin, and fall into sin when they are weak.
Proverbs 24:16 “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.”
A Christian can even accidently commit sin without realizing it (Romans 7:15-25). Everyone commits sin every day on accident.
However, if a person lives a life of sin not caring about what God thinks about it, and not praying and working to overcome it, then they are not saved and will not go to heaven.
Praying to overcome sin is the key. As Romans 7:15-25 shows we are not capable in and of ourselves of living the Christian life. We must pray that God will empower us to live it, and we must trust God to keep us from falling.
If we try to trust ourselves to keep us from falling, we will fall. We must trust God, and remember God always give us a way of escape from temptation. If you are struggling against a sin, then when you are tempted with it, Pray, look for that escape, and take it.
The Bible also says to flee from temptation. We should do everything we can to avoid temptation. For example, if possible do not drive by a bar every day, if you struggle against the temptation of drunkenness.
Jude 1:24-25 “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.”
In addition, The word believe in Acts 16:31 means (Strong’s # 4100 in the Greek) commit, this is taken from another Greek word (Strong’s # 4102 in the Greek) meaning abstractly constancy in such profession, which is taken from another Greek word meaning (Strong’s # 3982 in the Greek) obey, trust, yield.
Therefore, If a person truly believes on Jesus Christ then they are committed to Him, they will continue in their profession of Him, and they will live their life in obedience to Him.
This definition is in agreement with the verses above and John 14:15 “If ye love me, keep my commandments.”
If a person truly loves God they will obey Him.
To intentionally not obey God is to look into the eyes of Christ while He was dying on the cross and tell Him “I don’t care that you died for me, how much you suffered to save me. I am going to do what I want to do.”
I heard my pastor say something like that when I was a teenager, and that has kept me from leaving God and living a life of rebellion against Him.
I have went through some really hard times and have been tempted to rebel against God, but I always remembered this and have never been able to go through with it. Because I loved Christ too much to be able to hurt Him like that.
I did not say this to brag on myself, but in hope that it would help you to also not fall away from God, as it has helped me.
This all means that if a person is living a life of rebellion against God then they are not saved and if they die they will go to hell. It does not matter if they said a pray, got baptized and have been a church member for 50 years. If they intentionally turn to a life of sin and rebellion and they don’t care what God says about it they are not a backslidden Christian who is going to go to heaven and just lose some rewards. They are a lost heathen, who is going to burn in hell for all eternity.
People need to be taught this correctly, because there are a lot of people who are living in sin and they think they are saved. If these people do not find out that they are lost, then they are going to wake up in hell one day and wonder how they got there. And their blood will be upon the hands of every Christian who ever told them that they were saved, and just backslidden.

Kingdom Power: Drug Dealers Fled When She Did This…
You could have been born in the 1800s or sometime in the future, but you were born into the earth in this generation for such a time as this. Why? Because God has a special kingdom assignment for you to fulfill.

A Strategic Positioning and Time
Know this, never before has it been so important for us to be mature believers, appointed and anointed to take our place in the earth and in the church. I have been preaching the gospel of the kingdom throughout the world for decades to teach believers how to live independent of this world’s system and have dominion over it. We are called to demonstrate the goodness of God and the power of His kingdom. We are not to be beggars or orphans, but rather, according to Deuteronomy, Chapter 28, we are to be the head and the lenders, having enough financial strength to meet the budgets of nations.
The kingdom of God is in you. This kingdom or government is the source of every provision that you will need in the earth until Jesus comes. Are you experiencing the goodness and power of His kingdom in your own life and demonstrating it to others? Or have you been you struggling with sickness, family problems, or living paycheck to paycheck? If this latter situation describes your life, know that God has much better plans for you, and it starts with knowing who you are and what is on the inside of you.
God Has Called You to Live Above the World
Here is what the Apostle Paul wrote to the church in Corinth who thought they were so spiritual because they spoke in tongues and operated in the gifts of the Holy Spirit (See 1 Corinthians, chapter 12 ):
And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. (1 Corinthians 3:1)
As unto what? Babes. In other words, even though you got saved, you never grew Paul goes on to say, “I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?” (vv 2- 3)
“For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying,” (I’ll add some words to this list: jealousy, backbiting, gossiping) “and strife and divisions” (black, white, you don’t like me, I don’t like you, racism). Divisions could mean thinking more of a particular denomination or group than you do of the body of Christ.
You Are Not Just Human
“Are ye not carnal and walk as men?” The Amplified Bible translation says, “behaving yourselves after a human standard and like mere (unchanged) men.” Some people call themselves “Christians” yet still walk, talk and behave like unbelievers. You are not just human. The unsaved in the world are, but you’re not if you’ve been born again. Why? God is in you. Say this aloud, “God is in me now.”
You’ve got to say those words, get them down in your heart, and believe it! Once you get this revelation, no force of darkness will be able to stop you or steal from you.
Satan Doesn’t Want You to Understand the Kingdom
In Matthew, chapter 13, Jesus tells the story of the sower.
Behold, a sower went forth to sow; and when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: and when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: but other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. (Verses 3–8)
What is the sower sowing? Seed What seed? Luke 8:11 says, “The seed is the word of God,” which He could give you in the form of a new idea.
Now look at verse 12 in Matthew, chapter 13, “For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.”

What “more abundance” is Jesus talking about? Understanding of the kingdom The verse goes on to say, “But whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.” Hath not what? Understanding the kingdom of God.
Jesus ends the story by saying, “Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower When any one heareth the word of the kingdom…” (Matt 13:18–19) Notice, Jesus calls the seed ‘the Word of the kingdom.’
