have problems with blood pressure, which often makes me dizzy, and yesterday in the bathroom because of the pressure I lost consciousness and fell - my mother was very scared, and we waited another half hour for an ambulance🤣

(everything is fine, I got tangled in the bath curtain and it saved me my head from a concussion, but I sprained my neck, hit my nose and got bruises all over my body)

Internally screamed while carrying you to Donnie to see if you need the hospital. Deep breath of relief to find out, no you don't.

Please tell him what you have and how to help. He's just one big ole softy and he loves you and wants to make sure you're safe and comfortable.

Scolds you every time you lock doors. He understands your wish for independence and privacy but either you leave the door unlocked or he breaks down the door. Your choice.

Can be a bit overbearing at times so don't be surprised if you need to have a talk with him at some point. Let him know you appreciate his effort but it's just a tad suffocating.

Probably knows your medical history like the back of his hand. Wants to know everything to be helpful so you've probably told him something about something at some point and now he has it all memorized.

Call him while at the doctor's office if you forget. He'll think it's amusing that you forgot your own medical history but will still happily tell you what you forgot. He enjoys feeling useful.

Constant stash of water and snacks in his room and kitchen specifically for you. If anybody else touches it, they are required "by law" to replace it or else they get ha'shi treatment.

This man ain't gonna remember shit about what ever the fuck you have. He'll remember the name and that it's a fainting disorder and that's probably it.

This man already has a water bottle stash but he happily lets you access it whenever you need to. Hydration is good!

As soon as he knows you have a fainting disorder, he looks up what it is and suddenly knows more about it than even you do. POTS, narcolepsy, it doesn't matter. He knows more than you now.

Will love you for eternity if you call him while at a doctor's because you forgot something about your own medical history or just don't know the answer.

Surprisingly chill the first time you faint around him??? Like why the fuck is he so calm???

He does his best to study up on your disorder but, much like Raph, he knows what it's called and that's about it.

Has a "fainting spot" for you in his room that's essentially just a nook in his room with extra fluffy blankets and pillows with a basket of water and snacks within reach. Whenever you faint, he places you there and stays close by until you're awake and conscious.

Doesn't worry too much about locked doors. He'd prefer if you don't but he understands that he can easily bust the door down if needed.

If you're clingy after a fainting spell, this man is gonna eat it up. Need him to hold you? Course baby, come here. Need some kisses? Who is he to deny you? Need some head rubs while you bury yourself into his arms? Why it would be criminal to deny you!

He isn't the best at keeping up with all the fun facts about your disorder but he's surprisingly fantastic about tracking your fainting spells. Like, it's Donnie level tracking. He may not know the ins and outs of your disorder like Don would but he can indeed tell you that you've fainted three times this week.

Will chirp if you call him at the doctors. He can't promise he'll know the answer to your question but the fact that you thought of him and called him still warms his heart. Prepare for him to cuddle and scent you when you get home if you do this.

SCOTS / GLASWEGIAN LEXICON: NORMAN CONKS

sometimes i forget i'm not my own little echo chamber and that a lot of people's only experience with scots is an unfortunately translated new years song, scottish twitter memes and one of the many animated characters that never seem to be voiced by actual scots (other than brave, scrooge mcduck, cait sith and soap). so, after a particularly nasty comment on archive this time last year (complaining about too much scots when it's explicitly tagged, for shame!) thought i'd make a wee lexicon of general phrases that appear in my fics but general rule of thumb, scots is phonetic so if it looks a lot like a word in english, chances are it is. however, it is a language and there are rules to its spelling so you can't just throw letters and sounds at a wall and see what sticks.

this isn't an exhaustive list, it's just what i could think of in terms of what i use and write in daily-life.

this can also be used for fanfics generally, so feel free to use if you're writing for a character like soap or drop me a dm, always happy to help! also, after having some ptsd with the "scottish pokémon fem!c" i want to make it abundantly clear we don't say "fook."

