Yeah... it’s a weird one.. one one hand I'm like “this is going to be funny” because he knows absolutely sweet FA about anything and everything. But then I'm like... jesus he is literally the president of the USA, what the hell?!  The only reason our prime minister  is being mostly pally pally with him is because she needs him in her back pocket and to be on our side when brexit goes tits up... when the news was on about her going to visit him in the states, you could pretty much hear the whole country sigh at the fact he was invited for a state visit... So bad. He’s a class A tool.

So my husband lost his job last week. We are okay financially for now, but money is going to be tight soon. I started a new Etsy store to sell some of my knitted stuff. People are crazy. Somerimes I find it annoying or sad, but when they get really out there I just find it entertaining.

I do find it entertaining too, though I think sometimes about how the situation must be like on twitter if it’s like this on tumblr. And then I think that the cast and crew are on twitter and it makes me sad that they have to deal with people like those.

It's not a western bridal gown. It's what goes under a dress.

Crap like that really annoys me too. People always say crap about meds, but if they help, how is that bad? My nephew and brother in law are both on meds for their adhd. My sister says that the meds saved their marriage. It's helping my nephew in school.

meds are amazing and i don't know about other places in the world but in australia adhd is still so stigmatised and people just think of the naughty boy at school like no. like i was in the top three in my graduating class and got the second highest exit score possible and i'm sure i would have done okay if i wasn't medicated, but i wouldn't have done as well as i did.

like it's a super serious thing and in girls there are all these other things like higher rates of anxiety, depression, suicide and self harm (whereas boys with adhd have the same rates as the general population). like i've been on medication for my adhd since i was 10 years old and i'm not the sort of person that people expect to see on medication. i was always high achieving and self-motivated and i was never in trouble for not focusing at school. i wasn't hyperactive but i cannot function properly as a human being without my medication. i could focus at school because i was interested in school but man when i don't take my meds i do shit like forget to eat or shower or run extremely late and i'm just a freaking mess basically. sure, behavioural modification can help but it's a fucking joke that people see the need to avoid medication when it comes to treating adhd.

ugh.

I agree. I understand the thirst for spoilers too well, but it's like no one is able to form an opinion of their own anymore. The reviewers have indeed seen the episode, but the rest of us haven't. Why judge it based on what someone says, especially when we can easily see that certain reviewers have predetermined opinions (either positive or negative)?

I haven't checked even one of the reviews this time, but from fans' comments I understand that they said good things. This is setting people's expectations too high and there's bound to be disappointment, especially since certain members of the fandom are hard to please.

Oh yes. I get it from my mom and the Greek side of my family. She says when she was in school they told her to sit on her hands and she had a hard time concentrating to speak. Haha.

Haha that's okay! I just think people find it hard to understand what Alexis is going through. I think the person with the problem here is mostly Castle. Alexis is letting go of him, starting her own life, becoming an adult. But Castle is the one who's having troubles letting go of her. And that's okay. It's the most difficult thing for parents. But what both Martha and Alexis said to him, needed to be said. Sometimes you have to accept things in life that you do not agree with, or you might lose people that mean the most to you. Next to that, you can't fix things with ice cream anymore (which I actually found nice to see, it shows that Castle still thinks of her as his little girl, but she's not anymore, and he needed to see and hear that). The way Alexis acted was perfectly normal to me. Now, do I agree with all her actions, no I don't. But she has to learn things somehow, and the best way to learn things is from experience. And maybe some of us have had that experience and get mad because we know how it's gonna end, how stupid it may be. But Alexis doesn't know this yet. She has to make her own mistakes, how can she learn to have her own life if she doesn't?

I’ll have to disagree with you on the root canal! I’d rather do just about anything else! I also have a tiny mouth and jaw issues though, so most dental work is nightmare for me.

yeah... i imagine root canal is pretty bad as a patient... but as a dental assistant it's just boring.  so... i guess i'd prefer to assist for a root canal than do housework... but i'd rather do housework than get one.

high five for tiny mouths and weird jaws. actually, i'm not sure i still am a tiny mouth... i'm starting orthodontics... again (i've already had like 15 years of various orthodontia) and for my last set of impressions I got upgraded from the tiny orange trays to the green trays which are the second smallest ones haha. I GET THE KIDDIE TRAYS LOL 

that said, i generally don't mind dental work because i get distracted by what they're doing. i only don't like it if they're using a technique i'm not familiar with for something, or if i don't know the procedure. i'm such a weirdo.

I don't get it either. What's even MORE ridiculous is that quite a few of the city boys will wear cowboy boots, tight jeans, all that stereotyipcal stuff and then have never even been near a farm? And the farm kids wear normal clothing that doesn't involve cowboy boots? lol

Luckily the ones giving him problems will be gone next year. :) Thank you! I hope he does great too.
