what if… skateboarder nobara and toge… HEAR ME OUT‼️

i’ve just always kinda thought that toge would skateboard, i don’t have any doubt in my mind on it. i just get that vibe from him. but i think because nobara and toge are friends (read the 2nd jjk light novel for context lol), he would probably try and convince her to get into skateboarding.

i think nobara would be apprehensive about it, wouldn’t be too interested all around, but after some convincing from toge—would try it. and tbh? i think she’d love it! i think her main complaint with it would be that if she wants to skate, she has to wear a certain kind of shoe lol.

i think toge would be more interested in just cruising around on his board; he would take it most places with him, if it was practical for the outing. whereas i think nobara would be a bit more into doing tricks with her skateboard (not to say that i think toge wouldn’t, i just think she’d be more into it than him). i think she’d really enjoy the thrill of it, and the exercise it gives her. gives her something physical to do that’s a little more fun than training, you know?

i could totally see nobara going crazy at the skatepark while toge just cruises around and watches, in awe of the monster he’s created.

Post-Canon! Megumi is a university student. His friends think he needs a break from all the curses and fighting so he can finally heal. Yuji says its a chance for Megumi to find the person who'll Megumi want to live for. Nobara says that even if he doesn't find anyone, they've already sacrificed so much; they need some kind of backup plan in case they ever need to leave the front lines. In truth, Yuji and Nobara just want to spend their youth exploring normal human things, and Megumi honestly can’t fault them. He doesn’t understand it but he doesn’t want to be left behind. So he tags along because.. well.. what else is he supposed to do?

Post-Canon! Megumi doesn’t know what to study. So he picks up a little bit of everything. He creates a schedule that fits his self-applied expectations and overachieving tendencies, going well above and beyond full-time studies. He keeps his mind occupied so he doesn't have to think about how hard it is to blend in, make new friends, and be human. (Un)fortunately, Yuji and Nobara don't let him avoid the campus life forever. 

Post-Canon! Megumi builds a routine he finds satisfactory which includes studying, gym, late night parties and nerdy book clubs. Hell, he picks up anything that makes him forget about curses and being a sorcerer. He promised himself he would be 'normal' while at uni and he made a promise his friends. University life may not be Megumi's calling but he wasn't about to let his friends down. So he does everything to avoid being tempted back into that life.

Post-Canon! Megumi notices you the second you enter one of his classes. He can tell you are a sorcerer. Instantly, he decides he wants nothing to do with you. He tries to make himself invisible, hunches down, pretends to read a book. Despite his closed body language, his eyes flicker over to you occasionally, although he quickly catches himself and goes straight back to reading. 

Post-Canon! Megumi is surprised when you approach his desk- one of the few remaining seats near the front. He is more surprised when you politely ask if you can sit beside him even though he doesn’t own the seat. It makes him unsure, fascinated, yet flustered. “Sure”, he replies, then a second later, grabs his bag, stands, and walks out of the class. He leaves minutes before the start, skipping his first class ever. He knows he’s being rude; he knows he undoubtedly embarrassed you. But he can’t get mixed up with Jujutsu- not when he started liking uni.

Post-Canon! Megumi swears he sees you everywhere and avoids you like the plague. Yet his eyes always seek you out, and his brain takes note of every little thing about you, from the casual sweatpants and hoodie you wear to morning classes to how you’re dolled up at late-night parties. Your laugh, your make-up, the perfume you wear, depending on your mood- he notices it all. He feels all sorts of emotions when he sees you yet squelches those in the far back of his mind. No, he keeps his distance even as you get close to Yuji and Nobara. If you three are eating together, he’ll skip lunch, if you three are hanging out, he’ll cancel last minute. Sometimes, his friends let him get away with it- but more often than not, Yuji or Nobara see right through him and force him to sit beside you. And the awkwardness can be cut through with a knife. 