In itself, a good movie I liked, I was surprised to love Zheng (is that how it's spelled ?) when I was sure I'd hate how she was shoehorned in the franchise but no she was touching and fun, the humor held up, even if she were not deep I liked the Chameleon (I guess a franchise does need at least one villain who hss no trauma and is jist evil because, she was still likable and charismatic and not exagerated), Mr Ping and Li Shan were amazing and hilarious together (you can't tell me they are not married at this point), I thought I would hate how the Furious Five were not there but they were given a satisfying explanation why that truly made it feel like Po's own journey this time and it felt like all was forgiven when they appear at the very end, Tai Lung was there and even if I was disappointed we were actually clickbaited and lied to (HE DOESN'T BECOME GOOD OR APPEAR MUCH !?!?! FUCK YOU !!!!!), he still finally found solace and a form of redemption or at least a path closer to it by finally being at peace with Po and accepting him as the dragon warrior and grow respect for him which was enough for my 10 years old soul to have found inner peace and feel feels about him. My baby, he finally healed...

But as the way it was advertised... a fucking joke. We were lied to for Tai Lung, Shifu was useless to the plot and made into a joke, Po's new status was super simplified as a magical power, I don't like the different style for the new characters they don't feel like belonging to the KFP universe, the Dragon Warrior is supposed to be known all across China but now only the Valley knows about him, not enough serious moments for too much comedy (it was good sure, but really not the balance the first 2 movies had), speaking of which SO many retcons (LORD SHEN NEVER WAS A KUNG FU MASTER !?! NOR WENT TO THE SPIRITS REALM, HE LITERALLY FUCKING DIED !?!?! ANF KAI WASN'T A MASTER EITHER ?!?!) and oversimplification (magic used to be subtle in the mortal world in the franchise. Now suddenly a DBZ/final boss type of fight really ?), and ALL THE FUCKING WASTED POTENTIAL WHEN YOU READ ALL THAT WAS GIVEN UP ON BY THE SHITTY DIRECTOR WHO DARED CALLING THE ONE OF THE FIRST MOVIES A NOBODY (Then I am told *I* disrespect her for shipping a ship she sees as friends !?!) As a writer/drawer wanting to share my own original ideas in the future, how do you expand on a simple plot you have in mind?

Everyone has their own technique for doing this, but here's how it goes for me:

When I come up with one plot, I write the synopsis like I'm reading the back of a DVD. They usually give you a paragraph that can tell you the jist of the story before you buy it. So after I write a synopsis, I then plan out each chapter on an index card. Each one needs to follow a flow that will lead to the end of your story, with key moments in them.

(For example: Chapter 3 of Wish Granted: See Villains try to capture a Star, flashback of Asha and her dad. Cuts to nightmare of escaping the king. Asha finds out Sabino is sick, leads to This Wish song, Star crashes to Earth in a goofy fashion. Star reveals his human firm, agrees to help Asha.)

From there, I can write out how these scenes link together with dialogue or transitions. In some cases, you might end up extending or cutting out something that doesn't work for you.

After a chapter is completed, I check for grammatical or spelling errors, or if there's dialogue that needs adjusting so the flow is better or makes sense to the scene.

(not toooo drastically. mainly just like. names off by one letter like 'Deng' and 'Hwang' and like.... vera but the E or A is replaced by a different vowel idk.....)

i think it would start off with brian bejng betrayed by like. kentucky government idk bro this show is so goofy. and he eventually stumbles upon ainsley somehow (dont ask i didnt put much thought knto this) and they both end up relating to each other and teaming up to take down the foreign kids!!!! (ainsley doesnt know theres more involved with vera, so she automatically hates them too now, but her main goal is to like. ruin vera first)

so they both plan how to like. track them down and atuff idk turn them in since theyre wanted by thai, north korean, russian and american government ig too.... (i need to rewatch camp camp dawg😿)

Okay!!! I got Lupin OCs!!! Here's one!

Be for warned, Long Post!

Yes, her name is spelled that way and she changed it to be so! Her actual name is Bonnie Anne (Some last name that relates her to an Infamous Arms Dealer in the black market).

Her whole deal is that, she was at one of Lupin's Heists, a big party where all the Fat Cats are gathered to do business and exchanges the Goods.

When she first saw Lupin making his getaway (goods in hand), she immediately crushes on him!

Her story is a work in progress, and so is her color pallet, but the jist is that, she is trying to discorver True Happiness and to keep far away from her father as much as possible. So when she saw Lupin III himself, she felt something! Not sure what it was, but because of this feeling she devises a plan to capture Lupin - wanting to meet him in person!