For example, when our church was located at Luke and Pulaski Streets in Chicago in the early days of the ministry, a woman came asking for how to deal with drug dealers who had taken over her block. We immediately got into a circle to pray for a Word of the kingdom. (The Bible says come boldly to the throne of grace). God gave me a word that she was to take a bottle of anointing oil and pour it down the street of her city block. She took the oil and acted on the Word of the kingdom, which resulted in the drug dealers coming out for one hour the next day (before then they were coming out for 12 hours every day), and left never coming back. She did not call the local police department, nor did she form a neighborhood block club. She only received the Word of the kingdom, which when acted on released the power of God’s government to perform. Now you can see how the operation of the kingdom guarantees unfailing results.
You Are a Citizen in the Kingdom of God
We, who have been born again, are kingdom citizens Philippians 3:20 NLT says, “We are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior.” Our citizenship is in heaven.
We are first kingdom citizens before we are members of a local church or a certain denomination. How did I get my citizenship? I had to be born into it In natural citizenship, people can come from Russia, or Mexico, or Nigeria, and get a U S citizenship by filling out forms and passing certain tests. But in the kingdom of God, you can’t do that; you’ve got to be supernaturally born into the kingdom. So, I’m a citizen first because that is how I was born. After we become a citizen in the kingdom of God, then God directs us to a local church where we become a member.
You Are an Ambassador for Christ
You and I are also ambassadors of the King and His kingdom. “Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God” (2 Cor 5:20).
So, as a child of God and a citizen of the kingdom, you are sent as an ambassador to take care of diplomatic business in the earth on behalf of your King. You are here to represent Jesus, and you are limited only to speak what your government has declared and what your constitution has allowed.
And, just in case you don’t know what He said, He’s given you the Word of the kingdom in the Bible His Word is also your “Bill of Rights,” which tells what your benefits are and what God promises to do for you.
It’s Time to Step Out of the Box
As a kingdom citizen, you have to get your direction from God and obey what He tells you to do and where He tells you to go. The world’s system, “ruled by the god of this world,” is designed to intimidate you. It does not want you to think freely, creatively, or have one “Bible thought.” In Satan’s system, you are not supposed to think outside of his box. But if anyone is supposed to think outside that box, it’s God’s people – the church! Without God’s thoughts and imagination, the church will not be able to advance the kingdom of God and “possess the land” that God has given us.
Let me give a personal example. Several years ago, God gave me a vision to start a bank so that Christians could have a place where their money could help spread the gospel, support Christian businesses and entrepreneurship, and reinvest in communities. Sadly, it wasn’t the unbelievers who came against this vision, but leaders in some local churches. I’m not coming down on anyone because here’s my point: When Christians, even leaders, don’t understand the kingdom of God, and who they are as kingdom citizens, even they can come against you and the mission that God has assigned for you to accomplish. Biblically, you can see that in the life of the Apostle Paul and even Jesus (See Acts 23:12; John, chapter 9; 2 Timothy 3:12).
When You Understand Your Kingdom Citizenship, You Can Do What God Has Given You to Do
Again, we’re ambassadors of Christ and citizens of the kingdom of God first. We’re not to promote our denomination, but the gospel of the kingdom God does plant believers in local churches for spiritual covering, discipleship, and fellowship; however, it’s when we get revelation and understanding of our citizenship in the kingdom of God that we can accomplish what God has assigned us to do for His glory.
Genesis Mandate
God revealed His purpose for us, His children, in Genesis 1:26.
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. (Genesis 1:2)
He made Adam and Eve in His image and likeness and gave them dominion over everything He had created From the beginning. God’s plan was always to bring heaven to earth and recreate the Garden of Eden throughout the planet. His plan has never changed.
Like heaven, God provided in the garden of Eden everything that Adam and Eve would ever desire, including peace, love, and perfect fellowship with the Father. The kingdom of God, though invisible, operates the same way today.
God told us how to fulfill our purpose on the earth in Genesis 1:28
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
In this verse, to bless means “to empower for success or empower to prosper.” When God blessed Adam and Eve, He conferred on them the power He used to create the universe, which is called “The Blessing.” After God blessed them, He then gave them four principles of creation to dominate and rule the planet—be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, and subdue it. When you meditate on Genesis 1:28 until it becomes a revelation, it will transform your thinking and empower you, as a kingdom citizen, to fulfill your God-given assignment in the earth.
‘Be Fruitful’
“Be fruitful” were the first words that Adam heard God speak in the Garden of Eden These words weren’t a suggestion, but a command, and they carried the power to bring themselves to pass (See Genesis 1:3,11 )
To be fruitful means “to produce, to create, to make public, or to bring forth.” What was God commanding Adam to bring forth? Everything He had planned for the earth and mankind before the world was created. When God told Adam to “be fruitful,” He expected Adam to create in the earth what He had already created in heaven and stored in heaven’s warehouse. God expects this same fruitfulness or creativity from us today.
Being fruitful has to do with God producing through each one of us a product or service or idea that will benefit mankind and establish His kingdom here on earth. And because God mandated us to be fruitful, He is obligated to give us ideas (seed).
Each of us are made in the image of our Creator, having the same spiritual DNA to bring forth creatively something new. Wherever you work, in government, education, technology or entertainment, expect the seeds or ideas that would answer your call or mandate to be fruitful as a co-laborer with God.
Fruitfulness will enable you to bring forth heaven’s solutions—products, services, ideas, technologies, and innovations conceived and created from another realm (the eternal) that have never been seen before. That is, you will think thoughts that were in the mind of your Creator before the foundation of the world…thoughts and ideas that will lift humanity and glorify God.
Psalm 72:18 says, “Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel, who only doeth wondrous things.” The word wondrous is described in some Bible commentaries as “great wonders that no one can match; works that leave all others behind.” Wondrous works are what happen when we follow God’s commands as kingdom citizens to bring forth heaven’s ideas and plans into the earth.
Everything Changes When the Kingdom Comes
Again, God’s kingdom is a government, and if you’re born again, you have kingdom authority God has called you to rule where He’s placed you, which includes the command to “be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, and subdue it.”
