So just over a year ago, I made a resolution to myself to get better at Fitness, since I was getting older and i knew if i didn't, the Consequences would begin to manifest. One problem? Historically i have always hated working out.
i knew there were two main reasons why: 1. lingering trauma from the usual Fat/Neurodivergent Kid Mistreated In PE Class Experience 2. oh my god it's so so so boring i would rather do anything more entertaining.
So. I'm not an expert, and i'm definitely not a professional fitness instructor, BUT i have genuinely come to not just tolerate but actually enjoy exercise this past year. So if these are any problems you personally have contended with, these strategies May Help.
One: Remove Barriers
a lot of flavours of neurodivergence struggle with switching between tasks and executive function generally, especially towards something you don't find fun. So first you gotta identify any barriers keeping you from exercising, and removing or mitigating them.
For me, a hurdle i recognised is that if I could not easily access the equipment, I was unlikely to use it. honestly if i couldn't see it i would probably forget it was there. So my first order of business was making a Work Out Zone. I unrolled my yoga mat and gave it a near-permanent place in my room. my weights came out of the closet and placed on a low shelf where i could easily access them, as did my resistance band. now they were always Right there.
I also realised something I detested was the general feeling of sweaty clothes, and in particular, having to change out of them. So Gross. so i started scheduling my work outs for in the the morning after breakfast or right before my nightly showers, aka: when I am changing in and out of my PJs. I'll do my routine (mostly) naked and not have to contend with the extra steps and laundry that sweaty clothes bring.
two: secondary entertainment
like i said: i found exercise very boring. and while i've gotten better over the past year, and can find it meditative, i still prefer having something else to catch my attention.
i used to like to put on video essays. but then i realised i was so often pausing my work outs because the particular video ended, or the pace got slow, or the topic turned to something dark and depressing out of nowhere and killed the vibe, so then i had to stop to find something else--
No. You need something that will keep you in the zone, and won't knock you out of it. I didn't used to listen to music much, but this year i took advantage of a Spotify subscription my sister gifted me (😔) and started just putting on upbeat rock, hip-hop, and pop mixes. it doesn't need to be my favouirte music ever it just needs to Keep Going.
i do find the loud, rhythmic music is really good for keeping my pace up, but if music doesn't do it for you, you might find audiobooks or autoplaying favourite old tv shows/sitcoms might scratch that itch.
Three: Find Other Motivators
Or, "if you can't make your own motivation, store bought is fine"
Gameification is really good here. You might be someone who'll benefit from a pedometer or step-counter app. I have a friend who swears by the Switch Ring-Fit, and I've also heard of folks who use games like Just Dance, Zombies, Run! and Beat Saber to rely on the sweet sweet endorphins generated by hitting a high score.
(BUT: do beware the dark side of gameification, which is the risk of demotivation if you don't hit your goals. For example, after doing GREAT on exceeding my step goal for a month, I got hit with COVID. For about a week and a half I was barely moving beyond the kitchen and back. My step counts plummeted, there was no way to edit the record out, and that made it harder to get back into the groove. Be mindful relying too much on gameification!)
Even outside of literal games, there are ways to scratch this itch. I used secondary objectives as a way to encourage me to keep up with my daily walks. Walking my roommate's dog when he was working long days is an obvious one, but we don't always have a furry friend at our disposal. Then I would rely on mini-challenges like, "pick up 10 cool rocks to paint", "fill this bag with wood for the fireplace", "take 10 pretty pictures", or "get to the corner store to get more milk".
And of course, consider team sports! Many folks I've talked to feel having set training/play times with a team that relies on them crucial to keep them on track!
Four: Don't Measure Success By Weight Loss
I know. I know. Easier said than done. It does not help that like 80% of workout resources online are going to mention this. but above all else, you must resist the beast. (and while not as dicey, measuring success by visible muscle gain can fall into a similar trap).
The biggest benefits to exercise are invisible. it improves cardiovascular health, brain function, tissue regeneration, immune system function, lung capacity, energy levels, literally our whole body. no matter what external changes your body does or doesn't go through, you're still going to be benefitting from exercise, and you do not want to get demotivated chasing unrealistic/irrelevant goals.