Because of Lupin's Successful Heist, she takes the opportunity to steal some money and make a getway of her own with her personal body guard/best friend, Galsan (Nicknamed "Terra").

Now on the run and hiding from her father, she calculates and plans the perfect scheme taking note of the heist she witnessed.

She changes her name slightly to be what it is now and with her trusted connections, she was able to set up a temporary base of operations. It would also be the stage of where she will set the trap for Lupin!

Plan: Challenge Lupin III to steal a lost treasure hidden within the confinds of a tower!

The goal: Entice and Steal Lupin's heart!

Bonnie conducts research by contacting Zenigata as he is the only one rich with Knowledge about the Lupin Gang! Of course, she isn't going to let the Inspector succeed in capturing the infamous theif, but makes him thinks so!

Everything that Zenigata had on the group as well as Fujiko was all she needed! Learning about them esspecially Lupin excited her!

I say the time frame took perhaps almost a year to set up as the setting needed to be as believable as possible! Bonnie then has a stand-in (who is male) to announce the creation of the tower and the prize waiting inside! Make him seem like he's the mastermind when he isn't that way Lupin is more interested!

Details: The Tower is built like a gauntlet. The lower levels are available to the public as a museum for the "Lost Treasure". The treasure is displayed in a bullet proof casing for the public to see. Then when the museum closes, it is elevated to the top of the tower under very heavy security and protection!

Now, I'm not sure what Lupin will do as I do not know how to write spy/theif action stories, I can think up concepts. But I do know he not only does succeed, but gets an unexpected surprise!

Plot twist, the treasure was agreed to be faked by Zenigata and Bonnie, but in actuality, it was real and Bonnie is "wearing" it (she hid it between her boobs [and it was on purpose])!

Bonnie used her connections to get the real thing and makes an offer to him!

Offers in order:

- Let her become part of the Lupin Gang! She will supply them with needed necessities through her trusted connections (though she does have a budget)

The jist of what I've figured out for Eden's story is a lot of what I've shared on her artfight page, but I'll expand on here. (as if I haven't already probably typed too much on her artfight page WOOPS kjfdkjlsdfjk)

(I'm going to share some images of creepy abandoned hospital areas to explain the aesthetic of her environment, so to anyone seeing this post, u've been warned)

Eden is a 20 year old (ish. I might decide to make her older later so that timelines make more sense) hospital patient that was emitted [REDACTED] years ago after an accident leaving her in a coma. During the time she was out, the earth's state plummeted, like the planet was having a fever and trying to get rid of the infection. Humans were left to either die, leave via spaceship or other technology, or adapt in... unnatural ways. The last person in the hospital Eden occupies was the one to attach technology to her head, a computer that would hopefully allow her to adapt to the world and survive.

It did end up working, but it couldn't save the brain. Essentially, when she wakes up, she is brain dead. Her organs can function but her brain has been replaced by a computer. By the time she wakes up, the hospital is in ruin and been completely abandoned. She has no memory of who she used to be or what happened to her, and she has to investigate her surroundings and the hospital to find out why.

It's a story I want to make a small video game for. She'd be the character the player controls while searching through creepy environments. If/when I get around to making that kind of game, I'd want it to have at least a few horror elements.

Anyway, Eden would be exploring a hospital like that. Working her way inside to the outside, finding clues for what happened to the world and to herself. One quest would be getting a computer functioning so she can search up information.

That is most of the context. So more about Eden herself. Eden's real name isn't Eden, but she chose it after she woke up and saw some of the equipment in her hospital room with scratched out logos that spelled out "EDEN".

She'll discover she isn't the same as who she used to be through pictures, photographs, and phones left behind by her family and friends. Though when she discovers them they are very worn out. Her computer parts are partially from hospital equipment that allowed her to stay alive before, and other parts that couldn't all be gleamed from her surroundings. Eden does "remember" parts of what it was like being hospital machinery, at least enough to feel very uncomfortable being in a human body.

She's reserved and shy but very curious. It's why she goes exploring the hospital after all. She doesn't get on edge by the hospital's eerie environment, BUT she does freak out from body functions. Heart palpitations, bleeding, breathing too hard, etc.

