"people dont want to be seen, stop performing" *sheryl nods, like an authority figure is speaking to her* all the different ways women have to make themselves feel small at the sake of a man to ensure their safety and protection. when sarah experiences a very weird, very dangerous, gesture she laughs it off awkwardly because what else is she to do? that shot with just her in the frame head on clearly contemplating the truth of her situation figuring out if its worth it to even try and run. cut to a scene of sheryl doing something very similar but shes not in danger, right? but she sleeps with him anyway. laura no one is going to believe you not even your boyfriend are u really sure its the same guy you have to be 100% certain sure honey just wait right here ill get the studio exec for you since the cops didnt do anything oh yeah the guard at the desk sorry yeah hes such an asshole right? the men encroaching in the frame of the women make urself small no one's going to believe you he's not taking the hint just leave just leave im so stupid for letting him in everythings a risk, i don't date much haha, oh that's just la, dear. it's okay, baby, i'm just so embarrassed, don't look don't look believe me believe me okay now run. Memory loss doesn't work because unless you're telling me YQY is now at the mental age of an 8 year old SJ has been there for the whole ride (except when YQY left him, but still the point stands). So that got me thinking: SY that transmigrates as YQY, freaks out and skedaddles.

Somehow YQY has an affinity for creating -- weapons can't be that far from carefully crafted words, can they? SY creates a gun because the only thing he remembers clearly about a weapon was the full information on how to create 3D printed guns that he found on an internet deep dive. He changes up YQY's colour scheme - white's the opposite of black, you can't really go wrong there - and wears a weimao, which admittedly looks a little funny because YQY is pretty buff and it creates an interesting juxtaposition. Now, he has to figure out a way to disconnect himself from Xuan Su AND convince the townsfolk of the remote border town he's settled in that he isnt an immortal (technically he is but, ahem, details)

Whilst YQY has, to the eyes of the cultivation world, died while out on a nighthunt, the infamous Qing Jing Peak Lord has been mourning, oscillating between lashing out and being silent for months. The most famous lashing out is related to a series of R rated novels "The Two Lords" detailing people suspiciously similar to YQY and himself.

He decides the sun and flower seeds are the way to go because after inspecting the absolute mesh of scars across his body, it seems like YQY's shizun bound the sword to his body instead of his soul!! Of course who better to get the seeds than the trusty traitor SQH? Cue SQH scurrying around in fear of the immortal in white with - IS THAT A GUN???

SY gets a new body (fancier this time - he has YQY's excellent spiritual roots yet the new body looks a little more like his old one) and somehow YQY got slotted back into one of the other plants SQH was growing as backup!!! But oh no. Now that YQY's free of the shackles and knows that SJ is mourning + can confess to SJ, he's probably going to go feral, isn't he.

guys. i dont think you understand. i literally watched alien stage the whole time it was going right. i watched round 6 when it came out in april. shed a few tears. not a big deal. moped for an hour.

idk i grew attached to ivantill. i don't even think it's ivan's death im acc sad about. YES, of course im sad about it, but i think im just more worried/scared to see how till reacts to all of this. does he regret it? does he loose in round 7? do ivan's efforts to keep him alive go in vain?

im gonna be fr rn, i actually think it would be better for my mental health if till died in round 7. DONT GET ME WRONG, i love till, he's actually tied with ivan for being my favorite character, but i think it'll hurt me more if in the end, till lives. because that means he can regret. that means he can be sad. and i think if both of them die, at least i can have a little peace of mind knowing that neither can be hurt anymore by the other's death. then again, if till gets saved by hyuna and mizi... not exactly complaining there.

tldr: an ot7 account made a big thread on why seunghan is vital to riize's lineup, talents and visuals wise. they explain why his dancing is needed to balance the team but some taro/wonbin stans took it as shade towards their biases dance skills and ended up seeming lowkey ot6..

so everything started with this ot7 user posting a thread in korean about how seunghan is vital and unreplaceable within riize. they mentioned things like how his visuals and proportions blend the group properly, how he’s the mood maker and has good sense in variety and comedy contents, etc. very well written thread btw, here’s the link to read it if u havent already !

anyways, the issue started bc of the part where nomad talked about seunghan’s dance position within riize. they praised him for his flexible movements in contrast to shotaro and wonbin’s “rough street dancing and standard styles.” they also said that after watching the member’s fancams, seunghan is the member best at “using his upper body” and “highlighting the details of the choreography.”

here is the whole translated paragraph transcribed from the ss:

“Additionally, in order to widen the range of performance types that a group can handle, it is best if the specialized styles of each dance member do not overlap too much. While Shotaro and Wonbin's characteristics are rough street dancing and standard styles, respectively, Seunghan's style, in contrast, is very flexible and allows him to control the strength and weakness well. this thread sparked a lot of seunghan praise:

now idk abt yall but after reading all these, the first thing on my mind isnt “ok but what about x member..”. this is clearly about seunghan, how he affects the performance/stage/vocal dynamic of the group, and what they lose without him. this is for seunghan and about seunghan, RELATIVE to the other members, not comparative. but some people clearly have other things in mind..

again i just think its crazy how u can call urself ot7 when u dont believe he’s indispensable to the group? the whole point of nomad’s thread was to showcase what seunghan brought to riize, and why this ot6 body isn’t bringing out their full potential as vocal&performance artists. there are so many things to take into account here:

because one member is good at a certain aspect of a skill doesn’t make another members’ any less than..

the thread was to show seunghan’s unique differences from any other member, and highlight what the group loses by not having him. not to say “hes better at x than y member,” but to say “this is how seungan’s skill contrasts any other member and creates a better result.”

riize is a team, teams have members, members are going to have distinct styles that they execute best. shotaro is obviously the main dancer as he's very versatile and can cover a wide range of movement, but that doesn't change the fact there are details & aspects of seunghan’s dancing that he makes most noticeable, & that differ and contrast shotaro’s in a good way. those differences make them look better as a group. like yes taro is a pro dancer, but he has a more "x" style while seunghan accentuates more "y" movements, and "x" and "y" work together perfectly with the rest of the members on stage. its not about who is better, it’s about how they look together as one.

i feel like some taro/wonbin stans are referring to individual skills, which explains why they're bringing up taro's past as a dancer. individual skill is a whole different story, and again, that wasn't the purpose of the thread, it was to show what riize loses as a group by not having seunghan.

the “better at moving his upper body” part is one of those details seunghan highlights, but that comment is an opinion on nomad’s part, so ofc u can disagree with it. however the undeniable fact is that seunghan is very talented at dancing with his upper body, and whether x member is better than him or not isnt the point - it was included to show how he and only he executes it differently than others to create an enhanced look on stage. i think its funny how theres literally a part of the thread where wonbin is agreeing that seunghan has the most flexible upper body in an interview but some milkteas were still acting like nomad saying that is a snub to taro??😭

getting mad at a seunghan praise tweet for praising seunghan is odd behavior. u can of course have preferences, but to call it “discrediting” shotaro is a huge stretch. no one is downplaying shotaro’s skills as a dancer, in fact nomad’s thread is one of the only threads ive seen actually articulating and placing focus on seunghan’s dancing, so to say it was “objectively untrue” is crazy and i think we should just let hongjjangus have nice things. if u disagree, and think taro is better at something, gone ahead and make ur own thread like this user did (maybe with a less shady caption🤕) instead of creating a space for people to feel comfortable demeaning seunghan's skills comparatively to other members.

A ship I have with said character: im very open to most subaru ships!!! i just love a lot of them—reinsuba, ottosuba, emisuba, remsuba, julisuba… i just like how each kind of dynamic with subaru has so much range like even in just main route alone?? and then you factor in the ifs and it gets So Interesting. theres so much history with each pairing and so much to explore, whether its platonic or romantic. and subaru has a LOT of love in his heart.