Instead, to track your progress, focus on questions like these:
How is exercise impacting my mood? Do I feel less stressed or anxious?
Am I sleeping better?
Is my balance improving?
Is my stamina increasing?
Am I becoming more flexible?
Can I lift/carry heavier weights?
Is my breath control improving?
Over the last year, I've seen marked improvements in all of these. My joints don't hurt as much; it's easier for me to to get up and move; I don't get winded as easily; I generally feel more relaxed and cheerful. Those are all amazing outcomes, and I hope that everyone on their own fitness journey can find the same joy there as I have.
#fitness#exercise#fatphobia#there are definitely other tips i could give#but these i think are the ones that helped *me* the most

Stay Peachy and stay the hell away from me - Adrien AUGreste 2024 Day 27
So, I had to go back and figure out where Stay Peachy came from and when I found out it came from Mr. Banana, I had a thought. When I was a kid, there are actual pictures of me shying away from those full body characters, like Micky Mouse style and such. Like, I got to go to the White House Easter Egg events as a kid and all the pictures with me and a character, I'm pressed up against whoever is holding me, trying to get away and it led into this. Obviously I'm fine now, but I know others have the fear continue as they get older. I've now made Adrien one of them, which is kinda hilarious as he's a cosplayer in this world.
“Wow. This is, kinda amazing.”
Adrien preened at that comment. The Italian Embassy was putting together a Carnevale in Paris event for Italians who couldn’t fly back home and to those who couldn’t afford to get the train over and rent costumes to have a place to wear said costumes. Streets near the embassy were closed off – perk of being friends with Chloe now, she could help spirit along paperwork faster by bugging her father – stalls were erected, events were planned, with performances, a costume contest for the kids and just a small taste of what Carnevale in Venice was like.
His mom and the other diplomates knocked the decorations out of the park and the ambassador even managed to hire a few actual performers for the private masquerade ball the embassy would be holding. That was when Adrien would bring out his show stopping costume – that took more labour than his Queen Serenity wings, especially since he made Luka’s as well – but for now, as he stood at one of the entrances with Felix, he made do with a gold filigree mask, currently sitting on top of his head. The English boy was visiting, his mother busy with a movie shoot in the streets of Paris, so he joined his look alike at the festival as Adrien’s guest. If Amalie had been surprised with how identical, Viola had to keep reminding herself she only gave birth to one blonde boy.
“It’s gonna be a lot of fun. Think of it like a street festival and admire the costumes! That’s the best part in my opinion. Remind me to show you the pictures I got of my mom when we dressed up during the off season.” Adrien said.
“Stay Peachy!” a sudden hyper voice cried, making both boys jump like cats. Standing behind them was someone in a smiling banana costume, wiggling and dancing to the hip hop music coming from a nearby boombox. They struck a pose, the eery still smile creeping Adrien out.
He hated those type of full body costumes. The amount of pictures his family had of him, in his parents’ arms, hiding away from a person with covered hands and oversized heads. Adrien barely made it through his tours of Disney parks as he got older.
“Oh, fuck right off.” Felix muttered, grabbing Adrien’s arm and dragging him into the busy streets. “Where is your boyfriend meeting us? Or is he still waiting to get in?”
Luka found them and Adrien immediately took them to get food. They had plans to meet up with the rest of the class to see Marinette’s entry for the costume contest, an outfit based on one of her mother’s favourite fantasy C-Dramas, so Adrien was going to introduce them to his favourite foods until then. Each street seemed to be dedicated for a different part of Italy and while Adrien talked about how his family mainly stayed in Rome, he was lucky to be able to see other parts and indulge in their version of the culture.
“I lived off this whenever mom was too tired to cook.” Adrien said, leading them to a Pizza al taglio stand. “We’d order way more than we needed and could have the rest for later.”
“It’s probably a good thing this isn’t normally in Paris.” Luka said, looking at all the sheet pans the stall managed to fit onto a fold out table. “How are we supposed to stay empty for everything else?”
