KETU IN 6TH HOUSE – IMPACT AND REMEDIES
Tumblr media
Ketu in the 6th house of a birth chart can bring both positive and negative effects on an individual’s life. The 6th house represents health, daily routine, and service. Ketu’s placement in this house may indicate a detachment towards these areas, leading to a lack of interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle or performing daily tasks. However, it can also bring spiritual growth, as Ketu represents detachment and liberation from material desires. The individual may also excel in service-oriented professions, especially those related to healing or spirituality. Overall, the influence of Ketu in the 6th house depends on various factors, such as its placement, aspects, and conjunctions with other planets.

What position in the chart indicates eternal problems and obstacles in life according to karma?
If in the natal chart all the planets are located between Rahu and Ketu, then such a combination is called Kala Sarpa Yoga, or in another way - “the curse of the serpent”. This arrangement of the planets is not good karma from the past incarnation. In life, people with this position, as a rule, face many different obstacles and trials. It can be difficult for them to achieve success in life, and all efforts may not bring the expected result.
Rahu and Ketu are located on different axes, let's take a closer look at each house.
Rahu in 1st, Ketu in 7th house
A person with this position can become a victim of someone's intrigues, as well as survive betrayal from loved ones. Personal life with a spouse is usually clouded due to different views. Here, strong favorable planets in the chart will somehow help save the situation.
Rahu in 2nd, Ketu in 8th house
This situation is not good for the cardholder's health. Also, his expenses most often exceed income, so a person may have financial difficulties. Such people need to put in enough effort in order to achieve what they want. In this situation, there may be conflicts with other people.
Rahu in 3rd, Ketu in 9th house
Here the position indicates problems in relationships with brothers, sisters and friends. There may also be problems when traveling abroad. It is extremely important for these people to unquestioningly obey the letter of the law in any matters.
Rahu in 4th, Ketu in 10th house
People with this position are very often dissatisfied with their own income. Although they, of course, are dissatisfied with the vast majority of people on our planet. They may also have some problems with real estate, with cars. These people lack in the nature of purposefulness.
Rahu in 5th, Ketu in 11th house
Usually this situation indicates problems with children or difficulties with childbearing. People with this position should avoid all kinds of speculation, all kinds of gambling and, in general, easy money.
Rahu in the 6th, Ketu in the 12th.
Such people are often prone to pessimism. They may experience relationship problems. It is very important for them to monitor their health, and also not to get into debt.
Rahu in 7th, Ketu in 1st house.
With such a combination, the owner of the horoscope needs to be very careful in choosing partners in business. The same goes for family life and a partner in it.
Rahu in 8th, Ketu in 2nd house
Here people need to take care of their health. They may also have unexpected expenses or expenses.
Rahu in the 9th house, Ketu in the 3rd
In this situation, people often have difficulties in dealing with superiors. Also, these people can suddenly both gain and lose popularity in society.
Rahu in 10th, Ketu in 4th house
They give the owner of the natal chart career difficulties and problems in areas of professional implementation.
Rahu in 11th, Ketu in 5th house
They will give accommodation away from the place of birth. There may also be problems in relationships with friends and older relatives. In the first half of life there may be some losses in business.
Rahu in 12th, Ketu in 6th house
As a rule, they give hidden enemies and ill-wishers. It is also played by unexpected expenses, health problems.
Conclusion:
All these provisions are the result of a person's own actions in the past and nothing else. Therefore, such people need to think about their lives and do a lot of work on themselves. It is also necessary to make obligatory upayas, which are recommended for consultation by a Vedic astrologer.

5) Atmakaraka Mercury is in the Vishakha nakshatra which is good for war because it's lorded by Indra & Agni both.
6) Saturn in the 3rd & Rahu in the 6th houses from Sun also show success in war.
7) Atmakaraka (Ak) and Ascendant lord both is the Mercury which conjuncts Ketu. Ketu is the planet which gives involvement in war.

Rahu and Ketu 2 POV
Credit @moonastrogirl
I feel tired of this narrative of Rahu being harmful and ketu being the only way to moksha. Both Rahu and Ketu are shadows planets. They are both harmful. They can do good and bad both.
We have a physical body and we live in the physical world.
-> Rahu excels in the physical world.
We are spirits and we are energetic beings.
-> Ketu excels in the spiritual world.
Both the mastery of our physical body and our spiritual/energetic body are useful to attain moksha. Why fasting exists ? Why monks practice martial arts ? Because we have to master our physical body to attain liberation (moksha).
Plus everyone has a specific way to moksha. It’s different for each one of us and only your own birth chart will tell what is the way for you. And also your life and experiences will help you figure it out.
This take comes from a blogger who has her ketu in her 12th house the so called moksha house for ketu. Ketu had brought me obstacles and challenges too on my spiritual journey. It gives me anxiety and to lose a lot of sleep for spiritual travels (many dangerous ones) in my dreams to gain a little to advance my soul. Each time it’s a painful process. Waking up sweating and all. Ketu makes me see the illusions of my reality in my dreams through the worse ways sometimes.
I am thankful for my Rahu in my 6th house which makes me obsessed about my health and body because otherwise if I do not take proper care of my physical body, I will be mentally and physically too weak to handle such dreams and their aftermath on my body.
That’s why I always says Rahu and Ketu work together in a chart. It’s a system.
In my opinion there is not need to put all the blame of this world on Rahu. Rahu is also useful to attain spiritual enlightenment through its services to the physical world.
