Subnautica au part 2

Amy giggles spinning around in her new body suit, solid white with green circles randomly sown on it, making it look bubbly. She laughs as she twirls around in the mirror, grabbing at her long pink quills.

Tails sitting quietly giggling to himself as he looked throw the computer dialogue on the ship his dark blue suit fitting him nicely with gold detailing.

Sonic was nearby chatting with knuckles, his black suit stretched slightly around his legs and the red pattern helping to stand out in the shadow.

Knuckles leans against the wall, his black suit clinging to him tightly, white patterns that match his crescent on his chest and a few other markings around his arms. His purple eye scanning the area.

Lulu walks in and smiles, her tail wagging, "My! My! you are looking fabulous!" lulu walks over toward a different hall "hurry we need to get into the ship and into our places before it launches."

They follow tails and Amy walking ahead with lulu yapping about who know what. Sonic and Knuckles trail behind slowly.

"Sonic" knuckles deep voice rumbles threw the air "are you sure its okay to leave mobius and earth. i mean what if eggman-"

"I trust rouge, omega and shadow" Sonics soft and understanding voice cuts off knuckles "and besides it's only a week. And we had a major battle yesterday and it usually takes him a good month before he gives us a challenge"

Knuckles chuckles "sometimes I forget how smart you are sonic"

Sonic gasps dramatically "are you say you think I'm stupid half the time?"

Knuckles smirks teasingly his fangs shining in the light of the lamps lining the hall as the get closer to massive doors, the doors open revealing the massive AROURA ship. They step out into the open humans moving about everywhere. The ship was massive, a bleach white with a black underside with soft blue lights.

"Oh my....there's so many humans...but where are the mobians?" Amy asked nervously knowing some humans don't think highly of thier race.

"oh, I'm the only mobian that's going to be on the ship. The few other mobains that work here do ground control mostly." lulu replied smiling softly. "don't worry they won't give you any trouble and if they do you come to me. got it?"

Amy smiled up at lulu weakly "thank you"

Tails watches the interaction closely following behind them only to light up and push threw them, his name sakes wagging as he enters the beast of a ship. "woah this is to cool'' Tails leads the way rambling about the tech and utilities, lulu calling out where to turn smiling motherly as she listens.

Sonic catches up with Amy, "you excited?"

Amy looks up smiling brightly "more than you know"

"I'm glad. i asked lulu if you could stay in her room. i know how you are with humans since the incident with commander towers. so, i figured you'd feel better with her than sleeping alone." Sonic smiles down at her hugging her close as they walk.

"Thank you...so much" Amy looks at sonic and smiles weakly.

"Besides you can always come to our room if you need something just make sure to knock first this time~"

Amy laughs at sonics tease remembering the one time she didn't knock tails was recording in the bedroom as sonic and knuckle tussle around ending in a very sus position when they looked surprised towards the door, knuckles ending up on top.

"hay!" lulu cuts the conversation short and holds up key cards as they stop "okay this is yalls rooms, Amy ours is two doors down, try and stay in or near your suits for emergencies and Cafeteras is down the hall to the left. any questions?"

They shake their heads grabbing there key card and heading as lulu and amy walks off to thiers.

Character designing xan be insane sometimes. This is a SIMPLIFIED description of the design process for one of my OCs (happened all in one day).

- I imagine the character as another OC of mine, but the design is slightly different.

- I redraw that design with some changes (Version 1)

- I remember that the character is a human and Version 1 is not, so I do a complete redo of the design (Version 2)

- Version 2 is a bit boring, and I realize I can better imply Version 1 into the design. So I make 4 attempts at Version 3.

- I do a fifth attempt (it looked so different, I'd consider it Version 4), and it looks good, but I have a new idea.

- I create Version 5, and it’s a good start, but not what I'm going for.

- I make a few minor yet major changes to the design to create Version 6. Version 6 I'd perfect, but then I realized I need a side view. I create THIRTY DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THE SIDE VIEW and a few character design studies along the way.