“Well, I plan to introduce you to stomach, so keep empty.” Adrien promised.
Felix shrugged. “I prefer a full English breakfast, so I’m fine.”
Luka looked so lost, Adrien didn’t have the heart to mention, a full English normally had pigs’ blood. Most Parisians survived off of bread, Adrien didn’t want to overload him.
He distracted Luka with finding a stall making fresh carbonara to order and the three decided to split an order. He had Luka and Felix try first, wanting them to apricate the simple ingredients to one of his favourite dishes.
“That’s really good.” Luka commented.
“Better than most restaurants I’ve been too. Trick must be the old woman making it.” Felix said, looking at the older lady behind the stall who was the one putting the whole dish together while her kids, according to what Adrien was able to pick up, made the pasta at the table.
Adrien took the bowl from Felix, excited to eat when that damned voice popped up again.
“Stay Peachy!”
It was so sudden and loud, Adrien screamed, jumped and let go of the bowl. The rest of the carbonara was on the ground and Adrien swung around, glaring at the stupid person in the banana suit, posing behind him. They were close to, like they’d been sneaking up on Adrien.
“I’m going to kill you.” Adrien swore, Luka grabbing him before he could take a step.
“Hey, they should have gelato right?” Luka distracted. “You promised to get me a good one. Didn’t your mom say that the famous store who made the cone into a flower had been invited? Where would they be? They are considered good right?”
Adrien became distracted, but Felix gave the performer a steely glare that got Mr. Banana to back up slightly before he went to follow the couple.
They got distracted on their quest for gelato by cheese; parmigiano and mozzarella and bufala. Adrien insisted they try bruschetta.
“It’s tomatoes, oil and salt, you honestly can’t go wrong. It’s a more put together version of the tomato con pan we had at the beach.”
It was further distracted by arancini, a new favourite of Luka’s that Adrien’s nonna had made during her visit. They ended up bumping into Chloe and Sabrina and Zoe, a teen star who modelled for Chloe’s mom and while she had a contract in France for a while, Chloe took it upon herself to show her around. Zoe had the most out of all of them, moaning a little about needing to be at try ons for a show the next day but Adrien waved her off, Chloe supporting him.
“I don’t know about Italian designers, but I refuse to believe Italian models give up their favourite food just to be perfect in clothes. Besides, arancini doesn’t count, it’s made by the gods.”
“I don’t think that excuse works when I say that about pizza.” Zoe pointed out.
“Then you clearly are missing out on thin crust. Try the pizza stalls on the Rome street. It’s thin and the three of you can share and not feel guilty if you’re that worried. But first, gelato! Oh, cannoli!”
Like a kitten with a short attention span, Adrien rushed over to the closest stall in the Sicily street they found themselves in. The Italian convinced the teen star to split a cannolo with him before Chloe dragged her to a stall selling clothes. Adrien was being a messy child and licking some of the excess cream before it fell out of the pastry when…
“Stay Peachy!”
Like the worst jump scare, Adrien jumped back and his half-eaten cannolo was caught by Felix. The English boy tried not to gag at the damp pastry while Luka grabbed Adrien from under his arms to lift him up and stop him from attacking Mr. Banana.
“Your mom is running the event. I don’t think she wants to make sure you’re covered by diplomatic immunity if Sabrina’s dad arrests you for attacking someone.” Luka reminded.
“Even if they deserve it?” Felix asked, pinching the pastry and stuffing it into Adrien’s mouth, making him look like a demented squirrel gathering food. His cheeks where puffed from the cream and it lessened the affect of the glare he was given the demented banana.
“Ok, let’s go.” Luka ordered, heading towards a different street. it was getting close to meeting with the others but the rocker wanted to avoid an international incident.
It counted as international if an Italian and an English attacked a French performer? Luka didn’t want to find out.
Alya was not at all sympathetic when she heard. She was still holding Adrien’s issues with feathers and his cosplay shoot over his head.
“You can’t tell me some cosplayers don’t get dressed in outfits like that.”
