The Weavers' version is incredibly important to the history of folk music, as it was their most popular song in 1948 (and the first no. charting single in the folk music genre), and helped kick them off into popularity before they were blacklisted just 2 years later.

It's Prince's birthday and while he was waiting for his wife to get off of work so that they could celebrate, he received a distressed call from their high school friend Otto.

"Hey Prince, I really need to talk to you man its important and it might just be a way you can live your dreams".

Trusting Otto, Prince grabbed his birthday cake from the fridge that Mara made the prior day, left a note and was on his way to Del Sol Valley.

Prince immediately started consoling Otto once he saw just how upset his friend was.

"My dad just passed away man and left me with his dance company". "I know that you've moved on to being a doctor but i remember your love of dance and buddy I need an extra dancer".

"I would love to but where would me and the family live, you know Mara is pregnant and Winnie is thinking of moving to Willow Creek to be closer to their grandchild since all of my siblings have aged up and moved out".

"Look behind you, this lot will be yours if you sign, I know its not big enough but y'all can make it work and if Winter truly wants to be closer, they can move down here as well theirs a guest place".

"You know what I think it's time I put my dreams to reality, you got yourself a new dancer"

For the first time without consulting with his wife or his Winnie, Prince made up his own mind about his future. He walked over to his birthday cake and blew out the candles. Ready to start his new adventure he called his boss

"Hey Sir, this Prince Berry".

"Ah, yes Mr. Bear how can I help you"?

If Prince had any doubts, they were gone with that question. Prince has been working there for years and his boss still couldn't remember his name.

"It's Mr., Berry and i'm calling to put in my resignation, I quit".

Menu Monday: We found this 1929 Japanese menu in the Ivy Ledbetter Lee Papers. Lee was a member of the Princeton University Class of 1898. He founded his own public relations firm in 1916, with many prominent clients, and appears to have attended the Kyoto Conference of the Institute of the Pacific Relations on November 3, 1929. The conference did not have official government representation and did not pass resolutions. Instead, it aimed to promote international understanding among nations that had interests in the Pacific region.
