So, BG1 and BG2 Spoilers ahead:

Flicking through the original games again to check on certain lore points and also stopped on Sarevok's dialogues to make sure I'm not hallucinating, but nope.

Sarevok misremembers his past and his attitude towards Bhaal has changed. If he's supposed to be the same guy, then hey, Larian, you could've, I don't know... explored what the hell happened?? It would even be relevant to the themes of Bhaal's cult, indoctination, loss of will/identity and his shitty parenting?

I mean, I can kind of see where the whole "Durge, do what I failed to do so that Bhaal may live again through you" stuff came from, though I feel like they missed the mark a smidgeon (Sarevok seems a little too devoted to Daddy in BG3 from what I remember - he was not originally. Sarevok has no respect for Bhaal (dude's got twice the daddy issues of the typical Bhaalspawn), he's only interested in his power.):

Sarvok: "You are indeed family. No other could have lived to oppose me in person. Of course, it will not matter in the end. Ultimately I will prevail, and a new era will be born unto the realms." Charname: "You are mad! What do you hope to gain by resurrecting a dead god?" Sarevok: "Father Bhaal is dead, but the slaughter I will orchestrate will prove me to be the most worthy successor. It will raise his power from the ashes. The streets will run red with blood when my work is finished!" Charname: "Successor? Deities are not known for sharing their power willingly!" Sarevok: "Fool! I do not wish to RESTORE his power - merely to RAISE it! With the divine blood that flows through these veins, I shall assume control over that which he so foolishly lost! I shall BECOME Bhaal. THAT... is the only acceptable outcome. [...] Face me! Face the new LORD OF MURDER!"

Sarevok: "Fuck Bhaal, he didn't deserve his job, so I'm taking it."

As for the bitching about being resurrected against his will, oh he's so annoyed. How could his cruel sibling do this to him against his will???

Charname: "Forget it. I don't trust you." Sarevok: "As you wish. By all means, stroll about and examine what you will of your domain. Time passes and events move with them. I'm sure it will not take long even for you to realise the truth"

Basically, he holds you hostage in this tiny dimension and won't let you progress with the game until you share your soul with him and resurrect him.

Charname: "...I will restore you." Sarevok: "So I have cheated death! Thank you, dear [sibling]... no gift could please me more." ... Sarevok: "I live! Flesh and blood and bone! I am ALIVE! Ha ha ha ha ha! I swore I would scratch and crawl my way back into the world of the living... and I have done it! "Though my sword and armour have not appeared. No matter. Without the Bhaal essence to channel their powers, they are of little use. I shall make do without them, as I once did. Thank you, [charname]. I am pleased."

Oh, he totally didn't want to escape! See how mad about it he is! See how happy he was in the afterlife??

God its been a while. So since the new leaks and season 6 had brought a lot of attention towards My Hero Academia and my past obsession with it is renewed i might as well write some headcanons. And what is better than the clasic relationship headcanons for the todoroki siblings.

Shoto

Relationship with Shoto is a weird experience.

You would have to be the one to propose and even when you do he still wont believe you.

He still sees that bastard of a father in him partially, so dont blame him for not believing you at first.

But after you guys have been together for a while, god help you both. I cannot say who would be more obsessed with the other.

Dinner dates, celebrations, small gifts every small and cheezy thing couples do, you guys do it twice as much.

He loves it when you play with his hair, or massage him. Any kind of gentle and loving physical contact to be honest, since he didn't got much before you.

If you pay attention to his scar, that would be a very intimate moment for him. Tho i cannot say he'd be that much of a sucker for that, he really appreciates the meaning behind the gesture.

Oh and expect to have to explain a lot of stuff to him. Like why some couples to something, but others don't.

He'd have some of a learning cerve when it comes to relationships.

Just dont get i the way of his dream, he'll be heartbroken if you do.

Natsuo

A hard case to write for sinc ewe dint have much information.

He doesn't seem like the guys to go for a hook up in university. So hed either be alone for a while or somehow have that uni dream of finding your dream partner during it.

So to be honest his family is a sensitive topic for him, so no meeting them for a long while.

When you do end up meeting them, hed go one by one, his mother probably first, then Shoto and Fuyumi. Hed keep you away from Endeavor as much as possible.

He does have a bit of anger issues, but he is well aware, so he might storm off once in a while. Then hed return with something as an apology, be it a flower, a chocolate just anything to make up for his outburst.

He's the sweetest though. He wont be as love sick as Shoto, but he would apreciate when you tell him how much you love him. He hasnt heard thay much so it means the word ro him when you do it.

But dont get me wrong he'd know when you lie, or ot isnt sincere.

Fuyumi

We don't kniw much about her except she loves her whole family no matter what shes been through because of them.

She'd look for someone who is just as willing to start a family with her.

She just seems like the person that knew early on that wanted a good and loving family.

She'd want someone with relatively thhe same values as her, so there is less of a chance to end up like her parents.

With her work she is pretty busy, and i guess her partner too. So the ocasional dinner/breakfasts date is so well appreciated.