Part of cleansing our karma is through selflessness and acts of services but with good intentions only. Rahu ruled people are naturally helpful with no malicious intent (exceptions can be made of course based on the intentions of an individual) and by doing so they gather people easily and get opportunities. But this attracts also haters who paint them in the worse ways possible. A recent example is Keith Lee with the Atlanta drama.
You know who else was Rahu Ruled ? Ghandi. He had his moon conjunct his Rahu. He utilised this energy for the greater good of his nation.
So please let’s stop the hate on Rahu. Rahu can be an exceptional ally in a spiritual journey. Rahu can make someone go from zero to hero when utilised correctly.

Oh okay! Can you talk about baekhyuns birth chart?
His birth time : 6.40 (confirmed)
His birth place: Bucheon/Korea
6 May 1992
Just wanted to give a warning that I'm not that familiar with Exo — like all i know is that you gotta be really talented to debut under SM ent. — So some stuff I wrote below about him may be a bit off but please comment if something is a bit off because I am trying to improve my chart reading skills to someday be a professional astrologer.
Taurus Ascendant; Ruler (Venus) in 12th
Baekhyun is very focused on things that are not mundane. Either this takes the form of him being self-indulgent in his desires and emotions with little to no boundaries. Or this takes a more spiritual form where he is constantly trying to reform any shame, guilt, or negative traits he has through isolating from the social standards of the world and searching for truth. His ruling planet is Venus meaning he does this through creating art, interacting with women, or enjoying things in the world that inspire his imagination.
Ascendant Lord is also Lord of 6th house
Both the 1st house and 6th house relate to our existence and how we keep ourselves alive. The 6th house represents illness and enemies, the 1st house always represents where you direct yourself and how you conquer yoir life so this connection between 6th & 1st house Indicates Baekhyun focuses a lot on conquering the material and mundane world. Venus being the Ruler of these two houses indicates he does this through being grounded (Taurus Rising) and balanced (Libra 6th)
Ascendant Lord conjunct Sun
His life direction is conjunct his heart's desire. The sun has a natural affinity with the aacendant because both propel an individual's life forward through taking action
Aries Sun (exalted) in 12th conjunct Venus; Lord of the 4th House
Baekhyun has an exalted Sun which indicates he has very powerful identity and personality. He is confident in following what his heart desires. Sun in 12th indicates that he is imaginative and spiritual and may feel drawn to hid his pride and avoid expressing arrogance. But could play out in a more chaotic way where he may feel or in the past felt ignored for his hard work and desires intensely to be acknowledged and appreciated for his skill or creations.
Sun conjunct Venus indicates Baekhyun desires love or inspiration, creativity, and material comfort. Venus with Sun gives a charming personality
The house the Sun rules shows where a person is confident, prideful, and talented at. Baekhyun Sun rules the 4th house meaning he has a lot of confident from his home, family, or demographic identity (like race, nationality, etc)
Gemini Moon in 2nd conjunct Ketu; Lord of 3rd house
Baekhyun gets emotional comfort from exploring and learning from the world around him though this can occasionally cause anxiety from trying to be everywhere all at once. Moon in the 2nd indicates finding power through ones own effort and groundedness.
Moon being conjunct Ketu indicates a very creative nature because ketu gives a certain mastery over a planet it conjuncts and moon represents imagination and the ability to create from inspiration. but this conjunction can also cause some emotional turmoil because Ketu is also Detached and sort of apathetic from the planet it conjuncts so Moon desires comfort and stability but Ketu desires renunciation and detachment.
Baekhyun could find comfort in very strict routine or following a strict belief system or he may just struggle a bit with emotionally connecting to others and struggle finding comfort in the world without having doubts about his existence.
Tumblr media
Rohini Ascendant
Rohini's nature is fixed (directed and stabilizing, fixity) and the deity of this nakshatra is "Brahma" The "Creator" indicating Baekhyun directs his life towards having abundance and growing in the material world— this is further indicated because Rohini is ruled by the Moon the planet of our emotional and bodily comfort. Rohini is called "The Star of Ascent"
Bharani Sun
Bharani's Deity is Yama (God of justice and death) this is ideal for allowing the Sun to express itself in the best way because the sun is both naturally "Sattwic" (pure) and Malefic (challenging) the desires to express and maintain the purity of the soul which can be hard in a world full of challenges. Bharani represents purification through cleansing faults for strength and this helps to create a powerful Sun and a powerful Sun creates confidence and honor.
Bharani is ruled by Venus which shows a kind a pleasure from living up to standards
Mrigashira Moon
Mrigashira is called "the star of searching" and its symbol is a deer head representing the free and explorative nature of this nakshatra. It is ruled by Mars (Planet of drive and action) and its Deity is Soma (Moon God) but also associated with "Parvati" the Feminine Goddess or Goddess of "the feminine half". This nakshatra represents looking for truth and fulfilment. Looking for the "other side" or where the grass is greener for the full picture. Soma gives this nakshatra the goal "May I lordship over the plants(earth)" the combination of mars (drive and action) Gemini/Mercury (logical mind and skill), and Feminine energy (which is receptive and materialistic) indicating Baehyun emotional nature is explorative, curious, adaptable, and creative

tarot red here. this is quite a short reading about T and R synastry chart.
