Thank you for saying what ive been thinking omfg.
Chris does everything he can. There's very few people in kpop that exudes the vibe that they love music and making music as much as he does. Being an idol is what he worked so hard to get and im pretty sure hes implied time and time again and even explicitly said that he wouldn't want to live if he couldnt be an artist (and that bleeds into shy he loves the kids so much, but thats veering off topic). Im just constantly baffled how many people want him to throw it all away (bc idk how harsh jype would punish him), you know, just tossing out his reason to live, to talk about the war. Yes, absolutely. There are so, so many people dying because of this war, and its truly horrifying, but how many people screaming at him are willing to do what they're demanding of him and the kids? I always see people talking numbers and statistics, but rarely do i ever see someone talk realism. There are plenty of people who could spend their time going out to find ways to help Palestine instead of going online to yell at 8 men who got famous for their music and anyone who supports them. Some of yall have never listened to "antivist" by bmth and it shows.
Yeah, Chris looked so tired in that recent clip and just in general tbh (same for the rest of the kids). Everytime i see a clip of Chris when he said "im going to protect every single one of you" or when hes being super flirty and trolling or recently when he said he cant fix all of their problems, i just think "this man is going through what i went through, just 5 years later than i did." I literally have done all that, but instead of to a massive fanbase, it was to my friends, lmao. Being fiercely protective and wanting your friends to feel comfortable enough to lean on you, especially since they've been so good to you, but its turned into exhaustion bc you met some people who took mad advantage of your love and now youve gotta set some boundaries and limits. Unfortunately, he's an idol, so setting hard boundaries can be difficult without someone saying he's too cold and uncaring with fans or something bc we know just how fair the media can be when it comes to Chris🙄 i aint know him personally and never will, but if my interpretation of those clips are true and if this trend continues, he'll hopefully find peace and a decent balance with mental health in about 5 years time🥲
i really REALLY hope so. i'm not gonna lie, it surprised me like a week or two ago when chris said on bubble: "i feel like my enfj is slowly becoming intj hahaha". literally going from what is supposed to be one of the most expressive & involved mbti's to one that is most associated with being less interactive and more reserved/cold when meeting people. i don't want to say intj's are hardened, i don't think it's like that. but maybe that they just have a harder shell. which makes me really sad. it makes me think he's getting so burnt out by being the one that's always there for everyone that he's slowly needing to draw back to himself.
i hope that whatever happens, he's becoming his most genuine self. but i also hope that he isn't turning one way or another simply because of what's been expected of him. he's so good to us & it hurts to think that he'd have to change bc of stays. but if it's not due to that, then i'm happy that he's doing what he needs to do & i hope he can feel okay with setting boundaries for himself 🫶🏼

Billy hope 😌👀 Girl do your thing♥
OH YES, INTERNET. MY TIME HAS COME.
Warnings: SIZE KINK IS BACK Y'ALL, mean!daddy, degradation, spitting, slapping, jealousy
---
So imagine that you and Billy had been together for a few months
Even though he is a tough guy, he is the SWEETEST boyfriend in the entire world
Like the type that sends flowers out of nothing on a regular day with a card saying "Just wanted to say that I love you. See you tonight."
There was only one problem with this whole thing: he was also sweet in bed
Well, there's nothing wrong with that…
But after seeing him fighting or training you always got so hot and bothered and you weren't exactly in the mood for some slow love making
But he always waited for the adrenaline to end before looking for you, and it was kinda frustrating
You even tried to ask him to be a little more rough with you once
But he mocked you
He laughed and said: "Honey, I can't get rougher with a small precious thing like you. I don't wanna hurt you."
You were now more than frustrated, you were mad
You turned your back to him and said that he wasn't getting anything that night then
He just shrugged and covered you up with the blanket before giving your head a goodnight kiss
He thought that wouldn't last long, in a day or two you would be crawling back to him
Little did he know, you had a different plan on your mind
You knew him. Very little things made him lose his mind
One is work. The other is jealousy. So why not mix both of them to make sure it would work?
So you waited until they announced his next opponent
And you were there to support him on that day that they have to take that pic facing each other, you know? (Idk if theres a name for it)
And that's when your plan was gonna start
Right after the whole event happened, he went looking for you in the crowd
That's when his eyes landed on you… talking to his opponent. Laughing. Looked like you were flirting?
He absolutely lost his mind
He walked towards you and the other fighter looking absolutely furious
His team could only stop him when he was very close to you
You looked at him with a smirk before telling the other guy: "I gotta go now. See you at the fight?"
He noticed Billy's presence and chuckled, saying: "Or after I win, how about that?"
Took like 10 men to hold him back after that
He yelled threats at the other guy and the press filmed everything
Great publicity, to say the least
But man, he was FURIOUS at you
Your plan didn't work. He wasn't gonna be rough to you in bed. He wasn't even going to sleep on the same bed as you anymore
You were heartbroken
Yeah, maybe that went a little too far… you felt stupid
He didn't see you or talk to you until the fight day, cause he wanted to be focused and prepared for it. He needed to win this one because that asshole messed with his girl
And when the day came, all you got was a text message saying "Be there."
And you obviously were
Billy didn't simply win. He sent the guy straight to the hospital
And afterwards, he didn't want to see anyone. No interviews or anything
He just took a quick shower and someone looked for you, saying he wanted you to wait in the car
You did exactly as he said
When he walked into the car, you immediately jumped on his lap saying things like: "Babe, you were so amazing, congratulations! I knew you would win."
But he wasn't having that. He ignored your presence and told the driver to go straight to the hotel
You kept insisting: "Bill, talk to me, I missed you so much…"
Until he snapped: "I don't want to hear it, okay? If you wanna act like a fucking slut, you're gonna be treated like one."
You didn't know what was going on, but you wanted to cry
You just didn't because that would probably make things worse, so you decided to stay quiet until you got to the hotel
You walked through the hall filled with journalists insisting on talking to Billy, but he turned them all off, pulling you by the hand towards the elevator
As soon as the elevator doors closed, it was only you and Billy again. You looked at his face and he was already looking at you
Next thing you knew was that he had one hand around your neck and the other squeezing your ass, and he gave you a hungry, passionate kiss
It was a relief to feel his lips again, but he stopped quickly, because you reached your bedroom's floor
"Before we walk into that room, you have to know your safe word is 'red', okay?" He whispered to you
Your eyes widened. So your plan had actually worked? All you could do was nod and follow him inside
The first thing he did once you were both there, was grab you from behind and unzip your dress in one quick and brutal movement
"Why you got such pretty lingerie on, huh?" He asked as he removed it from your body. "Is it for the winner of the fight? Whoever it was?"
"No, daddy." You tried to explain yourself. "It's only for you, I don't want anyone else…"
"Liar." He pushed you on bed, face down, ass up for him. "Why were you talking to the other guy that day? Making me look stupid in front of everyone. Letting everyone know you're nothing but a whore."
"Nothing, I promise!"
You couldn't explain what you felt when he slapped you. He slapped you hard.
"Lie to me one more time, I swear to god…" He said before slapping you again
"I… was telling him that you were gonna win…"
He didn't say anything, just slapped you again, like he was telling you to continue
"I just wanted to make you jealous." You admitted
"Do you think that's something good girls do?" He sighed
You shook your head
"I asked you a question." He slapped harder than before
"No, daddy, I'm sorry!" You cried out
"Aw what is it, dumb baby?" He sat on the bed and brought you to his lap. "You wanted me be to be rough, didn't you? I told you that you were only a little girl and you couldn't take it."
"But I can!" You protested
He looked you deep in the eyes, and when you thought he was about to kiss you, he spit on your face
You knew that was supposed to be a punishment, but you couldn't help but smile as you wiped it with your fingers before pushing them into your mouth
"How am I gonna be mean to you if you're a little filthy slut who enjoys being punished?" He rolled his eyes. "You know what? I just won a fight and I'm pretty tired. Why don't you ride my cock? Bet you missed it."
"Yes, daddy, I missed it so much!" You said excitedly as he took his clothes off
He sat back in bed and your mouth watered at the sight of his hard cock hitting his bruised abs. "Come here, puppy, I ain't got all night."
Puppy. If you weren't soaked wet already…
You crawled towards him as fast as you could and sat on his lap
You lowered yourself on his cock slowly on the first times and it was okay
But when you started going faster, the way your butt hit his thighs, made you stop immediately
"Did I tell you to stop?" He groaned
But then he saw your hands going towards your buttcheeks and stroking them gently
"What is that?" He chuckled. "Is your pretty little ass sore?"
You nodded
"Good." He said, giving your thigh a loud slap, making you scream. "But that's not my fucking problem, is it? So why don't you ride me like I asked you to?"
You started slowly again, but he grabbed you by the waist and forced you to go faster
"Do I have to do all the work?" He asked, making your go faster and faster. "Such a weak little girl trying to convince me I can be rough to her…"
Maybe it was because you were not used to it at first. But at some point, his hands guiding you weren't really necessary anymore
The pain only increased but your brain turned it into pleasure
You started to moan so much and he regretted not doing this earlier
"Daddyyy?" You called
"Yes, babygirl" he smiled
"Can I cum, please?" You begged
"Why? Feels good getting hurt by daddy, huh?"