Despite disliking some body functions, she does like some. Such as the ability to see and identify things. Her ways of perceiving the world used to be very limited given, she was a machine, but now EVERYTHING is new! She likes listening to her pretty much any sounds, finds it magical, and finds it a complete betrayal when something hurts her ears for the first time. (She's also betrayed when the sun hurts her eyes. Rude)

Which along with that, also means she LOVES singing. She's never had vocal cords! How are you humans NOT singing 24/7?!

The closer she gets to the outside, the more plant life there is and more greenery that takes over the environment. In this world, it is very much intended to be like a fairy tale where the earth is able to recover from humans influence. Animals have adapted and there are new ones too. When Eden gets outside, having learned everything she wants to know, she gets to meet animals that she completely adores.

I put down that she dislikes reading on her artfight page cuz it literally is one of the only things that doesn't change for her when she becomes part human. It's boring compared to other things that became magical when she became human. Turns out, the body she got has aphantasia. "the inability to form mental images of real or imaginary people, places, or things"

Basically, she is disney princess TM. I've also debated on creating another character for her to meet once she leaves, a human that has adapted to her surroundings just like Eden did, and giv em a little romance. The other character being the Prince Phillip to her Princess Aurora. But she's still mostly in the drafts. (but I did put "sexuality: Lesbian, she thinks" on her artfight page in the mean time)

When she leaves the hospital, she continues to look for more things related to her past but also looks for things she likes. She finds out she likes a lot of things via her searches through abandoned homes (with animal friends' help)

Her outfit is meant to be a combo of a hospital gown and gowns that make me think of princesses

Her design prob will get updates in the future, I might give her more wires and/or hospital nods like IVs or smthn. Her hair changing is also a possibility given I'm not sure if her dreadlocks would look like that after years of staying in bed and not attended to... I hopefully will be able to find more information on that scenario ltr an get it to be more accurate (but then again ig when are fairy tales 100% accurate. Look at rapunzel-)

But even with that, I can imagine her cutting off her hair after leaving the hospital and growing it out. it's why I say in her permissions that ppl are free to try different hairstyles for her cuz honestly as long as it stays her 4A hair type theres a chance she'd try it out

Anywau basically like, i was an undertale fan during the undertale renissance (is that how you spell it?) And i was fucking OBSESSED over glitchtale (until early season 2 + before camila was outed to be a shitbag) and thought glithtale was very very cool

Ankther thing is that i was a chronic deviantart scroller at the tjme (also on google images) and i love lovr loooooved looking at people's art

So i was like "hey i could do that too!" And started making fanart for glitchtale, specifically that final battle part where they're in The Orb™ in s1

I was doing it in school because at this point everyone was basically just hanging out (my elementary's system was 1st grade to 6th grade (i was... 5th grade iirc) And also had this weird systen where the younger half of elementary would go home 2 hours earlier than the older half (1pm), idk why) and like, because there was literally just 4 people here because small school, i showed my wip to the other 3 people present in the area

This is kind of a "probably better as an actual diary entry" post, but for some reason I write better when I'm posting on social media? I don't lose steam as fast, lol. So, if this sees the light of day, ayo. If not, then I hope that this can be a turning point. I hope I look back at this and am reminded that I am... Thought of and loved in ways my brain may choose to ignore too often.

I have not been doing well lately, I think that's just been my general statement for the last... Year and a half. Big life changes, general growing, current circumstances, etc etc. I've lost a tremendous amount of confidence in myself. I have not been treating myself well. Lately, it has been awful. I was better for a couple of months, and then I wasn't. I was okay. And then I got sick and couldn't really eat. And then I relapsed. I don't feel particularly like spelling it out, but I'm sure the jist is there. And now I can only really go a couple of weeks of feeling better.

I do not have confidence. Everything I do isn't for me, it's for people around me. I need to please my boyfriend so I can keep him, in many different contexts, or else. Which, is extremely untrue, as a disclaimer. He's told me many, many, many times that this is not the case. It's just hard trying to unlearn previous relationships where no matter what I did, I was never enough. Couple that in with learning that some things are just so easy to do now! and you've got yourself a one-way ticket to fucking up a lot of things. And it's been bad lately. I tell myself I have to try and get better, so I can be a better person for those who care about me because I love them and they don't deserve to be treated this way. They deserve to have things they tell me remembered, to have a functioning conversation partner, to have someone that won't internally cling to the ceiling at the words "where do you wanna eat?" or intentionally him and haw about where to eat in the hopes that they'll just pick something so i don't have to because I don't want to be a monetary inconvenience or have to figure out what I want to eat, which is two paths. Yadda yadda. To have someone that isn't afraid to take up space emotionally. I'm petrified of taking up space. Of inconveniencing people. Of having an outward opinion. Of being a person.

