Thought for a moment in the 2010s that we were entering a new serious era (e.g. 1920s, 30s, 40s), but it seems that we're instead in an increasingly tacky era (50s, 60s, 70s). Like look at the change in YouTube. Well you all are textheads you don't do video, I know that. But like. In 2017 there was ContraPoints. Agree or disagree with her opinions, what she was doing was conceptually and aesthetically serious. Even her early, low-production-value stuff. She was talking about incels and other internet shit, but the internet is part of the real world, that's fine. In fact that's what gave me hope for another serious era, people were finally talking about internet stuff the way 1920s German intellectuals or whatever talked about the cultural trends of their day. Maybe because Contra has half a philosophy PhD and was explicitly influenced by those German intellectuals.
Another example from a totally disjoint cultural niche was Digi a.k.a. Trixie a.k.a. Ygg Studios or whatever they go by now. Drunk, smelly, and unkempt—yes. Or at least so went the persona. Talking seriously about anime—also yes. When they claimed they were the only good anime reviewer on the internet it made a lot of people mad. But they were right!
There were thinkers, we had thinkers. My generation, or roughly my generation, had thinkers. To be clear, when I include Contra here I'm not including all of her ilk, I'm not including the leftist-theory-regurgitators and so on. But Contra herself was a thinker! Digi was a thinker! We had thinkers.
But that era is over now, on YouTube at least. I go on there and it's all algorithmic drivel. I look for anime content and as I've explained it's all about #hype and #epic and how the new season of whatever #hits different and other empty meaningless bullshit. No analysis, no thought, fundementally unserious bullshit. Tacky! It's tacky! The the YouTube thumbnail O-face is fucking 70s-ass fake wood paneling tacky bullshit!
MrBeast. I've never seen a MrBeast video but I hate him for what he represents. I used to watch this channel called Wranglerstar, he made videos about different types of axes and forest fire fighting equipment and various other stuff. "Modern homesteading" I believe was the tagline. And it was always evident that he was a far-right guy but who gives a shit, his videos where good. Serious videos about interesting topics, that a fucking normal guy might watch. Well around 2020 he basically started flooding his channel with covid conspiracy bullshit and "the Chinese are going to attack us any day!" bullshit and other unserious crap. And I had to stop watching. How could I find any of that compelling? It's vapid nonsense.
And I don't know if it's a shift in the algorithm or people becoming more savvy to the algorithm or what, but all of YouTube is like this now. Vapid clickbait empty meaningless bullshit for another tacky commercialized bullshit era.
And you know, I felt like it might just be localized to YouTube for a while, but I started to look around, and it just feels like everything is like this. Backsliding to the tacky times. God I hate tackiness. I hate unseriousness. I'm having a little meltdown. At least SMW kaizo hacks are having a renaissance. People are doing serious shit in that space, serious shit that is also not anachronistic, you know, it's kept up with the modern world. It addresses modern concerns (fun to play hard Mario). But it's serious. People are serious. One of the few serious things happening in my orbit.
Even in science it feels like people aren't serious anymore. You know, standard Sabine Hossenfelder complaint about particle physics. But I don't really know enough about that to say. Get the vibe that biology is still serious these days.
To be clear, everything I'm saying here is pure vibes. I'm just saying shit. I'm just saying shit that I feel. But I'll be deeply disappointed if I have to live my youth in another tacky era, god damn it. Even the 80s seem like they were better than this.

So my county (Orange County, New York) is in a drought rn with no real end in sight; it's been two and half months since we got any substantial rain, and in that time it's only lightly drizzled for a maybe a few hours, like twice.
There is currently a wildfire burning close by, which has burned over 2000 acres already and was started by a guy in New Jersey illegally firing tracer bullets (which contain magnesium) at the Central Jersey Firing Range. (He has since been charged with arson.)
This morning, the sky was red at sunrise. The air quality is getting steadily worse. The wildfires are a 0% containment. A firefighter has already died because of a tree falling on him. People are worried about the fire (which is burning on BOTH sides of the Hudson) reaching large residential areas nearby.
The only thing that can help us now is rain, but it has to be a slow and steady rain, because the ground is so dry and hard-packed that if we get a heavy rainfall, the ground will not be able to absorb it fast enough, and it will cause flash flooding.
There was a massive flash flood last year, considered a "once in a thousand years" event, that damaged or destroyed a huge amount of infrastructure, roads, and buildings in this area, many of which still have not been fully repaired or protected from further storm damage.
