I've been doing lots of slideboard work lately with my Ultraslide 8 from @ultraslide and it's the real deal. Modify with fitness sliders on carpet or turf, socks on a wooden floor, or paper plates on carpet. --------------- Perform each move for 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest between moves: --------------- 1. Day 62: LATERAL LUNGES Today let’s take our lunges to the next level. Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart, hands on hips. Step out to the right and shift your body weight over your right leg, squatting to a 90 degree angle at the right knee. Keep your back as upright as possible. Push off and bring your right leg back to center to complete one rep. Try 5 reps on one leg then switch legs.