She definitely makes bento boxes to her partner, every time she gets the chance.

If her partner is a woman her mother will be very supportive (not only for her too), but her father i doubt hell like it. I say that for her specifically because the boys dont care at all what their father will think.

Toya(Dabi)

Honestly good luck being with him, he's a manace. And ton take that as teasing king.

He loves teasing tho, but sometimes he says too much and might end up hurting you if you take stuff to heart.

His goal takes first place, thats a fact and no matter who you are to him it stays that way.

Doubt he can even love you, not in a normal way that is. Its closer to care than love. And to get to that point it would take a while.

But lets say you got lucky, and you get him for yourself. Dont bother being jealous, he has no eyes for anyone else in that way, youre probably his first romantic partner anyway.

I read somewhere that he and his paryner use each other with a lot of trust and a little emotion in the mix. And cannot say that this is anything but true.

He has anger issues, but unlike Natsu he doent show it untill its boiling in him. So unless you are someone that can take shouting well. You better get away as fast as you can. Hed cool down in a few minutes tho.

I think the best way to sgow him live it first is acts of service, show him that you care. Then comes physical touch, once he lets you touch him. For him touching is far more intimate than anything else.

Touch his scars and he will literaly melt in your hands. Unlike for Shoto, his scars are far bigger part of who he is as a person now and what hes been through as well. So i guess it would be like you see him now, but don't disregard his past at the same time.

My version of Hazbin Hotel

In this world, when someone dies, they are either reincarnated, or sent to either Heaven, Purgatory, or Hell.

Heaven, Purgatory and Hell are all physical places, like a continent. Each “continent” has its own “country” ( if someone from a Christian religion when to “heaven” that person would go to the country that had that the person version of heaven). Heaven in this world isn’t called heaven it’s called Euphoria. The same thing with Hell, it has its own countries too. Hell also has a different name, its called Dysphoria. 

In Euphoria and in Dysphoria all countries are named after a religion. Also in Euphoria and Dysphoria all countries have a ruler that takes care of their country and their people. And each bi-month the rules of each country would meet each other. Then on New Years Day, 2 rulers from Euphoriaand 2 rulers from Dysphoria would meet with each other to talk about if there is any problems or success. 

In Christianity, Lucifer is the ruler of their country. When Lucifer was banished from Euphoria to live in Dysphoria, he was curse to never have any offspring. At first it was fine, Lucifer was in a polygamous relationship (they had three partners). Lucifer and his partners would adopt human and non-human children or Lucifer’s partners would have donner or surrogate children. But one day Lucifer wanted a child that had his DNA, so he and partners created a child with magic. The child was a girl; Charlotte.

Charlie is a half goat half snake girl. (Her lower half is a snake and he upper half is a goat, she has horns, hoofed hands, one of her pupils is sideways and the other is split, she had fur on her upper half, and scales on her lower half,) She is the youngest of 8 siblings. (Her siblings represent the 7 deadly sins). She is silly and fun girl who loves musical,theater, and art. Even though she is the baby of the family she is determined to become a great ruler for her county. But she is mostly ignored by her family and is belittle and made fun of by her people.

One day Charlie notice that in Christianity country that more and more morality grey human are arriving. At first Charlie thinks nothing of it, but when she goes to the bi-monthly meeting with her father, it was reviled that the morality grey humans were coming into all the countries. At first the rules were confused why were morality grey humans coming to Dysphoria and not to Euphoria. Was there a mistake in Purgatory’s control system? Where these morality grey humans too dangerous to be reincarnated? Without being able to get contact from Purgatory the new humans were forced to stay in Dysphoria until further notice.

In Christality, it is a place of fire and ice, of pain and suffering, both physically and mentally. To torture you mentally, Lucifer created a drink that when someone ingest it, it would give it’s victims a horror base reality, the persons fears and darks thoughts would manifest itself into reality. (Think of Silent Hill).

Somehow the postion spread its way from Christianity into the other countries. All the other rules blamed Lucifer. After hearing the fact that something was wrong, Charlie decide to do something about it. That way her father wouldn’t no longer be blamed, the grey-morality people would go to their proper place, and Charlie would be seen as a hero and would be respected. So Charlie then created a plan, a Academy to have morality grey people to learn to be a better person and to be abel to go either to Euphoria or to be reincarnated.

After pleading with her father, siblings, and parents. Charlie finally wore down Lucifer and he reluctantly gave into Charlie’s plan. Excited Charlie got her siblings, money, equipment, and the place to make the academy. Months later Charlie then goes onto Katie Killjoy news station to promote all over the continent of Dysphoria’s Academy for The Morality Confused Sinners. A place were were morality grey humans, creatures, or sinners who feel like they are treated unfair get to live and study at the academy to learn how to be better people.

After promoting the Academy, Charlie is immediate laugh at by Katie and her people. Feeling upset Charlie goes home. A week later five new people show up at the Academy. Violet (it’s vaggie but with a different name since I don’t like her original one), who is Yellow Wolly Bear moth girl. Husk, who is a Selkirk Rex cat. Niffty who is a cyclops, and Razzel and Dazzel, two demon goats. They all want to help Charlie to run the Acadmey.

