Dani x Jason Prompt

(Because i dont see enough of these two together. Also, this is another prompt i found in my fic files that i never did anything with.)

While Danny is in Amity Park protecting the ghost portal, Dani explores the world. Danny might be powerful enough to put down any threat, even Ancients, but she isn't as lucky. Her best defense against Vlad or the GIW is to never be in the same place two days in a row. Not to say she isn't powerful in her own right - she's yet to meet a ghost in her travels that she couldn't utterly crush, and even if she had, she's got the most loyal dog in both this world and the next to have her six.

Dani has discovered a great deal of beauty throughout the world in her few short years of life, but also unfathomable evil and undescribable corruption. She does what she can in every place she passes through, her ghost powers the ultimate cheat code for investigation and subterfuge, bringing to light the things that once hid in the dark.

But while scoping out yet another child trafficking ring, she crosses paths with a spirit of vengeance. At least, that's the only explanation she can come up with for how he's able to turn his shock and horror into pure rage at the flip of a dime.

Until she realizes that he's a baby halfa. If he doesn't learn how to mediate his emotions, he's going to burn out one of his halves.

Maybe she can help him stabilize into a proper spirit of justice and keep him from following the path that Vlad went down - oh shit, he doesn't even know that he's undead. Well, this is going to be a project and a half. But Dani is nothing if not resourceful - she's more than willing to put in the work if it means making an ally of the fourth known halfa.

Murray, after watching Steve and Eddie for all of five seconds, confidently walks up to them and starts his whole spiel about pining blah blah etc etc, and like, Steve will absolutely not have that, there is no way.

So he snorts, looks at Murray down his nose, and with zero hesitation lies, tells him “We’ve been dating for a month, congrats on seeing the obvious... Or not since you couldn’t tell”

He just hopes Eddie will play along. Steve is sending him the strongest signals with his mind right now, and, just, he knows Eddie can be petty like this too (that’s why he likes him so much, and yeah Murray is a little right but fuck him so much more for it)

Eddie ‘lives for the bit and to fuck with people’ Munson does not disappoint. He slings an arm around Steve and is like “Yeaaahhh wow, real clever observation there buddy.” In the driest tone imaginable

And Murray, well he was sure he was right, still kind of is sure he’s right so he just squints at them for a bit and then breaks out in a wide grin, and only sounds a little sarcastic when he says “Congrats on figuring your shit out yourselves.” 

Except he absolutely does not mean it because he wanted to do that, he likes doing that. And now he's sulking and will watch them so closely because something seems off 

Eddie and Steve, so committed to the bit and to not let Murray win, start fake dating. All while Murray tries to catch them in their lie, and they’re all too stubborn to give up

Murray starts to slowly think he maybe was wrong though because they really seem like a couple. And even though there’s still something there he can’t ignore the proof.

When they straight up make out in front of him, and he can tell that they’re so lost in each other they probably don’t know he’s there he's about to concede

But then after that, they act so weird around each other again? It’s like before but worse and how did the pining get worse when they’re actually openly together? Regularly have their tongues down each other's throats and all?

Meanwhile, Steve and Eddie are going through it because they thought they’d be okay but that kiss was so much, and oh god they don’t think they can do this? But they can’t let Murray win?

A week and a half later at their monthly 'we survived the apocalypse, again' get-together at Hoppers and Joyce’s, Murray just gets enough of how twitchy they are. He grabs them both and locks them in a closet and is like “I don’t wanna know anymore, whatever fight you had or didn’t figure it out”

They sort of stand there shuffling from foot to foot not marking eye contact until Eddie is just like “Oh for fucks sake, I like you for real okay? The bastard was right so can we actually just date? Please?” And all Steve's can do is say "Thank god," while he smiles the most blinding smile and grabs Eddie by his collar pulling him in for a kiss

Fifteen minutes later they come out of the closet (the irony and symbolism is not lost on them) all disheveled and a little too satisfied looking and are met with very loud screaming from all the younger teens, ranging from a simple “Ew!” (Mike) to “Dude we are right here what if we'd heard? Or walked in there and seen?” (Dustin)

They’re lucky they’re too distracted by this to see Murray's self-satisfied smirk because if they did they would have pretend broken up and there would have been another month of sneaking around but this time actually dating and pretending they weren’t

Enemy Mine!AU

An AU where humans are at war with the precursor race, a fude that spured from a misunderstanding and culture shock. [We are going with 'the thing' primise in which they encountered mankind and immediately assumed it was okay to assimilate this unfortunate species into the network and due to the lack of understanding between them and humans this act is repelled with drastic and aggressive force, sparking a galactic wide war where both races fighting like they are five and the other just ate their chocolate twinky.

Many deaths and blood shed later Robin a pilot fighter and ex resercher looking to make her name on the boards ends up flundering on her first real air strike, a slip up that results in her teammates being shot out of the sky and the wing of her fighter jet being blown clean off, with literal seconds of power left in her jet the indignant researcher decides fuck it.

And attempts a suicide maneuver, colliding her jet head first into the enemy vessel, this irrational and unpredictable act earns her a collision but also destroys her jet sending her and the enemy space vessel down into the atmosphere below in a flurry of flames.

But unpredictably the crash landing on the planet below doesn't kill her and she wakes up on a cold alien world with rabidly dwindling oxygen.

Ill prepared and with few resources she's forced to pillage the surrounding crash site and enemy vessel or risk suffocating the planet's atmosphere before Alterra comes to retrieve her.

Unfortunately she quickly finds her nemesis isn't dead either, at least not completely yet, and what she assumes is a dead precursor ends up being far from dead and desperatly looking in need of a new vessel.

Said vessel being Robin.

Who finds out its pretty hard to avoid a centauric alien tank dying or not.

Hours later she wakes to find the architect has set up post in her head and demands she restore his vessel, of course this goes about as well as her suicide attempt..

His indignance is met with a big fat no.

Unfortunately the threat of rapidly dwindling oxygen and the potential yo die trapped within his expired host the two are forced to strike a truce, she'll farry him to a precursor sanctuary where he can rendezvous with his own and he will aid her in accessing the alien oxygen canisters littered throughout the planet's surface, thus providing her the means to survive until Alterra arrivals to survey for any human survivores.

It's convenient but not ideal o either party, however sharing a mind with the alien enemy comes with Its perks.

Assimilation.

And Robin quickly finds herself privy to the truth behind the war.

A truth that could undoubtedly put end to a century long conflict.

However not everyone wants such a profitable war to end, and from precursor warpers hellbent on extracting her brain and liberating the architect hostage trapped within, to Alterra marking her as a ran away turn coat corrupted by the enemy to be killed on sight..

Robin quickly realizes a testy head voice with a superiority complex is the least of her worries.