let’s start with T’s sun and mercury fall in R’s 8th house. 8th house is connected with scorpio most of the times so we can say that their connection can have scorpio topics. i can say for me personally, even that i am scorpio moon in sidereal astrology i think 8th house synastry can be quite intense for both people involved and more if both people don’t have a lot scorpio placements in their natal chart. for example R probably will like more mercurial synastry (3rd or 6th house), 1st house or 5th house synastry (based on her birth chart). 8th house synastry can mean obsession, having a lot of trust in each other, but for me also means success or money so makes sense that both had success together. this synastry can also mean stalking so they might stalk each other social media or in general be present in each other lives in a way even if they aren’t close. i think this synastry is intense causes this feeling of wanting to know each other deeply. some people say this synastry is sensual bc people usually think of scorpio as sex or sexuality, but for me isn’t is just about being each other confidents, sharing a lot of dark secrets. the downside of this synastry can be obsession, aggression and perhaps one person being in and out of the other person’s life, keeping secrets, stalking, losses.
i think in general they have hard synastry this doesn’t mean they can’t connect, but they definitely struggle to find a common ground. they have sun square sun, moon square venus, mercury square mercury, mercury square mars and venus square venus. so this can mean them struggling to connect and understand each other. how they act is very different and perhaps they see what the other does in public and think is questionable. they don’t have the same love language and romantically wise they aren’t similar. talking about good synastry they have sun conjunct ketu (well, some people don’t see nodal synastry as good), but well, gives this sense of familiarity each other so perhaps this made think like i think i know you, connecting fast, but this can be just a facade and perhaps with the time they started to struggle with all the hard aspects they have (which aren’t dealbreakers, but they need to put effort). another good contact is her mars conjunct his venus, this perhaps translates to the chemistry we saw on the movie. this contact is quite passionate it can be romantic if there are other contacts that support it. this can mean there’s this fast dynamic with each other, they enjoy maybe going out together, but i will be honest if they’re friends i think it was because of R putting effort to connect with T. this can mean there was attraction or at least finding each other attractive to a certain level, but this aspect alone can’t hold attraction.
also i find funny that their connection on the movie can be seen in their synastry too. so i think the people that cast them as snow and lucy gray kinda knew what they were doing astrology wise (even subconsciously).
i don’t know if this makes sense, but that’s what i see for now. there are more contacts i can talk about
Wait. You gagged me a little with this.
Toxic zeglyth is a fav of mine so don’t play with my emotions, Tarot Red 😭
Obsession? Stalking each other? We need a Netflix movie about them ASAP! Is R on T’s private accts? I’m sure it’s much easier for him to stalk her. But then again, each time T is caught outside, R’s races to Twitter and posts something about him/them.
I’m confused. A non-sexual obsession? Then what’s the point 🙄 lol JK. But being each other’s confidant and sharing a lot of dark secrets. What’s going on here? 💀
Also the toxic part of me is reading this as a love story and ignored everything about being friendship only 🤭
Yes, please share more!

hi dear!! I saw your profile today!! How are you doing? Sending positivity to you.. If you are open for free readings i wanna drop my details here!!
Birth date : 19.08.2005
Birth time : 9:43am
Birth place : Cuttack, odisha, India
sending loves to you ❤
Hi😊 For your reading I am going to use mostly vedic astrology.
NOTE1: Since you are in a relationship, I didn't dive into timing, transits of meeting another potential longterm partner or future spouse, other charts.
CURRENT TRANSITS D1 CHART
In D1 chart taurus jupiter is transiting your 8th house indicating abundance, sucess and luck in investments/finances, deep intimate connections, spirituality, transformation.
Aquarius saturn transit over your aquarius 5th house aspecting leo sun Darakaraka (spouse) in 11th house that you could be having delays or obstacles when it comes to your romantic relationship with future spouse, perhaps ego clashes, third party situation (friendships could stand in the way), society expectations, need for validation/lack of attention or recognition, freedom vs union/relationships/commitment, boredom, responsibilities (education/aspirations/longterm goals), restriction in your social life (ex: not hanging out with friends), etc. This indicates a test in your current relationship.
Pisces Rahu is transiting over your pisces 6th house rahu and virgo ketu transit is affecting your virgo venus (1st + 8th lord), jupiter(3rd + 6th lord) and ketu in 12th house. This means you could be going through a transformative/karmic period in your life related to romance/love, spirituality, intimacy, finances, shared resources, work, communication, school/learning, etc; you might be rethinking/reflecting (solitude) about healing your traumas/fears related to communication about feelings, vulnerability/intimacy in romantic connections; reevaluating your relationship (seeking deeper connection); developing skills/studying deep spiritual topics that will help other people(service); engaging in unconventional/creative/spiritual daily routines, work environments, domestic responsibilities; finding new ways to solve conflicts; etc. Due to rahu/ketu energy you need to be careful with overindulgence, illusion vs reality, health issues, hidden enemies (ex: third party situation in your relationship or work/school enemies), secrets, lies, deception, spirituality vs practicality, freedom vs codependency/union, etc.
P.S. I took a sneak peek at other divisional charts and it confirms this energy (D1) of having issues in your relationship.
RELATIONSHIP TIMING
From the dates you've given me I feel he might be your future spouse (potentially).👀
When you met him jupiter was either in aquarius transiting your 5th house aspecting your leo sun Darakaraka (spouse) in D1 and leo 7th lord mars + jupiter in D7 chart or was in capricorn aspecting your 7th lord(spouse) Capricorn moon and cancer saturn in 7th house (longterm) from MOON chart; Saturn was in capricorn affecting these placements; Venus was in libra aspecting your 7th house aries in D1/D9/D7 chart; Mars was in virgo aspecting your venus + jupiter +ketu in D1 (activating love + spouse +past life), 7th lord mars in D9, etc; north node was in taurus aspecting your 5th house of dating in MOON chart, etc; You were going through rahu-mercury-rahu activating meeting longterm partner/fs (mercury is in your 7th house of D7 and MOON chart, it's the sign ruler of your jupiter + venus in D1 and 7th lord mars in D9; rahu is in your 5th house in D1/D7 chart).