About 30% of the land at our house was literally washed away down the creek that runs though it, which had been at a trickle before, and turned into a 8 foot flood surge in the course of few hours.
The government had promised disaster relief money for our town (and surrounding towns) due to the damage from this event, but later, after much of the repair had already gotten underway, backed out and left the towns to foot the bill themselves.
My family would have been completely financially devastated if we had been forced to pay for the repairs to our property (we're talking like, over a million dollars of damage; SEVERAL times what the property is worth), but because there were key public infrastructure elements running through it (a storm drain, a sewer manhole, and an overpass for the road that went over the creek) the town ended up paying for ALL of the repairs, because they were all issues that needed to be fixed immediately and affected everyone in the town.
I am so fucking worried right now that either the wildfires are going to reach us, or rain comes in time to stave them off but it comes too heavy and causes another massive flash flood.
I need people to understand how completely bonkers it is that this is happening in this area. Like. I've lived here for around 15 years and that WHOLE time this area has only ever had like, one other official drought, and only for like, a day or two. We are RIGHT on the Hudson river, with creeks running all over, but the creeks have mostly dried up, we've been under a Red Flag burn ban for weeks, and our town is having a water shortage.
Also, besides the lack of rain, it's the second fucking week of November, but we've been having days in the high 60's, 70's, and even 80's, and there's only been a few days recently that dropped down into 50's, 40's or 30's, and only in the coolest parts of the night.
I've only had to wear an actual coat so far this season like, twice. It was in the high 70's and low to mid 80's all through the week of Halloween. When I stood in line for 2+ hours to vote, during sunset, it was balmy out. The previous presidential election, at the same location and time, had been so cold that I'd been freezing despite many layers of warm clothing, and I couldn't feel my extremities by the time I was able to cast my vote. But last week? It was BALMY.
There are still flowers blooming and putting out buds. There are tomatoes ripening on the vine. There are still flying insects outside. All these things should have been getting hit by frost like a month ago and started the process of going dormant. Now, if cold does suddenly hit, it's probably going to shock and kill off a lot of plant life.
This shit is NOT normal. Climate change is real.

It's wild realizing how long we've lived someplace that requires neither heat nor AC. Over six years now!
Like, year-round, it usually stays between the low 60s and the mid/high 70s (Fahrenheit). Once in a GREAT while it may get down into mid-50s or mid-80s, but those are rare occurrences.
I mean, it does still get too hot for me at times, but that's mainly because of a combination of the humidity (we are, after all, in the mountains of a tropical island) and being on medication that decreases my heat tolerance. Even so, all I need is a fan on the hottest days, and maybe a nice blanket on the coldest nights.

Zeri kept a journal monitoring her fitness progress, or rather lack thereof as of late and decided to look back through it.
Zeri wheezed heavily as she almost threw her body to her bed, this one creaking loudly under the sudden impact.
She undid her belt and lifted her shirt, her sweaty belly surging out, heaving up and down with each heavy breath from the exhausted woman.
Zeri had been under strict orders to keep herself relaxed and in rest in order to get better workouts, however, little did she know this was nothing but a ploy to get the poor battle bunny to swell much like her commander.
Still, being the once gym rat, Zeri sometimes broke these rules and decided to do a little work out, nothing too serious, merely a warm up. And just like before, she decided to write all down in her control book.
Now, struggling to catch her breath, the tired butterball was ready to write down her most recent experience. However, part of her was curious as to how she faired compared to previous days, so she decided to take a look since this whole "rest diet" started.
Day 1
"50 push ups, 70 jumpings, 2 minutes of planking, 60 squads. My workout routines used to be so much better than these :( however, my trainer said that this new diet should help me rest my muscles for the next time I work out"
Day 5
"40 push ups, 70 jumpings, 2 minutes of planking, 50 squads. It's been a few days since I started this thing, honestly, I feel great! I haven't felt so well rested in a while. Working on my warm ups is still a bit hard, but I think this might work.
Day 20
"35 push ups, 50 jumpings, 1 minute 40 seconds of planking, 45 squads. I haven't seen my trainer in a bit, however, I have been sticking to my diet to a T! Truth be told... I don't feel that much more active; Jinx and Vayne say that I'm just hungry and that I should eat more to help get my strength back, but I have my doubts.
Day 50
"30 push ups, 30 jumpings, 1 minute 20 seconds of planking, 30 squads. It's been some time since I wrote an entry, today I decided to do another round of exercises, however, my trainer caught me. I was really out of breath and apparently I was making too much noise. They strictly prohibited me to do any further exercises until my diet took effect. I don't know when I will be able to write another entry, but I trust them.
