Based on my memories, I learned to dissociate around the age of 10, after being beat for accidentally breaking something. In that moment I knew I could never trust them, that they would never believe me about anything, and that they did not love me. So, I learned to fade away and dissapear from that unbearable space. It was my only option.

On another extremely happy note,

I’ve lost 15 lbs in the last two weeks.

I’m not sure exactly how or whatever because I haven’t entirely been trying to hard. At least in my opinion I haven’t tried. Or maybe this is just new instincts setting in because I know that deep down these changes definitely need to be made. It’s not that I eat extremely unhealthy either. because for the most part I eat very healthy. I just literally mean I wasn’t even trying to lose weight. Is this really how it works? Haha