God’s mandate for us to subdue the earth includes not only bringing salvation and restoration to individuals, but to cities and nations. When you come on the scene as a citizen of the kingdom, everything changes. Why? Because the kingdom of God is in you. All of it!
All of the kingdom can be in me, and all of it can be in you at the same time. What is this kingdom going to do? It’s going to provide and bring to you everything you have ever needed independent of the circumstances around you. And, as I said at the opening of this chapter, it will also empower you to create such wealth that you will be able to meet the budgets of nations!

Letters (part 4)
Oh look! There’s a plot!
I ran into you today.
And by ran in, I mean we fought. And by you, I mean it wasn’t you. The Sith I faced looked like you, sounded like you, fought like you. But it wasn’t you.
Of course, I’m still going to try and get you back, but I fear that you are too far gone at this point.
You seemed to believe, somehow, that I died- by your hand. But I wasn’t there, on the mission that killed you on the mission we all thought was your last.
You seemed unable, at first, to recognize me. My hair is black now, the tips dyed a bright aqua.
I dyed it as soon as I came home today. I took one look in the reflection of a window pane and felt sick. Because you had become something that I didn’t want to remember you as. I saw black, and thought of you, in the dark. I miss the smell of hair dye and spray paint.
When we first began to fight, you reacted half a second slower than you would when I knew you, and after all these years, you should have been faster, so I knew…you were thinking. At least, I only knew after I’d realised who was under that mask. You knew something about me was familiar, I felt the same. But there was nothing to give me a clue as to who you could be, so how could I have-
Then again. I knew the design of your mask was familiar. I was shocked at the detail, I never imagined that an inquisitor would care much about aesthetics…yet your mask was designed to look like a loth-cat! I knew it!
I’m crying right now; do you realise that? You said The Inquisitor I faced said he killed you, that you were nothing but the shell, the old you was gone. I know, it’s close to the truth, but close doesn’t mean totally gone. Close means there’s still hope. There’s still a chance that you can be saved.
We lost Zeb, two months ago. Do you have any idea how guilty I feel? Because the bomb that killed him was mine? I threw that bomb in there, knowing fully he was still…he promised me that he’d get out safe.
He didn’t.
The last thing you said to me was a promise too. You promised we’d finish that stupid game of Sabacc. I hate that game. But you promised me you’d finish it with me.
I’m holding you to that promise.
Hera doesn’t know about this yet. At this rate…I don’t know how much longer any of us will last. It’s really just me and Hera and Chopper and Kallus. Kallus is depressed, Zeb meant a lot to him you know? Hera’s trying to stay strong, but I can see how much pain she’s in. Even Chopper is moving slower. Ap-5 still functions the same, but there’s a lot less defiance, even he can tell when people are at their limit.
Wedge has been around places. He hangs around a lot with this new Jedi your age. Name’s Luke Skywalker. I’ve heard about his dad, Anakin. He was a well-known Jedi in the clone wars. You’ll never believe who his Padawan was: Ahsoka! That’s crazy! Did you already know that? You probably did. Do.
Rex is still fighting strong. He’s strong. He’s lost so many people...he just keeps fighting. He told Luke some stories about his dad during the clone wars. We were all there though. Anakin seemed like a great guy. Rex sure admired him.
I have to go now, fill everyone in on the details. I still don’t know how to break this to Hera.
The green glow of the blade illuminated her face as she brought it down. He deflected the strike, raising up his saber and pushing back. He hadn’t expected her to be so confident with the blade, she could tell when his eyes widened as she sprung back and spun around, slicing below his shins. He recovered just in time to jump over it, bringing the red blade down on her head. She rolled away, coming up in a low crouch and swinging the saber in an arc so she was in an attack-ready position.
The Grand Inquisitor barely had time to recover from his own attack before she was running towards him again slicing at his vulnerable side. He leapt over it, flipping over and blocking three more strikes of her blade. He narrowed his eyes. Why did her form and style seem so familiar?
Finally, their blades met and he had the time to regroup and study his opponent. She seemed still young, maybe twenty-five at the most. Her hair was black, dyed bright turquoise at the ends, and was pulled back into a tight braid that fell to her lower back. Her eyes were a bright hazel, and a face flashed in his mind. He pushed it away. She’s dead.
And yet, everything about this young woman seemed so familiar. It couldn’t be coincidence.
He pushed his thoughts away as he spotted the saber in her delicate, thin fingers.
It was his.
Definitely not a coincidence.
Anger surged in him. His old master hadn’t destroyed it, after all. He gritted his teeth.
He searched through the force, looking for something, anything. Her presence was strong, powerful, yet she was not force sensitive. At least now he had an advantage. Thrusting a hand forwards, he threw her against the back wall, she sank to the floor, pressing a hand to her temples before getting up again.
The gesture made the Inquisitor freeze. There it was again, that wave of familiarity. He looked within himself, trying to find the connection, but this time something was blocking him. He pressed harder and harder but still he found nothing. Her head snapped up as he roared in frustration, eyes wide.
The Grand Inquisitor snapped his arm towards the woman and she gasped, pulled forwards until he held her by the neck, gripping firmly as she tried to claw at his hand. She could do nothing however. The saber she used- his saber- lay on the ground on the other side of the room, and her blasters were absent- she hadn’t brought them with her.
“Who are you?” He growled loosening his grip only slightly so she could speak. She was silent for a few seconds, before spitting in his face. She had guts, he’d give her that much. Not many would have the strength or the courage to do so while being choked by one of the most powerful Sith in the Galaxy. Stupid Vader. He gets all the recognition. He pulled her towards him. “WHO are you?”
She narrowed her eyes. “Why does it matter to you. You’ll kill me anyways.” She choked out.
The Grand Inquisitor heard a sharp intake of breath, and realized it was his own. Her voice…
“The lightsaber you wield. Has it always belonged to you?” She coughed and he loosened his grip, allowing her to breathe.
“I don’t see why this is so-”
“JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION.” His patience was thinning.
