Non negotiable daily. Because it’s easy, supports my digestive system 💩 😁, keeps me full 👍, and helps my energy level stay up for challenges at work throughout the day. Breakfast is never easy so I make sure to have a plan. This is that morning plan. I’m teaching fitness classes to try to help at least 1 person on their fitness journey. Whooooo My new friend Anna and I finished a killer #Insanity/Bootcamp Group Fit Class tonight!! Thankful I can get out there and do it again.