"Feels so good, and… oh fuck... missed your cock, daddy, please… I can't hold it anymore!"
"Do it, princess." He chuckled at how desperate you sounded. "Missed this tight little pussy too, come on, before I fill you up."
Didn't take you much longer until your orgasm made you moan loudly and obscenely
And the way your walls clenched around him and the way you sounded were enough to make him cum too
Your weak body rested on his chest and there was absolutely no energy left in you or in him
"I'm not gonna do that again, I promise, but can we please…"
"Yes, we're definitely gonna do this more times."
And then it kinda became a tradition between the two of you to let him relieve his after fight adrenaline like that
He still sent flowers, though.

Oooh yeah the first time I was playing as a female mc because I wanted to romance ava and I usually go male mc if I want to romance a man and female mc if I want to romance a woman (and I think there was one book with where mc could be non-binary so I picked that one but I didn't finished the book), and Stacy's brother felt Hetero™ in a way, like Hollywood ish (? Honestly like cinematographicly bad hetero) but I ended up really loving Andy too, and Stacy felt a little flat but also I really liked her potential, like go crazy girl, and the mom issues.
Apart but holy shit you're 10000% right about that teacher like who inmediately threatens expulsion just like that for something not violent ??? And to an honor student with way too much on his plate ??? Obviously it would have been bad with any student, but you have literally the reason of why he's doing it and as a teacher HE LITERALLY COULD HAVE HELPED WITH IT ??????? Like something teachers can't really help students because it's a family thing only or is a financial struggle or etc but it was literally because of school (and his family, but the teacher could have heloed him with the school part)
(Identity thief anon (also I go by any pronouns ahhshs))
ur valid! that's lowkey what i wish i'd do (picking female MC if my fave LI is female and the other way around, i mean) but unfortunately i always go into the stories blindly having no idea what i'll find </3 so i cant really do that doiajdiosa and then i get attached for the MC i picked so i feel bad about changing their gender/name/appearance when i replay. so what i usually do is that i pick a male MC when i get the option because A- u don't always get the option, so i end up being male half the time and female half the time either way; and B- i feel slightly more comfortable with a male identity than a female one. like i'm still nonbinary and i wouldn't consider myself male aligned or within the gender of Man, but like... when i first came out i went by any pronouns but then because im afab everyone was like "cool, she/her only it is" so i was like fuck that and stopped using she/her. so i feel slightly more comfortable with a masc MC and end up going with that
there's also the fact that it always feels slightly genderfucky to have a male MC because choices is so sexist and also always writes the stories assuming ull pick a female MC, even when they give u the option not to. so when u pick a male MC he's very like not toxically masc and some things they add to make a QuiRkY MC that are very white woman and would feel annoying are actually kind of subversive for my black and brown male MCs. so like another win for queerness /j
ILITW MC in particular i feel has HUGE nonbinary vibes like no reason at all he just does <3 maybe it's just that for once the male clothes for ILITW actually fUCK. i wanna dress in that goth outfit <3 so gorgeous ugh. i love him even tho he's a fucking dumbass
also there's a book where an MC can be enby? worm? ive only ever read one book in choices with any enby characters at all (america's most elligible, books 2-3) but they weren't even a LI which is disappointing cuz they were a billion times superior to any of the LIs. sorry america's most elligible LIs fans
also oh connor IS the epitome of white cistraight man even when u play as a man tbh, like he was just so cistraight to me daouhdsaojdasij he kind of annoys me but also i forget that he even exists until he shows up onscreen and choices starts trying to push me into his lap and i'm just like, ugh, not again
and yeah i think i feel a similar way about stacy. i don't dislike her as a character and i don't feel like she as a character felt flat, her growth was very interesting and i loved seeing her start to challenge her mom like YESSS GO GIRL GIVE US EVERYTHING, she just felt flat as a LI to me ig? like idk i didn't feel chemistry between her and my MC personally, but also like, stacy girls are valid u know
right exactly. like i don't think ppl really understand that a school that doesn't drive people to cry during finals week and feel absolutely crushed by having to be there and that makes ppl feel like they're stupid, not enough, and overwhelmed IS IN FACT POSSIBLE and actually pretty easy to make when we stop treating students like statistics that will get the school more clients/funding (depending on whether it's a private or public school). and like as a teacher getting my degree in brasil it just feels completely surreal to me that anyone would see a student who's so overwhelmed by the amount of extracurriculars and responsibilities he feels like he has to take that he starts taking drugs to help his performance despite it affecting his health, and see that as like... something morally reprehensible? like it is bad that it happened but it's not the student's fault, what's morally reprehensible are the circumstances that led to his decision, not his decision
and like it is very much a systemic problem, more and more kids are taking focus pills to be able to survive the pressure of school and have a shot at a future, either on their own or because we are actually medicalizing not existing to be productive. and if it's a systemic problem then the fault is at the system?? and like holy shit i legit don't understand why choices gave us options like being like "it still isn't enough" when lucas gets rid of his pills, what do you mean it isn't enough??? enough for what??? to FORGIVE him???? for something that only hurt himself??? for something that is very much a systemic problem and therefore NOT HIS FAULT????? literally what the fuck even is this, lucas doesn't have to "make up" for a single thing, he needs to be HELPED is what he needs
like idk i know that the school system in the US is...... extremely backwards lmao which is not a term i like to use because it usually implies imperialistic views but the US is the height of world imperialism so like actually idc. brasil has a pretty progressive constitution and as a teacher my whole education was focused on being critical of the school system, particularly the productivity obsession, and drilling into us again and again that we aren't supposed to just be teaching subjects, we are also supposed to be teaching how to be a citizen, be a critical human being, work towards building a better future, and learning and growing AS A PERSON to be healthy and happy are values of the school system
like that's easier said than done when schools are under insane amounts of pressure by companies in practice to be productivity-driven, and most teachers who actually want to do a good job end up having to live at the edge of the knife and constantly fighting back outside pressure, but at least it is very much a mandatory part of our education to become teachers and also like literally part of the constitution. so i just... i can't fathom reacting the way mr cooper did? like as a teacher i felt BETRAYED, i felt like he shat all over my profession because that is the opposite of what we should be doing, this is a kid who needs help
and just like hOLY SHIT HE DID NOTHING WRONG, what are you punishing him for??? it's not even a like, stealing bread to feed your family situation, because what he did HAS NO VICTIM OTHER THAN HIMSELF, and therefore HE IS THE VICTIM NOT THE CULPRIT. he doesn't have to repent or atone or answer for a single fucking thing, he didn't victimize others, he doesn't have to apologize, there's nothing to punish him fOR??? like i don't believe in punishment anyway cuz im a prison abolitionist but doDAUSDJADASIJDAS???????????? HE DIDN'T. HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. WHY IS THIS WHOLE GAME ACTING AS IF HE WAS IN THE WRONG. OH MY GOD
it's like saying that someone needs to be forgiven for self harming????? like how is it that someone has been hurt continuously until it led them to hurt themselves and then they have to? make up for it to a bunch of other ppl? my god it makes me so mad and i genuinely don't understand the logic, like usually when i see someone doing fucked up shit i can see the logic but i don't agree with it, but this time i genuinely DON'T SEE THE LOGIC. my USan friends said it was because he was technically doing drugs but like i legit still don't understand
anyway any school that drives a student to do something like that needs to rethink their entire curriculum and the psychological effect it's having on kids, because lucas is 1- not even the first one according to mr cooper; 2- even if he was, that'd be the only one who got CAUGHT; and 3- even if there was really only one singular student who went tHIS far, i doubt the others weren't feeling that same pressure and dealing with it in other similarly unhealthy ways
i know that's probably easier in brasil than in the US even if it's by no means easy here because here at least in public schools the curriculum and political-pedagogical plan has to be agreed on by the school community (teachers, parents, students, workers, and anyone who lives in the area of the school) and it's updated every year, so like, you have more means to do something to change the school in a deeper way, altho of course that still has to mean swinging the rest of the community, but still. but at the very least he could have looked for counseling for him? tried to find a way to take some of the workload off his shoulders? given him some more time on assignments? motioning for all the clubs he was the president of to have co-presidents so he was less overwhelmed?
like there was just daodsao he could have done so many things and he justs DIDN'T he chose to not only punish him instead but quite literally THREATEN HIM WITH DEATH because that's what calling the police on a latino student over a drug charge is. like he might've survived but the possibility that he would fucking DIE was very much there, and i know choices didn't think of that because they'd rather die than think about the racial implications of anything but holy fucking shit. and im not even getting into how mr cooper is BLACK because then ill just start biting people like thanks for putting that threat on a black character's mouth choices. if u need me ill be foaming at the mouth
anyway SORRY god why is it that i always get to the salty part within 2 seconds of joining a fandom i promise that i actually like it lives and the way they handled most of their plot, i genuinely think it's a very well written and actually worth ur time story but i just doadosaida like i said particularly as a teacher in the context where i'm being taught, plus with all my political beliefs, i just can't let it go aaaa
also ty for telling me ur pronouns! idk if i assumed them at any time, i don't think so but i might have done so without realizing and if i did im really sorry. also sorry for the gigantic salty reply daojdsaojdaisjsajdoadsaodasj rip me i never shut up

the yan teaches with a darling who’s an active delinquent ( possibly due to home abuse ). maybe even more infamous then da twins, perhaps reaching next-little-miss-red level? But it turns out the darling is super cute and mild-mannered looking despite their firey no-nonsense attitude? thx so much!!!!