Day ?
“15 push ups, 20 jumpings, 30 seconds of planking, 10 squads. I don't know how much has passed since my last entry; all the days kind of blend together, Vayne and Jinx keep bringing me more and more food. Today I was able to sneak past them and do a some warm ups, I don't think I have been so tired in my life, next time I see my trainer I will need to ask some questions but... For now I will still believe.
Day ??
"5 push ups, 10 jumpings, 20 seconds of planking, 5 squads." There were no notes on that entry, simply food and sweat stains.
That was the last entry Zeri had written. Gears would have started turning in her head if she wasn't so exhausted, she barely even had the energy to pick up her pen to write the next entry.
Day ???
"3 push ups (?), 5 jumpings, 10 seconds of planking, 0 squads. I could feel my legs shaking whenever I did any of the exercises, each time I went for a pushup I ended up falling back on the floor. I tried to do some squads, but as soon as I went low I lost my balance and ended up falling on my ass, didn't hurt anything except my ego. My trainer caught me and said I was struggling because of all these times I have been cheating on my diet. I will monitored from now on, I don't know if I will be able to write another entry... Maybe this is for the best, I do feel better while laying down, maybe my trainer really was onto something"

So I’ve been talking to my husband and boyfriend recently about how much energy I have in terms of a percentage. And then I realized it might be helpful to express it with context- so I made this chart.
Energy Scale:
(This is entirely disregarding tricks such as inducing anxiety, adrenaline, or dissociation. This also disregards motivation and pain, which may affect capabilities)
5% - Put me to bed, I'm so tired. I'm swaying obviously if I stand and my limbs feel heavy.
10% I should be sitting at least. Probably swaying or trembly while standing. Mental work is possible, but only very slowly.
15% I can stand up and walk around decently. I can make myself simple food or do light cleaning that does not involve bending down or lifting anything heavy. I tend to be here a lot. Mental work is possible, and I often will do it.
20% I can do a task! Hooray! It needs to be a relatively gentle task. I tend to overdo it here and get all shaky cause I choose a task that it too intense or too lenthy.
25% I can do a task and Not collapse right after. Cooking or cleaning for half an hour is doable, though I might be panting by the end.
30% I can do something that makes me pant a little and recover from it without flopping. Could go for a walk without ulterior motivation to do so.
35% This is usually where I start planning elaborate tasks. "I'll clean the whole downstairs!" I cannot complete this. But I will make a good headway.
40% I can do things that involve a bit of exercise without feeling terrible. A treadmill walk, a cleaning that involves a lot of up and down, even that requires going up and down the stairs.
45% I might want to do some things to expend energy at this point. Wanting to go outside, to do a social and physical activity like roller skating, or to walk around a historic site or museum.
50% Oh heck, I'm doing so well! I have energy to exist with and energy to spare! I can put Two physical tasks on my list. Maybe a walk to the dog park And deep cleaning the bathrooms. And I won't have to flop for hours afterwards!
55% If I only have mental tasks to do I'll get antsy and do some physical movement spontaneously. I can do an activity that causes panting and sweating for up to half an hour without strong external motivation.
60% A task that takes multiple hours and expends low to medium variable effort won't exhaust me. I am genuinely capable of cleaning the downstairs Without it being the Only thing I do that day.
65% I might seek out physical movement and tasks that tire me out enjoyably. Trampolining, jogging, dancing, all possible intermittently for up to an hour. I'll need breaks, but I won't flop afterwards.
70% I barely know what to do with myself I'm so capable. I may pick medium-low intensity tasks, like cooking, that last 5+ hours, and pair them with a medium or high intensity physical task for a shorter period of time.
75% I don't have problems completing even a quite long task list. I can go shopping, and come home and put away groceries, then clean the kitchen while making dinner. And I'll be fine after dinner with enough left over to clean up the meal.
80% I genuinely need at least one of my tasks this day to be physically tiring. Think when I get all giggly and pace around stomping and wiggling. That is a temporary 80%.
85% Something difficult like rennovations or yard work is a welcome and very doable task, even for 4+ hours, provided I have enough water and a few lil breaks.
90% I can sprint and enjoy it. I may not be capable of sprinting far, but the wind in my face and the movement in my body is Thrilling! I may even do multiple bursts of it.