Angel Web and his siblings are the first to sign up from the Academy. Angel is a centaur tarantula, his twin sister, Molly is anthropomorphic wolf jumping spider and their older brother, Arackniss is a human with spider features. Angel explain to Charlie that he and his siblings aren’t supposed to be in Dysphoria they’re supposed to be in Purgatory. When they were alive, their father was sick and they came from a poor family.

To pay the bills and to help their father Arackniss start to work for the Italian mafia, Molly stole and sold drugs, and Angel became a sex worker and stole from cops, and from his rich clients. They didn’t do the things they did for fun, they did it to help their family.

After hearing their story, Charlie agrees for them to stay and study at the Academy. Soon a year goes by, the Academy got better and gets more students, but morality grey humans and the alter reality potion were still a problem. So Charlie and her friends decided to go investigate what is happening. ( if this was an actual show this would be season 2).

It’s later reveled that the morality grey humans and the missing potions were cause by Alastor. Alastor was once a human who lived, died, and when to Purgatory. But as more and more people died, people when to Purgatory instead of Euphoria and Dysphoria. Soon Purgatory was getting overfull.

It’s then revealed that 2 years ago a frustrated Alastor hacked into Purgatory’s control system and made all the recent humans be split into two groups. One group when into Euphoria and the others when into Dysphoria. Alastor also when down into Dysphoria, an became the all power Radio Demon. After getting his power, Alastor then went into the royal castle, stole the alter reality potion and dump it into the continent’s water supply. 

Alastor is somehow captured and force to be sent to Christianity to be punished. Lucifer then gets a hold of all the continent’s rulers, tells then what is going on, cleans up the water supply, and later gets a hold of Purgatory and Euphoria and tells them what is going on as well. Charlie is happy and is appreciated by her family and people. Violet and Charlie end up together, Angel and his family are sent to be reincarnated together, and Niffty, Husk, Razzel and Dazzle keep helping Charlie with her Academy.

Quick recap, just in case: even after his attempt to keep everyone out of danger, Henry still catches up to Charles. Not all is lost, though, because he gets the okay, and two days to reach The Wall, where he must confront a woman from Terrence's past, at the former Toppat leader's instruction.

OKAY! With that out of the way, BACK TO THE STORY!!!

Charles wastes no time driving to the rendezvous point to get to The Wall, after he phoned a friend for help. His friend has a helicopter on standby(which Charles will not be driving, for obvious reasons), so all Charles needs to do is get there, which he does.

At some point during this drive, frustrated with the circumstances and just wanting things to be normal again, Charles screams and shouts to get it out, almost crashing because he wasn't watching the road.

For almost a day and a night, running on nothing but water, stress, and ADD pills, Charles drives to an abandoned airport, where his friend is waiting.

Who's this friend that he called? Well, Matteo Gurtchev, who greets him warmly when he arrives.

"Charles, there you are! I was wondering what was taking you!" Matteo says as he hugs Charles.

"Glad to see you, too, but we need to go. Right now!" Charles replies quickly as he stumble-runs to the helicopter- he's been driving for nearly two days.

Matteo nods and helps him in, telling the pilot to get going.

"So what is your plan here? Why did you call me after so long?" Matteo asks as they sit down, across from each other and Charles lying on his side.

"You know how the Toppats are in space?"

Matteo nods.

"They're looking for the sapphire and think I know where it is. I mean, I DO know, but I don't know know, you know?"

Depsite the confusion, Charles is tired, so guve him some slack, Matteo nods again.

"And you're coming to The Wall, why?"

"Hadiya Wrenley. Does that name sound familiar?"

Matteo gets up and sits next to Charles, helping him up. "Yeah, it's familiar. Hadiya's been an inmate for almost 29 years. Why?"

"I need to talk to her. As soon as we get to The Wall."

"Of course. Now get some sleep."

Charles does not turn down that offer and falls asleep just about instantly.

WITH HENRY!

Henry holds up his end of the bargain and is on the move as the third day arrives.

He checks the base, to make sure Charles didn't just stay there, before heading back out to look for him. This time, however, there's no tapping his phone or tracking him.

Henry, from his place in the cafeteria, stares out the window as he thinks about where else Charles could be.

"Wow, some plan for looking for your favorite toy."

Henry wheels around and groans at Terrence, who smirks and waves at him from against the wall.

"What's wrong? Can't say 'hi' to your old man?"

'What are you doing here?' Henry signs. 'And how did you even get on here?'

"Next time, make sure whoever's manning the beam is actually paying attention."

Henry rolls his eyes and takes a seat, gesturing Terrence to sit across from him, which he does.

'What are you up to this time?'

Terrence shrugs and offers his son a sly grin. "Just bored. Wanted some entertainment."

Henry glares at him, but Terrence only continues grinning.

"Get out," Henry growls. "Or I'll lock you in the brig."

Terrence sighs and stands before walking toward the door, but stops.

"Oh, and by the way, remember to visit your mother every now and again."