Anon, thank you for asking this, it's wonderful! I'm sorry but I may have changed a little bit of your ask ;-;
Reader is a bit of a "delinquent" in the eyes of the strict rules of the academy, but I made them focus more on their own self defense rather then causing chaos to others if that makes sense. Like, reader does cause a bit of trouble to the school's faculty, but nothing much inside school (maybe they focus more on doing things outside of school time, idk, I just think I low-key fucked up your ask, I'm sorry ;-;)
(I just really wanted to focus on these two, because I love them so much)
🍭꒰⑅ᵕ༚ᵕ꒱˖♡🍮꒰⑅ᵕ༚ᵕ꒱˖♡🍰꒰⑅ᵕ༚ᵕ꒱˖♡🍮꒰⑅ᵕ༚ᵕ꒱˖🍭
"- Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no!" [Yandere! Teacher x Delinquent?!Reader - Headcanons]:
→Matthew Robinson:
Oh yeah, he heard about that.
He never really understood what it meant, but he heard a lot of things under the name of Lil Miss Red. Some of the stuff was enough to put someone into jail.
He knew that it was something related to a delinquent from another institution called Saint Bernard, but no one really told him the full extent of the story. More so because no one really knew what happened to that place.
Even though the whole case can be considered a mysterious event, the title of Lil Red seemed to be something well known throughout the whole state. It was a talk subject even in Amaryllis Academy, which hasn't dealt with delinquency ever.
Or at least that's what the school's reports said. Matthew is aware of a case of delinquency really recently in the school, but since it was caused by only one student, the school staff decided that it would be the best to keep that a secret from the general public.
A couple of students know about the incidents, but they have no proof to confirm that a boy really had caused so much problem to the school's faculty.
Stories inside the school get exaggerated to no end, so to hear students say that someone was trying to reach the title of Lil Red inside the school's walls was not exactly a worrying statement. It was honestly kinda laughable, as the first people he thought about were the twins.
They were little troublemakers for sure, but he knows they aren't capable of reaching the level of actual delinquent behavior. And that's when he thought that maybe it wasn't the twins Coldwell, after all, they already have a title of their own, why would they want to change the title of essentially celebrities to delinquents out of nowhere?
And that's when he saw you single-handedly, if you can forgive his English, beat the shit out of some students causing you trouble, students were all around you whispering and gushing at the scene, and only one thing was on their mind.
You were wearing a red hoodie while doing this, so it must be you who is trying to be the new Red.
Now, it's true that any faculty member should be able to give you a punishment for attacking other students, but he decided to take a more delicate approach to the situation as he doesn't know what type of person he would be dealing with.
He demanded that you came to his class after school to have a talk. He was expecting you to tell him to fuck off, so he demanded it in a more affirmative tone. He wasn't expecting you to look so defenseless and almost crying at the thought of getting expelled.
He was so caught off guard by how many times you begged him to give you another chance to stay at the academy and that you were only defending yourself, and that it was an involuntary reaction.
Matthew was just in awe. He was expecting the rudest person to just come in and dictate their rules, not someone so cute, in a way.
All words just flew out of his head. He knew it was self-defense, and he was only planning on confirming if you were indeed the delinquent he was hearing about.
When asked about Lil Miss Red, you're confused, you haven't heard that name yet, he was sure you didn't really know what the title meant in any way.
Relief was clear in his face, he was glad you weren't really the person everyone was assuming you were. Yes, you had started fights here and there in the spend of one week, but you were only defending yourself.
He decided to take his time and pay closer attention to you through the next couple of days. He discovered a couple of things, most of them were really surprising for him.
You didn't care about anyone's opinion about you, you did what you liked and wanted to do, you were confident in your own abilities but also knew when to be humble and ask for help.
These traits were all combined to the fact that you didn't intend on hurting anyone that didn't deserve it. You were friendly despite striking such a stand against those that wished you harm. He really liked that about you.
And then, well, he found out the last thing he needed to know. He should have known this fact in the first place, though.
Instead of learning through exterior methods, you were the one that talked to him about it. You told him how you used to live with abusive parents not so long ago, but when you managed to get enough money and the age to move out, you got out of that hell whole without thinking twice. You learned throughout the years of staying in that house, and then living alone, on how to defend yourself when you needed the most.
I hope you're aware how shocking this is to him. Not only about your story, but the act of you telling him all of this on your own, is shocking to him. He doesn't think he is the best person to talk about personal issues.
But he is glad you told him this, maybe you just wanted to get that out of your chest, right? Or maybe, you saw something on him that you could rely on, to tell him what's on your mind when no one else really understands you.
Maybe he is hoping that it is the latter.
This whole experience is really interesting to him. Matthew still doesn't know who is or was Lil Miss Red, but he got to learn more about you, and that's more than enough for him.
→Madeline Allen:
Oh, dear God, no.
Can we like, not???
How about no? How about she just, pack her things and fire herself out?
She can do that, right??!!
Every single day she hears someone comment something about "Lil Miss Red". Every single day there is someone new trying to be like…. Her!?! Why???
She doesn't understand why she, or more specifically, her ex-title, means so much to people. People never really cared about her until she put some goth clothes and makeup and started calling out her homophobic principal. Or when she dunked her bullies face into the toilet. Or when she burned the whole library and a classroom filled with documents about her. Or when she-
The point is, she is a different person now. It gives her headaches to think about all the things she did when she was inside Saint Bernard. Is, honestly, kinda a traumatic event to her.
Oh yeah, she remembered when she was going to work at Amaryllis and a biker girl was wearing all red and doing that… Stupid ass pose Madeline used to make when she was younger.
Give her a brake, she thought it was cool at the time.
In a way, Madeline hates to think about her past. She is aware that she made some good things but she did it in a violent way. And when things escalated she should have stopped right there, not continue the whole performance like a goddamn live theatre 24/7.
See? She is even cursing, she stopped cursing a long time ago, but whenever her memories come up she just hates herself so much. She sometimes wishes she never was Lil Miss Red.
You know, she only wanted to find out who was responsible for her best friend's death. Only that.
Something that Madeline doesn't know is how important her title means to many of the people that thrive to be like her. She was someone who standed up to people that harmed her. She would sometimes stand up to people she didn't even know personally. Many people see Lil Miss Red because of her physical strength, but only a couple remember how her strength was directed to, even Madeline herself.
Who still blames herself for not doing anything sooner.
She was really planning on getting out of the academy if the rumours were true. She didn't care that she was only working there for a couple of months now, she really didn't want to see someone acting like her again. She didn't want to look at said student and see herself again.
But, when seeing you, she didn't see that part of herself that she hated. She saw someone who has been hurt, and was now standing up for themselves. Ironically, that's exactly who she was when she was younger, but she still doesn't know that.
She felt like she was being selfish by running away from the academy. She felt like it wasn't fair to judge you only based on flimsy rumours she heard. She isn't like this, she shouldn't be like this!
She makes up her mind, and decided to get to know you better. Just like Matthew, she confronts you and asks about your recent behavior inside the school, to only find someone who is sweet and kind, just standing up for themselves, like she thought it was.
She isn't surprised like Matthew, but still a little bit relieved when knowing that the students were only misunderstanding you.
A couple of weeks later after confronting you, she decided to help you with getting more comfortable inside the school as if you continued to cause trouble, you would be expelled.
And although she was curious, she never really asked how you became so efficient in self-defense, it was you who decided to tell her.
Did you trust her enough to tell her that? Or were you just exhausted from carrying this with you?
When you tell her about your abusive household she was so mad with everyone that decided to gossip about you and make stupid rumours, and so mad at herself for judging you without getting to know you.
She even thought you were still living with them, you needed to calm her down to explain everything to her.
She was, glad, that you weren't in that terrible situation anymore, but doesn't things get too tough for you to be on your own? Without family members or friends? Oh, you poor thing…
She wonders if she can help you in any way.

A Rant About Katsuki Bakugo
[Katsuki-stans and the like, you should probably steer clear from this.]
[Also, spoilers.]
Before we start, I want to make something clear: you are allowed to have your own opinions. You like Katsuki? Great! You disagree with my post or parts of it? That's fine! You can have your opinions and interpretations, and I can have mine. That's completely okay! Again, if these types of posts make you uncomfortable, feel free to leave. It's as simple as that. These are just my personal observations; you don't have to take them to heart! These types of arguments are... touchy, I'll admit, but they don't have to be a hell-scape. You got that? Good. Now then...
