well, this month has not been the most pleasant for me. some vision problem, school debts and so on. and yet i still drew every day and didn't give up. in fact, it even was a bit of fun!! and i could finally prove to myself one important thing — i CAN. on a positive note, this month was also my birthday, and i finally got to play rtdldx and check out the long awaited magolor epilogue!! overall, even cool somehow. this month i also started talkin' to a cool person (@mahoroa-cat-egg HELLOOO), probably exactly because of magomarch, lol also thanks for the support throughout all the 31 days to my wonderful friends @ellxiwq and @chicolateinside, you two are the best!!! it was also interesting to see others' arts as well. y'all did great, and time for us all to legitimately rest together. thank you all for magomarch and see you!~

I had a dream where I was watching an Undertale fangame playthrough where you play as Kirby. He runs around with Sans and Papyrus and comes across these signs on the walls which have a series of rules which I guess were meant to explain how monsters work in this universe. At one point, Kirby found a weapon that looked like a big magical girl wand and it played an animated cutscene showing Kirby do a magical girl transformation with it, but then he needs to make it smaller and attach it to his phone instead. At the end of the playthrough, they had some post-final boss minigame where they play as Millia Rage writing a letter to her new teacher while in bed with her new boyfriend. The person playing RP'd as Papyrus for this section, so I played it myself and RP'd as Allison Goleta instead. The first prompt was "tell me what it's like to feel a dick" so I just wrote down "fuck you mean? he ain't mel he ain't got no dick."

Also I had a dream where I was watching a Star Wars movie which seemingly took place between Last Jedi and Rise of Skywalker. All that happened were that there were these cops who come across C-3PO and R2-D2 sneaking around and the leader is acting all sweet but then he pulls out these huge tasers that will erase their memories.

I...phew... I gotta rein my enthusiasm in for a sec!! (Ahhhhhhhhh!) T-The title is (roughly) "Kirby of the Stars: The Magic Crystal and The Mystery of the Mirror Maze!" To be honest, I'm getting flashbacks to that other maze-themed novel with them cramming in a bunch of unrelated plots and characters except...EXCEPT-...!!

LOOK AT THEMMMM! It's almost everyone who was missing till now?! (At least among the Dream Friends) plus Gryll (!?!) plus the Fairy Queen?!?! (Name drop? Name drop at last?!?) Also EVERYONE IS SOOO CUTE!! (Except Marx, lol but I don't even mind! The fact that he seems to be the antagonist of this piece means we'll probably get more pictures of him anyway! :fingers crossed:)

Finally...! My beloved Salty French Bread getting the spotlight! And to think, I was just telling myself earlier this year that I need to draw something BIG for them for their anniversary as well! >w<

Oh, right! ^^; The summary! Not every character or plot point is mentioned, so I don't know what the explanation is for Dark Meta Knight or if he'll be an illusion (which would be sad...) nor why they're doing Crystal Shards (??) plot with Marx (except they already used Nova in Dreamy Gear...) but even if everyone only makes cameo appearances it could still be the Best Novel Ever?! Anyway--!

One snooze-filled morning in Dream Land, the magician, Marx arrives, inviting everyone to attend his special one-day only traveling carnival! There's food, fun, and games to be had. Best of all, it's free to everyone?! An excited Kirby and King Dedede race each other to see who can pack in the most attractions in before sunset! The biggest challenge? A gigantic maze made of mirrors!

Locate one of the crystals hidden deep in the maze and make your way out to win. But not only is the maze filled with strange, scary reflections that chase you on their own, some say they've seen what look like distant worlds in the mirrors as well?!

Stranger still, Kirby encounters a young fairy girl while wandering the maze who says these crystals are vital to her planet! Is there more to this tricky carnival game than meets the eye?!

Magolor's Fun Facts #2!

Hi there, everyone! This is the second post in the Magolor's Fun Facts series, where I post interesting and obscure facts about Magolor!

This one certainly isn't an entirely new discovery like Magolor's Fun Facts #1 was, but it's obscure and fun nonetheless.

This fact is... Magolor News, a series of 9 articles published on the official Japanese Nintendo website to promote Team Kirby Clash Deluxe. All of these but one are intended to have been written by Magolor himself during his time in the Dream Kingdom.

While plenty more happens or is discussed, I'll just be summarising some of the highlights here!

• Magolor frequently talks about or insinuates how great, kind, popular, etc. he is. My favourite examples of this are when he talks about how moved everyone was when they played songs related to him at the Kirby 25th Anniversary Orchestra Concert and when he assumes the reason for the reader's sadness is that they haven't seen him in a while. • Says he's just a weak general store owner (which is an obvious lie). • Magolor tells the reader that Kirby recently turned 25, and that he hopes readers will celebrate his own 25th Birthday/ Anniversary soon.* • Makes readers solve puzzles for Gem Apple passwords in one article to make up for their "greed" in using previous ones. • Explains how to defeat Taranza and says he isn't very strong. The machine translation I'm using even ended up giving me the line "Let's beat up Taranza!" • Susie, seemingly the main-dimension one as seen in Kirby: Planet Robobot, not Parallel Susie, is transported to the Dream Kingdom through a Dimensional Rift. She puts the planet on the list for the Mechanisation Occupation Project and while Magolor is away, she takes over the Shoppe, redecorates it with pink sparkles, puts gear based on her on display in place of the Magolor-themed gear, and eats Gem Apples that were for sale after turning them into sorbet. Magolor chases her away upon returning, but apparently she was very noisy. • At the very end of the final article, Magolor asks to stay friends with the readers.