Henry gives Terrence a very confused look before Terrence tips his head and leaves.

BACK TO CHARLES!

The ride to The Wall is long and Charles sleeps the whole time, at least until they land and Matteo wakes him up.

"We're here."

Charles, sore from the drive, holds up a hand, which Matteo takes to help him up.

Charles sits and stands up with a hiss.

"Do you need anything before we go in?"

Charles shakes his head. "No. I just need to talk to Hadiya before Henry gets here."

"Don't worry about that," Matteo replies with a chuckle as they walk inside. "Unless he wants to get arrested, he won't come back here."

Charles nods and sighs as they met a couple Wall guards and take an elevator to Dmitri's office, the guards all talking to each other and about Charles in German/Russian, Matteo telling them to knock it off, if they don't want to get reported to the warden.

One of them reminds him, still in German/Russian, "He's not the warden, remember?"

When Matteo scowls, Charles looks between them and asks what they're saying.

Turns out Dmitri got into trouble after Ellie and Henry escaped. A LOT of trouble.

Speaking of Dmitri, we meet him in his office, Grigori at his side, as Matteo knocks on the door and says they have a visitor.

Charles pops a couple ADD pills into his mouth and walks in when Grigori tells them to.

Matteo pats Charles on the shoulder, wishes him luck, and holds the door open for his friend.

Both a silent Dmitri and Grigori are surprised and happy to see the Pilot, given everything that's happened.

Well, Grigori voices this, at least, and actually gives Charles one of those Dad hugs, where there's back pats and rubs, but Charles, who's a little uncomfortable, asks if he can talk with them.

He can, and Grigori lets him sit down.

Charles asks why Dmitri is so quiet, and Grigori admits that Ellie hits hard for a girl, hard enough for three dentists to break the bank.

Speaking of which, Grigori asks if Charles is at The Wall for a position that was offered to him, one that pays more than merely flying a helicopter.

He's not. He's here to meet an inmate, but has something to ask:

"What do you know about Henry? And how'd you arrest him in the first place?"

Grigori hums and leans back in his chair as Dmitri glares at Charles. "You've seen how he works alone, да?"

Charles nods and notices Dmitri writing something, which he shows.

'As you know, he's lucky. Luckier than anyone we've encountered before. We caught him during a heist at just the right moment and arrested him. Little did we know, he and another inmate worked together to escape.'

Charles nods again. "Maybe next time have two guards to keep an eye on new inmates instead of one?"

Dmitri scowls and writes another note, one in all capital letters and underlined:

'THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME.'

"Anyway," Charles sighs, "I need to talk to someone."

Grigori and Dmitri exchange and glance before the warden nods.

"да. Who?"

"Hadiya Wrenley."

SPEAKING OF HER, WE CUT RIGHT TO HER!

Where Terrence is barely recognizable from his time in the CCC(if you want a full description, read the Toppat!Charles series), Hadiya is recognizable, just a little aged from her time in The Wall. She has strands of silver in her dark hair and is aging with time, but doesn't look a day over maybe 35, maybe 40.

There's a knock on her door and she's informed of her visitor before Charles walks in, saying hi to her, full name and all, to try and ease the tension.

"Who are you?" She asks sharply.

"Sorry," Charles replies. "I'm Charles. I'm with the government."

"If you're here to take me home, please don't bother. I've made up my mind, and I'm not leaving."

"You don't have to. I just want to know what you know about Henry Stickmin."

Hadiya only turns her head and gives Charles a very confused look.

"His dad's Terrence Sua-"

At the sound of that name, Hadiya gasps and pits a hand on Charles's mouth.

"Don't say his name," she yelps. "That man is the Devil himself, and I'll be DAMNED, if he comes here!"

Charles only stares as she steps back and sits on her bed.

"I'm sorry, what does that mean?"

Hadiya shakes her head. "You've notived it, right? He... does stuff and other stuff happens. He sneezes, a car crashes. He opens his mouth to talk, ten people start beating each other senseless. He... He TAKES something, more things go missing or get destroyed."

Charles pulls up a chair and takes a seat. "Sounds a lot like Henry."

"I'm sorry, but who's Henry?"

"The new leader of the Toppat Clan. Terrence keeps calling him his son, but..."

Although Charles trails off, Hadiya sighs.

"Do you want to know the truth?"

Charles nods.

"He only told me to join because he was 'nothing without me.' I didn't have much to offer, but he saw something I didn't. When I tried to help on heists, he locked me in our room. If I tried having his back in meetings, he cut me off. When I tried to give him an heir, he lost his mind.

"Do you know how vicious someone has to be to threaten a child?

To be so full of themself, that they can't even see what life there is right in front of them? He took one look at him, just one, and ordered him to be thrown overboard."

Charles watches Hadiya admit to all of this as she tears up, feeling his stomach drop as he pieces together what she's saying with what he kniws, and realizes why both Henry and Terrence are so dangerous.

"Have... Have you ever heard of the Center of/for Chaos Containment?"

Hadiya shrugs and nods. "Sort of."