- I come up with an idea for the side view/how the hair should be styled in general and make the seemingly identical but actually different Version 7.

- I test it out in a completely different artstyle, which can easily be considered Version 8.

- I will at some point re-simplify it to create Version 9.

This is not counting the many, many different references I looked up, of which there were too much. I looked up both Makima and Knuckles the Ekidna as references.

Character designing is so fun and also the worst thing ever.

(29) How likely is it that your OC would be charmed by and fall prey to mermaids? (30) What supernatural creature would your OC most prefer to be? For; Odina, Rose Quartz, Mei Ling Zhou, PowerGirl, Helen Parr, Wicke, TIonishia, Centorea, Mama Defleini and Tamm. (Sorry if it's a lot, i'm just curious and couldn't contain myself.)

29. How likely is it that your OC would be charmed by and fall prey to mermaids?

Odina: Psh. Nope. I know how that sort of thing ends up. Some pretty fish lady with a fishtail below the hips started flirting, you get the hell out of there! Or make it clear you got a big-ass gun and you know how to use it.

Rose Quartz: Oh dear... (she laughs, merrily) what makes you think they aren’t falling prey to me!? (she pats her belly, several fishlike shape squirm within)

Mei Ling Zhou: I suppose they might prove a risk if they surprised me, but I had tme to see them working their way around to me, I’d be too suspicious for them to pose any threat.

Power Girl: -cracks her knuckles- hey, they’re free to try. That’s all I’m sayin’. They’ll regret it, but them’s the breaks!

Helen Parr: Uh huh, YEAH, I’m not letting fish try to sweet talk me just to try to swallow me up! They wouldn’t stand a chance! Maybe if they fast talked me and didn’t give me a chance to fight, but that goes without saying.

Wicke: Ahah; I’d like to think I could see through them, but I would need time to recognize it. Otherwise, well, I don’t like thinking ill of people.

Tionishia: There are mermaids big enough to eat me!? How terrifying...! But I doubt they could; I’m quite fearsome in close combat, and any mermaid trying to eat me must get within punching range!

Centorea: ABsolutely not!! (She’s lying, they’d TOTALLY get her, especially in the water; horses dont do too well in the water)

Mama Defleini: Oh... poor dear, don’t you know? I have nothing to fear from mermaids. They have everything to fear from me. I was the primordial horror in their darkness. My tentacles and jaws are what they wake up screaming at. They tell horror stories about me. Oh yes... I would love to see them TRY~

Tamm: ...Unfortunately, young anon, that is... pretty likely to not work out in my favor. They’d likely get me pretty easily...!

30. What supernatural creature would your OC most prefer to be?

Odina: Honestly? I don’t think there’s any supercritter I’d like to be. I’m fine being me.

Rose Quartz: I’d love to be something... PRIMORDIAL, vast and frightful! Perhaps like Ekidna from ancient Greek mythology?

Mei Ling Zhou: A yeti!!

Power Girl: We had a cryptid legend on Krypton that I suppose Doomsday was inspired by. Big, mighty brutes that nothing could stop, avatars of doom for the wicked. I’d love to be one of those! ...Sorry but I just don’t really feel right appropriating human ideas, you know?

Helen Parr: I’d like to be a vampire matriarch!

Wicke: I’d want to be... a Legendary. I think becoming Giratina would be a good look on me! And being a Legendary is more relevant to my culture than something more akin to the ones you may know, dear anon!

Tionishia: Um... I’m ALREADY a supernatural being! I’m an oni, you know!

Centorea: Same here. I’m a centaur. What more would i want? But... then, I wouldn’t mind being an angel... in all their imposible, mind-melting terror! FEAR NOT!

Mama Defleini: I am the Kraken of lore so... I would like to be one more openly~!

Tamm: I would like to be a Bean Sidhe. Foretell the deaths of others to give their loved ones knowledge, and return to the fairy circles to the distant lands from which I would hail...!