“Alright! Alright.” She gasped for a breath as his hand tightened around her throat, before continuing. “No, it belonged to someone I - to someone I knew a… long time ago.”
There was silence. Her name formed on his lips. The Grand Inquisitor let go of her and stumbled back. She fell to the floor, gasping for air. It was her. You lied to me! He thought, his vision turning red. You were supposed to be dead! I killed you! He ripped of the mask that covered his face, throwing it too the floor.
“No.” He whispered. “NO!” As he advanced on her, she backed up, towards his lightsaber. “Why are you here? To taunt me? What are you, a shapeshifter? Come to haunt me for my mistakes? You cannot be who you say you are. I watched you die! I held you in my arms! WHO ARE YOU?”
“I like to call myself Sabine, sometimes.” Now his saber was in her hand. She lit it, and they were bathed in light again, he lowered his face as she began to study him. “Who are you?” She bit back. He raised his gaze and she gasped.
“I think you know exactly who I am.”

“Why do I have to be his soulmate?” She chokes out. “You have to be his soulmate, because thats your destiny,” Luke says quietly, wrapping his arms around her. His mind begins to race with questions about not being good enough, but he pushes them back. Right now his soulmate needs him. “Its like how the world turns, and how the bird fly south in the winter, its their destiny. I bet if you gave him a chance, it wouldn't be so bad,” Luke says softly. Y/N’s hands tighten in his shirt.
“I don’t want to be famous,” She cries out. She tugs on Luke’s shirt more, he is sure it will rip soon.
“It’s okay baby,” The words slip from Luke’s mouth easily. He says it as a whisper, only meant for her. He presses his lips to her forehead.
She looks up, her eyes glassy. He watches her eyes as they change in recognition. She scrambles back to the end of the bed. “I’m sorry,” She whispers, swiping a stray tear from her cheek.
“No, it’s okay,” Luke whispers, edging closer to her. “It’s my dream to be famous, not yours,” He whispers, edging closer again. She watches the inches between them disappear. Luke sees her muscles tighten, ready to flee if necessary. The thoughts of not being enough are back and flooding his mind. Luke struggles to stay focused on her, like he should be. “Y/N,” He whispers, and every single one of her muscles tighten again, preparing herself like a cat ready to spring.
“It’s not okay…Luke,” She says recognizing who it is in the room with her. It would never be okay with her. “How am I supposed to do this?” She asks, the tears welling up in her eyes again.
“No, no, you don’t have to do anything. We are doing this together.” Luke says, taking her hands. He wraps them in his own and gives a small squeeze. Her body relaxes back into the bed. She nods like a small child, willing to believe anything their parents say. “Look, look at what is written on this skin,” Luke pulls his shirt sleeve up to show faded sharpie marks of their short conversations. He had been washing around his arm for the past week, trying to preserve the little conversation they had. Luke had dozens of photos on his phone of the text in its prime. “It’s you and me, baby. Forever.”
“What if I can’t do this? I can’t handle the pressure,” She cries out, trying to convey how broken she is. She is trying to tell him how she can’t do it.
“It’s okay, It’s okay, we’ll start slow okay?” Luke rushes to say, trying to quiet her down again. Trying to stop her tears. “We can’t be apart. So your just gonna come on tour with us okay? We don’t have to tell anyone who you are, we don’t have to tell anyone, okay? All you need to do is be on the tour bus with us,” Luke says gently, trying to get her to agree. She nods numbly. Y/N is still shaking a little.
“Do you want to go to the tour bus now?” Luke asks. Y/N gives a nod. “Okay,” Luke stands, and pulls Y/N up with him. Y/N quickly looks around for her bag, but Luke grabs her face and focuses her attention back to him. “I’ll get our bags later, okay?” Y/N gives an approving nod and they move out of the room, one hand on Y/N’s back.
The two of them pass Ashton in the hall. Once he see’s Y/N’s red eyes and tear strewn face he opens his mouth to say something, but Luke quickly gives him a look. Ashton ducks his head and moves to his room to pack.
When Ashton gets to his room he grabs Emily by her arm and spins her around to face him. “Wha- Hey Ashy!” She says with a big smile. She quickly spots his serious mood and her smile fades. “What’s wrong?” She asks, her body at attention. Emily is a helper, that is who she is. She lives to make people smile and happy, much like Ashton. Ashton tells he what he saw in the hall.
Emily quickly starts going down the stairs to try and catch Luke and Y/N to try and help when she bumps into Mikey right outside of her door.
“Hey, Em, What do you think of Blue? Because Jackie says- Hey! why ya in such a rush?” Michael asks Emily. Emily looks up, panic in her eyes. Michael quickly jumps into action. “Are you okay? Emily? Do I need to get Ash?” He asks quickly. Emily rarely panics, so to see her in such a jumpy state was rare. Emily is more of a calm helper.
“No, it’s Y/N, Ashton saw Luke taking her out to the bus-“ “So?”
“Let me finish Mikey! She was crying, I want to go see if I can help,” Emily moves to walk around Michael, but he quickly grabs her arm and pulls her back.
“No, I’m sure Luke’s got it,” Michael says, but he wasn't so sure. His and Luke’s rooms are next to each other, and he thinks that he heard some crying in there. Maybe even a panic attack, Michael thinks, remembering the heavy breathing and the yelling. Michael pushes Emily back into the open door to her room, “Just stay here, Luke’s got it,” Michael promises, leaving her there.
Michael walks back to his room. He knows what panic attacks are like, and Emily doesn’t, he would be much better helper. Michael just wants to check on Jackie first. He opens the door to the room to see Jackie with her checklist, making sure that everything was packed. Jackie may be punk rock, but she is secretly like Monica from Friends. Always has a list in her hand. “I’m going to head down to the bus,” Michael announces to Jackie.
“What? I thought we were gonna ‘do it’ one more time!” Jackie says, protesting.