"They deal with anything related to chaos, which is just weird, but wherever Henry is, they show up. It happened at the bank he robbed, on one of his heists, and before he and the Toppats escaped to space."

Hadiya points and sits up. "That happened with Terrence! Everywhere he went, there were those CCC guys!"

Charles lets himself grin at that piece of good news, but his smile drops as a new question arises.

Too bad there's a loud BOOM that shakes the entire complex.

Charles locks his eyes on the ground and mutters a swear under his breath; he should've been more careful with his hiding spot.

Hadiya takes one glance outside and turns on Charles, absolutely pissed off beyond all reason.

"YOU BROUGHT THEM HERE!?"

Charles holds his hands up as Hadiya grabs at him. "It-It was just a deal. I thought I had more time-"

There's another BOOM in the complex, and Charles quickly apologizes to and thanks Hadiya before telling her to stay in her cell as he runs out.

OUTSIDE THE WALL!

Henry and Ellie sprint around the yard and take a seat near the fence as inmates run amok; those two drill pods of Toppats really sent them all scurrying and there's a chance Charles is amidst the fray.

Despite all the chaos, Ellie sighs.

"Man, this brings back memories, doesn't it?"

Henry nods and sighs as well. 'Wonder if anyone will escape this time, too?'

"Heads up," Ellie semi-barks as she looks out in the yard.

Sure, he's wearing the Wall inmate uniform, but it looks baggy as hell, especially at his pants, there's a hunch between his neck and his back, he has a hand on his right side, and he's trying to hide his face a little too much.

Wonder who that is?

Henry and Ellie smirk at each other and race agter him, Ellie commanding Right, Reginald, amd anyone close by that Charles is in the yard and is leaving The Wall, heading possibly towards the woods.

SPEAKING OF CHARLES!

He sprints towards the Wall entrance and yells to the guards he's with the government and would very much like to leave because he's injured amd unarmed; he lost his gun while the inamtes were running rampant.

They don't believe him until he shows his ID, then he gets to leave.

Even though he sees Right flying toward him and Ellie and Henry on a motorcycle.

Charles wastes no time running into the woods and weaving through the trees to avoid being seen and/or shot.

It mostly works, but it really doesn't help that he's not in the best 'running' shape at the moment, so he has to dive under a log and hide when the motorcycles and Right pass by and then stop and start walking through the woods with flashlights.

"You're sure you saw him here?" Ellie asks as Right takes the lead.

"Yeah. 'E didn't get far."

"Alright. Split up, then. Divide and conquer."

Charles watches them stalk past him, the Toppats using flashlights to try and find him.

When he's pretty sure they're gone, he crawls out from his hiding place and starts sneaking back towards the complex.

Only to spot the group turn their flashlights in his direction and make him hide behind a tree. They miss him again and Charles tries sneaking off once more, keeping an eye on where he's going and where they are.

He freezes when he feels a gun against his back.

"Going somewhere?"

Charles, unarmed and outnumbered, sighs and holds up his hands.

From behind him, Henry smirks, lowers his gun, and starts circling around Charles. "I told you I'd find you, didn't I? You really should've listened."

"So what now?" Charles asks sharply, not at all in the mood for Henry being a smug prick. "You torture me until I tell you where the sapphire is or until I die?"

"Until you die?" Henry echoes.

The two are silent, even as the group finds them.

As Charles sees them, Henry grabs his collar and turns and pushes him into a tree, sort of pinning him as he leans into his ear.

"Why would I ever want that?" Henry asks with a smirk as he toys with Charles's hair, where it's closer to the nape of his neck.

It makes Charles's stomach drop and he gets more than a little creeped out at the realization that if Henry was that hellbent in getting the sapphire, he would've bombed the base and looked for it himself.

Lost in this thought, it gives Henry the opportunity to knock Charles back into the tree by his head, which makes him see stars and start to lose consciousness as he drops to the ground.

Just before he's down for the count, Charles glares up at Henry, who lowers to one knee to see what he has to say.

"You... sick bastard."

"Maybe, but look at the one who's winning here."

Charles knocks out and Henry slings him over his shoulder; with effort, of course, Charles maybe younger and shorter, but he's fit from almost a life time of military work, so that's 100% muscle Henry's picking up.

"Let's go," Henry commands. "He's going to tell us everything."

They all agree and head out toward the 'beam point,' though Henry smirks amd widely smiles that he just got what he REALLY wanted, and will be getting the sapphire, possibly very soon.

" Let's go on a date." You said as you dropped your books back on the table in The Great Hall.

Hoseok choked on his pumpkin juice as you so bluntly ' asked him out'.

" What?" He asked as he managed to catch his breath.

" Let's go to Hogsmeade. We can invite the other if they want to come allong." You smile at him.

Oh. He thinks.

Of course you're just asking him to hangout. He ignores his lightly tinted cheeks at the reminder of your way of talking.

" Okay, I'll get Jimin, Taehyung, Namjoon and Yoongi, will you get the rest?" He asked.

You nodded, the big smile on your face as present as ever.

" See you at the doors in half an hour." You smiled before starting to pack your books back in your bag.