When you started dating him jupiter was in aquarius transiting your 5th house aspecting your leo sun Darakaraka (spouse) in D1 and leo 7th lord mars + jupiter in D7 chart, etc; Saturn was in capricorn (same thing above); north node in taurus (same thing above); you were going through rahu-mercury-jupiter (jupiter signifies spouse/marriage).
CAREER ADVICE
When it comes to your career you asked if medicine is the best for you I would say YES 👌 You have a lot of Cancer/virgo (Healthcare career fields) energy in your divisional charts(D1/D10/Moon/D7).
Moreover you will be very successful in this field specially working as surgeon or with your hands due to mercury influence in 10th house of D1 chart, among other factors.
You might face some challenges/delays, study for a long time ->specialization/master degree (saturn conjunct 9th lord) and/or receive recognition/success later in life (after your saturn return).
Next year I can see great things 😌 in may when jupiter transits in gemini your 9th house of higher education and in october when jupiter transits in cancer your 10th house and 9th lord mercury + saturn. If you're wanting to go to college next year, you have good chances of getting in👀
I also noticed you might study abroad.
Nevertheless you must stay patient, focused and keep working hard💪🙌
NOTE2: If you would like to know more about your relationship, longterm potential, further confirm if he is your future spouse reading (I would also need his birth details) or your career (professional life, sucess, etc) you can later request a paid reading.
DARAKARAKA
In regards to magha sun Darakaraka in 11th house D1 chart your spouse could embody these characteristics: similar to you/mirror you; your hypeman, hot, attractive, active/athletic, creative, spiritual, influential, humble, admired, serious, open minded, ambitious, dynamic, sophisticated;values heritage, freedom, family, service, community, friendships, respect; leader, charming, charismatic, passionate, talented, creative, confident, persuasive, generous, assertive, famous, wealthy, regal nature, unique ideas, private, romantic, intelligent, honest/blunt, loyal, unwavering, proud, bookworm, smart, nerd, prude, wise, sense of humor, good natured, powerful, traditional yet unique, dramatic, social engaging, proud; loves his friends, being online, technology, hair; egoistic, arrogant, need for validation/recognition, wants to leave a legacy, charitable, activist, inspiring, strong, transformative, intense, supportive, loves sports, fitness and arts, gift giving/receiving, acts of service, challenge society (rebel), arrogant, loud communicator, know it all, competitive, selfish, agressive, domineering, could have had a lot of relationships, sleeping issues, goth style, etc.
Darakaraka is aspecting dhanista capricorn moon(10th lord) in 4th house by 6th aspect that indicates your future spouse could struggle to express his feelings with his family and with you, balance between personal life and work/career/status/reputation; need for validation from family and authority figures/public. He could elevate/increase your status/fame, influence your career and home/family. However he could be way too logical, strict, serious and controlling which can cause misunderstandings/conflicts/power struggles/ego clashes in the relationship.
7TH LORD D1
Your 7th lord aries bharani mars (2nd lord) it's actually in 7th house. Despite the physical attraction, strong chemistry and passion, you might experience a lot of conflicts and fights in the relationship cause mars is a malefic planet.
7th lord is aspecting cancer Saturn (4th + 5th lord) in 10th house, which shows future spouse or longterm partner could have a serious approach towards family and romantic relationships; he might be emotionally detached, workaholic, controlling (power struggles), ambitious, serious, hardworking, stable, disciplined; have conflict resolution skills, high standards, expectations, need for validation; struggle to balance fun/romance/creativity vs responsibilities/work/practicality; etc.
Communication, establishing priorities and finding strategies to keep the romance alive is essential.

7TH LORD D9
7th lord in D9 nakshatra and sign could also show future spouse characteristics and how will be the marriage.
Your 7th lord in D9 has the same energies as your jupiter in the D1 chart (Check above).

For your future spouse career I am trying out this tecnique the 10th sign from 7th lord in moon chart (normally is D1 or D9) could indicate possible fields:
D1 Capricorn (moon): anything related to leadership, music, performing arts, engineering, psychology, counselling, finances, law/legal, real estate, construction, architecture, entrepreneur, business, politics, military/police, healthcare, CEO, boss, etc.
D9 Gemini: anything related to communication, media, writing, publishing, journalism, public speaker, education, teaching, sales, marketing, creativity, arts, technology, engineering, travel, tourism, entrepreneur, human resources, languages, counselling, etc.
Regarding your meeting, pay attention to symbolisms of these signs:
Cancer: mother, family, home, house, crab, lake, lobster, car, showing up at your house, food, restaurant, hospital, nursing, foster home, baby, child, real estate, childcare, moon, private, etc
Libra: library, fashion, beauty, museum, arts, law, scales, skin, wedding, arranged match, blind date, balance, self care, social groups, friends, networking, beautiful building, etc.
Scorpio:occult, night, dark, hospital, funeral, nightclub, scorpion, mall, death, sting, surgery, private, secret, spiritual, blind date, transformative place, intimacy, finances, etc
Aquarius: color aqua, waterfall, watercarrier, spirituality, tarot, astrology, Internet, nerdy, technology, online, science, sea animals, dam, arts, accident, sudden, Electricity, aquarium, social media, groups, friends, etc.