Michael shakes his head. “I would love to, but I think Y/N needs me,” Michael tries to explain.
“Why would Y/N need you?” Jackie says, getting immediately defensive.
“Not like that baby, I think she had a panic attack,” Michael says, grabbing Jackie’s hips and pulling them into his.
“Is she with Luke?” Jackie asks, knowing that only a soulmate could calm down Y/N. Jackie had been there for a few of Michaels most recent panic attacks, and it seems like Jackie always knew the best thing to say to help him calm down. It’s odd that anybody can calm Michael down too, considering he likes to be alone when he's having a panic attack. “Then everything is okay, okay babe?” Jackie says. She pulls away from Michael and sits him down on the bed. “Finish packing,” Jackie demands, handing him a list.
Jackie walks out of the room feeling more nervous then ever. Even though she has only known Y/N for a night, she just fits in so well with the girls…. Jackie walks over to Alex, and Calum’s room for reassurance from Alex. Jackie knows if she tells Michael just how nervous she is about Y/N he would storm down to the bus to try and help, which could just make things worse. Also, sometimes people just need their best friend. “Hey,” Alex says opening the door.
“Y/N had a panic attack!” The words rush out of Jackie’s mouth. She is the worst at keeping secrets.
“What? Is she okay?” Alex says quickly, moving out of the room and into the hall. Y/N had told the girls that she will sometimes get bad panic attacks when she is really stressed out, and they are like hell for her. She also mentioned that she is scared to be soulmates with Luke, something that all the girls kinda just breezed over.
“I don’t know Luke took her down to the bus,” Jackie says, and Calum walks up behind them.
“What happened?” He says, oblivious to what was going on.
“Y/N had a panic attack,” Alex says, filling in her soulmate.
“Does Luke know?” Calum says. The girls give him a ‘duh’ look and Calum puts his hands up in surrender. “She is probably fine then. Luke’s got this,” Calum says, trying to reason.
Suddenly, two more doors open on the floor at the same time. Michael stood in one door and Emily stood in another with Ashton behind her. Everyone froze in the hall, they all know what’s going on and want to help, but all frozen, knowing that Luke is the only one who can truly help. Like a movie, they all walk to meet in the center of the hall.
“I have to go down there and help,” Michael says, about to turn away when Jackie, his soulmate, grabs his arm.
“No, we can’t” Jackie says. “Luke is her best bet,” She says.
“I think we should go down there!” Emily says to the circle. He motherly instinct kicking in. “Luke can handle it,” Calum says, his usually quiet voice rising over the rest. “Jackie knows it, and we all know it. You all will just overwhelm her,” Calum says from experience. The boys had helped Micheal out with his panic attacks before, and he would hate it when the three of them would crowed around him asking questions. They did it to try and help him, but it didn't do so well with working.
The elevator chimes abruptly and the group looks over to see Luke walking out of the elevator. Everyone quickly jumps on him, not literally.
“Luke!”
“Is Y/N okay?”
“Can we go see her?”
Their questions are sprung onto Luke, and he feels like he is at a press conference suddenly. He looks around the group, and with their frantic eyes, he figures that they all knew what happened. Luke takes a deep breath and begins to speak.

I just saw Rouge One again and this time I have THOUGHTS (really really disorganised thoughts)
- First time I saw it I was all why does this man have vaporaters?? he clearly lives on a planet with sufficient water. I’m still confused tbh - obvs they’re there because they’re the universal signifier for Star Wars Farm, but in-universe maybe it’s more efficient to vaporate than to pipe it from somewhere - also I didn’t notice that those patches of green in front of his house were fields the first time I watched it - I wonder what the significance of having the confrontation in the field is?? Is it because the empire callously tramples over Galen’s life, over all he has struggled to create, just as they trample his hardwrought crops? Is it because this is a turning point, a new beginning in the story, just as life springs anew from the earth (from seeds planted before, oooo)?? - overall I really like this biome though. it’s nice. - I really liked how his wife is all ‘fuck you imps’ hell yeah this family is equally passionate about the rebellion, I like that - also Jyn’s stormtrooper toy :) we all need the baddies in our sets :))) - I get that Jyn had to watch to make sure the troopers left & probably couldn’t risk the noise of moving. but hell I would have gone straight down into that thing, FUCK - how did the stormtroopers not notice the rocks had eyes :/ - the rings of the planet at the start of this scene also look super cool. although lmao I didn’t notice the first time I saw it that there was an IMPERIAL SHUTTLE in the frame of the first shot, which made it kinda cool but v/ disorientating w/o anything to latch onto - have I mentioned that Imperial shuttles are fucjing awesome? I love imperial shuttles ok they’re the second best - a fun fact: the second time I wrote ‘shuttle’ I made the typo ‘shittle’ IMPERIAL SHITTLE EVERYONE
- ok I love love love the look of that trading outpost that’s in the rings of somewhere. I love settings that are ‘the rings of ____’ and are literally set on a bunch of rocks that make up the rings of a planet, it always looks really cool. could aslo be like the space version of islands - this time it’s even cooler because it’s two rocks joined together. although idk how that would work. super strong space infrastructure - Male Lead’s accent 👌 - tough desicion making, gotta shoot a dude, nasty, grit
- look, I’m trying to do this in vaguely chronological order but whatever - the first time I saw this I didn’t know Tarkin was CGI (i figured they found a cushing look-alike and gave him prosthetics or smth??) and I did not notice at all that he wasn’t real - this time I did know and yeah, I kinda did notice he was just a little little bit not real and I feel like that probably will/does bother some people. I did find myself devoting some of my attention in those scenes just to the fact that Tarkin was CGI - overall though I DO NOT GIVE A SHIT !!! :))))) - TARKIN IS IN THIS MOVIE and I don’t care if it had to look a weeny bit fake for that to happen. - I don’t really mind being remided of the fact that I’m watching a movie, a product of human effort, so little irrealisms don’t bother me too much tbh - Tarkin!! :))))