Hoseok started doing the same.

" Okay."

" Like now?" Namjoon asked.

" We're meeting at the doors' in half an hour."

Hoseok smiled softly at the conversation as he left the hall, going find Yoongi next. He leaves Jimin and Taehyung for last, knowing that they were always together but a little difficult to find as they're usually in trouble.

" Okay so where do we go first?" Jimin asks as all of you arrive in Hogwarts.

" How about we go to Zonko's?" Taehyung suggests.

" Aren't we getting too old for Zonko's? Besides we're suposed to set the good example for the younger students. Whatever it is you want from Zonko's won't help in that." Namjoon pointed out.

" So we're going to Zonko's?" Jackson asks with a cheeky smile.

Namjoon looks at him with a ' you serious' face.

" Let's go guys! I need some stuff from there anyway." Jin cheers as you all start walking in the direction of the store.

You snort while Hoseok whole heartedly laughs.

" Jin! You're a prefect!-" Namjoon yelled before being called out.

" Yah! I'm not in school right now. I'm a prefect in school." He yelled right back with his silly smile.

" Who are you outside of school?" You ask, also with a smile on your face.

" Outside of school? Worldwide Handsome Kim Seokjin." He said as he blew a kiss at you which caused you all to laugh.

" Yes Hoseok, well done!" You yelled as Hoseok scored for his team.

Sure, they were playing against Joon's team, and yes, you were standing in Ravenclaw's bleacher, but what's wrong with cheering for your best friend who happens to be in Slytherin? Besides, you weren't the only one. Jin, Jimin, Jungkook and Taehyung seem to do the same thing. Namjoon's the only one who's yelling at Hoseok to stop scoring points. Yoongi was Slytherin's keeper, and he too was doing a good job.

The game went on for another fourthy minutes before the end signal was heard and Hoseok and Yoongi were quick to meet the rest of you in front of the quidditch field. 

" Good job guys!" You smiled as you congratulated both guys by giving them a smack of their shoulder.

Yoongi smiled shyly while Hoseok took you in his arms, gathering you in a hug.

" Yah! Hobi! You're sweaty don't do that-"

" Don't fight his love Y/N! Accept it!" Taehyung cheered in the background.

" Yeah! Just accept my love Y/N! You do love your Hobi right!" Hoseok smiled his big heart smile.

" Yes, of course I do! But that doesn't mean you need to hug me while you stink!"

" What? You want a kiss with it?!"

Hoseok smiled softly while looking at his friends over his butterbeer.

What a mess you all were. There's Taehyung who's kind of high on firewhiskey across from him, Jungkook who seems to find everything funny beside the male. You laughing while sitting beside Hoseok himself at one of Jin's stories. Yoongi's silent gummy smile and Namjoon pinching his eyes shut at Jimin's cute behavior.

In Hoseok's eyes everything just seemed so perfect in this moment. Everyone of you happy. Not all too worried about finals, and simply forgetting for a moment about the tension since Potter joined the school. You all felt as normal Hogwarts student, happy and vibin'.

Hoseok hoped that these type of moments never changed.

Hoseok stared at the empty courtyard where students like him used to be chilling at this time. Instead now it was empty, no trace of any student there. Nowhere in the castle was the happy chattering of teenagers and young adults. Instead there's now silence and fear hanging in the air.

Hoseok's eyes refocus as he's snapped out of his memories as a crude voice enters his ears.

" ...Nice, don't you think? The silence. No more annoying chattering of teenagers." One of the random teachers who Hoseok doesn't recognise speaks.

Now here's an all new theory for where the procrastination comes from

Like the uni councilors thought of like generic selfhate insecurity or like spineless ppl pleasing (nope an anime cured me of that when I was 13 - thst sounded more like what that ladys own problems might be), fear or failure & wanting to spite my father, eveb that getting ahead through "talent" was an unfair advantage bad tainted and evil, or that "talent" meant being beholden and controlled by others (definitely somewhat right - we worked on that, it helped, the second guy was defs much much more helpful & compatible cause he focussed a lot more on strategies than wannabe-maternal pep talks) but there was always something else there that wasnt getting touched

In tje end I dont think I have talent and in any case what really matters is attitude toward "living the examined life" for example whst you do. What you notice.

Now I did notice that things get harder to do precisely because I actually want them(whereas a lot of ppl get distracted from stuff because they dont really want it) - at the same time I can totally function or pick up new habits in day to day life its not like I have some "hardware problem" like, say, ADHD or the like.

Like of course its some emotional knot it couldnt be anything else but I feel they didnt identify what kind of knot? Certainly not that first lady. If im trying to get clarity and you give me reassuring pep talks you just freak me out more for the love of god tell me whats happening. Nothing worse when a Doctor says "it will be over soon" rather than explain the procedure

Fear of/ distraction from wanting itself never really occured to me thats not a common stereotypical fear that ppl talk about.

Let me get this straight I never thought I was better than anyone I knew very well that I'm not. I thought of both those things as ways not to get bullied, maybe get somewhere where I feel that im in the right place.