...let's begin.
P.S. Long Post. You've been warned...
I'll start by saying that Katsuki Bakugo never really appealed to me when I got into the series. I'll admit that I've only gotten to Season 3 in the anime (waiting on Season 4) and I've read up to the end of the Shie Hassaki arc in the manga (I have also had the burden of being bombarded with manga spoilets, but eh, c'est la vie). With that said, I still haven't come to like Katsuki. Telling Izuku to kill himself in episode one has only guaranteed that he'll never be far up on my favorite character lists. I will admit that he is definitely NOT the same character he was at the start, but even then, when compared to fellow classmates and other characters, his growth is miniscule. I get that it won't be an immediate overnight change for Katsuki, but when he's compared to characters like Tenya and Shoto, it's clear that his progression as a character really isn't all that. There are a few things that bother me with just his character in general, but let's start with this:
Handling Katsuki's actions and the consequences
One of the many arguments for Katsuki's character is as follows: "Yeah, he hasn't been explicitly punished for his actions, but the narrative makes sure to punish him with karma!" I used to believe this too, and I actually thought it was helping him develop into a better character. Except, it hasn't. 'Cause Katsuki has barely learned anything from those experiences other than "I'm weak," which is another problem for later. Let's review:
The Sludge Villain Incident. Katsuki gets caught and fails to escape, Izuku tries saving Katsuki, All Might ends up saving them both. Izuku gets scolded by the pros for his "reckless actions" (even though they didn't do anything, the lack of a proper quirk is no excuse) while Katsuki gets praise, which he blatantly ignores because he's pissed at Izuku. He then proceeds to follow Izuku home and tell him that he didn't need saving, even though he likely would have died or have been captured by the sludge villain had no one intervened. And before you tell me that Katsuki stopped bothering Izuku for a while, that wasn't because he recognized that Izuku did something right, it was because Katsuki was busy sulking at the fact that he's only getting noticed by being a victim, which he hates, and he proceeds to direct that anger towards himself. Once again, the only message he gets from this is that he's weak, even though most people are, in one way or another.
The Battle Trail. After Katsuki loses the Battle Trail to Izuku, he proceeds to nearly have a panic attack before getting a small pep talk from All Might and later Izuku. He isn't rectified for nearly KILLING, and if not that then nearly SEVERELY INJURING, another student. Katsuki didn't cooperate with his partner, which was the point of the exercise, and instead decided to do his own thing, which ultimately helped bring about their team's downfall. Again, he recieves no punishment beyond nearly losing his cool and self-loathing. All Might's justification for continuing the Trial is also kinda wack (THE BOY USED HIS HIGHLY DESTRUCTIVE FIREARM AGAINST ANOTHER STUDENT AFTER BEING TOLD NOT TO). Then, instead of a proper punishment, All Might tries comforting him, and Izuku even tries telling him about One for All (though arguably he'd be fine not knowing about it, and he hasn't told anyone else). Katsuki's takeaway from the entire thing is that he'll get stronger and surpass his classmates, which in some cases is admirable, but in this case, it's downright egotistical. No one can be the best at everything, not even All Might.
The Sports Festival, pre-tournament. Katsuki is pissed when he gets 3rd in the obstacle course. Katsuki yells like a disgruntled toddler when his team gets 2nd place (even though that means he gets to advance).
The Sports Festival, Round One. Remember that whole karma argument? Well, that goes out the window when Katsuki just makes a bigger explosion to counter Ochako's well thought out plan in order to win the match. I get it, not every plan you'll ever come up with will always succeed in the face of adversity, but where the hell did that big explosion come from any way? Shoto curb-stomped Hanta in an earlier match, but he was pissed at Endeavor, and he even apologizes afterwards. Izuku broke out of Hitoshi's mind control because One for All isn't exactly a by the book quirk. Katsuki... just creates a bigger explosion because he's strong? Really? IDK guys, it just doesn't carry the same weight as the first two examples. Also, yes Katsuki was pushing close to his limit, but that never comes up again in the rest of the Sports Festival or even the manga until he and Izuku are going up against All Might. His "weaknesses" aren't treated on the same scale as his fellow classmates, which, in the series' case, should be on equal footing.
The Sports Festival, Final Round. Katsuki basically wore down Eijiro in the second match (which is what Ochako almost did but of course Horikoshi can't give Katsuki some proper reprocussions), and then because his quirk produces light, Katsuki easily deals with Fumikage in the third match. He then proceeds to beat Shoto in the final round, and loses his shit. Now, I might be able to kind of understand where Katsuki is coming from, had it not been for the glaring fact that Katsuki listened in on Shoto's Tragic Backstory(TM). He knows that Shoto has difficulties using his fire side, but the second he uses it against Izuku, suddenly all Katsuki can think about is how he wants to beat Shoto at full strength, even though Shoto's situation is not an overnight issue. Katsuki doesn't see this however. He thinks Shoto is mocking him, which is simply not the case, but Katsuki is too self-centered to care. He ends up winning the festival, but he feels like he doesn't earn it just because Shoto couldn't get past his daddy issues just yet. When you put it like that, Katsuki just looks downright petty.
Sports Festival Finale. This is where most people tend to take Katsuki's side, but I have my counterarguments about the issue. Did Katsuki have the right to be mad? Arguably yes, but he could have simply sucked up his anger and waited until after the Festival was done to lash out, and we all know he didn't do that. Midnight had to knock him out just so he could get his hands off of Shoto. Should the teachers have restrained Katsuki like they did? Arguably no, but remember, this is a super-powered society. Maybe someone could have held Katsuki back if there weren't quirks, but Katsuki has freaking grenades for hands, and he has no qualms about blowing up Shoto simply because he didn't come at him with full strength. So restraining him, while unsightly, was probably one of the few ways to keep Katsuki from going apeshit at the Festival, considering the circumstances and Katsuki's behavior.
Katsuki's Internship. Best Jeanist is one of the few characters in the series to note Katsuki's less than ideal behavior. He gets a lot of flack for it , though, because how dare someone hurt the precious explodo-boy! Oh yeah, defend the kid with a massive ego and noticeable anger issues that go beyond comic relief. Besides, what did Jeanist exactly do besides this? Ruin Katsuki's hairdo? Make him wear jeans? Give him actually compotent advice on how heroes should act and interact with the public? The first one I might get, but other than that, Jeanist deserves no hate. To make matters worse, Katsuki learned nothing from his internship! Which segues perfectly into our next point...
Racing Assessment Post-Internships. Once the kiddos get back from their internships, All Might has them do another hero exercise, and the rest of the class gets to see how Izuku has improved. My problem with this is that they immediately compared his improvement to Katsuki's style. I personally don't see it, and I'll admit that Izuku probably borrowed fundamental bits of Katsuki's strategy, but all in all, Izuku came up with Full Cowl on his own. It shouldn't be linked directly to Katsuki the way it is in the series. We also get a nice quick monolouge from Katsuki about how he wasted his time during his internship, even though that was Katsuki's fault! Geez, what an ego...
Final Exams. I won't sugar coat it: Katsuki gets his ass handed to him by All Might. He comes out of that experience with injuries, but you know what? So does Izuku. And if I remember correctly, Katsuki was the only one who wasn't initially willing to cooperate. By God, Katsuki smacked Izuku with his gauntlet just because he was trying to talk. Even though getting through the escape gate is considered a legitimate way to pass the exam, Katsuki is too engrossed with beating All Might (THE NUMBER ONE HERO) to see that, and actually contemplated losing just because he was working with Izuku and refused to accept his help. It took Izuku decking Katsuki in the face for him to start remotely cooperating with his teammate. Izuku was the real MVP in all of this. And what does Katsuki get for his actions? He just passes. No talk afterwards. No reprimanding for his refusal to cooperate. No remidal lessons at camp. Nothing to help better Katsuki. What's worse is the reason for pairing up Izuku with Katsuki. Look, I get that the teachers don't know about their past, but Katsuki doesn't get along well with anyone in the class, except maybe Eijiro, and even that relationship is flimsy! Izuku would be willing to work with anyone, even with Katsuki. So what's the friggin' point!? Just pair Katsuki and Izuku with literally anyone else in the class besides each other! Maybe then he'd learn a thing or two about teamwork, yeesh...