NOTE3: cancer and libra from vedic chart; scorpio and aquarius from tropical chart
(This technique is by Camila Regina on tiktok💗)
Vedic Astrology placements D1/D9 (includes atmakaraka AK):
Aries/Libra/Aquarius/Leo/Virgo/Pisces
Mars, sun, mercury, mars, venus, jupiter, ketu nakshatras/influence
I found this new technique that 7th lord sign/house from MOON chart indicates big 3 placements:
You have 7th lord moon in capricorn 1st house so the signs are Capricorn or Aries.
You can also try this for your future spouse or longterm partner to see if it matches your big 3 placements (7th lord of moon chart must be in Libra/7th house/Capricorn/10th house/Leo/5th house).
Okay I think I am done😅 I hope you like this reading if you do leave feedback on my page🙏 And let me know if it resonates👌it helps improving my readings🫶💜

hihi!! there’s so much talk about mahadashas rn and i was born into saturn mahadasha and i actually kinda liked it 😭😭
i think one thing saturn does do consistently is reward you for your hard work and consistency, and it really does get so good when that happens. my purvaphalguni saturn is in the third, with magha ketu (so not aspecting each other). i was super quiet and restrained as a child, but always excelled academically. saturn made me very quiet, but it always made sure i was consistently topping classes, and sometimes nationally and stuff (third house, again).
but i always found it so strange how i started flopping in academics the moment my mercury (jyeshta, 6th house) mahadasha started? like isn’t that supposed to help with education or am i wrong here 😭😭
for context, im the first child, born on a saturday (saturn ruled, and my culture really places such a heavy importance on days of the week bc astrology and spirituality and stuff and we have our own superstitions and beliefs surrounding this too). i mainly have jyeshta, anuradha, and ardra placements but some swati, and mula too.
ive always been a little upset that i didn’t have much saturnian influence in the chart, not because i like saturn, but because i feel like there are a lot of saturnian details surrounding my birth and it just felt like astrology kinda lacked in “validating” (if that’s the word for it), my saturnian influence.
but i think the moral of the story is that saturn isnt horrible, mine is the most horribly aspected planet in the chart, but maybe it was easier for me as i was born into it.
p.s. this is so messy i’m so sorry but yeah i just hope this helps some people who are entering their saturn mahadasha soon because it does get better with time!! (unlike this mercury mahadasha that’s so bland and boring and has me counting down the years till its over))
but yes anyway i hope you have a lovely day tomorrow and thank you so much!!
aww tysm for sharing your experience<333 thats very affirming to hear and i agree with you!! saturn rewards like no one else but it makes sure you "earn it" and YESS IT DOES GET BETTER AS IT GOESSS <333 the way saturn humbles u tho 😮‍💨
honestly having mercury in a water sign isnt great 😬and yours is in scorpio rashi too in the 6h of health, obstacles, hostilities, challenges, debt etc,,,, lets just say its a tough placement
also wherever leo is placed in your chart, that placement is highlighted and becomes prominent so with saturn in purvaphalguni, you experience saturnian influence more even tho you dont have other Saturn placements as you say, esp in the 3h of communication + what we gain through our efforts, you're comfortable working towards your goals and abiding by Saturn's binding power which is why you were rewarded for it.

How do you study career in a birth chart?
How To Study Career In A Birth Chart
September 25, 2020 by Team Jothishi
A birth chart is a very useful source of information about every single aspect of a person’s life. It can also give great insight into the career path and the many aspects of the profession or daily work that a person chooses to do. Read on to know more about Vedic astrology careers and profession indicators.
Business Vs Employment
The million-dollar question with regard to career is how a person will fare in business versus working in a job, in other words as a self-employed person vs being an employee. The chart must be studied for both aspects and the one that shows itself to be stronger and more favourable is an indicator. In a birth chart, the 10th house is the Karmasthana or the house of one’s profession/career.
10th House and 6th House: To study what sort of a profession a person will take up, the astrologer studies the 10th house both from Lagna and the Moon. One also studies the Sun and the lord of the Navamsa Rashi that the 10th lord is placed in. For service, the 6th house also comes into the picture. Being one’s own boss requires that the person be a self-starter and highly motivated. The strength of the Lagna, strength of the 6th house, Mercury, Sun, Saturn and Mars reveal the person’s ability to be self-employed.
The Planets and Profession
Planets have their own definition of characteristics and tendencies. They also have a significance that indicates the kinds of profession a person is drawn to.
Sun
The Sun can indicate government, owner, promoter, boss, doctor, commission agent, politician, banker, teacher, administrator, manager, magistrate etc.
Moon
The Moon is the significator of the mind and water-related things. In terms of profession, this is mental work, work that is very changeable or unsteady, dairy, liquids, navy, a traveller, sailor, salt, sea, pearls, white coloured goods, merchants etc.
Mars
Mars is the action-oriented planet. So it indicates soldier, army, police, engineer, lawyer, surgeon, metalwork, wrestler, guard, security personnel, dentist, weapons as well as medicine.
Mercury
Mercury primarily signifies reasoning and logical thinking, trade, languages and communication. So Mercury relates to careers that relate to these areas such as auditors, accountants, teachers, translators, tradesmen, business, travelling, writing, journalism, stenography, sales etc
Jupiter
This planet governs wisdom, intelligence, dignity and prosperity. So, Jupiter indicates careers in banking, law, treasury departments, income tax, counselling, teaching or even being a scholar, editor, priest, researcher as well as being in the advertising field.
Venus
Venus is the planet that deals with pleasure, luxury and the finer things in life. So Venus represents careers in fashion, arts, poetry, jewellery, cinema, hotels, transport, automobiles, video, wealth, pleasure, amusement parks, perfumes, cosmetics, furniture as well as interior decoration etc.
