Another Christmas survived as an ARFID sufferer. This one was... sub-ideal. But I'm currently hiding in my room with Pringles, so it's gonna be okay.

I'm just so sick of the way my family are about food. We have so many (SO many) snacks that all of them can eat but, no, suddenly everyone is RAVENOUS for my single box of apple pies. I had a box of my safe cake bars (which weren't even supposed to be for today)- they are now all gone. Did I get even one? Did I fuck.

My (adult btw) sister whining because I won't share with/give to her my one packet of frickin microwaveable egg-fried rice for dinner was what almost broke me. I had a few pigs in blankets and a bit of mash for lunch and a couple of crisps in the afternoon. Yes I am selfishly going to heat some rice up for me and me alone. I'm so sorry that that affects you. You may find solace in idk ANY OF THE OTHER FOODS CURRENTLY IN THIS HOUSE.

I suppose it's partly got to do with how much I like living alone. Nobody steals my food. My safe foods are always there when I go back to them. Yes, I had to hide the Pringles I'm currently lurking in my room with, despite the fact that I bought them, because heaven forbid any other flavour be so much as opened before my safe flavour are all gone. I'm so sick of it, honestly.

I was going to post something last night as well about the frustration of being an ARFID sufferer in a restaurant and only having literally one menu option (that I don't actually like; it was just the only option I could physically tolerate), but this blog isn't supposed to be that whiny so I didn't. I'm just so done today.

Due to Elon Musk's politics regarding AI, going forward Carrotoon will upload promotional pictures with watermarks, to protect their artists' work.

I think it would be advisable that fans who use Twitter do the same, or use programs like Glaze and Nightshade before uploading the screenshots, to poison the AI models.

Posting them on Tumblr should be okay, though!

Anyway, happy Valentine's Day to the ones who celebrate it! My favorite moment of today was looking at the huge ass billboard outside my UNI that, for the occasion, started to air Valentine's wishes just to see a "I LOVE YOU JESUS LIKE YOU LOVE US" sign in bright red with an absurd amount of sparkly glittery red hearts, and then there was the lowest image resolution of JC ever found on the Internet. Unless you've experienced it, you won't understand sorry 😔<3
