could i ask what program / brush settings you use for the undertale art for the ask blog? I'm sure this is an annoying question but they're so nice and I've been trying to adjust my brush to get that effect with no avail :c (also i love the ask blog so much you draw paps with so much expression and i love it ))

As for your question, I’m using Paint Tool SAI and am really not super creative when it comes to brush settings lmao

for the line-art, I use a Paper texture, which was already present in my version of SAI when I got it - someone once told me their’s doesn’t have this texture and I have no idea why, or how to obtain it if you don’t have it, I’m sorry!

These are my settings for the lineart

For colouring/shading I just use a plain ol’ boring, texture-less brush

Really not much to ‘wow’ at lmao

The only reason the art on my ask blog looks so decent is because I colour in lines dynamically. In case you don’t know how to do that, this is how!

Here’s doodles of a blurry round-brushed Sans I drew in GIMP, and a crisp, textured Papyrus I drew in SAI (get it, ‘cause it’s like their fonts? I’m a genius.)

(except Pap isn’t crisp because I had to scale down his image, nyoo hoo hoo)

It’s a hit or miss when asking store associates for help, which is why it’s important to do your own research as well. It can get rather expensive with meds if you don’t.

If API Tetracycline isn’t there, just look for other meds that specify that they treat fin rot. Meds that treat gram-negative bacteria are what you’d be after. Other meds that can help include: API Triple Sulfa, API Furan-2, and Seachem KanaPlex (all favourites amongst many fishkeepers), Mardel Maracyn is also great but is not often seen anymore.