Saturn
Saturn denotes long and hard work. It is a planet of non-glamorous and steady work. The careers signified by Saturn are government, service, coal, agriculture, justice, mining, brick making, iron as well as hair.
Rahu
If Rahu is well placed it indicates jobs in research, law, speculation, medicine, pharmacy, electricity, teeth, poisonous chemicals as well as drugs etc.
Ketu
Ketu indicates careers in intoxicating substances, secret services, war, poisonous substances, occult, religion and jobs that are generally unpredictable or out of the way.
House Significations for ProfessionHouses One to Six
The first house denotes self-employment or careers that deal with the public. The second house is food and beverages, catering, investments, banking, law and teaching. The third house indicates brokerage, commission agents, writing, publishing, sales and anything to do with communication. The fourth house is the house of education, water, real estate, mining, agriculture as well as geology.
The fifth house is very prominent in actors and people in the entertainment industry. It also shows speculators as well as a job in any field that requires both inspiration and intelligence. The sixth house denotes lawyers, arbitrators, armed forces, jailors, hospitals, wood, timber as well as stone merchants.
Houses Seven To Nine
The seventh house indicates a career in trade as well as in dispute resolution. This includes courts of law as well as other areas of arbitration. Partnership, export and import as well as flesh trade are also the seventh house professions. The eighth house indicates jobs in insurance, inheritances, forensics, research as well as the occult. The ninth house shows professions in counselling, consulting, law, education, being a judge or jurist as well as careers in religion.
Houses Ten To Twelve
The tenth house is the main house of profession. It also signifies the government, public sector, industries as well as higher levels of management. The eleventh house is the house of gains. It indicates careers in finance, gain, trace as well as NGOs as well as other charities. The twelfth house indicates careers in hospitals, travel, secret services, jail and those careers require one to spend a lot.
The Rashis And CareersAries, Taurus and Gemini
In the same way that houses indicate careers, the Rashis also add their indications to a career reading. The fiery and passionate sign of Aries (Mesha) points to careers in the armed forces, police, athletics, industries, security companies, boxing, wrestling, mechanical engineering and iron and steelwork. The Venusian sign of Taurus (Rishaba) fosters careers in jewellery, luxury items, fashion, music, dance, performing arts, perfume, cosmetics, banking, tailoring, automotive (especially high end and luxury cars) as well as real estate. The Rashi of Gemini (Mithuna) indicates Mercury related careers such as writing, journalism, trade, healing, sales, diplomacy, personal assistants, stenographers, linguistics, bookkeepers as well as law.
Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra and Scorpio
The Moon-ruled Cancer (Kartaka) Rashi indicates careers in water-related fields. This includes the navy, fishing, shipping as well as interior decoration, catering, food and beverages, exploration and the petroleum industry. It is also a nurturing Rashi and could signify a career in health care and nursing. Leo (Simha) shows a career in government, authority, politics, soldiers, higher management, speculation and even magic. The Higher octave of Mercury makes Virgo (Kanya) the Rashi for careers in teaching, IT, astrology, journalists, healers and astrologers. Libra (Tula) makes excellent judges, beauty industry personnel, models, fashion designers as well as air hostesses and receptionists. Scorpio (Vrischik) makes careers in the navy, medicine, doctors, police, the army as well as liquids and drugs as well as chemicals.
Saggitarius, Capricorn, Aquarius And Pisces
Sagittarius (Dhanus) is the Rashi of sportsmen, lawyers, judges, preachers, finance, judges, capitalists, wool, and shoe traders. Wood and timber, geologists, mineralogists, real estate agents and forest department staff are Capricorn (Makara) careers. Aquarius (Kumbha) indicates careers in astrology, counselling, NGOs, philosophy, computers and engineering. Pisces (Meena) indicates oil, chemicals, perfume, navy, sailors, surgeons, doctors, jailors, secret services, hospitals and prisons.
Analysing Profession In The Chart
The tenth house of the birth chart is the primary house of profession. The Dashamsha is the divisional chart that is studied for career-related matters. One must check the Lagna lord of the Dashamsha. Then one studies the lord of the Navamsha Rashi that the 10th lord is placed in. Of them, the strongest planet shows a clear indication of career. Jaimini astrologers also study the sign in which the Atmakaraka is placed in the Navamsa. If this is the Sun it indicates government or public sector job. Moon indicates teaching, Mars army, police or electrical, Mercury politics, business or social services. Jupiter or Saturn indicate the same profession as the father, Venus is a politician.
The Varga Chart – Dashamsha Or D10
The Dashamsha chart is the Varga chart that is formed by dividing all the Rashis into tenths, i.e., the 30 degrees of a Rashi into 3-degree sections. It is the most important divisional chart for career and profession. It also shows the impact that the person will make on society at large. Every indication that is seen in the birth chart has to be confirmed in the Navamsa and the Dashamsha. An inclination toward a particular profession must be confirmed only after seeing patterns repeat in all the aspects that are being studied. Merely one placement should not be used to give a definitive conclusion. The tenth house of the D10 is a good indicator of a person’s profession. The Lagna of the D10 is also studied for auspiciousness. The signification of the Dashamsha is very similar to the 10th house of the birth chart.
D10 Lagna
The Rashi in which the Lagna of the Dashamsha falls is important. If the D10 Lagna falls in a Dusthana the Dashamsha will not play too much of a part in the profession of the person. If the Lagna of the D10 is strong we can take the indications of the D10 as significant. The next step is to study the lord of the 10th house of D1 and where it falls in the D10 as well as where the lord of the 10th house in the D10 falls. Planets that influence these houses by placement or aspect add flavour to the profession indication. Repeated patterns that keep confirming one indication add more and more emphasis.