If I look back at really breaking experiences it was times I really really wanted something and then I couldnt do it or some outside party stepped on my fingers. That Tori Amos Music Video where she escapes from a psycho killer's trunk and then the passerby's dont help her? That was my most favorite music video in the world for years maybe still is.

Like I was told I could maybe skip third grade and I poured all my energy and passion and strenght into that everything I had to do well, make friends with the new class i was so highly motivated I aced all the exams I felt so happy & fulfilled just being in thst flow state all the time... i wanted this more than anything. Maybe it was the first time I really wanted something beyond vague dreams or base desires. But the homeroom teacher hated my guts and put the kibosh on that; Probably because I was unwittingly repeating some of the artogant classist shit my father spouts without realizing how hurtful it is. my parents thought it wasnt worth going to the higher ups for that but having to essentially redo 4th grade in a crap school in the different town we moved to was one of the worst times of my life. Also I didnt find out that the teacher had hated me/acted in a petty way until years after I thought I just failed. That there was a possible place I could have belonged but turns out I really belong nowhere after all.

All my effort was for nothing. It was such a joy - i mean these days even getting code to work or solving math problems has that same joy - but all that effort and joy and wanting did was that... im tearing up and searching for the words to even process this tbh. I think I denied that joy, told myself that I was just a stupud kid thinking I was a special snowflake. It didnt even matter.

Rather than insist on staying up late to make sure my homework was done I just stopped caring and hardly did another piece of homework in my life just faking it on the spot or coasting through. It could have gone another way maybe if it werent for the bullies and my father the chief bully or if only I was more determined but it was like "okay I dont care anymore I just dont care" and I think thats stayed my default response to dissapointment to this day.

This TV show didnt turn out like I wanted? I dont care its just a tv show.

My father treated be with hatred all my life? Its okay I dont care about him and I dont want his love anyway.

Like there were other times when I thought I could be happy.

Like I really wanted to go to this boarding school for gifted kids. Again I thought maybe incorrectly that this would be a place where I can belong and not be bullied it was never about being better than anyone.

Again I wanted it I clamored and cried and made noise nonstop. Maybe I still hadnt wholly lost contact with willpower back then. I still thought of myself as strong willed.

And my father made me regret it. It was around the same time that mom briefly considered divorce maybe I was just the stress valve. Or he took it personally as wanting to get away from him. Duh he abused me of course I wanted away from him. He was such a suffocating control freak! Mom said yes first then he spoke to her and suddenly she followed everything he said. Thats when I really realized how emotionally manipulative was how abusive... i mean one of my first conscious memories of him is thinking "oh crap I will be just like cinderella" but he really laid it on so thick so transparently even a 10 year old could tell its manipulation. If you do this you dont love your mom. If you do this you dont love your siblings. If you dont obey me your mom will kill herself. No she wont you jerk even my 2 year old self could tell youre abusive.

The most cruel thing he did was briefly say yes. Again I got so happy. So invested. Just bending all I was towards that even though he bombarded me with abuse and mental torture.

And then on the day we were supposed to leave he said no youre not going.

Maybe I actually did say I didnt want to go because of one time he was doing this constant scientology type torture on me

That same reaction: "I dont want it I dont want anything so please please let me be"

Ppl think of bad childhoods as a game that you win if yoz turn 18 -or 28 maybe - without killing yourself. But its not. Every year you live it can take away from your potential. Every day less than you have to live it

He sure didnt let me have sucess with his overcontrol and abuse. Anything I was proud of he rules. When I graduated from school with a fairly good but not perfevt final score he humiliated me. When I turned 18 he humiliated me. Everything I did was a burden even just feeding and washing me. Hed give me unwanted white elephant gifts then bitch about how giving them to me ruined his life cause he had to work so muxh "Ingrate Ingrate Ingrate" Butch I never asked for anything I want nothing!

But as I had to eat I did in fact have to ask things of him and I hated it so much.

No wonder that I turned out afraid of wanting things eh?

Hed seen some poster when we went to see tje school I wanted to go to - not by the school by an individual student - about the history of abortion portrayed in a positive way or at least that was his official reason why I couldnt go. Again I had wanted something badly with all my being and again all my being availed nothing. Irrelevant like I didnt exist. All my screaming gone unheard.

And this is so silly cause im not a child anymore I have control and if I were to stop procrastinating I could have money and gave even more control.

I havent even spoken to him in years now hes no longer relevant. Its not about him its about thus bad pattern I picked up.

I like how this books handles it with the idea that certain experiences dont create the type but that it nakes you uniquely suceotible to certain kinds of hurt or certain misunderstandings.

Because with all this discourse about bad message free media ive really come to think that while it can and should be minimized its not possible to eradicate cause human mibds are so quicl so fallible to extract overgeneralizations and make it mean something abput themselves

Another time I was nearly happy was when I started looking for work, doing my thesis...

Same pattern I was engaged, happy to be engaged talking to ppl at both work and in the uni work group loving it all so much...

my life had started to feel meaningful again. And it had gotten to that point in part because of my ex-fiance. Yes the councelling heloed taking up meditation helped, getting high on morning glory that one time helped a whole lot got more self esteem from that than I ever got from my father.