Lately, it has been bad. A few days of being better, and then I go back. "Nobody cares" thoughts are creeping in. Within the last week, I've bawled my eyes out 4-5 times because it's all just been so much and I don't care if this kills me, maybe it's better it does. I see the people who are supposed to care about me and I shrug them off. People make innocent comments and suddenly I'm arched and hissing like a cat, how dare you say that? Are you saying I'm not this thing? You're saying you'd like me to change, is that it? And then I'm meek and crying. Of course they're saying that, that's what they want me to be. Okay. Okay. I can do that for you. Just don't leave. Please. I'm so sensitive, it's awful, even for me because I know they don't mean comments like that. I don't want them to feel like they have to carefully watch every single word they say, but suddenly I'm exploding and hurting and they don't even know why. They couldn't even have prevented it.

I don't know how to ask for help. I don't know how to say help, I want to be nothing so people will love me. Help, I don't know how to have an opinion anymore. Help, I'll put up with anything. Help, I want to be a skeleton. Like, I thought about it the other day and I realized that I'm a prime target to be abused. I'm so grateful I'm with the man I am right now because holy shit. I'd be in dangerous territory if I wasn't. It's still a terrifying thought.

Anyway. This is half the point of this word salad. I needed to get everything I'm too afraid to say to people into the world because if I'm too quiet, I will die. Either metaphorically, or I will be leaving the people I love most with holes in their hearts. I've never typed that out, or said it. But now I'm finally really thinking about it, and I know I don't want to do that. I do not want to leave my sister, my boyfriend, my parents, my friends, my family, with one of the saddest stories in the world to tell. I do not want to be an "I had" person. Some days I think I do. But I realize that I don't want that, deep down. I don't want my sister to have to say "I had a sister, but she's gone now" or "when my sister was alive". I don't want that for her. I don't want to promise a future with my boyfriend and then be like, haha, sike. I don't want my parents to have to bury their daughter.

All because my sister bought me a cinnamoroll lip gloss. All because my cousin bought me the zero sugar strawberries and cream Dr Pepper. Because my boyfriend told me on Friday "do you want ice cream? I just wanna take you out somewhere" and a ton of other nice things alongside listening to me when I brought something up to him. It's the way my sister hugs me and the way I see her now. How beautiful and happy she looks. I don't want to steal that from her. It's the note that I put up from my best friend that tells me I'm loved. It's the crown on my shelf from my other best friend because she "thought I deserved one". It's the Christmas gifts from my long gone great grandma that all say "love you" on them and one calls me darling. It's the way my dad calls me by my special nickname and asks me if I wanna eat with him and my mom. It's the way my mom tells me about the movies she watches.

I want this to mark recovery. I want this to mark getting better. Currently, I'm not doing super great still. I'd like to do something unsavory because I still have this nagging thought that I should just make life easy for everyone else and be a prop in their lives. Either someone who does nothing but upkeeps the house, takes care of the dogs and then lays in their room and rots in their free time, or someone that'll make sex easy. You can do whatever you want, it's fine! I'll just weep and harm myself about it later. But it's fine if I hurt if you're happy. (Hard opposite of what the person I have sex with wants, disclaimer.)

I want to upend my entire life, right now. I want to lay and wallow and waste away. But I don't want my loved ones to be hurt more. And I just gotta keep that going until I'm on more even footing and can do things for me. I hope that after today, that voice will be a little bit quieter. I hope that I'll look at my lip gloss, and his stupid, sweet little cinnamoroll face and know that my sister saw him and thought of me. I don't want to make him a painful memory. He's too cute for that.

