Okay, so... excuse my rant, but... I'm almost done with the original series. I just finished Larcade's pleasure spell. And while I find it HILARIOUS (and kind of hot that Laxus and Rogue were included), I'm very unsatisfied.

I mean, really. There are soooo many characters that we want to know about, and we got the sexual experience of, eh, about 5. Like, how are Laxus and Mavis the only Fairy Tail members that we got confirmation on? Especially when Mavis doesn't really count once we know about August. I mean, we didn't even get to see Levy or Gajeel to know whether or not they ever hooked up before the Alvarez arc. Not to mention that Jellal had a stupid grin on his face (but it really wasn't clear and even so, who???) and, given her status as a sex symbol, what about Mirajane (I'm also a huuuge Miraxus shipper)?

I feel like we need Larcade to come back at least as like a "historia (could be histoire, I'm not entirely sure) corpse" just to give us an update. Because, let's be honest, we never know for sure with Fairy Tail.

Just thinking about Zervis’s final scene from the original series and my god the voice acting here (especially for the English dub) was so so good 🥹

If you were forced to explain Fairy Tail lore and plot as accurately possible (from the things I've said) what would you say? (except you can pretend Sting and Rogue are the main characters to give you a slightly better chance)

Challenge accepted, but Rogue and sting arent the main characters, thats misinformation, and im better than that. Alright then lets get started, for all the newbies there, this is fairy tail lore (I will include what little things i've learnt from skipping dialogue in the game and stuff i've happened to learn:

A long time ago, there was this guy named zeref, and he had a brother, Natsu, whos part demon, part dragon and part human, thats when it all went wrong. Natsu died, and Zeref was really sad about that, he really liked natsu a lot, more then his own son (who resorted to violently jerking people off for attention), so Zeref did all in his power to bring back his brother, and eventually he did.

then his brother Natsu did a bunch of things i dont think i know anything about, but in the process, he made a bunch of friends, then found a world where everybody is the opposite of their normal world selves, like natsu is a total wimpy loser in this world and red ezra is a maid to the blue guy.

7 years later (those 7 years were spent somewhere else, not mentioned in canon, they left the opporiste world since then), they returned to fiore, where natsus guild Fairy Tail (fun fact: The name of the show acc comes from the guild name, Fairy Tail. Not many people know this), had completely fallen off, and Lucy had not paid rent in 7 years, so she was screwed too (until she wasnt). So the guild had to become famous again and strike back. So they did requests to get notoriety, and then did another quest, then yet another quest, then YET ANOTHER QUEST (I'm never completing the fairy tail game at this rate).

Then there was a training arc and a pool episode but im gonna ignore those since they dont matter to the canon so like who cares, its all just fanservice anyway, including the training arc. Self improvement fanservice.

ANYWAY now the tournament is happening and the team is all prepared, but the big team up top is the SABER TOOTHS lead by some old guy and STING EUCLIFFE WOOOOOOOH. So the tournament began and Yukino of saber tooth tried her best but got knocked out in the first round, but she shouldn't be blamed she tried her best and thats okay. Sting didnt feel the same way, he kicked her out and replaced her with minerva, who i still dont know a lot about except for the fact that she tortures people for fun, so like maybe sting just has a type.

Anyway, then after a while, Sting Eucliffe and Rogue Cheney, 2 notable cat owners in the fairy tail universe, fight Fairy Tails very own Natsu Dragneel (Zeref cheers in background) and Gajeel, husband of some other character, professional thrower through rooves.

But first, Sting's backstory, a long time ago, he was adopted by a dragon because something happened to his real parents and idk, then he went forward 19 years in time i think and rogue is more important anyway. Rogue was also adopted by dragons, but he hated his previous name, so he went by a different name for a long time but i dont remember it so i'll just say he went by jared because thats the first name I could think of. Anyway, after a while, he changed his name back because he had a moment, then he found his cat, the most important character in all of Fiore (according to Rogue). He could never be separated from his cat, otherwise everyone would die and his mysterious shadow (who i'll call eddie) would take over and he'd kill everyone.

Anyway while I was saying that backstory, Natsu and gajeel were fighting sting (Rogue was afk) and while many blows were traded absolutely nothing happened. Then Natsu sent gajeel into the mines and the fight continued and eventually someone won.

Then as either revenge for losing or as a treat for winning, saber tooth decided to torture lucy for some reason??? i really dont get it apparently this is fanservice so it mustve been super freaky for lack of a better word, but Rogue doesn't like torturing because he's silly like that, so he walked away dramatically.

Then later an evil shadow possessed Rogue fought gajeel and he punched him a lot, but then he got thrown through the roof and LOST because hes a SILLY LOSER MEOW MEOW (according to @lilacharbour).

Afterwards, the leader of sabertooth blew up Stings cat with mind so Sting introduced him to a concept called docking (not the gay thing), and the leader guy died.

THEN EVIL ROGUE CAME BACK TO THE PAST AND FOUGHT EVERYONE and then he got sent down the river in a boat made of ice and gray probably tried to get himself killed while naked during the fight since apparently he does that a lot more than you'd think.

THEN THE SEX MAN ATTACKED and 3 really strong people fought him, Sting, Rogue and another character who shares a voice actor with a character in guilty gear i think maybe. could be wrong. and sex man was winning, until my boy sting ate up all the sex magic and KILLED HIM

then natsu and all killed the big bad Zeref (he killed dragons), the end. Oh yeah and sting and rogue touched balls and it was so gay, roll the credits.

Also a mini rant, Erza scarlet could be such a cool character and def my favourite if it weren't fairy tail with enough fanservice to make air conditioning go extinct for good, like come on, a red headed warrior character with sword attacks that she can control (i think), whats not to like? Though maybe im just saying that since most fictional characters i simp over have the hair colour around that area (like purples (that are closer to red than blue) and pinks and reds and stuff), not directly because of that but still, theres a pattern.

Ngl it's honestly incredibly funny how much Zeref hated anyone who happened to be seeking his approval at any given time over his hundreds of years of existence. Like from what Fairy Tail's readers/viewers are given to understand, this guy's usually moping--unless he's running a whole-ass empire OR unless he happens upon a cult of murderous shitheads formed in his honor. In which case he goes full edgelord, kills them, and is like "that's it. Fuck it. Fuck you. I'm burning this world to the ground and reinventing it to be not annoying. Existence is agony. You're welcome."

Natsu and Mavis were his favorites ever and all either of them did was roast the absolute shit out of him. They hated him almost as much as he hated anyone who wanted to please him. Or Larcade, who was the greatest abomination in the universe, as far as he was concerned. also his designer son.

Unreal character. Five stars.

larcade's entire concept is extremely hilarious to me. he's another etherious demon but he's also convinced that zeref is his actual dad

this makes me think that all the demons of the book of zeref view him as some sort of paternal figure. he did create them after all. this makes it even more hilarious that he wants absolutely nothing to do with any of them. he's the ultimate deadbeat dad. he keeps making kids he doesn't want

any demon: hey dad

zeref: don't call me that in public

this is kind of validated in 100yq cause apparently larcade is just chilling with the dragneel family in the afterlife and zervis treat him like their son. if larcade gets to be zeref's son, ALL the demons are his children. tartarus is just a band of abandoned children attempting to find their uncle (who also doesn't want anything to do with them) and desperately trying to please their father