i just like each pairing for different reasons hah—like ok ive talked a lot about reinsuba and emisuba already in other asks so. i DO like remsuba okay. not in the sense that i want it to be the endgame ship in main route bc thats very much not happening and i would prefer The Most Detailed emisuba development of all time. which would be more thematically relevant <3 but i DO ADORE remsubas relationship in general. like its so so complicated??? like. yeah theres the conflict in arc 2. theres the conflict in arc 7 with her waking up and being different and being so mean to him about natsumi :((( theres her “youre my hero” versus “youre not a hero” WHICH. URHGHF ITS SO GOOD….. and like yeah remsuba really do be. iffy. in terms of how healthy it is. but its so complicated bc you also have rem being like—she was like the first person, narratively, to be willing to DIE to save subaru the exact way he does for other people (including rem). and then the famous from zero scene in season one which is a MASTERPIECE but i hate how people fixate on “i love emilia” LIKE REM IS HAPPY FOR SUBARU. SHE IS HAPPY AS LONG AS HE IS. EVEN IF HE DOESNT LIKE HER BACK. but also he did like her back romantically for a time. and also of course rem had her fixation on subaru :(( subaru had his own obsession for emilia while rem had hers for subaru pre-being gluttonyed?? :(( yeah like. remsuba being so complicated is so interesting to me. like she and subaru are very passionate people yes. but also they do need to learn to tone it down sometimes you know? REM ESPECIALLY TOO BECAUSE EVEN AFTER SHE STOPS BEING MURDERY TOWARDS HIM… FOR EXAMPLE IN SEASON ONE SHE WOULD CANONICALLY GO TO HIS ROOM IN THE MORNING AND WAIT FOR HIM TO WAKE UP…. like she'd just sit there at his bedside and Stare at him... like girl chill a bit its okay T^T i havent read sloth if. but it seems like they learned to mellow out and have a happy life T^T apart from. a shit ton of people dying in the background and also subaru dying of old age and resetting back to arc 3. i am interested to see if we’ll get further remsuba closure in arc 8 yes. but also im bonking subaru on the head in arc 7 for saying even REM TORTURING HIM was a fond memory. pls let this be addressed again later i swear sodndn.

ok also julisuba and ottosuba. i am no expert on julisuba but on the other hand i have analyzed Too Much Ottosuba so perhaps i am an expert there wodndn. but YEAH i love those ships. they have so much history and moments between them and they are. definitely the more Explicit evidence of subaru being bi (between subarus Interest in julius and reid calling julisuba boyfriends and SUBARUS INTEREST IN JULIUS... vs ottosuba repeatedly being like “omg do you Like Like me?” “NO I DONT SHUT UP” and also their continued divorce arc dynamics yep). but also i will say i really like ottosuba because specifically they are the subaru pairing where theyre like. Very Much Closer To Being Equals. if theyre not already equals in something. like in terms of power levels and intellect and their very loving families and previous inability to fit in or be believed by people and also their status in the narrative as Being Just A Guy in comparison to everyone else. and yet ottosuba are the MOST important members to their camp for their jobs—subaru keeps everyone alive, and otto handles All the politics, which we see over and over again. they are literally THE power duo. otto is so so important too as the second person to die FOR subaru the same way subarus died for others. like the paralleling of otto pushing subaru out of the way when the white whale drove otto insane (and later otto tried to go back for subaru once he regained his senses ;-;;;) versus otto pushing subaru out of the way so he didnt get killed by garf ;-;;;;;. and otto being the second person after rem to also give subaru an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT speech to him (otto-rem parallels...???) <33 except ottosuba also foil a lot bc of their Different Morals. but theyre both stubborn as hell and have a tendency to go off and do shit they think is best without telling anyone bc theyre too deadset (hah) on what THEY think. (OTTO. SPENDING A WHOLE YEAR SECRETLY GETTING THE BOOK OF WISDOM AND HAVING IT RESTORED?? HELLO???) anyway yeah ill stop right here bc i have So Much ottosuba posts on this damn blog wkdndn but i really do think the appeal of ottosuba is that they Are on a more even playing ground. and their morality flipflops sometimes. ottos issues are just more lowkey than subarus widndnd. i am. however. nervous about all the ottosuba and vincent-chisha parallels in arc 8 bc………. possible otto perma death on the horizon??? 😭😭😭😭 itd CRUSH subaru.

A BROTP I have with said character: BROTP ottosuba and ramsuba are so so funny and great wofndn but special shoutout to garf and subaru in particular!!! i think its interesting how far their relationship has come bc they had a VERY rough start and its like. 1. im sure garf would immediately regret going into a rage and killing a shit ton of people in that One Failed Loop and 2. we learn garf is a traumatized fourteen year old whos been trying so hard to take care of the demihumans inside sanctuary while his sister and mom left him, one way or another, and hes very afraid of the outside world. and its like YEAH now your behavior makes sense. and its so good to see garfs growth and also his growth in his relationship with subaru (and otto) bc he looks up to subaru sm!!! subaru helped garf so much T^T theyre brothers guys 😭😭 i think its so adorable and so sweet. ill defend garf all day everyday. garf 🤝 subaru with their DAMN hero complexes while otto tries to keep them both on a leash so they dont do stupid shit. subaru IS a good role model for garf though ill say that. subaru tries so hard to be a good role model wkdndn. and yes i always laugh when garf teases subaru for drawing doodles and writing encouraging things for emilia in the temple.