jegulily was something that happened first during their school years but regulus basically distanced himself from both of them and everyone on that side once he got the dark mark because he wants to protect them (yk reggie and his self sacrificial tendencies)

basically i imagine in this au that regulus faked his death back in 79' and he's hiding out with the rest of the slytherins (besides dorcas) in a safe house and they're working on finding and destroying the horcruxes,

barty, who is basically their groups spy, finds out about the plan and peter being the secret keeper etc etc, he goes to tell regulus that james, lily, and harry are all in danger yk the jist

regulus in response says they can't risk it (very reluctantly) he explains that voldemort is too strong and he doesn't know if theyd be able to pull off the plan, its too risky

barty, being a bit stubborn (and also being pretty smart and good at magic) decides to make up his own plan and basically go through with it anyway, he breaks through the protection spells and warns james and lily and tells them to come with him

(obviously they are very resistant until barty explains that regulus is actually alive and they're all working against the dark lord)

basically then id imagine how it goes with regulus finding out that barty (honestly pretty stupidly) did his plan anyway, but even though, regulus is inwardly happy that all three of them are alive,

james and lily are both very cautious around the others in the safe house for a while so id imagine this fic would mostly be jegulily healing and reggie getting to know harry, and less about them actually defeating voldemort

Hey I'm here to ask you a lore question! A few, actually. Please infodump on me all of the information you have on how Ni No Kuni was during Lucien's time, before he became Shadar. How many kingdoms were there besides the big three, since obviously Halcyon and Bellicosia aren't a part of those big three? Why did that time in particular have so much conflict? (Also this isn't really lore but if you have any general info on Lucien's friends I will give you my life, love, and first born child)

OKAY. HI. sorry it took me a while to answer this but i LOVE these questions i'm so excited. unfortunately: we don't know a lot about what nnk was like in lucien's time, but we can very easily take a guess.

obviously: it was not a time of peace, at least in autumnia. we don't know why exactly the war started, but lucien's diary in dotdd sheds a little insight: "If there were no magic in this world in the first place... then we wouldn't have such horrifying wars, either." "But, the innocence of all the people caught up in this world of magic keeps eating away at me. I want to devote myself to protecting innocence."

so essentially... while the sages were having a power contest, the non magical people were literally just trying to live. we literally have a book from that time, the wizard's companion, that details how awful non-magical tech is, while magic is beautiful and powerful. literally: "Magic can only be used by those who possess a pure heart and who have undergone the proper training. Wizards borrow some of nature's power and use it to humans' benefit. Only those with a pure heart, one uncorrupted by evil, are able to do this. Using machines to triumph over nature is not the behavior of the pure-hearted." not to mention... have you noticed how a few of the battle spells in the wizard's companion describe using them against not creatures, but other wizards? in fact the only ones that describe using them against creatures are things like veil, which are Only used against creatures.

the war was a result of wizards trying to one-up each other, while completely ignoring the people caught up in the conflict. that's the jist of what we can guess. the soldiers - such as lucien - were told they were defending their country, only to go to battle and raze a village to the ground to attack a sage.

just to add more to the pile of how insane this classism was, by the way: non magical people were not allowed to make machines, unless it was for combat. cloud sweepers were a loophole - they're magi-mechanical, so they're very begrudgingly allowed. before the magic was added to them the person who invented them was literally told to throw out everything he'd done so far because it was unnatural for a non-wizard to have that power. they CLOSED THE DOOR BETWEEN WORLDS because ichi no kuni started innovating and people started coming back from there talking about the machines they have and the wizards got scared that their magic would become irrelevant and, quote, "why, powerful wizards could still cast the spell known as "Gateway" and travel to the other world any time they pleased!"

ni no kuni in lucien's time was a power trip for wizards and sages and completely inaccessible for non-wizards, helped by the fact that they weren't allowed to make it more accessible themselves. lucien was a non-wizard who, upon joining the army, trained his magic and discovered how absolutely horrible the system was. and that's why he banned magic.

as for kingdoms... well. halcyon, bellicosia, rubicon of course - though rubicon was a village. fun fact by the way: there's a weird localisation thing in wotww where lucien's punishment is that his whole village is burned to the ground. in dotdd, where the translation was done by fans and is therefore more direct... it's just his house specifically. i don't actually think he lived in a village he lived in bellicosia itself which feels like a city of some kind

as for other kingdoms... the tombstone trail used to be one. in dotdd yuri (i miss her) says that it was a village of mages - and shadar came and destroyed it. the trail was full of flowers. in nazcaan times, it was under the wizard king - hence why he is buried there. it's so wild to think about the tombstone trail as being a place where people lived rather than... a mass graveyard.

