So for Dokutaro aka Pokemon!Peach Boy expe, I noticed that on the signboards it shows a trainer beside them (and the ogre looks like Ogerpon and her companion used together) I’ll bet anything Dokutaro influenced/possessed that trainer and acted as retainer to the toxic trio/lousy three.

Hell, the small orb beside the trainer’s hand could very well be Dokutaro rather than a poke-ball.

It makes sense for Dokutaro to influence a trainer, considering how humans have always brought out the potential of Pokemon and allowed them to grow stronger than if they were in the wild. It would be the quickest way to grow in strength, smarts, looks and prestige.

Add onto the various achievements of the human race and how they live in general comfort, it would look very tempting to Dokutaro

Momotaro peach Pokemon attaches itself onto strong humans to carry out it’s desires.

It’s last host was the human trainer beside the Toxic Trio.

It’s current host is Kieran.

And once we beat Kieran again…

We could become it’s next host.

Scary shit right???

Buuuuut all may not be lost because another idea hit me.

The player offers themselves to Kokutaro to save Kieran. The poor kid is getting more and more poisoned over time by their fusion/deal/unknown possession, and will eventually leave Dokutaro exposed.

So the player pulls a Yoh.

Yoh specifically as in Yoh Asakura from Shaman King.

TLDR: Shakan King’s power system uses ghosts, fairies, undead and the like to fight alongside the living and help commune between both planes.

A rogue ghost- Tokagero, who was killed by Yoh’s ghost partner, the samurai Amidamaru- possesses a delinquent named Wooden Sword Ryu and tries to get revenge on Amidamaru.

However the longer he possesses a non-shaman, the quicker that Ryu’s body dies and will expel Tokagero.

To save Ryu and quell Tokagero's grudge, Yoh offers his body to him to be possessed. Even with the chance that Tokagero would use Yoh’s body to hurt and kill, Yoh still offered it.

Tokagero exits Ryu’s body and enters Yoh…

and for a moment, Tokagero is full prepared to kill and maim with Yoh’s body, as he gave Tokagero full control to everyone’s horror.

But then…

Despite everything that happened, the player risked their life to save Kieran.

Despite everything, they brought Dokutaro into their body with complete trust.

I don't know why Dokutaro gave their power to the Lousy Three, or why they possessed Kieran. All I can do is speculate.

But the fact that Dokutaro can "grant wishes" means that it tries to make others' desires come true. Giving them what they want... but not what they need.

Strength, wisdom and beauty for the Toxic Trio.

The power to defeat a rival for Kieran.

All surface level-wants that don't do anything to address their deeper issues and/or trauma.

But the player is the first human to welcome Dokutaro into themselves without a wish, with only the sincere desire to help their friend and even the Pokemon who hurt him to give them.

Instead of granting a wish, Dokutaro gets their wish granted by the player.

And Kieran is given the chance to heal and contemplate the realization that the player's heart was what made Ogerpon want to be beside them, and what guided them to victory.

And he and Carmine can finally start to heal together.

my tag for seven years AU is right here -- there's a lot that's been uh gatekept a little bit but it's an AU i have with bubbles @judgehangman that's well . it's funny it's fucked up it's canon a little bit to the left but also upside down. feel free to ask me abt it any time tho i am ALWAYS always down to talk about AUs always they just run around in my head all day

here's a post outlining the timeline of major events -- it's a bit scuffed, i did the math really quickly, but it gets the job done. and here's an ask bubbles answered about the original situation that created this whole thing in the first place.

the tl;dr of the 7y AU has a lot to do with the stupid nonsense that is traditional for this fandom. Basically, based on something cc!wilbur said about how he originally envisioned the ages of different characters in L'manburg way back in ye olden days of uhh honestly i forget--2021, i think, cc!Wilbur had commented on how in his original envisonment of L'manburg, c!Wilbur was in his early 30s, c!Fundy was 14, and c!Tommy and c!Tubbo were both around 20. Of course, the fandom being the fandom, they took the math of "c!Fundy is 14" to backdate c!Tommy as being nine during the L'manburg war of independence, and this was naturally used to create all sorts of c!tommy angst yadayadayada (while somehow everyone managed to forget that uh if this timeline holds true then ? it would also apply to the rest of the characters that Aren't L'manburg????)

it turned into this thing where people would say "tommy was NINE in the l'manburg revolution and he was BRUTALLY SLAUGHTERED by dream smp the TRAUMA" etc and that in itself led to "tommy was nine" being a bit of a meme. of course, being the way that i am, i started down a rabbit hole of taking "tommy was nine" to its logical extreme--and you know, sooner or later bubbles and i ended up with this monstrosity and its like five branching alternate timelines, awesome

the basic premise of the AU is very, very simple. tommy was nine during the revolution, dream was 14, wilbur was 25. the events on the dream smp that take place between wilbur's joining the server and creating the drug van to november 16th, a space of a few months irl, all end up being spread out over seven years of time in this AU--hence its name. bc of the nature of its creation it's an AU with an interesting relationship with both fanon and canon, playing off of and taking elements from both in interesting ways. and also there's c!dreambur.

Vitality didn't know what the hell was going on anymore. The past several hours had been a complete and utter whirlwind. She couldn't bring herself to go back to the Adminspace, purely because of what that prophet had said.

That damned coyote..

Vitality barley hears the doors as they open and the ensuing conversation.

Idly, she rubs her neck as she looks out the window. Her eyebrows furrow, seeing the sky darken a bit. Thunder distantly rumbled.

Her peacock feathers shuddered as she felt a jolt in the air. What-?

"You have to be kidding." Valiant's horrified voice brings Vitality out of her thoughts. She looks over, and her eyes widen, seeing the Pokémon, Ash, and his friends, but no Tama.

Oh no.

"Tama can't be- That can't be what happened-" Nimbus sounded panicked as she shook her head.

A pit grows in Vitality's stomach as she makes her way over. She half listens to the conversation at hand before nothing Hoopa - and how ill he looks.

"Oh goodness," she murmurs as she takes the Pokémon from Ash. "What's happened to him?"

"Absol said that it looked like all the teleporting that was going on was messing with him," Ash explains with a worried frown.

Vitality nods and, like a clock, she begins to work-

Only to freeze.

"No." She whispers as she feels that familiar code.

"Vitality?"

Ash's questioning tone barely registers as her own code gently pricks and prods at what's afflicting Hoopa. Clearing it all away, with more haste than is necessary.

It can't be his, it can't be!

He was meant to be gone, dead and gone!

The ground beings to rumble, and everyone stumbles, trying to keep their balance.

Vitality's gaze snapped to the window.

And her heart sinks, seeing the sky turn a sickly green.

Above the seal of Unus, kneels Tiresias and the frozen Tama.

"Monster," the prophet hisses to Damien. "Monster."

Damien can only smile as he draws a dagger.

..

Blood splatters, and the seal shatters.

And then another.

And across the world,

Damien's model glitches.
