Team Beachbody changed my life for the better. Tie that together with my faith and family and friends....my heart is full now!!! Down 40 + lbs since last December 2015/January 2016, more exercise, eating healthier, cleaner, feeling younger, and now grateful to be tapering off my cholesterol meds & dropping altogether soon!! Feel so good, heck half my age, I am stoked for life and the transformation I've been able to get to go thru!! ❤️🙏😀 I got lazy after retiring and transitioning from the Air Force, but so thankful for a wonderful wife, great friends from an interesting and exciting career...but this guy had to take a break for a bit, just sayin...😀🤙 Can ya say BBQ and other fun smoked foods, grilling and taste testing and chillin....no running for this dude...Many years ago, kinda destructive, liked to have a good time, thought he was ten foot tall and bulletproof. Grew up in church all the time, drug to and fro, loved it. Then (anybody else feel, like they know everything??), yep I had wake up calls, and learned the hard way, couldn't drive for a little while...grateful to get a second chance and took advantage of it. Life is precious, sini don't want to sit still, want to helpmothers transitioning and lost or stuck wondering what to do next. I would love to continue sharing the habits I learned to make the Shift to a healthier lifestyle with YOU!! I am now teaching Insanity, going for P90X cert soon, and have a passion to Coach and help help as many as we can.
