If you want some more information about breast cancer risk, screening, etc for trans women and men (more in general, but it does address the risk for those of Ashkenazi Jewish heritage), there's some good info here:

So um,

Yesterday, I learned that apparently, no one talks to Ashkenazi trans girls or women about breast cancer.

If you are taking female HRT, you are at a similar risk of breast cancer as a cis woman. And Ashkenazi women are at a higher risk than the average woman due in part to gene mutations.

Unfortunately, despite that, not all health insurances cover routine mammograms for trans women.

This makes it super super important that you do your monthly Breast Self-Exams (BSE) at home.

I've copied a video on how to perform a BSE below, but just a note that Ashkenazi women are more prone to breast cancer in general and at a younger age, so please if you do feel anything, make an appointment with your doctor

what are alya and nino's view on lady blanche? would VJ affect their views of her?

Over all, they didn’t know about Lady Blanche, much like most of the public, and their views of her, when they know, will depend if its them or Chloe and Lila who receives LBBC. 

If they receive the LBBC, they presume villain cause Plagg and Tikki presume Lady Blanche is a villain and tell them she is such, for certain things always stay the same when a wish makes an adjustment and they presumed that the butterfly was being misused again. Though they do bring up that they’re to look into this since this Lady Blanche isn’t behaving the same as Hawk Moth. Its Alya who instigates an aggressive approach and Nino rolls along with it. 

Now if its Lila and Chloe who receive LBBC, Alya is quick to presume villain for Lady Blanche, automatically believing the heroes, especially since they’re the ones making actual public appearances and speaking to the press. Nino technically believes them too but he’s also pretty neutral since he’s not big on hero stuff. Between the two, Nino is probably the easier to persuade and change the view of than Alya.