A NOTP I have with said character: okay so. maybe i will spill some tea here. hah so i went over in ram’s ask how i think ramsuba in wrath if is actually super interesting widndns but otherwise ramsuba to me is bland. which. i also just feel like subaru/crusch and subaru/ana and subaru/priscilla are also bland. like. i dont think theyll ever feel interesting to me akdndn. like theres not. as much to work off of imo. like i just dont think theyre a good match romantically at all. like At All. priscilla especially LMAO…. and im tired of people reducing women in the story to just boobs and being fucked by subaru 😭😭😭 like i dont have anything against those subaru ships, my biggest notp is just seeing a bunch of characters be butchered just to have subaru have sex with various women. 😭😭 obviously not everyone in the fandom does that but i see this happens the most with priscilla fr. pls. shes more than just boobs :(((

anyway my real notp is like. depicting echidna/subaru like it is a Healthy Thing like no it is not 😭😭😭😭 it never was healthy and it literally never will be unless ur changing echidnas character drastically. if ur gonna show off echidna/subaru then they are gonna be SO RANCID in like every way possible there is no other correct way to write them. she is terrible for him. she literally saw him and went “i can make him worse” and then it happened. bc greed if subaru is a Terrible Person. like. its not even a question. the biggest example i can think of rn other than obvious Rbd use is KEEPING MEILI. A CHILD. HOSTAGE AND LOCKED UP IN ORDER TO USE ELSA. HER OLDER SISTER FIGURE. JEEZ. my biggest notp of all time is treating unhealthy relationships as if they Arent unhealthy.

GUYS…. and then theres tappei making iirc an ACTUAL petra if????? and idk what the content in petra if is exactly but i worry given tappeis track record with the child characters sometimes 😭😭 AND THEN PETRA BEING IN LUST IF. TAPPEI…… N-NOTHING HAPPENS, RIGHT? *EXPLODES WITH RAGE*. even if petra and subaru get together later when theyre Older Adults in some AU or something its like. subaru knew her when she was a young child. and she had a crush on him then. um. personally idk if im fully comfortable with that hah T^T

A random headcanon: GONNA TALK ABOUT WRATH IF. anyway so the wrath if divergence point is that subaru gets beatrice to teleport him away and ram chases him down, ram tries to strangle him to death but fails, he smashes her head with a rock. yes. BUT OKAY when u watch the anime. beatrice comes for his aid AFTER subaru gets to the cliff and tries to psych himself up to like. jump off to save rem and stuff. THEREFORE wrath if subaru still considered trying to rbd via jumping off that cliff. he just decided not to and agreed to have beatrice teleport him away. this is something not many people seem to mention or maybe even notice (??) but I THINK ABOUT IT A LOT…. :((

General Opinion over said character: i LOVE SUBARU WITH MY WHOLE BEING. he is my absolute favorite anime character of all time. his character arc is so chaotic and complicated and i think the way he Does like still struggle with the same Inner Conflicts is so so much more realistic. recovery and self improvement are NOT linear and he shows that perfectly. and i hate how much people misread subaru T^T the whole chadbaru trend in fandom of how he should get harems or how he should leave everyone or be terrible to emilia for *insert a long list of Terrible reasons here* is so. like did we all read and watch the same damn story or what hah. the whole point of rezero is LOVE ITSELF….. and subaru ultimately has a lot of love for so many people around him. though of course i do worry for how rbd reveal is going to be handled, and im not entirely sure how to feel about subarus arc 7 development atm. rbd reveal is gonna have catastrophic consequences for Everyone. like everyone hes ever been close to finding out hes died a shit ton of times to save him?? that so many of them have like. maimed and killed him or at least Tried To Do That? like HOW are we gonna get a happy ending out of all of this—hows tappei gonna handle this?? 😭😭 i worry sometimes that when rbd reveal happens it wont be nuanced or itll gloss over certain things or it just. wont be so satisfying. bc u have arc 7 subaru out here with SUICIDE PILLS……. my only critique of a lot of readers is they always seem to expect us to 100% buy into everything they post, if you try to even say oh theyre definitely being a tad too delusional surely an idol just isnt going to tell someone on tne internet their sexual preferences when the idols are usually aware of whats on the internet anyway (felix already knows about tumblr) its just almost hilarious to me that they even try to tell us such things in their readings i mainly take them with a grain of salt but they still want people to blindly believe what they write in their blog posts and never question them or their readings. theres defo some readers with an ego the size of a football pitch fr.