“They do. I avoid them. those things give me the creeps. You also can not tell me that the smile isn’t really creepy!”
“I mean, Noel doesn’t normally get scared of things,” Nino said, mentioning his stubborn younger brother, “but he doesn’t like those guys either. I swear he screamed bloody murder when we saw a Bluey character.”
Adrien pointed to Nino like it was all the answer he needed.
“Oh, that does not count! My twin sisters think they’re the human version of some twin devil trickster.” Alya pointed out.
“Thank god they aren’t.” Adrien heard Luka mutter but he ignored his boyfriend to try and continue making his point while they made their way to the stage that the costume contest was going to be at.
Adrien was able to distract himself with admiring the outfits people wore, and even pulled his own mask down to fit in. It made him even more excited to get dressed in his outfit for the masquerade ball. He gossiped with the others on what they were going to wear, hearing what others promised their costumes to look like. They made it to the stage as the MC was getting it started. Even in the back, they were able to find an area that gave them a clear view. Everyone marvelled over the costumes as they came out, the groups' cheers getting loud when Marinette took the stage. Marinette was more the type to dress her models and direct them from behind the camera, but she was doing a pretty amazing at posing. Though that might have to do with Adrien’s training she asked for.
Marinette just got picked for the next round of non-traditional costumes when the MC called for a short break so the next round members could get set up and those who didn’t make it past could still get the chance for pictures by the crowd. As those people made it into the crowd, the MC called upon a well-loved performer to entertain them.
“Stay Peachy!” Mr. Banana cried as he jumped on stage.
Felix rolled his eyes while Adrien frowned.
“Will you relax? Kids love him.” Alya said.
“Kids don’t make any sense.” Adrien said. “I saw a stall with flowers, I’m gonna get Marinette a bouquet to congratulate her. Take pictures if I take too long.”
“I’ll go with you.” Felix offered.
“Please behave. And don’t get distracted by food you’re not planning on bringing back!” Luka called.
“Just for that, I’ll bring you the stomach!” Adrien called back, giggling at Luka’s face.
They got the flowers and became distracted when Adrien located a gelato stand. In his defence, it had been all they talked about since they entered the festival. He gave Felix the flowers to hold while he expertly handled 6 cones in total.
“Wouldn’t cups of been easier?” Felix asked.
“Everyone loves gelato in a cone.” Adrien said when –
“Stay Pe – Ahh!”
Mr. Banana was given a face full of flowers as Felix smacked them with the bouquet before he kicked him over. The ruined bouquet was thrown at the writhing banana as Felix grabbed Adrien and dragged him back towards the stage.
“What am I supposed to tell my mother when she asks about the blonde boy who assaulted a performer?” Adrien asked.
“Like I’d let you take credit for that.”
The others did hear about it later. Adrien was helping Nino figure out the socks in the traditional Vancian suit when Luka asked.
“Apparently the Mr Banana performer got assaulted. They’re pretty upset. Face full of flowers too. Odd how Marinette’s never showed up.”
Adrien shrugged. “Gosh. Maybe he should, stay peachy. Keep the moral up. He’s still got to dance for a pay check. As long as it’s far, far away.” The blonde muttered the last part.
The Ladybug holder sighed. To be fair, Luka knew what his boyfriend was like when he was mad. Sure, it was usually cursing and insults but he’d used physical violence as a threat. Luka couldn’t prove Adrien had used the bouquet, though the cups he came back with in hand did push the suspicion off of him, he wouldn’t put it past the Italian to attack Mr. Banana.
Tikki would later say she found Mr. Banana’s smile creepy and something of an off-putting memory, so at that point, Luka just let the whole thing go.

Choosing the Right Dance Studio for Kids: Why a Ballet Dance School is the Perfect Choice
When it comes to introducing your child to the world of dance, choosing the right Dance studio near me in Ottawa for kids is crucial. Dance is not only an art form but also an avenue for developing important life skills such as discipline, confidence, and coordination. Among the various dance styles available, ballet stands out as a timeless and versatile choice. If you're wondering whether ballet is the right fit for your child, here's why enrolling them in a ballet dance school could be the best decision for their growth and development.