- Jedah city is really really beautiful - I didn’t notice the first time at all, but honestly it is so lovely - there’s this one shot where we see for just a second, the city peeking over it’s walls - it’s v/ lovely, like a white pearl within a rugged orange shell - I also love the star destroyer (3rd best spaceship) LOOMING over the entire city. Scale. - Does anyone else notice that most of the Star Wars spaceships are either 1) Fucking huge 2) carry like 10 people max or 3) fighters - where’s the inbetween ?? Star Destroyer and Millenium Falcon what goes between that. - also the Imperial Cargo ships look like turtles :) 🐢 - I love how the Jedi had a whole Kyber temple. Like they could’ve just gone and picked some up for their sabres but NO they must have a ~spiritual journey~ and almost die on fucking Ilum - IS THAT THE GUY WITH THE DEATH SENTENCE IN 12 SYSTEMS!? :D I didn’t even realise the first time - I love fanservice so muchhhhhh - I love that .5 second shot of SPACE MARX - I have a lot of questions about the Whills, specifically Donnie Yen - why hasn’t the empire killed Donnie Yen - HE’S JUST OUT THERE BRAZENLY USING THE FORCE ALL THE TIME WHAT THE FUCK - also did Jyn’s mum give her a Kyber necklace? I didn’t realise the first time that it was the same stuff. - well what’s the symbolism of that then. Donnie Yen said something but I forget what it was. Jyn carries at her breast that same thing which destroys worlds. Which her Father used to design a machine to destroy worlds. hmmm. - duplicity - or smth lel idk - i, for one, support Cyborg’s men violently attacking the Empire’s resource train - maybe don’t do it in such populated areas - ah, but the entire operation never leaves a populated area - tough desicion making, gotta shoot a dude, nasty, grit - to be real though, the first time I saw it I didn’t register the initial line that gave the reasoning for the Star Destroyer (Cyborg’s dudes have been attacking the supply chains or whatever) so when I first saw this I thought it was a bunch of random oppourtunist guys in it for the cash that comes w/ precious Kyber - but then they came arrested Male Lead and Jyn and Donnie Yen and Donnie Yen’s friend - is Donnie Yen’s friend also a whill? does this mean not all whills have the force? is that why the whills are still alive? wouldn’t the empire kill them anyway because they’re reminders of the Jedi? - or does Donnie’s friend have the force and has just lost faith - y'see we don’t know. this is part of a problem I have w/ the film that I’ll talk about at the end - i think i saw at least two (2) girls amongst Cyborg’s people. coulda been more though, I mean, aliens? face coverings? - someone else go have a discourse about how most of Cyborg’s dudes look like the popular conception of a terrorist - though that does change a bit once we get a closeup look at them at their base - I really like the look of the inside of Jedah city - ok, how has the Empire not found and killed Cyborg’s dudes? they live within shouting distance of Jedah city in this really obvious structure carved into the rocks - whatever - there’s a really good shot of a felled and buried Jedi statue earlier on, which is super cool - but also why the fuck are the Jedi buuilding giant statues of themselves aren’t they supposed to be 'austere’ or whatever - they had giant statues of themselves in their own temple so whatever. I guess this is from their other temple, the Kyber temple - I love how a centre of civilisation seems to have sprung up around the Jedi temple, as if they know the Jedi there will keep them safe - but the Jedi are gone and it became their doom that they ever had anything to do with them :))))))) - the effects of that horizon ripping are too damn good - also a robot saying 'there are shit odds’ before a dude trys to fly through a field of rapidly moving rocks? I know this formula 😏 - I take major issue with the Pilot going crazy, being crazy for one scene, and then not being crazy at all afterwards. - narratively it makes no sense to have that plot point in the first place if you aren’t going anywhere with it, and it seems a bit callous for him to just 'get better’
- I love how Tarkin is all 'i’m transferring command to me’ - WHITE IMPERIAL IS IN DANGER OF HIS BOSS TAKING THE CREDIT FOR HIS WORK - the empire is really just any other office workplace :) beaurocracy :) - wasn’t anakin’s dictatorship supposed to get rid of this :) remember that whole arc of clone wars tarkin and anakin spent bonding over a mutual predeliction towards fascism :) - it was a lie anakin :) depose the emperor :) - rule the universe with luke, as father and son :)
- I CAN’T BELEIVE ANAKIN LIVES ON A FUCKING LAVA PLANET IN A LAVA CASTLE WITH A LAVA WATERFALL - fuck will his drama never end - exactly how much of his time does Darth spend in his glorified bacta tank? - that shot where darth vader’s shadow is revealed, swallowing White Imperial with it’s sheer size is mint 👌👌 good film making hot damn 👌👌 establish those power relations nice - DON’T CHOKE ON YOUR ASPIRATIONS - the sickest double pun ever know to man
- soundtrack: there is one theme in the soundtrack that I really like until the next note happens - it’s the beggining and swell of the music when the title comes on - I like it until the next note after the swell, which never does it for me at any point in the film
- I really enjoy the fact that Mon Mothma exists - she is Good - also Bail Organa
- ok so they piss off to the Rainy Planet which I think is a really cool biome. It’s nice, my mum hated it with a passion, we had to drive home in the dark while it was raining :) - I actually kinda love how this entire act of the movie is a colossal clusterfuck - and Male Lead has to not shoot the guy! (ok i don’t really see the entire logic behind kiling him since the Death Star is already finished, but … whatever?) - anyway … tough desicion making, gotta shoot a dude, nasty, grit - why is White Imperial shooting the scientists outside in the rain, like, surely it’s more pleasant inside mate - I really love the massive military mistake that happens. The Rebellion ain’t perfect (tough desicion making, gotta shoot a dude, nasty, grit). - I also like this between Jyn and Male Lead (wherein Male Lead gets some character :)) - before there was some stuff between Cyborg and Jyn about 'the cause’ and Jyn is all 'it’s not a problem if you don’t look up’ which is clearly the Star Wars version of “Those who do not move, do not notice their chains.” which is a Rosa Luxemburg quote (bless Rosa btw) - It’s an understandable position, but a very frustrating one - she says that stuff about having 'the luxury to be political’ which reminds be of ()()()THE PYRAMID OF NEED()()() I was gonna fill this in later but honestly I can’t be bothered, basically it’s the idea that only once you can fulfill your base needs like food and shelter can you even begin to think about other shit - anyway I really like Male Lead’s stuff about 'being in this fight since he was six years old’ and 'you’re not the only one who lost everything, some of us just decided to do something about it’ HELL YEAh fight that evil empire. too right you’re right stop being an apolitcal sook Jyn - what’s Male Lead’s name I feel suddenly fond of him. It’s Cassian, nice. - anyway Jyn takes that to heart, bless her (also motivated by Dad I guess), and delivers her nice 'Rebellions are built on Hope’ bit. Which lmao reminds me of this quote about rebellions being built on despair, actually:
- (look how fucked my dash is i don’t understand) - anyway there’s division in the Rebellion, some of them (the guy from sherlock … anderson?) are scared it’s understandable, it’s good, it’s tough desicion making, gotta shoot a dude, nasty, grit
- SOME REBELS REBEL and thus begins the third act of the movie - ok, the third act is the best, the absolute best, it’s tense and holds your attention like nothing else and time isn’t real anymore and the first two acts feel like they almost never happened, like they’re some faint background noise - really I think part of that 'faint background noise’ is that the 'tough desicion making, gotta shoot a dude, nasty, grit’ theme about the Rebellion being flawed, just … goes away. besides the initial rebelion of rebels which kicks the action going the theme disappears - maybe it’s there in spirit since it was some tough desicion making, gotta shoot a dude, nasty, grit, that actually kickstarted the act.. idk it couldn’t really be there for all of act 3 to happen properly and act 3 is the best so whatever. I guess maybe it’s also there a bit when Cassian shoots White Imperial . maybe - it’s also really noticable in the bit where Cassian brings some guys over to help that they are all dudes. - Like I give Star Wars a pass on this mostly actually because they gotta maintain continuity with the seventies, it’s actually quite nice how they end up adding in a bunch of lady pilots etc. (esp. since they cut lady pilots from Return of the Jedi :/ thanks 1983) - idk I just … that was my immediate thought, maybe I’m being silly - even though I give Star Wars a pass I also wouldn’t have minded if they did just make half the rebels women, continuity be damned, I don’t mind being reminded that yes, I am watching a movie ( as i mentioned before).
- Scarrif is such a cool environment. Ok I love it. I also love the shield thing!!! - mind, when the rebels were running through the palms all the palm trees were in straight lines … like … did the empire plant them? - did the empire see some scraggly rainforest and say WE MUST BRING ORDER TO THE GALAXY - or is the empire making money off palm oil on the side??
- NOOO BAIL! DON’T GO BACK TO ALDERAAN?? - when did he say stuff about Obi-Wan and Leia? idk if that was before or what but I dug that. - it was probably a bit before when Mon Mothma (best) said 'war is inevatable’ - ok on that note idk what those other systems were thinking … like … are you gonna overthrow the empire peacefully?
- Except the empire ownes their arses - The Empire: *commits genocide* Anderson: I respectfully disagree with your opinion on Lasats
- anyway, back to rebelling. Jyn’s Imperial disguise is the number one (1) costume the imps have. it is the best uniform. get and maintain that job for that uniform kids. also I wanna know what exactly it is she’s got on her back. - Cassian is v/ scruffy round the face and I’m surprised none of the othter Imps noticed that he was not regulation. I assume that’s not regulation anyway none of the other officers have face hair - I’m surprised noone noticed it was a different Inspector who went in than came out … but … whatever - ON THE TOPIC OF UNIFORMS - THEY STILL HAVE BOMBADIER HATS IN SPACE - i’m fucking laughing - 'I have an inside job pressing the button that makes the death star fire but i still wear this RIDICULOUS HELMET’ - is this one of those stupid military traditions that just keeps going … like … it’d make sense if you were firing artillery outside I guess?? and recieving fire?? but do they not have an alternative uniform for INSIDE JOBS - both the Rebels and the Empire are guilty of this

- X-Wings are the best thing. I love X-Wings. I used to have this old X-Wing toy from 197-whatever that I played with at Christmas (it was my dad’s really, and up in Brisbane). Fuck I love X-Wings. Best Plane - I would not get in an X-Wing though. If you get hit in space YOU DIE - A PARACHUTE WILL NOT SAVE YOU YOU WILL DIE fuck that noise - in the background you can hear ’..aptain Antillies’ - WEDGE WEDGE WEDGE WEDGE - did you know I have to start watching Rebels again because I heard Wedge is in it? like once? - unless captain Antillies of Leia’s ship isn’t actually the same person as Wedge, which he wouldn’t be because Vader captured that ship - i’m disappointed - is Antillies a common name in this universe? - it’s cool how Red 5 dies. now Luke can join up :) - that;s a fucked up thing to say whhy am i like this - I looked over at my dad during this bit and he had his hands to his face bless him he was havin’ a good time
- I felt sad when Sassbot died. which is remarkable considering - I did not feel that sad when anyone else died - because most the characters that aren’t Jyn and are in the 'gang’ feel v/ flat to me - like we don’t know much about them or why they’re doing this at all. We don’t even know really why the Pilot defected (Jyn’s dad … spoke to him?) and that’s basically his entire character?? Pilot is kinda sweet and earnest and defected. ok… i guess he’s endearing but I don’t really have a sound motivation here to make me attatched to him - Donnie Yen I guess is motivated because The Force. I felt like he was in this movie just so The Force would be in it. I guess Donnie Yen’s friend goes along because Donnie Yen does and they love each other. I’ll grant that friendship was sold super well, but otherwise who/why are they? Donnie was a Whill who still believes in the force, his friend is a bit disillusioned to all that. This is their character. - THey did do Donnie’s death pretty well though, even though I wasn’t that sad about it I guess. He puts total faith in the Force and if the Force wants him to pull that lever then let it be so, if the force wants him to die then let it be so. - the weird thing is that when Donnie goes out all the rebels are pinned down by super heavy fire, but when his friend runs out he has a long grieving sequence where … he just … doesn’t get shot - no offense but I don’t think the Stormtroopers respect that he is grieving - sometimes I feel bad for stormtroopers bcs they’re just doing their thing having mundane conversations and then get shot. but maybe they shouldn’t have become imps. but maybe they’re conscripts?? tough desicion making, gotta shoot a dude, nasty, grit - Cassian’s a bit better than the others on this front (ignore stormtrooper digression) but still … - eeh maybe i’m just pulling this outta my arse. I did find the characters had a bit more depth the second time through since I paid closer attention to dialouge etc. though.