i ASSUME there were more kingdoms than there are in wotww. i mean, of course there were - xanadu was destroyed as well. but more than that - i expect places with a majority population of sages were targeted heavily by shadar. ALSO, not info on a past kingdom, but HAMELIN. hamelin is so so interesting because in dotdd it is implied that the roof is a RECENT addition, PLUS the fact that machines like... weren't allowed? in lucien's time? so all of those cropped up in the last few decades, PLUS the fact that it's STILL forbidden for a non sage to ascend the throne... it's a very interesting political landscape where sages, such as the old emperor, are still trying to cling to the past and have it so nobility are ONLY magical, but the people of hamelin are finally allowed to create these things and are stripping the continent for resources and taking over the city to do it. they have had centuries to think of these things. the only problem is... they're innovating too fast, and now the pig iron plain is stripped bare, and like a lot of people have lung disease (which is a big thing in dotdd). it's SO interesting. i wonder what hamelin was like before shadar...

there isn't really much personal info on lucien's friends - there are three of them that you meet in the dlc quests in dotdd. they say they were all different ages when they met. they still talk about lucien fondly despite his reign as shadar - calling him the "kindest friend anyone could've ever asked for". they're ghosts when you meet them in the dlc quests, kept around by the regret they have for not sticking up for lucien back when he was banished - they say they betrayed him by not valuing their friendship over their positions. you retrieve lucien's diary for them, and it says that he had forgiven them from the start, and that he understands their feelings and pain - and they fade away to finally rest. that's about it. i like them a lot.

It was by the end of a long adventure when you decided to return home to Liyue—home to your ex-Archon husband who had been patiently waiting for you. 

The situation has always been like this, and perhaps someday it will change but you decided to cross that bridge when you get there. 

As for now, what's important was the fact that you were back at home, lugging around your heavy backpack as you open the door, yet only to be greeted by something you hadn't expected, not in a million years. 

"Z-Zhongli…? What—"

With eyes wide, your luggage fell to the floor along with your jaw. There in front of the kitchen counter was your beloved husband, still handsome and elegant though his attire has proven otherwise. Only covered by a flimsy plain-looking apron, you could see his whole package without much impediment.

"Oh, it seems you have returned, my love," he replied as if he wasn't naked except for an apron. 

You closed your eyes as you held on to the dining table for support. 

"Right, yes, yes I'm back," you replied, sighing. "But more importantly, could you please explain to me why you're wearing that?" 

Zhongli only raised his brows at you. 

"Oh this? Is it not to your liking, my love? Childe has informed me that this could improve our relationship."

Upon hearing the Snezhnayan troublemaker's name, you sighed again, this time much louder. 

"You really should stop taking advice from him, Zhongli." 

A long hum followed, his hands now on his chin as if thinking deeply—or as deeply as you could in a naked apron. 

"Then I suppose it is not to your liking then," he plainly replied and you groaned. 

It's not like you didn't like it—you really like the view of his buttcheeks for one—but this is just….it's just….

You pursed your lips. You're running out of reasons why this isn't good.

"That's not the point," you told him, walking towards his direction and placing a hand on his chest. "I...just—"

Looking up, you were met with amber orbs, gazing down on you and waiting patiently for you to continue. Yet there was no hope for your reply, you were utterly mesmerized by him at that moment—realizing that you had missed him so much and now he was right there in front of you. 

"YN?" Zhongli called your attention, concerned why you had stalled in the midst of your sentence. 

Biting your lip, you tried to hold off lustful thoughts before you could turn them into actions. But there was no escape. As he wrapped his solid arms around your waist and gently kissed your forehead, you knew you can't stop yourself from ravishing him. It has been too long afterall. 

Gazing into his eyes, you slowly inched yourself closer to him—face flushed as you bumped noses which made the both of you smile at each other. 

"You know what, I won't question the apron anymore." 

With those words, you captured his lips in a soft, gentle kiss as you poured all your love for Zhongli. You missed this, you missed his warmth and the gentle strength of his embrace. He must've felt the same way too, as you felt him grow stiffer underneath the apron. 

Gradually, the nips and bites became deeper, tongues exploring each other again after such a long time. It was quite obvious this wouldn't end with a simple make out session, and while you would rather have a shower first, you were far too horny to care.