In the same way, an astrologer also studies the placement of the Lagnesh of the D10, the planets that are in it as well as the planets that are aspecting it. As in any chart, the planets in Kendras and Trikonas are more auspicious than those in or associated with the Dusthanas. Planets that are aspected by or placed with the Lagnesh of the D10 are good for the person’s profession.
Additional Career And Profession Indicators
The number of career options that are available to a person is expanding exponentially. The astrologer must use the significations of the planets, houses and Rashis together and intelligently relate them to modern concepts of different careers. For example, the classical texts do not define a career in cinema or journalism. The astrologer intelligently relates the classical definitions of the basics of professions to modern ways of working and earning a living. Some examples of careers and their planets described below will help understand how the significations of the planets relate to each profession.
Communication, Aviation And Metallurgy
The Air signs of Gemini, Libra and Aquarius when prominent indicate a career in aviation. Careers in communication are closely linked to Gemini and the planet Mercury. Mars as well as the Mars-ruled Aries and Scorpio are engineering planets. The process of extracting metals and ores from the ground are Saturn ruled. Metallurgy is ruled by the Sun, Mercury and Mars.
The Navy And Marine Careers
Since the Navy and sailing are to do with oceans as well as long journeys, the signs of Sagittarius, Scorpio and Pisces are prominent in sailor’s charts. Moon and Venus are also watery planets and influence careers that have to do with the ocean. However, the engineering aspect of ship design and building and other marine engineering careers link to Mars and Mercury. Virgo with such combinations suggests the merchant navy and other commercial and trade aspects of shipping.
Landscape And Gardens
Those in the profession of landscape design and other plant-related jobs have the involvement of Mercury as well as the 4th house. Venus could enhance the ornamental aspect of the job. When the person does garden and forest-related work while also owning extensive land for it, Mars the significator of land is the indicator.
Careers In Writing, Art And Drama
Mercury is a major planet of writing, journalism, reporting and writing. To be an editor, Jupiter must also be involved. Mercury controls drawing and Venus artistic inclination. Venus and Rahu are the main planets for the fields of theatre and cinema. Rahu rules anything that is filmed or is an illusion such as photography and movies. The Sun and Jupiter control the traditional methods of photography that require the use of chemicals for development.
Mars Careers In Electricity, Real Estate, Arms And Ammunition
Mars signifies land holdings and directly relates to real estate careers. It is a warrior planet and signifies career paths in arms and ammunition. Mars is also a significator of electricity. While Aries (Mesha) is electricity, Scorpio (Vrischik) is a water sign of Mars and signifies hydroelectricity.
Career And Gain: The 9
th
Lord Or 11
th
Lord In The 10
th
House
The placement of either the 9th lord of fortune or the 11th lord of gain in the 10th house of career is a very auspicious placement. The 9th lord in the 10th that makes an association of the Kendra and Trikona is a Raj Yoga. The 11th lord of gain in the 10th house of profession is also a very beneficial placement that shows great gain, growth and authority in career
So, in a similar fashion one can effectively read a birth chart and assess the career options available to the person using the basic significations of the Rashis and planets.

Hello! This is 🐋!
Here is my vedic birth chart! I hope this helps!
Tumblr media
Gemini rising and Mercury being the chart ruler: Intellectual and communicative. Since the Chart ruler is in 6th house, it shows that you might have to face a lot of competition/disputes in your day to day life. Do you have a lot of competitors? You can be service oriented as well. Might be health conscious, very careful when it comes to health.
Moon conjunct Venus in 7th house and its ruler Jupiter being conjunct with Sun in 5th: Very Fun loving, social and popular. Do you love kids? Very creative position as well! I think you might be good in at least one form of art or at least very interested. Also the conjunction of Sun and Jupiter can make you very optimistic and sometimes egotistical.
7th lord in 5th and 5th lord in 7th wow! I'm jealous! This can indicate love marriage. Your spouse will be very attractive and will support you emotionally (moon is your DK).
Also Venus in Sag and Jupiter in Libra creates 'Parivartan Yoga'. Venus and Jupiter in your chart exchanges energy. This is very positive.
Ketu in the 4th house can indicate someone living faraway from their homeland or distant relationship with mother. Because Ketu is detachment, 4th house is motherland, domestic life, home. You could also be spiritual. Rahu in the 10th can show great ambition. 10th ruler in 5th, again your career might be art related or in creative field.
This is a very short analysis also your d9 chart will give me the whole picture so it might not be 100% accurate. Overall I really like your chart. You have the potential to do amazing!

If Kaal Sarp Dosha is not treated timely, it brings irreversible bad luck in the lives of the people
Best Remedies for Kaal Sarp Dosha
If at all you find a such a Dosha in your Kundali and wish to evade the effects by performing Sarp Sanskara Vidhi, then you can do it at Kukke Subramanian Temple near Mangalore Kanataka. Second best is Kaal Hasti Temple near Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. But never think of Trimbakeshar. They are all commercial minded will loot you.
At Kukke Subramanian Temple, they charge around Rs 3500 and provided free 2 days stay and food and vidhi all included. Kaal Hasti is very cheap. Why Kukke Subramnian is best because the the Vidhi performing Pandits are so well versed in The Vidhi and do it very sincerely and with dedication. No asking of Dakshina and other favours. Everything official. Nothing to pay anyone once you pay and get receipt.