Deku vs Kacchan 2. The Training Camp Ambush happens. The Provisional License Exam happens. Katsuki is not treated well through either, and he ultimately takes his growing frustrations out on Izuku. Now, I was glad that Katsuki didn't pass solely because he didn't approach the later part of the exam with what would be considered a hero's attitude. But then his fight with Izuku happens. It ends, and they both get punished, but Katsuki also learns about OFA, which I personally believes is unnecessary since there are virtually multiple candidates who deserve to learn about it more, and it actually does nothing for Katsuki as a character, but that's a discussion for another day. What really gets me going is on how Katsuki is portrayed during the fight. If you've seen the anime or read the manga, you know the scene where he asks Izuku why he was the reason for All Might's end. I'll admit, it actually got to me the first time through; Katsuki actually appeared human to me. But I think @itsclydebitches said it best in their own post analyzing Katsuki, which you can read here. Here's an excerpt:
"Now let’s make something clear: Bakugo obviously has feelings beyond anger and disdain. Of course he does. I’m not arguing that he’s a sociopath and like I mentioned back during the sludge incident, you can be scared and upset and still be a terrible person. So many people read this scene and immediately jumped on the ‘hug Bakugo’ bandwagon. The poor baby! He’s been blaming himself for All Might’s retirement this whole time!
Is that awful? Does it need to be addressed? Yes. However, you know who else is carrying misplaced guilt?
Literally everyone else in 1-A.
Izuku also blames himself for All Might’s retirement. We get a whole internal monologue on how if he hadn’t crushed his arms again he might have reached Bakugo in time and then none of this would have happened. Todoroki and Shoji also blame themselves for not reaching Bakugo in time. Tsu blames herself for not stopping her friends from walking into danger. It’s implied that other kids blame themselves for not tagging along. Everyone wonders what else they could have done to change things.
I could go on. The point is, misplaced guilt is horrible but it doesn’t make Bakugo special. It’s not a free pass to excuse his behavior, especially when this all just happened. All Might’s retirement has no bearing on everything that came before that. When Tsu felt guilty about her roll in all this she called everyone together to speak with them. Bakugo drags Izuku out to try and pummel him. Everyone is suffering in one way or another, but only one of these kids is dealing with that by hurting others."
When put into perspective, Katsuki's guilt is nothing special, nor is it an excuse. Eijiro felt guilty when Katsuki was kidnapped. Tsuyu felt guilty for reprimanding her friends for wanting to save Katsuki. Hell, if we go back to the Two Heroes movie, Izuku is shown to feel guilty about the fact that All Might's quirk is fading and David Shield doesn't know because he was never told about One for All. The list goes on, but I think we've covered most of the bases.
Plus, even after that entire fight, Katsuki proceeds to regress back to his initial behavior before and during the Shie Hassaikai arc. He doesn't want anyone getting ahead of him, so he expresses glee when the work studies might be cancelled. He wines and covers his ears like a toddler when he hears about Izuku getting ahead of him. Sure, he has a few soft moments, but they seem to be "one step forward, two steps back" sort of deals. They signify his character development, sure, but again, compared to others, it isn't much.
Well, I just finished covering why even the narrative hasn't properly handled Katsuki. Now let's move on to:
The Faulty Relationship Between Katsuki and Izuku
Now, their entire dynamic is arguably hot garbage, but I'll specifically be discussing the relationship between Katsuki and Izuku when it comes to being heroes: "Save to win, win to save" and all that stuff that happened after Deku vs. Kacchan 2.
Let me just start of by saying that Katsuki has done virtually nothing to understand this logic, at least during the beginning. While I will admit that Izuku and Katsuki's initial goals of saving and winning (respectively) are on point, in both their actions and some of their representation in the story (Katsuki only getting villain points, Izuku only getting rescue points), their development from that point is unfortunately unequal.
The thing is, Izuku has been actively working at winning part of being a hero. That's where the problem starts: if Izuku has been trying to learn how to win, Katsuki has learned virtually nothing on how to save. We can see this as early as the Entrance Exam Arc.
Let's look at the chronology of things from Izuku's perspective. He manages to pass the exam in resuce points by saving Ochako (save). He learns to slightly control his quirk during the ball toss, and manages to stay in U.A. even though he was dead last on the rankings (win). He manages to win the Battle Trial, albeit succumbing to his own injuries (win). Izuku is just trying to save people left and right during the USJ incident (save). Izuku dominates the Sports Festival Obstacle Course (win). Izuku helps his teammates during the cavalry battle, who in turn help him and the team advance to the tournament (win/save). Izuku manages to beat Hitoshi Shinsou (win). Izuku convinces Shoto to use his fire, and proceeds to lose the match (save). Izuku learns Full Cowl, allowing him to stop breaking his bones and use OFA more effectively (win/save). Izuku and company take on the Hero Killer (win/save). Izuku helps Katsuki pass the Final Exam by going back for him and dragging him out of the escape gate (win/save). Izuku manages to beat Muscular in order to save Kota (win/save). Izuku devises a plan to help save Katsuki, and later on helps encourage All Might (win/save). Izuku learns Shoot Style to ease the strain on his arms (win/save). Izuku passes the entire Provisional License Exam (win/save).
This is all before Deku vs Kacchan 2. Now, let's look at Katsuki's record:
Dominates the exam and gets first place by gaining 77 villain points (win). Gets thrid place in the Quirk Apprehension Test (win/loss(?)). Loses the Battle Trial while also refusing to cooperate with his teammate (loss). Tries blowing up Kurogiri even though Thirteen already had it covered; later on manages to corner Kurogiri just so the villains have nowhere to run (win/loss(?)). Comes in 3rd during the Sports Festival Obstacle Course (win/loss(?)). Barely knows his teammates and proceeds to act on his own interest while ordering his teammates around with a very small amount od human decency (win). Gets second place in the Cavalry Battle (win/loss(?)). Dominates in the tournament bracket, but is not satisfied with the final battle (win/loss(?)). Learns virtually nothing during his internship out of spite (loss). Refuses to cooperate with Izuku during the Final Exam, only passes because Izuku saves him (win/loss(?)). Refuses to head back to camp during a villain attack after being instructed to do so, ultimately gets captured (loss). Gets saved from the villains by his friends (win/indirect save). Learns AP Shot technique and its Auto Cannon variant (win). Passes the first half of the Provisional License Exam (win). Fails the second half due to his lack of concern for the "victims" (loss).
Which brings us back to Deku vs Kacchan 2. From what I presented above, it looks like Izuku is already dedicated to learning how to win. The problem is that Katsuki isn't learning how to save. That's probably because he's still learning how to lose. He's terrible at it, but Izuku has experience with losing because up until U.A., that's all he's been doing in the eyes of society. A loss doesn't bother Izuku unless he feels like he could have won/saved whatever his priority was at the time, like when Katsuki was kidnapped. Often when Izuku wins, it's tied with saving something. When Katsuki loses, it's either an offhanded win or just a straight up loss. That's something Katsuki isn't used to, and something the narrative hasn't managed to ammend. Mostly because Katsuki often wins more than he should if he wanted to get a better worldview, but that's only part of the problem.
As I said in a previous post, Katsuki's initial focus is solely on winning. Izuku's initial focus is solely on saving.
In Izuku's case, he also has the benefit of being open minded. If you tell him, "You have to win if you want to save," Izuku will understand that. Heck, most of his battles are often initiated because he wants to save something! Katsuki's winner mentality, however, isn't as open-ended. He wants to be the number one, end of story. No one can be stronger than him, and he'll get pissed at anyone who's "weaker" than him for whatever reason. Even if you tell him, "You have to save if you want to win," Katsuki won't fully understand that unless saving means winning Number One. That's the disconnect. Izuku will save in order to win anything. Katsuki will only win if the saving gets him to number one.
Izuku has possible standards. Katsuki's standards aren't possible, even for him.
Well, that's all I got for tonight. This post took a while, but I feel like I did good on my part. Before I completely sign off, let me leave you with this:
I honestly hope that Katsuki improves. But the thing is, I want to be shown that, not TOLD. I don't need Izuku or Class 1-A or Eraserhead or even All Might him-freaking-self telling me "Yeah, Katsuki's great!" and then proceed to see him still acting like a passive-aggressive (and sometimes flat out aggressive) asshole. I don't want him to be "soft" one moment for character development and then proceed to see him act like his usual jerkish self several moments later. I want to see Katsuki's improvement with my own two eyeballs, and for him to stick to it. I want him to progress, even in spurts, with virtually no regression. I want people to acknowledge his development, yes, but they shouldn't have to state or overstate it so many times that it feels fake. I want him to finally come to the conclusion that Winning Isn't Everything, and take that to heart.
When that happens, then I won't hate Katsuki. I might not like him significantly more, but I will have more respect for him. Until then, I'll just be here, enjoying the other parts of My Hero Academia that actually keep me invested in the story, like the protagonist, Izuku.
That's all from me. Have a good day/afternoon/evening, everyone.

Day 2: Fantasy AU
He was caugh, and had no idea what the hell he has done.
Wei Wuxian was an orphan since a really young age, and came from a really poor family, or that’s what he has been told. He couldn't really remember his parents, but he knew they had awesome powers, or he hoped so.
In the kingdom, orphans weren’t really taken care of, and Wei Wuxian, from a family of no ones, was most likely abandoned and had to take care of himself, all alone. This situation led him to not have a proper home, meals or an education.
Because orphan kids were useless, or dangerous, it depends. No one wanted an orphan kid.
