You can do crunches & planks all day long but if your body fat % is not in the right digits, you will never be able to reveal those abs in your abdomen. You don’t have to specifically train for abs related exercises before your abdomen is tight enough. Tight enough because, only a less body fat can give you a tight abdomen & without low body fat %, abs wont reveal. EVER! Instead: Do HIIT workouts, high intensity running, jumping ropes, compound movements, shuttle running, jogging or play any sport side by side to first get your body fat % low. Only then you should start focussing on abs. 📌SHRED FAT WITH THE JUMP ROPE By @Bachperformance 📌 👉Jumping rope is the most underrated conditioning movement to torch fat and get more athletic.

As a former 103lb scrawny dude I used to fear conditioning like it was an ebola-laced napkin. Like most guys I skipped conditioning completely. This only leads you to gain fat, comprise your long-term health, and increase injury risk. -
👉Jumping Rope is an Ideal Warm Up; Skipping rope before Plyometrics, sprints, and explosive lifts fires up the nervous system, increases core/muscular temperature, and conditions the tissues of the lower body for explosive activity. -
👉Low Injury Risk
Jumping rope is a self-limiting exercise: to jump rope without failing you must stay in a tall, jointed stacked position while under load. If you mess up, whack your calves, the exercise ends. This makes it much more unlikely to overdue it with faulty technique.

👉Improve Coordination And Athleticism
Jumping rope develops speed, agility, and coordination. If you’re tired of trippin’ over your feet in pick-up sports, the jump rope can improve your coordination to transfer your gym gains to the playing field.

👉Calf Gains
Even Arnold struggled to grow his calves. So, how can you grow yours? I’ve found jumping rope to combine high-frequency and load (especially single leg hops) to trigger muscle growth as well as anything.

👉Torch Fat
Despite being a low-impact tool, jumping rope forces rapid arm movement, core engagement, and quick feet to send your heart-rate sky-high. 

👉What to do:
Add 100 skips to your warm-up ever day. If you can't jump rope yet w/o tripping over your feet, do jumping jacks. -
👉Next: Take 10-15 minutes and jump rope. Take a break when your lunges and calves are ready to explode, then get back to it. Repeat twice per week.
