Progress on a personal badge for Kyoshiro's Random Flea Market - all the way from original sketch to complete artwork before getting laminated.

Tools used: Staedler Noris & Staedler GREENgraph (for sketching), Micron Pigma 0.5 (for line art), Centropen Silver (for silvery effect) & Promarkers (for coloring). The line art didn't go well though but it's okay I guess. I can always draw a new one since this badge is only for temporal use. 😉

what’s your favorite song(s) to sing/hum?  I often find myself humming songs I’ve listened to or they’ve been on the radio. Or just something I apparently know by heart, I sometimes get confused of what I’m exactly humming. The most common songs are Southbound from Jackie & Ryan and John Denver’s Take Me Home, Country Roads

what’s your favorite flower/tree/plant? I love roses and gerberas, color doesn’t really matter. I also have a soft spot for oak trees. There are so many sprouts all around the apartment building and they’re really nice. There are those two next to each other, I always think do their roots touch each other... I know, shush

favorite colors? Navy blue, burgundy and army green

what do you always doodle? I often find myself doodling words or some odd creatures I have no idea what they are. They try so hard to be some familiar animals but end up being something totally else. Once I was going to draw a seal but it ended up having wings

how do you take your coffee/tea? I don’t drink coffee and tea so rarely it’s embarrassing. I like ginger tea, though. With some lemon or orange. Honey and sugar in it and it’s good. I like blueberry or lemon ice tea, though. My hot chocolate often has cream

favorite candle scent? I’m so bad at burning candles, mostly because my cat has some kind of an obsession. But when I do, they’re not exactly anything from a specific brand, we have so few of them in Finland (or I’m oblivious, either way), but they smell kinda neutral, nothing too severe. I get headaches easily

what perfume do you wear? As said previously, I get headaches easily. This is the reason why I don’t wear perfumes

what’s your go-to dance move when you’re alone? I have so long limbs that you mostly will find me doing something with them, probably with my hands. I just swing them from side to side and do whatever else I can think of. I also jump and do whatever else that’s silly enough

favorite self care routine(s)? No rush, a good book/movie/show, time for writing, something good to eat... Basic things, really

fuzzy socks or house slippers? I love fuzzy socks, I wear them all the time at home! Our floors are so cold I need socks all the time, except during summers

what color are your eyes? Somewhat green-ish. They were more hazel sometime ago, now they’re mostly green. I had yellow eyes when I was a kid (and this is why some people called me a werewolf)

what’s your favorite eye color on others? I don’t know why but blue and brown eyes always have drawn my attention. Every single eye color is beautiful, but there just is something in blue and brown

favorite season? I’ve always liked both autumn and spring, hard to choose the one

cheek, neck, or nose kisses? As someone who has never even been kissed, I say cheek. It’s a cute way to tell you care, and you can kiss your friend’s cheek without anything more

what does your happy place look like? Peaceful, preferably Narnia. I mean... Ok, I’d like my own room for my books and thoughts, a place I could just be in the middle of them, in my own world - it’d bring me so much happiness. The world is so full of business and noise nowadays that it makes me anxious

favourite breed of dog? Ohh, one of my favorite topics! I’ve always loved German Shepherds, long-haired especially. Finnish Lapphund, Rough Collie and Belgian Shepherd are also my favorites. But did someone say Alaskan Malamute? Utonagan? Borzoi? I like very many breeds!

do you ever want to be married? I don’t know. Maybe? 

cursive or print? They taught cursive at school and for some years I mostly wrote in cursive. But nowadays my writing is something in between cursive and print - more the latter, though

favourite weather? I love it during summers when it has just been raining and everything is fresh. It’s a bit chilly as well and windy possibly too