But he was a little brave boy, so he steals his food, runs away from mad sellers and hungry dogs, oh he really hates dogs, and never loses his characteristic bright smile and positiveness. And that was how his childhood went on a daily basis.
Until he grew up, and transformed into a troublemaker but handsome young man, charming and cheerful, a thief for necessity, who tried to gain money with the beautiful music of his Chenquing, a black flute he made with his own hands.
No one really paid attention to him, and if he was caught stealing food, he always run from Jiang Cheng and the rest of the knights, and Jiang Cheng never really tried to catch him, understood Wei Wuxian's situation.
Because he was an orphan, people usually avoided him.
The people in this kingdom were special. Each one had a power, unique and special, wich was mixed with the power of their partner, and became a new power for a new born child.
It sounded really cool, wonderful even, but sometimes the combination of powers could result in something impossible to control, an abomination. So that's why orphans were feared or ignored. No one really knew the powers they inherited, not even themselves, and that uncertainty was scary.
Wei Wuxian was used to this, he really had no friends, always alone walking in the streets of the kingdom, with Chenqing by his side.
So when Jiang Cheng one day, out of nothing, dragged him with the other knights at his command, towards The Castle, he was stunned. He was unfairly treated as a criminal, and even if he was careless and a thief, he really didn't remember what could have he possibly done to be treated like this.
"Jiang Che- Ouch! Don't grip me that hard, idiot!" he complained to a knight, then sighed "Jiang Cheng, please just tell me what is happening, I don't understand..."
"Shut up, idiot, you just heve to wait and nothing will happen to you."
"But I don't understand, why am I being treated like a criminal? Tell me!"
"Shut up!"
And he would have kept insisting, if it weren't for the majestic Castle in front of him. He actually almost forgot why he was here in the first place, but a hard pull on his arm brought him back to reality. "Hey! I already told you to be careful! Jiang Cheng~ save meee."
"Wei Wuxian, just do as you are told and nothing wrong will happen, stop being a cry baby!"
Wei Wuxian decided to do as he was told, because the expression on Jiang Cheng's face was really serious, almost worried. He wondered what was really happening here.
So he walked, surrounded by knights, on the luxurious hallways of The Castle.
The Royal Family was a really strict one. The Lan's were beautiful, serious, powerful, and boring. They had so many rules, and Wei Wuxian usually broke most of them, fortunately no one really said something to him either, he was an orphan after all.
But they weren't bad rulers, they were fair and punished the ones that deserved it, so he had no complaints at all.
He was brought to an unexpectedly normal room, with a pretty red carpet in the middle of it. In it, there was a table with two chairs, and a paper in the table with a pen by it's side. Around it, there were chairs and sofas, where all the knights seated in.
Jiang Cheng made him sit in the chair which was in front of the paper. Wei Wuxian could tell there was something written in it, but had no idea what it said. He was illiterate, after all.
When Jiang Cheng went to sit with his subordinates, the door was opened to reveal Jin Guangyao, who was knew to be the General of all the orders of knights in the kingdom. He was handsome and had a kind smile in his face, Wei Wuxian felt nervous, he knew something bad was going to happen.
"So... Wei Wuxian, right?" Jin Guangyao asked, and continued after he'd seen Wei Wuxian nod. "Well, I'll be straight forward... so, you have been accused to be planning a really terrible crime." He told, as if talking about the weather.
We Wuxian could not hide the attonishment in his face. What the fuck?
Jin Guangyao continued, ignoring the expression of his face. "If you confess your crime, nothing really bad will happen to you. You just need to write down in that paper in front of you the crime you were going to commit, and you will be free in no time, pro~mise!"
He was talking as if Wei Wuxian was an idiot. The orphan knew what would happen to him, he would be imprisoned for the rest of his life, and treated as a servant. It amazed him how indiferent this man was. Everyone knew the Lan family did not pardon any crime, and their punishments were as severe as the crime.
And apparently his supposed crime was really severe.
"Um, could you please tell me what have I been accused of?"
"Oh! You don't know?! Well that's not what I was expecting..., hmm, interesting..." he murmured, amused.
Wei Wuxian looked around and made eye contact with Jiang Cheng. He looked irritated, but mostly worried.
'Do as you are told!' His eyes said. Wei Wuxian almost chuckled.
"Well," Jin Guangyao continued "you have been accused to be planning the assassination of the second heir of the throne, Lan Wangji."
He was surprised, why would he, a nobody, plan the assassination of THE Lan Wangji? Who dared to cruelly incriminate him, knowing the lack of credibility his words would have? He felt frustrated, there was no way out of this.
Unable to defend himself, Wei Wuxian thought of a possible way out of this. All of his life, he has been able to take care of himself, get out of trouble all alone, usually from little problems. But this was a situation without comparition, he was completely screwed.
The best option was to just confess. Incriminate himself of something he never planned. At least he would be alive, so...
'Aaah, do I really have to do this?'
"Be honest with me, what will happen to me if I confess?" He asked, serious.
"Hm, you would be imprisoned for some years and at the disposition of the Royal Family." Jin Guangyao said, as if he didn't care. Well, he didn't. "In other words, you would be like a servant and a prisoner, always loyal and willing to please. Not too bad for a criminal, right?" He asked, still smiling.
He sighed, it was the best option he had. He knew Jin Guangyao realised he was innocent, but decided not to say anything about it. How unfair.
"Okay, I'll do it. But I don't know how to read and write, so could you please tell me what to do?" Wei Wuxian lightly smiled, resigned.
"Oh, of course, let me show you what to write."
And Jin Guangyao casually wrote in a paper what he had to copy. This man was cruel, Wei Wuxian thought with a bitter smile, he cornered him until he had no other option to just incriminate himself. It made him wonder what was he hiding, how manipulative he could be.
In the paper was something written with a really beautiful and neat calligraphy:
I'm going to kill the king.
He slowly copied with an almost illegible and trembling calligraphy. Wei Wuxian sighed, mentally preparing himself for those long years of imprisonment.
When he finished writing, the paper started to shine. All of the knights in the room stood up, hands in their swords, but Wei Wuxian was shocked. Who would've known he was going to discover his power in this way?
Because no one knew that the orphan's mother had the gift of predicting the future, and his father had the gift to only be able to write the truth. So, Wei Wuxian's gift was that, anything he writes, becomes true.
And now he was fated to commit the crime he was unfairly accused- the assassination of Lan Wangji.
---
For the @wangxianweek :)
It's not really romantic, sorry about that. Idk maybe i will continue this, cant promise it tho :p
Hope y'all liked it ^♡^

Right
I have things to say about the Winchesters being slightly terrifying.  Y’all ready for an entire essay? Strap in kiddies, I’m procrastinating a thesis and slightly tipsy.
Firstly. Even in height, the Winchesters exceed normality. I want you to consider how high the average interior doorway is. Seriously, go look at your nearest doorway. Pretty high, right? Google tells me it’s 6″6. Dean stands at 6″1, while Sam is 6″3. So, Sam is less than an iPhone away from hitting his head on the top of your average doorway. And unlike NBL, AFL, whatever you national sport acronym is, players, they aren’t just tall. No. Both men are made of muscle.
For reference, a normal man, no, a skinny teenager, could incapacitate me; female, 5″2, 120 pounds. My 5″11, 21 y-o brother can nullify my most persistent attack in about point two of a second, and continue a discussion at the same time. Imagine what a Winchester could do.
Having said that, one of the Australian Jiu jitsu champions is a dude who spent most of his life shorter than me; I should know, I went to both primary and high school with him. Watching him incapacitate opponents several times his size is a work of art. (Do not tell him I said that). Now imagine that same training in a man double his size. In fact, in two men, trained from a very young age.
Secondly, Sam and Dean fight for a living, where the living is literally ‘living or dying’. If they lose, they die. Violently and painfully. I don’t know about you, but I’d have to be pretty fucking confident that I was going to win a fight if I was going to put my life on the line. So to Hunt, per se, as a living, you are a) very physically strong and b) confident as fuck.
Confidence is often touted as an attractive quality. Which it is, and Dean and Sam are both incredibly attractive (what nothing). But imagine that confidence being lethal. I don’t know about you, but I generally find lethal intent a little terrifying. Just saying. SO you have these two, very tall men, who work in a unit, who are very well trained, walk a diner, with the soul purpose of finding someone, and killing them. So you have these men who will use everything from charm to straight up, Geneva Convention banned torture, to get their information. Seriously, they break all of the agreements of the United Nations Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment  (UNCAT).
Thirdly. Vampires, ghosts, shapeshifters, werewolves and demons. Things of myth and legend. The questions that the Winchesters have to ask to determine whether their case is supernatural or just humans-murdering-each-other are mad.  I don’t know about you, but if a dude ask me if I felt ‘cold patches’ in a room, I would straight up tell them ‘yeah around you’ and leave. Who is interested in answering those questions, FBI or not? Guys c’mon. I know it varies from person to person, but how difficult is it to convince someone of a mystical force? And how many people would thoroughly believe that said force might be benevolent? How many would make it God and how many would make it science? And, how many would make it a mental institution? So here we have two grown, confident. trained and intimidating men spouting mystical crap while running around in a Chevvy full of guns? Idk about you, but in this situation, I’d probably favour Chuck’s response.