95% I can take on the world. Throw any task at me. Better yet, throw a Hard task at me. See how much of the house I can clean in an hour, see if I can do a hundred yard dash, put me on a heckin sports field and I might like it.
100% What does this even look like? Playing a physical sport for a few hours and then after a break wanting to go out and do it again? Racing a dog, skipping through a forest, thriving in the sunshine and light of the gorgeous world?

But what does it matter, increasing a Discipline? He has 2 good ones and you’re not putting him into a Wisdom based deck. While that is true you might be playing against a Wisdom based deck, and will take more damage from their Attacks.
There are different kinds of attacks, and the Elemental attacks are straightforward; if you have x element, you deal x more damage. if your Creature has x element five, then you deal even more damage.
Then there is Discipline focused Attack decks, where all of your creatures have a high number in the Discipline. Know that no Discipline is better than another, but for the purposes of his post I’ll stick with Wisdom, as it is Maglax’s weak point.
There is the base damage that every Attack does. You play the Attack, you deal the base damage.
Then, for a Wisom Attack deck, you have Wisdom Checks, Wisdom CHallenges, and Wisdom Failures.
A Wisdom Check is seeing if the Creature playing that attack has that score or higher. If they do, they deal damage. Stat Check Wisdom 50: deal 5 damage, means your wisdom needs to be 50 or higher.
A Wisdom Challenge is when you look at the Wisdom of the Creature playing the Attack, and the Wisdom of the Creature getting attacked. If your Creature’s Wisdom is higher than theirs by the amount stated, you deal damage. Challenge: Wisdom 15 means that the attacking creature needs to have 15 more Wisdom than Maglax. whose Wisdom is already incredibly low.
A Wisdom Fail is when you look at the opponent’s Creature only. If their Wisdom is below the amount on the card, they take damage. Typically there is 3 on the Stat Fail cards, so that the lower the Wisdom, the more damage is taken.
Wisdom Fail 100: deal 5 damage
Wisdom Fail 50: deal 5 damage
Wisdom Fail 25: deal 5 damage
In the case of Maglax, all Wisdom Challenges done to him will pass and he takes damage, and he will take all the damage (15 total plus the base damage) from Wisdom fail cards. If you have an average number in a stat, it’s fine. But a low Wisdom like Maglax or low Courage like Attacat leaves them vulnerable to that kind of team matchup.
So, while overall Energy does seem nice, giving Maglax a Battlegear that boosts his Wisdom means he is more durable in the long run. Just heal him to keep him up longer.
Biography:
Not much is known. He was created by a Overworld Scientist, Mommark. One of the few creations (yes there is multiple) that didn’t run away and actually protect the other experiments at Castle Mommark. However, with his low Wisdom, he is easily duped into letting trespassers in. So...kind of like Igor, if Dr. Frankenstein made his assistant.

In less than a week, I’ve been ghosted by Kathy for no apparent reason, and Chris—someone I always thought was smart and had a great sense of humor—went completely unethical on me and then bit my head off for agreeing with him. I went over our exchange again and I must really be missing something, or maybe he's losing it, because I don’t see what set him off. I don't care, but at the same time, I'm naturally curious about understanding things. I’ve sensed for a while that he hasn’t been happy, so maybe his mental state is a factor. His writing was full of anger, but as I said, I do understand and agree with what he was saying. That’s why his lashing out at me came as such a shock.
Nonetheless, I am so sick of trying to figure out what makes people tick. You think you're intuitive and good with people, then realize you don’t know a damn thing. Fuck humanity! I'm totally not open to making new friends. Tracking blog visitors has become less reliable since more people are either hiding or appearing where they’re not. Still, while I appreciate anyone’s curiosity I’m not up for chatting unless you're someone I’m already friends with. I’ve disabled comments everywhere except for friends on LJ. I’m still on the fence about my PB accounts—should I continue as I have, make them private, friends-only, or just delete them altogether? I don’t want to regret it if I delete them, but I don’t think I’ll be using them much anymore. I’ll finish the bio and maybe the rest of the month, but I might start doing monthly updates instead and just drop in a whole month at a time.
I always thought I’d feel more comfortable on privately owned sites, but I don’t. I’d rather stick to ones run by big companies where the personal feelings and preferences of those in charge don’t get in the way. What Chris did was so messed up. He can go shove his crooked nose right up his ass.