1. Ballet Builds Strong Foundations for All Dance Styles
Ballet is often referred to as the foundation of all dance. The skills taught in ballet—such as posture, body alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength—serve as the groundwork for virtually every other form of dance. Whether your child eventually pursues contemporary, jazz, or hip-hop, the techniques learned in ballet provide a strong, versatile base that will help them excel in other styles. Ballet’s structured training system develops muscle memory and control, which will benefit your child for years to come.
2. Improved Physical Health and Fitness
Dance is a wonderful way for children to stay active, and ballet is one of the most physically demanding forms. Ballet classes help children develop strength, flexibility, and endurance while improving coordination and motor skills. Regular ballet practice works almost every part of the body, fostering overall fitness. Beyond toning muscles, ballet also helps with posture, body awareness, and balance, which are essential not just for dancing but for overall physical health.
3. Discipline and Focus
Ballet requires a high level of discipline. The structured nature of ballet classes—where students must learn specific steps, sequences, and routines—teaches children how to focus and stay committed to a task. This kind of focused practice nurtures self-discipline, which is a valuable life skill that extends far beyond the dance studio. Learning ballet also helps children become comfortable with receiving constructive feedback and striving for personal improvement, qualities that will serve them well in school and future careers.
4. Building Confidence and Self-Esteem
There’s something truly magical about watching a child gain confidence through dance. Ballet encourages students to overcome challenges, push their physical limits, and perform with grace and poise. As your child progresses and masters new skills, they’ll experience a great sense of accomplishment and pride in their hard work. This positive reinforcement fosters self-esteem and helps children develop a sense of their own abilities. Furthermore, the performance aspect of ballet—whether in recitals, shows, or competitions—gives children the opportunity to showcase their talents, boosting their confidence even further.
5. Creativity and Artistic Expression
Ballet isn’t just about perfecting techniques; it’s also about creativity and emotional expression. Through ballet, children learn to tell stories, express emotions, and communicate through movement. This form of artistic expression not only nurtures their creative abilities but also teaches them the power of non-verbal communication. Ballet students are encouraged to interpret music and movement in their own way, allowing them to explore their unique artistic voice.
6. A Positive Social Environment
Dance schools, especially those with a focus on ballet, provide a nurturing and supportive community for children. In ballet classes, children learn to work together as a team, whether they're performing a group piece or simply supporting each other in class. The camaraderie developed in ballet classes helps children form meaningful friendships and learn important social skills such as cooperation, respect, and teamwork. The dance studio becomes a safe, positive space where kids can bond over their shared passion for movement.
7. Lifelong Benefits
The benefits of ballet extend far beyond childhood. The skills and habits children develop in a ballet dance school—such as discipline, focus, and perseverance—carry over into their adult lives. Additionally, ballet fosters a lifelong appreciation for art, culture, and movement, and many dancers continue to enjoy ballet throughout their lives, either professionally or recreationally. Moreover, the physical benefits of ballet—such as flexibility and strength—help individuals maintain good health and mobility as they age.
8. Professional Guidance from Experienced Instructors
A reputable ballet dance school employs highly skilled, professional instructors who understand how to teach young children the fundamentals of ballet in a safe and effective manner. These instructors have experience working with kids, and they know how to create a positive, encouraging learning environment that allows each child to thrive. In a well-established ballet school, your child will receive not only technical training but also mentorship, motivation, and personalized attention.
Conclusion: Why Choose a Ballet Dance School?
When it comes to dance education, ballet offers an unparalleled foundation. From building physical strength to instilling discipline, boosting confidence, and fostering creativity, ballet provides countless benefits that will help your child thrive both inside and outside the studio. A ballet dance school offers an environment where your child can grow, learn, and flourish under the guidance of experienced professionals. So, if you’re looking for a well-rounded, enriching activity that will set your child up for success, a ballet dance school could be the perfect choice.