Fourthly, we are currently in our 14th season. Now, some say we’re beating a dead horse. I say, that’s at least 14 YEARS of Sam and Dean being well renowned, death defying, universe saving, legendary hunters. They show up, other hunters are surprised, they have things to say. In their field, they are essentially Bill Gates (okay no but you get the point). Now to be that hunter, to be that good, you have to spend a good portion of time training. Their Dad raised them in this life, albeit abusively. But do you remember Samuel’s little test for Dean in season 5? ‘Do you kill a Vamp with a wooden or silver stake?’ HA. When was the last time Vamps were the real problem in a SPN episode? I’d imagine that the Winchesters are the cautionary tale that monsters tell their kids. To plagiarise John Wick - he’s not boogey man. He’s the one you send to kill the boogey man. They’re the shadows behind the curtain, the monsters in the closet. Their body count is higher than they are. If the Winchesters arrive, you know it’s universe threatening.
Fifthly, not only are they renowned and feared hunters who have travelled through time, space, heaven, hell, probably Tartarus and Jahannam, they are also privvy to information that was not widely known to most hunters. Remember that Mary, in 1978, didn’t really know what Angels were? She was 23 and had been raised by a feared hunter. These two have fought against Lucifer, God, God’s weird sister, etc etc. They’re approaching 40 and really very little fazes either of them. You could stab a Winchester and they’d be like ‘good shot can you call Rowenna’. Most of their big bad’s? They befriended later. ‘Oh yeah Crowley we kept you prisoner for a bit but no welcome bring your mom, we’ll help you’. So now we have upbringing, physical strength, training, confidence (and a damn good track record of, y’know, not dying/coming back to life).
SO FINALLY lets talk genetics. On one side, we have hunters, and the other, the Men of Letters. So overall, two fairly ferocious families. But Mary kills me every time, mostly because of the excellent casting of young Mary. She is so, so Dean. The first time she meets Dean, she confronts him. She’s maybe 19, while Dean at the time would have been approximately 30. I’m 23, and I run from 16 year olds. But she confronts him, and matches him blow for blow. THEN LATER in 78 (so she’s my age, and I’m still fleeing from high school boys) fights an ANGEL and mostly, bests her.
So we’ve got Mary, the born and bred hunter. But then we have John, Pretty, naive John, who is thoroughly offended that he’s treated as useless, which frankly tells us a lot about him. Where Sam and Dean try to protect their naive father of the horrors of the life that befell them (by his hands), John is forceful in proving his worth. He won’t shy from protecting Mary, and you can see how that might ferment into revenge. That sheer determination; it’s so Sam. You can argue with me, but as a law student, I can tell you that nothing but sheer, cold, logic, like the kind we see in John in 5x13 gets you into Stanford Law. Maybe that’s why he and John clashed so much, and why Sam was so compassionate to Henry; maybe that’s why Dean tolerated his dad more than Sam did. Sam did have a mom, and it was Dean. Because Mary is so upset, so affected by her family, and would’ve protected them at any cost. Like Dean does. (Also I like to imagine Dean being like Samuel, if and when he has a child.). Nature, per se, has given them all the tools to become thoroughly terrifying human beings.
So we have training, confidence, knowledge, experience and genetics. Ladies and gentlemen, I presently to you my thesis on why Sam and Dean Winchester are not people you ever want to encounter.

Ok since I could only post bits of my experience today, I am going to detail it in MINUTE. EXCRUCIATING. DETAIL. because i am hardcore traumatized by the events that happened today and I need to tell it to my tumblr friends or else I will explode.
To keep some sort of anonymity (yes I know that I’ve posted my entire fucking phone number on here but after today I am scared of personal stuff), I went to my roommate’s town for my birthday this weekend. My birthday was on Friday. I went on Thursday. Her hometown will be City A. The second city will be City B. The third city City C. and My hometown, aka the final destination, will be....Final Destination.
I traveled to City A for my birthday as that is where my roommate lives. It’s about 4ish hours from my hometown, so, as I have done many times before, I took a greyhound bus. I’ve literally taken a greyhound 10 times before this, and have never had a problem. It is always very quick and convenient. On Thursday, on my way to City A, they fucked up my bus and I had to take a new one 2 and a half hours later than originally planned, but that’s beside the point.
Today, May 20, I was traveling from City A to City B for a layover. City B is in between City A and Final Destination. So this makes sense that I would stop there for a layover. We got to City B, and the driver says that people reboarding will need to retrieve a reboarding pass from him. He says it is going south towards City C (which is, for informational purposes, an hour south my hometown, aka Final Destination. However, every time I’ve ridden greyhound, City C and Final Destination are on the same route). To be sure I need a reboard pass, I ask the driver if the bus will be going towards Final Destination. He says yes and gives me a reboard pass.
We board the bus 20 min later. I have a really bad suspicion that I am on the wrong bus, but again, the driver said this was going towards Final Destination. And my bags had tags that listed that they were going to Final Destination, so surely the people who put the bags on the bus will see that it is going towards Final Destination.
About an hour into the drive, the suspicious feeling intensifies by a thousand and I have no idea why. I check my map to see where I am, and I am further south than Final Destination. Much further than I should be. In fact, we passed directly by Final Destination. I freak the fuck out and get ahold of my grandma and dad and let them know I am heading towards City C station, which is an hour from Final Destination. My dad is like ok no big deal, I’ll pick you up there. He has nothing else to do.
I get off the bus at City C. It’s a much smaller station than I’m used to, and I literally only see 3 women in the station, which upsets me. I don’t like being around primarily older men if I can help it. So I go outside, next to the doors that lead to the pick-up area. I just sit down with my luggage (idk how it made it onto the bus with me as I literally took the WRONG BUS and it was marked as such on my bag tag but whatevs). Not 5 minutes later, an elderly man comes to me and introduces himself to me. Not his name but that it’s his 85th birthday and he’s a war veteran. I just nod my head and say hello since I’m a polite person. He wants to shake my hand. I shake his hand. I go to college in a big city so I am used to strangers coming up to me, this is pretty standard and nothing out of the ordinary besides the fact that it makes me very uncomfortable. Then he asks me for $22 because he needs to get a ticket to City B. I try to ignore him, but he grabs my hand again. He won’t let go of me. He literally won’t stop touching me. He won’t let go, and people are near me, within earshot, but don’t do anything. I ask him to stop touching me, and he continues. I figure if I give him $1 or something, he’ll go away, and I can say that’s all I had.
Well my fucking dumbass forgot, since I went to City A for my birthday, I was saving my tips for the last two weeks and brought all my cash with me in my wallet. I opened my wallet and the first thing you see is a $20. He literally just takes it out of my wallet and asks for $5 more. At this point, he is touching me closer to places I should never be touched unless I want a person to, and I definitely don’t want this person to. I start crying and he sees a 5 and takes it out of my wallet and walks away. I have no idea what to do, I’m so shaken up. He wouldn’t get his hands off of me, and I lost $25 in tip money, which is half a night of tipshare for me. I’m so distraught. The guy next to me tells me I shouldn’t have done that, that I was too kind. I had no idea what to do. I was mid panic attack from the ordeal that had just happened. I wanted to punch this guy in the face, but I could barely keep myself together enough to stand up and go inside, so I did. The guy who harassed me is in there, and I go in the bathroom to call my grandma about what happened. She got mad at me, and when I started sobbing, I guess she realized why she shouldn’t blame me, and she apologized. She wanted me to call the cops, but I just wanted it to be over. I didn’t want to drag it out more than I needed to. Her only worry was that I lost money, which is really fucking typical of my grandma. I had to remind her he touched me inappropriately, and then she kind of felt sorry for me.
An hour or so goes by, and my dad calls me to let me know he’s almost at the station to pick me up. I go outside and see the old man harassing a group of people who are definitely older than me, but all the women in the group are yelling at him to stop touching them and to basically fuck off. Apparently he made some lewd comments about one of them, and she was much more confident than I was, and told him to fuck off or she’d call the cops. He finally left them alone. I asked them if he was bothering them too, and they said yeah, he kept trying to touch the girls here and making uncomfortable comments about their appearances. I told them what happened to me, and it made me start crying. One of the women got so unbelievably mad that she reached into her purse and stuck $40 in my purse and hugged me. I kept trying to give it back to her, but she wouldn’t take it. One of the men in the group was livid, and he chased the guy inside. He came back out and told me he wasn’t going to confront him yet, as he didn’t want to confront him and have the guy leave the area. My dad arrived. The woman who gave me the money went up to my dad and told him what happened, and my dad goes into an absolute rage. I begged him for 10 minutes to just let us go, but the guy who was mad earlier comes back out again and tells my dad that he called the cops for me.