But that all started because of my ex fiance.

He was an i tellectual type and he had a sense of purpose about him like hes a legendary character and everyone around him became legendary too. And he found me useful! Others had called me "walking dictionary" with mockery and scorn he called me his google and it meant love and admiration. Maybe I got a bit of an ego trip off of tjat but I also really stupidly dumbtastically loved him I bragged of him to anyobe who listened everything he did seemed fascinating abd interesting and meaningful, but also I just loved the sweet gentle warmth of being next to him in the morning. Once again I was happy and everything was joyful even when it was hard, I felt strong and meaningful and useful and I let myself openly want things.

And then it all blew up. Worse yet i was so mistaken abozt him it really shook my confidence in my own judgement or any sense of clarity. I was si confused during the fucking breakup like I hadnt been since I left my father's house.

Google hah! More like his personal Alexa! It turns out he didnt respect or like me at all.

I couldnt even be sad or angry cause it was all my mistake. The one feeling I allowed - and even that took me weeks to identify - is dissapointment. Heavy leaden dissapointment i didnt even kniw that was a feeling you could feel so strongly. I didnt even do anything wrong you have to open yourself to have love. He could habe choosen to love me he just simply didnt. He probably thought he did but he wouldnt evebn do something as simple as not make fun of my voice or clean when I am sick.

Once he started putting me in the "wife" role he just became unable to see me. His loss really cause I think he wanted to keep me from all those annoying texts and email he had the nerve to write.

By all means I was right to trust but also right to leave later but still my sense of certainty and purpose and meaning was totally shaken. He did the sort of romantic stuff I didnt think was real. I knew I loved him when we had this conversation about water on mars. He got me the perfect books for my birthday! He said I was pretty and a genius and looked just like an actress. He got me this titanic esque heart pendant with stars. We were stuck at midnight in a train station that one time and he pulled out a picnic rug two plastic glasses and a shampain bottle. It never worked out but he said he might take me to see the LHC! I really thought we would be buried in the same hole folks!. He had read that same steven Hawkings book that I loved. One of the rather few books he actually read as I would find. Sigh.

And I fell right back into that same old pattern. Dont care about anything dont want anything it would be stuoid unrealistic and silly to want.

When I first came to uni I also had this feeling of hapiness and belongingness and wanting, I was putting in an effort, talking to ppl more.. and when things went wrong the slightest bit I pulled by hand back from that like from an open flame.

And here I am years later most the sucess or contact I get is comments on my fanfictions.

I thought I was doing that, or drawing, because its Stakes/Evaluation-free (going by the fear of failure theory) or because at least with the ffs gratification/payoff for effort is immediate compared to original stuff or uni work. Its a nice little niche at least.

I mean I do care about it its not "just" distraction but maybe ive been profaning it in that way... and so etimes I dont even do that and go for full unadulterated undebatable distraction; Line to 7 I guess. Tje only reason I spoke face to face to anyone else than the delivery guy this week is that I had some doctors appointments.

But not its distraction from stuff Im too lazy to do or even from pressure like I always thought. But from wanting things.

So the original fiction went great while it was a distraction from school not so much when its one of the things I most want and actually have the time to do it.

Even thought thats the most practiced skill I have that I never stopped working on since I was 10. 🤦‍♀️

I mean they already explained that its basically like meditation. Or weeds. Or popup ads. Youve got to click them away as they pop up.

I always told myself thst I didnt have to be happy... and thats not even untrue actually but it would sure be neat to be happy again one of these days.

IT IS THAT TIME OF YEAR

For appreciation to all my favorites. This year was a lot. It was long and kinda shitty, but everyone that I met made it so much better. That includes each and every one of y'all.

Dear Mom

So here I am at 4am finally telling you through a text message I will let you adopt my child. But its so YOU'LL be happy to make YOU hopefully see I AM a good child. All my life I was the disappointment. I was the reason you and Dad got married. I was the reason you never got to live your life, but now you have. Now you've been out partying, kicked outa bars, ect. Now you've found a man who you're in love with and well, neither of you can have kids. And now you finally can by adopting my child. So to make it sound like a sweet deal for myself and my child, you say it's to make it easier than custody, which is what you have because you lied and told me temporary custodyis what you wanted but wasn't until I got served the papers and it said custody, and when I asked about it you told ne if I wanted to fight it then to get a lawyer, KNIWING I couldn't because I didn't have any money. You say Yall adopting her would make it easier for insurance, doctors, school, ect. No what it does is make it so you can get rid of me. Because you know why I distance myself from her. You know shes a baby conceive from rape. Yet, you decide to tell me "well you know I can take you to court since you haven't seen her in over 6 months" but if you do that you know you'll look like the "bad guy" and you can't have that, you're NEVER the bad guy right? But if you convinced me to let y'all adopt her then you don't have to worry about that because then you can just tell me I can never see her again, which I know is coming. I'm not as fucking stupid as you think I am.