With ballet, your child is not only learning to dance—they are developing essential life skills that will last a lifetime.

I really wish phys ed in K-12 made MUCH more of an effort to teach kids how their body is able to move and finding which movements are most comfortable for them, instead of being largely mindless cardio and grooming them for athletics. (I'm speaking about the US specifically here, idk how it is in other countries)
Like, I learned more about my body in one session of physical therapy than I did in however many years of gym class.
Thinking back on my time in middle school and high school in particular, the phy ed classes were extremely ableist. Depending on who you got as a teacher, grades may or may not be based on how well you could perform physical activities. I distinctly recall one of the many runs we had to do in high school where I ended up very nearly unconscious and on the verge of vomiting up on the track because I was being pushed so hard to get a good run time.
Since there was so often a focus on running fast, as a fat asthmatic kid with Osgood Schlatters syndrome (my knee bones grew too quickly and the pulling of the tendons and ligaments on the bone caused microfractures) and knee caps that liked to slide out of place, I quickly grew to loathe exercising.
And now, as an adult with an early onset arthritic spinal condition, I'm trying to teach myself to enjoy exercise so that I don't lose my mobility any faster than is already occurring...
And of course, on the other side of this gripe: I really wish that there were more play-based, non-sports-league/non-competitive activities/programs for adults. I looked into dance studios in my area bc I did dance as a kid and I really miss it, and I couldn't find anywhere near me that offers ballet/tap/lyrical/jazz/hip hop dance lessons for adults (I even tried contacting one of these studios and never heard back). The best I could find is Zumba and square dancing/partner dancing for weddings and the like.

so basically, we’re gonna have to go all the way back to march of this year. we’re gonna call him stalker for obvious reasons. so stalled told me he actually started liking me in march but didn’t confess until may during the last week of school. now stalker had already liked my best friend, razzle dazzle. razzle had politely rejected him and that was that. he kinda vibed with us coz stalker sat with me, razzle dazzle and apple vendor in english last year. in may we somehow got on the topic of crushes with the girls in front of us coz we were all buddies and i asked him if he still liked razzle dazzle and he confessed and said that he liked me. funny think is the girls in front of us were shipping us too so that was silly goofy.
but anyways summer break roles around and i don’t let it bother me. i’m thinking he’s gonna get over me and life will be good. but at the open house day i run into him. his face goes bright red, he stops in his tracks and just stares. like this kid has a staring problem and you will see that later on as we progress.
fire day of school arrived and i have no classes with him. i’m kinda upset coz we were still sorta friends but also it was kind of relieving in a sense because knowing someone likes you and being in the same room with super awkward. but anyways i was still like “oh he’s gonna get over me and we can just chill as friends” because i had no feelings for him at all. he’s just not my type. i give him my number so we can chat and stuff and we do have fairly normal and good conversations. also when i have him my number, he was WAY too excited. like more excited than someone getting a number than one should be but anyways. now his texting style is super weird. he’s a history buff and is super nerdy, but not like my kind of nerdy. like… creepy nerd if that makes sense.
so we’re talking like every day right. we get to know more about each other and stuff. then one day i message him and i send him a mirror photo of me in my (modest) hip hop uniform, flexing. and the funny thing is i was literally talking about how we were abt to go and hype up Jesus at dance because i go to a christian dance school (shout out to them i love them sm) and he reposed with “ngl kind of sexy lol” and mind you we’re no where near being adults so my immediate reaction was like WHOA THERE BUDDY and he LAUGHS and says to take it as a compliment when im very clearly uncomfortable. but he insists so i just cut off the conversation.
also multiple times he has claimed that “i’m the best person he knows” and “im his only true friend and all his other friends are trash” and “im his only source of happiness” or something like that which is SUPER ODD like bro if im your only way of being happy you need to seek help and that’s coming from someone that goes to a few counselors. and yk i have a hard time setting boundaries sometimes so im trying to play it off with being nice and thankful but it persists and it’s getting on my nerves
then one day when we’re at school (we sit in the gym before we go to class) and i’m sitting in the gym and he texts me right. well basically he said that he saw me on his way in. and out of pure curiosity i ask if he looks for me every time he walks in and he says YES???? HELLO??? and this is when he says that i’m his only source of happiness because he says “i’m desperate for a cure for indefinite sadness” and i ask him what it has to do with me and he reminisces about how he likes me and stuff and im like dawg what he still likes me??