Post-Canon! Megumi notices when you’ve been out hunting curses. It’s the faint linger of cursed energy and the distinct smell if death on you that he pickles up. He notices when there’s a tiny limp in your step. He notices when you’re tired and when you’re practically burned out; the way your eyes drop during the teacher's lecture; the way you scribble down your homework mere minutes before submission, or the way you stress about not being able to buy the course literature before the first assignment is due by poking at your lunch and not answering Nobara. So he leaves his books out before going to the bathroom, knowing Yuji and Nobara will push you to take pictures of the few pages you need.

Post-Canon! Megumi swears he is done with being a sorcerer and that he doesn’t want to have anything to do with curses. Yet when he sees you stumbling out of your dorm room, in your jujutsu get-up, barely able to keep your eyes open, he can’t help the pang of worry in his chest. He swears he is done being a sorcerer, even as his feet carry him to follow you..

-he doesn’t mind listening to what you pick, he’s kinda the type to listen to a podcast while driving tho. Or an audiobook.

-when you type in the location in his maps you see his favorite places saved. Your favorite stores & restaurants are saved, along with his favorite bakery ofc.

-he’s a very safe driver but you can’t tell me his not putting across you if the car has to come to a abrupt stop.

-he has beach scented air fresheners in his car.

-has a photo of you at the beach holding up a seashell, clipped to a photo of Haibara in his visor.

-keeps mints/ gum in his car at all times along with a lint roller (he’s a cat dad)

Gojo

-his free hand is always on your thigh

-asks you to feed him while he’s driving, he accidentally bit your finger before and offered to kiss it to make it feel better.

-he’s a safe driver for the most part but he has his moments. He’s like a 100% positive there was never a stop sign there.

-he misses his exits a lot. Like a lot, a lot.

-his car smells like his cologne.

-has an extra pair of his iconic glasses on his visor along with a photo of you and Megumi sitting at his favorite ice cream spot.

-likes driving to beautiful nature areas with you after making a snack run.

-needs music on at all times, he requests song but then just ends up making a bunch of playlist for you guys. But don’t worry you are still his DJ.

-always has a hoodie or jacket in his backseat that you probably end up stealing.

Geto

-always holds your hand while driving, he also brings your hand up to his lips and places a soft kiss.

-his car smells like black cherry and his windows are tinted.

-a decent driver but does speed, not always while your in the car tho. Unless you like that kinda thing;)

-has a necklace of yours around his rear view mirror that you gave him

-loves doing those cute fast food date ideas where you pick the appetizer, he picks the main meal and you pick the dessert.

-likes to make out with you at red lights until it turns green and gets honked at.

-while he lets you pick the music you find a playlist with your name as the title its songs that remind him of you. He has another one of music you’ve played before.

-has a case of water on the floor in the backseat along with a blanket.

Yuji

-he most likely keeps his hands on the wheel or tweaking with something as he drives but likes holding your hand while driving. Sometimes puts his hand on your thigh.

-always has your favorite candy or gum in his glove compartment.

-requests like two different songs at once but tells you which order to play them in. “They just pair together well” he laughs as you type all that in.

-like Gojo always has a hoodie in his backseat along with a pair of sneakers and a water bottle he forgets about.

-also has random papers in the backseat that he keeps forgetting to look at

-he’s also a decent driver, but when your in the car he’s more aware. Not that he’s less likely to be careful but the last thing he wants his to hurt you or someone else.

-has a group photo of you, him, Nobara and Megumi in his visor.

-his car keys have a matching keychain that he shares with you.

Megumi

-it’s a small gesture but he loves holding your hand while he’s driving. Gives it a gentle little squeeze from time to time along with a kiss on the back of your hand.

-has LED lights at the bottom of the car that he keeps red for most of the time but lets you change the color.

-before dating you he didn’t really use air fresheners but he found one that reminded him of your perfume/cologne.

-gives you full control of the music

-relies on your directions more than the map because up he always misses the exit.

-there is a little dog hair in his backseat that he tries his best to get out lol, he didn’t keep a hoodie or blanket back there until he started dating you.

-has a car charm with your first initial around his rear view mirror.

-doesn’t mind if you eat from his food as he drives, he will give you his last fry, or chicken nuggets.

