Hi Marina!

I want to preface with a massive thank you. I’ve been on tumblr for y e a r s. Started watching Supernatural just to understand all the beautiful fics this community was pumping out. I’ve seen hella writers/community members come and go — myself included — but I’ve gotten so much joy and peace of mind through this corner of the site and it all started with you <3

That being said!

I’ve come a lil ways since then and am in a slight pickle. And when I thought of who to turn to for advice, you were my first thought 😅

Long story short, I have a boyfriend (woo) who is super sweet and dear to me. He knows — about the thing. I’ve told him. I’ve followed up Explicitly asking (and you know how hard it is to ask, girl) for more of it.

But he…doesn’t really get it (bless his heart).

Prior to getting together, I was dipping my toes into my irl community. Participating in gatherings, talking to peeps online (w/ meetup potential).

I’m a person who experiences a liking for tickling in a romantic and platonic fashion. I can easily distinguish between the two.

So (long-winded preface aside) I just wanted to ask your thoughts on it? You’ve spoken about sessioning with friends before and also your partner.

I’d really like to continue making friends with those in the community. I’d also really like to experience a session with others who ‘get it,’ you know? But I feel kind of guilty? I also feel like I don’t have to be guilty though, since it’s purely platonic—

I dunno 🫠 I’m torn

Omg this is so sweet and also I COMPLETELY GET IT DUDE I’m also very torn because like I want to also session/meet up/play with people in a non explicit way but it’s complicated trying to figure out how to navigate that while in a relationship.

I also had just started meeting up and planning to go to gatherings prior to getting into a relationship and prior to covid canceling a bunch of stuff…

My partner also has like… tried but he also doesn’t GET it and definitely does not do nearly what I had come to expect from someone who like you said gets it. I’m honestly not sure what the answer is because I’m also trying to figure it out.

We could definitely chat about it some more and I would welcome advice from others in the community! I’m so honored that you thought of me and grateful for all you said!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I hope that we both figure this out!

Okay fellas I know we're all super hyped from Grian's announcement. Them all recording something next week that's gonna be wild sounds awesome, but I feel the need to remind people:

If the new videos are not Life Series related, we should not get mad and complain in their comments.

Yes, I fully acknowledge that we'll probably be a bit disappointed if it isn't that after all the hints, but the creators are allowed to do what they want. It's their content, and we shouldn't be demanding things from them. If you can't be supportive, at least be respectful.