- I’m genuinely surpriesed the top of the transmissions tower had a railing on the sticky-outy bit. I’m entirely unsurprised it had an unecessary sticky-outy bit. - I’m deeply appreciative of the fact that Jyn and Cassian never kiss, that they just hug it out. Fuck you do not know how much I am glad for that. - bit weirded out by the fact that the Death Star apparently got shitter at aiming?

HOLY SEED IS THE SOURCE THEREOF
HOLY SEED
Isaiah 6:13; The HOLY SEED* is the source thereof.
Seed*; in Aramaic is a metaphorical term for Teaching.
In the prayer books of the church of the East, we often read: “The seed (teaching) which the apostles sowed throughout the world,” which means “The gospel of Christ which they have published all over the world.”
For example, the words which once fell form the mouth of Jesus, his apostles and followers 2000 years ago now are published in more than 1,000 languages and dialects.
PARABLE; SEED AND SOWER
Jesus said, listen;
Behold the Sower went out to sow his seed, when he sowed, some seed fell on the road side and it was trodden under foot; and the fowls of the heavens came and at it.
Other seed fell upon the rock; where there was not enough soil; it sprang up earlier because the ground was not deep enough. When the sun shone, it was scorched because it had no moisture and the ground was not deep enough for its root to grow and then dried up.
Other fell among thistles and the thistles sprang up and chocked it and it bore not fruit.
Other fell in good fertile soil and sprung up and bore fruit; some thirty; some sixty; and some one hundred.
When he finished this parable, he spoke out, he who has ears to hear, let him hear.
THE SEED IS THE WORD OF GOD
7 of the apostles ask Jesus about the parable of the Sower and Seed. He said to them listen to the parable of the seed. The Sower, who sowed the seed.
THE SEED IS THE WORD OF GOD.
However, hears the word of the kingdom of God and does not understand it, the adversary comes immediately and snatches away the word which has been sown in their hearts.
This is the that which was sown on the road side and the fowls of heavens came and ate.
Those which were sown upon the rock are those who have heard, receive the word with joy and yet have no root in themselves;
Their belief is for a while. In time of trail when trouble and persecution come because of the word, they soon stumble.
Those which were sown among thistles are those who hear the word, but thoughts of this world, worldly worries, covetness, lust and the deception caused by riches choke the word and bear not fruit.
Those which were sown in good soil are those who hear MY WORD with a pure heart.
Understand HIM, keep it and bear fruit, one thirty faithful, one sixty faithful and one a hundred faithful followers.
SEED OF THE WOMAN SHALL BRUISE THE SERPENTS* HEAD
Serpent*; in this instance means “deception” or “lie” In the olden days the terms “devil” and “Satan” were unknown. But the serpent was metaphorically used as an agent of evil forces. This is because the serpent is sly and deceptive.
Genesis 3:14-15; The LORD GOD said, cursed are you above all cattle and above all beasts of the field; I will put enmity* between you and the woman (mother) and between your posterity* and her posterity;
Enimity*; the state or feeling of being actively opposed or hostile to someone or something.
Posterity*; all future generation of people
WHO IS MY MOTHER
While speaking to his follower in the house of Peter and Andrew, his mother and his younger brother came and stood outside. They were not able to speak to him because of the crowd surrounding the house. They sent a message to call him. Then a man said to Jesus your mother and your youngest brother are standing outside and they want to see and speak to you.

MOTHER; WOMAN; BRIDE AND BRIDEGROOM

When the Best man tasted the water that had become wine*, he did not know were they had come from; but the helpers knew who had draw the water. Then the best man called to the Bridegroom (Jesus) and said to him, every man at the first brings the best wine; and when they have drunk, then that which is dilute; but you have kept back the best wine until now.
This is the first miracle which Jesus performed in Cana of Galilee and thus he showed his glory and his followers believed in him.
APOSTLES AND FOLLOWERS CRUSHED THE SERPENT
That is, evil was to be exposed an destroyed. God created no evil, therefore evil it self is falsehood.
Jesus called his adversaries “a liar and father of lies”

You shall be called by a new name which the MOUTH OF THE LORD shall bestow upon you,

You shall also be a crown of glory in the HAND OF THE LORD and a royal diadem in the HAND OF YOUR GOD.
Isaiah 62: For as a young man husbands a virgin, so shall your sons and husband you; and as the BRIDEGROOM rejoices of the BRIDE, so shall your GOD rejoice over you.
MY CHOSEN SHALL EAT

Jesus spoke these words;
Luke 10:10; But into whatever city you enter, and they do not receive you, go out into the street and say, “Even the sand of your city, which cleaves to our feet we shake off to you; but know that the kingdom of God has come near to you.

I say to you that it will be much easier for Sodom in that day than for that city