Some of the other remedies to Overcome Kaal Sarp Dosh

In your birth horoscope, Weak planet means:
1) Planet in enemy sign (without exaltation)
2) Planet in Debilitated sign
3) Planet in Debilitated Navamsa sign
4) Planet in any sign below 6 degree or above 24 degree (except in case of exaltation)
5) Planet nearby BhavaSandhi
6) Planet moved to another house in chalit chart
7) Planet in between two natural malefic planets (example: Ascendant lord is in the 11th house but natural malefics are in the 10th & 12th house -- in this case, Ascendant lord becomes too weak)
8) Planet in conjunction with Ketu is absorbed by Ketu. Ketu damages many significations of the planet in conjunction with it. Ketu also damages the house significations of any house lord in conjunction with it.
9) Combusted planet is considered too weak (in case of Mercury & Venus, combustion can't damage their natural significations but significations of the houses of which they rule will be highly impacted negatively)
10) Planet in MaraNa Karaka sthana is considered too weak. (Example: Sun in 12th house, Moon in 8th house etc)
11) Planet without digbala or with less digbala is too weak. (Example: Sun in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th houses, Moon in 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th houses, Saturn in 12th, 1st or 2nd houses, Jupiter in 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th houses etc.)
12) Planet aspected by it's enemy is weak (example: Sun aspected by Saturn, Venus aspected by Jupiter, Jupiter aspected by Moon, Saturn aspected by Mars are weak)
13) When a planet is weak, the house ruled by that planet also becomes weak.
14) If sign lord (dispositor) is weak, then the planet also becomes weak. (Example1: Moon is in Virgo but dispositor Mercury is combusted, then Moon becomes weak. Example 2): Jupiter is in Aquarius but dispositor Saturn is Debilitated, then Jupiter becomes weak
15) If dispositor of any planet goes to 6th, 8th or 12th houses, then the planet becomes weak. (Example: Saturn is in Libra but the dispositor Venus is in 6th house, then Saturn becomes weak)

Marriage prediction by date of birth
Discover when bells ring – accurate birth date marriage forecast
Expert in Indian Hindu astrology, Acharya Devraj ji, believes that determining the timing of marriage through astrology is a profound quest, deeply rooted in the ancient wisdom of Vedic traditions. Your birth date serves as a celestial map, guiding astrologers to unveil the mystic timing of your nuptial bonds. The intricate dance of planets at your birth moment holds the key to unlocking the secrets of your marital timeline. The importance of this inquiry transcends mere curiosity, as it shapes your understanding of life's pivotal transitions, aligns your path with cosmic rhythms, and prepares you for the union that could define the essence of your personal growth and emotional fulfillment.
Marriage astrology, as expounded by the eminent Acharya Devraj Ji, is a venerable tradition within Vedic astrology, scrutinizing planetary positions, nakshatras (lunar mansions), sub-lords, their combinations, and their astrological aspects in an individual's birth chart to deduce insights into marital prospects. This specialized field is concerned with profound matters of the heart, the steadfast commitment between partners, and the sacred union in matrimony. Acharya Devraj Ji asserts that the cosmic configuration at the time of birth, including the planets, nakshatras, and sub-lords, exerts a significant influence on personal relationships, shaping the likelihood, timing, and dynamics of Marriage prediction by date of birth.
Marriage astrology transcends the mere ceremonial act of a wedding, encapsulating it as a destined and significant life event, susceptible to the sway of celestial forces. It offers individuals a sense of empowerment and readiness by illuminating the most favorable moments for marriage, assessing compatibility with potential partners, and anticipating possible hurdles. This profound insight is invaluable in making well-informed decisions about one's romantic path and in steering through the complexities inherent in relationships.
Astrologers like Acharya Devraj Ji, equipped with over 18 years of deep expertise, employ a nuanced interpretation of the birth chart to forecast potential marriage timings. They consider a variety of factors, including the position of the 7th house lord, the influence of Venus and Jupiter, and the current planetary period (Dasha) and transits. The interplay of the 2nd (family and wealth), 7th (marriage and partnerships), and 11th (hopes and aspirations) houses during the Dasha period be particularly indicative of auspicious marital opportunities. For instance, a harmonious alignment of these houses 100% suggest the likelihood of marriage.
However, certain astrological configurations can suggest a delay in marriage. For example, if the sub-lord of the planet in the Dasha period at the average age of marriage is indicating the combination of the 1st (self), 6th (differences of opinion), and 10th (denial of fulfillment of desire) houses, it may create impediments to timely matrimony. This is not deemed a curse but rather a reflection of the individual's personal life journey and the influence of their astrological chart.
Saturn, with its propensity for delay and restriction, is often implicated in late marriages, especially when it is positioned in key houses or making specific aspects to the 7th house, Venus, or Jupiter. Malefic planets like Rahu and Ketu can also contribute to delays when they are associated with critical marriage-related houses and planets.
Conversely, Venus, the natural significator of marriage, and the benefic aspect of Jupiter, signaling prosperity and growth, can indicate a propensity for early marriage. An early marital union may be foreseen when the combination of the 2nd, 7th, and 11th houses during the Dasha period is favorable in the birth chart.
For those seeking precise and sagacious guidance in marriage astrology, Acharya Devraj Ji stands out as a beacon of wisdom. His profound understanding of celestial influences on matrimonial matters, combined with a methodical approach to birth chart analysis, enables him to offer not just predictions but also insightful guidance for a rewarding marital future. His expertise helps allay uncertainties, paving the way toward harmonious and joyful marital lives for many.
