okay, so, the first song that *i* ever heard by gvf was Heat Above and H O L Y S H I T. i was on board immediately, so i think i would suggest that one!!

the entirety of The Battle at Garden’s Gate is incredible, one of my fav albums of all time. Broken Bells, Stardust Chords, and Barbarians are some of my other favorite songs from it!

they said "some of the best restaurants in the world change their menu every night" and I just thought, like... respectfully, those kitchens are probably staffed by entirely trained professionals, not an entire kitchen of line cooks who are still settling into this new kitchen system, y'know? it's not that they're not capable but like... give them a little time!!! maybe that's part of why you're having to remake so many dishes??
