My feelings at the moment. Being a grad student while trying to keep all the other entities in my life together has turned into a whole task. Especially with my in class weekends being so close together this semester, I feel physically and emotionally drained. I have no energy, so if you do I’m more than happy to receive some. In the meantime, I’ll just keep telling myself “Get through February, I’ll be okay, it’s just a few weeks”. Positive self talk and a good support system is definitely important when engaging in things that you clearly know will feed you with high levels of stress (whatever that may be). Always make time for self care and put your health first, take it from me I’ve learned the hard way. I try to be honest with myself and listen to my body, in order to make it through. Please do the same find what works for you, I love just talking with my friends, eating lots of ice cream and crying to my partner. I know I need to let it out to move forward. Find what your self care looks like and do it when you feel things are too much, I promise it’ll make everything worth it....