and then multiple times he’s tried to take me on dates and meet up with me. he tried to take me to see the freaking napoleon movie?? like dawg bsfr. first, the movies are a terrible place for dates, and second, out of all movies, why freaking napoleon dawg?? like dude have some awareness.
he also has complimented me many times out of the blue which is nice and harmless but again he’ll just rec take out of nowhere and be like “oh your so beautiful today” or something and i just say thanks. and he’s told me i have a beautiful voice and stuff which is really nice that actually made me smile but once again she screwed it up on himself.
he also flat out said he and his friends worship me. yup. heard that right. **worship me**
he also said “50 bucks to kiss razzle dazzle” when we were hanging out because i misspelled a word and it autocorrected to kiss. so yea he kind of indirectly exposed himself for having those kinds of thoughts about us.
he also has time and time again referred to whatever we have going on as a relationship and i’m like “dude what relationship??” and he clearly isn’t talking about a friendship here because he thinks it’s more than that. he’s also convinced that i love him back and guilt trips me into validating him. he’s asked me who i would date and when i said no one he said it hurt his feelings and stuff like that.
he also talks about himself a lot which is a red flag. he will just gloss over stuff i say to talk about whatever he’s doing and im like ok but i was talking…
also about that staring problem. one time he noticed that i wasn’t at school because he was looking for me like a creep. he stared at me at lunch because his table is next to mine so i hard to switch seats with my friend so i would see him. even when our tables werent so close he would stare at me from across the lunch room. he stared at me all the way down the hall and at recess and stuff. like genuinely he can’t take his eyes off and i don’t like it. at all.
now let’s get to the more recent stuff. so i have a friend who we will call peanut (nickname we use irl btw lol) and peanut is helping me with this entire thing. he’s basically like a wingman or a messenger. he gets information back and fourth to us. is being me and stalker. so we had a plan that peanut was going to tell stalker that i didn’t like him back. well this made stalker super mad so i said that peanut told me he was mad and he lied and said he wasn’t (gaslighting starts) and he claimed that peanut was just jealous of him, which peanut isn’t. far from it actually.
then today i heard from peanut that stalked threatened to fight him over me. and i will admit, i have a bit of a violent nature, but its going to far. like trying to get physical with someone over me is just way too much. so peanut got worried and stuff and told the principal and wrote a report saying that he threatened him and was swearing and stuff. peanut told me this and i was furious obvious so i confronted stalker and again this kid starts gaslighting me saying that peanut is manipulating me and i need to listen to him (stalker) and i’ve got it all wrong and that peanut is trying to get me on his side and stuff. just straight up manipulating me. and im standing my ground and im like dawg no so he goes to razzle and tries to get her to talk sense into me. obviously she is on my side and we fake the entire conversation and stalker says in response to the screenshots razzle dazzle sent “we need to wait for her to come to her senses.” LIKE DAWG WHAT?? HOW ABOUT YOU GET A GRIP ON SOCIAL AWARENESS AND NOT MANIPULATE SOMEONE WHO DOESNT LIKE YOU INTO DATING THEM AND TURNING ON SOMEONE WITH EVIDENCE??? is that not textbook manipulation??
so yea there’s probably stuff i forgot but if yall want i will leak screenshots i have.
@that-fruity-emo @mccall-me-maurice @rrcenic @lord-of-the-bundle-of-sticks
guys my stalker is actually insane. he’s turning into a yandere. now who wants a story time/screenshots 😁

Have you begun dance classes online recently? Wondering what you should be eating before and after each class to ensure you get the full benefit? What we eat before a class, whether online or in a studio, impacts how we perform in that class.
