Father's hill sugar free citron jam ( no sugar yuja jam) Made by an engineer with a daughter suffering from atopic dermatitis. The natural grain syrup is extracted from barley and can be use in place of sugar. Ingredients: natural grain syrup without sugar, citron, rice, barley and agar. The aroma of citron is subtle and the jam had little pieces of it too. I was surprised by the consistency, very thick but easy to spread. It has a bit of sweetness but not overpowering and almost addicting. I slather this on bread, crackers and even pieces of cheese, so good!!
