❤️ One of my favorite things about my zen room (aka living room) is the way the morning Sun plays with the space! It also makes for some fun shots! 😉 It’s a perfect representation of how I feel after a sweet and gentle Sadhana this morning. I’m pretty sure I didn’t sleep last night. Between worrying my alarms will somehow fail (yes, I set all 4 when I’m up to lead Sadhana. 😳 #thestruggleisreal #itssoearly), and being amped after our Sound bath on FB Live, I was pretty much up all night! I stay single for reason guys. For my brothers, when it comes to romance, Deadly Violence is never the answer. This is Brittany Amrstrong, an amazing and beautiful person, also my ex from highschool. When i got out of the army we had lunch and that night some guy shot her in the face. She cheated on me in highschool with a friend. I didnt shoot her or him or anyone else. I let it go. She was the most beautiful person to love me and she is a victim of male violence. This is why iam a femenist.
