Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia Costumes Part 8

The Ally Costume Token Exchange shop just became available in the Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia (DFFOO) mobile game.

This shop contains all the costumes that have been released in the English or Global version of DFFOO.

Normally, you need to pay real money in order to get and be able to equip these costumes. But the game is planning to give players 2 Ally Costume Tokens for free. You can use this Token to exchange for a costume from the shop.

Sadly, the reason why we’re getting these Tokens for free is because DFFOO just announced that it will discontinue or end its service on February 29, 2024.

I talk more about that in another post, but that announcement came as a shock. Really wish that news wasn’t true. Wish the game wasn’t ending at all.

Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia Costumes List

Anyway, I talk more about this in another post but I already picked and got my 1st costume. Ended up choosing the 1st costume of Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII (#ad). Now I need to figure out which costume to pick with my 2nd Ally Costume Token.

Unfortunately, at the moment, I still have no idea which costume to pick. There are a lot of choices, and there are lots of costumes that I’d love to be able to have. I talk more about this in another post, but it’s really too bad that we can’t get them all even with the game ending soon.

So now gonna have to go through all the available costumes then try to decide which one to pick. Hopefully, I’ll be able to make a decision soon. Want to be able to make use of these costumes as much as possible before the game ends.

Anyway, below is a list of all the costumes that are available in the Global or English version of DFFOO.

Vincent Valentine from Final Fantasy VII and Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII

Vincent Valentine from Final Fantasy VII and Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII has 1 costume.

Vincent's costume looks nice enough but I prefer his default outfit so this one's out.

Ace from Final Fantasy Type-0

Ace from Final Fantasy Type-0 has 2 costumes.

Ace's 1st costume looks really similar to his default outfit so it's out.

Don't like the hood in Ace's 2nd costume so this one's out too.

Rem Tokimiya from Final Fantasy Type-0

Rem Tokimiya from Final Fantasy Type-0 has 2 costumes.

Both of Rem's costumes look really similar to her default outfit so meh. Both are out.

Cater from Final Fantasy Type-0

Cater from Final Fantasy Type-0 has 1 costume.

Cater's costume is basically the same as her default outfit so this one's out.

Deuce from Final Fantasy Type-0

Deuce from Final Fantasy Type-0 has 1 costume.

Deuce's costume is basically the same as her default outfit so this one's out.

Machina Kunagiri from Final Fantasy Type-0

Machina Kunagiri from Final Fantasy Type-0 has 1 costume.

Don't like that Machina's face is hidden in his costume so it's out.

Queen from Final Fantasy Type-0

Queen from Final Fantasy Type-0 has 1 costume.

Queen's costume is basically the same as her default outfit so this one's out.

Kurasame Susaya from Final Fantasy Type-0

Kurasame Susaya from Final Fantasy Type-0 has 1 costume.

Kurasame's costume looks nice enough and you can even see his face clearly in this one but I don't really use him all that much so this one's out.

Sherlotta from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time

Sherlotta from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time has 1 costume.

I like Sherlotta's costume way better than her default outfit but there are other costumes that I like more than this so this one's out.

Layle from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers

Layle from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers has 1 costume.

Don't like Layle's costume so it's out.

Prompto Argentum from Final Fantasy XV

Prompto Argentum from Final Fantasy XV has 1 costume.

Prompto's costume looks nice enough but he doesn't have his own Force or FR weapon and Burst or BT weapon so won't be able to use him much at all. So this one's out.

Gladiolus Amicitia from Final Fantasy XV

Gladiolus Amicitia from Final Fantasy XV has 1 costume.

Gladiolus's costume looks nice enough, but Iprefer his default outfit so this one's out.

And that’s it for now. There are a lot more costumes to go through but have to continue in another post because already nearing the max limit of 30 pics per post in this one.

Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia Characters Upgrades Part 20

After finding out that, sadly and unfortunately, the Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia (DFFOO) mobile game will discontinue or end its service on February 29, 2024, started spending my saved resources and upgrading the chars who I ended up skipping before.

The end of service announcement news came as a shock. I talk more about that in another post, but I really wish the news wasn’t true. Wish the game wasn’t ending at all.

But since the game is unfortunately ending soon, there’s no longer any reason to save resources.

Started working on maxing out chars who I may have skipped before or who aren’t fully built yet.

Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia Characters Notes

All the chars in DFFOO are currently at the max of Level 90 and Crystal Level 90. Too bad Level 100 and Crystal Level 100 never got unlocked for any char, not even in the Japanese version of the game.

Note about Spheres: some of my chars have real Spheres while some have RF Spheres while others have no Spheres at all.

Some chars have RF Spheres which I now replaced with real Spheres while some chars have no Spheres but I now gave them some.

Will talk more about Spheres in another post so won’t bother to mention them here.

Note about Artifacts: most, if not all, of my chars already have perfect Artifacts. So will only mention if a char doesn’t actually have perfect Artifacts.

Note about Bloom Stones: all my chars already have their Bloom Stone so won’t bother mentioning this anymore either.

Note about Summon Boards: most of my chars already have all of their Summon Boards completed.

But for a lot of chars, particularly the ones that I’m not currently using, haven’t bothered to unlock the tiles that would complete all of their Boards even though I already have all of the points needed to do so.

This is in order to avoid collecting the gems and tickets that come with completing these Boards so I can use said resources for future banners.

IIRC, only chars that have just recently been added to the game and who I ended up skipping don’t have any points needed to complete all of their Summon Boards.

Will only mention it if a char doesn’t have all of their Summon Boards completed.

Note about Character Enhancement Boards: if I decide to fully build a char (as in maxing out all of their weapons and such), then I make sure to also complete all of their Character Enhancement Boards.

If a screenshot of a char says they have 0 Char Boards completed, this doesn’t necessarily mean they really have 0 Boards completed. Usually, I unlock parts of a char’s LD Board, particularly the tiles that would give me their LD Call and/or LD extension passive.

If it’s available, I would sometimes also unlock parts of their Force Board, particularly the tiles that would give me their Force Echo and/or Force extension passive.

Will only mention it if a char only has a few or some of their Boards completed.

Rude from Final Fantasy VII

Currently, my Rude from Final Fantasy VII (#ad) has his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD fully MLB.

All of his Summon Boards have been completed. The Character Enhancement Boards for his 15cp, 35cp, and Ex have been completed. Parts of his LD Board have been completed.

Bought Rude's High Armor then spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to upgrade it to Blue.

Completed the rest of Rude's Char Boards and got him to Force Enhancements Level 50.

The only things he’s missing now are the following: his Force or FR weapon, his Burst or BT weapon, and the Force Board and Force Echoes feature but sadly, none of these are available in the Global or English version of DFFOO.

Ramza Beoulve from Final Fantasy Tactics

Currently, my Ramza Beoulve from Final Fantasy Tactics has his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, LD, and BT fully MLB. He has his High Armor. All of his Boards have been completed.

Spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to upgrade Ramza's High Armor to Blue.

Spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to upgrade Ramza's Burst to BT+ 3/3 or Green.

Got him to Force Enhancements Level 50.

The only things he’s missing now are the following: his Force weapon and the Force Board and Force Echoes feature but sadly, none of these are available in the Global or English version of DFFOO.

Tidus from Final Fantasy X

Currently, my Tidus from Final Fantasy X has his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, LD, FR, and BT fully MLB. He has his High Armor. All of his Boards have been completed.

Spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to upgrade Tidus's High Armor to Blue.

Spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to upgrade Tidus's Burst to BT+ 3/3 or Green.

Got him to Force Enhancements Level 50.

Sadly, Tidus doesn’t have access to the Force Board and Force Echoes feature so he’s forever stuck at 4 Char Boards completed instead of all 5 or M.

Layle from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers

Currently, my Layle from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers has his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, LD, and BT fully MLB. All of his Boards have been completed.

Bought Layle's High Armor then spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to upgrade it to Blue.

Spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to upgrade Layle's Burst to BT+ 3/3 or Green.

Got him to Force Enhancements Level 50.

Spent the Book and 3 Ingots needed to upgrade Ultimecia's Burst to BT+ 3/3 or Green.

Completed the rest of her Character Enhancement Boards and got her to Force Enhancements Level 50.

The only things she’s missing now are the following: her Force weapon and the Force Board and Force Echoes feature but sadly, none of these are available in the Global or English version of DFFOO.

Keiss from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers

Currently, my Keiss from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers has his 15cp, 35cp, Ex, and LD fully MLB. He has his High Armor. All of his Boards have been completed.