Nobara

-holds your hand while driving but doesn’t mind if you put your hand on her thigh.

-loves driving around listening to music with you if you don’t have a set destination. If you have a set destination (and she hasn’t been there before) she needs the music on low to focus.

-you guys have a playlist you add songs together

-has one of those mini trash cans that’s hooked to the backseat

-also has leather seat covers that matches her steering wheel

-going shopping with you and then getting a sweet treat after is her favorite thing to do on her day off, she’ll spoil you and herself until her backseat is full of shopping bags.

-she’s a good driver, no accidents and no tickets. But that curb is her enemy.

-her glove compartment has an extra hairbrush and lip gloss. She keeps things you use on the go too.

-keeps two hoodies in her backseat if you both get cold

Shoko

-she prefers having her hand on your thigh when she drives if she isn’t smoking

- likes to tease you by rubbing her hand up your thigh and gives it a little squeeze. She chuckles with a small smile at the effect that it has on you.

-has hair ties around her shifter and in the middle compartment she keeps a pack of cigarettes

-her car smells like caramel with a hint of nicotine

-she also wont smoke in the car if it bothers you or as a matter of fact around you in general

-she’s a very good driver but has parking tickets

-got you a head rest pillow in your favorite color to put on your seat

Megumi's voice echoed in your head, no longer the song that made your heart sing but what made it shatter. Your breath felt like it shrunk in your lungs while each word and emotion began to ball up into a lump in your throat. Your eyes were blown wide, staring right at him but it felt like you couldn't see him. The warm curves of his cheeks turned into the creases in his forehead as he raised a brow at you,

"What? Look, y/n, I don't see you like that."

It felt like autopilot, robotic smile on your lip as you nod, letting him walk away with a dry expression as he turned his back on you. He didn't look back, the uncomfortable glare of unreciprocated feeling lingering on your face as your back faced his. it felt hard to swallow, it felt like your head was coming unscrewed from how fast it was spinning. Were you truly that delusional?

They always say when a door in life closes, another open, but right now? Right now, it feels like every single molecule of space around you is a door slamming shut and squeezing you alive. Your feet dragged back to your dorm, phone discarded somewhere, muted as regretful texts from Kugisaki lit up your lockscreen.

Curled up beneath a behemoth mountain of sheets, you still felt cold, the reminder of his dismissive stare, his hands in his pocket, the way all those bubbly feelings in your heart bursted into searing rejection that felt like they tore apart your chest.

The wall felt happier to stare at then yourself. God, maybe you really were wearing rose-tinted glasses. You pursed your lips, think to every time your mind brought you to a hopeful la-la-land of your ideals.

Every time Megumi 'stared' at you, was he staring at you, or was it because you were sat next to Panda, who he was talking to? Or... when he remembered your favorite snack! Or maybe it's because Itadori told him, since he was the one who was supposed to get them. And he was the one you had told... How about your birthday? No, all he did was contribute to the collective gift given by the other first-years.

With how dehydrated you were, you weren't sure if it was now that you became deranged, or before. But probably the latter, considering your mind was now brutally slapping you in the face, each memory of your pathetic puppy love followed by the raging reminder of rejection.

Maybe today wasn't the day to feel confident, maybe you shouldn't have hyped yourself up in the mirror this morning.

Early morning practice was a weekly shenanigan; shenanigan because most of the time, those who were not dueling to the half-death were goofing around. Today was just another one of those days, with Maki and Kugisaki going head to head in a close combat training. Megumi had. just finished with Itadori, and fuck did he look beautiful, wrist wiping the sweat on his forehead, his fringe flipped back as his chest slightly heaved.

You couldn't help but admire the way the just risen sun's light glimered off each bead that trailed down his defined cheekbones, or how his sharp eyes glared into Itadori at some stupid joke he had made. Megumi had decided to go refill his water bottle, and you decided to trail along. God, did you regret that now.

How much more fucking obvious could it be? You were being delusional, desperate, grasping at the straws of romantically meaningless, platonic, actions, playing make-believe as if they meant anything at all.

Class would be much harder from now on.