We're finally getting lows in the 60s, and next week might even dip into the 50s. One downside to returning to the desert is dealing with hotter summers and colder winters, but it’ll be worth it. Still not sure if we’ll be able to pull it off, though. We’ve set a five-year deadline, and if we’re still here in 2030, this place will have been our longest stay. Tom will be in his early 70s then, and unless a hurricane demolishes it, we'll probably live out the rest of our lives here. Yes, I hate it when the snowbirds return, but I’ll at least enjoy it when they leave.
Walmart still isn’t delivering, so Tom went just before 7:00 a.m., and it was a nightmare. He said it felt like a zombie apocalypse—tons of cars lined up, the store jam-packed, and this was early morning. Half the shelves were empty, and it was chaos. He’d rather pay more and shop at Publix like a normal human being where it’s not a madhouse. He said there were only a few loaves of bread left, and they were torn.
His tinnitus has been acting up lately, but we’re not sure why.
I can't figure out why my bangs are growing so slowly. The rest of my hair is growing but my bangs are taking forever to grow out long enough to pull back.
I hope my crown getting ready to fall out again, because sometimes when I bite down, it feels a little funny.
I have what should be my final CVS order on its way, thanks to my free quarterly benefits. It’s just basic stuff like pain relievers and anti-itch cream.
I’m also getting another patterns coloring book. I think I like coloring patterns the most because there are no rules. Sure, anyone can color an apple any color they want, but it still feels weird to color one blue or purple. When I think of apples, I think red or green.
I love that Google Docs added tabs! Now instead of dumping a whole story into one long doc like Word, I can organize each chapter into its own tab—kind of like how Prosebox does books with multiple posts representing each chapter.
Lately, I’ve been trying to organize my files better. I’ve got notes and docs scattered all over—Outlook Notes, Google Docs, blogs, Word, etc.—so I’m grouping things to make them easier to find.
Lastly, I had AI make me a simple, dark silhouette of a female head to use on PB. I’ll keep it indefinitely since it doesn’t clash with the background.

Oof… so maybe not librarianship.
But what am I going to do to get out of this state and find peace of mind, security, and balance?
Second, third job? Probably…
Gotta buy my friend’s car to make that work and to make buying my friend’s car work I gotta… well, work a second job.
But! With my current work covering most of everything I need at the moment, I may only need to do 10 or so hours of stagehand stuff here in town to cover the car. Which really isn’t that much! And that leaves room to pick up a low effort part-time minimum wage gig.
So… three jobs? That’s the plan, huh?
Not ideal. But anything beats just waiting around to die.
But wouldn’t it be ironic if after setting myself up to work 60-70 hours a week that I find myself making enough income to have to begin making monthly federal student loan payments in addition to the private student loan payments I’m already making?
Might I end up finding myself in a position wherein I’m working constantly to get ahead only to be set back by my efforts?
If I’m going to increase my income to a point where I’m forced to make federal student loan repayments, I’d like to work only one job and for not more than 50 hours a week.
Does such a job even exist?
The kairos I was following seems to have slowed down. Now it seems I’m meant to be patient, plan, be clear-eyed and practical, and open to whatever opportunities appear during this time.
Also, it’s important to be grateful for the position I’m in currently in terms of work, my living conditions, and most importantly, the progress I’ve made in terms of my sobriety and identity.
Taking action is almost always better than navel-gazing or despairing over things.
The meditation is: Take well considered action, not impetuous or rash action. And when the time comes, take a chance.

I really hate the newest Legends of Runterra Expansion has no pass. I absolutely understand this is a result because of layoffs and I'm still thankful that we got new card backs and emotes but it sucks for all player involved. And I know the Riotler who still work at LoR doing their best! They try to do wonders with the little ressource they have!
The pass were always a damn good deal for their price - you bough them for 10 USD, got usually three skins (each one cost around 7 USD), tons of icons, card backs and emotes. And you basically got all cards from the current expansion since you could only get expansion exclusive cards, which usually meant that you could max out the pass and buy the few missing cards at the end of the pass. I usually did this. (Also if you already crafted these and got a duplicated in the pass, you got 100% of the Green Essence which mean you could craft them earlier not getting punished by it).
If you were a Path of Champion Exclusive Player, it still was very good deal. Usually you got 60 Champion Fragments for one Champ (enough to get them 2*), 50 Chamion Fragments for another (still enough for *) and some Wild Fragments you could unlock the third. You got Silver Reliquaries and Stardust and PotC exclusive missions to get even more rewards for free. Even if you were not interest in the cards and/or cosmetic rewards, it was hella worth.