I had to talk to the cops about the incident, and let them know the guy they were thinking was him was maybe or maybe not him, as there were two men who matched the description wearing similar outfits earlier, and I wasn’t sure which one was which as I didn’t want to look in his face much. The male cops were pretty rude to me, accusing me of framing an old innocent homeless man of assault and robbery. I just started sobbing and told them, truthfully, there was no robbery, I gave him the money. He didn’t necessarily take it, though he snatched them, I told him to just take it. The only lady officer kept consoling me and telling me it’s unfortunate they probably can’t do much, since it seemed like a case of aggressive panhandling, which is not a punishable offense.
They took my information and told me when they review the security tapes in the morning, they’ll call me and let me know if I will be able to press charges.
It was just a really fucking awful day. I’m glad to be home but I had to type it out to process what happened. I’ve been home for a few hours now but I’m still shaken up. I’m mad at men who think that harassing young women is okay, I’m mad at people taking advantage of young people who are just trying to be nice to them, I’m tired of male cops being accusatory rather than helpful to young women who are in a bad situation....I’m just tired.
I’m also tired of greyhound. Lol I gotta stop taking that shit.
Anyway that’s my story/rant of the day! Thanks for listening.

So I just finished Chapter 97, which is where the Yuuei teachers get permission for the students to live at on-campus dorms. Gonna go to bed soon, and pick up tomorrow.
Opinions on things under the cut.
Arc Commentary:
Entrance Exam (1-4): The intro to Izuku was great, honestly? I love that it’s Quirkless Izuku, who doesn’t want to give up on his dream, who wants to save people, to meet All Might and gain One for All. Also, the intro the the universe is pretty cool?
Quirk Apprehension Test (5-10): In which I learned about Aizawa being a hardass, but a well meaning one. because honestly, I’m amazed Aizawa gave Izuku a chance to prove he could adapt to OfA so quickly. Any other kid who continuously hurt himself to use his Quirk should be considered a liability. Not that Izuku isn’t, but he clearly adapted quickly enough.
Battle Trial (8-11): That Izuku vs. Bakugo fight. So good. Also, Todoroki just... one-shotting the entire thing on his own looked so cool, even if it lack basically all of the teamwork heavily implied.
USJ (12-21): Shit gets real fast. And I love it. Also, badass Aizawa, the kids being awesome despite the unexpected attack, and some proof that Yuuei’s staff are actually really cool when they’re not... you know... stuck in a classroom teaching.
Sports Festival (22-44): Holy shit guys. Todoroki vs. Midoriya. That was the best about the entire arc. I watched that entire fight in GLORIOUS 1080p on my family’s flatscreen, and it did NOT disappoint. The animators deserve mad props for the animation in the climax of the fight. It’s just, so good when we do a side-by-side comparison to the manga (as in, so faithful. I am BLESSED). Also, where I learned that Endeavor is a bastard who needs to die in a ditch and stay away from his kids and wife.
Hero Killer (45-59): Stain is surprisingly intriguing, because the dude’s got charisma. And he’s proof that not all villains are in it for the Evulz. He’s more of an antivillain to me? I do feel like the various villains joining the League of Villains because they were inspired by him would piss him off though. The brOTP of Midoriya, Todoroki, and Iida was so good though? And Izuku learning how to use Full Cowl!
Final Exam (60-69): More teachers being badass! And students growing! Just, everything about Aizawa vs. Todoroki and Momo was amazing, from Aizawa being an unexpected softy (and still badass), to Todoroki being supportive of Momo when her self esteem becomes a problem, to Momo being awesome with her Quirk once she gets her confidence back. Also, Bakugo and Izuku against All Might. just... so good.
School Trip (70-83): Obligatory training camp arc! Only, you know, it all goes to hell in a handbasket. But the kids are surprisingly good at dealing with this shit as it pops up, although Izuku being reckless with himself is forever gonna be something I lament (maybe he internalized the idea that he was worth less than others because he lacked a Quirk? And he still thinks it subconsciously because 10 years worth of behavior cannot be replaced in like... 1 year?)
Hideout Raid (84-97): The kids going on a rescue mission, and not getting into a fight. All Might retiring because he fucked himself over for the good of others and to stop All for One. Bakugou being the obstinate shit we all knew he was. Aizawa being confident in Bakugou’s morals. Just... so good.
Favorite Characters (so far):
Momo: badass, smart, awesome quirk, and she’s just... so cute? idk i just love how she’s shown to be cool and awesome and still be anxious and insecure like any other 15 year old. Also, even though she has a fanservicey costume, it’s for a reason, and it WORKS.
Tsuyu: idek? i just really like her? So calm, so collected. Also, just so freaking deadpan. I just really appreciate her cool head in a crisis.
Todoroki: I mean, he uses fire and ice, is kind of a dork, deserves all the hugs (and for his dad to go die in a ditch). And he’s pretty. He matches many of the (very general) requirements for my Favorite Character Type (mentioned in these tags)
Izuku: my god. This fanboy who actually made it by working his ass off. This guy who cares so damn much. I want to adopt him (you know, if his mom weren’t as awesome as she was, and my being a little under a decade older than him). Badass Adorable for sure. Those freckles... so cute! (also meets one of the Favorite Character Requirements in these tags)
All Might: More like Dad Might, honestly. because that’s who I really like. Not the super muscle-bound, #1 hero, but the scrawny, sickly guy who cares so damn much for his kids. He’s adopted all of them, is2g.
Aizawa: BADASS. I screech every time he gets serious because honestly, the guy has a Quirk that is really not useful for fighting multiple opponents? But he does anyway? And is AWESOME AT IT? Also, he cares so damn much for his students despite his hardass exterior. Basically, I’m saying Dadzawa. But like, the stern, tough love Dad instead of doting Dad.
Other Interesting Characters (so far):
In all honesty, most of Class 1-A??? They’re all such good kids (except Mineta).
Tenya: socially awkward nerd boy is my jam, because I can relate. But mostly it’s because he’s adorkable.
Tokoyami: Dark Shadow is amazing, and I like birds.
Bakugou: Okay, I gotta admit, his personality was not my favorite in the beginning. In fact, I wanted to just punch him in the face. But you know what? I love the fact that I get why he’s that way. I love that it’s because he’s set himself to this unreachable standard, that his issues are mostly due to his own pride and the things in his head, and not a hugely traumatic event. because there are people just like Bakugou out there, and it’s so relatable. And I actually kind of like how the narrative is forcing him to confront his issues. Because despite being good with his Quirk and at fighting villains, he’s still ending up in jam after jam, and the reasons always have nothing to do with what he perceives as a weakness. And while I would love to see someone call him out for the shitty things he’s done to Izuku, I feel like with the way the story is going, it isn’t the appropriate time for that yet. Basically, the kid’s a relatable asshole and his slow character development is realistic and just very good evidence that the universe thinks he can be better if he’s willing to try. I’m still not exactly fond of him, but I could get there if we see more character development (and an actual apology for his shitty behavior towards Izuku).
Ochako: I love her motivation for being a hero. Because being a hero doesn’t mean you can’t also make sure that the ones you love are safe and comfortable first. Heroes are still human after all.
Shinsou: this boy. someone replace Mineta with this boy. Tiny Purple Pervert for Awesome Purple Walking-Imperio. His Quirk is really cool, and would be hella useful, but the goddamn Yuuei entrance exam basically fucked him over. Plus, you know, a non-front line/offensive Quirk belonging to a decent person just seems more attractive to me than a Quirk that while useful, belongs to a boy with a pervert streak so odious that I’m surprised no one’s hurled him into the sun.
Not So Cool Characters:
ENDEAVOR: This man. This Man. THIS MAN can go rot in the deepest, darkest corner of Marianas Trench. I NEED to know how the hell no one took ONE GOOD LOOK AT TODOROKI and ask about the burn. I need to know how the hell the “#2 Hero” can get away this something this disgusting. The worst part? All the shit he’s done to his family, from abusing Todoroki to putting his wife into a mental hospital due to his abuse, was for nothing, because he DIDN’T beat All Might. All Might RETIRED.
Mineta: How did this little pervert make into the Heroics course? Better yet, how has he not been expelled for his sexual harassment of his female classmates???? Like, he's groped Tsuyu, “convinced” the girls to wear skimpy cheerleading uniforms, has tried to peek on them twice... Just, I am so offended that he gets to stick around and not be punished for his very un-heroic actions.
Monoma: Dude... just SHUT UP about 1-A being more well known than 1-B. I get the inferiority complex and the jealousy, but rubbing every perceived failure of 1-A’s in their faces is hardly heroic.
Other thoughts:
So, I blame tvtrope’s fanfic rec list for making me dive into BNHA fanfic hell, but I just kind of love the chatfic(/crackfics) that have been popping up. And anything that roasts Endeavor.
Also, TodoDeku. I’m so down for TodoDeku, honestly??? It probably won’t be canon, and I can see setup for TodoMomo and IzuOcha, which I’ll be okay with, but TODODEKU is my OTP.
