Modern problems require modern solutions. I'm sick of Marinette making her own damn problems and everyone in this show as to coddle her and make her feel better for shit she did to her damn self cuz she can't think for one MOMENT outside of her intense love for Adrien.

Adrien should be given the grace to deal with his damn problems. So no I don't feel bad for Marinette, it was a choice she made and everyone else just let's her do it. Soo..if Adrien finds out, I hope he loses his damn shit. I hope he gets angry, I WANT him to get angry at her. Idc. If they break up..oh well. They weren't together that long anyways.

THIS COULD BE AN INTERESTING PLOT POINT. CHAT AND LADYBUG WORKING AGAINST EACH OTHER COULD BE SOOO GOOD.. lord. Marinette is acting a lot like Gabriel and if this was a better show..it'd be cool to see her deal with that and actually own up to it and apologize properly.

Okay bit of a rant... But I feel like people who "ghoulkeep" (yes there are some people who legit do this lmao) are so ridiculous because they either a) just spitefully don't watch the show b) just don't pay attention c) are the most boring, no fun having mfs or d) all of the above

On the topic of Cooper "not looking like a ghoul enough", have you considered that he didn't become a ghoul/decay at the same rate or manner as the ghouls you're used to.

Besides being mutilated by someone else, he also might've been introduced to ghoulification at a more "controlled" way (kinda like John Hancock) thus making him less "juicy". I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case because (on top of just details in general), they've done a cool thing where they showcased all kinds of imagery of ghouls in the show, enforcing the idea that not every ghoul reacted to the radiation the exact same way.

Anyway, my point is it's one thing to be like "haha Cooper is the less extreme case of ghouls to be thirsting over", but to straight be like "NO you guys are FAKE ghoul lovers" 🙄 Like what are we doing, y'all.

Edit: also yes I do know they went into huge consideration into making him more attractive (the creative team and Walton have confirmed this), but it doesn't negate my points (also they wanted it to be easier for Walton to just act/exist with all that stuff on him for hours on end). Even if they're not the case, WHO CARES. More ghoul havers, the better! ALSO ALSO we have the other ghoul characters who exist for a reason! Having one does not immediately erase the other. WE CAN HAVE IT ALL!! FOOD FOR EVERYONE!!!

The thing I absolutely adore about Sanemi and how he's written is that unless you listen to what other characters say about him and read the little tidbits about him behind the scenes, he does come off as the biggest asshole. We don't see a lot of him being a caring person in the surface story, but there's things and details about him on the side that all point to him being a softer person. Even in his most vicious moments (like the recent ep with Genya) there are reasons for some of the violent things he does.

He attacks Genya not just out of anger, but it also comes off as him low-key wanting to keep his brother safe. He knows Genya doesn't have a breathing style and points out that it makes Genya weaker. His follow-through, on surface level, is indeed harsh because of Genyas confession. But when you look into more about him you can absolutely see that it could be for other reasons. Genya wasn't going to listen to him, so he took extreme measures to "save" his little brother. Is it uncouth? Yes! But it would have been effective.

Sanemi is a complex character who doesn't need a lot of things spelled out because the events that will occur tell more about him than upfront words will. I've been spoiled to a few things already and that's probably why I love the Shinazugawa brothers as much as I do. Both are very well written and I have to applaud the author once again for making another pair of dynamic siblings that I have come to love deeply.