Now they basically removed all rewards aside from the Card Backs and Emotes added these in the PoTC missions. Which mean instead as usually getting 110 Champion specific fragments + a handful Silver Reliquary, we only get 30 Lux: Illuminated Fragments, which means can only unlock one champion by default in this expansion. To get all the rewards you need to get one champion to 3* which mean you have to invest your had earned Wild Fragments into one champion of this expansion. (Assuming you take Lux, these are still 70 more fragments which is worth 2 full weeks of dailies in PotC).
So the PotC player are annoyed because instead getting useful ressource for the game mode, we get cosmetics including emotes which we don't need in a PvE mode.
PvP player are annoyed because if they want all cosmetic rewards they have to play a gamemode which maybe is not a cup of tea. Also you don't get any free Expansion-only cards which mean have fun getting the new cards from the Vault because the propability is super low. Today, I opened 3 Diamond Vault + 3 Bonus Chests and only got two new cards. Which mean you do have to craft this expansion if you wanna use it. Which for player like me, who have +400k Green Essence is not a big deal, but there are enough casual player who don't have so much ressource.
Like nobody is happy how the mission turned out even tho we are thankful for getting the Card Backs and Emotes for free.

Funding for section 8 was just frozen in Montana by order of the governor! We have one shelter for the houseless in my town and the emergency warming shelter that opens in the winter is currently on the rocks because it's trying to get the funding to open, despite the fact that it's a life saving service in winter. The sober living program in my town currently has a wait-list of 6 months+. Medicaid in MT only reimburses between 30-50% of the value of behavioral health services, so many providers can't afford to accept Medicaid patients. Plus, the income requirements to qualify for Medicaid are so low that many people who can't afford commercial insurance still can't qualify for Medicaid because the cost of living that Medicaid is supposed to account for is based on the average cost across the state, not by community (and let me tell you, avg cost of living is VERY different in a community like Missoula than it is in, say, Deer Lodge or Cut Bank). Montana just completed their Medicaid redetermination (which had been frozen from 2019-2023 due to COVID) and ended up kicking something like 60-70% of people off Medicaid, and 90% of those were due to administrative reasons, which means that maybe DPHHS didn't get the paperwork back in time or couldn't reach these people and not that they actually no longer qualified for Medicaid (since 4 years is a long time for addresses, phone numbers, etc to stay the same, especially for low income and/or high-needs populations).
This is a short list of things that I have seen directly in my job working in behavioral health at a non-profit agency and this isn't even everything I'm trying to help my clients navigate. Housing just isn't there. Treatment just isn't there, or if it is it's limited by convoluted state laws that make it prohibitive to provide. Medicaid doesn't cover the services it nearly enough to entice providers to practice in Montana and has ridiculous rules on how it will or will not cover that often directly prohibit people from accessing co-occurring care. I have stood with people outside the Office of Public Assistance for an hour at 7 in the morning in January just waiting in line for the OPA to open, because that's how early people start lining up trying to get help, and if you line up much later, you likely won't be able to get help that day at all (and if you really want a wild exercise in frustration, I dare you to try to call the Montana Public Assistance hotline and navigate their call menu for ANYTHING resembling help).
Obviously I can only speak to my state, but I live in a populated area for my state that does have more resources than rural Montana. There are places out east where one therapist might be trying to provide services for 300+ sq miles because they're the ONLY therapist present in that region.
People are trying. The resources are not there.

It's exactly true that if Donald Trump does not testify to the grand jury regarding the January 6th attempted coup of the United States of America that he is implicating himself in that he has something to hide it's not exactly free of guilt and he does not have anything to offer that makes any sense as as a a an alibi or testifying for this innocence and it implicates him it implies that he is guilty and or that he is a scoffline doesn't respect the Senate or the United States law system and that he is above the law is what he's saying even if he's not guilty it's not the right thing to do you have to afford people the right to reduce the amount of embarrassment and in and of itself if he has some huge excuse which we don't think but if he did he would be committing a crime knowing that he could divulge it and stop at wasteful costly trial which would tarnish for the image of the United States having elected such a buffoon and criminal you know if he's proven not to be in this case but really he's not standing up for it and he's not planning to appear and his incriminating himself and that is the indictment process especially in cases of this high profile they do it in all sorts of cases that are felonies not murders but they do it in a lot of other cases that are felonies where they want to see and sure we might be completely wrong and sometimes they are most the time they're not but that is what it is he's going to go to trial for an attempted coup of the United States of America and it has not been done in America's history and he is a blight on America's history and it hears a blight on the American presidency.