Eating a full meal just before a class should be avoided to prevent a stitch or sudden cramps in the stomach. Ideally try to keep an hour or longer between a full meal. If the duration is less (upto about 30 minutes before you start stretching), you could limit your portion size.

Summary: Yoongi posts his Hip Hop 101 video on BangtanTV and shakes his booty for all Army to see. Unfortunately he forgets that ONE person gets dibs on first viewing.
Pairing: idol!Yoongi x wife!reader
Genre: idol!au, established relationship
WC: <1k
Rating: NSFW, no minors allowed
Warning: jealousy, jealous sex, penetrative sex, chair sex, studio sex, unprotected sex, reader takes charge, orgasm denial
~Part of the Domestic Yoongi series~
A/N: hello! My first fic of 2023! 🎉 hope you all like it! Crossposted to my AO3.
Yoongi jolts in shock when the headphones on his head are pulled back. He turns in his chair to find you, an annoyed expression painted across your face. His mind immediately runs through the list you have given him earlier that day- did he miss anything? Did he forget to pick something up? Did he spend too much time in his home studio again?
“Hey babe, what's u-”
“Min Yoongi,” you cut him tersely. Okay, this is not good. He’s in real trouble now. You hold your phone to his face, a youtube video open and playing.
“Hey, that’s the hip hop dance 101 I did.”
You near slam your phone down on the desk behind him. “Yes, it is.”
“Um…” Yoongi rakes his brain, not understanding where your anger is coming from. “You don’t like it?”
He swallows hard when you straddle him. “Oh I like it, Yoongi. I like it a lot. I like that you’re doing all these classes and inspiring your fans to never stop learning. However,” you raise yourself to pull your skirts up- holy shit, you’re not wearing any underwear- and your hand goes into his pants, stroking his cock.
“... do you think you can show ARMY how you shake your ass without showing me first?” You continue, your hand stroking him into full hardness in no time at all. He moans helplessly under you.
“I see it first, Yoongi. Before them. Me. First.” You line yourself above him, lining his cock on your entrance. His hands reach for your waist, but you smack them away. “Don’t touch me.”
He grips the arms of his chair as you sink down on him, swallowing his cock like a champ. You start bouncing on him, your angry eyes boring into his. “Oh fuck,” he whimpers.
“Do you understand, Yoongi?” You yank his hair, pulling his head back. You slam down on him, rolling your hips.
“Yes, yes, fuck baby, I’m sorry,” he sputters, “you first, always you first.”
You ride him faster now, beads of sweats breaking on your temple. “Rub my clit, Yoongi, make me cum.”
His fingers find your sensitive bud immediately, rolling and rubbing them until your legs start shaking, signaling of your impending orgasm. He presses harder, your moans and whines urging him on, your pussy clenching intensely around his cock. You close your eyes and throw your head back, surrendering yourself to your desires, his cock and his fingers.
“Fuck baby, cum, cum on my cock,” he encourages you, desperate to see you climax.
“Oh fuck, Yoongi!” You scream as you finally climax, your body shuddering and collapsing onto him. He wraps you in his arms, gently caressing your back as you recover from your orgasm. His cock is twitching wildly between your wet, warm walls, and he wants to seek his own release. But he knows, right now, you’re in charge and he will not move until you give him the go ahead.
Once he feels your breathing returning to normal, he kisses your head, whispering his declaration of love to you. You raise your upper body off his chest, and he braces yourself for what will come next.
He frowns in confusion when you remove yourself completely; his cock, still hard and wet from your orgasm, slips out and plops onto his abdomen. You stand up, adjust your skirt, then kiss the corner of his mouth.
“Don’t let it happen again, Yoongi.” You saunter out of his studio just as quickly as you stormed in.
Yoongi stares at his erection, flabbergasted. Fuck, he loves it when you’re jealous like that. He tucks himself in and follows you out, promising to himself he will have his payback later tonight after the kids are asleep.
Hehehe. Another domestic adventure of my favorite couple! Please reblog this fic if you enjoyed reading it! Reblogging will help it reach a wider audience. And as always, thank you for reading! 💜