i do find readings useful but if they start getting overly detailed. some write essays long responses when i think a short paragraph is good enough imho if theyre writing essay length reading it seems false at times. like what are they trying to prove? even if they write essay length readings they act like theyve got the idols talking directly too them, i also go in phases of believing tarot and not believing it because i know bloggers know what make people click and ask them such questions about someoen famous that they dont really know. i dont hate them as people i just never really agree with their way of going about it or more often how they fail to take on critique in a mature way even tho they say its just for entertainment many seem to take it too seriously themselves. i find it a bit iffy, almost egoistical like they have some type of inside info that others dont have even if its not truly always accurate. idk does any of this make sense? many didnt want to take accountability for peoples obsession with jungkooks future spouse nor people putting said thoughts in peopoes heads about who she my or may not be or when or how they may meet again its like im torn between being a curious nosy lil bugger myself or not asking out of respect for the idol incase they do come across such readings. i think 18+ readings are definitely more fake tho.

cloverkel or luckycoin is such an ass mid ship that i will NEVER understand, there is nothing good about it, its bland and boring, how can you enjoy a ship like THIS, and i found out people shipped them ever since Clover's elimination in III, just because Nickel like cried for her ONCE?? did you guys just watched their scenes with yall's eyes closed?? Like despite Nickel treating Clover like trash she STILL helped him, but Nickel as far as i remember NEVER apologized to all the things he said to her, she distanced herself from others in fear that she might hurt them because of what Nickel said, and in episode 15 the ship got more popular which is so weird to me, honestly Nickel treats most women he interacted with like trash(this is one of the reasons why i hate Nickel ships ESPECIALLY WITH WOMEN because it just does not make sense and its obvious why) and this is worse with Clover yet people STILL decided to make them all cutesy because she helped him to lock the fuck in, Nickel could tell Clover to khs and people would STILL try to make them seem like a better ship to HAVE a REASON TO HATE ON OTHER SHIPS(cough cough NICKLOON even though theyre technically in better terms now, i think cloverkel just existed and got more popular just for the sake of not shipping nickloon)

People who ship cloverkel are mostly the ones who contastly mischaracterize BOTH OF THEM, and some even using the argument "oh you hate this bc its straight" like no its because it just makes ZERO sense to work out and obviously toxic, Nickel overrall just doesnt ever seem to genuinely care for Clover for all she did to him, to help him realise, to share her luck with him, still treat him nicely and be understanding and even helping HIS own personal problems, i dont think these is a single scene where he seemed thankful for her, i would like an really detailed explanation to WHY would you think these 2 would be a good pair because i genuinely dont get it, because there really isnt no explanation for it being a "better ship" really, their arc sucks ASS because Nickel was just throwing whatever at Clover, was i supposed to be feeling something when Nickel was calling out on her luck that she cant even control and making her feel bad?? romantically or platonically sucks either way(but mostly romantically bc wdym nickel is falling in love with Clover. thats how u write them to be after watching all their scenes in III? where he is throwing shit at her to make her feel guilty??) i dont know if i said this again but Nickel just DOESNT deserve Clover.

first of all, i enjoyed it!! u did a good job, dont ever doubt that! writing is hard :3

so the biggest thing i noticed is grammar and punctuation errors, which is super fine and chill bc u said english isnt ur first language, and im not gonna gatekeep the english language lol. and dw, english speakers also struggle with that stuff i see it ALL the time, so i hope u dont think im attacking u for that. its something new writers all have to learn, so just take a little extra time to look at that. something helpful to do is to read it out loud, that way you can hear the natural pauses (period) or hesitations (comma) that should be there. u dont have to study a book of grammar, but look at things you already read and feel out where the author places certain punctuations.

beyond that....

something i really liked was how you built tension and suspicion between terzo and omega. you did a very good job with the emotions, with making it clear how scared terzo was and reluctant omega was. it was very foreboding and excellent.

another thing i liked was that final scene. so sad ): brutal that they made omega watch fr, like he needed to be put in his place, reminded of his role, punished. how intriguing indeed...... it makes me want to know why he was dragged down there to watch, which would make a very interesting part 2.

ill give you one thing to work on for ur next project! focus on pacing. take your time with the emotions, with the actions. you do a good job with letting the dialogue speak, but you should add more detail in the transitions, in the descriptions. pacing is hard, but the best thing to do is just let the scene play in ur head and describe as many details as u can see. to me, writing is like watching a movie in my head, and reading is letting your audience see it too :>

dont forget to keep writing! practice is the best tool for improving!