His body is close to yours and at least one of your fingers is intertwined with his.

e needs a little space to fall asleep but he cuddles you until you’re fully asleep if that’s what you prefer. Sometimes he’s so tired he just ends up falling asleep like that.

he’s also the type to need at least 20 minutes of silence before talking when he wakes up. he just prefers to listen to every little thing. The sounds of outside, your soft breathing if you’re still asleep and the sound of his old alarm clock ticking quietly.

when you wake up and he notices you looking at him he gives a soft smile and leans to kiss your temple.

he lightly brushed his fingers over your skin, he listens to you talk about the weird dream you just had.

if you guys have time in the morning he makes your drink of choice and his coffee. As you both relax in bed taking slow sips before its time to start the day.

Yuji itadori ♡

he loves falling asleep listening to your heartbeat, he knows it sounds creepy so he’s less likely to tell you. But it soothes him.

He also loves holding you as you listen to his heartbeat.

has one limp off the bed most of the time, his arm dangling off or one of his legs.

gives happy hums when you talk to him and he’s still half asleep.

Thinks about what you two can make for breakfast together but doesn’t mind going somewhere to eat.

drools slightly in his sleep and kind snores but not really loud.

Aways kind of rushing in the morning because he spends too much time being lazy in bed with you. A lot of “just five more minutes of cuddles please” he looks up at you with puppy dog eyes.

when he finally wakes up, he rolls over to lay on you. He buries his face into your neck as you give him a soft “good morning sleepyhead”. He lets out a hum before mumbling “morning”, he places a soft kiss on your neck.

he enjoys cuddling you and spending time with you in the morning.

he’s a kinda a deep sleeper unless you get up to go to the bathroom then he’s up and looking at you like “what’s going on?”.

I also believe he needs silence in the morning like nanami.

he gets coffee/breakfast delivered so you guys don’t have to lift a finger unless necessary. But also enjoys cooking with you too, he’s not completely against it.

Gojo Satoru ♡

he is either all up on you or all the way on the edge.

he’s a blanket hog, he told me himself.

when he wakes up and notices your next to him he becomes touchy. His hand on your waist lazily pulling you closer into him. His head laying slightly above yours and kisses the top of your head.

he’s a morning person. he likes having mornings with the widow/curtains open letting the sunshine in and cool air.

if he knows you need to be up he will wake you up by gently rubbing your back and calling you softly.

but if you get to sleep in he admires you while you sleep. During battle he does briefly think of these moments and what he truly is willing to protect.

Geto suguru ♡

he’s most likely always awake before you. last one asleep and first one awake.

he also likes watching you sleep lol, but not in the creepy way

he admires your features and looks for any signs of discomfort in your sleep from a nightmare.

slowly and gently moves a piece of hair out of your face if it’s not done up.

wakes you up with gentle kisses on your cheek, he lets out a hum of happiness when he hears you start to wake up.

as you are waking up he has his little routine of brushing his hair while listening to you talk about your dream. He puts his hair into a messy bun before kissing your cheek then he’s off to get you water along with his second cup of coffee.

Shoko Ieiri ♡

9 times out of 10 you wake up to her cuddled up against your back or her laying her head on your chest.

she’s not much of a morning person but once she’s gotten over the fact she has to wake up and start the day, she’s happy to be next to you.

If by some chance she’s up before you she places soft kisses on your shoulder or your cheek. She doesn’t want to bother you, she’d rather let you sleep.

her sheets smell like eucalyptus with a hint of mint and nicotine. She loves the sleep sprays.

love love loves lazy mornings with you when she doesn’t have to work. Drinking coffee or tea in bed and not leaving till noon probably.

hits snooze at least three times before waking up. She huffs into your arm as she rolls over to face you.

prefers falling asleep being little spoon, she loves if you have a arm draped around her or your leg

she stares at you as she begins to wake up, in general just processing being awake and the other half admiring you.

she then rolls on top of you and has a staring contest. Whoever loses goes to pick up coffee.

snuggles into you before getting up and gives you a peck on the lips.