Again, those are some of the highlights, but there's plenty more guides and fun moments which I implore you to read using your browser's translation tool! It'll be a bit rough, but the vast majority of it makes sense. Here's the link to the first article!

I've been rotating Kirby characters in my head again and thought up a story in which Kirby gets pulled into an alternate timeline and ends up in a dystopic version of Dream Land where everything is dark and scary and miserable, King Dedede has been deposed and overthrown by an evil villain who's taken over the land and he's gone missing, and Meta Knight leads a band of revolutionaries in Dedede's name (said revolutionaries being the Halberd's crew + Bandana Waddle Dee)

I have yet to figure out what happened to this timeline's Kirby, since everyone is supposed to know who he is and be surprised to see him, so I guess that implies their timeline's Kirby is gone? :(

but anyway, rough plot goes as such---Kirby ends up in this alternate timeline and doesn't understand what's happened. his first indicator of what's happened is finding wanted posters of people he recognises, like Bandana and the Meta-Knights, and when he finds Meta Knight's wanted poster, he's even more confused. what little he can understand of what the poster says is saying he's committing crimes against the king, but why would Meta do that? aren't Meta and Dedede friends? didn't they call each other sworn partners? what happened?

he eventually encounters the rebels themselves and they're shocked to see him, and he's shocked to see them, especially Meta Knight, the rebel leader, wearing Dedede's robe over one of his shoulders (like a one-shouldered cape) and his men bearing the crest of the king. Meta and the others explain to Kirby that Dedede had been overthrown by an evil being and has been missing ever since, the only things left of him being his crown and robe (the latter which Meta stole from the villain). the villain calls himself the king, and has told the people of Dream Land that Dedede is gone and is never coming back, but Meta Knight refuses to believe that, citing that he knows the king is out there, he can feel it, and he won't rest until he beats the blackguard who deposed him and finds Dedede. thus he created the rebel group out of his own men (and Bandana joined) and dubbed them the "Knights of Dedede". (now I am a metadede shipper so that would be why there's a lot of unending devotion vibes here but if you're thinking this could be out of character for Meta Knight, I feel like the other reason he named his band of revolutionaries the Knights of Dedede and dons the king's robe is to really stick it to the villain, who wants the public to forget about him, but Meta won't let that happen, and obviously won't rest until the villain is defeated. and yes I know Meta once tried to overthrow Dedede himself and I think that makes this funnier.)

Kirby joins the rebel cause and they storm the castle, where the villain is, and we learn more of the history of this timeline---various rebels have been imprisoned by the villain more than once, including Meta Knight himself, but they've all managed to break out, usually Meta coming to break his men out. the villain is insistent on making Meta bend to his will and serve him, because, you know, that would mean he had truly won and truly ran the kingdom if even Dedede's most loyal knight and the resistance leader was defeated and served him, but Meta refuses to yield, and this is where Kirby would fight the villain, beat him, and when the villain gears up for round two, Meta creates a diversion, urging his men and Kirby to flee, which they don't wanna do, but they have to, and Meta is captured in his attempt to protect them

Kirby and the Knights of Dedede then go on a quest to find Dedede, because if Meta believe's he's still around, he must be, and they find him, I was thinking deep in the heart of some woods or something, could also be deep underground or underwater, whichever fits, but encased in stone like a statue, and through some magic or some new ability, they manage to free Dedede from his stone prison, and guy has no idea what's happened and has to be brought up to speed while they rush back to the castle

they storm the castle again, and the villain is angry at seeing this. meanwhile, Meta Knight, who is chained beside the throne (for peak humiliation vibes which would fit a sadistic villain), is filled with resolve anew at the sight of his men and his king returned, and all hell breaks loose as they rush the villain, free Meta, and assemble as a full team, and then another battle ensues (I'd think it would be all of them ganging up on the villain in the first phase of the battle, but in the second, maybe Kirby gets the spotlight because he's Kirby, or it's just the quartet of Meta, Dedede, Bandana, and Kirby) and when the villain is defeated, Kirby is sent back to his timeline and everything is fine

I also thought it would be really funny if his friends from his timeline were able to see everything that happened in the alternate timeline via like a magic crystal ball or something. I just think that would be funny. ALTERNATIVELY you could have this whole plot not be an alternate timeline and just something that happens in this timeline and the explanation of Kirby not knowing what the hell happened is that he was like knocked out for an unspecified but long amount of time, and that would also explain why everyone knows about him and they're all surprised to see him back.

anyway enough rough plot explanation now have some of the funny things I said about this idea
